Description

Information proposal system for business matching

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an information proposal system that supports business matching.

[0002] As a system to support business matching, a device and program have been proposed that, when a company registers its management challenges, strengths, and desired requirements for a partner, will present information on potential partners based on data such as company information registered in the system and behavioral information on the company's stakeholders.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an information provision system that selects companies to introduce to a company based on an action log related to the actions of at least one of the employees and managers on a website displayed on a communication terminal and company information associated with at least one of the employees and managers from whom the action log was obtained.

[0004] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-159972

[0005] The information provision system disclosed in Patent Document 1 simply performs matching by comparing the behavioral logs of employees and managers with company information associated with those employees and managers and a matching database acquired in the past, and then introduces matched companies. However, when co-creating with a collaborating partner, the track record and skills of unknown collaborating partners presented by recommendations from the matching system are unknown, which creates a problem of a low probability of successful matching.

[0006] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide an information suggestion system that has a high probability of successfully matching companies with problems with companies that have solutions.

[0007] an information proposal system according to the present disclosure, which proposes information for business matching, comprising: an input unit through which a plurality of users input registration information; an information analysis unit that analyzes and quantifies the strength of relevance between the input registration information; a matching candidate information extraction unit that uses the analysis results of the information analysis unit to compare a first user searching for a matching partner with all other users and list second users who have registered registration information that is highly relevant to the registration information registered by the first user, thereby selecting first matching candidate information; a business information estimation unit that estimates business information including at least information on the scale of transactions if the first user is matched with the second user, based on the first matching candidate information, the analysis results of the information analysis unit, and past matching results; an information display unit that displays second matching candidate information selected from the first matching candidate information based on the estimation results of the business information estimation unit; and a storage unit that stores the past matching results, wherein the business information estimation unit recalculates the numerical value calculated by the information analysis unit based on the past matching results, and the second matching candidate information is selected based on the recalculation results of the business information estimation unit.

[0008] According to the information suggestion system of the present disclosure, the business information estimation unit recalculates a score based on past matching results for the first matching candidate information extracted by the matching candidate information extraction unit, thereby obtaining matching candidate information based on business information from the first matching candidate information. The first user considers a business partner by looking at the second matching candidate information that lists the first matching candidate information, thereby increasing the probability of successful matching.

[0010] <Usage of Information Recommendation System> Fig. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing an example of a usage of the information recommendation system 100 according to the present disclosure. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the information recommendation system 100 is used by our company 50, company A 60, company B 70, and company C 80, and each company inputs registration information into the information recommendation system 100.

[0011] Company 50 is a company looking for a partner to collaborate with, and registers the issues it wants to solve, technical information, company information, etc. in information proposal system 100. Based on registered information such as technical information and company information that Company A 60, Company B 70, and Company C 80 want to provide, as well as past performance and behavioral history such as past interactions with other companies, information proposal system 100 estimates or calculates business information such as costs, remuneration, transaction size, and delivery time if company A 60, Company B 70, and Company C 80 collaborate on the issues registered by company 50, and presents company 50 with a list of candidate partners to collaborate with based on the business information.

[0012] <First Embodiment> Fig. 2 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100 according to a first embodiment. As shown in Fig. 2, in the information proposal system 100, registration information is input from an individual or an organization (hereinafter referred to as a user) via an information input unit 1 which is an input interface.

[0013] The registered information includes issues, technical information, personal information, and organizational information. The input information is analyzed by the registered information analysis unit 2, and the analysis results from the registered information analysis unit 2 are input to the matching candidate information extraction unit 3 and the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4.

[0014] The matching candidate information extraction unit 3 extracts first matching candidate information from the input analysis results. The extracted first matching candidate information is input to the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4.

[0015] The company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 estimates business information based on the first matching candidate information input from the matching candidate information extraction unit 3, the analysis results of the registered information analysis unit 2, and the user's past performance. The business information includes information such as the scale of the transaction if a match is established and a transaction is made, and the delivery date of the transaction.

[0016] The business information estimated by the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 is input to the proposed information generation unit 5. The proposed information generation unit 5 selects second matching candidate information from the first matching candidate information and inputs it to the proposed information display unit 6 as proposed information.

[0017] The proposed information display unit 6 displays the second matching candidate information input from the proposed information generation unit 5 as, for example, a table, and inputs the information into the past performance database 7 .

