Abstract
Description
Launcher that ejects the mass
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a launcher for ejecting a mass, and more particularly, to a launcher for ejecting a mass, which is provided with a configuration for controlling the frictional force of a rail according to the degree of opening of a door to realize optimal ejection conditions of a mass, a configuration for blocking and absorbing vibration of a projectile loaded in the launcher when the mass is ejected from the launcher, and a configuration for delaying the opening of a door.
[0002] It also relates to a launcher in which the rail applies pressure to the mass to fix the mass, and the pressure applied to the rail can be adjusted according to the degree of opening of the door, so that the mass is ejected when the pressure on the mass decreases.
[0003] A launch vehicle is generally a rocket device designed to escape the Earth's gravitational field or reach a desired altitude. A launch vehicle may be equipped with a launch tube, which can store and eject a mass. The launch tube safely protects the satellite within the launch vehicle and releases it into orbit at a precise time after launch. Various launch tube designs are being developed, including those mounted directly on the launch vehicle and those mounted directly on the satellite. Specifically, with the recent development of CubeSats, technologies for CubeSat launch tubes are being developed.
[0004] Cube satellites are ultra-small artificial satellites that perform missions such as Earth observation and space data collection. They are being developed for research purposes by universities, government agencies, and companies, and are rapidly expanding into commercial applications worldwide.
[0005] These CubeSats are standardized in a cubic shape with dimensions of approximately 10cm each (called 1U size). CubeSats with a basic size of 1U can be expanded to integer multiples such as 2U and 3U, with 3U CubeSats (10cm X 10cm X 30cm) being the most commonly used.
[0006] Previously, technology existed that implemented only two states: pressing the rail firmly against the CubeSat or releasing it. Therefore, precise control over the door's state was impossible.
[0007] Furthermore, launching a CubeSat requires a launcher, and the CubeSat will likely rotate when ejected from the launcher. This rotation during ejection has the disadvantage of significantly increasing the failure rate of CubeSat launches.
[0008] Therefore, there is a growing need for a method of fixing a CubeSat to a launcher that can minimize unnecessary rotation when the CubeSat is launched from the launcher.
[0009] The present disclosure is intended to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a launcher that enables the frictional force of a rail to be adjusted according to the degree of opening and closing of a door, and precisely controls the opening and closing of the door using a delay device to implement optimal injection conditions when launching a mass, maintains the conditions until the mass is completely injected, and injects a mass while minimizing the transmission of vibration of the projectile.
[0010] In addition, it provides a launch tube that enables flexible responses such as converging friction to 0 in the event of a launch failure, thereby improving the vibration environment experienced by items loaded inside, such as cube satellites, in a launch via rocket or similar operating environment, and ejects a mass that contributes to increasing the mission success rate after ejection by minimizing rotation during ejection.
[0011] Additionally, a launcher structure is designed to control the force with which the rail secures the mass depending on the degree of door opening. The present disclosure seeks to devise a method for controlling the pressure applied by the rail to the mass by utilizing a lever structure and an elastic member.
[0012] In order to achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides a launcher for ejecting a mass, comprising a frame in which a mass is stored and an outlet from which the mass is ejected, a fixed rail fixed to the frame and along which the mass moves, a door connected to the frame and selectively opening and closing the outlet, and a pressurizing unit for controlling a pressure applied to the mass depending on the degree of opening and closing of the door.
[0013] In one embodiment, the mass-ejecting launcher may include a connecting member that transmits the movement of the door to the pressurizing member according to the opening angle of the door.
[0014] In one embodiment, the mass-injecting launcher may include a cam that transmits the movement of the door to the pressurized portion through rotation and a rotary lever that transmits the movement of the door to the cam.
[0015] In one embodiment, the pressurizing member may be a launcher that ejects a mass, including a fluid rail that adjusts the pressure applied to the mass according to the movement of the door, and an elastic member that transmits the pressure to the fluid rail according to the movement of the door.
[0016] In one embodiment, the mass-injecting launcher may include a connector connecting the fluid rail and the elastic member.
[0017] In one embodiment, the door may be a launcher that ejects a mass, the launcher including a delay device for delaying the opening of the door.
[0018] In one embodiment, the mass may be a launcher that ejects the mass, characterized in that the mass is ejected in a pushing manner through a power source inside the frame.
[0019] In one embodiment, the mass may be a launcher that ejects the mass, characterized in that the ejection is performed in a pulling manner from the door side.
