[0036] The features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present application will be described in detail below. In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only configured to explain the present application and are not configured to limit the present application. For those skilled in the art, the present application can be implemented without the need for some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely to provide a better understanding of the present application by illustrating the examples of the present application.

[0037] It should be noted that, in this document, relational terms such as first and second, etc., are used only to distinguish one entity or operation from another entity or operation, and do not necessarily require or imply any actual relationship or order between these entities or operations. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion, so that a process, method, article, or device comprising a series of elements includes not only those elements, but also other elements not explicitly listed, or elements inherent to such process, method, article, or device. In the absence of further limitations, an element defined by the phrase "comprising..." does not exclude the presence of additional identical elements in the process, method, article, or device comprising the element.

[0038] It should be understood that when describing the structure of a component, when a layer or a region is referred to as being "on" or "over" another layer or region, it may mean that it is directly on the other layer or region, or that other layers or regions are included between it and the other layer or region. Furthermore, if the component is turned over, the layer or region will be "below" or "beneath" the other layer or region.

[0039] A light-emitting functional layer, a driving circuit layer and a touch layer are set in the display panel. The driving circuit layer is used to drive the light-emitting functional layer to emit light and display, and the touch layer is used to enable the user to touch the display panel. The touch layer and the driving circuit layer are arranged on opposite sides of the light-emitting functional layer. Parasitic capacitance will be generated between the touch layer and the driving circuit, causing mutual radio frequency interference, which reduces the image quality displayed by the display panel.

[0040] To solve the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a display panel and a display device. Various embodiments of the display panel and the display device will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0041] In a first aspect, the present application provides a display panel 100, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the display panel 100 includes a substrate 1, an isolation structure 2, a light-emitting functional layer 3, a touch layer 4 and a light-transmitting shielding layer 5, the isolation structure 2 is arranged on one side of the substrate 1, and the isolation structure 2 is surrounded by a plurality of defined openings 23 and a plurality of light-transmitting openings 24; the light-emitting functional layer 3 includes a plurality of light-emitting portions 31, and the light-emitting portions 31 are at least partially arranged in the defined openings 23; the touch layer 4 is arranged on the side of the isolation structure 2 away from the substrate 1; the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is arranged between the isolation structure 2 and the touch layer 4, and along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1, the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1.

[0042] The display panel 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel 100 .

[0043] In the display panel 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the substrate 1 can not only provide support for the isolation structure 2, but also provide electrical signals for the light-emitting functional layer 3 and the touch layer 4. There are many ways to set the substrate 1. In some embodiments, the substrate 1 may include a substrate 11 and a driving circuit layer 12 arranged on the substrate 11. The driving circuit layer 12 may include a pixel driving circuit, a plurality of conductive connection structures arranged in a stacked manner, etc. Exemplarily, the pixel driving circuit arranged in the driving circuit layer 12 includes a transistor and a storage capacitor. The transistor includes an active layer 121, a gate 122, a drain 123 and a source 124. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode 125 and a second electrode 126. As an example, the gate 122 and the first electrode 125 can be located in the same conductive layer, the second electrode 126 can be located in another conductive layer, and the drain 123 and the source 124 can be located in another conductive layer.

[0044] Referring to FIG. 3 , the isolation structure 2 defines a plurality of defined openings 23 and a plurality of light-transmitting openings 24 , with adjacent defined openings 23 and light-transmitting openings 24 separated by the isolation structure 2 . The number of defined openings 23 can correspond to the number of light-emitting portions 31 . Light entering the display panel 100 from one side can pass through the light-transmitting openings 24 and exit from the other side of the display panel 100 . A light sensor located on one side of the display panel 100 receives the light and performs photoelectric conversion. Specifically, the light sensor can be an infrared sensor, a camera, or the like.

[0045] The multiple light-emitting portions 31 can be light-emitting portions 31 that can respectively emit light of different colors. For example, there can be a red light-emitting portion 311 that can emit red light, a green light-emitting portion 312 that can emit green light, and a blue light-emitting portion 313 that can emit blue light. The number of defined openings 23 and light-transmitting openings 24 can be determined as needed. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG3 , the red light-emitting portion 311, the green light-emitting portion 312, and the blue light-emitting portion 313 are respectively located within the three defined openings 23 and form a pixel light-emitting group. One pixel light-emitting group and one light-transmitting opening 24 correspond to a repeating unit, and the repeating units are arranged in an array along the second direction Y and the third direction Z. In another embodiment, multiple pixel light-emitting groups and one light-transmitting opening 24 correspond to a repeating unit, and the repeating units are arranged in an array along the second direction Y and the third direction Z.

[0046] The touch layer 4 enables touch operation on the display panel 100. It can be disposed on the light-emitting side of the light-emitting functional layer 3. To prevent the touch layer 4 from affecting the display of the light-emitting functional layer 3, the touch layer 4 can be made of a light-transmitting material. The touch layer 4 can include touch electrodes spaced apart. Adjacent touch electrodes cooperate to form touch capacitance. By analyzing the electrical signal generated by the changes in touch capacitance, the user's touch position on the display panel 100 can be determined.

[0047] The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 can be made of a light-transmitting conductive material, such as indium oxide-tin oxide (ITO), indium oxide-zinc oxide (IZO), etc. The light emitted by the light-emitting portion 31 can pass through the light-transmitting shielding layer 5, and the light entering the display panel 100 can also pass through the light-transmitting shielding layer 5. The orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1, that is, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 blocks at least a portion of the light-transmitting opening 24. Because the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 blocks at least a portion of the light-transmitting opening 24, the radio frequency between the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12 that can pass through the light-transmitting opening 24 can be shielded by the light-transmitting shielding layer 5. Optionally, the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1, that is, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 blocks the light-transmitting opening 24, thereby improving the ability of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 to shield the radio frequency between the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12 that can pass through the light-transmitting opening 24.

[0048] The display panel 100 provided in the present application may further include a cover plate covering the side of the touch layer 4 facing away from the substrate 1 , an optical adhesive layer 75 located between the cover plate and the touch layer 4 , a touch encapsulation layer 74 encapsulating the touch layer 4 , and the like.

