Abstract

According to the present invention, a base station device includes: a signal processing unit for converting a broadcast signal broadcast to a terminal into an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation signal by an OFDM modulation method, and converting a broadcast signal broadcast to the terminal into an orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) modulation signal by an OTFS modulation method; and a wireless transmission unit for transmitting a multiplex signal obtained by multiplexing the OFDM modulation signal and the OTFS modulation signal converted from the broadcast signal.