[0018] The information proposal system 100 is configured to be able to exchange information with our company 50, company A 60, company B 70, and company C 80 via a network NW.

[0019] The registration information analysis unit 2 classifies the data entered as registration text or registration form into categories such as "market size," "technology category," and "customer segment" which classifies target customers by tendency, and calculates a score representing the distance of information within each category. For analyzing the registration information, natural language processing including morphological analysis can be used, for example, to extract words such as "driving monitoring technology," "autonomous driving technology," and "sterilization technology" from the "technology category" by morphological analysis, and analyze the relevance of each of them.

[0020] For example, if the technology category of company 50 is "autonomous driving technology," then "autonomous driving technology" and "driving monitoring technology" belong to the same category of mobile technology and are similar in vocabulary, and therefore are determined to be technologies with a strong technical relevance and close proximity, with a score of 1 representing the distance. On the other hand, "autonomous driving technology" and "sterilization technology" are technologies with a weak technical relevance and far distance, with a score of 5. The registered information analysis unit 2 assigns scores to the registered information of all users. In this way, using natural language processing including morphological analysis makes it relatively easy to analyze the relevance. Note that in this example, a strong technical relevance is assigned a score of 1, but the stronger the technical relevance, the higher the score can be.

[0021] The analysis process in the registration information analysis unit 2 can be performed using machine learning by artificial intelligence (AI).

[0022] The matching candidate information extraction unit 3 uses the score (analysis result) calculated by the registration information analysis unit 2 to compare the user (first user) looking for a match partner with all other users, and extracts users with small scores. For example, if the technology category of company 50 is "autonomous driving technology" and company B 70's technology category is "driving monitoring technology," the score is 1, so company B 70 is extracted as a matching candidate company. On the other hand, if company C 80's technology category is "sterilization technology," it is far from the technology category of company 50, so it receives a score of 5 and is not extracted as a matching candidate company.

[0023] The extracted candidate companies are sorted in order of score and input to the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 as first candidate companies.

[0024] When estimating business information in the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4, for example, if the business information is of a user who has been matched in the past based on past matching results, the score included in the first matching candidate information is recalculated using a weighting parameter.

[0025] Past matching results include information on combinations of users who have been matched in the past and who have actually progressed to co-creation after matching, as well as information on the effects such as sales achieved through matching.

[0026] For example, if Company B 70, which has a score of 1 and is listed in the first matching candidate information, is a matching partner included in a combination of users who have previously progressed to co-creation, the score of 1 is multiplied by a weighting coefficient of, for example, 0.1, and recalculated as 0.1.

[0027] On the other hand, even if the score of Company A 60 listed in the first matching candidate information is 1, if the matching partner is included in a combination of users who have failed to co-create in the past, the score of 1 is recalculated as 1 by multiplying it by a weighting coefficient, for example, 1.

[0028] In the above, the weighting coefficient was set to 0.1 if co-creation had been successful in the past and 1 if it had been unsuccessful, but the weighting coefficient can also be set in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 and multiplied by the score of the first matching candidate information depending on the effect of co-creation, for example, the level of sales achieved through co-creation.

[0029] In the above, the weighting factor was set to 0.1 when co-creation progressed and 1 when co-creation failed, but the weighting factor can also be defined the other way around, i.e., the weighting factor can be set to 1 when co-creation progressed and 0.1 when co-creation failed.

[0030] In addition, a weighting coefficient can be set based not only on whether or not the co-creation was successful, but also on the scale of the transaction if the co-creation is carried out and the delivery date of the transaction, and this can be multiplied by the score of the first matching candidate information.

[0031] In this way, by recalculating the scores of users listed in the first matching candidate information based on past matching results, etc., it is possible to obtain, in the first matching candidate information, matching candidate information based on business information, i.e., whether or not co-creation was successful, the scale of the transaction if co-creation is conducted, the delivery date of the transaction, etc. This is equivalent to estimating business information between one's own company and a collaborating company.

[0032] The proposed information generation unit 5 sorts the first matching candidate information according to the scores recalculated by the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4, and creates a second matching candidate list by listing users who have scores equal to or lower than a predetermined score threshold. The threshold can be determined by the user, or can be set to an average of about several dozen companies.

