Description

Smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-healing and smart band control system including the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a smart band that allows an individual to treat wounds and injuries by utilizing wired or wireless power of a personal or mobile terminal without visiting a hospital, and a smart band control system including the same, which accelerates the speed of wound healing by applying electrical stimulation to the wound area, while applying an optimal wound treatment method according to the wound, and has a function of protecting the wound area from the outside.

[0002] Electrical stimulation is being used in wound healing. Micro-electrical stimulation accelerates wound healing by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts.

[0003] The problem with current treatments using electrical stimulation is that when electrical stimulation is used to rapidly lower wounds for wound healing, the external resistance of various infiltrating chemicals generated in the wound or the biological resistance size and deviation according to fibrin are different, and the infiltrating chemicals must be continuously absorbed and replaced, making it difficult to see a great effect.

[0004] Therefore, direct stimulation via electrodes within the wound area is the most effective method. However, electrical stimulation within the wound requires surgical intervention or a separate wearable or fixed device, which reduces patient convenience and cost-effectiveness. Consequently, there is a growing need for miniaturized products and control methods that can directly apply electrical stimulation to the wound while effectively promoting wound healing.

[0005] The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a smart band for wound and wound treatment, which can prevent delay in wound healing of a user's target area due to supersaturated infiltrates generated in the user's target area by applying electrical stimulation to the wound to accelerate oxidation and reduction of the wound and vaporizing the supersaturated infiltrates in the user's target area, and a smart band control system including the same.

[0006] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0007] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a smart band for treating wounds and injuries includes: an electrode band module attached to a user's target area; a communication module connected to the electrode band module and having a wireless power transmission function; an electrode module provided on the electrode band module and made of a time-sensitive material, the electrode module electrically stimulating the target area by power supplied from the communication module and forming an electric field that vaporizes an infiltrate in the target area; and a processor that senses a supersaturated or unsaturated state of the infiltrate and controls the communication module and the electrode module, wherein the processor can control the communication module and the electrode module to form the electric field when it determines that the infiltrate is in a supersaturated state.

[0008] In addition, the device further includes a ground connection unit that is grounded to the target area; and a return current measurement unit that is electrically connected to the ground connection unit and measures a return current that is input to the ground connection unit and returned, and the processor can read the supersaturated state or unsaturated state of the infiltrator based on the return current measured by the return current measurement unit.

[0009] In addition, the communication module includes a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the target area, and the processor can verify that the intruder is in a supersaturated state if the temperature measurement value measured by the temperature sensor is higher than a reference temperature, and can verify that the intruder is in an unsaturated state if the temperature measurement value measured by the temperature sensor is lower than the reference temperature.

[0010] In addition, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit is different from the state of the intruder read by the temperature sensor, the processor can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit.

[0011] In addition, the communication module includes a humidity sensing unit that senses humidity of the target area, and the processor can verify that the intruder is in an unsaturated state when the humidity in the humidity sensing unit is below a reference humidity, and can verify that the intruder is in an oversaturated state when the humidity in the humidity sensing unit is above a reference humidity.

[0012] In addition, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit is different from the state of the intruder read by the humidity sensing unit, the processor can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit.

[0013] In addition, the processor may further include a charge measuring unit that is electrically connected to the ground connection unit and measures a charge characteristic of the target portion through the ground connection unit, and if the charge characteristic of the target portion measured by the charge measuring unit is negative, the processor may read the infiltrate as being in a supersaturated state, and if the charge characteristic of the target portion measured by the charge measuring unit is positive, the processor may read the infiltrate as being in an unsaturated state.

[0014] In addition, the electrode module may include: nanosomes that receive power from the communication module; an electrode pattern that forms the electric field by power transmitted from the nanosomes; and an electrode pad that is provided on an attachment surface that is combined with the nanosomes and the electrode pattern and is attached to a target area of a user of the electrode band module, and includes at least one of a hydrogel (GelMa, Chitosan, Collagen, Sodium Alginate, PVA) and a hydrocolloid.

[0015] Additionally, the electrode pattern may include molybdenum.

[0016] Additionally, the molybdenum may be formed as a thin film having a thickness of 0.1 μm to 10 μm and may have a cross-sectional area of 10% or less of the target area.

[0017] In addition, the communication module further includes a molybdenum sensing unit that senses the molybdenum in the target area, and when the processor determines that the intruder is in an unsaturated state, the communication module and the electrode module can be controlled so that the electric field for removing the molybdenum in the target area is formed.

[0018] In addition, the communication module may further include a frictional electric generator that supplies frictional electricity generated based on friction caused by ultrasonic irradiation as power to the communication module.

[0019] In addition, the device further includes a ground connection unit that is connected to the ground at the target site; and a feedback voltage measurement unit that is electrically connected to the ground connection unit and measures a feedback current that is input to the ground connection unit and returned, and the processor can read the supersaturated state or unsaturated state of the infiltrator based on the feedback voltage measured by the feedback voltage measurement unit.

