[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification states, is a machine for flouring food products, which is an innovation that, within current techniques, provides advantages previously unknown.
[0005] Thanks to the machine's design and configuration, it allows food products to be floured quickly and evenly, covering all parts of the food equally.
[0006] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0007] Therefore, this invention falls within the scope of manufacturing household appliances, tools and kitchen utensils.
[0008] STATE OF THE ART
[0009] In the exciting culinary world, time optimization and efficiency are key factors for achieving exceptional results. The use of tools and appliances has become a fundamental strategy for streamlining tasks and improving the quality of dishes.
[0010] An example of this is the flouring process, a common practice in the kitchen that now faces an innovative solution.
[0011] Flour coating is an essential step in the preparation of many food products. However, until now, this process was carried out using a container into which flour was poured and the food was floured manually, turning and stirring to achieve an even coating.
[0012] Although it is an effective technique, it comes with certain challenges that have been recognized by chefs and culinary professionals.
[0013] One of the most notable problems is flour waste. Part of the product does not adhere to the food and is lost in the process, which not only represents an economic loss but also a waste of resources.
[0014] Furthermore, carrying out this process with open utensils exposed the food to the possibility of cross-contamination, which could affect the quality and safety of the dishes. Furthermore, in a world where food allergies are a growing concern, direct contact with flour could pose a risk to sensitive individuals.
[0015] It is in this context that an innovative solution emerges: a product designed to streamline and perfect the flouring process in the kitchen. This new device offers a smart and efficient alternative to the traditional method, eliminating the aforementioned drawbacks and improving the culinary experience in every way.
[0016] The product in question is presented as an essential ally for chefs and cooking enthusiasts alike. Its revolutionary approach allows for quick and precise coating of flour, without generating unnecessary flour waste. Thanks to its innovative design, the product ensures that the flour adheres to the food evenly and efficiently, without the need for repetitive manual movements.
[0017] Furthermore, the implementation of this tool significantly minimizes the risk of cross-contamination. By using a closed and controlled system, the food will not be exposed to potential contaminants during the coating process. This ensures that the quality and hygiene of the dishes remain at an optimal level.
[0018] Considering food allergies is also a priority in this new approach. By eliminating direct contact with flour, the risk of allergen exposure is drastically reduced, creating a safer and more trusting environment for all diners.
[0019] In short, the use of tools and appliances in the culinary industry is transforming the way everyday kitchen tasks are approached. In particular, the innovative flouring solution demonstrates how technology and creativity can contribute to efficiency and quality in food preparation. This tool not only streamlines the process but also reduces resource waste, minimizes cross-contamination, and addresses concerns related to food allergies.
[0020] Ultimately, it's a step toward a more modern, efficient, and safer kitchen, always seeking to improve the culinary experience and meet the changing needs of consumers.
[0021] In order to solve the detailed problems, the current invention is presented.
[0022] The existence of any product with the same technical characteristics as the invention presented here is unknown.
[0023] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0024] The object of the present invention is the creation of a machine for flouring food products that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0025] In the kitchen, the technique of flouring is very common, and is traditionally done by pouring flour into a container and then coating the food with your hands.
[0026] This means we get our hands dirty, we have to use leftover flour, and what's worse, it can cause food contamination in other foods, which, for example, will be consumed by people with gluten intolerance.
[0027] To achieve this, the food flouring machine comprises at least a cubicle containing a body that rotates on an axis. The body is configured to accommodate the food to be floured. The flour used is pulverized through the machine's air diffuser. The flour comes from a storage compartment supplied by the diffuser. The flour used can be traditional flour, gluten-free flour, etc.
[0028] To ensure that the product is floured evenly across the entire surface, the shaft will be driven by a motor. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0029] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is attached, as an integral part thereof, with a figure in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.
[0030] Figure 1 corresponds to a perspective view of the flouring machine.
[0031] In the culinary field, the constant search for efficiency and improved preparation techniques has led to the creation of innovative tools.
[0032] The food flouring machine is distinguished by its carefully conceived design, which combines functional elements to achieve a more efficient and convenient cooking experience.
[0033] The machine comprises a cubicle (1) that houses a body (2) mounted on a rotating shaft (4). The essential feature lies in its capacity to allow the introduction of the food to be floured into the interior of the body (2), which greatly simplifies the process.
[0034] The body (2) will have holes for the passage of flour to the food inside.
[0035] The machine also has an air diffuser connected to a flour storage compartment (3). The flour is sprayed inside the compartment (1), remaining in suspension and flouring the food in the process with a uniform distribution, avoiding wasting flour.
[0036] Compartment (3) has a gate that opens or closes to a greater or lesser extent to control the flow of flour to the air diffuser. The flour will fall by gravity onto the diffuser.
[0037] The machine may have more than one cubicle, as many as the manufacturer wishes to include.
