[0326] Please refer to Figures 1 to 10. The present invention provides a lawn mower, which includes a bucket 1900 that is flippably mounted on a frame 1100. The bucket 1900 has a large storage space, which is convenient for the operator to randomly carry supplies and tools required during work, making the operator's work experience more humane and improving work efficiency; the bucket 1900 can also be used for transporting weeds or waste on the grassland, reducing the cost of purchasing transportation vehicles; at the same time, the bucket 1900 also has a flipping function, which is convenient for unloading and saves manpower and material resources.

[0327] 1 and 2 , the lawn mower includes a frame 1100 , a traveling mechanism 1200 , a header assembly 1300 , and a bucket 1900 .

[0328] The structural form of the frame 1100 is not limited, and reference can be made to the structure of the existing lawn mower frame 1100. In order to improve the driving experience of the lawn mower, a driving seat 1500 can be set on the frame 1100; in order to improve the problem that the existing lawn mower cannot achieve anti-roll protection, the frame 1100 is also provided with an anti-roll frame 1400 installed next to the driving seat 1500. In addition, considering the problem that the anti-roll frame 1400 occupies space, the anti-roll frame 1400 can be set to be foldable, so that the storage problem can be taken into account to save space; of course, in other embodiments, the driving seat 1500 can be omitted and the rider can ride in a standing manner, or the anti-roll frame 1400 can be omitted and the driver and passengers can be protected by other means.

[0329] The walking mechanism 1200 is installed on the frame 1100 and is used to drive the frame 1100 to walk. The walking mechanism 1200 may include components such as a driving part, a steering part, and a power supply part. The power supply part provides energy for the driving part. The power supply part can use a battery or an engine, but is not limited to this. The power supply part in this embodiment uses a battery 1800; the driving part provides power for the rotation of the walking wheel. The driving part can be driven by a motor or a motor acceleration and reducer, but is not limited to this; the walking mechanism 1200 performs corresponding walking movements under the control of the operating component; there are many ways to control the operating component, including manual control, foot control, and hand-foot integrated control. For a better driving experience, in one embodiment of the present invention, refer to Figure 1, the operating component adopts a steering wheel plus pedal control method. In another embodiment of the present invention, refer to Figure 2, the operating component adopts a joystick control method.

[0330] The cutting deck assembly 1300 is mounted on the bottom of the frame 1100 and is used to perform mowing operations to obtain grass of the appropriate height. The cutting deck assembly 1300 can be configured in a variety of ways, with different working environments requiring different cutting deck assemblies 1300. Different sizes of cutting deck assemblies 1300, such as 48-inch and 52-inch, require different installation spaces. The bottom of the frame 1100 can be adjusted to match the wheelbase of the mower, thereby creating different installation spaces to accommodate different cutting deck assemblies 1300.

[0331] The bucket 1900 is reversibly mounted on the frame 1100 and positioned behind the driver's seat 1500. The bucket 1900 is tilted outwardly away from the driver's seat 1500. When the bucket 1900 is fixedly connected to the frame 1100, it is used for carrying and transporting items. When items in the bucket 1900 need to be quickly unloaded, the bucket 1900 is flipped away from the driver's seat 1500 and the items are dumped into a preset location, thereby providing a more user-friendly working experience for the operator and improving work efficiency. It should be noted that the parts and relative connections of the lawn mower not described in detail above can be referred to any existing suitable lawn mower structure and will not be described in detail here.

[0332] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the bucket 1900 includes a bucket body 1910 and a turning mechanism 1920. The shape and size of the bucket body 1910 are not limited, and it is appropriate to adapt to the reserved space on the frame 1100. In one embodiment of the present invention, for ease of understanding, the straight-moving direction of the lawn mower is defined as a first direction, which is the X-axis direction shown in Figure 1. The direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction, which is the Y-axis direction shown in Figure 1.

[0333] Please refer to Figures 3 and 5. The bucket body 1910 is configured as a rectangular box with an open upper end. In order to make greater use of space, the connection between the bucket body 1910 and the frame 1100 is more compact. The bucket body 1910 is provided with a avoidance portion 19101 for avoiding tires and a protrusion 19102 for increasing the strength of the bucket body 1910 on both side walls along the first direction. The avoidance portion 19101 improves the stress concentration problem at the top of the bucket body 1910. The number of the protrusions 19102 on each of the above-mentioned side walls is not limited. In this embodiment, two protrusions 19102 are provided on each of the above-mentioned side walls. Each protrusion 19102 is provided on the inner side of the side wall and close to the edge. The protrusion 191 02 has the effect of strengthening the side wall strength of the bucket body 1910, and each raised portion 19102 is provided with a mounting groove 19103 on the upper surface, and the mounting groove 19103 is a reserved installation position for installing a grass collecting bracket. A reinforcing member 19104 is installed on the lower side of the bottom surface of each two mounting grooves 19103 on the side walls on the same side, and the two ends of the reinforcing member 19104 are respectively connected to the bottom surfaces of the two mounting grooves 19103. The reinforcing members 19104 on the two side walls enhance the strength of the two side walls of the bucket body 1910, and at the same time ensure the bearing capacity of the grass collecting bracket; of course, the mounting groove 19103 can also be used as an installation position for other accessories, and is not limited to the installation of a grass collecting bracket.

[0334] Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , bucket body 1910 is rotatably connected to frame 1100. The method of rotatable connection is not limited and may be achieved solely through a bolt assembly or through a bearing assembly. In one embodiment of the present invention, a first bracket 19105 and a second bracket 19106 are disposed along a first direction on a side of the bottom wall of bucket body 1910 proximate to frame 1100. First bracket 19105 and second bracket 19106 are disposed parallel to each other. A first rotating shaft 19107 is rotatably connected to first bracket 19105, and a second rotating shaft 19108 is rotatably connected to second bracket 19106. Frame 1100 is provided with a first rotating hole and a second rotating hole, which are rotatably connected to first rotating shaft 19107 and second rotating shaft 19108, respectively. The bucket body 1910 is bounced up by the flipping mechanism 1920 and flips around the first rotating shaft 19107 and the second rotating shaft 19108. The flipping mechanism 1920 has various forms, including connecting rod mechanisms, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, elastic parts and other components with telescopic functions, but the flipping mechanism 1920 is not limited to the above.

[0335] Continuing with Figures 4 and 5 , in one embodiment of the invention, the tilting mechanism 1920 utilizes a gas spring 1921. A third rotating shaft 1922 is provided at one end of the gas spring 1921. The gas spring 1921 is rotatably connected to the first bracket 19105 and / or the second bracket 19106 via the third rotating shaft 1922, and is hingedly connected to the bucket body 1910. In this embodiment, the third rotating shaft 1922 is hingedly connected to the first bracket 19105 and is located on the side of the first rotating shaft 19107 that is closest to the driver's seat 1500. A fourth rotating shaft 1923 is provided at the other end of the gas spring 1921. The fourth rotating shaft 1923 is hingedly connected to the frame 1100. When the telescopic rod of the gas spring 1921 is extended, it pushes the bucket body 1910 to tilt until the gas spring 1921 reaches its dead point.

[0336] Please refer to Figures 2 to 4. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the bucket 1900 also includes a locking mechanism 1930. When the bucket body 1910 is in contact with the frame 1100 and has not flipped over, the locking mechanism 1930 locks the bucket body 1910 on the frame 1100 for fixation. When the bucket body 1910 is locked and connected to the frame 1100 under the action of the locking mechanism 1930, combined with the limitations of the first rotating shaft 19107, the second rotating shaft 19108 and the third rotating shaft 1922, the bucket body 1910 is stably fixed on the frame 1100. When the locking mechanism 1930 disconnects the connection between the bucket body 1910 and the frame 1100, the gas spring 1921 automatically extends the telescopic rod to push the bucket body 1910 to rotate toward the rear of the lawn mower around the first rotating shaft 19107 and the second rotating shaft 19108.

[0337] 3 and 5 , the locking mechanism 1930 is mounted on the frame 1100 and / or the bucket body 1910. The locking mechanism 1930 may be any suitable existing locking structure, such as a spring-loaded locking assembly, a latch member, a ratchet member, a gear member, etc. The locking mechanism 1930 may be entirely mounted on the frame 1100 or entirely mounted on the bucket body 1910, or partially mounted on the bucket body 1910 and partially mounted on the frame 1100. Any structure is sufficient as long as the bucket body 1910 can be locked to the frame 1100 and detached from the frame 1100 so that the bucket body 1910 can rotate on the frame 1100.

[0338] Please refer to Figures 1 to 6. Taking into account the stability of the bucket 1900 when it is in the folded state and the convenience of operating the locking component, in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the locking mechanism 1930 includes a locking ring 1931 provided on the bucket body 1910 and a locking member 1932 provided on the frame 1100. Specifically, the locking ring 1931 is provided on the outer side of the front wall of the bucket body 1910. In order to facilitate the operation of the driver and passenger, the locking ring 1931 is provided on the left or right side of the driver's seat 1500. In this embodiment, the locking ring 1931 is provided on the front wall of the bucket body 1910, on the right side of the driver's seat 1500. The shape and size of the locking ring 1931 are not limited. In order to adapt to the compact design of the lawn mower, while making full use of the space, it can stably cooperate with the locking member 1932 to reduce the demand for space on the lawn mower.

[0339] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6. In this embodiment, the locking ring 1931 is formed by bending a steel pipe in one piece. The locking ring 1931 includes a connecting portion 19311 connected to the locking member 1932. Both ends of the connecting portion 19311 are bent downward to form mounting portions 19312 connected to the bucket body 1910. The locking member 1932 is arranged on the frame 1100 and is located at a position corresponding to the locking ring 1931. The structure, shape and size of the locking member 1932 are not limited, as long as it can be firmly fixedly connected and separated from the locking ring 1931. The locking member 1932 can be a pin, a hook, a tooth or the like. It should be noted that the engagement and separation of the locking member 1932 and the locking ring 1931 can be achieved by the movement of the locking member 1932 or by the movement of the locking ring 1931, or both are not fixed, but can be fixedly connected in the locked state, such as the dead point position of the connecting rod mechanism.

[0340] Please refer to Figure 6. In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking member 1932 has a protruding tooth portion 19321 that can be fastened with the locking ring 1931. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, in order to make the locking member 1932 have better assembly processability, a mounting bracket 1933 for facilitating the installation of the locking member 1932 is provided on the frame 1100. The shape of the mounting bracket 1933 is not limited. Two mounting brackets 1933 are provided on the frame 1100, which are respectively provided on both sides of the driver's seat 1500. One of them is used to install the locking member 1932, and the other is a spare mounting bracket 1934. In this embodiment, the locking member 1932 is installed in the position On the mounting frame 1933 on the right side of the driver's seat 1500, it is used to achieve corresponding locking with the locking ring 1931. In addition, the setting of the spare mounting frame 1934 reflects humanization, so that when the locking ring 1931 is installed on the left side, the locking member 1932 can be installed to lock with the above-mentioned locking ring 1931. This setting provides great convenience for left-handed operators; the locking member 1932 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 1933, and the method of rotational connection is not limited, and can be achieved only by a bolt assembly or a bearing assembly, etc.

[0342] Please refer to Figures 6 to 8. In this embodiment, the mounting frame 1933 is fixed on the frame 1100, and a stepped shaft 1936 is fixed on the mounting frame 1933. The stepped shaft 1936 is composed of a first shaft segment 19361 with a larger diameter, a second shaft segment 19362 with a smaller diameter, and a third shaft segment 19363 with a thread on the outer diameter in the direction away from the mounting frame 1933. The second shaft segment 19362 is rotatably connected to the locking member 1932, and the third shaft segment 19363 is equipped with a nut 19364 and a gasket 19365 to axially fix the locking member 1932, in order to achieve a better assembly process and a rotational cooperation effect between the locking member 1932 and the second shaft segment 19362.

[0343] Please refer to Figures 7 and 8. A rotating sleeve 19326 is fixedly connected to the first through hole 19323 of the locking member 1932. The fixed connection method between the locking member 1932 and the rotating sleeve 19326 is not limited, including welding and interference fit, but is not limited to this. In this embodiment, the locking member 1932 and the rotating sleeve 19326 are welded, and the rotating sleeve 19326 and the second shaft segment 19362 are rotatably connected through the first shaft ring 1937 and the second shaft ring 1938. One end of the first shaft ring 1937 is provided with a first flange 19371, and the inner hole of the first shaft ring 1937 is interference fit with the second shaft segment 19362. The outer end surface of the first flange 19371 abuts against the end surface formed by the connection between the first shaft segment 19361 and the second shaft segment 19362. The movable sleeve 19326 and the first shaft ring 1937 are clearance-fitted to achieve relative rotation. One end face of the rotating sleeve 19326 abuts against the other end face of the first flange 19371 away from the first shaft segment 19361. A second flange 19381 is provided at one end of the second shaft ring 1938. The second shaft ring 1938 is arranged opposite to the first shaft ring 1937. The outer end face of the second flange 19381 is pressed by the nut 19364 and the gasket 19365 on the third shaft segment 19363. The rotating sleeve 19326 and the second shaft ring 1938 are clearance-fitted to achieve relative rotation. The other end face of the rotating sleeve 19326 abuts against the other end face of the second flange 19381 away from the nut 19364.

[0344] Please refer to Figures 3 and 6. The locking member 1932 is connected to the mounting frame 1933 in the direction away from the lock ring 1931 through an elastic member 1935. The elastic member 1935 includes a coil spring, a gas spring, and a rubber spring, but is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, a tension spring is used. One end of the tension spring is connected to the second through hole 19324 of the locking member 1932, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to the frame 1100. The position of the hole for connecting the tension spring on the frame 1100 is located on the side of the locking member 1932 away from the bucket body 1910, so that the tension spring can tighten the locking member 1932. 932, so that the tooth portion 19321 of the locking member 1932 is stuck in the locking ring 1931, and the locking ring 1931 is locked in the accommodating portion 19322. When the operator operates the handle 19325 forward, the locking member 1932 overcomes the tension of the tension spring and rotates around the second shaft segment 19362, and the locking member 1932 is disengaged from the locking ring 1931. The truck bed 1900 bounces up under the action of the gas spring 1921 and flips backward. After unloading is completed, the truck bed 1900 returns to its original position, and the locking member 1932 returns to the state of being locked with the locking ring 1931 under the tension of the tension spring.

[0345] Please refer to Figures 3 and 7. In order to avoid the instability of the locking member 1932 under the tension of the spring, a limiting member 1939 is further provided on the frame 1100. The limiting member 1939 is located on the side of the locking member 1932 away from the bucket body 1910. On the premise of ensuring that the locking member 1932 is stably engaged with the lock ring 1931 under the tension of the tension spring, the side of the locking member 1932 facing the tension spring is abutted against the limiting member 1939 to limit the movement of the locking member 1932. In addition, the shape and size of the limiting member 1939 are not limited.

[0346] In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the flipping mechanism 1920 can be preset with a start-up delay time, that is, the bucket body 1910 pops up after the preset delay time. The shape of the upper handle 19401 can be L-shaped, frame-shaped, arc-shaped, or any other shape suitable for grasping. The position of the upper handle 19401 is not limited and can be set at any position on the front wall and both side walls of the bucket body 1910 that is suitable for the operator to exert force. The connection method of the upper handle 19401 and the bucket body 1910 is not limited and can be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or rotatably connected.

[0349] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 9 to 10. In one embodiment of the present invention, the upper handle 19401 is frame-shaped and has rounded corners at the bend. The upper handle 19401 is detachably mounted on the wall edge of the front wall of the bucket body 1910. The projection of the upper handle 19401 on the bottom wall of the bucket body 1910 corresponds to the projection of the gas spring 1921 on the bottom wall of the bucket body 1910 in the second direction. The function of the upper handle 19401 is that when the items in the bucket 1900 are too heavy or the gas spring 1921 is stuck, the gas spring 1921 cannot bounce the bucket 1900 up, the operator can lift the bucket 1900 through the upper handle 19401 to assist the gas spring 1921 in bouncing the bucket 1900 up. Therefore, setting the upper handle 19401 at a position corresponding to the position of the gas spring 1921 has the most labor-saving and effective effect.

[0350] Please refer to Figures 3 to 4 and Figures 9 to 10. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, a lower handle 19402 is provided on the bucket body 1910. The position of the lower handle 19402 is not limited and can be set at any position on the front wall and both side walls of the bucket body 1910 that is suitable for the operator to exert force. The connection method of the lower handle 19402 and the bucket body 1910 is not limited and can be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or rotatably connected.

[0351] In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 10 , a lower handle 19402 is frame-shaped with rounded corners at its bend. Lower handle 19402 is detachably mounted below the front edge of bucket body 1910, opposite upper handle 19401 relative to the front edge. The projection of lower handle 19402 on the bottom wall of bucket body 1910 also aligns with the projection of gas spring 1921 on the bottom wall of bucket body 1910 in the width direction of the mower. Lower handle 19402 assists in returning bucket 1900 to its original position after flipping. The operator applies force using lower handle 19402 to rotate bucket 1900, compressing gas spring 1921 and returning bucket 1900 to its original position. Therefore, lower handle 19402 and upper handle 19401 are positioned opposite the front edge, resulting in the most labor-saving and effective operation.

[0352] Please refer to Figures 3 and 4. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, a drainage hole 19403 is provided on the bottom wall of the bucket body 1910, and a hole plug 19404 is provided on the drainage hole 19403 to seal the drainage hole 19403. The shape of the drainage hole 19403 is not limited, and can be a closable shape such as a circle, square, or oval. The position of the drainage hole 19403 is not limited, and can be set at any position on the bottom wall of the bucket body 1910. The number of drainage holes 19403 can be one or more and is not limited. The shape of the hole plug 19404 is also not limited, but must correspond to the shape of the drainage hole 19403 to achieve a sealing effect.

[0353] In one embodiment, please refer to Figures 3 to 4. In one embodiment of the present invention, the drainage holes 19403 are set as circular holes. There are two of them, both of which are set on the bottom wall of the bucket body 1910, near the end away from the driving seat 1500. The two drainage holes 19403 are set near the two side walls in the width direction of the lawn mower. The two drainage holes 19403 are set at this position without affecting the loading and unloading of items, and when the bucket 1900 is flipped, the drainage holes 19403 are located at the lowest position of the bucket body 1910, which is convenient for drainage; the mating surface of the hole plug 19404 and the drainage hole 19403 is cylindrical, and the mating surface on the hole plug 19404 is a soft material to achieve sealing with the drainage hole 19403. In addition, the hole plug 19404 can be installed in a pluggable manner with the drainage hole 19403.

[0354] Please refer to Figures 11 to 22. In an embodiment of a lawn mower of the present invention, the lawn mower includes a bucket 1900 mounted on a frame 1100. The bucket 1900 includes a bucket body 1910. The rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is rotatably connected to the bottom wall 19112 of the bucket body 1910. During the flipping process, the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is unfolded at a certain angle to the bottom wall 19112. After the rear wall 19110 is unfolded, the capacity of the bucket 1900 can be increased. Longer items can be loaded because they are not restricted by the rear wall 19110. When the rear wall 19110 is flipped to a position flush with the bottom wall 19112 of the bucket body 1910, it is equivalent to increasing the area of the bottom wall 19112 of the bucket body 1910, thereby increasing the carrying space and the bucket capacity. This solution does not change the main structure of the lawn mower and does not increase the energy consumption of the lawn mower. At the same time, when the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is flipped to unfold, it is convenient to load and unload items in the bucket 1900.

[0355] Please refer to Figures 11 to 14. In one embodiment of the present invention, a bucket 1900 is mounted on a frame 1100 and is disposed behind a driver's seat 1500. The bucket 1900 can be fixedly connected to the frame 1100 or can be reversibly mounted on the frame 1100. The bucket 1900 includes a bucket body 1910. The shape and size of the bucket body 1910 are not limited and are preferably adapted to the reserved space on the frame 1100. In one embodiment of the present invention, the bucket body 1910 is 10 is configured as a nearly rectangular box with an open upper end, specifically including a front wall 19109, a rear wall 19110, two side walls 19111 arranged in a first direction and connecting the front wall 19109 and the rear wall 19110, and a bottom wall 19112 connected to the bottom ends of the front wall 19109, the rear wall 19110, and the two side walls 19111. The first direction recorded in this embodiment is the X-axis direction shown in Figure 13, and the second direction is the Y-axis direction shown in Figure 13.