[0020] Additionally, when removing the smart band, the electrode band module and the communication module may be separated together from the target area, or only the communication module may be separated from the target area, and then the electrode band module may be separated after the electrode module is completely melted by the user's heat.

[0021] Additionally, the nanosomes may contain a lipase enzyme.

[0022] Other specific details of the present invention are included in the detailed description and drawings.

[0023] A smart band for wound and injury treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention and a smart band control system including the same have the effect of applying electrical stimulation to a wound to accelerate oxidation and reduction of the wound and evaporating supersaturated infiltrates in a user's target area, thereby preventing delay in wound healing in a user's target area due to infiltrates in the user's target area.

[0038] Hereinafter, a smart band system for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0039] FIG. 1a is a perspective view showing a smart band control system for self-healing wounds and wound treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1b is a schematic diagram showing an example of use of the smart band control system for self-healing wounds and wound treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1c is a schematic diagram showing bioresistance according to electrical stimulation of the smart band control system for self-healing wounds and wound treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0040] As illustrated in FIGS. 1A and 1B, a smart band control system for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an electronic device (100) and a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment.

[0041] Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, a smart band control system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an electronic device (100) and a smart band (200) for wound treatment. Here, the smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment can be connected to the electronic device (100) so as to be communicatively connected.

[0042] The electronic device (100) may include any type of electronic device that provides short-range communication (e.g., NFC, etc.) and wireless power transfer functions. For example, the electronic device (100) may be a device capable of supplying, controlling, and communicating power to a smart band via wires or wirelessly, and may include, but is not limited to, a smartphone, a tablet PC, a smart watch, a smart wrist band, etc.

[0043] The electronic device (100) can supply power to the smart band (200) using a wireless or wired communication device, and can also collect the user's wound status on the smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment and transmit it to an individual, a doctor, or a place where medical information can be collected, diagnosed, and prescribed. Through this, the electronic device (100) can receive information from a remote or nearby location through an app or program of the electronic device (100) itself, and can also control the smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment based on the information. In addition, the electronic device (100) can transmit the information to a remote or nearby location through a linkage device such as a nearby IOT.

[0044] In addition, the electronic device (100) can provide the user with 'usage information' or 'product attachment method' of the smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment, transmit the user's wound information to the hospital, and reflect the information prescribed by the hospital, thereby controlling the electrical stimulation applied to the user's wound by the smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment, thereby increasing the treatment effect of the user's wound. (See Fig. 1b)

[0045] The electronic device (100) can provide the user with control information and charging information of the smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment. In addition, the electronic device (1000) can obtain information such as usage status, treatment status, product number, product wound treatment method, and usage time by utilizing the user's actions, and provide the information to the hospital through the smart terminal used by the user. Through this, the electronic device (100) can not only simply provide self-treatment of the user's wound, but can also reflect the results of real-time treatment provided by the hospital and prescriptions prescribed by the hospital according to the user's wound treatment situation, and provide the user with various information such as the user's wound treatment, the user's treatment reservation, and the replacement cycle of the smart band. (See FIG. 1b)

[0046] The smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment can be powered by an electronic device (100). In addition, the smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment can be attached to a user's target area (10) to vaporize an infiltrate in the user's target area (10) and apply electrical stimulation to a wound in the user's target area (10).

[0047] Typically, when a wound heals, nerves and cells respond to an electrical phenomenon called "action current" to repair the original wound. Granulation tissue, comprised of fibroblasts, plays a key role in this process. These cells synthesize collagen and other tissue components, restoring tissue. In this case, microscopic electrical stimulation can accelerate tissue restoration by rapidly stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts.

[0048] The problem here is that when accelerating wound healing with external stimuli such as electrical stimulation, it is difficult to see an effect because the external resistance of various chemicals generated in the wound or the bioresistance size / deviation according to fibrin are uneven. Therefore, the most effective method is to directly stimulate the inside of the wound with an electrode. However, direct electrical stimulation of the inside of the wound with an electrode requires surgical devices and instruments that are more than portable, which reduces the effectiveness. To address this issue, a mechanical treatment method is being used that reduces bioresistance deviation by draining exudate using a negative pressure device based on a wound dressing and promotes blood flow, thereby lowering bioresistance while promoting blood flow. However, except for the characteristics of wound protection and wound disinfection by creating a moist environment, this method is closer to natural healing and is less effective than electrical stimulation. Accordingly, the present applicant has continued research on how to accelerate the dermal layer with electricity using a conductive biomaterial in a way that minimizes wound stimulation that is not affected by external resistance to chemicals without surgical intervention, and has developed a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] A smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a time-sensitive material. Here, the time-sensitive material can temporarily operate to provide electrical stimulation to the wound site and can be absorbed by the body during the wound treatment process.

