Description

Coating and drying equipment and battery production system

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202311216724.5, filed on September 19, 2023, entitled “Coating and Drying Device and Battery Production System,” the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field

[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing, and in particular to a coating and drying device and a battery production system. Background Art

[0004] During the electrode manufacturing process, the electrode sheet needs to be coated on the surface of the current collector and then transported to the coating and drying equipment for drying. The current problem is that the drying equipment consumes a lot of wind and has a low wind utilization rate.

[0005] Summary of the Invention

[0006] In view of the above problems, the present application provides a coating and drying device and a battery production system, which can improve the problem of high air consumption of the coating and drying equipment.

[0007] In a first aspect, the present application provides a coating and drying device, comprising:

[0008] The first drying oven is formed with a first drying channel, and the first drying channel is formed with a first preheating drying section, a first main drying section and a first drying section arranged in sequence;

[0009] The pipeline assembly is arranged outside the first drying channel, and includes a first air inlet duct, a first exhaust duct and a first connecting pipe. The first preheating and drying section, the first main drying section and the first drying section are respectively connected to the first exhaust duct and the first air inlet duct. At least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section is connected to the first main drying section through the first connecting pipe. The first connecting pipe is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section into the first main drying section.

[0010] During the drying process, the electrode sheets are fed into the first preheating and drying section of the first oven and discharged from the primary drying section. Specifically, the first preheating and drying section represents the head of the first oven, while the primary drying section represents the tail of the first oven. During the drying process, since the electrode sheets do not fully absorb heat at the head of the first oven, the amount of solvent evaporated from the electrode sheets at the tail of the oven is minimal, and the drying process is essentially complete. Therefore, the humidity of the air at the head and tail of the first oven is lower than that at the first main drying section, and the humidity at the head of the first oven is higher than that at the tail. At least one of the first preheating and drying section and the primary drying section is connected to the first main drying section via a first connecting pipe. The high-temperature, low-humidity air at the head and tail is introduced into the first main drying section for reuse, allowing the air to be recycled across drying areas, thereby improving the air recycling efficiency. Compared to a configuration in which only fresh air is introduced into the first main drying section, this configuration reduces the amount of return air that requires condensation, dehumidification, and heating, enabling the recycling of heated and dehumidified air, thereby reducing energy consumption in the coating and drying equipment.

[0011] In some embodiments, the first preheating and drying section is connected to the first main drying section via a first connecting pipe. The humidity in the first preheating and drying section is lower than that in the first drying section. The first preheating and drying section is connected to the first main drying section via the first connecting pipe. Compared to a method of passing exhaust air from the first drying section into the first main drying section, relatively dry, high-temperature, and low-humidity air can be passed into the first main drying section, thereby further reducing the amount of air that needs to be condensed and dehumidified, thereby further reducing energy consumption of the coating and drying equipment.

[0012] In some embodiments, the piping assembly further includes a first valve disposed on the first connecting pipe, the first valve being configured to open or close the first connecting pipe. Electrodes of different sizes and types experience varying amounts of solvent evaporation in the coating and drying apparatus, and the humidity of the air discharged from different drying sections also varies. Therefore, the first valve can be opened or closed based on the size and type of the electrode, facilitating adjustment of the air intake to the first main drying section.

[0013] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly includes a second connecting pipe, a second air inlet pipe and a second exhaust pipe, the coating and drying device also includes a second oven, the second air inlet pipe and the second exhaust pipe are respectively connected to the second oven, at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section is connected to the second oven through the second connecting pipe, and the second connecting pipe is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section into the second oven.

[0014] After one side of the electrode is dried in the first oven of the coating and drying device, the other side of the coated electrode needs to be dried and the electrode is transported to the second oven. The second oven blows air to the other side of the electrode to dry the electrode. Through the setting of the second connecting pipe, the high-temperature and low-humidity air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section in the first oven can be introduced into the second oven. Compared with the structure in which the second oven only introduces fresh air from the outside, the amount of fresh air introduced into the second oven can be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of condensed and heated fresh air, and realizing multiple recycling of the condensed, dehumidified and heated fresh air, so as to further improve the recycling rate of the air, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0015] In some embodiments, the first drying section is connected to the second oven via a second connecting pipe. This allows the high-temperature, low-pressure air from the first oven to be exhausted into the second oven, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air introduced into the second oven and thereby reducing the amount of fresh air condensed and heated in the second oven. This improves the air recycling efficiency and reduces the energy consumption of the coating and drying apparatus.