[0049] In the embodiment provided in the present application, a light-transmitting opening 24 is provided, so that the light transmittance of the display panel 100 can be improved; by providing a light-transmitting shielding layer 5 between the isolation structure 2 and the touch layer 4, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is provided to block at least a portion of the light-transmitting opening 24, so that the radio frequency between the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12 that can pass through the light-transmitting opening 24 can be shielded by the light-transmitting shielding layer 5, thereby avoiding or reducing radio frequency interference between the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12, and improving the image quality displayed by the display panel 100.

[0050] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a first planar layer 6 , the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is disposed on a side of the first planar layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1 , and at least a portion of the first planar layer 6 is disposed within the light-transmitting opening 24 .

[0051] By setting the side of the covering isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1, at least a portion of the first flat layer 6 is set in the light-transmitting opening 24, so that the first flat layer 6 distributed in the light-transmitting opening 24 can support the layer structure located on the side of the first flat layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1, thereby preventing the layer structure from collapsing at the light-transmitting opening 24.

[0052] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a first planar layer 6 , which covers a side of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1 , and also covers a side of the light-emitting functional layer 3 facing away from the substrate 1 .

[0053] Because the surface of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1 and the surface of the light-emitting functional layer 3 facing away from the substrate 1 are uneven, by providing a cover on the side of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1 and the side of the light-emitting functional layer 3 facing away from the substrate 1, the end of the first flat layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1 has a flat surface, which facilitates the arrangement of other functional layers on the first flat layer 6. The first flat layer 6 can be an organic film layer.

[0054] In some embodiments, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is disposed on a side of the first planar layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1 .

[0055] Compared with directly setting the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the isolation structure 2 and the light-emitting functional layer 3, the first flat layer 6 has a flat surface on the side facing away from the substrate 1, which can avoid or reduce the breakage of the prepared light-transmitting shielding layer 5, making the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 complete and reliable.

[0056] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a first encapsulation layer 71 . The first encapsulation layer 71 is disposed between the first planar layer 6 and the touch layer 4 . The first encapsulation layer 71 covers a side of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 facing away from the substrate 1 .

[0057] The first encapsulation layer 71 may include organic materials and / or inorganic materials. The first encapsulation layer 71 may improve the barrier capability of the display panel 100 against water and oxygen, thereby preventing external water and oxygen from entering the light-emitting functional layer 3 and affecting the light emission of the light-emitting portion 31 .

[0058] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a second encapsulation layer 72 , which is disposed between the first encapsulation layer 71 and the touch layer 4 .

[0059] The second encapsulation layer 72 may include organic materials and / or inorganic materials. The first encapsulation layer 71 and the second encapsulation layer 72 may be made of different materials so that the first encapsulation layer 71 and the second encapsulation layer 72 may have different properties to improve the ability of the display panel 100 to resist water and oxygen.

[0060] In some embodiments, the first encapsulation layer 71 is an organic material layer, and the second encapsulation layer 72 is an inorganic material layer.

[0061] Compared to organic material layers, inorganic material layers have better water and oxygen barrier capabilities. Compared to inorganic material layers, organic material layers have greater flexibility and better film-forming properties. The light-emitting functional layer 3 is encapsulated with both the organic and inorganic material layers to improve the display panel 100's comprehensive water and oxygen barrier capabilities.

[0062] In some embodiments, the thickness of the first encapsulation layer 71 along the thickness direction of the display panel 100 is H1 , and the thickness of the second encapsulation layer 72 along the thickness direction of the display panel 100 is H2 , where H1 > H2 .

[0063] The first flat layer 6, the first encapsulation layer 71 and the second encapsulation layer 72 can all provide a flat surface to form the light-transmitting shielding layer 5, but since H1>H2, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is arranged on the side of the first encapsulation layer 71 close to the substrate 1, so that the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 and the touch layer 4 are separated by the first encapsulation layer 71 and the second encapsulation layer 72, thereby increasing the spacing distance between the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 and the touch layer 4, and to a certain extent avoiding or reducing the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 from affecting the functional realization of the touch layer 4.

[0064] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a third encapsulation layer 76 , which is disposed between the first planar layer 6 and the light-emitting functional layer 3 , and covers the light-emitting portion 31 .

[0065] The display panel 100 may further include a first electrode 32 and a second electrode 33 disposed on opposite sides of the light-emitting portion 31. The first electrode 32, the light-emitting portion 31, and the second electrode 33 are stacked along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1. One of the first electrode 32 and the second electrode 33 may be a cathode, and the other may be an anode. The first electrode 32 and the second electrode 33 are respectively connected to the light-emitting portion 31 and are used to drive the light-emitting portion 31 to emit light. A third encapsulation layer 76 may cover the side of the first electrode 32 facing away from the substrate 1. The third encapsulation layer 76 can reduce or prevent water and oxygen from entering the light-emitting portion 31, thereby increasing the service life of the light-emitting portion 31.

[0066] The material of the third encapsulation layer 76 may be the same as that of the first encapsulation layer 71 or the second encapsulation layer 72 to simplify the manufacturing process.

[0067] In some embodiments, the third encapsulation layer 76 includes a plurality of encapsulation portions 761 . At least a portion of the encapsulation portion 761 is located within the defined opening 23 and covers the light-emitting portion 31 . The edges of the encapsulation portion 761 overlap with the isolation structure 2 .

[0068] The encapsulation portion 761 and the light-emitting portion 31 can be provided in a one-to-one correspondence, that is, one encapsulation portion 761 is used to encapsulate one light-emitting portion 31. The encapsulation portion 761 can be entirely disposed within the defined opening 23, or it can partially extend outside the defined opening 23. The edges of the encapsulation portion 761 overlap the isolation structure 2 to avoid or minimize the formation of a gap between the encapsulation portion 761 and the isolation structure 2 through which water and oxygen can pass.