[0356] In order to make better use of the space, the connection between the bucket body 1910 and the frame 1100 is more compact, and the two side walls 19111 of the bucket body 1910 are provided with avoidance portions 19101 for avoiding the tires and protrusions 19102 for increasing the strength of the bucket body 1910. On the one hand, the avoidance portions 19101 can avoid the tires, making the lawn mower more compact, and on the other hand, it can improve the stress concentration problem at the top of the bucket body 1910. The number of protrusions 19102 on each of the above-mentioned side walls 19111 is not limited. In this embodiment, two protrusions 19102 are provided on each of the above-mentioned side walls 19111, and each protrusion 19102 is provided on the inner side of the side wall 19111 and close to the edge. 02 has the effect of strengthening the strength of the side walls 19111 of the bucket body 1910. An installation groove 19103 is provided on the upper surface of each protrusion 19102. The installation groove 19103 is a reserved installation position for installing the grass collecting bracket. A reinforcing member 19104 is installed on the lower side of the bottom surface of the installation groove 19103 on every two side walls 19111 located on the same side. The two ends of the reinforcing member 19104 are respectively connected to the bottom surfaces of the two installation grooves 19103. The reinforcing members 19104 on the two side walls 19111 enhance the strength of the two side walls 19111 of the bucket body 1910, and at the same time ensure the bearing capacity of the grass collecting bracket; of course, the installation groove 19103 can also be used as an installation position for other accessories, and is not limited to the installation of the grass collecting bracket.

[0357] Please refer to Figures 13 to 14. In one embodiment, the bottom end of the rear wall 19110 is rotatably connected to the bottom wall 19112 to enable the rear wall 19110 to flip in the direction away from the front wall 19109. The rotation connection method and the number of rotation pairs are not limited. The rotation connection method can be a direct hinge connection between the shaft and the hole, or a bearing connection method. During the flipping process of the bucket body 1910, the rear wall 19110 is unfolded at a certain angle to the bottom wall 19112. After the rear wall 19110 is unfolded, the capacity of the bucket 1900 can be increased, and the capacity can also be increased due to the lack of support from the rear wall. 19110 is limited to load longer items. When the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is flipped to a position flush with the bottom wall 19112 of the bucket body 1910, it is equivalent to increasing the area of the bottom wall 19112 of the bucket body 1910, thereby increasing the carrying space and the capacity of the bucket 1900. At the same time, when the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is flipped to be unfolded, the beneficial effect of facilitating the loading and unloading of items in the bucket 1900 is achieved. It should be noted that the parts and relative connection relationships not described in detail in the above-mentioned lawn mower can refer to all existing suitable lawn mower structures and will not be described in detail.

[0358] Please refer to Figures 15 and 16. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the bucket 1900 further includes at least one connecting mechanism 1940. The shape, material, length and position of the connecting mechanism 1940 are not limited. The connecting mechanism 1940 is used to connect the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 with the two adjacent side walls 19111 when the rear wall 19110 is turned away from the two adjacent side walls 19111, thereby positioning and fixing the rear wall 19110. The connecting mechanism 1940 is connected to the rear wall 19110. There is no limitation on the connection method between 9110 and the side wall 19111, and it can be a rotational connection or a fixed connection. There is no limitation on the number of connecting mechanisms 1940, and it can be one, connecting only the rear wall 19110 and one of the side walls 19111. Preferably, a connecting mechanism 1940 is respectively provided between the rear wall 19110 and the two adjacent side walls 19111. This method makes the fixation of the rear wall 19110 and the side wall 19111 more firm and reliable, thereby ensuring the load-bearing effect of the rear wall 19110 after it is unfolded.

[0359] Please continue to refer to Figures 15 and 16. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, one end of the connecting mechanism 1940 is detachably rotatably connected to the side of the rear wall 19110, and the other end of the connecting mechanism 1940 is detachably rotatably connected to the side wall 19111. The rotational connection method of the connecting mechanism 1940 and the rear wall 19110 and the side wall 19111 is not limited. The rotational connection method can be a hinged connection of a rigid part, a sleeve connection of a flexible part, or a combination of a rigid part and a flexible part. By adopting the rotational connection method, when the rear wall 19110 is flipped backward, the connecting mechanism 1940 can rotate randomly to match the different positions of the rear wall 19110, so that the rear wall 19110 can rotate smoothly without being restricted by the connecting mechanism 1940.

In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the first snap-fit structure, the second snap-fit structure and the connecting member 1945 in the connecting mechanism 1940 are all rigid parts. In this embodiment, when the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is returned to its position, the connecting mechanism 1940 needs to be disassembled; in another embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the first snap-fit structure and the second snap-fit structure in the connecting mechanism 1940 are rigid parts, and the connecting member 1945 is a flexible part. In this embodiment, when the rear wall 19110 of the bucket body 1910 is returned to its position, the connecting mechanism 1940 does not need to be disassembled.

[0363] Please refer to Figure 15. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the truck bed 1900 also includes a fixing mechanism 1950. The structure of the fixing mechanism 1950 is not limited. It can be a latch lock or any mechanism that can lock the rear wall 19110 and the two adjacent side walls 19111 when the rear wall 19110 is connected to the two adjacent side walls 19111. The fixing mechanism 1950 can be installed on the rear wall 19110, or on the side walls 19111, or partially on the rear wall 19110 and the other part on the side walls 19111.

[0364] Please continue to refer to Figure 15. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the fixing mechanism 1950 includes a locking seat 1951 and a lock body 1952. When the rear wall 19110 is in the initial position, the initial position refers to the rear wall 19110 being connected to the side wall 19111. When the rear wall 19110 blocks the truck bucket 1900, the lock body 1952 is connected and locked to the locking seat 1951. When the rear wall 19110 is flipped away from the side wall 19111, the lock body 1952 is separated from the locking seat 1951. The locking seat 1951 can be a card with a self-resetting function, a ring structure, a hook structure or a limit and groove structure, but is not limited to this. The lock body 1952 can be any structure that can be separated and locked from the locking seat 1951.

[0365] Referring to Figures 15, 20, and 21, in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the locking seat 1951 includes a seat body 19511, which is mounted on the side wall 19111, specifically, on the side of the side wall 19111 close to the rear wall 19110. The shape of the seat body 19511 includes but is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, or other special-shaped bodies. A groove 19512 is formed on the side of the seat body 19511 facing the rear wall 19110. The groove 19512 is fixed to the side of the side wall 19111. The shape of the lock 19512 can be circular, oval, or rectangular, etc., with an opening toward the rear wall 19110. In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the groove 19512 is approximately U-shaped. The notch of the groove 19512 is provided with a limiting platform 19513. The limiting platform 19513 can be provided on either the upper or lower side of the groove 19512. The limiting platform 19513 and the groove 19512 form a socket, thereby achieving a snap connection between the lock body 1952 and the socket. The limiting platform 19513 can be in the shape of a cuboid, a polygonal prism, a cylinder, an ellipsoid, or other special shapes. In addition, the limiting platform 19513 and the lower side of the groove 19512 can be fixedly connected or retractably slidably connected. The limiting platform 19513 in this embodiment is a triangular prism and is disposed on the lower side of the groove 19512 . A slope is formed on the side of the limiting platform 19513 facing the notch to facilitate the insertion of the locking tongue 19521 .

[0366] Please refer to Figures 20 to 21. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the limit platform 19513 is slidably installed on the wall of the slot, and a cavity 19514 is provided in the wall to accommodate the retraction of the limit platform 19513. The cavity 19514 can be processed to match the limit platform 19513, or the base 19511 can be set to a hollow structure, and an elastic member 19515 is connected to the bottom of the limit platform 19513. The elastic member 19515 includes a coil spring, a gas spring, a rubber spring, etc., but is not limited to this. This setting can achieve the effect of the limit platform 19513 opening under pressure and resetting under the action of the elastic member 19515.

[0367] Please refer to Figures 15, 20 to 22. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the lock body 1952 includes two lock tongues 19521, which are respectively arranged at the two ends of the rear wall 19110. The two side walls 19111 are respectively installed with a locking seat 1951. Specifically, the lock tongue 19521 can be in the shape of a cylindrical rod, a square rod or a semi-cylindrical rod. In one embodiment of the invention, the connection between the lock tongue 19521 and the rear wall 19110 is a fixed connection, and the limit table 19513 of the locking seat 1951 is a fixed connection. A structure is used in which the extension and retraction on the wall of the groove 19512 is controlled by a spring. When the rear wall 19110 covers the side wall 19111, the lock tongue 19521 applies pressure to the limit platform 19513, and the limit platform 19513 retracts into the cavity 19514, and the groove 19512 opens. When the lock tongue 19521 is in place, it disengages from the limit platform 19513, and the limit platform 19513 pops out and resets under the action of the spring to limit the lock tongue 19521, thereby achieving the locking of the rear wall 19110 and the side wall 19111. In another embodiment of the invention, the lock tongue 19521 is connected to the rear wall 19110 in a sliding manner, and a control member 19522 is provided on the rear wall 19110 that can control the extension and retraction of the two lock tongues 19521. The control member 19522 can be obtained through commercial means or by referring to other existing technologies. The limit platform 19513 of the locking seat 1951 is fixedly connected to the groove 19512. When the rear wall 19110 is covered to the side wall 19111, the lock tongue 19521 is controlled by the control member 19522 to retract into the rear wall 19110. When the rear wall 19110 is covered and in place, the two lock tongues 19521 are respectively aligned with the corresponding grooves 19512 of the locking seat 1951, and the two lock tongues 19521 are controlled by the control member 19522 to extend at the same time and engage with the corresponding locking seat 1951.

[0368] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, an embodiment of a lawn mower according to the present invention includes a housing 1110, a driver's seat 1500, and a battery compartment 1801. The housing 1110 is mounted on the frame 1100. This allows for different functional areas to be formed within the housing 1110 and also enhances the aesthetics of the lawn mower. The driver's seat 1500 is provided for the operator to sit on, facilitating operation and reducing workload. The driver's seat 1500 is mounted on the frame 1100, preferably in the middle of the lawn mower, to enhance stability. The battery compartment 1801 is located on either side of the driver's seat 1500, with at least a portion of the battery compartment 1801 partially overlapping with the driver's seat 1500's projection along the width of the lawn mower. By locating the battery compartment 1801 on the housing 1110, the adjustment space of the driver's seat 1500 is increased compared to locating the battery pack below the driver's seat 1500, which helps meet the driving needs of different operators. It also facilitates the removal and installation of the battery pack, improving work efficiency. The housing 1110 has a large open space, which can be used to install battery compartments 1801 of different specifications and adapt to different battery packs to meet the different needs of the lawn mower. The battery compartment 1801 and the projection of the driver's seat 1500 along the width of the lawn mower overlap, ensuring that the battery pack is located on both sides of the driver's seat 1500. This ensures that the center of gravity of the lawn mower is in the middle of the width of the lawn mower when the operator is riding.

[0369] Referring to Figure 23, in one embodiment, the battery compartment 1801 includes multiple first compartments 1840 and multiple second compartments 1850. The arrangement of the first compartments 1840 and the second compartments 1850 allows for the accommodation of battery packs of varying specifications, allowing for selection based on actual needs to meet diverse usage requirements. The multiple first compartments 1840 are symmetrically arranged on the housing 1110 on either side of the driver's seat 1500. The symmetrical arrangement of the first compartments 1840 on either side of the housing 1110 not only ensures the aesthetics of the housing 1110 but also ensures that the same number of battery packs are located in the center of the mower, improving operational stability. For example, the projection of the first compartments 1840 along the width of the mower partially overlaps with the projection of the driver's seat 1500 along the width of the mower. In one embodiment, the first compartments 1840 are arranged on either side of the driver's seat 1500 and are substantially parallel to the driver's seat 1500. Second compartments 1850 are symmetrically arranged on housing 1110 on either side of driver's seat 1500. Exemplarily, battery compartment 1801 also includes third and fourth compartments, each with different specifications or different attachment methods to housing 1110. Battery compartments 1801 on either side of housing 1110 are mirror-symmetrically arranged on either side of housing 1110, with the mirror planes parallel to the length of the mower and perpendicular to its width. The mirror planes coincide with or substantially coincide with the centerline of the mower. Exemplarily, the length of the mower is the X-axis in FIG. 23 , and the width of the mower is the Y-axis in FIG. 23 .

[0370] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, in one embodiment, a lawn mower is provided with a bucket 1900. This bucket 1900 is used to store items such as a grass collection box, thereby improving the convenience of use. At least a portion of the battery compartment 1801 partially overlaps with the projection of the bucket 1900 along the width of the lawn mower. In other words, at least a portion of the battery compartment 1801 is located on both sides of the bucket 1900. To increase the capacity of the bucket 1900, the bucket 1900 can be positioned between the traveling wheels. This increases the depth of the bucket 1900 without increasing the height of the lawn mower, thereby increasing its capacity. The battery compartment 1801 is preferably positioned on both sides of the bucket 1900, preferably above the traveling wheels, so that it does not occupy the capacity of the bucket 1900 and is more convenient to install. For example, the second compartment 1850 is positioned on both sides of the bucket 1900, above the traveling wheels.

[0371] Please refer to Figures 23 and 24. In one embodiment, a handrail 1510 is provided on the driving seat 1500, and the projected height of the battery compartment 1801 along the width direction of the lawn mower does not exceed the projected height of the handrail 1510 along the width direction of the lawn mower. The handrail 1510 is provided on both sides of the driving seat 1500. The handrail 1510 can be fixed to the base or backrest of the driving seat 1500. On the one hand, the handrail 1510 can be convenient for the operator to hold on to, avoid fatigue caused by long-term hanging of the arms, and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. On the other hand, the handrail 1510 provided on both sides can provide certain protection for the operator, preventing the operator from shaking left and right and falling off the lawn mower. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the handrail 1510, the height of the battery compartment 1801 is lower than the height of the handrail 1510, especially the battery compartment 1801 arranged on both sides of the driving seat 1500, such as the first compartment 1840, to avoid the battery compartment 1801 interfering with the handrail 1510 when the operator is driving and operating the lawn mower, thereby affecting the operation.

[0372] Referring to Figures 29 to 30 , in one embodiment, the battery compartment 1801 includes a cover 1820 and a main body 1810. The main body 1810 is fixedly mounted on the housing 1110, and the cover 1820 is detachably connected to the main body 1810. During transportation, especially when leaving the factory, the transportation distance is long and the route is complex and varied. Therefore, the lawn mower needs to be protected during transportation. In particular, the housing 1110 is typically made of plastic and requires special care to prevent bumps and other damage during transportation. The cover 1820 is separate from the main body 1810 mounted on the housing 1110. This provides independent protection for the cover 1820, while also ensuring that the main body 1810 is flush or substantially flush with the upper surface of the housing 1110, facilitating transportation protection for the housing 1110, such as by covering it with a protective film or foam. Upon arrival at the destination, the cover 1820 is reattached to the main body 1810 to form the battery compartment 1801 that accommodates the battery pack.

[0373] Please refer to Figures 28, 39 to 40. In another embodiment, the cover 1820 is buckled onto the main body 1810. On the same lawn mower, the covers 1820 and the main body 1810 of different battery compartments 1801 can adopt different schemes. For example, the first compartment 1840 is a cover 1820 rotatably connected to the main body 1810, and the second compartment 1850 is a cover 1820 buckled onto the main body 1810. The two connection methods of the cover 1820 and the main body 1810 of the battery compartment 1801 are selected according to actual needs, and the existing connection method can also be selected according to actual conditions. This application does not elaborate on the existing connection method of the cover 1820 and the main body 1810. Exemplarily, the main body 1810 is integrally formed on the housing 1110, and a slot 1817 is provided on the main body 1810. The cover 1820 is provided with a connecting device 1838, which extends into the slot 1817 to achieve relative fixation between the cover 1820 and the main body 1810, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the cover 1820 and the main body 1810. Exemplarily, a honeycomb-shaped reinforcement portion 1839 is provided on the inner wall of the top of the cover 1820 to increase the strength of the cover 1820 and enhance its load-bearing capacity.

[0374] Please refer to Figures 39 and 40. In one embodiment, the connecting device 1838 includes a connecting base 18381, a first connecting part 18382 and a first connecting rod 18383, wherein the connecting base 18381 is fixedly set on the cover 1820, the first connecting part 18382 is rotatably set on the connecting base 18381, and the first connecting rod 18383 is rotatably set on the first connecting part 18382. In the locked state, the distance from the rotation axis of the first connecting rod 18383 to the card slot 1817 is greater than the distance between the rotation axis of the first connecting part 18382 and the card slot 1817. The card slot 1817 is set away from the connecting base 18381. When the first connecting rod 18383 is inserted into the card slot 1817, it limits the separation of the cover 1820 and the main body 1810. When in use, the first connecting part 18382 is first rotated to a position that is basically perpendicular to the notch of the slot 1817. At this time, the position of the first connecting rod 18383 is lower. The first connecting rod 18383 is rotated to the slot 1817, and then the first connecting part 18382 is rotated to be parallel or basically parallel to the notch of the slot 1817. During the rotation of the first connecting part 18382, the height of the first connecting rod 18383 rises, so that the first connecting rod 18383 is inserted into the slot 1817. Under the action of the first connecting rod 18383 and the slot 1817, the first connecting part 18382 requires a certain force to rotate in the opposite direction to when locked. This force ensures that the first connecting part 18382 will not rotate due to bumps or other reasons during the use of the lawn mower, thereby improving the connection stability between the cover 1820 and the main body 1810.

[0375] Please refer to Figures 25 and 26. In one embodiment, a storage compartment 1230 is provided on the housing 1110 in front of the battery compartment 1801. A power outlet is provided in the storage compartment 1230. The storage compartment 1230 is convenient for placing small items, such as remote controls, mobile phones, tablets, etc. The power outlet can be used to charge electronic products in the storage compartment 1230, such as remote controls, mobile phones, tablets, etc. The power outlet can be a type-c port, a lightning port, a Micro USB port, etc., or other existing power outlets. For example, the power outlet can not only charge electronic products, but also control or read data from the controller of the lawn mower through a communication protocol to meet usage requirements under different conditions. In one embodiment, the power outlet is connected to the controller of the lawn mower, and the controller is connected to the battery pack in the battery compartment 1801. The battery pack supplies power to the power outlet through control and voltage regulation by the controller. Exemplarily, a cup holder 1231 is further provided on the housing 1110 , and the cup holder 1231 is used to place containers for holding liquids such as cups to facilitate the operator to drink or use.

[0376] Please refer to Figures 25 and 26. In one embodiment, a charging port 1240 is provided on the front side of the shell 1110 below the driver's seat 1500. The charging port 1240 is used to charge the battery pack or other energy storage device on the lawn mower. The charging port 1240 is provided below the driver's seat 1500, which can reduce the occurrence of accidental collision with the charging gun and improve the safety of charging.

[0377] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, in one embodiment of the present invention, the lawn mower further includes a housing 1110 and a battery compartment 1801, wherein the housing 1110 is disposed on the frame 1100. The housing 1110 covers a portion of the frame 1100, which facilitates the installation of some components of the lawn mower and improves the appearance of the lawn mower. A traveling mechanism 1200 is disposed on the frame 1100. The traveling mechanism 1200 drives the lawn mower to move according to the operator's instructions. The traveling mechanism 1200 includes a drive motor and travel wheels, and the drive motor drives the travel wheels to move. The battery compartment 1801 is disposed on the housing 1110. The battery compartment 1801 is configured to accommodate a battery pack, which provides electrical energy to the components of the lawn mower. Referring to Figures 6 to 8 , the battery compartment 1801 includes a main body 1810 and a cover 1820. The main body 1810 is disposed on the housing 1110 and is provided with an opening 1811 for accessing and placing the battery pack. The cover 1820 is pivotally connected to the main body 1810 via a second connector 1830. The cover 1820 pivotally connects to the main body 1810 to facilitate opening the opening 1811, thereby facilitating access to and placement of the battery pack, and then seals the opening 1811 after access is complete. The second connector 1830 is detachably connected to the main body 1810 and / or the cover 1820. During transportation, the cover 1820, which originally protrudes from the housing 1110, is removed, thereby making the surface of the housing 1110 neater and easier to transport. Exemplarily, the second connecting member 1830 can be detachably connected to the main body 1810, can be detachably connected to the cover 1820, or can be detachably connected to both the main body 1810 and the cover 1820. Preferably, the second connecting member 1830 is detachably connected to the main body 1810 to avoid the second connecting member 1830 on the main body 1810 being too protruding and affecting the convenience of transportation.