[0016] In some embodiments, the second oven is formed with a second drying channel, and the second drying channel is formed with a second preheating and drying section, a second main drying section and a second drying section arranged in sequence. The second preheating and drying section, the second main drying section and the second drying section are respectively connected to the second air inlet pipe and the second exhaust pipe. At least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section is connected to the second preheating and drying section through a second connecting pipe. The second connecting pipe is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section into the second preheating and drying section. The exhaust air of the three drying sections of the second oven is substantially the same as the exhaust process of the three drying sections in the above-mentioned first oven, that is, the exhaust air of the second preheating drying section and the second drying section is high-temperature and low-humidity air, and the exhaust air of the second main drying section is high-temperature and high-humidity air. The second connecting pipe can use the high-temperature and low-humidity air exhausted from at least one of the second preheating drying section and the second drying section as the air intake of the second main drying section. Compared with the structure in which the second oven only introduces fresh air from the outside, the amount of fresh air introduced into the second oven can be further reduced, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air condensed and heated, and improving the recycling rate of the air, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0017] In some embodiments, the first drying section is connected to the second preheating and drying section via a second connecting pipe. This allows high-temperature, low-humidity air exhausted from the first oven to be directed to the second preheating and drying section of the second oven. While the electrode sheets are drying in the second oven, the second preheating and drying section can preheat them, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air introduced into the second preheating and drying section, thereby lowering energy consumption of the coating and drying apparatus and further improving air recycling efficiency.

[0018] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a second valve provided on the second connecting pipe, and the second valve is used to open or close the second connecting pipe. When only one side of the electrode is to be dried, the first oven can complete the drying of the electrode, and the second oven does not need to be operated. At this time, the second valve is in a closed state, which can save the air volume of the first oven. When it is necessary to dry one side of the electrode before drying the other side of the electrode, or to dry both sides of the electrode at the same time, the second oven is operated. At this time, the second valve is opened to introduce the high-temperature and low-humidity air generated by the drying process of the first oven into the second oven. Therefore, the setting of the second valve can realize the switching of different drying modes of the first oven and the second oven according to actual needs, so as to facilitate the timely adjustment of the air volume in the first oven and the air volume in the second oven.

[0019] In some embodiments, the piping assembly further includes a third connecting pipe, through which at least one of the second preheating and drying section and the secondary drying section is connected to the second main drying section. The third connecting pipe is configured to direct exhaust air from at least one of the second preheating and drying section and the secondary drying section into the second main drying section. The second air inlet pipe and the second air exhaust pipe can supply and exhaust air to and from the second preheating and drying section, the second main drying section, and the secondary drying section. The third connecting pipe can deliver high-temperature, low-humidity air from at least one of the second preheating and drying section and the secondary drying section into the first main drying section, thereby further reducing the amount of fresh air introduced into the first main drying section, thereby improving air recycling efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the coating and drying apparatus.

[0020] In some embodiments, the second preheating and drying section is connected to the second main drying section via a third connecting pipe. Thus, compared to a configuration in which the second preheating and drying section is connected to the second main drying section via a third connecting pipe, higher-temperature air with lower humidity and humidity can be introduced into the first main drying section, reducing the amount of fresh air introduced into the second main drying section and thereby lowering the energy consumption of the coating and drying apparatus.

[0021] In some embodiments, the piping assembly further includes a third valve disposed on the third connecting pipe, configured to open or close the third connecting pipe. Electrodes of different sizes and types experience varying amounts of solvent evaporation in the coating and drying apparatus, and the humidity of the air discharged from different drying sections also varies. Therefore, the third valve can be opened or closed based on the size and type of the electrode, facilitating adjustment of the air intake to the second main drying section.

[0022] In some embodiments, the piping assembly further includes a fourth connecting pipe, through which at least one of the second drying section and the second preheating drying section is connected to the first preheating drying section. The fourth connecting pipe is configured to direct exhaust air from at least one of the second drying section and the second preheating drying section into the first preheating drying section. Thus, the high-temperature, low-humidity air in the second drying oven can be used as inlet air for the first drying oven, thereby achieving a reciprocal recycling of fresh air between the first and second drying ovens.

[0023] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a fourth valve disposed on the fourth connecting pipe, the fourth valve being configured to open or close the fourth connecting pipe. Whether to open the fourth valve can be determined based on the operating status and usage requirements of the first and second ovens to facilitate adjustment of the air volume of the first and second ovens.