[0069] Since the light emitting portion 31 is not provided in the light-transmitting opening 24 , the third encapsulation layer 76 may not be provided in the light-transmitting opening 24 , so as to reduce or avoid unnecessary refraction of light incident on the light-transmitting opening 24 in the light-transmitting opening 24 and improve the light transmittance of the light-transmitting opening 24 .

[0070] Referring to FIG. 4 , in some embodiments, at least a portion of the touch layer 4 is electrically connected to the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 .

[0071] By setting the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 to be electrically connected, the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 can maintain close or consistent potentials, thereby avoiding or reducing parasitic capacitance between the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 to a certain extent.

[0072] In some embodiments, the display panel also includes a first encapsulation layer 71, which covers the side of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 facing away from the substrate 1. The first encapsulation layer 71 includes a first opening 711, and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is exposed from the first opening 711. At least part of the touch layer 4 is electrically connected to the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 through the first opening 711.

[0073] A portion of the touch layer 4 is formed in the first opening 711 and electrically connected to the transparent shielding layer 5, thereby achieving electrical connection between the touch layer 4 and the transparent shielding layer 5. The portion of the touch layer 4 may be a ground terminal (TSP GND) of the touch layer 4.

[0074] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 includes a display area AA and a non-display area NA connected to each other, and the first opening 711 is located in the non-display area NA.

[0075] By setting the first opening 711 in the non-display area, the connection between the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 and the touch layer 4 is located in the non-display area. In the case where other layer structures are provided between the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5, a through hole is provided that penetrates the layer structure to realize the via-hole connection between the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the display panel 100 also includes a second encapsulation layer 72 and a touch buffer layer 73. The light-transmitting shielding layer 5, the first encapsulation layer 71, the second encapsulation layer 72, the touch buffer layer 73 and the touch layer 4 are stacked in sequence along the first direction X. A through hole is provided that penetrates the first encapsulation layer 71, the second encapsulation layer 72 and the touch buffer layer 73. The first opening 711 can be a section of the through hole, and the touch layer 4 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 are connected via the through hole.

[0076] Please refer to Figure 5. In some embodiments, the display panel 100 also includes a first flat layer 6, a first encapsulation layer 71 is arranged between the first flat layer 6 and the touch layer 4, and a light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is arranged on the side of the first flat layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1. The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 also includes a plurality of first through holes 51. The first flat layer 6 and the first encapsulation layer 71 are in contact through the first through holes 51.

[0077] The first planar layer 6 and the first encapsulation layer 71 are in contact through the first through-holes 51, allowing the first through-holes 51 to function as vents. When the display panel 100 is exposed to high temperatures, gases released from some materials within the display panel 100 can be discharged through the vents, preventing bubbling in the film layer. Some materials within the display panel 100 may be organic materials within the first planar layer 6. When the first planar layer 6 is exposed to high temperatures, gases released from the organic materials within the first planar layer 6 can be discharged through the vents to the first encapsulation layer 71, and then discharged outward through the first encapsulation layer 71, preventing bubbling in the first planar layer 6.

[0078] Please refer to Figure 6. The first through holes 51 may be regularly distributed or randomly distributed. The shape and size of the first through holes 51 may be determined as needed. For example, the first through hole 51a shown in Figure 6 is a through hole with a circular cross section, and multiple first through holes 51a are randomly distributed. For another example, the first through hole 51b shown in Figure 6 is a through hole with a rectangular cross section, and multiple first through holes 51b correspond one-to-one with multiple pixel light-emitting groups to form a repeating unit, and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 covers the pixel light-emitting groups. For another example, the first through hole 51c shown in Figure 6 is a through hole with a rectangular cross section. Multiple first through holes 51b correspond one-to-one with multiple pixel light-emitting groups to form a repeating unit, and the light-emitting portion 31 is exposed from the first through hole 51.

[0079] 5 and 7 , in some embodiments, the orthographic projection of the light-emitting portion 31 on the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 at least partially overlaps with the first through hole 51, so that part of the light emitted by the light-emitting portion 31 can be emitted directly through the first through hole 51 without passing through the light-transmitting shielding layer 5. Optionally, the orthographic projection of the light-emitting portion 31 on the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 falls within the first through hole 51.

[0080] Please refer to Figure 8. In some embodiments, the display panel 100 also includes a first electrode layer 320. The first electrode layer 320 is located on the side of the light-emitting portion 31 away from the substrate 1. The first electrode layer 320 includes a first electrode 32 located in the defined opening 23. The first electrode 32 is electrically connected to the light-transmitting shielding layer 5.

[0081] By setting the first electrode 32 to be electrically connected to the transparent shielding layer 5, the light-emitting functional layer 3, the first electrode layer 320 and the transparent shielding layer 5 can maintain close or consistent potentials, thereby avoiding or reducing the parasitic capacitance between the light-emitting functional layer 3 and the transparent shielding layer 5 to a certain extent.

[0082] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 also includes a first flat layer 6 and a first electrode layer 320, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is arranged on the side of the first flat layer 6 facing away from the substrate 1, the first electrode layer 320 is located on the side of the light-emitting portion 31 facing away from the substrate 1, the first electrode layer 320 includes a first electrode located in a defined opening 23, the isolation structure 2 includes a conductive layer 211, the edge of the first electrode 32 overlaps the conductive layer 211, the first flat layer 6 includes a second opening 61, the conductive layer 211 is exposed from the second opening 61, and a portion of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is arranged in the second opening 61 and is electrically connected to the conductive layer 211.

[0083] The first electrode 32 can be a cathode or an anode, and is connected to the light-emitting portion 31 to drive the light-emitting portion 31 to emit light. The edge of the first electrode 32 overlaps the conductive layer 211, so that the conductive layer 211 can provide power to the first electrode 32 and also enable adjacent first electrodes 32 to conduct electricity, thereby forming a fully conductive surface electrode.

[0084] When the first electrode 32 and the conductive layer 211 are overlapped to form a surface electrode, the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12 can be shielded by the surface electrode, and the part between the touch layer 4 and the driving circuit layer 12 that is not shielded by the surface electrode at the light-transmitting opening 24 can be shielded by the light-transmitting shielding layer 5.