[0033] The proposed information display unit 6 generates data to be displayed on a screen viewed by the user from the second matching candidate list created by the proposed information generation unit 5. That is, the list of users in the second matching candidate list is displayed, for example, as a table in order of score, and the data is input into the past performance database 7.

[0034] The company 50 looking for a partner to collaborate with looks at the second matching candidate list, i.e., the candidate partner list, presented on the proposal information display unit 6 and considers a partner to collaborate with.

[0035] In this way, in the information proposal system 100, the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 recalculates a score based on past matching results for the first matching candidate information extracted by the matching candidate information extraction unit 3, thereby making it possible to obtain matching candidate information based on business information from the first matching candidate information. The user considers a business partner by looking at the second matching candidate information that lists the matching candidate information, thereby increasing the probability of successful matching.

[0036] Fig. 3 is a table showing an example of past history stored in the past performance database 7. As shown in Fig. 3, the past performance database 7 includes past performance numbers assigned to past performance records, and information contained in each past performance record, such as the number of contacts made with the other party, the success or failure of co-creation, the business information distance, whether the information was useful for business purposes, and sales (in millions of yen).

[0037] For the success or failure of co-creation, a failure to co-creation is assigned a value of 1, and a success value of 0. The business information distance is quantified in the range of 0 to 1 according to the distance of the business information, i.e., the strength of the relevance of the business information. For example, if the scale of the transactions is similar and the relevance is strong, the business information distance is 0.3, and if the scale of the transactions is very different and the relevance is weak, the business information distance is 0.8. Note that the relationship between the strength of the relevance and the numerical value can also be reversed.

[0038] <Variant Example> In the information proposal system 100 described above, it has been explained that the past performance database 7 stores past performance of matching obtained by using the information proposal system 100, but it is also possible to store not only past performance but also publicly known matching performance, and recalculate the score included in the first matching candidate information in the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 based on the publicly known matching performance.

[0039] Publicly known matching information is information that has been featured in newspapers, TV, and other information media, such as "XX Company and YY Company have formed a capital alliance worth ZZ billion yen and are collaborating on a WW business."

[0040] From the information on combinations of companies that have already collaborated through matching, data for building a model can be obtained, such as what types of businesses and business information make it easier to match a combination of companies, and based on the model built, information on user combinations similar to past matching results and information on the effects that can be obtained from matching can be obtained. By using this information to recalculate the scores included in the first matching candidate information, it is expected that the accuracy of matching can be improved.

[0041] The publicly known matching information can be input from the information input unit 1 by a user who has obtained it from an information media and stored in the past performance database 7, or can be input from the information input unit 1 by a system administrator who has obtained it from an information media and stored in the past performance database 7.

[0042] <Embodiment 2> Fig. 4 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100A according to Embodiment 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the information proposal system 100A includes a cost information estimation unit 41 instead of the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 in the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2.

[0043] The cost information estimation unit 41 estimates cost information, i.e., the costs and rewards for both parties if a match is made and a transaction is made, based on the first matching candidate information input from the matching candidate information extraction unit 3, the analysis results from the registered information analysis unit 2, and the user's past performance.

[0044] The cost information estimation unit 41 estimates cost information based on the combination of products and customers similar to the user's past performance, i.e., customers when proceeding with the business after co-creation, for example, from the difference in customer size and products.

[0045] For example, if Company A has a history of doing timber-related business with Municipality A in the past, and Company B is planning to do timber-related business with Municipality B in the future, the past timber costs are compared with the current timber costs, and the difference is calculated as cost information. Also, without being limited to the cost of the product, it is possible to compare the customer scale in the case of co-creation between Company A and Municipality A with the customer scale in the case of co-creation between Company B and Municipality B, calculate the remuneration per product, and use this as cost information.

[0046] The proposed information generation unit 5 sorts the first matching candidate information extracted by the matching candidate information extraction unit 3 by the costs and remuneration calculated by the cost information estimation unit 41, and creates a second matching candidate list by listing users whose costs and remunerations are equal to or less than predetermined cost and remuneration thresholds. The threshold can be determined by the user, or can be set to include the top several tens of companies on average.

[0047] The proposal information display unit 6 generates data to be displayed on a screen viewed by the user from the second matching candidate list created by the proposal information generation unit 5. That is, the list of users in the second matching candidate list is displayed, for example, as a table in the order of cost information, and the data is input into the past performance database 7.