[0024] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a first on-off valve, which is disposed on the second air inlet pipe. The first on-off valve divides the second air inlet pipe into a first air inlet portion and a second air inlet portion. The first air inlet portion is connected to the second preheating and drying section, and the second main drying section and the secondary drying section are respectively connected to the second air inlet portion. At least one of the second preheating and drying section and the secondary drying section is connected to the second air inlet portion via a third connecting pipe. Electrodes of different types and specifications have different requirements. During the drying process of some electrode pieces, the humidity and temperature of the air fed into the first preheating and drying section and the air fed into the first main drying section are different. During the drying process of some electrode pieces, the humidity and temperature of the air fed into the first preheating and drying section and the air fed into the first main drying section are the same. Therefore, the opening and closing of the first on-off valve can be adjusted according to the type of electrode piece to meet the drying requirements of different types of electrode pieces, thereby increasing the applicability of the coating and drying device.

[0025] In some embodiments, at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section is connected to the first air inlet portion via a second connecting pipe, thereby allowing high-temperature, low-humidity air to flow into the first main drying section, thereby achieving air recycling.

[0026] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a second on-off valve and a third on-off valve, which are spaced apart in the second exhaust duct and divide the second exhaust duct into a first exhaust portion, a second exhaust portion, and a third exhaust portion, the first exhaust portion, the second exhaust portion, and the third exhaust portion being connected to the second preheating and drying section, the second main drying section, and the second drying section in a one-to-one correspondence, and at least one of the first exhaust portion and the third exhaust portion being connected to the second air inlet portion via a third connecting pipe. The provision of the second on-off valve and the third on-off valve allows for separate exhaust of the first preheating and drying section, the first main drying section, and the first drying section, reducing the probability of high-temperature and high-humidity exhaust of the first main drying section mixing into the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section and the exhaust of the first drying section, thereby improving the utilization rate of the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section.

[0027] In some embodiments, the second oven is located on one side of the bottom of the first oven, thereby reducing the footprint of the coating and drying device.

[0028] In some embodiments, along the length of the first oven, the second drying section and the first preheating drying section are located on the same side of the first main drying section, and the second preheating drying section and the first drying section are located on the same side of the first main drying section. This facilitates piping connections between the first drying section and the second preheating drying section, as well as between the second exhaust duct and the first air inlet duct.

[0029] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a fourth on-off valve disposed on the first air inlet duct, the fourth on-off valve dividing the first air inlet duct into a first air inlet section and a second air inlet section, the first air inlet section being connected to the first preheating and drying section, the first main drying section and the first drying section being connected to the second air inlet section respectively, and at least one of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section being connected to the second air inlet section via a first connecting pipe. Electrodes of different types and specifications have different requirements. During the drying process of some electrode pieces, the humidity and temperature of the air fed into the first preheating and drying section and the air fed into the first main drying section differ. During the drying process of some electrode pieces, the humidity and temperature of the air fed into the second preheating and drying section and the air fed into the second main drying section do not differ. Therefore, the opening and closing of the fourth on-off valve can be adjusted according to the type of electrode piece to meet the drying requirements of different types of electrode pieces, thereby increasing the applicability of the coating and drying device.

[0030] In some embodiments, the pipeline assembly further includes a fifth on-off valve and a sixth on-off valve, which are spaced apart in the first exhaust duct and divide the first exhaust duct into a first exhaust section, a second exhaust section, and a third exhaust section. The first exhaust section, the second exhaust section, and the third exhaust section are connected to the first preheating and drying section, the first main drying section, and the first drying section in a one-to-one correspondence, and at least one of the first exhaust section and the third exhaust section is connected to the second air inlet section via the first connecting pipe. The provision of the fifth on-off valve and the sixth on-off valve allows the second preheating and drying section, the second main drying section, and the second drying section to be exhausted separately, reducing the probability of the high-temperature and high-humidity exhaust of the first main drying section being mixed into the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section, thereby improving the utilization rate of the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section and the first drying section.

[0051] During the manufacturing process of the electrode, it is necessary to coat the surface of the current collector to form the electrode, and then transport the electrode to the coating and drying equipment for drying. The current problem is that the wind consumption of the drying equipment is large and the wind utilization rate is low. Specifically, during the drying process of the electrode, fresh air is introduced from the outside, and the fresh air is condensed, dehumidified and heated to form high-temperature, low-humidity wind, and the high-temperature, low-humidity wind is sent to the drying equipment. The solvent evaporates during the coating of the electrode in the drying equipment, and the wind generated in the oven is directly discharged from the drying equipment. In this way, the utilization rate of the fresh air of the drying equipment is low, and it is discharged after being used only once, which increases the energy consumption of the drying equipment.