[0378] Referring to Figure 31, in one embodiment, a socket 1812 is provided on the main body 1810, and a second connector 1830 is inserted into and engaged with the socket 1812. Before transportation, the second connector 1830 is separated from the main body 1810, and the second connector 1830 is connected to the cover 1820. After transportation, the second connector 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812, and the second connector 1830 is engaged with the socket 1812, thereby connecting the cover 1820 to the main body 1810. This facilitates connection of the cover 1820 and the main body 1810 after transportation, reduces operational difficulty, saves installation time, and allows the operator to independently and quickly complete the installation process.

[0379] In one embodiment, a first limiting portion is provided in the socket 1812, and a second limiting portion is provided on the second connecting member 1830. The first limiting portion cooperates with the second limiting portion to limit the second connecting member 1830 from being separated from the socket 1812, thereby preventing the second connecting member 1830 from being separated from the socket 1812 due to bumps, vibrations, etc. during the operation of the lawn mower, thereby causing the cover 1820 to fall off.

[0380] Please refer to Figures 31, 35 and 36. In one embodiment, the first limiting portion includes a recess 18121 arranged in the socket 1812, and the recess 18121 is arranged on the inner wall of the socket 1812. The second limiting portion includes an elastically deformable elastic sheet 1831 arranged on the second connecting member 1830, and a locking portion 1832 is provided on the elastic sheet 1831. The locking portion 1832 cooperates with the recess 18121 to enable the second connecting member 1830 to be locked with the socket 1812. During the process of inserting the second connecting member 1830 into the socket 1812, the locking portion 1832 on the elastic sheet 1831 is squeezed by the inner wall of the socket 1812, causing the elastic sheet 1831 to undergo elastic deformation. When the locking portion 1832 on the elastic sheet 1831 reaches the position of the recess 18121, that is, when the second connecting member 1830 is inserted to the specified depth, the locking portion 1832 is reset under the elastic action of the elastic sheet 1831, and the locking portion 1832 at least partially extends into the recess 18121. The locking portion 1832 cooperates with the recess 18121 to limit the second connecting member 1830, so that the second connecting member 1830 is locked with the socket 1812, ensuring that the connection between the second connecting member 1830 and the main body 1810 is stable. In one embodiment, the direction of the recess 18121 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the extension direction of the socket 1812, so that the locking portion 1832 and the recess 18121 can better cooperate, ensuring a stable connection between the second connector 1830 and the main body 1810. For example, recesses 18121 are provided on both sides of the socket 1812, and elastic pieces 1831 are provided on both corresponding sides of the second connector 1830, thereby better achieving a stable connection between the second connector 1830 and the main body 1810.

[0381] Please refer to Figures 35 to 36 and Figure 41. In one embodiment, the elastic sheet 1831 is provided with a first inclined surface 1833 that is inclined from bottom to top away from the elastic sheet 1831. The first inclined surface 1833 is provided on the side of the elastic sheet 1831 close to the recess 18121 when the second connecting member 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812. The locking portion 1832 is provided above the first inclined surface 1833. Exemplarily, from bottom to top is from the bottom of the battery compartment 1801 to the top of the battery compartment 1801. For example, in one embodiment, the battery compartment 1801 is vertically or nearly vertically set, and the bottom-up direction is consistent with the natural bottom-up direction; for example, in another embodiment, when the battery compartment 1801 is horizontally or nearly horizontally set, the bottom-up direction at this time is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the natural bottom-up direction. By providing the first inclined surface 1833 on the elastic sheet 1831, it is facilitated that the elastic sheet 1831 gradually deforms away from the recess 18121 when the second connector 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812. This ensures that when the second connector 1830 is inserted into the designated position, the elastic sheet 1831 can be deformed and restored, and the locking portion 1832 at least partially extends into the recess 18121. At the same time, the first inclined surface 1833 can also serve as a guide, further facilitating the insertion of the second connector 1830 into the socket 1812.

[0382] Please refer to Figures 33, 35 and 36. In one embodiment, the locking portion 1832 includes a step surface 18321. Preferably, the step surface 18321 is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the second connecting member 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812, thereby ensuring that when the step surface 18321 is engaged with the recess 18121, the second connecting member 1830 can be restricted from being separated from the socket 1812. The step surface 18321 extends from the top of the first inclined surface 1833 in the direction away from the recess 18121. When the first inclined surface 1833 is fully inserted below the top of the recess 18121, the pressure on the elastic sheet 1831 by the side wall of the socket 1812 becomes smaller or disappears, the elastic sheet 1831 is reset, and the step surface 18321 is at least partially inserted into the recess 18121. The step surface 18321 is perpendicular to the direction in which the second connecting member 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812. In other words, the step surface 18321 is parallel to the top wall of the recess 18121. When the second connecting member 1830 is subjected to a force in the direction of separation from the socket 1812, the step surface 18321 is subjected to an upward pulling force and a downward pressure exerted by the top wall of the recess 18121. The pulling force and the pressure offset each other, thereby limiting the second connecting member 1830 from separating from the socket 1812. Exemplarily, the connection between the step surface 18321 and the first inclined surface 1833 is arc-shaped, which reduces the collision and scratches between the elastic sheet 1831 and the side wall of the socket 1812 and improves the service life of the elastic sheet 1831.

[0383] Please refer to Figures 33, 35 and 36. In another embodiment, the locking portion 1832 includes a first cut tongue 18322. The first cut tongue 18322 and the step surface 18321 are arranged on different elastic sheets 1831. The first inclined surface 1833 is parallel to the first cut tongue 18322. The angle between the first cut tongue 18322 and the original plane of the first cut tongue 18322 is an acute angle. The original plane is the surface of the plate to which the first cut tongue 18322 belongs before cutting. Exemplarily, the first cut tongue 18322 is parallel to the first inclined surface 1833, and an acute angle is formed between the first cut tongue 18322 and the original plane. When the second connecting member 1830 is inserted to a specified depth, the first cut tongue 18322 at least partially extends into the recess 18121, and the top of the first cut tongue 18322 abuts against the top wall of the recess 18121. When the second connecting member 1830 is subjected to a force to disengage from the socket 1812, the top wall of the recess 18121 applies downward pressure to the first cut tongue 18322, thereby limiting the second connecting member 1830 from disengaging from the socket 1812.

[0384] In one embodiment, the cross-section of the first cut tongue 18322 is a rectangle, a trapezoid, a parallelogram, etc., preferably a rectangle. Exemplarily, the first cut tongue 18322 is formed by cutting a line on the elastic sheet 1831 and then bending the elastic sheet 1831 at the junction of the first cut tongue 18322 and the elastic sheet 1831. The first cut tongue 18322 is not bent along the original plane.

[0385] In one embodiment, when the second connecting member 1830 is subjected to a force exceeding a threshold in the direction of disengaging from the socket 1812, the locking portion 1832 drives the elastic sheet 1831 to undergo elastic deformation until the locking portion 1832 disengages from the recess 18121, causing the second connecting member 1830 to disengage from the socket 1812, thereby separating the cover 1820 from the main body 1810, thereby meeting special needs such as replacement, maintenance, and transportation.

[0386] Referring to Figure 31 , in one embodiment, a first protrusion 18122 is provided on the inner wall of the socket 1812, and a groove 1837 is provided on the second connector 1830. The first protrusion 18122 matches the groove 1837. For example, the first protrusion 18122 is in the shape of an elongated strip, the length of which aligns with the direction in which the second connector 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812. When the second connector 1830 is inserted into the socket 1812, the first protrusion 18122 cooperates with the groove 1837 to serve as a positioning guide.

[0387] In one embodiment, the cross-section of the first protrusion 18122 can be circular or polygonal such as a square. Preferably, the cross-section of the first protrusion 18122 is a square.

[0388] In one embodiment, the first protrusion 18122 can be a single protrusion or a combination of multiple vertical protrusions. The number of grooves 1837 can be the same as the number of protrusions or different from the number of protrusions. For example, when the first protrusion 18122 has one protrusion, one groove 1837 is provided. When the first protrusion 18122 has two protrusions, one groove 1837 can be provided. At this time, the two side walls of the groove 1837 respectively abut against the side walls opposite to the two protrusions. Two grooves 1837 can also be provided. At this time, the grooves 1837 correspond one to one with the protrusions.

[0389] Referring to Figures 33, 35, and 36, in one embodiment, second connector 1830 is rotatably connected to lid 1820. A first return spring 1836 is disposed on second connector 1830. First return spring 1836 drives lid 1820 to rotate toward closing opening 1811. First return spring 1836 is disposed on the pivot axis between second connector 1830 and lid 1820. The provision of first return spring 1836 automatically closes opening 1811 with lid 1820, preventing the possibility of forgetting to close lid 1820 after removing or placing a battery pack. This effectively prevents rainwater, grass clippings, and other debris from entering battery compartment 1801. First return spring 1836 can be any existing return spring and is simply mounted on the pivot axis between second connector 1830 and lid 1820.

[0390] Please refer to Figures 31, 34, 37 to 38, and 42. In one embodiment, a buckle plate 1813 is provided on the side of the main body 1810 away from the second connecting member 1830, and a recess 18131 facing away from the main body 1810 is formed between the buckle plate 1813 and the main body 1810. A buckle 1821 is rotatably connected to the side of the cover 1820 away from the second connecting member 1830, and the buckle 1821 is rotatably buckled into the recess 18131 to limit the relative rotation of the main body 1810 and the cover 1820. By providing the buckle 1821 and the gusset 1813, the relative rotation between the main body 1810 and the cover 1820 can be restricted. When the battery compartment 1801 needs to be opened, the buckle 1821 needs to be rotated first. After the buckle 1821 is disengaged from the notch 18131, the cover 1820 can be rotated to open the battery compartment 1801. If the cover 1820 is rotated directly, the gusset 1813 applies downward pressure to the buckle 1821, thereby restricting the rotation of the cover 1820, reducing the risk of accidental opening of the battery compartment 1801 and preventing the battery compartment 1801 from opening when the lawn mower is used in a bumpy manner. For example, connecting plates are provided on both sides of the gusset 1813 to connect the gusset 1813 to the main body 1810, which can improve the durability and force-bearing capacity of the gusset 1813. For example, in order to facilitate the operator to rotate the buckle 1821, a gripping portion 18211 is provided on the buckle 1821. By providing the gripping portion 18211, the contact area between the operator and the buckle 1821 is increased when the operator rotates the buckle 1821, thereby making it more convenient for the operator to rotate the buckle 1821.

[0391] Please refer to Figures 37 and 38. In one embodiment, a second return spring 1822 is provided on the buckle 1821. The second return spring 1822 limits the buckle 1821 from disengaging from the recess 18131. The second return spring 1822 is provided on the rotating shaft of the buckle 1821 relative to the cover 1820. By providing the second return spring 1822, when the lawn mower vibrates, etc., the buckle 1821 and the cover 1820 can be prevented from rotating relative to each other so that the buckle 1821 disengages from the recess 18131, thereby effectively ensuring the stability of the connection between the cover 1820 and the main body 1810 and reducing the possibility of the cover 1820 being opened by mistake.

[0392] Referring to FIG. 27 , in one embodiment, a mounting hole 1111 is provided on the housing 1110, into which the main body 1810 is inserted. A second protrusion 1816 is provided on the outer periphery of the main body 1810, and the second protrusion 1816 abuts against the top outer periphery of the mounting hole 1111. Exemplarily, the main body 1810 and the housing 1110 are not integrally formed. By inserting the main body 1810 into the mounting hole 1111, the second protrusion 1816 abuts against the top outer periphery of the mounting hole 1111, thereby providing support for the main body 1810 and preventing the main body 1810 from completely falling into the mounting hole 1111.

[0393] Please refer to Figures 25 to 27. In one embodiment, a countersunk hole 1112 is provided at the top of the mounting hole 1111, and the second protrusion 1816 abuts against the bottom wall of the countersunk hole 1112. By providing the countersunk hole 1112, the outer periphery of the countersunk hole 1112 matches the outer periphery of the second protrusion 1816, so that the main body 1810 can be positioned, which facilitates installation and reduces the shaking of the battery compartment 1801.

[0394] Referring to Figures 27 and 30, in one embodiment, a positioning hole 11111 is provided on the side wall of the mounting hole 1111, and a positioning portion 18161 is provided on the bottom of the second protrusion 1816. The positioning portion 18161 matches the positioning hole 11111. By matching the positioning portion 18161 with the positioning hole 11111, the main body 1810 is accurately positioned with respect to the mounting hole 1111. For example, a through hole is provided on the bottom wall of the positioning hole 11111, and a threaded hole is provided on the positioning portion 18161. The positioning portion 18161 is fastened to the positioning hole 11111 by screws or bolts, thereby securing the main body 1810 to the mounting hole 1111.

[0395] Referring to FIG. 31 , in one embodiment, a reinforcement portion 18162 is provided on the top of the second protrusion 1816 . The reinforcement portion 18162 improves the load-bearing capacity of the second protrusion 1816 , ensuring that even when the lawn mower is bumpy, the second protrusion 1816 can still stably support the battery compartment 1801 and prevent the battery compartment 1801 from falling off. Exemplarily, the reinforcement portion 18162 is provided on the long side of the second protrusion 1816 . The long side is subjected to greater force than the short side. By providing the reinforcement portion 18162 on the long side, the main body 1810 can be stably supported. Exemplarily, the reinforcement portion 18162 is integrally formed with the main body 1810 to facilitate processing and ensure that the reinforcement portion 18162 provides stable support for the main body 1810.

[0396] In one embodiment, the lawn mower further includes components such as a cutting table assembly and a control system. The remaining components refer to existing lawn mower components and are not described in detail in this application.

[0397] The present application also provides a garden tool, which includes a frame, a shell, a running mechanism and a battery compartment, wherein the shell is arranged on the frame; the running mechanism is arranged on the frame to drive the garden tool to move; the battery compartment is arranged on the shell, and the battery compartment is configured to accommodate a battery pack. The battery compartment includes a main body, a cover and a second connecting member, the main body is arranged on the shell, and an opening is provided on the main body; the cover is rotatably connected to the main body through the second connecting member; the second connecting member is detachably connected to the main body and / or the cover. When transporting the garden tool, the cover originally protruding from the shell is removed, so that the surface of the shell is more neat and convenient for transportation. Exemplarily, the second connecting member can be detachably connected to the main body, can be detachably connected to the cover, and can be detachably connected to both the main body and the cover at the same time. Preferably, the second connecting member is detachably connected to the main body to avoid the second connecting member on the main body being more prominent and affecting the convenience of transportation.

[0398] Referring to Figures 23, 43, and 44, an embodiment of a lawn mower according to the present invention includes a frame 1100, a housing 1110, a traveling mechanism 1200, a cutting table assembly 1300, an operating assembly, a battery compartment 1801, and a bucket 1900. The housing 1110 is mounted on the frame 1100, which not only improves the appearance of the lawn mower but also provides mounting locations for certain components. The traveling mechanism 1200 is mounted on the frame and drives the lawn mower to move. The traveling mechanism 1200 includes front wheels 1210, rear wheels 1220, and a drive motor. For example, the rear wheels 1220 are driving wheels, and the drive motor is directly connected to the rear wheels 1220 to drive the rear wheels 1220 to rotate. The front wheels 1210 are driven wheels. Exemplarily, the wheelbase between the front wheel 1210 and the rear wheel 1220 is 1200mm to 1300mm. The wheelbase is the distance between the axis of the front wheel 1210 and the axis of the rear wheel 1220. The wheelbase can be any value between 1200mm and 1300mm, such as 1200mm, 1250mm, 1300mm, etc. For example, the vehicle length is 1460 mm to 2460 mm, and can be any value between 1460 mm and 2460 mm, such as 1460 mm, 1960 mm, and 2460 mm; the vehicle width is 1420 mm to 2420 mm, and can be any value between 1420 mm and 2420 mm, such as 1420 mm, 1920 mm, and 2420 mm; the vehicle height is 1390 mm to 2390 mm, and can be any value between 1390 mm and 2390 mm, such as 1390 mm, 1890 mm, and 2390 mm. The cutting table assembly 1300 is disposed on the machine frame 100. The cutting table assembly 1300 mows the lawn, etc. to obtain a lawn of appropriate height. The cutting table assembly 1300 includes a cutting table. For example, the lawn mower of the present application can be equipped with cutting tables of different sizes, such as 42 inches, 54 inches, and 60 inches. The driver's seat 1500 is mounted on the frame 1100. The driver's seat 1500 is positioned in the middle of the lawn mower's width. The driver's seat 1500 is used for the operator to sit on, making it easier for the operator to operate and control the lawn mower. The operating assembly controls the running mechanism to move the lawn mower. The operating assembly is positioned on both sides of the driver's seat 1500 to facilitate the operator's operation of the lawn mower. The battery compartment 1801 is positioned on the housing on both sides of the driver's seat 1500. Compared to the existing battery compartment 1801 positioned on the frame below the driver's seat 1500, the battery compartment 1801 of the present application provides the driver's seat 1500 with greater adjustment space to meet the driving and riding needs of different operators. Furthermore, the battery compartment 1801 of the present application is positioned on the housing. When the battery pack in the battery compartment 1801 needs to be replaced, there is no need to lift the driver's seat 1500. This makes battery pack replacement easy and convenient, improving the replacement efficiency.The sidecar 1900 is located at the rear of the mower, providing ample storage space for operators to carry supplies and tools needed during work. It can also be used to transport weeds and lawn waste, reducing the cost of purchasing a transport vehicle.

[0399] In one embodiment, the center of gravity of the lawn mower is located 1 / 5 to 1 / 3 of the distance between the front wheel 1210 and the rear wheel 1220. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is close to the rear wheel 1220. For example, if the wheelbase of the lawn mower is 1250 mm, the center of gravity of the lawn mower is located 250 mm to 416.7 mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220. The center of gravity of the lawn mower can be any value between 250 mm and 416.7 mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, such as 250 mm, 300 mm, 395 mm, 416 mm, 416.7 mm, etc. For example, the weight of the lawn mower is 230 kg to 400 kg. The weight can be any value between 230 kg and 400 kg, such as 230 kg, 300 kg, 361 kg, 400 kg, etc. For example, a lawn mower is provided with cutting decks of different specifications, and the center of gravity of the lawn mower corresponding to the cutting decks of different specifications is different. For example, if a 42-inch cutting deck is installed, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 230kg to 343kg, and the weight can be any value between 230kg and 343kg, such as 230kg, 263kg, 293kg, 343kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 286mm to 396mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, and can be any value between 286mm and 396mm, such as 286mm, 336mm, 396mm, etc. When installing a 54-inch cutting table, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 300kg~360kg. The weight can be any value between 300kg~360kg, such as 300kg, 330kg, 360kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 322mm~422mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, and the distance between the center of gravity and the axis of the rear wheel 1220 can be any value between 322mm~422mm, such as 322mm, 372mm, 422mm, etc. When a 60-inch cutting table is installed, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 318kg~378kg. The weight can be any value between 318kg and 378kg, such as 318kg, 348kg, 378kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 345mm~445mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220. The distance between the center of gravity and the axis of the rear wheel 1220 can be any value between 345mm and 445mm, such as 345mm, 395mm, 445mm, etc.