[0085] A portion of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is formed in the second opening 61 and electrically connected to the conductive layer 211, thereby achieving electrical connection between the conductive layer 211 and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5. The conductive layer 211 exposed from the second opening 61 can be a power supply voltage terminal (ELVSS) or a common ground voltage terminal (ELVDD) electrically connected to the light-emitting functional layer 3.

[0086] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 includes a display area AA and a non-display area NA that are connected to each other, the conductive layer 211 includes a main body 2111 located in the display area AA and a border portion 2112 located in the non-display area NA, the second opening 61 is located in the non-display area NA, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is spaced apart from the main body 2111, and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is connected to the border portion 2112 exposed in the second opening 61.

[0087] The light-emitting portion 31 can be provided only in the display area AA. The portion of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 located in the display area AA is spaced apart from the main body portion 2111, and the portion located in the non-display area NA can be electrically connected to the frame portion 2112 via the second opening 61. By providing the second opening 61 in the non-display area NA and connecting the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 to the frame portion 2112 exposed in the second opening 61, the connection between the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 and the conductive layer 211 is located in the non-display area NA. The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 can be provided in a planar shape. The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is electrically connected to the conductive layer 211 at one point, or is electrically connected to the touch layer 4 at one point, so that the entire surface of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 can be energized.

[0088] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a second electrode layer 330, which includes a plurality of second electrodes 33. The plurality of second electrodes 33 are located on the side of the light-emitting portion 31 close to the substrate 1. Of the first electrode 32 and the second electrode 33, one can serve as an anode electrode, and the other can serve as a cathode electrode. The first electrode 32, the light-emitting portion 31, and the second electrode 33 can be sequentially stacked and contacted to achieve electrical continuity among the first electrode 32, the light-emitting portion 31, and the second electrode 33. Optionally, the first electrode 32 serves as an anode electrode, and the second electrode 33 serves as a cathode electrode.

[0089] Please refer to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 . In some embodiments, the light-transmitting opening 24 is located between adjacent limiting openings 23 .

[0090] A plurality of light-transmitting openings 24 can be evenly distributed in the isolation structure 2, or can be concentrated and distributed in a partial area of the isolation structure 2. In some embodiments, the display panel 100 has a display area AA, and at least a portion of the display area AA is reused as a light-sensing area SA, that is, the light-sensing area SA is located in the display area AA, and at least a portion of the display area AA is used for both picture display and light sensing. The light-transmitting openings 24 are arranged in the light-sensing area SA to improve the light transmittance of the light-sensing area SA, so that one side of the light-sensing area SA is suitable for placing a light sensor. Light entering the display panel 100 from one side of the display panel 100 can pass through the light-transmitting opening 24 and be emitted from the other side of the display panel 100, and the light sensor located on one side of the display panel 100 receives the light to realize photoelectric conversion. The light sensor can specifically be an infrared sensor, a camera, etc.

[0091] Optionally, the isolation structure 2 is in a grid shape, the defining openings 23 are arranged in an array, and the light-transmitting openings 24 are provided between adjacent defining openings 23 .

[0092] In some embodiments, along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1 , the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 .

[0093] The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 not only blocks the light-transmitting opening 24 , but also blocks at least a portion of the isolation structure 2 , so as to increase the shielding area of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 between the touch layer 4 and the substrate 1 that can realize the shielding function.

[0094] In some embodiments, the isolation structure 2 includes a first part 21 and a second part 22 that are stacked, the first part 21 is arranged on a side of the second part 22 close to the substrate 1, and the orthographic projection of the first part 21 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the second part 22 on the substrate 1.

[0095] Isolation structure 2 encloses a defined opening 23 to define the placement range of light-emitting functional layer 3. Isolation structure 2 includes a first portion 21 and a second portion 22, which are stacked together. The orthographic projection of first portion 21 on substrate 1 lies within the orthographic projection of second portion 22 on substrate 1. This results in a larger cross-sectional area at the end of isolation structure 2 away from substrate 1, while a smaller cross-sectional area at the end of isolation structure 2 closer to substrate 1. Along the direction from isolation structure 2 to substrate 1 (the X direction), second portion 22 completely obscures first portion 21.

[0096] When forming the light-emitting portion 31, the light-emitting material A used to form the light-emitting portion 31 can be deposited onto the isolation structure 2 using an evaporation technique. Because the second portion 22 obscures the first portion 21, the light-emitting material A used to form the light-emitting portion 31 creates a significant drop at the edge of the second portion 22. This makes it difficult for the light-emitting material A within the defined openings 23 to connect with the light-emitting material A on the second portion 22, resulting in a break, leaving the light-emitting material A spaced apart between adjacent defined openings 23. The light-emitting material A on the second portion 22 can be removed as needed. Compared to the related art method of forming the light-emitting functional layer 3 through evaporation using a mask, the present application utilizes the first portion 21 and the second portion 22, allowing the light-emitting portion 31 within the defined openings 23 to be formed without a metal mask, thereby eliminating the cost of preparing a metal mask. Directly fabricating the isolation structure 2 with high precision is easier than preparing the light-emitting functional layer 3 through evaporation using a highly precise metal mask. This reduces the manufacturing process requirements for the display panel 100 provided by the present application, resulting in a more consistent display panel 100. The luminescent material A may be a complex containing indium.

[0097] In some embodiments, the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 facing away from the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 close to the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 .

[0098] The second portion 22 extends outward a predetermined distance relative to the first portion 21, that is, the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 facing away from the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 close to the substrate 1 on the substrate 1, so that the second portion 22 has an inclined slope structure, so that the pattern of the light-emitting functional layer 3 is defined by the second portion 22.

[0099] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the second portion 22 gradually decreases in a direction away from the substrate 1 .

[0100] Optionally, the cross-section of the second part 22 is a trapezoid with the bottom edge facing the substrate 1, so that the second part 22 has a sloped surface, which is conducive to the preparation material being disconnected at the partition edge, forming a state in which part of the preparation material is located on the second part 22 and part of the preparation material is located in the limited opening 23.