[0050] For example, when a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment is attached to a user's target area (10), a portion of the time-sensitive material included in the smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment can be inserted into the user's target area (10) to provide electrical stimulation to the inside of a wound in the user's target area.

[0051] For example, the time-limiting material may be at least one of nanomolybdenum (Mo), molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), tungsten disulfide (WS2), zinc oxide (ZnO), and magnesium oxide (MgO), but the present invention is not limited thereto. The time-limiting material is a material that can conduct electricity and is harmless to the human body. When electricity is supplied through the time-limiting material to electrically stimulate the wound area, fibroblasts rapidly proliferate and differentiate, and the wound area can be healed through a stage where the dermis is quickly restored.

[0052] However, although this method can accelerate the recovery of the dermis through electrical stimulation, the recovery tension drops to 80% of that before the original wound, and there is a problem that it cannot be freed from the existing wound crust (the crust formed when blood, pus, and fluids dry), and the wound crust quickly evaporates. In other words, the crust is densely packed with macrophages that remove foreign substances such as dead cells and bacteria, white blood cells and lysosomal enzymes that promote wound healing, and growth factors. If these components evaporate due to electrical stimulation, it can cause wound healing to slow down.

[0053] In particular, electrical stimulation is an electrical stimulation using microcurrent and voltage, and since the bioresistance (R) changes depending on the degree and size of the user's wound and the degree of healing, it has characteristics similar to variable resistance even if the same microcurrent and voltage are provided to the wound. (See Fig. 1c) For example, when the size of the user's wound is usually large, the bioresistance (R) is relatively low, so the R value is low, whereas the bioskin resistance (R) value has a size of 2.5 to 10 MΩ when the treatment is complete. In particular, the extremities, such as the feet, have a high bioresistance (R), and the upper part, such as the chest, has a low bioresistance. The initial internal resistance of an area with a large wound area decreases to a maximum of 300 to 750 Ω, and there may be a difference in which the internal resistance increases depending on the degree of distance from the heart.

[0054] A smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention is designed to provide electrical stimulation inside a wound through a wound insertable material to restore the dermis, while simultaneously creating a moist environment without evaporating components such as pus, thereby providing an experience of improved wound resilience and wound healing speed.

[0055] Hereinafter, a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0056] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing a communication module of a smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, a smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention is divided into an electrode band (290) that is directly attached to a wound and a sub-assembly (300) that surrounds a smart module (280), and may include an electrode band module (210), a communication module (220), an electrode module (230) and a processor (240), a temperature sensor (227), a communication module electrode (228), and a sensing unit electrode (229).

[0058] In the present invention, the user's target area (10) may be a portion of the user's body including a wound.

[0059] The electrode band module (210) serves to attach the electrode module (230) to the user's target area (10). For this purpose, a supporting member (300) for attachment to the user's target area (10) may be provided on one side of the electrode band module (210). For example, the supporting member (300) may be a polyurethane film, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the polyurethane film includes a moisture-permeable and waterproof porous polyethylene, and can transmit water vapor and air, exchange heat, and block external pathogens such as bacteria and water droplets. As another example, the polyurethane film may have a thickness of 10 μm to 100 μm. In this case, the polyurethane film serving as the supporting member (300) may be utilized for exchanging and removing the smart band. Specifically, it can be used for the purpose of removing the electrode band module (210) when it is completely fused to the wound or the electrode module (230) is fused to the wound. In particular, since the electrode band module (210) plays a major role in maintaining moisture, there may be many cases where only the nanosomes (231) and the electrode module (232) are absorbed by the user during the wound treatment process, and the electrode band module (210) is separated and does not dissolve. However, since the electrode band module (210) is made of a hydrocolloid series, it can form a colloid gel to lower the temperature and provide a refreshing feeling at the same time.

[0060] The communication module (220) may be connected to the electrode band module (210) and may have a wireless power transmission function. Here, the wireless power transmission function may be that the communication module (220) supplies power to the electrode module (230) described below.

[0061] For example, the communication module (220) can supply power supplied from the electronic device (100) to the electrode module (230). At this time, the communication module (220) can receive power from the electronic device (100) through the NFC function.

[0062] As another example, the communication module (220) can supply power supplied from a frictional electric generator (270) to be described later to the electrode module (230).