[0020] In one embodiment, the delay device may be a launcher that ejects a mass, characterized in that it has a structure of a slot in a path having two or more inflection points.
[0021] In one embodiment, the delay device may be a launcher that ejects a mass, characterized by having a rack and pinion structure.
[0022] The present disclosure provides a launcher comprising a frame having a mass fixed thereon and an outlet through which the mass is ejected, a door for opening and closing the outlet, a connecting portion connecting the frame and the door, a pressurizing portion including a fluid rail, and a rail lever contacting the fluid rail at a point of contact with the connecting portion, wherein the connecting portion is formed such that the length from the center of rotation of the connecting portion to the point of contact with the rail lever varies depending on the angle at which the door is opened, and when the door is opened, the connecting portion and the rail lever rotate, the force pressing the fluid rail decreases, and the pressure applied by the fluid rail to the mass decreases, thereby releasing the fixation of the mass.
[0023] In one embodiment, the connecting member may be a launcher including a lever coupled to the door and a cam that rotates according to the opening and closing of the door.
[0024] In one embodiment, the connecting member provides a launcher whose length from the center of rotation of the connecting member to the point of contact with the rail lever becomes shorter as the angle at which the door is opened increases.
[0025] In one embodiment, the connecting portion rotates according to the angle at which the door is opened, the rail lever rotates according to the rotation of the connecting portion, and as the protruding portion of the rail lever moves away from the fluid rail, the pressure applied by the rail lever to the fluid rail decreases, and as the pressure applied to the fluid rail decreases, the pressure applied by the fluid rail to the mass body decreases, thereby releasing the fixation of the mass body and providing a launcher that ejects the mass body.
[0026] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rail lever includes a circular groove in which a bolt is received, and provides a firing tube into which the bolt is inserted.
[0027] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a launcher is provided in which the pressure for securing the mass is controlled based on the length of the bolt inserted into the circular groove.
[0028] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the pressurizing member includes a fluid rail, an elastic member, and a connector, the fluid rail is connected to the elastic member, the elastic member is connected to the connector, and the connector is connected to a frame, thereby providing a launcher in which the fluid rail is connected to the frame.
[0029] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic member provides a launcher that is a member formed such that a surface connecting the connector is spaced apart from a surface connecting the fluid rail.
[0030] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic member provides a launcher formed to have a cross-section that can accommodate the fluid rail.
[0031] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, by allowing the mass to be injected while receiving appropriate friction, the effect of stabilizing the posture and realizing optimal injection conditions can be obtained. In addition, the vibration of the projectile equipped with the launcher is reduced from being transmitted to the mass through the launcher, thereby reducing damage to the mass due to vibration, thereby increasing the mission success rate and enabling the mission to start earlier. In addition, the effect of reducing the weight of the launcher can be obtained by not using additional components that transmit force in the longitudinal direction of the rail other than the rail in the implementation of the mass restraint mechanism.
[0032] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the rail pressurizes the mass to stably fix the mass, and the mass is fixed with an elastic member, so that vibration of the mass caused by vibration of the projectile can be reduced.
[0033] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, pressure can be applied to a mass using a lever and an elastic member, thereby obtaining an effective mass fixing effect with a simple structure and low cost.
[0034] According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the pressure applied to the mass is controlled by adjusting the lever and the elastic member, so that it can be applied to launchers of various sizes and shapes.

[0056] FIG. 4 illustrates the rotary lever, elastic member and fluid rail in a closed state of the door in one embodiment.
[0057] FIG. 5 illustrates the appearance of the rotary lever, elastic member and fluid rail in an open state of the door in one embodiment.
[0058] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the launcher (1000) may include a frame (100), a fixed rail (200), a connecting portion (300), a pressurizing portion (400), a connector (420), a moving rail (430), and a door (500).
[0059] In one embodiment, the frame (100) may have a shape having a space arranged therein to accommodate a mass and may include an outlet through which the mass is ejected.
[0060] In one embodiment, the frame (100) may be configured as a rectangular frame with an interior that is hollow to accommodate a mass. In the present disclosure, the frame is described based on the case where the launch tube is a 6U cube satellite launch tube, but the mass fixing method of the present disclosure may also be applied to frames of other sizes, such as 3U, 12U, and 18U.
[0061] In one embodiment, the frame (100) may be connected to a power source that assists injection and a carriage that receives force from the power source to accelerate the mass.