[0101] In some embodiments, the orthographic projection area of the surface of the first portion 21 facing away from the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 close to the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 .

[0102] Specifically, the second portion 22 extends outward relative to the first portion 21, thereby limiting the pattern of the first electrode 32 and the light-emitting functional layer 3. The second portion 22 has a larger area than the first portion 21 and completely covers the first portion 21. In this case, the first portion 21 is recessed relative to the second portion 22, away from the defined opening 23. When preparing the second electrode 33, a significant drop occurs at the edge of the isolation structure 2, and the inwardly recessed first portion 21 makes it difficult to connect the second electrode 33 outside the isolation structure 2, resulting in a break and the formation of isolated second electrodes 33.

[0103] In some embodiments, the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 facing away from the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the surface of the second portion 22 close to the substrate 1 on the substrate 1 .

[0104] The conductive layer 211 in the isolation structure 2 can be located in the first portion 21 or in the second portion 22, and those skilled in the art can select the appropriate layer as needed. The conductive layer 211 can be a single-layer metal structure, for example, the conductive layer 211 can include only one layer of aluminum. Alternatively, as needed, the conductive layer 211 can include a multi-layer metal structure, for example, the conductive layer 211 can include a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion arranged in a stacked manner, where the first sub-portion includes molybdenum and / or titanium, and the second sub-portion includes aluminum.

[0105] Optionally, molybdenum and titanium have low etching rates, so that the first sub-section extends outward relative to the second sub-section, and the cross-section of the first portion 21 is trapezoidal, which facilitates overlapping with the first electrode 32 formed by vapor deposition. If both the first sub-section and the second portion 22 are made of titanium metal, the manufacturing process can be simplified.

[0106] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the first portion 21 gradually decreases in a direction away from the substrate 1 .

[0107] The cross-section of the first portion 21 can be trapezoidal, increasing the size of the defined opening 23. The cross-section of the first portion 21 can be a regular trapezoid, which, on the one hand, can stably support the second portion 22, and, on the other hand, reduces the contact area between the first sub-portion and the second portion 22. This allows the first portion 21 to be concave relative to the second portion 22 in a direction away from the central axis of the defined opening 23, facilitating the disconnection of the second electrode 33 and the light-emitting functional layer 3 at the isolation structure 2.

[0108] In these optional embodiments, in order to obtain the concave first portion 21, during the etching process, the second sub-portion has a faster etching rate than the first sub-portion and / or the second portion 22, thereby forming the concave first portion 21. Due to the faster etching rate of the second sub-portion, more etching waste is easily introduced into other locations of the display panel 100, thereby causing adverse effects. The orthographic projection of the second sub-portion on the substrate 1 is set to be within the orthographic projection of the first sub-portion on the substrate 1, so that the second sub-portion can be better supported on the first sub-portion, and the generated etching waste falls on the first sub-portion, which is easy to clean.

[0109] Optionally, the orthographic projection of the second portion 22 on the substrate 1 coincides with the orthographic projection of the first sub-portion on the substrate 1. The first sub-portion and the second portion 22 having the same area can be etched using the same mask, simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0110] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a second flat layer 13, and the second electrode 33 is disposed on a side of the second flat layer 13 facing away from the substrate 1. The second flat layer 13 can flatten the driving circuit layer 12 so that the second electrode 33 can be formed on the plane provided by the second flat layer 13, which is conducive to forming the desired patterned second electrode 33. After the second electrode 33 is formed on the flat layer, the material C used to prepare the isolation structure 2 can cover the second electrode 33, and the material C is etched to form a defined opening 23 exposing the second electrode 33, and a light-transmitting opening 24, thereby forming a first portion 21 and a second portion 22. The light-emitting functional layer 3 can be prepared by referring to the preparation steps of the light-emitting functional layer 3 described above. The material C can be any one or more of titanium, aluminum, and molybdenum.

[0111] The isolation structure 2 may be directly disposed on a side of the second planar layer 13 facing away from the substrate 1 , and the isolation structure 2 may be supported by the second planar layer 13 .

[0112] In some embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a pixel definition layer 9 disposed between the substrate 1 and the isolation structure 2 . The pixel definition layer 9 includes a pixel opening 92 . The orthographic projection of the pixel opening 92 on the substrate 1 is within the orthographic projection range of the limiting opening 23 on the substrate 1 .

[0113] The pixel definition layer 9 includes a pixel defining portion 91 that encloses a pixel opening 92. The light emitting portion 31 can be at least partially disposed within the pixel opening 92 to enable the display panel 100 to emit light. The pixel opening 92 can be disposed corresponding to the defining opening 23.

[0114] In some embodiments, the isolation structure 2 is disposed on a side of the pixel definition layer 9 facing away from the substrate 1 , and the light-emitting functional layer 3 is at least partially disposed within the pixel opening 92 .

[0115] The isolation structure 2 is disposed on the side of the pixel definition layer 9 facing away from the substrate 1, and the orthographic projection of the pixel opening 92 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the limiting opening 23 on the substrate 1. The isolation structure 2 can be directly disposed on the side of the pixel definition layer 9 facing away from the substrate 1, with the pixel definition layer 9 supporting the isolation structure 2. The orthographic projection of the pixel opening 92 on the substrate 1 can be located within the orthographic projection of the limiting opening 23 on the substrate 1. The area of the limiting opening 23 is larger than the area of the pixel opening 92, which can reduce the impact of the isolation structure 2 on the light output viewing angle of the light-emitting functional layer 3.

[0116] Optionally, there are multiple pixel openings 92, which are spaced apart, and the isolation structure 2 can be disposed on at least a portion of the pixel defining portion between two adjacent pixel openings 92. Optionally, the isolation structure 2 can be disposed around at least a portion of the pixel openings 92.

[0117] In some embodiments, the pixel definition layer 9 is exposed from the light-transmitting opening 24 .

[0118] In some embodiments, the substrate 1 includes a substrate 11 and a driving circuit layer 12, the driving circuit layer 12 is arranged between the substrate 11 and the light-emitting functional layer 3, the driving circuit layer 12 includes a first conductive structure 127, and the projection of the first conductive structure 127 on the isolation structure 2 along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1 at least partially falls into the light-transmitting opening 24.