[0052] In view of this, the present application provides a coating and drying apparatus. During the drying process, electrode sheets are fed into a first preheating and drying section of a first oven and discharged from a primary drying section. Specifically, the first preheating and drying section represents the head of the first oven, while the primary drying section represents the tail of the first oven. During the drying process, because the electrode sheets do not fully absorb heat at the head of the first oven, the amount of solvent evaporated from the electrode sheets at the tail, and the drying process is essentially complete. Consequently, the humidity of the air at the head and tail of the first oven is lower than that in the first main drying section, while the humidity at the head of the first oven is higher than that in the tail. At least one of the first preheating and drying section and the primary drying section is connected to the first main drying section via a first connecting pipe. The high-temperature, low-humidity air at the head and tail is introduced into the first main drying section for reuse, allowing the air to be recycled across the drying area, thereby improving the air recycling efficiency. Compared to a configuration in which only fresh air is introduced into the first main drying section, this configuration reduces the need for condensed, dehumidified, and heated return air, enabling the recycling of heated and dehumidified air, thereby reducing energy consumption in the coating and drying apparatus.

[0053] The coating and drying device provided in this application can be used for coating and drying battery electrodes, and can also be used for drying materials that need to be coated in other fields, such as coating and drying various roll substrates such as paper, cloth and leather.

[0067] Optionally, the length of the first main drying section 120 is greater than the length of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the length of the first drying section 130 .

[0068] During the electrode conveying and drying process, the electrode drying process is divided into three stages according to the electrode drying rate, namely the preheating stage, the main drying stage and the secondary drying stage. The preheating stage mainly heats the electrode, that is, the process of heating the solvent in the electrode to the boiling point. In this process, the amount of solvent evaporation is relatively small. In the main drying stage, the solvent in the electrode reaches the boiling point and the amount of evaporation is relatively large. In order to accelerate the drying process, a large amount of solvent in the electrode is evaporated. Therefore, only a small amount of solvent is evaporated in the secondary drying stage. During the electrode conveying process, the first air inlet duct 310 sends high-temperature and low-humidity air to the electrode. According to the drying characteristics of the electrode, the first drying oven 100 is set to three drying sections. Among them, the first preheating and drying section 110 corresponds to the preheating stage, the main drying stage corresponds to the first main drying section 120, and the secondary drying stage corresponds to the first drying section 130. At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the first main drying section 120 via the first connecting pipe 330. The first preheating and drying section 110 primarily preheats the electrode sheets, while the first main drying section 120 primarily dries the electrode sheets. Electrode sheets with low humidity enter the first drying section 130 for further drying. Therefore, the humidity in the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is lower than that in the first main drying section 120. At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the first main drying section 120 through the first connecting pipe 330, and the high-temperature and low-humidity wind of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 can be introduced into the first main drying section 120, so that the wind can be recycled across the drying area, thereby improving the recycling rate of the wind. Compared with the structure in which the first main drying section 120 only introduces fresh air from the outside, the return air that needs to be condensed, dehumidified and heated can be reduced, and the recycling of heated and dehumidified air can be realized, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the coating drying equipment.

[0069] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 1-4, the first preheating and drying section 110 is connected to the first main drying section 120 via a first connecting pipe 330. The first preheating and drying section 110 is the head of the first oven 100, and the first drying section 130 is the tail of the first oven 100. The first preheating and drying section 110 heats the electrode from room temperature. The solvent in the electrode is in an endothermic state, which is a process of heating from room temperature to the critical temperature of liquid-gas transition. The heating of the electrode by the first drying section 130 requires further drying of the electrode. Therefore, the humidity in the first preheating and drying section 110 is lower than that in the first drying section 130. The first preheating and drying section 110 is connected to the first main drying section 120 via the first connecting pipe 330. Compared with the method of passing the exhaust air from the first drying section 130 into the first main drying section 120, relatively dry, high-temperature, and low-humidity air can be passed into the first main drying section 120, further reducing the amount of air that needs to be condensed and dehumidified, thereby further reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying equipment.

[0070] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 , the pipeline assembly 300 further includes a first valve 331 disposed on the first connecting pipe 330 . The first valve 331 is used to open or close the first connecting pipe 330 .

[0071] The direction of the arrow on the first connecting pipe 330 in FIG2 is the direction of air flow in the first connecting pipe 330 when the first valve 331 is in the open state.

[0072] Different electrode sizes and types result in different amounts of solvent evaporation in the coating and drying apparatus, and the humidity of the air discharged from different drying sections also varies. Therefore, the first valve 331 can be opened or closed based on the different electrode sizes and types to facilitate adjustment of the air intake to the first main drying section 120.

[0073] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4. The pipeline assembly 300 includes a second connecting pipe 350, a second air inlet pipe and a second exhaust pipe. The coating and drying device also includes a second oven 200. The second air inlet pipe 370 and the second exhaust pipe 380 are respectively connected to the second oven 200. At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the second oven 200 through the second connecting pipe 350. The second connecting pipe 350 is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 into the second oven 200.

