FIG.
[0025] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0026] As shown in Figures 1 to 6, a medical container 1 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure has a bag-shaped member 2, which has an administration fluid chamber 2a that contains an administration fluid La, a priming fluid chamber 2b that contains a priming fluid Lb, a discharge path 2c that leads to the priming fluid chamber 2b, and an opening path 2d that isolates the priming fluid chamber 2b from the administration fluid chamber 2a before a predetermined operation and opens the priming fluid chamber 2b from the administration fluid chamber 2a after the predetermined operation, and the volume of the priming fluid chamber 2b decreases due to deformation of the bag-shaped member 2 as the priming fluid Lb is discharged from the priming fluid chamber 2b into the discharge path 2c under its own weight, and the volume of the administration fluid chamber 2a decreases due to deformation of the bag-shaped member 2 as the administration fluid La is discharged from the administration fluid chamber 2a into the opening path 2d under its own weight.
[0027] According to the above configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a medical container 1 containing administration liquid La in the administration liquid chamber 2a and priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b is prepared. First, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4B, the medical container 1 is connected to the liquid feed line 3, and the priming liquid Lb is introduced into the liquid feed line 3 from the priming liquid chamber 2b through the drain path 2c, thereby priming the liquid feed line 3. Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, while maintaining the connection between the medical container 1 and the liquid feed line 3, the opening path 2d is opened by the above-mentioned predetermined operation, thereby introducing the administration liquid La into the liquid feed line 3 from the administration liquid chamber 2a through the opening path 2d, the priming liquid chamber 2b, and the drain path 2c in this order, and administering it to a living body. This eliminates the need for the connection work of switching the container to the liquid feed line 3 between priming and administration. Thus, the above configuration realizes a medical container 1 that reduces the connection work to the liquid feed line 3 when performing priming and administration. The structure for opening the opening path 2d is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a structure in which an adhesive portion blocking the opening path 2d is peeled off by an external force to open it, a structure in which a blocking member blocking the opening path 2d is folded by an external force to open it, or a structure in which an opening / closing member is provided to open and close the opening path 2d in response to the above-mentioned specified operation.
[0028] As shown in Figures 4A and 4B, the discharge path 2c has a capacity that can accommodate air A when the discharge of priming solution Lb from the priming solution chamber 2b due to its own weight is complete. With the above configuration, the air A present in the priming solution chamber 2b is prevented from flowing into the tube 3b due to a decrease in the volume of the priming solution chamber 2b when priming is complete. By accommodating the air A in the discharge path 2c, for example, when a liquid supply line 3 having a drip tube 3a and a tube 3b is used, air A that flows into the priming solution chamber 2b from the drip tube 3a and the tube 3b through the discharge path 2c as the priming solution Lb is introduced into the liquid supply line 3 is prevented from being pushed back into the tube 3b due to a decrease in the volume of the priming solution chamber 2b when priming is complete.
[0029] The discharge path 2c is formed by a rigid portion 2e having rigidity sufficient to ensure a volume capable of accommodating air A when the discharge of the priming solution Lb from the priming solution chamber 2b due to its own weight is complete. The above-described configuration ensures the above-described volume with a simple structure. The rigidity of the rigid portion 2e may be ensured, for example, by combining a hard member made of a material harder than the material of the bag-shaped member 2 body with the bag-shaped member 2 body, or by setting the wall thickness or shape.
[0030] 4A and 4B, the bag-shaped member 2 has a first film portion 2 f and a second film portion 2 g, and the administration solution chamber 2 a, the priming solution chamber 2 b, the discharge path 2 c, and the opening path 2 d are formed between the first film portion 2 f and the second film portion 2 g. According to the above configuration, the bag-shaped member 2 can be formed with a simple structure.
[0031] The bag-shaped member 2 has an injection path 2h that leads to the administration liquid chamber 2a. With the above configuration, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the second preparation liquid Lc2 can be introduced into the first preparation liquid Lc1 in the administration liquid chamber 2a through the injection path 2h and mixed to prepare the administration liquid La. In this embodiment, the injection path 2h is formed between the first film portion 2f and the second film portion 2g.
[0032] The medical container 1 has an injection connector 5 that communicates with the injection path 2h and can be connected to an injection medical instrument 4. According to the above configuration, as shown in Figure 2, by connecting an injection medical instrument 4 such as a syringe to the injection connector 5, the second preparation liquid Lc2 in the injection instrument can be introduced into the first preparation liquid Lc1 in the administration liquid chamber 2a through the injection path 2h, making it possible to easily prepare the administration liquid La.