[0119] The substrate 11 can be a silicon substrate or a flexible substrate such as polyimide. The driving circuit layer 12 and the light-emitting device layer can include multiple layers, each of which can be formed by chemical vapor deposition, evaporation, or other methods. The X-axis in Figure 10 represents the thickness of the display panel 100. Those skilled in the art can start from the substrate 11 and sequentially form each layer along the thickness direction X.

[0120] The first conductive structure 127 is a portion of the driving circuit layer 12 that is spaced apart from the touch layer 4 through the light-transmitting opening 24 along the thickness direction of the display panel 100 . The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 can shield or reduce the radio frequency generated between the first conductive structure 127 and the touch layer 4 to a certain extent.

[0121] The projection of the first conductive structure 127 on the isolation structure 2 along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1 at least partially falls into the light-transmitting opening 24 , thereby improving the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the first conductive structure 127 .

[0122] In some embodiments, the touch layer 4 includes a first touch electrode layer 41 and a second touch electrode layer 42. The first touch electrode layer 41 and the second touch electrode layer 42 are spaced apart in the direction from the substrate 1 to the touch layer 4. The orthographic projection of the first touch electrode layer 41 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1. The orthographic projection of the second touch electrode layer 42 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1.

[0123] The first touch electrode layer 41 includes a plurality of first touch electrodes 411 spaced apart from each other, and the second touch electrode layer 42 includes a plurality of second touch electrodes 412 spaced apart from each other. The first touch electrodes 411 and the second touch electrodes 412 are spaced apart from each other along the first direction X, thereby forming a touch capacitor. Insulating material is provided between the first touch electrodes 411 and the second touch electrodes 412 for insulation.

[0124] The orthographic projection of the first touch electrode layer 41 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 , and the orthographic projection of the second touch electrode layer 42 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 , so that at least a portion of the first touch electrode layer 41 or at least a portion of the second touch electrode layer 42 can be separated from the drive circuit layer 12 by the isolation structure 2 to reduce unnecessary radio frequency generation between the portion of the first touch electrode layer 41 or the portion of the second touch electrode layer 42 and the drive circuit layer 12.

[0125] In some embodiments, along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is blocked between the first touch electrode layer 41 and the first conductive structure 127, and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is blocked between the second touch electrode layer 42 and the first conductive structure 127, so as to improve the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 between the first conductive structure 127 and the first touch electrode layer 41, and improve the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 between the first conductive structure 127 and the second touch electrode layer 42.

[0126] In some embodiments, along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1, the orthographic projection of the first touch electrode layer 41 on the substrate 1 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the light-emitting portion 31 on the substrate 1, and the orthographic projection of the second touch electrode layer 42 on the substrate 1 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the light-emitting portion 31 on the substrate 1, so as to avoid the first touch electrode layer 41 or the second touch electrode layer 42 affecting the light emission of the light-emitting portion 31.

[0127] In some embodiments, along the direction from the touch layer 4 to the substrate 1, the orthographic projection of the first touch electrode layer 41 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection range of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1, and the orthographic projection of the second touch electrode layer 42 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection range of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 on the substrate 1, so that the side of the first touch electrode layer 41 close to the substrate 1 or the side of the second touch electrode layer 42 close to the substrate 1 can be shielded from radio frequency by the light-transmitting shielding layer 5.

[0128] Please refer to FIG. 11 , which is a schematic cross-sectional view of a display panel provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0129] As shown in Figure 11, the first aspect embodiment of the present application also provides a display panel 100, which includes a substrate 1, an isolation structure 2, a light-emitting functional layer 3, a light-transmitting shielding layer 5 and a touch layer 4; the isolation structure 2 is located on one side of the substrate 1, and the isolation structure 2 encloses a defined opening 23 and a light-transmitting opening 24; the light-emitting functional layer 3 is located on one side of the substrate 1, and the light-emitting functional layer 3 includes a light-emitting portion 31 located in the defined opening 23; the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is located on the side of the isolation structure 2 away from the substrate 1, and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 includes a light-transmitting shielding portion 410, and the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1; the touch layer 4 is located on the side of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 away from the substrate 1.

[0130] According to the display panel 100 of the embodiment of the present application, the display panel 100 includes a substrate 1, an isolation structure 2, a light-emitting functional layer 3, a light-transmitting shielding layer 5, and a touch layer 4. The isolation structure 2 is arranged on the substrate 1 and encloses a plurality of defined openings 23 to separate the light-emitting functional layer 3 to form mutually disconnected light-emitting portions 31, thereby reducing the crosstalk of carriers in the light-emitting functional layer 3 and improving the display effect of the display panel 100. In addition, the light-emitting portion 31 does not require the use of a precision mask plate, which can reduce the development and use of precision masks and reduce the preparation cost. A light-transmitting opening 24 is provided on the isolation structure 2 to improve the transmittance of the display panel 100. The light-transmitting shielding layer 5 includes a light-transmitting shielding portion 410, and the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1, that is, the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 covers the light-transmitting opening 24, making it difficult for the touch signal and the array signal to pass through the light-transmitting opening 24, thereby improving the problem of mutual influence between the touch signal of the touch layer 4 and the array signal of the substrate 1 through the light-transmitting opening 24, thereby improving the performance of the OLED display product.

[0131] There are many ways to configure the substrate 1. For example, the substrate 1 may include a substrate and an array substrate disposed on the substrate. Alternatively, the substrate 1 is the substrate. Alternatively, the substrate 1 may include a buffer layer and a support plate on a side facing away from the substrate.

[0132] In some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the touch layer 4 on the substrate 1 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1, while the orthographic projection of the touch layer 4 on the substrate 1 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1, thereby preventing the touch electrode of the touch layer 4 from blocking the light-transmitting opening 24 and affecting the light-transmitting effect.

[0133] In some optional embodiments, the first planar layer 6 includes a transparent filling portion 600 disposed in the light-transmitting opening 24 , and the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 is located on a side of the transparent filling portion 600 facing away from the substrate 1 .