[0062] In detail, the power source may be in the form of a coil spring and a type that pulls the carriage from the front of the launcher (1000).
[0063] In detail, the mass in the present disclosure may be a cube satellite, and the present disclosure may be a launcher (1000) for a cube satellite.
[0064] In one embodiment, the fixed rail (200) is a rail directly fixed to the frame (100) and can provide a reaction force to the force applied to the mass by the floating rail (430).
[0065] In one embodiment, the connecting portion (300) may further include a rotary lever (310) and a cam (320).
[0066] In one embodiment, the connecting portion (300) rotates the rotary lever (310) according to the opening angle of the door (500), thereby rotating the cam (320) to transmit the movement of the door (500) to the pressurizing portion (400).
[0067] In one embodiment, the rotary lever (310) is a device that rotates according to the opening angle of the door (500) and transmits the movement of the door (500) to the cam (320).
[0068] In one embodiment, the rotary lever (310) is connected to the delay device (510) so that it can rotate along with the rotation of the door (500).
[0069] In one embodiment, the cam (320) is a device that transmits the movement of the door (500) to the pressurizing member (400).
[0070] In detail, when the door (500) rotates by more than 90° to secure a path for the mass inside the frame (100) to come out, the pressure applied by the cam (320) to the fluid rail (430) is reduced.
[0071] In one embodiment, when the door (500) is fully open, the pressure acting on the flow rail (430) is close to zero, allowing the mass to be ejected with minimal force.
[0072] In one embodiment, the pressurized portion (400) may further include an elastic member (410) and a fluid rail (430).
[0073] In one embodiment, the connector (420) is a device that connects the fluid rail (430) and the elastic member (410).
[0074] In one embodiment, the pressurizing member (400) can adjust the pressure applied to the mass through the connecting member (300) according to the movement of the door (500).
[0075] In one embodiment, the elastic member (410) may be a spring having an S-shaped plate shape and connects the fluid rail (430) and the frame (100).
[0076] In one embodiment, the pressure exerted by the elastic member (410) on the fluid rail (430) changes as the door (500) rotates. This allows the elastic member (410) to function as a link.
[0077] In addition, the elastic member (410) acts as an elastic body to absorb vibrations, and also functions as a damper. When multiple layers of elastic members (410) are used, a better damping effect can be achieved.
[0078] In one embodiment, the fluid rail (430) is connected to the elastic member (410) and is in direct contact with the mass. This allows the mass to be pressurized and fixed during storage, and to induce movement of the mass in one direction during injection.
[0079] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the rotary lever (310) moves depending on the degree to which the door (500) is opened, and accordingly, the cam (320) rotates, thereby moving the fluid rail (430). Accordingly, the pressure applied by the elastic member (410) to the fluid rail (430) decreases, thereby reducing the frictional force applied by the rail to the mass. When the frictional force decreases to a certain level or more, the force pushing the mass out of the launcher (1000) becomes greater than the frictional force, allowing the mass to be launched.
[0080] In one embodiment, even if the frictional force is reduced to a certain level or more, there may be a case where the force pushing the mass out of the launcher (1000) is not greater than the frictional force, so the mass is not launched and the door (500) remains closed.
[0081] In one embodiment, the door (500) may further include a delay device (510).
[0082] In one embodiment, the door (500) may serve to open or close the exit of the frame depending on whether the mass is ejected.
[0083] In one embodiment, the delay device (510) may be attached to the door (500) and function to connect the connecting portion (300) and the door (500).
[0084] In one embodiment, the delay device (510) may function to delay the operation of the door (500). This may prevent the force applied by the fluid rail (430) to the mass from being removed all at once.
[0085] In detail, the delay device (510) may be a method that uses a slot of a path with two or more inflection points or a method that uses a rack and pinion structure.
[0086] In one embodiment, when using a slot in a path with two or more inflection points, it may be specifically a method using stepped slots. The method using stepped slots causes a delay by causing a protruding pin of the connecting portion (300) to move along a stepped slot in the delay device (510). Initially, the pin moves along the plane direction of the door (500), but after operation begins, the stepped slot is lowered so that the rotation of the connecting portion (300) is controlled despite the rotation of the door (500).
[0087] In one embodiment, a rack and pinion structure may be utilized in which the end of the connecting portion (300) is configured with a circular gear and the delay device (510) is configured with a linear gear. Accordingly, the opening delay of the door (500) is controlled through the linear gear of the delay device (510) and the circular gear at the end of the connecting portion (300).
