[0032] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0033] (Embodiment 1) Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a hair dryer according to this embodiment. As shown in this figure, the hair dryer 1 has a generally T-shape when viewed from the side, and is composed of a hair dryer body 10 that is generally cylindrical and extends horizontally, and a grip part 50 connected to the lower right side and slightly centrally of the hair dryer body 10. For ease of explanation, the side of the hair dryer 1 that draws in external air is defined as the rear end, and the side that blows heated air from the hair dryer 1 to the outside is defined as the front end.

[0034] First, we will explain the hair dryer main body 10. The hair dryer main body 10 is composed of an air intake section 20 located at the rear end, a heating section 30 connected to the air intake section 20, an air blowing section 40 located at the front end and connected to the heating section 30, and a filter 70 detachably attached to the front end of the air blowing section 40.

[0035] The intake unit 20 has a fan (not shown) connected to a motor (not shown), and is capable of drawing in external air from the rear end and sending it to the heating unit 30, the blower unit 40, and the filter 70. The motor and the fan are not particularly limited as long as they can be housed within the intake unit 20.

[0036] The intake unit 20 also has a temperature measuring unit 11 that measures the temperature of the outside air. The temperature measuring unit 11 is not particularly limited as long as it can measure the temperature of the outside air, and a commercially available temperature sensor can be used. The installation position of the temperature measuring unit 11 is also not particularly limited.

[0037] The heating unit 30 is not particularly limited as long as it has a heater (not shown) that heats the air blown from the intake unit 20. An example of the heater is an electric heating wire such as a nichrome wire.

[0038] The blower 40 is not particularly limited as long as it can blow the heated air heated by the heater, but it is preferable that it can adjust the blowing direction of the heated air by the internal shape or the like.

[0039] Next, the gripping unit 50 will be described. The gripping unit 50 has a control unit 51 that controls the heater. The control unit 51 can at least change the temperature of the heated air blown from the blower unit 40 from the first temperature range to the first temperature range via the second temperature range, or from the second temperature range to the second temperature range via the first temperature range, within the temperature control time. The control unit is not particularly limited as long as it has such a function.

[0040] Here, the temperature control time refers to the time (length of the period) for one cycle, which is the time for the temperature of the heated air blown from the blower section 40 to change from the first temperature range through the second temperature range to the first temperature range, or the time for the second temperature range through the first temperature range to the second temperature range.

[0041] Specifically, the temperature control time is 2 seconds to 10 seconds, preferably 4 seconds to 9 seconds, and particularly preferably 6 seconds to 8 seconds. The first temperature range is 20°C to 30°C, preferably 22°C to 28°C, and particularly preferably 23°C to 27°C. The second temperature range is 75°C to 85°C, preferably 77°C to 83°C, and particularly preferably 78°C to 82°C.

[0042] Furthermore, the method of changing (controlling) the heated air by the control unit 51 is not particularly limited, but the following change method may be used.

[0043] Specifically, for example, the control unit 51 may control the temperature control time so that, as the temperature of the outside air approaches the first temperature range, the time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown becomes shorter relative to the time for which heated air in the second temperature range is blown, or may control the temperature control time so that, as the temperature of the outside air approaches the second temperature range, the time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown becomes longer relative to the time for which heated air in the second temperature range is blown. By controlling the hair dryer 1 in this manner, it is possible to dry hair and improve its shine, smoothness, firmness, body, and ease of running fingers through.

[0044] For example, the control unit 51 may control the temperature control time so that, as the temperature of the outside air increases from the first temperature range to the second temperature range, the length of time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown increases linearly, or as the temperature of the outside air decreases from the second temperature range to the first temperature range. By controlling the hair dryer 1 in this manner, in addition to drying hair, it is possible to further improve the shine, smoothness, bounce, body, and ease of running fingers through the hair.

[0045] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 2, for example, the ratio of the time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown to the time for which heated air in the second temperature range is blown may be controlled based on the temperature of the external air (ambient temperature) during the temperature control period. Figure 2 is a graph showing the external air temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit 11 (X axis) versus the value obtained by dividing the time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown by the time for which heated air in the second temperature range is blown (Y axis). As can be seen from this graph, when the external air temperature is low, the blowing time in the first temperature range is shortened, and when the external air temperature is high, the blowing time in the first temperature range is lengthened. By controlling the hair dryer 1 in this manner, in addition to drying hair, it is possible to further improve hair gloss, smoothness, bounce, body, and ease of running fingers through the hair.

[0046] The method of controlling the heated air as described above by the control unit 51 is not particularly limited, but for example, a second temperature measurement unit that measures the temperature of the heated air may be provided further forward than the installation location of the heater, and the control may be performed based on the temperature of the heated air measured by the second temperature measurement unit, or a calibration curve may be created between the temperature of the external air and the heating time by the heater and the temperature of the heated air, and the control may be performed based on this calibration curve.