[0048] The company 50 looking for a partner to collaborate with looks at the second matching candidate list, i.e., the candidate partner list, presented on the proposal information display unit 6 and considers a partner to collaborate with.

[0049] In this way, in the information proposal system 100A, the first matching candidate information extracted by the matching candidate information extraction unit 3 is sorted based on the cost information calculated by the cost information estimation unit 41, and a second matching candidate list is created by listing users whose costs and rewards are below the cost and reward thresholds. Users can consider potential partners by looking at the second matching candidate list, thereby increasing the probability of successful matching.

[0050] <Variations> In the information proposal system 100A described above, it has been explained that the past performance database 7 stores the past performance of matching obtained by using the information proposal system 100A. However, it is also possible to store not only the past performance but also publicly known matching performance, and based on the publicly known matching performance, the cost information estimation unit 41 can estimate cost information, that is, the costs and remuneration for both parties when a match is made and a transaction is made.

[0051] Publicly known matching information is information that has been covered in newspapers, TV, and other information media, such as, "XX Company and YY Company have formed a capital alliance worth ZZ billion yen and collaborated on a WW business, thereby doubling sales and successfully halving costs."

[0052] From the combination information of collaborating companies through matching, data can be obtained for building a model that shows which combinations of companies have what kind of business and business information are most likely to be matched, and based on the model built, costs and rewards can be estimated from cost information when carrying out the business after co-creation. This is expected to have the effect of improving matching accuracy.

[0053] The publicly known matching information can be input from the information input unit 1 by a user who has obtained it from an information media and stored in the past performance database 7, or can be input from the information input unit 1 by a system administrator who has obtained it from an information media and stored in the past performance database 7.

[0054] <Embodiment 3> Fig. 5 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100B according to Embodiment 3. As shown in Fig. 5, the information proposal system 100B includes a feedback information extraction unit 9 that extracts feedback information and registers it in the past performance database 7, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2.

[0055] The feedback information extraction unit 9 is connected to the proposal information display unit 6, and when the company 50, which is looking for a partner to collaborate with, looks at the second list of matching candidates, considers a partner to collaborate with, advances discussions for co-creation with the selected matching candidate, and inputs information such as the number of times contact was made with the other party, whether it was useful for the business, whether the co-creation was successful, or whether the co-creation was unsuccessful, etc., into the information proposal system 100B via the proposal information display unit 6, the feedback information extraction unit 9 extracts the information as feedback information.

[0056] Therefore, the proposed information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that receives feedback information from the user.

[0057] 3, feedback information is fed back as past performance, such as the number of contacts made with the counterparty, the success or failure of co-creation, whether the information was useful for business, etc. The feedback information is added to the data of matching candidate companies when the company / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 recalculates the score.

[0058] In this way, the information suggestion system 100B is equipped with a feedback information extraction unit 9 that extracts feedback information input by the user and registers it in the past performance database 7, allowing the user to reflect their past matching performance in the past performance database 7, thereby enriching the past performance database 7 and increasing the probability of successful matching.

[0059] <Modification> The information proposal system 100B shown in Fig. 5 is configured by adding a feedback information extraction unit 9 to the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, but it can also be configured by adding a feedback information extraction unit 9 to the information proposal system 100A shown in Fig. 4. In this case, the same effects as those of the information proposal system 100B can be achieved.

[0060] <Fourth Embodiment> Fig. 6 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100C according to a fourth embodiment. As shown in Fig. 6, the information proposal system 100C includes, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, a behavior history information evaluation unit 10 that is connected to the proposal information display unit 6 and that evaluates a user and related information based on behavior history information of the user on the system, and a behavior history information extraction unit 11 that extracts behavior history information output from the behavior history information evaluation unit 10.

[0061] The user's behavior history information on the system includes information such as the history of past interactions with other organizations and individuals, filtering history, and editing history of registered information, as well as information such as how many times the user viewed which screens on the proposed information display unit 6 (screen viewing history), which information the user attempted to match with, which information the user provided supportive feedback for, and how often the user accessed the system (access frequency).

[0062] The related information also includes information registered by the user, such as business information, and information such as past performance linked to the behavioral history.

[0063] The behavioral history information evaluation unit 10 associates this behavioral history information data with data indicating whether it has led to some result such as matching or subsequent co-creation, and obtains correlations and trends. For example, if a user repeatedly views a specific screen X on the proposal information display unit 6 and attempts to match with information Y displayed on screen X, which results in co-creation with company A, it is possible to obtain a correlation that screen X and information Y have led to matching.