[0400] In one embodiment, the lawn mower further includes an anti-roll frame 1400, which can protect the operator on the driving seat 1500 when the lawn mower accidentally rolls over. The anti-roll frame 1400 is connected to the frame 1100, and the distance between the center of gravity of the anti-roll frame 1400 and the rear wheel 1220 in the length direction of the lawn mower is smaller than the distance between the center of gravity of the lawn mower and the rear wheel 200 in the length direction of the lawn mower. For example, the length direction of the lawn mower is the Y direction in Figure 2. For example, after the anti-roll cage 1400 is installed, the center of gravity of the lawn mower is different from the center of gravity when the anti-roll cage 1400 is not installed. For example, when a 42-inch cutting table is installed, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 284kg~344kg. The weight can be any value between 284kg and 344kg, such as 284kg, 314kg, 344kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 263mm~363mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, and can be any value between 263mm and 363mm, such as 263mm, 313mm, 363mm, etc. When a 54-inch cutting table is installed, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 322kg~382kg. The weight can be any value between 322kg~382kg, such as 332kg, 352kg, 382kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 300mm~400mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, and the distance between the center of gravity and the axis of the rear wheel 1220 can be any value between 300mm~400mm, such as 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, etc. When a 60-inch cutting table is installed, the bare weight of the lawn mower is 340kg~400kg. The weight can be any value between 340kg~400kg, such as 340kg, 370kg, 400kg, etc. The center of gravity of the lawn mower is 322mm~422mm from the axis of the rear wheel 1220, and the distance between the center of gravity and the axis of the rear wheel 1220 can be any value between 342mm~422mm, such as 342mm, 372mm, 422mm, etc.

[0401] Referring to Figures 43 and 44 , in one embodiment, the lawn mower is further provided with a light assembly. The light assembly is mounted on the lawn mower to provide illumination, meeting the operator's need to operate the lawn mower at night or in other situations where insufficient lighting is available. Furthermore, the light assembly can provide a warning effect, facilitating timely detection of the lawn mower by remote operators, other pedestrians, or machines. The light assembly can also illustratively have other functional effects, such as different colors or combinations of lights to indicate braking, alarms, low battery, or complete charging. The light assembly illustratively includes at least one of a taillight 1610, a top light 1620, a sidelight 1630, and a headlight 1640. Preferably, the light assembly includes the taillight 1610, the top light 1620, the sidelight 1630, and the headlight 1640.

[0402] In one embodiment, headlights 1640 are mounted on the front side of the mower, such as the front side of the frame 1100, with the headlights 1640 facing forward to provide good lighting. Exemplarily, the headlights 1640 protrude from the front wheels 1210 along the length of the mower, i.e., along the Y direction in FIG. 2 . This protects the headlights 1640 from damage in the event of a collision with a rock or other unusual situation. Exemplarily, two sets of headlights 1640 are symmetrically arranged on the front side of the mower to provide adequate lighting.

[0403] In one embodiment, a top light 1620 is disposed on the anti-roll bar 1400. The top light 1620 is preferably a long strip light bar to provide good lighting or display effects. Exemplarily, the top light 1620 is disposed on the inner side of the top bar of the anti-roll bar 1400, that is, on the side of the anti-roll bar 1400 facing the driver's seat 1500, so that if the lawn mower accidentally rolls over, the anti-roll bar 1400 can protect the top light 1620 and prevent it from being damaged. Exemplarily, the top light 1620 can be directed toward the front or rear of the lawn mower, depending on actual needs. Preferably, the top light 640 is directed toward the front of the lawn mower to provide good lighting effects for the front of the lawn mower.

[0404] In one embodiment, sidelights 1630 are disposed on the housing 1110 and on both sides of the driver's seat 1500. For example, the sidelights 1630 may face the left and right sides of the lawn mower, i.e., the Y direction in FIG. 23 , or the front of the lawn mower, i.e., the X direction in FIG. 23 . The sidelights 1630 may also be in the form of light bars, with portions facing the front of the lawn mower and portions facing the left and right sides of the lawn mower. Preferably, the sidelights 1630 are in the form of light bars, with portions facing the front of the lawn mower and portions facing the left and right sides of the lawn mower. This provides good lighting and facilitates discovery of the lawn mower from both sides.

[0405] In one embodiment, a taillight 1610 is provided at the rear of the housing 1110. Two taillights 1610 are provided, which are respectively provided on the housing on both sides of the truck bed 1900. The light of the taillight 1610 can be observed from the left rear, right rear and rear of the lawn mower, making it convenient to find the lawn mower in time under poor lighting conditions.

[0406] In one embodiment, the lamp of the lamp assembly includes a lampshade and lamp beads disposed inside the lampshade, and the lamp beads and the lampshade cooperate to emit light of a specified color. Preferably, the headlight 1640, the sidelight 1630, and the top light 1620 emit monochromatic light, such as white light, green light, etc. The taillight 1610 can be monochromatic or multi-color, such as the taillight 1610 partially emitting white light and partially emitting red light, which has both a lighting effect and a warning effect, making it easier to find the lawn mower in time. Exemplarily, the taillight 1610 can also be provided with multiple lamp beads, and the multiple lamp beads can flash, so that remote operators and the like can better find the lawn mower.

[0407] Please refer to Figures 46 to 69. In an embodiment of a lawn mower of the present invention, when the lawn mower is performing a parking brake operation, the operator only needs to step on the pedal assembly 2720 of the parking mechanism 2700 with his foot to complete the braking and releasing of the walking wheel 2210 by the second device 2790. The entire parking process does not require the operator to use his hands or bend over to operate, so the entire parking process is more convenient and labor-saving.

[0408] Please refer to Figures 46 to 52. The lawn mower includes: a frame 1100, a walking mechanism 1200, a cutting table assembly 1300, a parking mechanism 2700 and a second device 2790. The frame 1100 may be provided with a driving seat 1500 or not. In one embodiment, in order to improve the comfort of the driver in operating the lawn mower, the frame 1100 is provided with a driving seat 1500. The specific structural form of the frame 1100 is not limited; the walking mechanism 1200 is installed on the frame 1100 and is used to drive the frame 1100 to move. The walking mechanism 1200 is installed on the frame 1100 and is used to drive the frame 1100 to move. The walking mechanism 1200 may include components such as a driving unit and a power supply unit. The power supply unit provides energy for the driving unit. The power unit may be a battery, or it may be a diesel engine, a gasoline engine or a hybrid engine. The engine; the driving part provides power for the rotation of the walking wheels, and the driving part can be a motor, a motor acceleration and reduction gear, a motor + rack and pinion transmission mechanism, or a motor + lead screw and nut transmission mechanism, or any transmission mechanism that can meet the requirements; the walking mechanism 1200 controls the frame 1100 to perform corresponding walking movements; the cutting table assembly 1300 is installed on the frame 1100 to perform corresponding mowing operations; the installation position of the cutting table assembly 1300 on the frame is not limited, for example, it can be installed at the front end of the frame 1100, or in the middle of the frame 1100, or at the rear end of the frame 1100, etc., as long as it can meet the installation requirements of the mowing operation.

[0409] 46 to 52 , the parking mechanism 2700 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1100 in front of the driver's seat 1500, and the fixing method includes but is not limited to bolt connection; the parking mechanism 2700 includes: a parking bracket 2710, a pedal assembly 2720 and a detection device 2730; the pedal assembly 2720 is rotatably connected to the parking bracket 2710, and the rotational connection method is not limited, and can be achieved by a hinge, a bolt assembly, or a bearing assembly; the parking bracket 2710 is fixedly connected to the frame 1100 in front of the driver's seat 1500 by, but not limited to, bolts; the specific structural form of the parking bracket 2710 is also not limited; the pedal assembly 2720 rotates within a preset angle range, for example The rotation range can be 180 degrees, 90 degrees, or the like, with no specific angle limitation. The detection device 2730 can be mounted on the parking bracket 2710, on the pedal assembly 2720, or partially on the pedal assembly 2720 and partially on the parking bracket 2710, with no specific limitation. When the pedal assembly 2720 rotates relative to the parking bracket 2710, the detection device 2730 can generate a braking signal based on the relative position change between the pedal assembly 2720 and the parking bracket 2710. The braking signal can be either an energized signal or a de-energized signal, with no limitation, as long as the second device 2790 can utilize the braking signal to perform a braking action. The detection device 790 can be selected from a variety of options, such as an infrared ranging sensor, a magnetic detection sensor, a pressure sensor, or a travel switch, any detection mechanism capable of detecting the relative position change between the pedal assembly 2720 and the parking bracket 2710. In this embodiment, this is not a limitation.

[0410] Referring to Figures 46 to 49 , the second device 2790 is mounted on the traveling mechanism 1200. The second device 2790 receives the brake signal generated by the parking mechanism 2700 to brake the traveling mechanism 1200. The traveling mechanism 1200 includes traveling wheels 2210, whose rotation drives the frame 1100. The second device 2790 can be an electromagnetic brake disc, a mechanical brake disc, or any other brake structure capable of braking the traveling wheels 2210. This is not specifically limited in this embodiment.

[0411] In one embodiment of a lawn mower, a parking mechanism 2700 is provided with a pedal assembly 2720 that rotates relative to a parking bracket 2710 within a set angle range. A detection device 2730 detects a change in the relative position of the pedal assembly 2720 and the parking bracket 2710 to generate a braking signal. During the generation of the braking signal, the operator simply steps on the pedal assembly 2720, causing the pedal assembly 2720 to move relative to the parking bracket 2710, thereby generating the braking signal. The second device 2790 utilizes the generated braking signal to brake the travel wheel 2210. Therefore, the entire braking process of the lawn mower does not require the operator to use their hands or bend over, making the entire parking process more convenient and labor-saving. Furthermore, the parking mechanism 2700 is simple in structure and operates more reliably and stably.

[0412] 46 to 52 , in an embodiment of a lawn mower according to the present invention, a detection device 2730 of the parking mechanism includes a first unit 2731 and a second unit 2732. The first unit 2731 is disposed on the parking bracket 2710. The first unit 2731 may be a non-contact detection component that can emit a detection signal, such as a distance sensor or a pressure sensor, or a contact detection component, such as a limit switch or a travel switch. Without limitation, the first unit 2731 may be fixedly connected to the parking bracket 2710 by, but not limited to, bolts. The second unit 2732 is correspondingly disposed on the pedal assembly 2720. The second unit 2732 may be a component that can receive the detection signal emitted by the first unit 2731, or a mechanical part that can abut and press against a contact switch, such as a pressure plate or a baffle. The second unit 2732 may be fixedly connected to the parking bracket 2710 by, but not limited to, bolts. During the rotation of the pedal assembly 2720 relative to the parking bracket 2710, the first unit 2731 and the second unit 2732 interact to generate a braking signal. It should be noted that the interaction between the first unit 2731 and the second unit 2732 can generate a braking signal when there is induction between the first unit 2731 and the second unit 2732, or when there is no induction between the first unit 2731 and the second unit 2732. Both methods are acceptable and are not limited in this embodiment. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first unit 2731 can be disposed on the pedal assembly 2720 and the second unit 2732 can be disposed on the parking bracket 2710. By disposing the first unit 2731 and the second unit 2732, when the pedal assembly 2720 rotates relative to the parking bracket 2710, the relative position of the first unit 2731 relative to the second unit 2732 changes, thereby controlling the generation of the braking signal. This control method has a simple structure, fewer detection steps, and more stable and reliable control of the generation of the braking signal.

[0413] Referring to Figures 50 and 51 , in an example of the parking mechanism of the present invention, the second unit 2732 includes a pressure plate 27321, which is fixedly connected to the pedal assembly 2720. The specific structure of the pressure plate 27321 is not limited and can be a bent part or a profile such as an angle steel. The pressure plate 27321 is fixedly connected to the pedal assembly 2720 by, but not limited to, bolts. The first unit 2731 includes a switch 27311, which can be a non-contact switch or a contact switch, without specific limitation. In this embodiment, the switch 27311 is a contact travel switch. The switch 27311 is fixedly mounted on the parking bracket 2710, including but not limited to bolting. The installation position of the switch 27311 on the parking bracket 2710 corresponds to the installation position of the pressure plate 27321 on the pedal assembly 2720. When pressure plate 27321 presses against the contacts of the travel switch, it compresses the travel switch to a certain degree. When the compression reaches a certain distance, the travel switch is triggered. When pressure plate 27321 moves away from the contacts of the travel switch, the compression of the travel switch returns to its initial state, and the travel switch is deactivated. During the rotation of pedal assembly 2720 relative to parking bracket 2710, there are at least a first position and a second position. When pedal assembly 2720 is in the first position, pressure plate 27321 presses against the contacts of the travel switch, causing switch 27311 to be triggered, and no brake signal is generated. The first position can be any position during the rotation of pedal assembly 2720 relative to parking bracket 2710. To ensure the accuracy of pedal assembly 2720 in the first position, in this embodiment, the position when pedal assembly 2720 is fully released is defined as the first position (as shown in FIG. 4 ). This improves the accuracy of each return of pedal assembly 2720 to the first position, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the contact and compression between pressure plate 27321 and the contacts of the travel switch. When the pedal assembly 2720 leaves the first position, the pressure plate 27321 is away from the travel switch, causing the travel switch to be in a non-triggering state, and a braking signal is generated.

[0414] Please refer to Figures 50 to 54. In an example of the parking mechanism 2700 of the present invention, a mounting block 2711 is fixedly installed on the parking bracket 2710. The fixed connection method includes but is not limited to bolt fixed connection. A slide groove 27111 is provided on the mounting block 2711. The slide groove 27111 includes a first card slot 271111 and a second card slot 271112. The first card slot 271111 includes a horizontal section 271111-1 and an inclined section 271111-2 that are connected to each other. The horizontal section 271111-1 is arranged close to the switch 27311, and the inclined section 271111-2 is arranged away from the switch 27311 and is inclined obliquely downward along the height direction of the parking bracket 2710. The end of the inclined section 271111-2 away from the switch 27311 is connected to the second card slot 271112. In this embodiment, the installation block 2711 is provided to facilitate the processing of the slide groove 27111 ; in other embodiments, the slide groove 27111 may also be directly opened on the parking bracket 2710 .

[0415] Referring to Figures 50 to 53 , parking mechanism 2700 further includes a connecting rod 2750, which is rotatably connected to pedal assembly 2720. Connecting rod 2750 may be directly rotatably connected to pedal assembly 2720 or indirectly rotatably connected via other components. In this embodiment, connecting rod 2750 is rotatably connected to pressure plate 27321, thereby achieving a rotatable connection with pedal assembly 2720. The method of rotatable connection between connecting rod 2750 and pressure plate 27321 is not limited. Connecting rod 2750 may be directly inserted into pressure plate 27321, achieving rotatable connection through a clearance fit between the shaft hole, or may be achieved through a hinge, bolt assembly, or the like. In this embodiment, the connecting rod 2750 includes a first rod body 2751 and a second rod body 2752. One end of the first rod body 2751 is rotatably connected to the pressure plate 27321 through the clearance fit of the shaft hole, and the other end of the first rod body 2751 is fixedly connected to the second rod body 2752. The fixed connection method can be an integral molding connection or a welding connection, etc.; in this embodiment, the second rod body 2752 and the first rod body 2751 are integrally molded; the end of the second rod body 2752 away from the first rod body 2751 slides into the slide groove 27111, and when the pedal assembly 2720 reaches the second position from the first position, the second rod body 2752 correspondingly slides from the first slot 271111 to the second slot 271112. By providing the first and second slots 271111 and 271112, when the pedal assembly 2720 rotates, the second rod 2752 can be moved between the first and second slots 271111 and 271112, thereby driving the pressure plate 27321 away from or pressing against the switch 27311, thereby switching the switch 27311 between the triggered and untriggered states. This structure forms a linkage mechanism between the pedal assembly 2720, the pressure plate 27321, the connecting rod 2750, and the slide slot 27111. This linkage mechanism can convert the rotation of the pedal assembly 2720 into the movement of the second rod 2752 within the slot, thereby changing the relative position between the pressure plate 27321 and the switch 27311. This method has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and is highly reliable.

[0416] 50 and 51 , in an example of the parking mechanism of the present invention, the pedal assembly 2720 includes a rotating shaft 2721, a connecting arm 2722, and a pedal arm 2723. The rotating shaft 2721 is rotatably connected to the parking bracket 2710. There are multiple options for the rotatable connection, such as a rotatable connection through a bearing or a rotatable connection through a shaft-hole clearance fit. In this embodiment, one end of the rotating shaft 2721 is rotatably connected to the parking bracket 2710 through a bearing, and the other end is connected through a pipe clamp. 2760 is mounted on the parking bracket 2710, and the axial hole between the pipe clamp 2760 and the rotating shaft 2721 is rotatably connected. The pedal arm 2723 and the connecting arm 2722 are both fixedly connected to the end of the rotating shaft 2721 that extends beyond the pipe clamp 2760, with the connecting arm 2722 positioned between the pedal arm 2723 and the pipe clamp 2760. The connecting arm 2722 and the pedal arm 2723 are spaced apart along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2721 and arranged at an angle along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 2721. The fixed connection method can be welding, bolting, etc. In this embodiment, the connecting arm 2722 and the pedal arm 2723 are both welded to the rotating shaft 2721. Because the welded connection has a higher strength, it can extend the service life of the pedal arm 2723 and the connecting arm 2722.

[0417] Referring to Figures 50 and 51 , the parking mechanism 2700 further includes a first elastic member 2770, which can be a leaf spring, air spring, or coil spring. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 2770 is a tension spring. Extension springs are standard components with a wide range of specifications and low procurement costs. One end of the first elastic member 2770 is connected to the connecting arm 2722, and the other end of the first elastic member 2770 is connected to the parking bracket 2710. A first preload is generated between the connecting arm 2722 and the parking bracket 2710. The rotational torque generated by the first preload along the axis of the rotating shaft 2721 is in the opposite direction to the rotational torque generated when the pedal arm 2723 is depressed downward. By setting the first elastic member 2770, the pedal arm 2723 can be helped to quickly return to the first position when the foot releases the pedal arm 2723. This not only increases the speed at which the pressure plate 27321 and the detection device 2730 abut and press, so as to quickly release the brake of the walking mechanism 1200, but also improves the accuracy of each return position of the pedal arm 2723.

[0418] Please refer to Figures 52 and 53. In an example of the parking mechanism 2700 of the present invention, the parking mechanism 2700 also includes a second elastic member 2780. The second elastic member 2780 can be a steel leaf spring, an air spring or a coil spring, etc.; in this embodiment, the second elastic member 2780 is a leaf spring, and the leaf spring is an approximately U-shaped structure. The second rod body 2752 is located between the two side walls of the leaf spring. One side wall of the leaf spring is fixedly connected to the pressure plate 27321. The fixed connection method includes but is not limited to a bolt fixed connection. The other side wall of the leaf spring is pressed against the second rod body 2752, thereby generating a second pre-tightening force on the second rod body 2752 toward the side of the slide groove 27111, so that the end face of the second rod body 2752 is pressed against the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 or the second slot 271112. By providing the second elastic member 2780, the second rod 2752 is constantly subjected to a pressing force toward the slide groove 27111, thereby reducing the probability of the second rod 2752 sliding out of the first slot 271111 and into the second slot 27111, thereby reducing the failure rate during use of the parking mechanism 2700. Furthermore, by configuring the second elastic member 2780 as a leaf spring, the second rod 2752 is provided with a relatively large and stable pressing force, thereby reducing the probability of the second rod 2752 detaching from the leaf spring during movement of the pressure plate 27321.

[0419] Please refer to Figures 53 and 55. In one embodiment of the present invention, the second elastic member 2780 is a tension spring, and the two ends of the tension spring respectively have two hooks; the parking bracket 2710 is welded with a first bracket 2712, and the connecting rod 2750 is welded with a second bracket 2753, and the two hooks of the tension spring are respectively hung on the first bracket 2712 and the second bracket 2753; the tension spring generates a tensile force on the connecting rod 2750, that is, a second pre-tightening force, which presses the connecting rod 2750 toward the side of the slide groove 27111, so that the end face of the second rod body 2752 is pressed against the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 or the second slot 271112. By setting the tensile elasticity, the second rod body 2752 can always be subjected to a pressing force toward the slide groove 27111, thereby reducing the probability of the second rod body 2752 sliding out during the process of sliding from the first slot 271111 to the second slot 27111, thereby reducing the failure rate during the use of the parking mechanism 2700.