[0047] The control unit 51 is not particularly limited as long as it can control the heater as described above, and examples thereof include a microcomputer.

[0048] The power supplied to the temperature measuring unit 11, the heat source, and the control unit 51 may be supplied from an external power source, or may be supplied from a battery built into the gripping unit 50.

[0049] Next, the filter 70 will be described. The structure of the filter 70 is not particularly limited as long as it can be attached detachably to the blower unit 40, but the following structure is preferable.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 3, the filter 70 is composed of two cylindrical members 71b and 71c of different diameters that are arranged so that their centers are in the same position inside a cylindrical member 71a, and twelve plate-like spoke members 72 that extend radially from the center. A plurality of spaces 75 are formed by each of the cylindrical members 71a, 71b, and 71c and the spoke members 72.

[0051] The filter 70 has a plurality of spaces 75, and therefore has a large surface area that can come into contact with the hot air blown from the hair dryer 1, and is able to emit high-intensity electromagnetic waves by thermal radiation and rectify the hot air blown from the hair dryer 1 in a predetermined direction. In addition, the filter 70 has sufficient strength.

[0052] Next, the material constituting the filter 70 will be described. The material constituting the filter 70 is 15 to 45 wt % Fe 2 O 3 (iron dioxide), 10 to 33% by weight of SiO 2 (silicon dioxide) and 13 to 45% by weight of Fuji lava produced in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Fuji lava").

[0053] Here, Fuji lava refers to Fuji lava produced in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and contains, for example, 44.2% by weight of SiO 2 , 19.8 wt% Al 2 O 3 , 14.0 wt% Fe 2 O 3 , 11.5 wt% CaO, 4.59 wt% MgO, 2.90 wt% Na 2 O, 1.53 wt.% TiO 2and 0.0797 wt.% V 2 O 5 More specifically, these include rocks that are the same as or recognized as similar to the components shown in Figure 4, or rocks that are recognized as identical in the industry where rocks are used as ceramic materials. If the concentration of each material is lower than the above concentration range, the effect on hair described below cannot be fully exerted, and if the concentration is higher than the above range, the quality (color, strength, etc.) of the filter 70 will decrease and the manufacturing yield will become unstable.

[0054] Other materials contained in the filter 70 are not particularly limited, but include Fe 2 O 3 , SiO 2 It is preferable that the material does not absorb much of the electromagnetic waves (radiated at 20 to 85°C) emitted by the thermal radiation (thermal radiation) from the Fuji lava. Other materials that can be included include cordierite (magnesium oxide (MgO), aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ), silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ), tourmaline, germanium, radium, etc. Filter 70 containing cordierite as another material not only has a high effect on hair as described below, but also has low thermal expansion, high thermal shock resistance, and high mechanical strength.

[0055] The filter 70 can be manufactured using the same manufacturing method as for general ceramics.

[0056] Next, we will explain the effects of attaching the filter 70 using each material to the hair dryer 1 and blowing heated air at 20°C to 85°C onto human hair. The details of the mechanism of the effects described below are currently unknown, but it is thought that they may be due to the thermal radiation of each material.

[0057] First, the material is 15 to 45 wt % Fe 2 O 3This filter 70 is attached to the air outlet of a hair dryer, and air at 20 to 85°C is blown onto human hair (air volume 0.3 m). 3 / min~2.0m 3 / min.), compared to when air at the same temperature is blown onto human hair from a conventional hair dryer, the hair becomes moist, calm, shiny, soft, fine and smooth to the touch (making it easier to run your fingers through), and the hair's frizz is reduced (it straightens out frizz better), leaving it in a more manageable state.

[0058] The material contains 20 to 45% by weight of Fe. 2 O 3 The filter 70 preferably contains 35 to 40% by weight of Fe. The use of such a filter 70 can further improve the above-mentioned effects. 2 O 3 When a filter 70 containing SiO 2 Compared to the filter 70 containing Fuji lava, the feeling of silkiness is less, and the volume is not increased compared to when the filter 70 containing Fuji lava is used.

[0059] Next, 10 to 33% by weight of SiO 2 When this filter 70 is attached to the air outlet of a hair dryer and air at 20°C to 85°C is blown from the hair dryer onto human hair, the hair feels smooth, shiny, and light, and also smooths out frizz, making it easier to run your fingers through and leaving it smoother, compared to when air at the same temperature is blown onto human hair from a conventional hair dryer.