[0134] In these optional embodiments, the transparent filling portion 600 fills the light-transmitting opening 24 to improve the problem of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 being broken due to the deep light-transmitting opening 24 when preparing the light-transmitting shielding portion 410. Optionally, the transparent filling portion 600 includes an optically clear adhesive (OCA).

[0135] In some optional embodiments, the distance between the surface of the transparent filling portion 600 facing away from the substrate 1 and the substrate 1 is a first distance D1, the distance between the surface of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1 and the substrate 1 is a second distance D2, and the first distance D1 is less than or equal to the second distance D2.

[0136] In these optional embodiments, the first distance D1 is less than or equal to the second distance D2, that is, the surface of the transparent filling portion 600 facing away from the substrate 1 is flush with the surface of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1, or the surface of the transparent filling portion 600 facing away from the substrate 1 is lower than the surface of the isolation structure 2 facing away from the substrate 1 and is flush, so that the light-transmitting opening 24 is flattened and can be continuously formed on the transparent filling portion 600, further reducing the risk of breakage of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 at the light-transmitting opening 24.

[0137] Optionally, the transparent filling part 600 includes a transparent organic material.

[0138] In some embodiments, the light-transmitting shielding layer 5 includes a plurality of light-transmitting shielding portions 410 . The plurality of light-transmitting shielding portions 410 are arranged at intervals, and the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1 .

[0139] The light-transmitting shielding portions 410 are arranged in a dot-like manner at intervals, so that each light-transmitting shielding portion 410 can be connected to a different conductive structure respectively. Each light-transmitting shielding portion 410 can have a different potential and provide different shielding capabilities.

[0140] Please refer to FIG. 12 , which is a partial cross-sectional view of a display panel in another embodiment.

[0141] As shown in Figure 12, in some optional embodiments, the display panel 100 also includes a first electrode layer 320, which is located on the side of the light-emitting functional layer 3 facing away from the substrate 1. The first electrode layer 320 includes a first electrode 32 located in the defined opening 23, and the first electrode 32 is electrically connected to the isolation structure 2, and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is electrically connected to the isolation structure 2.

[0142] In these optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 separates the first electrode layer 320 to form mutually spaced first electrodes 32. The mutually spaced first electrodes 32 are electrically connected through the isolation structure 2 to form a whole-surface electrode, ensuring normal light emission of the light-emitting portion 31. The light-transmitting shielding portion 410 connects the isolation structure 2 around the light-transmitting opening 24, increasing the electrical conduction area of the whole-surface electrode, reducing the overall impedance, and thus reducing the power consumption of the display panel 100. The light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is electrically connected to the isolation structure 2, that is, the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is electrically connected to the first electrode 32, so that the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the first electrode 32 have the same electrical potential, thereby realizing the shielding function of the light-transmitting shielding layer 5.

[0143] In some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of each light-emitting portion 31 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of each first electrode 32 on the substrate 1 .

[0144] In these optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the light-emitting portion 31 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the first electrode 32 on the substrate 1, that is, the first electrode 32 is arranged to cover the light-emitting portion 31 to serve as an electrode of the light-emitting portion 31, thereby ensuring normal light emission of the light-emitting portion 31 and improving the display effect of the display panel 100.

[0145] Optionally, the light-emitting portion 31 is spaced apart from the isolation structure 2, and the light-emitting functional layer 3 is spaced apart from the isolation structure 2, that is, the light-emitting portions 31 are spaced apart from each other, thereby reducing the crosstalk of carriers between the light-emitting portions 31 and improving the color crosstalk problem of the light-emitting portion 31.

[0146] In some optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 includes a first conductive layer 210 and a second conductive layer 220, the second conductive layer 220 is located on the side of the first conductive layer 210 facing away from the substrate 1, the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is electrically connected to the second conductive layer 220, and the first electrode 32 is electrically connected to the first conductive layer 210.

[0147] In these optional embodiments, the first conductive layer 210 and the second conductive layer 220 are arranged to form the isolation structure 2, and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 overlaps the second conductive layer 220 to achieve electrical conduction between the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the first electrode 32. The first electrode 32 overlaps the first conductive layer 210 to achieve interconnection between the first electrodes 32 through the first conductive layer 210.

[0148] In some optional embodiments, the edge of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 extends to and contacts the side of the second conductive layer 220 facing away from the substrate 1. This further enables electrical conduction between the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the first electrode 32.

[0149] In some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the first conductive layer 210 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the second conductive layer 220 on the substrate 1 .

[0150] In these optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the first conductive layer 210 disposed near the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the second conductive layer 220 on the substrate 1. The area of the second conductive layer 220 is larger than that of the first conductive layer 210. The second conductive layer 220 covers the surface of the first conductive layer 210 near the second conductive layer 220. In this case, the first conductive layer 210 is recessed relative to the second conductive layer 220 in a direction away from the defined opening 23. When preparing the light-emitting functional layer 3, a large drop occurs at the edge of the isolation structure 2, and the first conductive layer 210 is recessed relative to the second conductive layer 220. This makes it difficult for the light-emitting functional layer 3 to connect at the edge of the isolation structure 2, resulting in fracture. The fractured light-emitting functional layer 3 forms mutually disconnected light-emitting portions 31.

[0151] In some optional embodiments, the second conductive layer 220 includes a metal material, and the first conductive layer 210 and the second conductive layer 220 are made of different materials.

[0152] In these optional embodiments, when both the first conductive layer 210 and the second conductive layer 220 are made of metal materials, an etchant can be used to wet-etch the first conductive layer 210. By configuring the etchant, the etching rate of the second conductive layer 220 can be lower than the etching rate of the first conductive layer 210. Since the etching rate of the first conductive layer 210 is higher, even though the second conductive layer 220 will be etched to some extent during wet etching with the etchant, the first conductive layer 210 will be etched faster, thereby causing the first conductive layer 210 to be recessed relative to the second conductive layer 220.