[0420] Referring to Figures 50 to 54 , in one example of the parking mechanism 2700 of the present invention, a height difference is formed between the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 and the bottom wall of the second slot 271112, and the direction of this height difference aligns with the direction of the second preload force. The specific size of this height difference is not limited, as long as the second rod 2752 can consistently withstand the second preload force. The depth of the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 is less than the depth of the bottom wall of the second slot 271112. When the pedal arm 2723 is stepped on, the second rod 2752 sequentially slides against the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 and the bottom wall of the second slot 271112. By forming a height difference between the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 and the bottom wall of the second slot 271112, when the second rod body 2752 slides from the first slot 271111 to the second slot 271112, under the action of the second pre-tightening force, the second rod body 2752 can accurately slide into the second slot 271112; at the same time, because there is a height difference between the bottom wall of the first slot 271111 and the bottom wall of the second slot 271112, the second pre-tightening force generated when the second rod body 2752 slides in the first slot 271111 and when it slides in the second slot 271112 is obviously different. Therefore, during the stepping process of the pedal arm 2723, the foot can sense the change in the second pre-tightening force when the foot moves, and clearly sense whether the pedal arm 2723 has been stepped into place, thereby preventing the pedal arm 2723 from being over-stepped, which leads to a reduction in the life of the pedal assembly 2720.

[0421] Please refer to Figures 51 to 54. In an example of the parking mechanism 2700 of the present invention, the slide groove 27111 also includes a third slot 271113. Along the height direction of the parking bracket 2710, the third slot 271113 is located above the second slot 271112, and the third slot 271113 is connected to the second slot 271112. The slot direction of the third slot 271113 is consistent with the slot direction of the second slot 271112, and the bottom wall depth of the third slot 271113 is greater than the bottom wall depth of the second slot 271112. The specific shape and area of the third slot 271113 are not limited, as long as the bottom wall area of the third slot 271113 can accommodate the end face area of the second rod body 2752. A first inclined surface 271115 is provided on a side of the second engaging slot 271112 near the first engaging slot 271111. The first inclined surface 271115 extends vertically into the third engaging slot 271113, and the end of the first inclined surface 271115 near the third engaging slot 271113 is inclined toward the pressure plate 27321. A stopper 2713 is provided on the third engaging slot 271113 to prevent the second rod 2752 from sliding out of the third engaging slot 271113. The stopper 2713 can be provided at any location on the third engaging slot 271113, as long as it prevents the second rod 2752 from sliding out of the third engaging slot 271113. For example, the stopper 2713 can be provided on the side walls of the third engaging slot 271113 or on the bottom wall of the third engaging slot 271113. The shape and structure of the stopping portion 2713 are not limited, as long as it can prevent the second rod 2752 from sliding out of the third slot 271113 .

[0422] 52 to 54 , in this embodiment, the stopper 2713 is disposed at an end of the first inclined surface 271115 away from the second engaging slot. When the pedal assembly 2720 moves from the first position to the second position and the pedal arm 2723 is released, the second rod 2752 moves along the first inclined surface 271115 under the action of the first elastic member 2770 and the second elastic member 2780, then slides from the second engaging slot 271112 into the third engaging slot 271113, where it is restrained by the stopper 2713. This maintains the pedal assembly 2720 in the second position, and the pressure plate 27321 remains disengaged from the switch 27311, causing the parking mechanism 2700 to continuously generate a brake signal. Preferably, referring to FIG. 7 , in this embodiment, a curved surface 27131 is provided on the stop portion 2713 , and the curved surface 27131 corresponds to the outer side wall of the second rod 2752 ; the setting of the curved surface 27131 can better limit the movement of the second rod 2752 in the third sliding groove 27111 , thereby reducing the probability of the second rod 2752 sliding out.

[0423] In this embodiment, when the pedal arm 2723 moves away from the first position and the second rod 2752 slides in the first slot 27111, the pressure plate 27321 and the switch 27311 are also disengaged, the switch 27311 is in the deactivated state, and the brake device 700 generates a brake signal. At this point, if the pedal arm 2723 is released, the pedal arm 2723, under the action of the first elastic member 2770, returns directly to the first position, causing the switch 27311 to re-engage the pressure plate 27321, and the switch 27311 enters the activated state again, and the brake device 700 does not generate a brake signal. Therefore, during this process, the parking structure 700 can also function as a brake.

[0424] Please refer to Figures 50 to 55. In an example of the parking mechanism 2700 of the present invention, the parking bracket 2710 also includes a fourth slot 71114. Along the height direction of the parking bracket 2710, the fourth slot 71114 is arranged above the third slot 271113, and the fourth slot 71114 is connected to the third slot 271113. The slot direction of the fourth slot 71114 is consistent with the slot direction of the third slot 271113, and the bottom wall depth of the fourth slot 71114 is greater than the bottom wall depth of the third slot 271113. The specific shape and area of the fourth slot 71114 are not limited, as long as the bottom wall area of the fourth slot 71114 can accommodate the end face area of the second rod body 2752. A second inclined surface 271116 is provided on a side of the third engaging slot 271113 away from the pressure plate 27321. The second inclined surface 271116 extends upward into the fourth engaging slot 71114, and an end of the second inclined surface 271116 adjacent to the fourth engaging slot 71114 is inclined toward a side away from the pressure plate 27321. A third inclined surface 271117 is further provided between the fourth engaging slot 71114 and the first engaging slot 271111. One end of the third inclined surface 271117 is connected to the bottom wall of the fourth engaging slot 71114, and the other end of the third inclined surface 271117 is connected to the bottom wall of the horizontal section 271111-1 of the first engaging slot 271111.

[0425] When the pedal assembly 2720 stays in the second position, the pedal arm 2723 is stepped on again, and the second rod body 75 located in the third slot 271113 moves, disengages from the stop portion 2713, and then slides along the second inclined surface 271116. Under the action of the second elastic member 2780, it falls into the fourth slot 71114. When the pedal arm 2723 is released again, under the action of the first elastic member 2770, the pedal arm 2723 returns to the first position, thereby driving the second rod body 2752 to slide smoothly along the third inclined surface 71115 from the fourth slot 71114 to the horizontal section of the first slot 271111, that is, the second rod body 2752 returns to the initial position in the first slot 271111; at this time, the pressure plate 27321 is pressed against the switch 27311 again, and the switch 27311 is converted to the trigger state, and no braking signal is generated at this time. By setting the fourth slot 71114, and the fourth slot 71114 being connected to the third slot 271113 and the first slot 271111 respectively, the parking mechanism 2700 can be restored to a state where no braking signal is generated by stepping on the pedal arm 2723 again. This method is simple and convenient to operate.

[0426] When pedal arm 2723 is stepped on, it moves away from the first position, disengaging pressure plate 27321 in parking mechanism 2700 from switch 27311. Switch 27311 then switches to a deactivated state, generating a braking signal. Upon receiving the braking signal, the electromagnetic brake disc immediately locks, braking the lawn mower. The lawn mower of this embodiment, with parking mechanism 2700, can be parked simply by pedaling, making parking operations more convenient for drivers and passengers.

[0427] In another embodiment, after receiving the braking signal, the electromagnetic brake disc will lock after a delay. During this delay, the drive motor will decelerate. When the drive motor speed reaches a preset speed, the electromagnetic brake disc will lock. This configuration can reduce the wear of the brake pads on the electromagnetic brake disc when braking at high drive motor speeds, thereby extending the service life of the electromagnetic brake disc.

[0428] Please refer to Figures 46 and 56. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the frame 1100 also includes a chassis and a first support frame 2110 installed on the chassis of the driving seat 1500. The first support frame 2110 extends along the height direction of the lawn mower. The first support frame 100 can be installed in front of or beside the driving seat 1500, and there is no restriction on this. In other embodiments, the driving seat 1500 may also not be set on the frame 1100. Other structural forms of the frame 1100 are not limited, and reference may be made to the frame 1100 structure of the existing lawn mower. The connection method between the first support frame 2110 and the chassis includes but is not limited to one-piece molding, welding and bolt connection. In this embodiment, bolt connection is adopted to facilitate later maintenance and replacement.

[0429] Referring to Figures 56 and 57 , the steering wheel mechanism 2600 includes a steering wheel 2601 and a steering wheel frame 2602. The upper end of the steering wheel frame 2602 is rotatably connected to the steering wheel 2601, so that the direction of travel of the lawn mower can be controlled by rotating the steering wheel 2601. The lower end of the steering wheel frame 2602 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the first support frame 2110. The method of rotational connection is not limited and can be achieved by a hinge, a bolt assembly, or a bearing assembly. In this embodiment, the steering wheel frame 2602 is rotatably connected to the first support frame 2110 via a bolt assembly 2603. It should be noted that the rotational method between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 is not limited. For example, the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 can rotate 360 degrees or within a certain angle range.

[0430] Preferably, in this embodiment, the steering wheel frame 2602 rotates within a first angular range relative to the first support frame 2110 and has a first extreme position and a second extreme position. When the steering wheel frame 2602 rotates to the first extreme position, the steering wheel 2601 is closest to the driver's seat 1500. When the steering wheel frame 2602 rotates to the second extreme position, the steering wheel 2601 is farthest from the driver's seat 1500. The steering wheel frame 2602 drives the steering wheel 2601 to rotate between the first extreme position and the second extreme position.

[0431] The steering wheel 2601 on the lawn mower can swing between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, and the position between the steering wheel 2601 and the frame 1100 can be locked by a locking assembly 2610, thereby adjusting the installation position of the steering wheel 2601 on the frame 1100 to change the driver's operating posture, thereby meeting the requirements of drivers of different heights for driving comfort of the steering wheel 2601.

[0432] The present invention also provides a garden tool, which can be, for example, a riding sweeper, a riding snowplow, an all-terrain vehicle, or the lawn mower shown in Figure 51. The garden tool applies the parking mechanism 2700 described in the above embodiment, and the garden tool includes: a frame 1100, a walking component 200, a working component, and a parking mechanism 2700. The walking mechanism 1200 is installed on the frame 1100 and is used to drive the frame 1100 to move. The walking mechanism 1200 may include components such as a driving unit and a power supply unit. The power supply unit provides energy for the driving unit. The power unit can be a battery, or an engine such as a diesel engine, a gasoline engine, or a hybrid engine; the driving unit provides power for the rotation of the walking wheels. The driving unit can be a motor, a motor + a reducer, a motor + a rack and pinion transmission mechanism, or a motor + a lead screw and nut transmission mechanism, or any transmission mechanism that can meet the requirements; the walking mechanism 1200 controls the frame 1100 to perform corresponding walking movements; the working component is installed on the frame 1100 to perform corresponding gardening operations. Of course, in one embodiment, the gardening tool may not have a working component; the parking mechanism 2700 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1100. Parking mechanism 2700 utilizes a pedal assembly 2720 that rotates between at least a first position and a second position, thereby changing the relative position between pressure plate 27321 and switch 27311. This generates a braking signal, which in turn causes brake device 790 to lock the vehicle, thereby achieving parking for the garden tool. It should be noted that the components and relative connections not described in detail in the garden tool can be found in existing garden tool structures and will not be further detailed.

[0433] In one embodiment of a lawn mower, a steering wheel 2601 is rotatably mounted on the first support frame 2110 in front of the driver's seat 1500 via a steering wheel frame 2602. Rotating the steering wheel frame 2602 adjusts the mounting position of the steering wheel 2601 on the frame 1100, thereby adjusting the mounting position of the steering wheel 2601 on the frame 1100 to change the driver's operating posture, thereby meeting the driving comfort requirements of drivers of different heights. Furthermore, the rotation of the steering wheel frame 2602 is limited between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, allowing the steering wheel frame 2602 to swing within a certain angle range. This reduces ineffective rotation travel during adjustment of the steering wheel frame 2602, thereby effectively improving the adjustment efficiency of the steering wheel frame 2602.

[0434] The locking assembly 2610 can be mounted on the first support frame 2110, on the steering wheel frame 2602, or partially on the first support frame 2110 and partially on the steering wheel frame 2602. Preferably, referring to FIG. 10 , in the present invention, the locking assembly 2610 is mounted on the first support frame 2110, which facilitates installation, repair, and replacement of the locking assembly 2610. The specific mounting location of the locking assembly 2610 on the steering wheel frame 2602 is not limited, as long as it can lock the steering wheel frame 2602 relative to the first support frame 2110. The locking assembly 2610 can be any locking structure, such as a bolt and nut locking mechanism, a pressure block locking mechanism, or a tension sleeve locking mechanism, and is not specifically limited in this application. By disposing the locking assembly 2610 between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110, the steering wheel frame 2602 can be locked relative to the first support frame 2110, thereby improving the stability of the steering wheel 2601 during operation of the lawn mower.

[0435] As long as the steering frame 2602 can be locked relative to the first support frame 2110, the specific position of the locking assembly 2610 on the steering frame 2602 is not limited. Preferably, referring to Figures 46 and 56, in an example of a lawn mower according to the present invention, the lower end of the steering frame 2602 is rotatably connected to the first support frame 2110 along the height direction of the lawn mower, and the locking assembly 2610 is disposed between the first support frame 2110 and the steering wheel 2601. This arrangement places the locking assembly 2610 closer to the steering wheel 2601, making it easier for the driver to lock the steering frame 2602 after adjusting the swing angle of the steering frame 2602. At the same time, the rotation axis of the steering frame 2602 is positioned closer to the first support frame 2110, which can increase the length of the swing arm of the steering frame 2602. In addition, the adjustable distance range between the steering wheel 2601 at the upper end of the steering frame 2602 and the driver's seat 1500 can be increased within the same swing angle range.

[0436] Please refer to Figures 56 to 59. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the upper end of the first support frame 2110 is a groove 21102 structure. The groove 21102 includes a bottom wall 211021, a first side wall 211022 and a second side wall 211023. The first side wall 211022 and the second side wall 211023 are arranged parallel to each other on both sides of the bottom wall 211021, and are both integrally connected to the bottom wall 211021, thereby forming an approximately U-shaped structure. The steering wheel frame 2602 is partially engaged in the groove 21102, and the opening of the groove 21102 faces away from the driver's seat 1500; a guide groove 21101 is provided through the first side wall 211022 and the second side wall 211023, and the guide groove 21101 is an arc-shaped structure; the center of the guide groove 21101 is located on the same circumference as the axis of the bolt assembly 2603, and a circular hole is provided through the steering wheel frame 2602, and the circular hole corresponds to the guide groove 21101.

[0437] Please continue to refer to Figures 56 to 59. The locking assembly 2610 includes a locking shaft 2611 and a locking block 2612 installed on the locking shaft 2611; a through hole is provided on the steering wheel frame, and the through hole passes through the steering wheel frame 2602 along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611; the locking shaft 2611 passes through the guide groove 21101 on the first side wall 211022, and after passing through the through hole, it passes out from the guide groove 21101 on the second side wall 211023. The locking block 2612 is arranged at one end of the locking shaft 2611 extending out of the guide groove 21101, and can be moved and locked in the axial direction. When the locking block 2612 is locked along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611, the locking block 2612 presses the side walls of the groove 21102, thereby making the side walls of the steering wheel frame 2602 pressed against the two side walls of the groove 21102, thereby achieving the fixation of the steering wheel frame 2602 relative to the first support frame 2110; when the locking block 2612 is relaxed along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611, the locking block 2612 disengages from the side walls of the groove 21102, thereby making the side walls of the steering wheel frame 2602 disengage from the two side walls of the groove 21102, thereby achieving the rotation of the steering wheel frame 2602 relative to the first support frame 2110. By clamping the steering wheel frame 2602 in the groove 21102, the stability of the side wall abutment and pressing between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 can be improved; at the same time, by setting the guide groove 21101, when the steering wheel frame 2602 is in the first extreme position, the locking shaft 2611 is located at the end of the guide groove 21101 close to the driver's seat 1500; when the steering wheel frame 2602 is in the second extreme position, the locking shaft 2611 is located at the end of the guide groove 21101 away from the driver's seat 1500, so that the steering wheel frame 2602 swings along the guide groove 21101 between the first extreme position and the second extreme position, thereby reducing the probability of lateral deviation of the steering wheel frame 2602 during rotation, and improving the smoothness of the rotation process of the steering wheel frame 2602.

[0438] 60 to 64 , in an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, a first stopper 2613 and a second stopper 2614 are respectively provided at both ends of the locking shaft 2611 to prevent the locking shaft 2611 from escaping from the guide groove 21101. The first stopper 2613 is provided on a side of the first side wall 211022 away from the second side wall 211023, and the second stopper 2614 is provided on a side of the second side wall 211023 away from the first side wall 211022. The locking block 2612 is provided between the first stopper 2613 and the first side wall 211022. The locking block 2612 includes a first locking body 26121 and a second locking body 26122. Both the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 are provided on the locking shaft 2611. One end of the first locking body 26121 is close to the first side wall 211023. 11022, the other end of the first locking body 26121 is close to the second locking body 26122, and the end of the second locking body 26122 away from the first locking body 26121 is close to the first stop portion 2613; the first locking body 26121 is provided with a stop block 261213 matching the guide groove 21101 on the side close to the first side wall 211022, and the stop block 261213 is an arc block structure, and the stop block 261213 is slidably connected to the guide groove 21101 on the first side wall 211022 to limit the rotation of the first locking body 26121 relative to the guide groove 21101; the first locking body 26121 is provided with a pressing surface 261211 on the side facing the second locking body 26122, and the second locking body 26122 is provided with a pressing block 261221 corresponding to the pressing surface 261211. The specific structure of the clamping surface 261211 and the clamping block 261221 is not limited, as long as the axial compression locking between the clamping surface 261211 and the clamping block 261221 can be achieved. For example, the second locking body 26122 can be threadedly connected to the locking shaft 2611, and the clamping block 261221 can be squeezed into the clamping surface 261211 by screwing the thread, so that the first locking body 26121 is fixed relative to the guide groove 21101; the second locking body 26122 can also be rotated so that the clamping surface 261211 and the clamping block 261221 are matched and pressed against each other.

[0439] When the second locking body 26122 is rotated, the pressing surface 261211 cooperates with the pressing block 261221 to be pressed and abutted. At this time, the second locking body 26122 is pressed against the first stop portion 2613, and the first locking body 26121 is pressed and abutted against the first side wall 211022, and then the first side wall 211022 and the second side wall 211023 between the first stop portion 2613 and the second stop portion 2614 are pressed and abutted against the two side surfaces of the steering wheel frame 2602 respectively, so as to realize the rotational locking between the first support frame 2110 and the steering wheel frame 2602. When the second locking body 26122 is rotated in the opposite direction, the pressing surface 261211 is disengaged from the pressing block 261221, the first stop portion 2613 is axially disengaged from the second locking body 26122, and the first locking body 26121 is disengaged from the first side wall 211022, thereby achieving adjustable rotation between the first support frame 2110 and the steering wheel frame 2602. By providing the pressing surface 261211 and the pressing block 261221, the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 can be rotationally locked or released by rotating the second locking body 26122, which provides a simple structure and convenient operation. Moreover, the locking method of the pressing surface 261211 and the pressing block 261221 provides a greater locking force and a more reliable locking effect than the common threaded locking method.

[0440] Referring to Figures 60, 61, 63, and 64, in an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the pressing surface 261211 includes a first pressing surface 2612111 and a second pressing surface 2612112. Along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611, a height difference is formed between the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112. The first pressing surface 2612111 is higher than the second pressing surface 2612112, and a smooth transition is formed between the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112. The smooth transition can be a curved transition or an inclined transition. In this embodiment, the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112 are connected by an inclined surface 2612113, and an arc transition connection is provided between the inclined surface 2612113 and the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112 to form a smoother transition connection between the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112, thereby ensuring that the pressing block 261221 moves smoothly on the pressing surface 261211. The specific shape and size of the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112 are not limited, as long as the pressing block 261221 can be stably retained on the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112.

[0441] The second locking body 26122 is rotated to drive the pressing block 261221 to move smoothly from the second pressing surface 2612112 along the inclined surface 2612113 to the first pressing surface 2612111, and abut and press the first pressing surface 2612111. At this time, the second locking body 26122 moves along the axial direction toward the first stop portion 2613, pressing the first stop portion 2613. At this time, the first stop portion 2613 is subjected to a large axial force. At the same time, the first stop portion 2613 reacts to give the second locking body 26122 an axial force toward the first locking body 26121. Under the action of this axial force, the first locking body 26121 moves close to the first side wall 211022 and presses the first side wall 211022, thereby abutting and pressing the first side wall 211022 and the second side wall 211023 of the groove 21102 against the steering wheel. The second locking body 26122 is rotated in the opposite direction to drive the pressing block 261221 to move smoothly from the first pressing surface 2612111 to the second pressing surface 2612112 along the inclined surface 2612113. At this time, the second locking body 26122 moves away from the first stop portion 2613 in the axial direction and disengages from the first stop portion 2613. At this time, the axial force on the first stop portion 2613 is reduced to zero, and the axial force of the first stop portion 2613 on the second locking body 26122 is also eliminated. Therefore, the first side wall 211022 and the second side wall 211023 of the groove 21102 release the pressure on the two side surfaces of the steering wheel frame 2602, respectively, and the steering wheel frame 2602 is rotated and released relative to the frame 1100.