[0063] The communication module (220) may include one or more circuit elements that enable communication functions and wireless power transmission functions. The communication module (220) may be implemented using NFC technology. In addition, the communication module (220) may control the time for supplying power to the electrode module (230) under the control of the electronic device (100) or the processor (240). In this way, by controlling the time for which the communication module (220) supplies power to the electrode module (230), the time for which the electrode module (230) electrically stimulates the user's target area (10) and forms an electric field that evaporates an infiltrate of the target area (10) may be controlled. For example, the communication module (220) may be implemented as an active RFID capable of wireless power transmission and communication. Alternatively, the communication module (220) (210) may adopt various wireless communication technologies such as a Bluetooth module and a Wi-Fi module, and may adopt various wireless power transmission technologies such as Qi (Qi), AirFuel, WiTricity, and PMA (Power Matters Alliance).

[0064] The communication module (220) may include an antenna (221), an NFC integrated circuit (222), an MCU (223), a first LDO regulator (224), a second LDO regulator (225), a third LDO regulator (226), a temperature sensor (227), a communication module electrode (228), and a sensing electrode (229). (See FIG. 4)

[0065] The antenna (221) serves to wirelessly receive radio waves from the electronic device (100). The antenna (221) can receive signals at 13.56 MHz, which is an NFC standard frequency, and can be manufactured in the form of a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB). The antenna (221) can induce power using energy supplied by an electric field or a magnetic field. For example, the antenna (221) can receive a voltage of 1.4 V to 6 V and a current of up to 300 mA based on the power supplied from the electronic device (100).

[0066] The NFC integrated circuit (222) can supply power required for the operation of the MCU (223), the first LDO regulator (224), the second LDO regulator (225), and the third LDO regulator (226).

[0067] The MCU (223) determines the resistance based on the value input to the ADC, and based on the value controlled by the smartphone, determines whether to use any one of the first LDO regulator (224) to the third LDO regulator (226), and supplies the power required for the operation of the determined one. To this end, the MCU (223) transmits the temperature information of the wound area from the temperature sensor (227) and the feedback value from the wound for the electrical stimulation value generated from any one of the first LDO regulator (224) to the third LDO regulator (226) through the sensing electrode (229) to the ADC, and compares it with the output voltage and current of the corresponding LDO, so that the resistance size can be inferred only from the change in voltage. The resistance value of the wound can ultimately infer the degree of wound healing, and the initial wound healing value (degree) can be defined through remote input through the diagnosis result as shown in FIG. 2, not by the user.

[0068] The communication module electrode (228) is connected to an electrode pattern (232) of a time-sensitive material. The communication module electrode (228) is made of a non-time-sensitive metal with high conductivity and can be removed together with the communication module (220).

[0069] The sensing electrode (229) is connected to the temperature sensor (227), is made of a non-conductive metal with high conductivity, and can be removed together with the communication module (220).

[0070] The temperature sensor (227) can be driven in an analog or digital manner, and is connected to an analog I / O or a digital I / O of the MCU (223) to provide temperature information. As shown in FIG. 2, it is attached as close as possible to the electrode band module (210) to accurately monitor the temperature of the wound. Here, the processor (240) can verify that the invasive substance of the user's target area (10) is supersaturated if the temperature measurement value measured by the temperature sensor (227) is higher than the reference temperature, and can verify that the liquid of the user's target area (10) is unsaturated if the temperature measurement value measured by the temperature sensor (227) is lower than the reference temperature. Here, the reference value of the temperature measurement value can be 40°C.

[0071] The first LDO regulator (224) to the third LDO regulator (226) supply power to the electrode band module (210), and the electrode pattern (232) forms an electric field that transmits electrical stimulation to the user's target area (10), thereby inducing wound healing in the user's target area.

[0072] The first LDO regulator (224) to the third LDO regulator (226) may each have different specifications. Specifically, the first LDO regulator (224), the second LDO regulator (225), and the third LDO regulator (226) may be responsible for different loads. Here, the MCU (223) may use one of the first LDO regulator (224), the second LDO regulator (225), and the third LDO regulator (226), or may use two or more of the first LDO regulator (224), the second LDO regulator (225), and the third LDO regulator (226), in order to provide appropriate treatment of a wound in the user's target area (10).

[0073] For example, the antenna (221) can receive integrated treatment information including wound information of the user's target area (10), user information, the operation time of the electrode module (230), and the treatment time of the electrode module (230) from the electronic device (100). Thereafter, the MCU (223) controls the operation time and the treatment time for the electrode module (230) to form an electric field and apply electrical stimulation to the user's target area (10) based on the integrated treatment information received by the antenna (221) based on an RTC (Real Time Clock) or an external RTC, and controls the time, voltage, and current for wound treatment through at least one of the first LDO regulator (224), the second LDO regulator (225), and the third LDO regulator (226) based on an electric signal received from the electrode after the stimulation, thereby adjusting the degree of electrical stimulation and the electrical stimulation time of the electrode pattern (232).