[0033] The medical container 1 has a discharge connector 6 that communicates with the discharge path 2c and can be connected to the liquid supply line 3. According to the above configuration, by connecting the liquid supply line 3 to the discharge connector 6, the liquid supply line 3 can be easily connected to the medical container 1.
[0034] The bag-shaped member 2 has an injection path 2h that communicates with the administration liquid chamber 2a, and the medical container 1 has an injection connector 5 that communicates with the injection path 2h and can be connected to the injection medical instrument 4, and a discharge connector 6 that communicates with the discharge path 2c and can be connected to the liquid supply line 3, the discharge connector 6 having a different connection structure from the injection connector 5. With the above configuration, it is possible to prevent the liquid supply line 3 from being erroneously connected to the injection connector 5 or the injection medical instrument 4 from being erroneously connected to the discharge connector 6.
[0035] 3 to 6, the liquid delivery device 7 in this embodiment includes a medical container 1 and a liquid delivery line 3, and the liquid delivery line 3 includes a drip tube 3a and a tube 3b that connects the drip tube 3a to the discharge path 2c of the medical container 1. With the above configuration, it is possible to realize a liquid delivery device 7 that can reduce the work of connecting the medical container 1 to the liquid delivery line 3 including the drip tube 3a and the tube 3b when performing priming and administration.
[0036] The discharge path 2c has a capacity capable of accommodating air A equal to or greater than the combined volume of the tube 3b and one-third of the drip tube 3a when the discharge of the priming solution Lb from the priming solution chamber 2b due to its own weight is complete. According to the above configuration, air A that flows into the priming solution chamber 2b from the drip tube 3a and the tube 3b through the discharge path 2c as the priming solution Lb is introduced into the liquid supply line 3 is prevented from being pushed back into the tube 3b due to a decrease in the volume of the priming solution chamber 2b when priming is complete. The volume of the air A is typically equal to or less than the combined volume of the tube 3b and one-third of the drip tube 3a. Therefore, the above-described suppression effect can be effectively achieved by using the discharge path 2c, which can accommodate air A equal to or greater than this volume.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 6, the fluid delivery line 3 has a living body side line 3c connected to the living body, and a medical container side line 3d connecting the medical container 1 to the living body side line 3c. According to the above configuration, as shown in Figs. 3 to 6, the medical container side line 3d is primed by the medical container 1, and then connected to the primed living body side line 3c, allowing the administration fluid La to be administered to the living body from the medical container 1. The opened path 2d may be opened before connecting the medical container side line 3d to the living body side line 3c, as shown in Fig. 5, or may be opened after connection, although not shown.
[0038] The medical container side line 3d includes a drip tube 3a, an upstream connector 3d1 that can be connected to the discharge connector 6, a tube 3b (upstream tube) that connects the upper end of the drip tube 3a to the upstream connector 3d1 and connects the upper end of the drip tube 3a to the discharge path 2c of the medical container 1, a downstream connector 3d2 that can be connected to the living body side line 3c, a downstream tube 3d3 that connects the lower end of the drip tube 3a to the downstream connector 3d2 and connects the lower end of the drip tube 3a to the living body side line 3c, and a clamp 3d4 attached to the downstream tube 3d3. With the above configuration, a flow rate-adjustable medical container side line 3d can be realized with a simple structure.
[0039] The liquid delivery device 7 has a living body side line 3c, a medical container 1, a medical container side line 3d connecting the medical container 1 to the living body side line 3c, a first liquid container 8a containing a first liquid Ld1, a first liquid container side line 9a connecting the first liquid container 8a to the liquid delivery line 3, a second liquid container 8b containing a second liquid Ld2, and a second liquid container side line 9b connecting the second liquid container 8b to the liquid delivery line 3. With the above configuration, administration from the medical container 1, administration from the first liquid container 8a, and administration from the second liquid container 8b can be performed at appropriate timing.