[0064] The behavior history information extraction unit 11 extracts behavior history information for which such correlations and trends have been obtained, and registers the information in the past performance database 7 .

[0065] For this reason, the proposed information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that acquires information such as how many times the user viewed which screen of the proposed information display unit 6, which information the user attempted to match with, which information the user provided supportive feedback for, how frequently the user accessed the system, etc. The proposed information display unit 6 is also used to input feedback information such as which matching candidate the user was matched with, whether co-creation was successful or unsuccessful, etc.

[0066] In this way, in the information proposal system 100C, the behavioral history information evaluation unit 10 links data on the user's behavioral history information on the system with data indicating whether it has led to any results such as matching or subsequent co-creation, to obtain correlations and trends, and the behavioral history information extraction unit 11 extracts the behavioral history information from which such correlations and trends have been obtained and registers it in the past performance database 7, thereby enriching the past performance database 7 and increasing the probability of successful matching.

[0067] <Modification> The information proposal system 100C shown in Fig. 6 is configured to include the behavior history information evaluation unit 10 and the behavior history information extraction unit 11 in the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, but can also be configured to include the behavior history information evaluation unit 10 and the behavior history information extraction unit 11 in the information proposal system 100A shown in Fig. 4. In this case, the same effects as those of the information proposal system 100C can be achieved.

[0068] <Fifth Embodiment> Fig. 7 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100D according to a fifth embodiment. As shown in Fig. 7, the information proposal system 100D includes, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, a business information filtering function providing unit 12 that is connected to the proposed information display unit 6 and enables a user to filter business information based on conditions input by the user and search for matching targets.

[0069] The business information filtering function providing unit 12 provides a function for filtering business information such as company size, industry, and cost when the user views the second matching candidate list.

[0070] Business information is included in the data of candidate companies in the matching candidate list, and users can easily select a match partner by filtering out information they do not need.

[0071] 7, the business information filtering function providing unit 12 is configured to be connected to the proposed information display unit 6, which indicates that the business information filtering function is provided to the proposed information display unit 6. As a result, when a user views the matching candidate list presented by the proposed information display unit 6, the user can filter the business information so that only the information that the user needs is displayed.

[0072] When a large number of industries are displayed in the second matching candidate list presented on the proposed information display unit 6, it becomes easier to select a matching partner by, for example, limiting the industries to automobile and train manufacturing, and filtering to display only business information for company size with sales of XX billion yen or more and manufacturing costs per vehicle of YY% or less.

[0073] Therefore, the proposed information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that accepts operations by the user to filter business information.

[0074] Furthermore, the business information filtering function providing unit 12 can register the business information filtered by the user in the past performance database 7 .

[0075] In this way, in the information proposal system 100D, the business information filtering function providing unit 12 provides the proposed information display unit 6 with a business information filtering function, so that when the user views the second matching candidate list, only the business information that they need can be displayed, making it easier to select a matching partner.

[0076] <Modification> The information proposal system 100D shown in Fig. 7 is configured by adding a business information filtering function providing unit 12 to the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, but it can also be configured by adding a business information filtering function providing unit 12 to the information proposal system 100A shown in Fig. 4. In this case, the same effects as those of the information proposal system 100D can be achieved.

[0077] <Sixth Embodiment> Fig. 8 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100E according to a sixth embodiment. As shown in Fig. 8, the information proposal system 100E includes, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100B shown in Fig. 5, a feedback information filtering function providing unit 13 that is connected to the proposal information display unit 6 and enables the user to filter feedback information according to conditions input by the user to search for matching targets.

[0078] The feedback information filtering function providing unit 13 provides a function to filter feedback information such as the number of times contact was made with the other party, whether it was useful for business purposes, whether co-creation was successful or unsuccessful, etc., when the user browses the matching candidate list.

[0079] The feedback information is added to the data of candidate companies when the company's own / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 recalculates the score, and the user can easily select a match partner by filtering out unnecessary information from this data.

[0080] 8, the feedback information filtering function providing unit 13 is configured to be connected to the proposed information display unit 6, which indicates that a feedback information filtering function is provided to the proposed information display unit 6. As a result, when a user views the matching candidate list presented by the proposed information display unit 6, the user can filter the feedback information so that only the information that the user needs is displayed.