[0074] Meanwhile, the present disclosure discloses a smart band (200) for wound treatment and wound healing. <0056> 120) is described as using three LDO regulators, but the number of LDO regulators may change in some embodiments depending on a design change of the smart band (200) for wound treatment (e.g., a change in the size of the wound treatment wound and the smart band (200) for wound treatment). For example, the number of LDO regulators may be 1 to 5, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0075] The electrode module (230) is provided in the electrode band module (210) and is made of a time-sensitive material. It can electrically stimulate the target area (10) by power supplied from the communication module (220) and form an electric field that vaporizes the infiltrate in the target area (10).

[0076] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may be composed of a time-limited material that is electrically conductive and can be decomposed over time and absorbed by the user. For example, materials that are electrically conductive and harmless to the human body, such as nanomolybdenum (Mo), molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), tungsten disulfide (WS2), zinc oxide (ZnO), and magnesium oxide (MgO), may be used, but are not limited thereto.

[0077] FIGS. 5A and 5B are cross-sectional views showing an electrode module of a smart band for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0078] As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the electrode module (230) may include nanosomes (231), electrode patterns (232), and electrode pads (233).

[0079] Nanosomes (231) can include at least one of PHBV [Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)], PLA [Poly(lactic acid)], and PCL (Poly-Caprolactone), which are composed of biodegradable biotic containers, and the triangles and squares are composed of enzymes, and the enzymes can accelerate the melting of the nanosomes (231) by inducing 'biocatalytic action' with external vibration and electrical stimulation. The enzymes are decomposed at a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or higher or according to the electrode module (230), and the higher the density of the enzyme, the higher the melting point is accelerated by accelerating the catalytic action according to external temperature, vibration, and electrical stimulation. In this case, the nanosome (231) is liquefied by electric stimulation and thermal temperature to a level of several tens of μm, which has a wound healing effect, and the liquefied wound healing agent through the enzyme has the advantage of allowing the drug having a healing effect to penetrate the wound more quickly, and also acts as an acceleration factor for the time-limited metal of the electrode module (230) to be quickly melted into the user. The nanosome (231) may include at least one of natural alginate and polysaccharide as a wound filler, and polyurethane and lipase enzyme as an artificial material.

[0080] Nanosomes (231) are powered by a communication module (220) and can connect the communication module (220) and the electrode pattern (232). For example, nanosomes (231) can have a thickness of 50 μm to 75 μm.

[0081] For example, the nanosomes (231) may be composed of two, and an electrode pattern (232) may be interposed between the two nanosomes (231). (See Fig. 5b)

[0082] The electrode pattern (232) can form an electric field by the power transmitted from the nanosome (231). This electric field can electrically stimulate the user's target area (10) and form an electric field that vaporizes the infiltrate in the target area (10). By vaporizing the infiltrate in the user's target area (10), there is an effect of preventing delay in wound healing in the user's target area (10) due to the infiltrate in the user's target area (10).

[0083] For example, the infiltrate vaporized by the electric field may include the user's exudates and the melted material melted by the user's heat in the time-sensitive material.

[0084] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may have a thickness of 1 μm to 25 μm, depending on the size and extent of the wound. Here, the thickness of the electrode pattern (232) is preferably thicker as the wound is deeper and larger, and closer to 1 μm as the wound is thinner and smaller.

[0085] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may include molybdenum (MO). In addition, a smart band according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a molybdenum sensing unit (266). The molybdenum sensing unit (266) is provided in the communication module (220) and may sense molybdenum in the user's target area (10). Here, if the processor (240) determines that the invasive substance is in an unsaturated state, it may control the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230) to form an electric field for removing molybdenum in the user's target area (10). At this time, the electric field in the target area (10) may serve to promote the removal of molybdenum in the user's target area (10).

[0086] For example, molybdenum may be formed as a thin film with a thickness of 0.1 μm to 10 μm, and may have a cross-sectional area of less than 10% of the user's target area to prevent excessive or insufficient molybdenum.

[0087] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may include gelatin and hydrogel, and the melting speed may be accelerated by the power and temperature transmitted from the nanosome (231). Here, the gelatin and hydrogel may accelerate the melting speed of fibroblasts of granulation tissue, allowing rapid replacement and cross-linking of collagen, and enabling rapid differentiation and growth.

[0088] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may be formed into a two-dimensional structure. In this case, the electrode pattern (232) has a magnetic field-like characteristic, and can activate cells using a pulse-like faradic current for effective treatment.

[0089] For example, a hydrogel may have multiple microscopic holes and, after attaching to a living body, may melt and become liquid due to the body's heat.

[0090] For example, in the case of a lipase enzyme used in a biodegradable container used in nanosomes (231), when the biodegradable container is broken by external heat or an electrode signal, the lipase enzyme can meet the exudate and accelerate faster, so that it can be completely liquefied within 1 hour, thereby accelerating bioabsorbability and shortening the liquefaction of the hydrogel.