[0088] In this way, the launch tube (1000) of the present disclosure can achieve the effect of realizing optimal injection conditions by stabilizing the posture by allowing the mass to be injected while receiving appropriate friction. In addition, the vibration of the projectile mounted on the launch tube can be reduced from being transmitted to the mass through the launch tube, thereby reducing damage to the mass due to vibration, thereby increasing the mission success rate and achieving the effect of starting the mission earlier. In addition, the launch tube can be made lighter by not using additional components that transmit force in the longitudinal direction of the rail other than the rail to implement the mass restraint mechanism.
[0089] Below is an example of a launcher that additionally includes a rail lever.
[0090] Figure 6 illustrates the frame of the launcher with the door closed in one embodiment.
[0091] In one embodiment, the launcher (1000) may include a frame (100) having a mass fixed thereon and an outlet through which the mass is ejected, a fixed rail (200), a connecting portion (300) connecting the frame and a door, a rail lever (600) in contact with the connecting portion (300) and a moving rail, a pressurizing portion (400) in contact with the rail lever and pressurizing the mass, and a door (500) for opening and closing the outlet.
[0092] In the present disclosure, the launcher (1000) is launched in a state where a mass is stored and ejected into space, and the mass of the present disclosure may include a satellite, a cube satellite, etc. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, an exit for moving the mass may be formed on one side of the frame (100).
[0093] In one embodiment, the exit can be opened and closed by a door (500). The door (500) can have one corner connected to the frame. The door (500) can open and close the exit by rotating the connected corner about the rotation axis.
[0094] In one embodiment, the connecting portion (300) is connected to the door (500) and can rotate together with the rotation of the door. The connecting portion (300) can transmit the movement of the door to the rail lever (600).
[0095] In one embodiment, the rail lever (600) can transmit force to the pressurizing portion according to the rotation of the connecting portion (300). The rail lever (600) can be positioned to contact the connecting portion (300) and the pressurizing portion (400).
[0096] FIG. 7 illustrates a frame of a cube satellite launcher with its door open in one embodiment.
[0097] Referring to FIG. 7, the rail inside the frame is shown with the door (500) open.
[0098] In one embodiment, the cube satellite launcher may include a plurality of rails (200, 430). The plurality of rails may be positioned at corners of the frame that are perpendicular to the door.
[0099] In one embodiment, the rail can secure the mass to minimize vibration of the mass caused by vibration of the launcher during loading of the mass, and can reduce vibration of the mass and guide the direction of ejection during ejection. The cross-section of the rail in contact with the mass can be formed to accommodate the mass depending on the shape of the mass.
[0100] In the case where the mass body according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a cube satellite of a rectangular parallelepiped, the rail may include a right-angled cross-section, and in this case, the angle of the cross-section may be 90 degrees.
[0101] In one embodiment, the launcher (1000) can further enhance the vibration reduction effect by designing the mass to not only reduce vibration by the cross-section of the rail, but also by having the pressure member (400) press against the mass. In the present disclosure, the pressure member (400) is a device configured to adjust the pressure applied to the mass according to the opening angle of the door. The pressure member (400) can be located at the corner where the door (500) is connected to the frame (100).
[0102] In one embodiment, the pressurizing member (400) may include a fluid rail. The fluid rail may be used to fix the mass and guide the injection direction, and may be made of an elastic material to enhance the fixing effect of the mass.
[0103] In the present disclosure, among the plurality of rails, a rail other than the pressurized rail may be a fixed rail (200). The fixed rail may be directly fixed to the frame.
[0104] In one embodiment, a power source (not shown) may be positioned on the frame surface facing the exit to assist injection. The power source may be an elastic body, such as a coil spring. The power source may accelerate the mass when the door is opened.
[0105] Figure 8 illustrates the structure of a connecting portion and a rail lever in one embodiment.
[0106] In one embodiment, the connecting portion (300) rotates according to the angle at which the door is opened, and the rail lever (600) rotates according to the rotation of the connecting portion to adjust the pressure applied to the pressurizing portion.
[0107] In one embodiment, the connecting portion (300) may include a rotary lever (310) coupled to the door and a cam (320) that rotates according to the opening and closing of the door.
[0108] In one embodiment, the rotary lever (310) may be fixed to the side of the door. When the door is opened, the rotary lever (310) moves together, and the connecting member (300) may rotate about the center of the cam (330) as the rotation axis.