[0074] The second connecting pipe 350 is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 into the second oven 200, which means that the exhaust air of the first preheating and drying section 110 and / or the first drying section 130 connected to the second connecting pipe 350 is introduced into the second oven 200.

[0075] Optionally, the second connecting pipe 350 is provided with a fan, and the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 can be transported into the second drying oven 200 through the fan.

[0076] Please refer to Figure 4 , in which direction E represents the conveying direction of the electrode wafer within the first oven 100 , and direction F represents the conveying direction of the electrode wafer within the second oven 200 . After one side of the electrode wafer is dried in the first oven 100 of the coating and drying apparatus, the other side of the coated electrode wafer needs to be dried. The electrode wafer is then conveyed to the second oven 200 , where air is blown toward the other side of the electrode wafer to dry it. The second connecting pipe 350 allows high-temperature, low-humidity air from at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 in the first oven 100 to be introduced into the second oven 200 . Compared to a structure in which the second oven 200 only introduces fresh air from the outside, the amount of fresh air introduced into the second oven 200 can be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air that is condensed and heated. This allows for multiple recycling of the condensed, dehumidified, and heated fresh air, further improving the air recycling rate and reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying apparatus.

[0077] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the first drying section 130 is connected to the second oven 200 via a second connecting pipe 350 .

[0078] The first drying section 130 is in communication with the second oven 200 via the second connecting pipe 350 , and the first drying section 130 is in communication with any one or more of the head, tail, and middle parts of the second oven 200 .

[0079] In this way, the high-temperature, low-wind in the first oven 100 can be discharged into the second oven 200 to reduce the introduction of new air into the second oven 200, thereby reducing the amount of new air condensed and heated in the second oven 200, improving the recycling rate of the air, and reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0080] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4. The second drying oven 200 is formed with a second drying channel, and the second drying channel is formed with a second preheating and drying section 210, a second main drying section 220 and a second drying section 230 arranged in sequence. The second preheating and drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230 are respectively connected to the second air inlet duct 370 and the second exhaust duct 380. At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the second preheating and drying section 210 through the second connecting pipe 350. The second connecting pipe 350 is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 into the second preheating and drying section 210.

[0081] Optionally, the second preheating and drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the secondary drying section 230 respectively include one or more drying oven units connected in series. The number of drying oven units can be specifically set according to actual needs and is not specifically limited here.

[0082] FIG4 exemplarily shows that the second preheating and drying section 210 , the second main drying section 220 , and the secondary drying section 230 are respectively formed by a plurality of drying oven units connected in series.

[0083] At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the second preheating and drying section 210 through the second connecting pipe 350, which means that the exhaust air of the first preheating and drying section 110 and / or the first drying section 130 connected to the second connecting pipe 350 is introduced into the second preheating and drying section 210.

[0084] The exhaust air of the three drying sections of the second oven 200 is substantially the same as the exhaust process of the three drying sections in the above-mentioned first oven 100, that is, the exhaust air of the second preheating drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 is high-temperature and low-humidity air, and the exhaust air of the second main drying section 220 is high-temperature and high-humidity air. The second connecting pipe 350 can use the high-temperature and low-humidity air exhausted from at least one of the second preheating drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 as the intake air of the second main drying section 220. Compared with the structure in which the second oven 200 only introduces fresh air from the outside, the amount of fresh air introduced into the second oven 200 can be further reduced, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air that is condensed and heated, and improving the recycling rate of the air, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0085] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , the first drying section 130 is connected to the second preheating and drying section 210 through a second connecting pipe 350 .

[0086] Optionally, the first drying section 130 can be directly connected to the second preheating and drying section 210 through the second connecting pipe 350. Alternatively, a separate exhaust duct can be provided in the first drying section 130 and a separate air inlet duct can be provided in the second preheating and drying section 210, and the exhaust duct can be connected to the air inlet duct through the second connecting pipe 350.

[0087] In this way, the high-temperature and low-humidity air discharged from the first oven 100 can be introduced into the second preheating and drying section 210 of the second oven 200. When the electrode is dried in the second oven 200, the second preheating and drying section 210 can preheat the electrode, thereby reducing the amount of new air introduced into the second preheating and drying section 210, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the coating and drying device and further improve the recycling rate of the air.

[0088] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 , the pipeline assembly 300 further includes a second valve 351 disposed on the second connecting pipe 350 . The second valve 351 is used to open or close the second connecting pipe 350 .