[0081] When a large number of candidate matching companies are displayed in the second candidate matching list presented on the proposed information display unit 6, it becomes easier to select a matching partner by filtering the list to display only companies that have made contact with the other party more than XX times and have been successful in co-creation.

[0082] Therefore, the proposed information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that accepts operations by the user to filter feedback information.

[0083] Furthermore, the feedback information filtering function providing unit 13 can register the feedback information filtered by the user in the past performance database 7 via the feedback information extracting unit 9 .

[0084] In this way, in the information proposal system 100E, the feedback information filtering function providing unit 13 provides the proposal information display unit 6 with a feedback information filtering function, so that when the user views the second matching candidate list, only the feedback information that is necessary can be displayed, making it easier to select a matching partner.

[0085] <Seventh Embodiment> Fig. 9 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100F according to a seventh embodiment. As shown in Fig. 9, the information proposal system 100F includes, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100C shown in Fig. 6, a behavior history information filtering function providing unit 14 that is connected to the proposal information display unit 6 and enables a user to filter behavior history information based on conditions input by the user to search for matching targets.

[0086] The behavior history information filtering function providing unit 14 provides a function to filter the behavior history information of the user on the system, such as the screen browsing history and access frequency, when the user browses the matching candidate list.

[0087] The behavioral history information is added to the data of potential matching companies when the company's own / collaborating company business information estimation unit 4 recalculates the score, and the user can easily select a matching partner by filtering out unnecessary information from this data.

[0088] 9, the behavior history information filtering function providing unit 14 is configured to be connected to the proposed information display unit 6, which indicates that the behavior history information filtering function is provided to the proposed information display unit 6. As a result, when a user views the matching candidate list presented by the proposed information display unit 6, the user can filter the behavior history information so that only the information that the user needs is displayed.

[0089] When a large number of candidate companies are displayed in the second candidate list of matching companies presented on the proposed information display unit 6, it becomes easier to select a matching partner by filtering the list so that only companies with a screen view count of XX times or more and an access frequency of YY times or more are displayed. This is because companies with a screen view count of less than XX times and an access frequency of less than YY times may not be successful in co-creation.

[0090] For this reason, the suggested information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that accepts operations for the user to filter the behavior history information.

[0091] Furthermore, the behavior history information filtering function providing unit 14 can register the behavior history information filtered by the user in the past performance database 7 via the behavior history information extracting unit 11 .

[0092] In this way, in the information proposal system 100F, the behavioral history information filtering function providing unit 14 provides the proposed information display unit 6 with a behavioral history information filtering function, so that when the user views the second matching candidate list, only the behavioral history information that is necessary can be displayed, making it easier to select a matching partner.

[0093] <Embodiment 8> Fig. 10 is a functional block diagram showing the configuration of an information proposal system 100G according to embodiment 8. As shown in Fig. 10, the information proposal system 100G includes, in addition to the configuration of the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, a notification unit 15 connected to the proposal information display unit 6, and a notification feedback information storage unit 16 connected to the notification unit 15.

[0094] The notification unit 15 notifies a second user who is an individual or organization who has registered technical information, personal information, and organizational information, such as Company A 60, Company B 70, or Company C 80, of an action from a first user who is an individual or organization who has registered an issue to find a matching partner, such as your company 50, and of the first user's business information. The notification feedback information storage unit 16 temporarily stores the second user's action history information in response to the notification from the notification unit 15 as notification feedback information, and then stores it in the past performance database 7.

[0095] 10, the notification unit 15 is connected to the proposed information display unit 6, which means that the proposed information display unit 6 can notify the second user of the action from the first user and the first user's business information. This allows the second user to know that the second user has been recognized as a match who can solve the first user's problem using the technical information, personal information, and organizational information that the second user possesses.

[0096] For this reason, the proposed information display unit 6 not only displays information but also functions as a user interface that accepts operations by the first user to request matching with the second user when the first user browses the matching candidate list and determines that they can be matched with the second user. The proposed information display unit 6 also has the function of displaying the first user's actions, i.e., their desire to be matched, and the first user's business information to the second user. The information proposal systems 100-100G are systems that can be accessed by all registered users via a network NW, and when accessed via a computer or the like, the screen of the proposed information display unit 6 can be displayed on a display. In the information proposal system 100G, a notification from the notification unit 15 is displayed to the second user.

