AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Current inhibitors fail to selectively target CBP or p300 due to high sequence homology, limiting their effectiveness in cancer treatment.
Method used
Development of heterocyclic compounds that act as selective degraders of CBP, designed to specifically target and degrade CBP activity, thereby offering a promising approach for cancer therapy.
Benefits of technology
The heterocyclic compounds demonstrate potential in enhancing the efficacy of standard cancer treatments by selectively degrading CBP activity, offering synthetic lethality in specific cancers and potentially overcoming resistance.

Abstract
The present invention provides heterocyclic compounds of formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as CBP degraders. These compounds are useful in the treatment and / or prevention of diseases or disorders mediated by CBP in an individual. The present invention also provides preparation of the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one of the compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer thereof.