[0089] The direction of the arrow on the second connecting pipe 350 in FIG2 indicates the direction of air flow in the second connecting pipe 350 when the second valve 351 is in the open state.

[0090] When only one side of the electrode is to be dried, the first oven 100 is in operation to complete the drying of the electrode, and the second oven 200 does not need to be operated. At this time, the second valve 351 is in a closed state, which can save the air volume of the first oven 100. When it is necessary to dry one side of the electrode before drying the other side of the electrode, or to dry both sides of the electrode at the same time, the second oven 200 is in operation. At this time, the second valve 351 is opened to introduce the high-temperature and low-humidity air generated by the drying process of the first oven 100 into the second oven 200. Therefore, the setting of the second valve 351 can realize the switching of different drying modes of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 according to actual needs, so as to facilitate the timely adjustment of the air volume in the first oven 100 and the air volume in the second oven 200.

[0091] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4. The pipeline assembly 300 also includes a third connecting pipe 360, a second air inlet pipe 370 and a second exhaust pipe 380. The second preheating and drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230 are respectively connected to the second air inlet pipe 370 and the second exhaust pipe 380. At least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 is connected to the second main drying section 220 through the third connecting pipe 360. The third connecting pipe 360 is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 into the second main drying section 220.

[0092] Optionally, the third connecting pipe 360 can be directly connected to at least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 and the second main drying section 220. Optionally, the third connecting pipe 360 is provided with a fan, which can guide the exhaust air of at least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 into the second main drying section 220.

[0093] The second air inlet duct 370 and the second air exhaust duct 380 can supply and exhaust air to the second preheating and drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230. The third connecting pipe 360 can send high-temperature and low-humidity air from at least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 into the first main drying section 120 to further reduce the amount of fresh air introduced into the first main drying section 120, thereby improving the recycling rate of the air and reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0094] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , the second preheating and drying section 210 is connected to the second main drying section 220 via a third connecting pipe 360 .

[0095] Optionally, the second preheating and drying section 210 is provided with a separate exhaust duct, and the second main drying section 220 is provided with a separate air inlet duct, and the exhaust duct is connected to the air inlet duct through the third connecting pipe 360. The third connecting pipe 360 can also be directly connected to the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second main drying section 220.

[0096] Therefore, compared with the structure in which the second drying section 230 is connected to the second main drying section 220 through the third connecting pipe 360, high-temperature air with higher humidity and lower temperature can be introduced into the first main drying section 120, reducing the amount of fresh air introduced into the second main drying section 220, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the coating and drying device.

[0097] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 , the pipeline assembly 300 further includes a third valve 361 disposed on the third connecting pipe 360 .

[0098] FIG2 shows that the direction of the arrow on the third connecting pipe 360 represents the direction of air flow in the third connecting pipe 360 when the third valve 361 is in the open state.

[0099] Different electrode sizes and types result in different amounts of solvent evaporation in the coating and drying apparatus, and the humidity of the air discharged from different drying sections also varies. Therefore, the third valve 361 can be opened or closed based on the different electrode sizes and types to facilitate adjustment of the air inlet to the second main drying section 220.

[0100] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1-4, the pipeline assembly 300 also includes a fourth connecting pipe 390, and at least one of the second drying section 230 and the second preheating drying section 210 is connected to the first preheating drying section 110 through the fourth connecting pipe 390. The fourth connecting pipe 390 is used to introduce the exhaust air of at least one of the second drying section 230 and the second preheating drying section 210 into the first preheating drying section 110.

[0101] Thus, the high-temperature and low-humidity air in the second oven 200 can be used as the inlet air of the first oven 100 , thereby realizing the mutual recycling of the fresh air of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 .

[0102] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 , the pipeline assembly 300 further includes a fourth valve 391 disposed on the fourth connecting pipe 390 . The fourth valve 391 is used to open or close the fourth connecting pipe 390 .

[0103] FIG2 shows that the direction of the arrow on the fourth connecting pipe 390 represents the direction of air flow in the fourth connecting pipe 390 when the fourth valve 391 is in the open state.

[0104] Whether to open the fourth valve 391 can be determined according to the operating status and usage requirements of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 to facilitate adjustment of the air volume of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 .

[0105] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 2, the pipeline assembly 300 also includes a first opening and closing valve 371, which is arranged on the second air inlet pipe 370. The first opening and closing valve 371 divides the second air inlet pipe 370 into a first air inlet part 372 and a second air inlet part 373. The first air inlet part 372 is connected to the second preheating and drying section 210, and the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230 are respectively connected to the second air inlet part 373. At least one of the second preheating and drying section 210 and the second drying section 230 is connected to the second air inlet part 373 through the third connecting pipe 360.