[0097] Furthermore, the proposed information display unit 6 also functions as a user interface that receives notification feedback information such as an action from the second user in response to the notification from the notification unit 15 .

[0098] The notification feedback information includes, as behavior history information, information that the second user responded to the notification from the notification unit 15 and the matching was successful, or information that the second user did not respond. The notification feedback information is temporarily stored in the notification feedback information storage unit 16, and then stored in the past performance database 7.

[0099] The notification feedback information stored in the past performance database 7 is used when considering the method of notification from the notification unit 15 to the second user. For example, if the notification feedback information includes information such as a quick response to the notification to the second user, it can be determined that notification via the proposed information display unit 6 is effective, but if the notification feedback information includes information that the second user's response was slow or there was no response at all, it can be determined that notification via the proposed information display unit 6 was not effective, and this can be used as information for making a decision to change to another notification method, for example.

[0100] In this way, the information proposal system 100G is equipped with a notification unit 15 that notifies the second user of actions, etc. from the first user, and a notification feedback information storage unit 16 that stores the behavioral history information of the second user who received the notification as notification feedback information, and the notification feedback information can be used to consider a method of notifying the second user.

[0101] <Modification> The information proposal system 100G shown in Fig. 10 is configured by adding the notification unit 15 and the notification feedback information storage unit 16 to the information proposal system 100 shown in Fig. 2, but it can also be configured by adding the notification unit 15 and the notification feedback information storage unit 16 to the information proposal system 100A shown in Fig. 4. In this case, the same effects as those of the information proposal system 100G can be achieved.

[0102] <Hardware Configuration> Each of the components of the information proposal systems 100 to 100G described above in the first to eighth embodiments, except for the information input unit 1 and the proposal information display unit 6, can be configured using a computer and implemented by the computer executing a program. That is, for example, they are implemented by a processing circuit 1000 shown in FIG. 11 . A processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) or a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) is applied to the processing circuit 1000, and the functions of each unit are implemented by executing a program stored in a storage device. The past performance database 7 and the notification feedback information storage unit 16 are implemented by a storage device included in the computer.

[0103] Dedicated hardware may be applied to the processing circuit 1000. When the processing circuit 1000 is dedicated hardware, the processing circuit 1000 may be, for example, a single circuit, a composite circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), or a combination thereof.

[0104] In the information suggestion systems 100 to 100G, the functions of the components can be realized by individual processing circuits, or the functions can be realized collectively by a single processing circuit.

[0105] 12 shows a hardware configuration in the case where the processing circuit 1000 is configured using a processor. In this case, the functions of each unit of the information proposal systems 100-100G, excluding the information input unit 1 and the proposal information display unit 6, are realized by a combination of software (software, firmware, or software and firmware). The software is written as a program and stored in the memory 1002. The processor 1001 functioning as the processing circuit 1000 realizes the functions of each unit by reading and executing the program stored in the memory 1002 (storage device). In other words, it can be said that this program causes a computer to execute the procedures and methods of operation of the components of the information proposal systems 100-100G.

[0106] Here, the memory 1002 may be, for example, a non-volatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as RAM, ROM, flash memory, EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), HDD (Hard Disk Drive), magnetic disk, flexible disk, optical disk, compact disk, mini disk, DVD (Digital Versatile Disc) and its drive device, or any storage medium to be used in the future.

[0107] The above describes a configuration in which the functions of each component of the information proposal systems 100 to 100G, excluding the information input unit 1 and the proposed information display unit 6, are realized either by hardware or software. However, this is not limited to this, and some of the components of the information proposal systems 100 to 100G can be realized by dedicated hardware, and other components can be realized by software, etc. For example, the functions of some of the components can be realized by the processing circuit 1000 as dedicated hardware, and the functions of other components can be realized by the processing circuit 1000 as the processor 1001 reading and executing a program stored in the memory 1002.

[0108] As described above, the information proposal systems 100 to 100G can realize the above-mentioned functions by hardware, software, or a combination of these.

[0109] Although the present disclosure has been described in detail, the above description is illustrative in all respects and does not limit the present disclosure to the above. It is understood that countless variations not illustrated can be envisioned without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

[0110] It should be noted that, within the scope of the present disclosure, the embodiments can be freely combined, modified, or omitted as appropriate.