[0109] In one embodiment, the outer surface of the cam (320) can come into contact with the rail lever (600). The point of contact is referred to as the contact point (A).
[0110] In one embodiment, the cam (320) of the connecting portion may be formed in an irregular round shape with a non-constant radius length.
[0111] Specifically, as the door opening angle increases, the cam (320) rotates so that the contact point (A) that comes into contact with the rail lever can move. The length from the center (330) of the cam to the contact point (A) can be formed differently depending on the opening angle.
[0112] In one embodiment, the distance from the center of the cam to the rail lever and the contact point (A) remains constant while the door is opened to a certain angle (R1), but when the door is opened beyond a certain angle, the distance from the center of the cam to the rail lever and the contact point may be shortened (R2). The connecting portion may have a shorter distance from the center of rotation of the connecting portion to the rail lever and the contact point as the door is opened to a larger angle.
[0113] In one embodiment, the distance from the center of the cam to the contact point with the rail lever is shortened depending on the angle at which the door is opened, and the rail lever can move by the shortened distance (R1-R2). As the contact point (A) of the rail lever moves, the rail lever (600) can rotate around the center (630) of the rail lever.
[0114] For example, if the connecting member rotates clockwise as the door opens, the rail lever may also rotate clockwise.
[0115] In one embodiment, the rail lever (600) may include a protrusion (620) that contacts the connecting portion (300) at a contact point (A) and includes a circular groove (610) capable of accommodating a separate member.
[0116] In one embodiment, the contact point (A) may be located at a portion formed by protruding from the rail lever.
[0117] In one embodiment, the circular groove (610) can accommodate a bolt. For example, the bolt can be a headless bolt. A groove can be formed within the circular groove that can engage the threads of the bolt.
[0118] In one embodiment, one side of the bolt may be inserted into the rail lever, and the other side may be in contact with the pressurized portion.
[0119] In one embodiment, the rail lever can adjust the pressure that secures the mass based on the length of the bolt that is accommodated in the circular groove (610). For example, the bolt tightening path can be adjusted based on the vibration level of the launch tube, the weight of the mass, etc., thereby setting optimal injection conditions, thereby enabling application to various cube satellites.
[0120] In one embodiment, the pressure used to secure the mass can be adjusted by changing the bolt material, thread size, and overall length. This means that optimal injection conditions can be adjusted simply by replacing the bolt, making it applicable to various cube satellites.
[0121] In addition to bolts, separate members may include members that can be inserted and fixed into the rail lever, and members in the form of bolts other than headless bolts, screws, studs, etc. may be used.
[0122] Figure 9 illustrates the internal structure of a cube satellite launcher in a closed state in one embodiment.
[0123] In one embodiment, when the door is closed, the connecting portion (300) can contact the rail lever (600) at the contact point. The rail lever (600) presses the pressurizing portion (400) by the pressing force of the connecting portion (300). More specifically, the bolt (640) of the rail lever (600) can press the pressurizing portion (400). The pressurizing portion (400) can pressurize and fix the mass with a force of f1.
[0124] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the rail lever (600) presses the pressurizing portion (400), so that the pressurizing portion can fix the mass at a height d1 away from the bottom of the frame.
[0125] FIG. 10 illustrates the internal structure of a cube satellite launcher with its door open in one embodiment.
[0126] In one embodiment, the launcher rotates the connecting portion (300) according to the angle at which the door is opened, rotates the rail lever (600) according to the rotation of the connecting portion (300), and as the protruding portion of the rail lever moves away from the fluid rail, the pressure that the rail lever applies to the pressurizing portion (400) decreases, and as the pressure applied to the pressurizing portion (400) decreases, the pressure that the pressurizing portion (400) applies to the mass body decreases, thereby releasing the fixation of the mass body and ejecting the mass body.
[0127] Referring to Fig. 10, the connecting member can rotate clockwise as the door opens. In addition, the length from the cam center of the connecting member to the contact point is reduced, so that the rail lever (600) can rotate together.
[0128] In one embodiment, when the rail lever (600) rotates due to rotation of the connecting portion, the protruding portion of the rail lever can move away from the pressurizing portion.
[0129] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the pressure applied by the rail lever (600) to the pressurizing member (400) can be reduced by the rotation of the rail lever (600). Accordingly, the pressurizing member can fix the frame at a height d2 away from the bottom of the frame. In this case, d2 can have a smaller value than d1.