[0442] By setting a first clamping surface 2612111 and a second clamping surface 2612112 with a height difference, the change of axial displacement between the clamping block 261221 and the clamping surface 261211 is achieved, thereby achieving locking and loosening of the steering wheel frame 2602 relative to the frame 1100 in the axial direction. The structural design is simple, easy to operate, and has high locking reliability.

[0443] Please refer to Figures 61, 63, 64 and 67. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 are both coaxially arranged with the locking shaft 2611, and a plurality of pressing surfaces 261211 are provided on the first locking body 26121, and the plurality of pressing surfaces 261211 are arranged in a circumferential array along the first locking body 26121, and the pressing surfaces 261211 extend along the radial direction of the first locking body 26121; in this embodiment, there are four pressing surfaces 261211, and the four pressing surfaces 261211 are arranged in a cyclic manner of the first pressing surface 2612111, the second pressing surface 2612112, and the first pressing surface 2612111 along the circumferential direction; the pressing block 261221 on the second locking body 26122 is provided corresponding to the pressing surface 261211 on the first locking body 26121. By arranging a plurality of pressing surfaces 261211 and pressing blocks 261221 along the circumferential direction, a more uniform, stable and reliable locking force can be obtained in the circumferential direction between the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the locking between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 and reducing the probability of the steering wheel frame 2602 loosening when locked during the operation of the lawn mower.

[0444] In one embodiment, in order to control the locking force between the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122, and prevent the locking force from being too large, causing excessive deformation of the abutment between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110, thereby affecting the connection strength between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110, please refer to Figures 16, 18 and 19. In one embodiment of the present invention, a limiting block 261212 is also provided on the first pressing surface 2612111, and the limiting block 261212 corresponds to the pressing block 261221. When the end face of the pressing block 261221 is pressed against the first pressing surface 2612111, the pressing block 261221 continues to be rotated, and the side wall of the pressing block 261221 will abut against the limiting block 261212, thereby limiting further rotation of the pressing block 261221.

[0445] Please refer to Figures 56, 58, 60, 61 and 66. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the locking assembly 2610 further includes a rotating handle 2615. The two ends of the rotating handle 2615 are respectively provided with a second connecting portion 26151 and a connecting arm 26152. The second connecting portion 26151 and the connecting arm 26152 can be welded or integrally formed, and there is no specific limitation on this. The second connecting portion 26151 is connected to the second locking body 26122, and the connection method can be welding, bolting, or the like. In this embodiment, the second connecting portion 26151 is fixedly connected to the second locking body 26122 by bolts, and an avoidance hole 261511 is provided at one end close to the first stop portion 2613 to prevent the second connecting portion 26151 from interfering with the first stop portion 2613 during rotation; the connecting arm 26152 extends toward one side of the driver's seat 1500, and a pressing block 26153 is provided on the connecting arm 26152 for the driver to grasp and press.

[0446] In one embodiment, by providing a rotating handle 2615, when the steering wheel frame 2602 needs to be locked relative to the first support frame 2110, at this time, the driver can lift the pressing block 26153 upward, and the pressing block 26153 drives the connecting arm 26152 to rotate upward. The rotation of the connecting arm 26152 drives the second connecting part 26151 to rotate along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611, and then drives the first locking body 26121 to rotate relative to the second locking body 26122, so that the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 are pressed and locked, thereby achieving locking between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110. Conversely, when the pressing block 26153 is pressed downward, the connecting arm 26152 is driven to rotate downward, and the connecting arm 26152 drives the second connecting portion 26151 to rotate in the opposite direction along the axial direction of the locking shaft 2611, thereby releasing the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 from each other, thereby allowing the steering wheel frame 2602 to be relatively loosened from the first support frame 2110. The rotational lock between the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 is adjusted by providing a rotating handle 2615. This method is simple to operate, labor-saving, and stable and reliable.

[0447] In another embodiment, the positions of the first pressing surface 2612111 and the second pressing surface 2612112 along the circumferential direction can also be interchanged. At this time, the driver presses the block 26153 downward, and the pressing block 26153 drives the connecting arm 26152 to rotate downward. The rotation of the connecting arm 26152 drives the second connecting part 26151 to rotate downward along the axis of the locking shaft 2611, thereby driving the first locking body 26121 to rotate downward relative to the second locking body 26122, so that the first locking body 26121 and the second locking body 26122 are pressed and locked, thereby realizing the locking between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110; anyway, lift the pressing block 26153 upward, the connecting arm 26152 rotates upward, and the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 are unlocked. This arrangement allows the connecting arm 26152 to tilt toward the lower frame when the steering wheel frame 2602 and the first support frame 2110 are locked with each other, thereby reducing malfunction of the connecting arm 26152 during driving.

[0448] Please refer to Figures 56, 57, 60, 67 and 68. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the end of the steering wheel frame 2602 close to the steering wheel 2601 is fixedly connected to the mounting seat 2616 by bolts, and the mounting seat 2616 has a receiving cavity; the steering wheel mechanism 2600 also includes a transmission assembly 2620, which includes a first transmission shaft 2621, a second transmission shaft 2622, a first gear 2623 and a second gear 2624. The first transmission shaft 2621 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 2616 through a bearing, and the steering wheel 2601 is fixedly mounted on the top of the first transmission shaft 2621 through a key connection. The first gear 2623 is connected to the first transmission shaft 2621 through a key connection. It is fixedly mounted on the first transmission shaft 2621 and is located at the lower end of the steering wheel 2601; the second transmission shaft 2622 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 2616 through a bearing and is arranged parallel to the first transmission shaft 2621; the second transmission shaft 2622 is located on the side of the steering wheel 2601 close to the driver's seat 1500, and the second gear 2624 is mounted on the second transmission shaft 2622 through a key connection and is meshingly connected to the first gear 2623; the first gear 2623 and the second gear 2624 are both arranged in the accommodating cavity, which can improve the sealing of the meshing connection between the first gear 2623 and the second gear 2624, thereby improving the life of the gear meshing transmission.

[0449] Referring to Figures 46, 57, 67, and 68, a position sensor 2630 is mounted on the end of the second transmission shaft 2622 near the mounting base 2616. Position sensor 2630 is located at the lower end of the mounting base 2616. Position sensor 2630 can be any sensor capable of detecting changes in the steering wheel's rotation angle, such as a potentiometer, a contact sensor, or a photoelectric position sensor. Due to the high measurement accuracy and fast response speed of potentiometers, in this embodiment, position sensor 2630 is a potentiometer. The potentiometer body is fixedly connected to the mounting base 2616 via bolts. The potentiometer's input shaft is snap-connected to the end of the second transmission shaft 2622. Rotation of the second transmission shaft 2622 drives the potentiometer's input shaft to rotate, thereby sensing the rotation angle of the steering wheel 2601 relative to the mounting base 2616. The potentiometer is electrically connected to the left and right drive wheels of the traveling mechanism 1200 to control the speed of the left and right drive wheels of the traveling mechanism 1200, thereby achieving steering during the travel of the frame 1100. A damper 2640 is also provided at the end of the second transmission shaft 2622 away from the potentiometer to increase the resistance torque during the rotation of the steering wheel 2601, thereby increasing the rotation feel of the steering wheel 2601 and improving the comfort of the rotation of the steering wheel 2601. At the same time, dampers 2640 with different torques can be selected according to the different rotation forces of the steering wheel 2601.

[0450] The damper 2640 and the potentiometer are both arranged on the outside of the accommodating cavity of the mounting seat 2616 for easy maintenance. Placing the potentiometer on the side close to the driver's seat 1500 can reduce the probability of the potentiometer being bumped during the operation of the lawn mower, and does not occupy additional space on the outside of the steering wheel 2601. At the same time, at the connection position between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the mounting seat 2616, a cable mounting hole 26021 is provided on the side of the steering wheel frame 2602 facing away from the driver's seat 1500, which is connected to the wiring position of the potentiometer, so that wiring can be conveniently connected on the front side of the steering wheel frame 2602. It should be noted that the damper 2640 and the potentiometer in the embodiment of the present application can be obtained through general commercial means, and the specific structure will not be described in detail.

[0451] Referring to Figures 46, 56, and 60, in one example of a lawn mower according to the present invention, the steering wheel mechanism 2600 further includes a reversing assembly 2650 for controlling the forward or reverse movement of the running mechanism 1200. The reversing assembly 2650 is bolted to the mounting base 2616 and is located to the side of the steering wheel 2601. The reversing assembly 2650 is provided with a toggle 2651 having two gear positions: one corresponding to the forward position of the running mechanism 1200 and the other corresponding to the reverse position of the running mechanism 1200. By placing the reversing assembly 2650 near the steering wheel 2601, the driver can move the running mechanism 1200 forward or reverse by operating the toggle 2651, making operation simple and convenient. Furthermore, because the reversing assembly 2650 is located to the side of the steering wheel 2601, it further facilitates operation with both hands.

[0452] It should be noted that, to enhance the protection and aesthetics of steering wheel mechanism 2600, a protective cover 2660 is provided on the outside of steering wheel mechanism 2600, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 23. Protective cover 2660 is bolted to frame 1100. The specific structure of protective cover 2660 matches the appearance of steering wheel frame 2602. Steering wheel 2601 and rotary handle 2615 are both provided on the outside of protective cover 2660 to facilitate steering and locking operations.

[0453] It should be noted that the parts and relative connection relationships of the lawn mower not described in detail can refer to all existing suitable lawn mower structures, and the details will not be repeated here.

[0454] In the lawn mower of the present invention, a steering wheel 2601 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1100 in front of the driver's seat 1500 via a steering wheel frame 2602. Rotating the steering wheel frame 2602 adjusts the distance between the steering wheel 2601 and the driver's seat 1500, thereby accommodating the driving comfort requirements of drivers of different heights. Furthermore, the steering wheel frame 2602 is configured to swing between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, allowing the steering wheel frame 2602 to swing within a certain angle range. This reduces ineffective rotational travel during steering wheel frame 2602 adjustment and effectively improves steering wheel frame 2602 adjustment efficiency. Furthermore, a locking assembly 2610 is provided between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the frame 1100. The locking assembly 2610 controls the relative rotational angle between the steering wheel frame 2602 and the frame 1100, making the locking of the steering wheel frame 2602 more reliable and stable.

[0455] Please refer to Figures 47, 48 and 51. In an example of the lawn mower of the present invention, the second device 2790 is an electromagnetic brake disc, which is electrically connected to the switch 27311. When the switch 27311 is in a non-triggered state, the parking mechanism 2700 generates a braking signal, and the electromagnetic brake disc immediately loses power, and then immediately locks the drive motor 2220 corresponding to the walking wheel 2210, and the entire lawn mower immediately enters the parking state; when the switch 27311 is in a triggered state, the parking mechanism 2700 does not generate a braking signal, the electromagnetic brake disc is energized, and the drive motor 2220 corresponding to the walking wheel 2210 is released from the brake, and the entire lawn mower resumes the walking state.

[0456] In another embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, when the parking mechanism 2700 generates a brake signal, the electromagnetic brake disc loses power after a delay period, thereby braking the travel wheel 2210. The length of the delay period is determined based on the actual operating speed of the travel wheel 2210, as long as it meets the parking requirements of the lawn mower. During the delay period, the drive motor 2220 immediately decelerates at the moment the brake signal is generated. After deceleration, the speed of the drive motor 2220 decreases accordingly to reach a preset speed, and then the electromagnetic brake disc locks the drive motor 2220. This configuration can significantly reduce the problem of rapid wear and heat aging of the brake pads on the electromagnetic brake disc during braking, thereby increasing the service life of the electromagnetic brake disc and reducing the maintenance cost of the lawn mower.

[0457] Referring to Figures 46, 47, and 48, an example of a lawn mower according to the present invention includes a battery pack 1802, a controller, a speed sensor 2690, and an accelerator pedal 2680. The accelerator pedal 2680 is mounted on the frame 1100 in front of the driver's seat 1500. The installation location of the battery pack 1802 is not limited and can be installed below the driver's seat 1500 or on both sides of the driver's seat 1500. In this embodiment, the battery pack 1802 is installed on both sides of the driver's seat 500, which facilitates replacement and maintenance of the battery pack. The speed sensor 2690 can be fixedly mounted on the running wheel 2210 or on the output shaft of the drive motor 2220 corresponding to the running wheel 2210, as long as it can detect the speed of the drive motor 2220. An accelerator pedal 2680 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1100 in front of the driver's seat 1500. The accelerator pedal 2680, the drive motor 2220 for the running wheels 2210, the battery pack 1802, the speed sensor 2690, and the pedal assembly 2720 are all electrically connected to a controller. The controller controls the rotational speed of the drive motor 2220 based on signals from the accelerator pedal 2680 and switches the drive motor 2220 between a first operating state and a second operating state based on signals from the speed sensor 2690 and the pedal assembly 2720. Specifically, when the accelerator pedal 2680 is pressed and the speed sensor 2690 senses that the walking wheel 2210 is in a normal driving condition, the battery pack 1802 supplies power to the drive motor 2220, and the drive motor 2220 is in the first working state. At this time, the drive motor 2220 rotates to drive the walking wheel 2210 to move; when the accelerator pedal 2680 is not pressed or the pedal assembly 2720 is in the braking state, and the speed sensor 2690 senses that the lawn mower is in a coasting, braking or downhill condition, the battery pack 1802 stops supplying power to the drive motor 2220, and the drive motor 2220 is in the second working state. The drive motor 2220 charges the battery pack 1802 to store electrical energy. With this arrangement, when the lawn mower is running normally and the drive motor 2220 is in the first working state, the battery pack 1802 provides electrical energy to the motor, and the rotation of the motor drives the travel wheel 2210 to rotate, thereby realizing the normal movement of the frame 1100; when the lawn mower is in the gliding, downhill and braking states, the battery pack 1802 stops supplying power to the drive motor 2220. At this time, the motor is in the second working state, and the travel wheel 2210 is still in a rotating state due to inertia. In this state, the electrical energy of the battery pack 1802 is not consumed. The kinetic energy generated by the inertial rotation of the travel wheel 2210 is converted into electrical energy to charge the battery pack 1802 without consuming electrical energy, thereby realizing kinetic energy recovery, saving energy, and increasing the cruising range of the battery pack 1802.

[0458] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the drive motor 2220 may also operate only in a motor mode. When the accelerator pedal 2680 is depressed and the speed sensor 2690 senses that the running wheels 2210 are in normal travel, the battery pack 1802 supplies power to the drive motor 2220, and the drive motor 2220 operates in a motor mode, rotating to drive the running wheels 2210. When the accelerator pedal 2680 is not depressed or the pedal assembly 2720 is in the braking state, and the speed sensor 2690 senses that the lawn mower is coasting, braking, or descending a slope, the battery pack 1802 continues to supply power to the drive motor 2220.

[0459] Please refer to Figures 70 to 84. In an embodiment of a lawn mower of the present invention, the lawn mower uses a braking control method. After obtaining the parking signal, the braking control method can first determine whether the preset braking conditions are met based on the current speed of the drive motor and / or the duration of the timing; if the preset braking conditions are met, the brake parts are controlled to perform braking operations. This setting can extend the deceleration time of the drive motor during braking, further reduce the speed of the drive motor, and further reduce the wear generated by the brake parts during braking and the friction heat generated on the friction surface, thereby increasing the service life of the brake parts.

[0460] The braking control method provided in this application is applied to an on-board device, which can be installed on a target vehicle. The target vehicle can be a lawn mower, snowplow, or all-terrain vehicle, among others. The on-board device includes, but is not limited to, a controller. The controller can include a memory and a processor. The memory and processor are electrically connected, directly or indirectly, to enable data transmission or interaction. For example, the electrical connection can be achieved via one or more communication buses or signal lines.

[0461] In one embodiment of the present invention, a controller executes a braking control method to control a brake member to perform a braking operation, thereby achieving braking while the vehicle is moving. Referring to FIG. 70 , FIG. 70 is a flow chart illustrating an example of a braking control method according to the present invention. The braking control method includes:

[0462] S1. Obtain parking signal.

[0463] In this embodiment, the parking signal can be an electrical signal emitted by any sensor that can detect distance or pressure changes, such as a proximity sensor, an infrared ranging sensor, a magnetic detection sensor, etc., or it can be an electrical signal generated by a contact switch such as a travel switch or a limit switch; in this embodiment, the parking signal is an electrical signal generated by a limit switch.

[0464] S2. If the parking signal is in the enabled state, the timing starts.

[0465] In one embodiment, the parking signal's enabled state can be either the on state or the off state of a limit switch; this is not specifically limited. It should be noted that when the parking signal is generated by a distance sensor, such as a proximity sensor, infrared ranging sensor, or magnetic detection sensor, the distance sensor is always in the on state. When the distance sensor detects a set sensing object within a set sensing distance range, the distance sensor's signal state changes, corresponding to the parking signal's enabled state. When the controller detects the parking signal's enabled state, it begins timing. Timing can be performed in a variety of ways, such as by a separate timer or a timing program within the controller. In this embodiment, timing is performed by the controller's built-in timing program.

[0466] It should be noted that when the parking signal is enabled, the drive motor may have just started to decelerate or may have already been decelerating for a period of time, as long as it can be ensured that the drive motor is in a decelerating state when the parking signal is enabled. In this embodiment, when the parking signal is enabled, the drive motor has already been decelerating for a period of time.

[0467] S3. Determine whether a preset braking condition is met based on the current speed of the drive motor and / or the timing duration; if the preset braking condition is met, control the brake member to perform a braking operation.

[0468] In one embodiment, the current speed of the drive motor may satisfy the preset braking condition, the timed duration may satisfy the preset braking condition, or both the current speed of the drive motor and the timed duration may satisfy the preset braking condition. This is not particularly limited. However, in this embodiment, when both the current speed of the drive motor and the timed duration satisfy the preset braking condition, the controller controls the brake member to perform a braking operation. The brake member can perform a braking operation in a variety of ways, such as by directly locking the drive motor, directly locking the drive wheel, or by other components coaxially connected to the drive motor, as long as the brake member can brake the vehicle. In this embodiment, the brake member directly locks the drive motor during braking. It should be noted that the preset speed refers to the safe speed range of the drive motor. Within this safe speed range, the brake member minimizes wear during braking. The specific setting of the safe speed depends on the vehicle's braking performance and can be the same or different for different vehicles. In this embodiment, the preset braking time is the longest braking waiting time. The size of the preset braking time is related to the vehicle's operating performance and the vehicle's safe braking distance. The preset braking time for each vehicle can be the same or different, and there is no specific restriction on this.

[0469] Please refer to Figures 70 and 71. In one embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, whether the preset braking condition is met is determined based on the current speed of the drive motor and the timing duration. If the timing duration is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, it is determined that the preset braking condition is met.

[0470] In one embodiment, when the parking signal is enabled, the controller begins timing and compares the timed duration with the preset braking duration of the drive motor in real time. When the timed duration is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, the drive motor is determined to have met the preset braking condition. The controller then controls the brake components to immediately lock the drive motor, causing the vehicle to enter a braking state and stop. While this configuration may cause the drive motor's speed to fall below the preset speed condition during the locking process, resulting in some wear on the brake components and shortening their service life, it ensures timely and safe vehicle braking control. Furthermore, it also ensures that even if an anomaly occurs in the speed detection process, the vehicle can still brake promptly, ensuring safe vehicle control.

[0471] In addition, please refer to Figures 70 and 72. In one embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, it is determined whether the preset braking conditions are met based on the current speed of the drive motor and the timing duration. If the timing duration is less than the preset braking duration and the current speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed, it is determined that the preset braking conditions are met.