[0040] The administration liquid La in the medical container 1 is an anticancer drug, the priming liquid Lb in the medical container 1 is physiological saline, and the first liquid Ld1 and second liquid Ld2 are physiological saline or an antiemetic, respectively. With the above configuration, the anticancer drug can be administered efficiently by the liquid delivery device 7. Furthermore, by eliminating the need to connect a container to the liquid delivery line 3 between priming and administration, the risk of exposure to the anticancer drug due to leakage during connection can be reduced. The components of the first preparation liquid Lc1 and the second preparation liquid Lc2 used to prepare the anticancer drug as the administration liquid La are not particularly limited; for example, the first preparation liquid Lc1 is physiological saline, and the second preparation liquid Lc2 is an anticancer drug.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 7 , in a second embodiment, the administration liquid La in the medical container 1 is an anticancer drug, and the priming liquid Lb in the medical container 1 is an antiemetic drug. The liquid delivery device 7 may include the medical container 1, the liquid delivery line 3, a liquid container 8 containing saline or an antiemetic liquid Ld, and a liquid container-side line 9 connecting the liquid container 8 to the liquid delivery line 3. This configuration allows the liquid delivery line 3 to be primed using a portion of the antiemetic priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b of the medical container 1, and then administers the remaining portion of the antiemetic before administering the anticancer drug. This reduces the need for a first liquid container 8a or a second liquid container 8b in the liquid delivery device 7. In this case, the volume of the priming liquid chamber 2b can be set large enough to accommodate not only priming but also sufficient administration of the antiemetic drug.
[0042] As in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 , the bag-shaped member 2 includes a first administration liquid chamber 2a1 containing a first administration liquid La1, a priming liquid chamber 2b containing a priming liquid Lb, a discharge path 2c leading to the priming liquid chamber 2b, a first opening path 2d1 which separates the priming liquid chamber 2b from the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 before the first predetermined operation and opens the priming liquid chamber 2b from the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 by the first predetermined operation, a second administration liquid chamber 2a2 containing a second administration liquid La2, and a second administration liquid chamber 2a2 which separates the priming liquid chamber 2b from the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 before the second predetermined operation and opens the priming liquid chamber 2b from the second administration liquid chamber 2a1 by the second predetermined operation. and a second opening path 2d2 that opens between the priming liquid chamber 2b and the administration liquid chamber 2a2, and the volume of the priming liquid chamber 2b is reduced by deformation of the bag-shaped member 2 as the priming liquid Lb is discharged from the priming liquid chamber 2b to the discharge path 2c under its own weight, the volume of the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 is reduced by deformation of the bag-shaped member 2 as the first administration liquid La1 is discharged from the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 to the first opening path 2d1 under its own weight, and the volume of the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 is reduced by deformation of the bag-shaped member 2 as the second administration liquid La2 is discharged from the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 to the second opening path 2d2 under its own weight. According to the above configuration, after priming with the priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b, the first administration liquid La1 in the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 and the second administration liquid La2 in the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 can be administered without changing the containers to the liquid delivery line 3.
[0043] In the third embodiment, the bag-shaped member 2 has a first injection path 2h1 leading to the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 and a second injection path 2h2 leading to the second administration liquid chamber 2a2. According to the above configuration, the first administration liquid La1 and the second administration liquid La2 can be prepared.
[0044] The third embodiment has a first injection connector 5a that communicates with the first injection path 2h1 and can be connected to the injection medical instrument 4, and a second injection connector 5b that communicates with the second injection path 2h2 and can be connected to the injection medical instrument 4. According to the above configuration, the first administration liquid La1 and the second administration liquid La2 can be easily prepared using the first injection connector 5a and the second injection connector 5b.
[0045] In the third embodiment, the first administration liquid La1 in the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 is an anticancer drug, the second administration liquid La2 in the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 of the medical container 1 is an antiemetic drug, and the priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b is an antiemetic drug. According to the above configuration, the liquid delivery line 3 can be primed using a portion of the antiemetic priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b of the medical container 1, and then the remaining portion of the antiemetic drug can be administered before administering the first administration liquid La1, which is an anticancer drug. The first opening path 2d1 can be opened to administer the first administration liquid La1 in the first administration liquid chamber 2a1, and then the second opening path 2d2 can be opened to administer the second administration liquid La2, which is an antiemetic drug, in the second administration liquid chamber 2a2. This reduces the need for a first liquid container 8a and a second liquid container 8b in the liquid delivery device 7.