[0091] For example, the electrode pattern (232) may be formed into a three-dimensional structure. In this case, the electrode pattern (232) has electric and magnetic field characteristics and may exhibit more efficient wound healing characteristics than when only a magnetic field is used.

[0092] For example, an electrode pad (233) may be attached to one surface of an electrode pattern (232), and the other surface of the electrode pad (233) may be in contact with a user's target area (10). At this time, a composite layer made of a rosin ester layer, a silicone layer, or a combination thereof may be attached to the other surface of the electrode pad (233) to improve adhesion with the user's target area (10).

[0093] The electrode pad (233) is provided on an attachment surface that is combined with nanosomes (231) and electrode patterns (232) and attached to a user's target area (10) of the electrode band module (210), and may include at least one of a hydrogel and a hydrocolloid. Here, the hydrogel and the hydrocolloid may be melted by the user's heat at a temperature of 30°C to 40°C. As an example, the electrode pad (233) may have a thickness of 30 μm to 60 μm. As another example, the electrode pad (233) may be wirelessly supplied with power from the communication module (220).

[0094] For example, the thickness and amount of electrode pads (233) can be used differently depending on the amount of exudate from a wound in the user's target area (10). Typically, hydrocolloid dressings absorb exudate from a wound with hydrophilic molecules. However, since the absorption of exudate is limited, frequent replacement is necessary when a large amount of exudate is generated. However, the present invention evaporates exudate through osmotic pressure and exchange according to the heat generated by the electrode pattern (232), so the replacement of the band itself due to saturation of the exudate can be minimized. In addition, as described above, the heat generated by the electrode pattern (232) accelerates the melting speed of gelatin, hydrogel, etc., so the present invention can complement the shortcomings of existing bands by combining the electrode pattern (232) and the electrode pad (233).

[0095] For example, the nanosome (231), the electrode pattern (232), and the electrode pad (233) may be configured to have different decomposition rates due to the user's heat. For example, the electrode pattern (232) may be decomposed first, the electrode pad (233) may be decomposed next, and the nanosome (231) may be decomposed next. To this end, the electrode pattern (232), the electrode pad (233), and the nanosome (231) may have relatively thick thicknesses in that order. That is, the thicknesses may be electrode pattern (232) < electrode pad (233) < nanosome (231).

[0096] The processor (240) senses the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the infiltrate in the user's target area (10) and controls the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230). Specifically, when the processor (240) determines that the infiltrate is supersaturated, it can control the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230) so that an electric field is formed in the user's target area (10).

[0097] Referring to FIGS. 1A and 3, a smart band according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a ground connection unit (250), a return current measurement unit (261), a return voltage measurement unit (262), a humidity sensing unit (264), a charge measurement unit (265), a molybdenum sensing unit (266), and a triboelectric generator (270).

[0098] The ground connection (250) may be connected to the ground of the user's target area (10). Here, the ground connection (250) may electrically become one positive pole, and the user's target area (10) may electrically become one negative pole. Alternatively, the ground connection (250) may electrically become one negative pole, and the user's target area (10) may electrically become one positive pole.

[0099] The return current measuring unit (261) is electrically connected to the ground connection unit (250) and serves to measure the return current that is input to and returned to the ground connection unit (250). At this time, the processor (240) can read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) based on the return current measured by the return current measuring unit (261). For example, if the return current value measured by the return current measuring unit (261) is 0 or lower than the reference current, the processor (240) can read the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) as supersaturated. In addition, if the return current value measured by the return current measuring unit (261) is higher than the reference current, the processor (240) can read the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) as unsaturated. In addition, the reference current of the return current value may be 0.1 mA.

[0100] The feedback voltage measuring unit (262) is electrically connected to the ground connection unit (250) and serves to measure the feedback voltage that is input to and returned to the ground connection unit (250). Here, the processor (240) can read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) based on the feedback voltage measured by the feedback voltage measuring unit (262). For example, if the feedback voltage value measured by the feedback voltage measuring unit (262) is 0 or lower than the reference voltage, the processor (240) can read the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) as supersaturated. In addition, if the feedback voltage value measured by the feedback voltage measuring unit (262) is higher than the reference voltage, the processor (240) can read the infiltrate of the user's target area (10) as unsaturated. In addition, the reference voltage of the feedback current value may be 0.1 V.

[0101] The return current measuring unit (261) and the return voltage measuring unit (262) may be configured as either one, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and both the return current measuring unit (261) and the return voltage measuring unit (262) may be configured.

[0102] For example, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit (261) is different from the state of the intruder read by the temperature sensor (227), the processor (240) can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261). Specifically, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit (261) is a supersaturated state and the state of the intruder read by the temperature sensor (227) is an unsaturated state, the processor (240) can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261). In addition, if the state of the intruder read from the return current measuring unit (261) is an unsaturated state and the state of the intruder read from the temperature sensor (227) is an oversaturated state, the processor (240) can re-read the oversaturated state or the unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261).