[0472] If the safe speed of the drive motor is set too low, it will take a long time for the drive motor to perform the deceleration action, affecting the timeliness of the braking action, thereby increasing the safety risk of vehicle control; if the safe speed of the drive motor is set too high, it will not be able to effectively reduce the wear of the brake parts. Preferably, in this embodiment, the preset speed is any value within the range of 100 to 300 min / r, for example, it can be 100 min / r, 200 min / r or 300 min / r, etc. Preferably, in this embodiment, the preset speed is 100 min / r. Setting the preset speed of the drive motor to 100 min / r can not only meet the requirements of vehicle braking timeliness, but also effectively reduce the amount of wear on the brake parts during braking, thereby extending the service life of the brake parts. When the controller detects that the current speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed, it determines that the preset braking condition is met. At this time, the controller controls the brake components to immediately lock the drive motor to achieve timely vehicle braking; at the same time, the brake components can lock the drive motor only when the speed of the drive motor drops to a safe speed. This can effectively reduce the amount of wear on the brake components during braking, thereby effectively extending the service life of the brake components.

[0473] Please refer to Figures 70 and 83. In one embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, it is determined whether the preset braking conditions are met based on the current speed of the drive motor and the timing duration. If the preset braking conditions are not met, the drive motor continues to perform deceleration until the preset braking conditions are met.

[0474] In one embodiment, failure to meet the preset braking condition means that the timed duration is less than the preset braking duration, and the current speed of the drive motor is greater than a preset speed. During the deceleration process of the drive motor, the controller reads the current speed of the drive motor in real time and compares it with the preset speed in real time. If the current speed is greater than the preset speed, the controller controls the drive motor to continue decelerating until the speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed. The drive motor then stops decelerating and the controller controls the brake component to lock the drive motor. This configuration allows the current speed of the drive motor to be determined in real time. Once the speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed, the brake component can immediately lock the drive motor, thereby improving the timeliness and accuracy of the drive motor's braking control.

[0475] Referring to Figures 70 and 74 , in another embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, a determination is made as to whether a preset braking condition is satisfied based on the current speed of the drive motor. If the preset braking condition is not satisfied, the drive motor continues to decelerate until the preset braking condition is satisfied. In this embodiment, determining whether the preset braking condition is satisfied refers to whether the current speed of the drive motor satisfies the preset speed. If the current speed of the drive motor is greater than the preset speed, it is determined that the preset braking condition is not satisfied, and the drive motor continues to decelerate.

[0476] Please refer to Figures 70 and 75. In another embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, whether the preset braking conditions are met is determined based on the timing duration; if the timing duration is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, the brake component is controlled to perform a braking operation.

[0477] Please refer to Figure 70. In another embodiment of the braking control method of the present invention, in step S2, if the parking signal is in the enabled state, the current speed of the drive motor is obtained, and it also includes: if the current speed is less than or equal to the preset speed, the brake component performs a locking action on the drive motor.

[0478] When the drive motor is operating at low speed and the parking signal is enabled, the current speed of the drive motor has already dropped to the preset speed. Therefore, the brake member can immediately lock the drive motor. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the controller reads the current speed of the drive motor, it determines whether the current speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed. If the current speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed, the controller controls the brake member to immediately lock the drive motor. This configuration improves the timeliness of braking when the vehicle is operating at low speeds.

[0479] Refer to Figure 70. In another embodiment of the braking control method of the present invention, in step S3, after controlling the brake member to perform a braking operation, the method further includes: controlling the timer duration to be reset. During a complete braking process, the controller needs to read and store the timer duration multiple times to calculate the timer duration and compare it with the preset braking duration. During vehicle operation, numerous parking braking processes occur, so the stored data for the timer duration continuously increases, occupying a large amount of memory space. Therefore, during the parking process, the controller directly resets the internally stored timer duration after each braking member locks the drive motor, i.e., after completing a parking maneuver. This method not only frees up memory space in a timely and regular manner to facilitate the execution of the next parking procedure, but also does not affect the execution of the current parking maneuver control. It should be noted that if the parking signal is enabled and the current speed of the drive motor is less than or equal to the preset speed, then after the controller controls the brake member to lock the drive motor, the timer duration is zero, and no reset operation is required.

[0480] Please refer to Figures 81 and 82. The braking control method provided in this embodiment is applied to a lawn mower. The lawn mower includes: a frame 1100, a walking mechanism 1200, a cutting table assembly 1300 and a controller; the walking mechanism 1200 is installed on the frame 1100 and is used to drive the frame 1100 to move. The walking mechanism 1200 may include components such as a driving unit and a power supply unit. The power supply unit provides energy for the driving unit, which may be a battery, or an engine such as a diesel engine, a gasoline engine or a hybrid engine; the driving unit provides power for the rotation of the walking wheel, which may be a motor, a motor + a reducer, or a motor + a rack and pinion transmission. The driving mechanism can also be any transmission mechanism that can meet the requirements, such as a motor + screw nut transmission mechanism. The walking mechanism 1200 controls the frame 1100 to perform the corresponding walking action; the cutting table assembly 1300 is installed on the frame 1100 to perform the corresponding mowing operation; the installation position of the cutting table assembly on the frame 1100 is not limited, for example, it can be installed at the front end of the frame 1100, or in the middle of the frame 1100, or at the rear end of the frame 1100, as long as it can meet the installation requirements of the mowing operation. The installation position of the controller on the lawn mower is not limited, and the cutting table assembly 1300 and the walking mechanism 1200 are both electrically connected to the controller. The electrical signal connection method can be a wired connection such as a cable, or a radio signal connection, and there is no limitation on this.

[0481] Please refer to Figures 81 to 84. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the walking mechanism 1200 also includes drive wheels. The number of drive wheels is not limited and can be two or four. The drive wheels can be the front wheels of the lawn mower or the rear wheels of the lawn mower. In this embodiment, the rear wheels of the lawn mower are the drive wheels; the walking mechanism 1200 includes a drive motor, which is connected to the drive wheels in a transmission manner. When the drive motor runs, it drives the drive wheels to rotate, thereby realizing the walking of the frame 1100; there can be one, two or more drive motors, and the drive wheels can be connected to the same drive motor in a transmission manner through a gear transmission assembly. When the drive motor runs, multiple drive wheels rotate simultaneously; there can also be multiple drive motors, each drive wheel corresponds to a drive motor, and each drive motor controls the operation of one drive wheel; in other embodiments, a first drive motor 1221 can be provided on the walking mechanism, and the first drive motor 1221 controls the operation of multiple drive wheels. The lawn mower is also provided with a limit switch. The specific installation location of the limit switch on the lawn mower is not limited. The limit switch is electrically connected to the controller, and the state of the limit switch corresponds to the operating state of the first drive motor 1221. The controller can control the operating state of the first drive motor 1221 by reading the state of the parking signal generated by the limit switch.

[0482] When the lawn mower brakes, the accelerator pedal may be released, causing the drive motor to enter a deceleration state, or the drive motor may be in normal operation, without specific limitation. However, in this embodiment, the drive motor is already in a deceleration state when the lawn mower brakes. The controller obtains a signal from the limit switch. If the parking signal generated by the limit switch is enabled, the controller determines whether the first drive motor 1221 meets a preset braking condition based on the current speed of the first drive motor 1221 and the timed duration. If the preset braking condition is met, the controller controls the brake member to perform a braking operation. In this embodiment, the braking operation of the brake member means that the brake member locks the first drive motor 1221, thereby achieving braking while the lawn mower is moving. In other embodiments, the braking operation of the brake member may also mean that the brake member locks the drive wheel.

[0483] In another embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, a first limit switch 1251 and a second limit switch 1252 may be provided on the lawn mower. When the controller obtains the parking signal generated by the limit switches, the controller obtains the parking signal generated by the first limit switch 1251 and the parking signal generated by the second limit switch 1252, respectively. The enabled state of the limit switches includes: either the parking signal generated by the first limit switch 1251 or the parking signal generated by the second limit switch 1252 is enabled. In other embodiments, the enabled state of the limit switches may also be: the parking signal generated by the first limit switch 1251 and the parking signal generated by the second limit switch 1252 are simultaneously enabled. By providing the first limit switch 1251 and the second limit switch 1252, if one limit switch fails, the other limit switch can still normally generate the parking signal, thereby reducing the probability of the brake component failing to lock the first drive motor 1221, thereby improving the safety of the braking control during the operation of the lawn mower.

[0484] Referring to Figures 82 to 84 , in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the travel mechanism 1200 is further provided with a second drive motor 1222. The second drive motor 1222 can simultaneously control the same drive wheel as the first drive motor 1221, or it can control a different drive wheel from the first drive motor 1221. In this embodiment, the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 each control a different drive wheel. When the parking signal generated by the limit switch is enabled, the controller simultaneously obtains the current speeds of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 and starts timing. If either the first drive motor 1221 or the second drive motor 1222 meets a preset braking condition, the controller controls the brake components to simultaneously lock the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222. In other embodiments, if the current speeds of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 are both greater than the preset speeds, the controller controls the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 to continue to perform the deceleration action; the controller determines whether the first drive motor 1221 meets the preset braking condition based on the current speed of the first drive motor 1221 and the timing duration; the controller determines whether the second drive motor 1222 meets the preset braking condition based on the current speed of the second drive motor 1222 and the timing duration; if the first drive motor 1221 meets the preset braking condition, the controller controls the brake component to perform a locking action on the first drive motor 1221; if the second drive motor 1222 meets the preset braking condition, the controller controls the brake component to perform a locking action on the second drive motor 1222.

[0485] Referring to Figures 81 to 84 , in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, if the controller determines that the timed duration of the first drive motor 1221 is less than the preset braking duration of the lawn mower and the current speed of the first drive motor 1221 is less than or equal to the preset braking speed of the lawn mower, then the controller determines that the first drive motor 1221 meets the preset braking condition. If the controller determines that the timed duration of the second drive motor 1222 is less than the preset braking duration of the lawn mower and the current speed of the second drive motor 1222 is less than or equal to the preset braking speed of the lawn mower, then the controller determines that the second drive motor 1222 meets the preset braking condition. This configuration enables the controller to separately determine whether the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 meet the braking condition, thereby enabling the brake component to separately control the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 to perform a locking action.

[0486] Referring to Figures 83 and 84 , in another embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, the running mechanism 1200 includes a first drive wheel 1211 and a second drive wheel 1212. The first drive wheel 1211 and the second drive wheel 1212 are coaxially disposed on either side of the lawn mower. The first drive wheel 1211 and the second drive wheel 1212 can be the front wheels or the rear wheels of the lawn mower. In this embodiment, the first drive wheel 1211 and the second drive wheel 1212 are the rear wheels of the lawn mower. A first drive motor 1221 corresponds to the first drive wheel 1211 and drives the first drive wheel 1211 to rotate. A second drive motor 1222 corresponds to the second drive wheel 1212 and drives the second drive wheel 1212 to rotate. If one of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 meets a predetermined braking condition, a controller controls the brakes of both the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 to lock. This arrangement can improve the consistency of the locking action performed by the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222, reduce the probability of lateral deviation during the braking process of the lawn mower, and thus improve the safety of the lawn mower during braking.

[0487] Referring to Figures 83 and 84, in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, if the controller determines that the timed duration is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, then the preset braking condition is determined to be satisfied. The timed duration being equal to or greater than the preset braking duration can mean that the timed duration corresponding to the first drive motor 1221 is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, or that the timed duration corresponding to the second drive motor 1222 is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration, or that the timed durations corresponding to both the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 are equal to or greater than the preset braking duration. In this embodiment, the timed duration being equal to or greater than the preset braking duration means that the timed duration of one of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 is equal to or greater than the preset braking duration. This configuration can improve the timeliness of the lawn mower's braking, thereby ensuring braking safety.

[0488] Referring to Figures 83 and 84 , in one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, if the current speed of the first drive motor 1221 is less than or equal to a preset speed, the controller controls the brake member to lock the first drive motor 1221. If the current speed of the second drive motor 1222 is less than or equal to the preset speed, the controller controls the brake member to lock the second drive motor 1222. In other embodiments, if the current speed of one of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 is less than or equal to the preset speed, the controller controls the brake member to lock both the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222.

[0489] Please refer to Figures 83 to 84. In one embodiment of the lawn mower of the present invention, a first control device and a second control device are respectively provided on both sides of the lawn mower. The first control device controls the rotation speed of the first drive wheel 1211, and the second control device controls the rotation speed of the second drive wheel 1212; the first control device includes a first control handle 1241 and a first limit switch 1251. The first control handle 1241 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1100. The first limit switch 1251 and the first drive motor 1221 are both connected to the controller electrical signal. The first limit switch 1251 is set on the frame 1100. The first control handle 1241 has a first position and a second position during the rotation process. When the first control handle 1241 is in the first position, the signal of the first limit switch 1251 is turned on. When the first control handle 1241 is in the second position, the signal of the first limit switch 1251 is turned off. The second operating device includes a second operating handle 1242 and a second limit switch 1252. The second operating handle 1242 is rotatably installed on the frame 1100. The second limit switch 1252 and the second drive motor 1222 are both connected to the controller electrical signal. The second limit switch 1252 is set on the frame 1100. The second operating handle 1242 has a first position and a second position during the rotation process. When the second operating handle 1242 is in the first position, the signal of the second limit switch 1252 is turned on. At this time, the second limit switch 1252 generates a parking signal in an enabled state. When the second operating handle 1242 is in the second position, the signal of the second limit switch 1252 is disconnected. At this time, the second limit switch 1252 generates a parking signal in a disabled state. Both the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 are provided with a brake member 1230. The brake member 1230 is electrically connected to the first limit switch 1251 or the second limit switch 1252. The brake member 1230 can be an electromagnetic brake or a mechanical brake. In this embodiment, the brake member 1230 is an electromagnetic brake. It should be noted that when the first control handle 1241 is in the second position, the first control handle 1241 is in a neutral position, and when the lawn mower is in the forward or reverse state, the first drive motor 1221 is in a deceleration state during the process of the first control handle 1241 returning to the neutral position; when the second control handle 1242 is in the second position, the second control handle 1242 is in a neutral position, and when the lawn mower is in the forward or reverse state, the second drive motor 1222 is in a deceleration state during the process of the second control handle 1242 returning to the neutral position.

[0490] Electromagnetic brakes, also known as power-off brakes, adhere tightly to the connected mechanical device when power is off, generating torque through friction to prevent mechanical rotation or movement. Electromagnetic brakes consist of a magnetic yoke, excitation coil, spring, brake disc, armature, spline sleeve, and mounting screws. The electromagnetic brake is mounted on the equipment's flange or the rear end of the motor, with the drive shaft and spline sleeve connecting to the brake disc. When the excitation coil is connected to the rated DC voltage, the electromagnetic force attracts the armature, disengaging it from the brake disc. The drive shaft then operates normally or starts with the brake disc. When the drive system is disconnected or power is lost, the electromagnetic brake is also de-energized. The spring then applies pressure to the armature, forcing frictional torque between the brake disc, the armature, and the flange, rapidly stopping the drive shaft. Due to the power and size of electromagnetic brakes, and the fact that lawn mower drive motors are typically equipped with a reduction gearbox, the braking torque provided by the electromagnetic brake is generally lower than the torque value at the reduction gearbox output end. Therefore, the electromagnetic brake needs to be installed at the output shaft end of the drive motor. This location has low torque but high speed. If braking is performed at high speed, the life of the brake components will inevitably be shortened. In other embodiments, the electromagnetic brake can also be installed directly on the drive wheel.

[0491] When electromagnetic brakes are applied to the drive motor of a lawn mower, they can prevent the lawn mower from sliding or gliding in the event of a power outage or malfunction. Therefore, they can be used as a safety device. At the same time, they can also be used as a parking device. Because of their power-off braking characteristics, they can make vehicles more intelligent and convenient as the trend of electrification of lawn mowers continues.

[0492] Referring to Figures 81 to 83 , in another embodiment of a lawn mower according to the present invention, a parking mechanism 2700 is provided on the frame 1100 of the lawn mower. The parking mechanism 2700 includes a pedal assembly 2720 and a first limit switch 1251. The pedal assembly 2720 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1100, and the first limit switch 1251 is mounted on the frame 1100. The pedal assembly 2720 has a first position and a second position. When the pedal assembly 2720 is in the first position, the signal from the first limit switch 1251 is on. When the pedal assembly 2720 is in the second position, the signal from the first limit switch 1251 is off. A brake member 1230 is provided on the drive motor and is electrically connected to the first limit switch 1251. The brake member 1230 can be either an electromagnetic brake or a mechanical brake. In this embodiment, the brake member 1230 is an electromagnetic brake, and when the signal of the first limit switch 1251 is disconnected, the parking signal generated by the first limit switch 1251 is in an enabled state. It should be noted that before the signal of the first limit switch 1251 is disconnected, the accelerator pedal may be released and the drive motor may be operating in a decelerated state.

[0493] Taking the lawn mower shown in Figure 80 as an example, the user can adjust the speed and direction of the corresponding first drive wheel 1211 and second drive wheel 212 by adjusting the front and rear openings of the first control handle 1241 and the second control handle 1242 relative to the frame 1100. When the speeds of the first drive wheel 1211 and the second drive wheel 212 are inconsistent, a turning effect is generated. The specific actions are as follows:

[0494] Push the control handle toward FORWARD and the mower moves forward;

[0495] Push the control handle toward REVERSE and the mower will move backwards;

[0496] The control handle is in the NEUTRAL position and the mower is stationary;

[0497] Push the control handle from the NEUTRAL position to the OPEN direction to put the mower into the parking position.

[0498] In the OPEN direction, i.e., the left and right parking positions, the frame 1100 is mounted with a first limit switch 1251 and a second limit switch 1252, as shown in Figure 14. When the limit switch parking signal is on, it indicates that the corresponding control handle is in the parking position. At this time, the lawn mower should stop running, the electromagnetic brake is de-energized, and the entire vehicle is in the parking brake state.

[0499] Please refer to Figures 80 to 84, taking the lawn mower in Figure 80 as an example, the parking control method of the lawn mower is described.

[0500] During the mowing process, when the lawn mower needs to park, the control handle is pushed from the NEUTRAL position to the OPEN direction, and the controller starts to detect whether the parking signal generated by the first limit switch 1251 and the second limit switch 1252 is in the enabled state. During this detection process, as long as it is detected that the parking signal generated by one of the first limit switch 1251 and the second limit switch 1252 is in the enabled state, the first drive motor and the second drive motor continue to perform the deceleration action, and the controller starts timing and compares the timing time with the preset braking time. In this embodiment, the preset braking time setting value is 3 seconds; when the timing time is less than the preset braking time, the controller controls the first drive motor and the second drive motor to continue to perform the deceleration action, and the first drive motor and the speed of the second drive motor continues to decrease; when the controller detects that the speed of one of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 is lower than the preset speed, in this embodiment, the preset speed is 100r / min, the controller controls the electromagnetic brake to cut off the power immediately, that is, the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 are locked by the electromagnetic brake at the same time; at the same time, when the controller starts timing, if the controller detects that the timing time is equal to the preset brake time setting value of 3 seconds, at this time, regardless of whether the speed of the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 drops to the preset speed of 100r / min, the controller directly controls the electromagnetic brake to cut off the power immediately, that is, the first drive motor 1221 and the second drive motor 1222 are locked by the electromagnetic brake at the same time.

[0501] Please refer to Figures 85 and 86. In an embodiment of a lawn mower of the present invention, the lawn mower has a joystick calibration method. By utilizing the characteristic that the electrical neutral position of the parking slot 2110 and the joystick 2200 on the vehicle coincide with each other, when the vehicle is in the parking state (i.e., when the joystick 2200 is inserted into the parking slot 2110), the vehicle's drive control system can respond to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110 and reset the neutral voltage range driven by the joystick 2200, thereby solving the technical problem in the prior art that when a neutral deviation occurs in the joystick 2200, the vehicle alarm stops and the user cannot continue to use the neutral voltage range of the joystick 2200.

[0502] As shown in Figures 85, 86 and 83, in one embodiment of the present invention, the joystick calibration method is applied to a vehicle that uses a joystick 2200 for driving, such as a lawn mower, a snowplow, an all-terrain vehicle and other garden tools. The above-mentioned application vehicle includes a frame 1100, a joystick 2200, a drive motor 2220 and a drive control system. Among them, the vehicle uses a joystick 2200 for drive control, and the joystick 2200 is swingably mounted on the frame 1100. The drive control system responds to the user's operation of the joystick 2200, generates a corresponding drive voltage according to the swing angle of the joystick 2200, and controls the drive motor 2220 to perform forward drive, reverse drive or stop based on the drive voltage.