[0130] In one embodiment, as the pressure applied to the pressurizing member decreases, the force applied by the pressurizing member to the mass may decrease. When the door is opened, the pressurizing member may release the fixation by pressing the mass with a force of f2, where f2 is less than f1.
[0131] Fig. 11 illustrates the structure of a pressurized portion in one embodiment.
[0132] In one embodiment, the pressurized portion may include an elastic member (410), a connector (420), and a fluid rail (430).
[0133] In one embodiment, the fluid rail (430) may have a cross-section that accommodates a mass to secure the mass. Referring to FIG. 11, the surface of the fluid rail that contacts the cube satellite may be formed in a right angle shape to secure the cube satellite.
[0134] In one embodiment, the elastic member (410) may be formed such that the surface (411) connecting the connector is spaced apart from the surface (412) connecting the fluid rail. As an example, the elastic member may have an S-shaped plate spring shape.
[0135] In one embodiment, the connector (420) has a surface (421) that is fixed to the frame and a surface (422) that is connected to the elastic member, thereby enabling connection between the pressurized portions and connection between the pressurized portion and the frame.
[0136] In one embodiment, the connector (420) may be formed to have a surface (423) on which the fluid rail can be received. The surface (423) on which the fluid rail is received is not directly fixed to the fluid rail, but is formed to receive a cross-section of the fluid rail so as to guide the direction when the fluid rail is moved by the rail lever.
[0137] In one embodiment, the fluid rail (430) is connected to an elastic member (410), the elastic member (410) is connected to a connector (420), and the connector is connected to a frame (100) so that the fluid rail (430) can be connected to the frame (100).
[0138] In one embodiment, the fluid rail (430) may have elastic members (410) and connectors (420) arranged at regular intervals.
[0139] In one embodiment, the flow rail (430) is connected to the frame (100) by an elastic member (410), so that the flow rail (430) can bend within a certain range when subjected to elasticity.
[0140] Figure 12 illustrates a front view of a pressurized portion in one embodiment.
[0141] In one embodiment, the elastic member (410) is connected to the frame by a connector, and on the other side, connects a flow rail (430). A mass can be stored in the flow rail (430).
[0142] In one embodiment, the pressurizing member (400) may be positioned at each corner of the mass to secure the mass.
[0143] In one embodiment, when the door is closed, the fluid rail (430) can apply pressure in the F direction to increase the fixing force on the object. When the door is opened, the pressure applied by the rail lever to the fluid rail (430) decreases, thereby reducing the force applied by the fluid rail (430) to the mass in the F direction, thereby releasing the fixing force on the mass.
[0144] In this way, the launcher of the present disclosure utilizes a pressurizing portion and a lever structure (connecting portion, rail lever) for applying force to the pressurizing portion, thereby reducing damage caused by vibration of the mass while it is stored. Furthermore, the invention provides an economical method for securing an object without adding numerous parts, which can contribute to reducing the weight of the launcher.
[0145] Each component of the launcher of the present disclosure can be used in combination.
[0146] For example, the delay device structure illustrated in FIG. 5 can be used in combination with the rail lever structure illustrated in FIG. 6 or below. At this time, the connecting portion (300) can be used by being connected to the delay device (510) and the rail lever (600), respectively.
[0147] Although the present disclosure illustrates a 6U-sized launcher, it can be applied even if the launcher size increases to 12U, 18U, etc.
[0148] For example, the present disclosure introduces a structure comprising a connecting portion, a rail lever, and a pressurizing portion at two corners connected to the doors of a 6U-sized launcher frame. However, in a 12U-sized launcher frame with two doors that open in both directions, the connecting portion, rail lever, and pressurizing portion structure of the present disclosure can be introduced to each of the two doors. In other words, the structure of the present disclosure can be introduced to four corners.
[0149] This structure can be appropriately introduced depending on the size of the launch tube and the opening and closing method of the door, and can be used for fixing and ejecting the mass.
[0150] The above description of the present disclosure is provided for illustrative purposes only, and those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that modifications to other specific forms can be made without altering the technical spirit or essential features of the present disclosure. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. For example, components described as being single may be implemented in a distributed manner, and similarly, components described as being distributed may be implemented in a combined manner.
[0151] The scope of the present disclosure is indicated by the claims described below, and all changes or modifications derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and their equivalent concepts should be interpreted as being included in the scope of the present disclosure.