[0103] As another example, if the state of the intruder read by the feedback voltage measuring unit (262) is different from the state of the intruder read by the temperature sensor (227), the processor (240) may re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the feedback voltage of the feedback voltage measuring unit (262). Specifically, if the state of the intruder read by the feedback voltage measuring unit (262) is a supersaturated state and the state of the intruder read by the temperature sensor (227) is an unsaturated state, the processor (240) may re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the feedback voltage of the feedback voltage measuring unit (262). In addition, if the state of the intruder read from the return voltage measuring unit (262) is an unsaturated state and the state of the intruder read from the temperature sensor (227) is an oversaturated state, the processor (240) can re-read the oversaturated state or the unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return voltage of the return voltage measuring unit (262).

[0104] A humidity sensing unit (264) is provided in the communication module (220) and can sense the humidity of the target area (10). Here, the processor (240) can verify that the intruder in the user's target area (10) is in an unsaturated state if the humidity sensed by the humidity sensing unit (264) is lower than or equal to the reference humidity, and can verify that the intruder in the user's target area (10) is in an oversaturated state if the humidity sensed by the humidity sensing unit (264) is higher than or equal to the reference humidity.

[0105] For example, the humidity sensing unit (264) may be provided at one end connected to the nanosome (231) of the communication module (220) so as to be positioned as close as possible to the user's target area (10), and thus, the humidity sensing unit (264) can measure the humidity of the user's target area (10) as accurately as possible.

[0106] For example, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit (261) is different from the state of the intruder read by the humidity sensing unit (264), the processor (240) can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261). Specifically, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit (261) is a supersaturated state and the state of the intruder read by the humidity sensing unit (264) is an unsaturated state, the processor (240) can re-read the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261). In addition, if the state of the intruder read by the return current measuring unit (261) is an unsaturated state and the state of the intruder read by the humidity sensing unit (264) is an oversaturated state, the processor (240) can re-read the oversaturated or unsaturated state of the intruder by re-measuring the return current of the return current measuring unit (261).

[0107] The charge measuring unit (265) is electrically connected to the ground connection unit (250) and can measure the charge characteristics of the target area (10) through the ground connection unit (250). Here, the processor (240) can read the infiltrator as being supersaturated if the charge characteristic of the target area measured by the charge measuring unit (265) is negative, and can read the infiltrator as being unsaturated if the charge characteristic of the target area (10) measured by the charge measuring unit (265) is positive.

[0108] A friction electric power generator (270) is provided in the communication module (220) and can supply friction electricity generated based on friction caused by ultrasonic irradiation as power to the communication module (220).

[0109] Figure 6 is a schematic diagram showing a wound treatment process using a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0110] First, a smart band (200) for wound and injury treatment is attached to a user's target area (10). At this time, an electrode pattern (232) can be inserted into a wound in the user's target area (10), and the electric field formed by the electrode pattern (232) supplies a negative electrical stimulation signal to the epidermis and dermis, thereby achieving healing. This signal stimulates growth factors, and the growth factors stimulate granulation tissue containing fibroblasts. (See S10)

[0111] In this process, a material that absorbs the exudate, which is an infiltrate of the user's target area, and the time-sensitive material of the melted electrode module (230) is required. The hydrogel or hydrocolloid included in the electrode pad (233) can be used to absorb the infiltrate. The hydrocolloid or hydrogel included in the electrode pad (233) absorbs the infiltrate and creates a moist environment. When the time-sensitive material electrically stimulates the wound of the user's target area (10), the infiltrate vaporizes along with heat generation, and is then expelled to the external barrier by the porous polyethylene attached to the hydrocolloid (or hydrogel). This vaporization process serves to reduce excessive infiltrate, and by applying electrical stimulation using the time-sensitive material, the heat generated in the process of accelerating and repairing the wound can be quickly calmed.

[0112] Meanwhile, the melting speed of the hydrocolloid of the electrode pad (233) that melts due to the user's temperature is accelerated, and when the collagen proteins such as pectin and gelatin contained in the electrode pad (233) come into contact with the wound, fibroblasts are transformed into new capillaries. In addition, since the time-limited material is absorbed by the user, the electrical stimulation applied by the electrode pattern (232) to the user's target area (10) is significantly reduced from the intermediate stage. This results in a characteristic similar to a 'suture' effect. This characteristic increases resistance to healing complications (infection) and can also improve functional and aesthetic aspects. (See S20)

[0113] Thereafter, the processor (240) senses the supersaturated or unsaturated state of the infiltrate in the user's target area (10) to determine whether an additional electric field is to be formed in the user's target area (10). Specifically, if the processor (240) determines that the infiltrate is supersaturated, it controls the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230) to additionally form an electric field. As a result, by evaporating the infiltrate in the user's target area (10), it is possible to prevent delay in wound healing in the user's target area (10) due to the infiltrate in the user's target area (10). (See S30)

[0114] For example, the processor (240) may first read that the intruder is in a supersaturated state by one of the return current measuring unit (261), the return voltage measuring unit (262), and the charge measuring unit (265), and then verify by one of the temperature sensor (227) and the humidity sensing unit (264).

