[0001] The present invention relates to a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, and more particularly, to a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, wherein a contact lens is stored in a storage portion formed at an end of an extension arm of a body portion, and the body portion is configured to rotate around a rotational support portion coupled to a central portion, so that the contact lens in the storage portion can be cleaned by the rotational force of the body portion.

[0002] This application claims priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-0117041, filed September 4, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0003] Generally, contact lenses are small lenses that are attached to the outer surface of the cornea of the eye and are designed to function like glasses. Contact lenses are broadly divided into hard contact lenses and soft contact lenses.

[0004] Soft and hard contact lenses can be stored in a case containing a storage solution (cleaning solution) containing a protein remover, which removes proteins from the lenses and prevents bacteria from growing on them.

[0005] As an example of a conventional contact lens storage case, Korean Patent No. 10-2385416 discloses a contact lens case capable of washing a contact lens, which includes a housing having a washing space for receiving a washing solution and a gear space for arranging a gear train formed therein, a scoop for receiving a contact lens and immersing the contact lens in the washing solution of the washing space or scooping the contact lens out of the washing solution of the washing space, and a pulsator disposed in the washing space to stir the washing solution and rotated by power transmitted by the gear train.

[0006] However, in the case of the above conventional contact lens storage case, there is a problem that the structure is complex and maintenance is difficult because various components such as a gear train, a float, and a pulsator are essential.

[0007] Accordingly, the present invention has been conceived under the aforementioned background, and its purpose is to provide a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, in which a contact lens is stored in a storage portion formed at an end of an extension arm of a body portion, and the body portion is configured to rotate around a rotational support portion coupled to a central portion, so that the contact lens in the storage portion can be cleaned by the rotational force of the body portion.

[0008] In addition, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function that can prevent re-contamination of cleaned contact lenses when used by further providing a suction stick portion used when removing contact lenses from the storage compartment.

[0010] In addition, the rotation support part provides a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, including a finger grip part provided through the central part of the body part; and a bearing part in which the finger grip part is internally connected and comes into close contact with the inner surface of the central part so that the body part can rotate relative to the finger grip part.

[0011] And, the storage unit provides a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, including a storage body unit having a space formed inside for accommodating the contact lens and an upper portion thereof opened; and a cover unit detachably coupled to the upper portion of the storage body unit to open or close the opened upper portion of the storage body unit.

[0012] In addition, the above-mentioned cover part provides a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function, in which an anti-slip part is formed on the outer surface to prevent slipping when removed from the upper portion of the above-mentioned storage body part.

[0013] In addition, a contact lens case having a contact lens cleaning function is provided, which further includes a housing portion formed at one end of the extension arms of the body portion, excluding the extension arms in which the storage portion is formed; and a suction bar portion detachably coupled to the housing portion and capable of suctioning and removing a contact lens in the storage portion.

[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a contact lens is stored in a storage portion formed at an end of an extension arm of a body portion, and the body portion is configured to rotate around a rotational support portion coupled to a central portion, so that the contact lens in the storage portion can be washed by the rotational force of the body portion.

[0015] In addition, by providing an additional suction cup for removing contact lenses from the storage compartment, it is possible to prevent re-contamination of washed contact lenses when used.