[0106] Optionally, the first air inlet part 372 and the second air inlet part 373 are both provided with a first air inlet (not shown in the figure), and the pipeline assembly 300 also includes an air supply pipeline (not shown in the figure). The first air inlet of the first air inlet part 372 and the second air inlet part 373 are respectively connected to the air supply pipeline to realize air supply from the supply pipeline to the first air inlet part 372 and the second air inlet part.

[0107] Different types and specifications of electrodes have different requirements. During the drying process, for some electrodes, the humidity and temperature of the air sent to the first preheating and drying section 110 and the air sent to the first main drying section 120 are different. During the drying process, for some electrodes, the humidity and temperature of the air sent to the first preheating and drying section 110 and the air sent to the first main drying section 120 are the same. Therefore, the opening and closing of the first opening and closing valve 371 can be adjusted according to the type of electrode to meet the drying requirements of different types of electrodes, so as to improve the applicability of the coating and drying device.

[0108] 2-4 , at least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the first air inlet 372 via a second connecting pipe 350. This allows high-temperature, low-humidity air to flow into the first main drying section 120, thereby achieving air recycling.

[0109] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 to 4. The pipeline assembly 300 also includes a second on-off valve 381 and a third on-off valve 382. The second on-off valve 381 and the third on-off valve 382 are spaced apart in the second exhaust duct 380, and the second exhaust duct 380 is divided into a first exhaust part 383, a second exhaust part 384 and a third exhaust part 385. The first exhaust part 383, the second exhaust part 384 and the third exhaust part 385 are connected to the second preheating drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230 respectively. At least one of the first exhaust part 383 and the third exhaust part 385 is connected to the second air inlet part 373 through the third connecting pipe 360.

[0110] Optionally, the pipeline assembly 300 also includes a main exhaust pipeline (not shown in the figure), and the first exhaust part 383, the second exhaust part 384 and the third exhaust part 385 are all provided with a first exhaust port (not shown in the figure), and the first exhaust port of each of the three is connected to the main exhaust pipeline.

[0111] The setting of the second on-off valve 381 and the third on-off valve 382 can make the first preheating and drying section 110, the first main drying section 120 and the first drying section 130 exhaust separately, reducing the probability of the high-temperature and high-humidity exhaust of the first main drying section 120 mixing into the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the exhaust of the first drying section 130, so as to improve the utilization rate of the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130.

[0112] 3 , the second oven 200 is located on one side of the bottom of the first oven 100. This can reduce the floor space occupied by the coating and drying apparatus.

[0113] In some embodiments, referring to Figure 4, along the length direction of the first oven 100, the second drying section 230 and the first preheating drying section 110 are located on the same side of the first main drying section 120, and the second preheating drying section 210 and the first drying section 130 are located on the same side of the first main drying section 120.

[0114] The longitudinal direction of the first oven 100 is the direction A in FIG. 4 .

[0115] Thus, the pipeline connection between the first drying section 130 and the second preheating and drying section 210 , as well as the pipeline connection between the second exhaust duct 380 and the first air inlet duct 310 , can be facilitated.

[0116] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2-4, the pipeline assembly 300 also includes a fourth on-off valve 311 arranged on the first air inlet pipe 310, and the fourth on-off valve 311 divides the first air inlet pipe 310 into a first air inlet section 312 and a second air inlet section 313. The first air inlet section 312 is connected to the first preheating and drying section 110, and the first main drying section 120 and the first drying section 130 are respectively connected to the second air inlet section 313. At least one of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130 is connected to the second air inlet section 313 through the first connecting pipe 330.

[0117] Optionally, both the first air inlet section 312 and the second air inlet section 313 are provided with a second air inlet (not shown in the figure), and the second air inlets of the two can be connected to the air supply pipeline of the above embodiment.

[0118] Different types and specifications of electrodes have different requirements. For some electrodes, during the drying process, the humidity and temperature of the air sent to the first preheating and drying section 110 and the air sent to the first main drying section 120 are different. For some electrodes, during the drying process, the humidity and temperature of the air sent to the second preheating and drying section 210 and the air sent to the second main drying section 220 are the same. Therefore, the opening and closing of the fourth opening and closing valve 311 can be adjusted according to the type of electrode to meet the drying requirements of different types of electrodes, so as to improve the applicability of the coating and drying device.