[0153] In some optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 further includes a third layer 230 located on the side of the first conductive layer 210 facing the substrate 1 , and the orthographic projection of the first conductive layer 210 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the third layer 230 on the substrate 1 .

[0154] In these optional embodiments, to obtain the concave first conductive layer 210, the first conductive layer 210 has a faster etching rate than the second conductive layer 220 and the third layer 230 during the etching process, thereby forming a concave first conductive layer 210. Due to the faster etching rate of the first conductive layer 210, a large amount of etching waste is easily introduced into other locations of the display panel 100, thereby causing adverse effects. After the third layer 230 is provided, the first conductive layer 210 can be well adhered to the third layer 230, and the generated etching waste falls on the third layer 230, making it easier to clean.

[0155] Optionally, the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 includes indium tin oxide (ITO) or indium zinc oxide (IZO). When the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is ITO or IZO, it has good transmittance and can be electrically connected to the isolation structure 2 .

[0156] In some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1 .

[0157] In these optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 at least partially overlaps with the light-transmitting shielding portion 410, so that the isolation structure 2 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 can be better overlapped, and the overlapping area between the isolation structure 2 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is large, which can reduce the overlapping impedance between the isolation structure 2 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and improve the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410.

[0158] In some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the second conductive layer 220 on the substrate 1 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1 .

[0159] In these optional embodiments, the second conductive layer 220 at least partially overlaps with the light-transmitting shielding portion 410, so that the second conductive layer 220 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 can be better overlapped, and the overlapping area between the second conductive layer 220 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is large, which can reduce the overlapping impedance between the second conductive layer 220 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and improve the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410.

[0160] Optionally, the orthographic projection of the second conductive layer 220 of the isolation structure 2 located on the side of the light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 on the substrate 1, which can further increase the overlapping area of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the second conductive layer 220, improve the overlapping effect of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the second conductive layer 220, and reduce the overlapping impedance between the second conductive layer 220 and the light-transmitting shielding portion 410, thereby improving the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410.

[0161] Please refer to FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 . FIG. 13 is a schematic top view of a display panel provided in an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 14 is a partial top view of a display panel in another embodiment.

[0162] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13 , one light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided corresponding to one light-transmitting opening 24 , and / or, as shown in FIG. 14 , one light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided corresponding to a plurality of light-transmitting openings 24 .

[0163] One light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided correspondingly to one light-transmitting opening 24, i.e., the orthographic projection of one light-transmitting opening 24 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of one light-transmitting shielding portion 410. One light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided correspondingly to multiple light-transmitting openings 24, i.e., the orthographic projections of multiple light-transmitting openings 24 on the substrate 1 are located within the orthographic projection of the same light-transmitting shielding portion 410.

[0164] In these optional embodiments, a light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided in correspondence with a light-transmitting opening 24, which can reduce the overall area of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and reduce material costs. A light-transmitting shielding portion 410 is provided in correspondence with multiple light-transmitting openings 24, which can increase the overlap area between the light-transmitting shielding portion 410 and the isolation structure 2, reduce overlap impedance, and improve the shielding effect of the light-transmitting shielding portion 410.

[0165] Please refer to FIG. 15 , which is a partial top view of a display panel in yet another embodiment.

[0166] Optionally, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the light-transmitting openings 24 are disposed between two adjacent limiting openings 23. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 15, the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 is in a grid shape with grid intersections, and the light-transmitting openings 24 are disposed at the grid intersections. At the grid intersections, the orthographic projection of the isolation structure 2 on the substrate 1 has a larger area, facilitating the preparation of the light-transmitting openings 24. Furthermore, larger light-transmitting openings 24 can be prepared at the grid intersections, thereby increasing the area of the display panel 100 with high transmittance.

The orthographic projection of the pixel opening 92 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the defining opening 23 on the substrate 1, and the light-emitting portion 31 is located at the pixel opening 92.

[0169] In these optional embodiments, the pixel opening 92 formed by the pixel defining portion 91 is used to provide the light-emitting portion 31, thereby achieving light-emitting display of the display panel 100. The orthographic projection of the pixel opening 92 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the defining opening 23 on the substrate 1, that is, the pixel opening 92 is completely exposed by the defining opening 23, thereby reducing the shielding of the pixel opening 92 by the isolation structure 2 and ensuring the light-emitting effect of the light-emitting portion 31.

[0170] In some optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 is located on a side of the pixel defining portion 91 facing away from the substrate 1 .

[0171] In these optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 is disposed on the pixel defining portion 91, and the isolation structure 2 has a large height difference, which corresponds to the pixel opening 92. When preparing the light-emitting functional layer 3, the large height difference makes it easier to disconnect the light-emitting functional layer 3 at the location of the isolation structure 2, thereby reducing the difficulty of preparing the light-emitting functional layer 3.

[0172] As shown in FIG. 16 , in some optional embodiments, a receiving opening 830 is provided on the pixel defining portion 91 , and the isolation structure 2 is located in the receiving opening 830 .

[0173] In these optional embodiments, the isolation structure 2 is arranged in the accommodating opening 830 on the pixel defining portion 91. During the preparation process, the preparation step of the isolation structure 2 is before the preparation of the second electrode 33, that is, after the isolation structure 2 is prepared on the substrate 1, the second electrode 33 is prepared on the substrate 1 to reduce the impact of the preparation of the isolation structure 2 on the second electrode 33 and ensure that the second electrode 33 is not damaged.

[0174] In some optional embodiments, the display panel 100 further includes a second electrode 33 , and the second electrode 33 is exposed by the pixel opening 92 .

Finally, a touch layer 4 is prepared on the side of the light-emitting functional layer 3 facing away from the substrate 1 by S04. The isolation structure 2 is arranged on the substrate 1 and encloses a plurality of limited openings 23 to separate the light-emitting functional layer 3 to form mutually disconnected light-emitting portions 31, thereby reducing the crosstalk of carriers in the light-emitting functional layer 3 and improving the display effect of the display panel 100. In addition, the preparation of the light-emitting portion 31 does not require the use of a precision mask plate, which can reduce the development and use of precision masks and reduce the preparation cost.