[0038] Because when we see that the food is properly floured, the process of spraying or spreading the flour stops.
[0039] This clever arrangement minimizes flour loss and, at the same time, reduces exposure to allergens, a crucial aspect today.
[0040] The movement of the axis (4) is achieved thanks to a driving means, which can be a motor controlled by a control module or even a manual crank.
[0041] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0042] The control module can be controlled by a screen where the user can select the product to be floured. This determines the number of rotations the shaft must make to ensure proper flouring, automating the process.
[0043] This ingenious addition ensures that the flouring process is carried out smoothly and consistently, avoiding irregularities and achieving a consistent result.
[0044] In a preferred embodiment, the cubicle (1) has a watertight, hinged lid that provides access to the body (2), facilitating the introduction and extraction of the food to be floured. The walls of the body (2) are designed with a grid pattern that allows the suspended flour to penetrate evenly inside. This intelligent feature guarantees homogeneous coverage of the food, eliminating areas of excess or lack of flour.
[0045] Preferably, the flour storage compartment (3) has a sieve at the top of its outlet to the flour diffuser. This ensures that the pulverized flour has the desired consistency, avoiding possible blockages and ensuring a smooth process.
[0046] At the base of the cubicle (1), there may be a tray configured to collect the flour that falls by gravity after being pulverized, avoiding any unnecessary waste.
[0047] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to elaborate further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.

[0075] By cooking food in the same cubicle we avoid cross-contamination between foods.
[0076] To ensure that the product is floured evenly across the entire surface, the shaft will be driven by a motor.
[0077] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0078] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this specification is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.
[0079] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the breading and cooking machine.
[0080] Figure 2 shows two machine modules joined together.
[0081] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
[0082] The machine comprises a cubicle (i) that houses a body (2) mounted on a rotating axis (4). The essential characteristic lies in its capacity to allow the introduction of the food to be coated inside the body (2), which greatly simplifies the process.
[0083] The body (2) will have holes for the passage of flour or breadcrumbs to the food inside.
[0084] The machine also has an air diffuser, connected to a compartment {3} for storing flour or breadcrumbs.
[0085] The flour or breadcrumbs are sprayed inside the cubicle (1), leaving the food suspended and coated in the process with a uniform distribution and avoiding wasting flour or breadcrumbs.
[0086] The compartment (3) has a hatch that opens or closes to a greater or lesser extent to control the flow of flour or breadcrumbs to the air diffuser. The flour or breadcrumbs will fall by gravity onto the diffuser. The machine may have more than one compartment, as many as the manufacturer wishes.
[0087] Because when we see that the food is properly coated, the process of spraying or spreading the flour or breadcrumbs stops. The cubicle will have an airtight lid so it can be closed during the cooking process. This intelligent arrangement minimizes the loss of flour or breadcrumbs and, at the same time, reduces exposure to allergens, a crucial aspect today.
[0088] The shaft is moved by a drive, which can be a motor controlled by a control module or even a hand crank. The control module can be controlled by a screen where the user can select the product to be coated. This determines the number of rotations the shaft must make to ensure proper coating, automating the process.
[0089] The cubicle (1) has a removable drawer (5) at its base, configured to collect the leftover flour or breadcrumbs and be able to remove it before proceeding to cook the food.
[0090] Preferably, the cubicle (1) has a first slot (5.1) located above the drawer (5), and a second slot (5.2) located below the drawer (5) through which a tray slides.
[0091] So when we are going to flour we introduce the tray through the second slot (5.2), so that the excess flour or breadcrumbs can be deposited in the drawer (5),
[0092] And when we are going to cook we place the tray in the first slot (5.1) 5 thus serving as a dividing and protective element so that the flour or breadcrumbs in the drawer do not cook.
[0093] To cook the food, the machine has at least one electric heating element powered by a power source, configured to heat a flow of air moved by a series of fans, delivering the hot air to the food. By cooking the food in the same compartment, we avoid cross-contamination between foods.
[0094] In a preferred embodiment, the cubicle (1) has a watertight and practicable lid (5) that provides access to the body (2), facilitating the introduction and extraction of the food to be floured.
[0095] The walls of the body (2) are designed with a grid pattern that allows the suspended flour to penetrate evenly inside. This intelligent feature ensures even coverage of the food, eliminating areas of excess or lack of flour.
[0096] Preferably, in the lower part, the flour storage compartment (3) has a sieve at its outlet to the flour diffuser. This ensures that the pulverized flour is of the desired consistency, avoiding possible obstructions and ensuring a smooth process.
[0097] At the base of the cubicle (1), there may be a tray (6) configured to collect the flour that falls by gravity after being pulverized, avoiding any unnecessary waste. Typically, the cubicle (1) will have a drawer (5) configured to extract the tray.
[0098] The machine may have an automatic cleaning system.
[0099] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