[0119] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 2 to 4. The pipeline assembly 300 also includes a fifth on-off valve 321 and a sixth on-off valve 322. The fifth on-off valve 321 and the sixth on-off valve 322 are spaced apart in the first exhaust duct 320, and the first exhaust duct 320 is divided into a first exhaust section 323, a second exhaust section 324 and a third exhaust section 325. The first exhaust section 323, the second exhaust section 324 and the third exhaust section 325 are connected to the first preheating drying section 110, the first main drying section 120 and the first drying section 130 respectively. At least one of the first exhaust section and the third exhaust section 325 is connected to the second air inlet section 313 through the first connecting pipe 330.

[0120] Optionally, the first exhaust section 323, the second exhaust section 324 and the third exhaust section 325 are all provided with second exhaust ports, and the second exhaust ports of the three can be respectively connected to the main exhaust duct of the above embodiment.

[0121] The setting of the fifth on-off valve 321 and the sixth on-off valve 322 can make the second preheating and drying section 210, the second main drying section 220 and the second drying section 230 exhaust separately, reducing the probability of the high-temperature and high-humidity exhaust of the first main drying section 120 mixing into the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130, so as to improve the utilization rate of the exhaust of the first preheating and drying section 110 and the first drying section 130.

[0122] For the convenience of description, the following embodiments are described by taking a battery production system according to some embodiments of the present application as an example.

[0128] The first exhaust section 323 is connected to the second air inlet section 313 via a first connecting pipe 330. The first connecting pipe 330 is provided with a first valve 331, which is used to open or close the first connecting pipe 330. The first connecting pipe 330 is used to direct the exhaust air from the first preheating and drying section 110 into the first main drying section 120. The third exhaust section 325 is connected to the first air inlet portion 372 via a second connecting pipe 350. The second connecting pipe 350 is provided with a second valve 351, which is used to open or close the second connecting pipe 350. The second connecting pipe 350 is used to direct the exhaust air from the first drying section 130 into the second preheating and drying section 210. The third exhaust part 385 is connected to the first air inlet section 312 through the fourth connecting pipe 390. The fourth connecting pipe 390 is provided with a fourth valve 391. The fourth valve 391 is used to open or close the fourth connecting pipe 390. The fourth connecting pipe 390 is used to introduce the exhaust of the second drying section 230 into the first preheating drying section 110.

[0129] Please refer to Figure 2. When the first valve 331 to the fourth valve 391 are closed and the first on-off valve 371 to the sixth on-off valve 322 are opened, the first air inlet duct 310 supplies air to the three drying sections of the first oven 100, and the air used to dry the electrodes in the three drying sections is discharged from the first exhaust duct 320. The second air inlet duct 370 supplies air to the three drying sections of the second oven 200, and the air in the three drying sections of the second oven 200 is discharged from the second exhaust duct 380. The fresh air introduced in this process is not recycled. When the second valve 351, the fourth valve 391, the third on-off valve 382, and the fifth on-off valve 321 are opened, and the first valve 331, the third valve 361, the first on-off valve 371, the second on-off valve 381, the fourth on-off valve 311, and the sixth on-off valve 322 are closed, the exhaust air of the first drying section 130 of the first oven 100 is introduced into the first preheating and drying section 110 of the second oven 200 through the second connecting pipe 350, and the exhaust air of the first drying section 130 of the second oven 200 is introduced into the first preheating and drying section 110 of the first oven 100 through the fourth connecting pipe 390. When the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 are working, the head and tail of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 are connected in series, and the fresh air introduced from the first oven 100 and the second oven 200 is recycled for a second time. When the first valve 331 to the fourth valve 391 are opened and the first on-off valve 371 to the sixth on-off valve 322 are closed, the exhaust air of the first preheating and drying section 110 of the first oven 100 is introduced into the first main drying section 120, and the exhaust air of the second preheating and drying section 210 of the second oven 200 is introduced into the second main drying section 220, thereby realizing the secondary utilization of the introduced fresh air. At the same time, the exhaust air of the first drying section 130 of the first oven 100 is introduced into the second preheating and drying section 210 of the second oven 200, and the exhaust air of the second drying section 230 of the second oven 200 is introduced into the first preheating and drying section 110 of the first oven 100, thereby realizing the tertiary utilization of the introduced fresh air. From this, it can be seen that the high-temperature and low-humidity air in the drying area of the first oven 100 can not only be recycled for drying the electrode itself, but also can be introduced into the second oven 200 for reuse. At the same time, the high-temperature and low-humidity air in the drying area of the second oven 200 can be recycled for drying the electrode itself, and can also be introduced into the first oven 100, thereby realizing the self-supply and complementary utilization of the high-temperature and low-humidity air of the first oven 100 and the second oven 200, so as to reduce the introduction of fresh air into the first oven 100 and the second oven 200, thereby reducing the amount of fresh air introduced for heating and condensation dehumidification, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the coating and drying equipment.