[0046] The medical container 1 of the third embodiment may be configured as in the fourth embodiment shown in Fig. 9, in which the first administration liquid La1 in the first administration liquid chamber 2a1 is an anticancer drug, the second administration liquid La2 in the second administration liquid chamber 2a2 of the medical container 1 is an anticancer drug, and the priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b is an antiemetic. In this case, the liquid delivery device 7 may be configured to include the medical container 1, the liquid delivery line 3, a liquid container 8 containing saline or a liquid Ld that is an antiemetic, and a liquid container side line 9 connecting the liquid container 8 to the liquid delivery line 3. With this configuration, the liquid delivery line 3 can be primed using a portion of the antiemetic priming liquid Lb in the priming liquid chamber 2b of the medical container 1, and then the remaining portion of the antiemetic can be administered before the administration of the anticancer drug. Then, the first administration liquid La1, which is an anticancer drug in the first administration liquid chamber 2a1, the second administration liquid La2, which is an anticancer drug different from the first administration liquid La1, in the second administration liquid chamber 2a2, and the liquid Ld in the container, which is saline or an antiemetic, can be administered in an appropriate order.
[0047] The medical container 1 has a hook portion 11 (see FIG. 1, etc.) that hooks onto an IV stand 10 (see FIG. 11, etc.). According to the above configuration, the administration liquid La can be easily administered by hanging the bag-shaped member 2 by hooking the hook portion 11 onto the IV stand 10. The hook portion 11 can be configured to have a through-hole in the bag-shaped member 2 through which the IV stand 10 passes, as shown in FIG. 1, for example.
[0048] As in a fifth embodiment shown in Figures 10 and 11 and a sixth embodiment shown in Figures 12 and 13, the medical container 1 may be configured to have a connection restricting member 12 that hangs down the bag-shaped member 2 and prevents the connection of a medical device to the injection connector 5 by hooking it onto the infusion stand 10. According to the above configuration, after the administration liquid La is prepared through the injection connector 5, the connection restricting member 12 is hooked onto the infusion stand 10 to hang down the bag-shaped member 2, and when the infusion line 3 is connected to the medical container 1, the connection restricting member 12 can prevent the infusion line 3 from being erroneously connected to the injection connector 5.
[0049] 10 and 11, the connection restricting member 12 covers the connection port 5c of the injection connector 5 by hooking onto the IV stand 10. According to the above configuration, incorrect connection can be prevented by covering the connection port 5c with the connection restricting member 12. Note that the injection connector 5 is a closed-type connector in which the connection port 5c is closed by a valve when not connected, in order to accommodate anticancer drugs.
[0050] In the fifth embodiment, the connection restricting member 12 has a hook portion 11 that hooks onto the IV stand 10, a lid portion 12a connected to the hook portion 11, and a connecting portion 12b that connects the lid portion 12a to the injection connector 5 (which may be the end of the bag-shaped member 2 that connects to the injection connector 5 instead of the injection connector 5), and the connection restricting member 12 can move between a cover position (position shown in FIG. 11 ) in which the lid portion 12a covers the connection port 5c of the injection connector 5, and an uncover position (position shown in FIG. 10 ) that is the other position, and is in the cover position with the hook portion 11 hooked onto the IV stand 10 and the bag-shaped member 2 hanging down. With the above configuration, the connection restricting member 12 can be realized with a simple structure.
[0051] The connecting portion 12b is flexible and connects the lid portion 12a and the injection connector 5, and the connection restricting member 12 moves to the cover position as the hooking portion 11 hooks onto the IV stand 10 and the bag-shaped member 2 hangs down, deforming the connecting portion 12b. With the above configuration, the connecting portion 12b can be realized with a simple structure.
[0052] 12 and 13, the connection-restricting member 12 has a pair of cover members 12c located on either side of the infusion connector 5, each of which has a hook portion 11 that hooks onto the infusion stand 10 and extends from the end of the bag-shaped member 2 that connects to the infusion connector 5 (the infusion connector 5 may be substituted for the end of the bag-shaped member 2 that connects to the infusion connector 5) toward the hook portion 11, and the pair of cover members 12c can move between a cover position that covers the infusion connector 5 from both sides and an uncover position that is the other position, and is in the cover position with the hook portion 11 hooked onto the infusion stand 10 and the bag-shaped member 2 hanging down. According to the above configuration, covering the infusion connector 5 from both sides with the pair of cover members 12c can prevent incorrect connection.
[0053] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the above-described embodiments can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.