[0115] As another example, the processor (240) may first read that the intruder is in a supersaturated state by two or more of the return current measuring unit (261), the return voltage measuring unit (262), and the charge measuring unit (265), and then verify by one of the temperature sensor (227) and the humidity sensing unit (264).

[0116] Next, the molybdenum sensing unit (266) senses molybdenum in the user's target area (10). This is to check whether the molybdenum component remains in the electrode pattern (232) of the user's target area (10). Here, if the processor (240) determines that the infiltrate is in an unsaturated state, it can control the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230) to form an electric field for removing molybdenum in the user's target area (10). At this time, the rate at which molybdenum melts due to the user's heat can be accelerated. (See S40)

[0117] For example, when removing the smart band, the electrode band module (210) and the communication module (220) may be separated together from the user's target area (10), or only the communication module (220) may be separated from the user's target area (10), and then the electrode module (230) may be completely melted by the user's body heat, and then the electrode band module (210) may be separated from the user's target area (10).

[0118] Specifically, when the electrode module (230) located at the user's target area (10) is completely melted by the user's body heat, the electrode band module (210) and the communication module (220) can be separated together from the user's target area (10).

[0119] In addition, the electrode module (230) located at the user's target area (10) may be separated from the user's target area (10) only after the communication module (220) is separated from the user's target area (10) while the electrode module (230) is not completely melted by the user's body heat, and then the electrode band module (210) may be separated from the user's target area (10) after the electrode module (230) is completely melted by the user's body heat.

[0120] Meanwhile, if the state in which the hydrogel of the electrode module (230) is not completely melted continues for a long time, the processor can control the communication module (220) and the electrode module (230) so that an electric field is formed for removing the hydrogel of the electrode module (230) of the target area (10) of the biological user.

[0121] FIG. 7 is a graph illustrating the test results of the current transmission rate of a smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0122] As wound healing progresses, the current used for wound treatment tends to decrease. This is because as the wound heals, internal current increases, increasing resistance to externally supplied current. Furthermore, as the time-sensitive biomimetic device dissolves more rapidly during wound healing, the efficiency of current transfer decreases. Finally, the highly hydrophilic nature of wound exudates allows for high current transfer. However, as exudates decrease during wound healing, the effectiveness of current transfer also decreases.

[0123] The graph in Fig. 7 shows the results of testing the current conductance of a wound in two ways. The two ways are, respectively, an electrode-only method (710) and an electrode + hydrocolloid method (720). Here, it can be seen that the electrode + hydrocolloid method (720) shows a faster treatment effect. In the early stages of wound healing, the amount of exudate is small and there is no significant difference, but after 24 hours (1 day), the amount of exudate from the wound increases rapidly. It can be seen that the smart band (120) for wound treatment of the present disclosure uses the electrode + hydrocolloid method (720), and since the hydrocolloid may have liquefied exudate as the wound healing progresses, it shows a high current conductance.

[0124] FIG. 8 is a graph illustrating the test results of the wound treatment effect of a smart band for wound and wound treatment capable of self-treatment according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0125] The graph in Figure 8 shows the test results of treating wounds in three different ways. The three methods are: the electrode-only method (810), the electrode + hydrocolloid method (820), and the natural healing method (830).

[0126] Since the natural healing method (830) is effective up to 75% of the skin tension, the test was compared based on the wound restoration power of 75% of the natural healing method (830), but since the proposed method, the electrode + hydrocolloid method (820), showed an effect of up to 72-73% for 12 days, a mutual comparison was conducted for the same period of 12 days. In general, even if wound treatment is performed with the electrode + hydrocolloid method, the wound restoration power is limited to 85%, and in the method (810) that uses only electrodes without hydrocolloid, the test is conducted in a way that minimizes the inflammatory response by minimizing the penetration of external viruses in a sterile chamber, but even in this case, there is an effect of the wound crust due to air. Reflecting these factors, the superiority of the electrode + hydrocolloid method (820) in terms of wound restoration power was verified through a 12-day test.

[0127] According to the present invention, a smart band (200) for wound and wound treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention and a smart band control system including the same can prevent delay in wound healing of a user's target area (10) due to an infiltrate of the user's target area (10) by applying an electrical stimulus to the wound to accelerate oxidation and reduction of the wound and evaporating the supersaturated infiltrate of the user's target area (10).

[0128] While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical concept or essential features thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood to be illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