[0503] Specifically, based on the control requirements of the above-mentioned application vehicle, the position states of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 are preset as forward, middle and reverse positions; the middle position is the preset position of the joystick 2200 on the frame 1100, and the forward and reverse positions are set on both sides of the middle position along the swing path of the joystick 2200. When the joystick 2200 is in the neutral position on the frame 1100, the joystick 2200 does not drive the vehicle forward, and the drive control system generates a neutral voltage according to the neutral position of the joystick 2200, and controls the drive motor 2220 to stop based on the neutral voltage; when the joystick 2200 is pushed to the forward position, the drive control system generates a corresponding forward voltage according to the swing opening of the joystick 2200 in the forward direction relative to the neutral position, and controls the drive motor 2220 to rotate forward based on the forward voltage; when the joystick 2200 is pushed to the reverse position, the drive control system generates a corresponding reverse voltage according to the swing opening of the joystick 2200 in the reverse direction relative to the neutral position, and controls the drive motor 2220 to reverse based on the reverse voltage.

[0504] In the above structure, when the user adjusts the joystick 2200 to change the rotation direction of the drive motor 2220, it must pass through the middle position. In order to prevent the motor from oscillating in the forward and reverse directions and avoid the deviation value of the drive voltage generated in response to the swing of the joystick 2200, to ensure that the vehicle can be stationary when the joystick 2200 is in the middle position, the drive control system needs to expand the response range of the middle angle corresponding to the middle position of the joystick 2200 in some embodiments, and set the middle voltage range corresponding to the middle swing range. The middle voltage range can include the output error of the drive control system in response to the drive voltage generated, and can also avoid the forward and reverse oscillation of the drive motor 2220 caused by the drive control system responding to the back and forth swing of the joystick 2200.

[0505] For example, as shown in FIG87 , in one example, the preset neutral angle corresponding to the middle position of the joystick 2200 is 0°, the swing angle corresponding to the forward position is 0° to 21°, and the swing angle corresponding to the reverse position is -21° to 0°. When the user tries to drive the vehicle forward, it is necessary to push the joystick 2200 to increase the opening in the positive direction. The drive control system responds to the swing angle increasing from 0° to 21°, and generates a forward voltage gradually increasing from 2.4V to 4.5V. The drive control system controls the output shaft of the drive motor 2220 to rotate forward based on the forward voltage, wherein the higher the forward voltage, the higher the output speed of the drive motor 2220 controlled by the drive control system; when the user tries to drive the vehicle backward, it is necessary to push the joystick 2200 to increase the opening in the reverse direction. The drive control system responds to the swing angle decreasing from 0° to -21°, and generates a reverse voltage gradually decreasing from 2.4V to 0.3V. The drive control system controls the output shaft of the drive motor 2220 to rotate in the reverse direction based on the reverse voltage, wherein the lower the reverse voltage, the higher the output speed of the drive motor 2220 controlled by the drive control system. In this example, the output characteristics of the drive control system show that, regardless of the upper limit of 21°, the lower limit of -21°, or the center position of 0°, there are positive and negative deviations in the output voltage, which are irreversible errors. Therefore, if the vehicle is to remain stationary when joystick 2200 is in the center position, the drive control system must set a median voltage range. This median voltage range must include the output error of the angle-to-voltage conversion. In this example, the minimum value of the median voltage range is set to 2.4±0.05V. Furthermore, to facilitate subsequent user operation and adjustment, the median voltage range is set to 2.4±0.15V.

[0506] In one embodiment of the present invention, to facilitate user-independent calibration of the mid-voltage range of the joystick 2200 of the aforementioned application vehicle, a parking slot 2110 is provided on the vehicle frame 1100. The position of the parking slot 2110 overlaps with the preset mid-position of the swing of the joystick 2200. The interior of the parking slot 2110 is configured as the vehicle's parking position. When the joystick 2200 is inserted into the parking slot 2110, the vehicle enters the parking state, and the drive control system does not drive the swing of the joystick 2200 in response to the swing, thereby maintaining the vehicle in a stationary state. The calibration method of the present invention is applied to the drive control system. The drive control system executes the calibration method when the vehicle is in the parking state. The drive control system generates a calibration voltage in response to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110. The drive control system updates the current mid-voltage range in real time based on the calibration voltage. The calibration setting of the mid-voltage range of the joystick 2200 is completed when the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110 (i.e., when the vehicle is not in the parking state). This calibration method does not require software and hardware debugging of the drive control system. The user only needs to operate the joystick 2200 to swing in the parking slot 2110 when the vehicle is in the parking state to enable the drive control system to reset the response median voltage range of the joystick 2200.

[0507] Please refer to FIG88 , which shows a flow chart of a joystick calibration method provided by an embodiment of the present invention. The joystick calibration method includes the following steps:

[0508] S100, when the joystick 2200 is located in the parking slot 2110, generating a corresponding calibration voltage in response to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110;

[0509] S200, updating the current median voltage interval in real time based on the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage;

[0510] S300 , when the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110 , the update setting of the current median voltage range is completed.

[0511] In step S100, when the vehicle is in the parking state, the drive control system generates a corresponding calibration voltage in response to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110; wherein the generated calibration voltage is used to update the median voltage range of the corresponding swing joystick 2200, and is not used for the drive control of the drive motor 2220.

[0512] Specifically, as shown in FIG89 , in some embodiments, step S100 includes the following steps:

[0513] S110, when the joystick 2200 is located in the parking slot 2110, responding to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110 and acquiring the swing angle of the joystick 2200;

[0514] S120 : Generate a corresponding calibration voltage based on the acquired swing angle.

[0515] Next, executing step S200, updating the current median voltage interval in real time based on the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage;

[0516] In step S200, when no calibration voltage is detected, the latest updated median voltage interval is maintained as the current median voltage interval; and when it is detected that a calibration voltage is generated, the current median voltage interval is updated based on the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage; the above steps can start when the application vehicle enters the parking state and continue until the application vehicle leaves the parking state, which effectively ensures the real-time update of the median voltage interval in response to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking state.

[0517] Specifically, as shown in FIG86 and FIG90 , in some embodiments, step S200 includes the following steps:

[0518] S210, obtaining a maximum voltage between the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage, and using the maximum voltage as an upper limit value to update the upper limit value of the current median voltage interval;

[0519] That is, the calibration voltage is compared with the upper limit of the current median voltage interval. If the calibration voltage is greater than the upper limit of the current median voltage interval, the current median voltage interval is updated with the calibration voltage as the upper limit; if the calibration voltage is less than or equal to the upper limit of the current median voltage interval, the upper limit of the current median voltage interval is maintained unchanged.

[0520] S220, obtaining the minimum voltage between the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage, and using the minimum voltage as the lower limit value to update the lower limit value of the current median voltage interval;

[0521] That is, the calibration voltage is compared with the lower limit of the current median voltage interval. If the calibration voltage is less than the lower limit of the current median voltage interval, the current median voltage interval is updated with the calibration voltage as the lower limit; if the calibration voltage is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the current median voltage interval, the lower limit of the current median voltage interval is maintained unchanged.

[0522] It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the order in which steps S210 and S220 are executed is not limited, wherein step S200 may execute step S210 first and then step S220; or, step S200 may execute step S220 first and then step S210; or, step S200 may also execute step S210 and step S220 simultaneously.

[0523] Next, step S300 is executed. When the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110 , the update setting of the current median voltage range is completed.

[0524] In step S300, when the application vehicle is not in the parking state (i.e., when the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110), the calibration response to the joystick 2200 is ended, and the current median voltage range most recently updated during the calibration process is set as the new median voltage range of the joystick 2200.

[0525] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 91 , in some embodiments, step S300 includes the following steps:

[0526] S310: When the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110, stop updating the current median voltage range;

[0527] S320: Set the latest current median voltage interval as a new median voltage interval.

[0528] In some embodiments, the parking slot 2110 allows the joystick 2200 to swing at an angle greater than or equal to a preset median range, and the calibration method generates a calibration voltage range in response to the joystick 2200 swinging in the parking slot 2110 that is greater than or equal to the voltage range of the preset median voltage interval, wherein the maximum value of the generated calibration voltage is greater than or equal to the upper limit value of the preset median voltage interval, and the minimum value of the generated calibration voltage is less than or equal to the lower limit value of the preset median voltage interval. Specifically, when the joystick 2200 swings in the forward direction and hits the side wall edge of the parking slot 2110, the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the preset median angle, and the calibration voltage generated by the drive control system in response to the swing angle of the joystick 2200 is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the vehicle's preset median voltage range; when the joystick 2200 swings in the reverse direction and hits the side wall edge of the parking slot 2110, the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is less than or equal to the lower limit of the preset median angle, and the calibration voltage generated by the drive control system in response to the swing angle of the joystick 2200 is less than or equal to the lower limit of the vehicle's preset median voltage range. For example, the preset median angle range of the joystick 2200 is -21° to 21°, and the corresponding median voltage range of the joystick 2200 is 2.25V to 2.55V; wherein, when the joystick 2200 swings in the forward direction and hits the side wall edge of the parking slot 2110, the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is greater than or equal to 21°, and the calibration voltage generated by the drive control system is greater than or equal to 2.55V; when the joystick 2200 swings in the reverse direction and hits the side wall edge of the parking slot 2110, the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is less than or equal to -21°, and the calibration voltage generated by the drive control system is less than or equal to 2.35V.

[0529] Furthermore, in the present invention, the driving signal or calibration signal generated by the driving control system in response to the joystick 2200 may be a voltage signal as in the above embodiment, or may be other types of digital signals, for example, an analog digital signal generated by analog processing of the voltage signal.

[0530] As shown in Figures 92 to 83, the present invention further provides a gardening tool, such as a lawn mower, comprising a frame 1100, a joystick 2200, a drive motor 2220, running wheels 2210, and a drive control system. The joystick 2200 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1100 and swings relative to the frame 1100. The swing direction of the joystick 2200 on the frame 1100 includes a first direction from the front to the rear of the mower. The drive control system and the drive motor 2220 are mounted on the frame 1100, and the running wheels 2210 are connected to the output end of the drive motor 2220. The drive control system includes a second detection device 2300 and a drive controller. The second detection device 2300 is installed on the joystick 2200 and / or the frame 1100. The second detection device 2300 is located at the rotation center of the joystick 2200 on the frame 1100. The second detection device 2300 can swing along with the joystick 2200 to collect the swing angle of the joystick 2200 and generate a corresponding drive voltage. The drive controller is electrically connected to the second detection device 2300 and the drive motor 2220 respectively. The drive controller controls the output shaft of the drive motor 2220 to rotate forward, reverse or stop based on the received drive voltage, thereby responding to the swing of the joystick 2200 to realize drive control of the movement of the garden tool.

[0531] Based on the control requirements of the garden tool, the position of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is preset into forward, neutral, and reverse positions. The neutral position is the preset position of the joystick 2200 on the frame 1100, while the forward and reverse positions are located on either side of the neutral position along the swing path of the joystick 2200. Based on this structure, when driving the garden tool, the user can adjust the position of the joystick 2200 on the frame 1100 forward and backward along the swing direction. The second detection device 2300 detects the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 and generates a corresponding drive voltage. Based on the drive voltage, the drive controller controls the drive motor 2220 to drive forward, reverse, or stop. Among them, when the joystick 2200 is in the middle position, the swing angle of the joystick 2200 relative to the frame 1100 is the middle angle, the second detection device 2300 generates a middle voltage according to the currently collected swing angle, and the drive controller controls the drive motor 2220 to stop based on the middle voltage; when the joystick 2200 is pushed to the forward position, the swing opening of the joystick 2200 relative to the middle position increases in the positive direction along the forward direction. The second detection device 2300 generates a forward voltage according to the currently collected swing angle, and the drive controller controls the drive motor 2220 to rotate forward based on the forward voltage; when the joystick 2200 is pushed to the backward position, the swing opening of the joystick 2200 relative to the middle position increases in the reverse direction along the backward direction. The second detection device 2300 generates a backward voltage according to the currently collected swing angle, and the drive controller controls the drive motor 2220 to reverse based on the backward voltage.

[0532] In addition, as shown in Figures 92 and 93, a parking slot 2110 is provided on the frame 1100. The position of the parking slot 2110 overlaps with the preset electrical middle position of the swing of the joystick 2200. The slot of the parking slot 2110 is set as the vehicle parking position. When the joystick 2200 is inserted into the parking slot 2110, the vehicle enters the parking state, and the drive control system does not drive the swing of the joystick 2200 in response to the swing, so that the garden tool remains in a stationary state.

[0533] It should be noted that the types of working components used in the above-mentioned garden tools are not limited, and the above-mentioned working components can be working parts such as cutting components, snow blowing components, blowers, and sowing components.

[0534] In the above structure, when the user adjusts the joystick 2200 to change the rotation direction of the drive motor 2220, it must pass through the middle position. In order to avoid the deviation of the drive control system in generating the drive voltage in response to the swing of the joystick 2200 and the forward and reverse oscillation of the drive motor 2220 caused by the forward and backward steering of the joystick 2200, and thereby ensure that the garden tool can be stationary when the joystick 2200 is in the middle position, the drive control system needs to expand the swing angle response range of the middle position of the joystick 2200, and set the middle voltage range corresponding to the middle swing range. The middle voltage range can include the output error of the drive control system in generating the drive voltage in response, and can also avoid the forward and reverse oscillation of the drive motor 2220 caused by the drive control system in response to the forward and backward swing of the joystick 2200.

[0535] To facilitate users in independently calibrating the median voltage range of the joystick 2200 of the above-mentioned garden tool, the drive control system can also execute a joystick calibration method to help users independently set the median voltage range of the drive control system in response to the joystick 2200. Specifically, when the joystick 2200 is engaged in the parking slot 2110, the garden tool is in the parking state, and the second detection device 2300 responds in real time to the swing of the joystick 2200 in the parking slot 2110 to generate a corresponding calibration voltage; after receiving the calibration voltage, the drive controller does not drive and control the drive motor 2220 based on the calibration voltage, but instead updates the current median voltage range in real time based on the current median voltage range and the received calibration voltage; when the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110, the garden tool leaves the parking state, the drive controller stops updating the current median voltage range, and determines to set the latest current median voltage range as the new median voltage range.

[0536] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the driving controller updates the current median voltage interval in real time based on the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage, including the following steps:

[0537] Obtain the maximum voltage between the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage, and use the maximum voltage as the upper limit to update the current median voltage interval; that is, compare the calibration voltage with the upper limit of the current median voltage interval. If the calibration voltage is greater than the upper limit of the current median voltage interval, update the current median voltage interval with the calibration voltage as the upper limit; if the calibration voltage is less than or equal to the upper limit of the current median voltage interval, maintain the upper limit of the current median voltage interval unchanged;

[0538] Obtain the minimum voltage between the current median voltage interval and the calibration voltage, and use the minimum voltage as the lower limit value to update the current median voltage interval; that is, compare the calibration voltage and the lower limit value of the current median voltage interval. If the calibration voltage is less than the lower limit value of the current median voltage interval, update the current median voltage interval with the calibration voltage as the lower limit value; if the calibration voltage is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the current median voltage interval, maintain the lower limit value of the current median voltage interval unchanged.

[0539] In some embodiments, a response switch is provided in the parking slot 2110. When the joystick 2200 is inserted into the parking slot 2110, the response switch responds to the pressing of the joystick 2200 and sends a calibration signal to the drive controller. After receiving the calibration signal, the drive controller starts the calibration process and updates the setting of a new median voltage range. When the joystick 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110, the response switch responds to the release of the joystick 2200 and stops sending the calibration signal to the drive controller. When the drive controller fails to receive the calibration signal, it ends the calibration process and determines the new median voltage range corresponding to the joystick 2200.

[0540] In addition, in some embodiments, a trigger switch is further provided on the garden tool, which can be set on a control panel on the frame 1100. The trigger switch can continuously send a calibration signal to the drive controller in response to a pressing operation, and stop sending the calibration signal to the drive controller in response to the next pressing operation.

[0541] In the above embodiment, the response switch and the trigger switch are in the same communication control network as the drive controller, and the signal transmission mode between the response switch and the trigger switch and the drive controller is IO command or communication command, and the communication command is RS485, RS422, CAN or LIN communication mode.

[0542] As shown in FIG94 , the second detection device 2300 may be any conventional rotation opening detection sensor device in the art. For example, in some embodiments, the second detection device 2300 uses a position sensor. Optionally, the second detection device 2300 uses an angle sensor.

[0543] It should be noted that the number of joysticks 2200 provided on the gardening tool is not limited. For example, as shown in Figures 92 and 83, in some embodiments, the gardening tool includes two drive motors 2220 and joysticks 2200, respectively disposed on either side of a frame 1100. The output shafts of the two drive motors 2220 are each connected to a running wheel 2210. A parking slot 2110 is provided on each side of the frame 1100, corresponding to a preset neutral position of the joystick 2200. The drive control system drives and controls the running wheels 2210 on each side of the frame 1100 in response to the swinging of the two joysticks 2200 on the frame 1100, thereby enabling the user to control the gardening tool forward, backward, turn, and park using the two joysticks 2200.

[0544] Among them, when the two joysticks 2200 are pushed to the parking slots 2110 at the same time (OPEN position in Figure 83), the drive control system stops driving and controlling the drive motors 2220 on both sides of the frame 1100 to put the garden tool in a parking state; when the two joysticks 2200 are pushed to the same opening of the forward position (FORWARD position in Figure 83), the drive control system responds to control the output shafts of the drive motors 2220 on both sides of the frame 1100 to output forward rotation at the same speed, so as to drive the walking wheels 2210 on both sides of the frame 1100 to rotate forward, thereby driving the garden tool forward; when the two joysticks 2200 are in the neutral position at the same time (NEUTRAL position in Figure 83), the drive control system responds to control the drive motors 2220 on both sides of the frame 1100 to output forward rotation at the same speed, thereby driving the walking wheels 2210 on both sides of the frame 1100 to rotate forward, thereby driving the garden tool forward; The output shaft of the motor 2220 stops rotating, so that the garden tool is stationary; when the two joysticks 2200 are pushed to the same opening of the retracted position (REVERSE position in Figure 83), the drive control system responds and controls the output shafts of the drive motors 2220 on both sides of the frame 1100 to output inverse rotation at the same speed, so as to drive the running wheels 2210 on both sides of the frame 1100 to reverse, thereby driving the garden tool backward; when the two joysticks 2200 are pushed to different openings of the forward position or the reverse position, the drive control system responds to the corresponding swing angles of the two joysticks 2200, and respectively controls the output shafts of the drive motors 2220 on both sides to output forward rotation or reverse rotation at the corresponding speed, so as to drive the garden tool to turn toward the side of the running wheel 2210 with a slower speed to move forward or backward.

[0545] In the above embodiment, the drive control system responds independently to the multiple joysticks 2200 in the parking state, so as to perform independent mid-voltage interval calibration settings for the multiple joysticks 2200, and the drive control system does not interfere with each other in the calibration settings of the mid-voltage intervals of the joysticks 2200. For example, in one embodiment, two joysticks 2200 are provided on the garden tool. When the two joysticks 2200 are installed in the corresponding parking slots 2110 on both sides of the frame 1100, the drive control system simultaneously receives calibration signals corresponding to the two joysticks 2200, and then independently responds to the swinging of the two joysticks in the corresponding parking slots 2110, thereby updating and setting the corresponding median voltage intervals of the two joysticks 2200 respectively. If one of the two joysticks 2200 leaves the parking slot 2110, the drive control system still maintains the response calibration of the median voltage interval of the joystick 2200 installed in the parking slot 2110 based on the received calibration signal, and completes the update setting of the median voltage interval of the joystick 2200 that has left the parking slot 2110; if both joysticks 2200 leave the parking slot 2110, the drive control system completes the update setting of the median voltage interval of the two joysticks 2200.

[0546] In summary, the joystick calibration method uses the mechanical and electrical connections between the joystick and the drive controller to perform compensation settings, allowing the user to quickly complete the automatic calibration of the joystick's electrical mid-range by pushing the joystick to swing in the parking slot. This effectively improves the production efficiency of the garden tool production line and reduces the subsequent maintenance costs of garden tools. When the mid-position deviation of the garden tool's joystick is caused by mechanical wear, it does not need to be returned to the factory for repair, and can be solved by local calibration.