[0060] The material is 15 to 33% by weight of SiO 2 The filter 70 preferably contains 20 to 25% by weight of SiO. The use of such a filter 70 can further improve the above-mentioned effects. 2 When a filter 70 containing Fe was used, 2 O 3The moist feeling is less than that of the filter 70 containing Fuji lava, and the volume is not increased compared to when the filter 70 containing Fuji lava is used.

[0061] Next, we will explain the case where a filter 70 containing 13 to 45% by weight of Fuji lava is used. When this filter 70 is attached to the air outlet of a hair dryer and air at 20 to 85°C is blown from the hair dryer onto human hair, it is possible to blow air at the same temperature onto human hair from a conventional hair dryer (it is preferable that the air volume is constant, for example, 1.4 to 1.8 m). 3 / min and it is more preferable that the airflow rate is constant. Compared to when using a dryer, the roots of the hair become fluffy, the overall volume of the hair increases, and the hair becomes stronger, shiny, and fluffy.

[0062] The filter 70 preferably contains 20 to 45% by weight of Fuji lava, and more preferably 30 to 40% by weight. By using such a filter 70, the above-mentioned effects can be further improved. However, the filter 70 containing Fuji lava has a high content of Fe. 2 O 3 The moist feeling is less than that of the filter 70 containing SiO 2 It feels less smooth compared to Filter 70, which contains

[0063] Furthermore, the above-mentioned effects can be obtained by attaching the filter 70 using each material to the hair dryer 1 and blowing air at 20°C to 85°C onto human hair once (for example, for 2 to 3 minutes), but a greater effect can be obtained by repeatedly blowing the same action multiple times.

[0064] By controlling the hair dryer 1 having the above-described configuration as described above, it is possible to dry hair and also improve the shine, smoothness, firmness, body, and ease of running fingers through the hair.

[0065] Next, experimental results are shown for the cases where the control unit 51 was operated and where the control unit 51 was not operated. <Experiment 1: No filter>

[0066] An experiment was conducted on several people to dry their hair under the following conditions: 1. After washing, remove moisture from hair with a towel. 2. Use the same hair dryer under the same conditions (airflow volume: 1.6 m 3 / min, control conditions shown in Figure 2)

[0067] Here, Fig. 5 shows the results of an experiment in which the control unit 51 was operated without a filter attached, i.e., the temperature of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was changed between the first temperature range of 26°C and the second temperature range of 80°C. Here, the evaluation of each item indicates that 5 is the highest and 0 is the lowest. The evaluation of each item in the following figures is similar.

[0068] FIG. 6 shows the experimental results when the control unit 51 was not operated and the temperature (80° C.) of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was kept constant.

[0069] As can be seen from the average values of each item in Figures 5 and 6, when the control unit 51 is operated to change the temperature of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40, the evaluations of moist feeling, gloss, smooth feeling, firmness / resilience, ease of running one's fingers through, and smoothness of curl are improved compared to when the control unit 51 is not operated and the temperature of the heated air is kept constant.

[0070] Furthermore, the experimental results are shown for the cases where the control unit 51 is operated, where the control unit 51 is operated and each filter is attached, and where the control unit 51 is not operated. 2 O 3 Filters containing

[0071] An experiment was conducted on several people to dry their hair under the following conditions: 1. After washing, remove moisture from hair with a towel. 2. Use the same hair dryer under the same conditions (airflow volume: 1.6 m 3 / min, control conditions shown in Figure 2)

[0072] Here, when the control unit 51 is operated without a filter attached, that is, when the temperature of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 is changed between the first temperature range of 26°C and the second temperature range of 80°C, the results are shown in Figure 7. 2 O 3FIG. 8 shows the experimental results when a filter containing the above was attached and the control unit 51 was operated in the same manner.

[0073] FIG. 9 shows the experimental results when the control unit 51 was not operated and the temperature (80° C.) of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was kept constant.

[0074] As can be seen from the average values of each item in Figures 7 to 9, when the filter was attached and the control unit 51 was operated, the evaluation of all items was found to be significantly improved compared to when the filter was not attached and the control unit 51 was not operated, and when the filter was not attached and the control unit 51 was operated. <Experiment 3: SiO 2 Filters containing

[0075] An experiment was conducted on several people to dry their hair under the following conditions: 1. After washing, remove moisture from hair with a towel. 2. Use the same hair dryer under the same conditions (airflow volume: 1.6 m 3 / min, control conditions shown in Figure 2)

[0076] Here, the results of an experiment in which the control unit 51 was operated without a filter attached, that is, the temperature of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was changed between the first temperature range of 26°C and the second temperature range of 80°C, are shown in Figure 10. 2 FIG. 11 shows the experimental results when a filter containing the above was attached and the control unit 51 was operated in the same manner.

[0077] On the other hand, FIG. 12 shows the experimental results when the control unit 51 was not operated and the temperature (80° C.) of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was kept constant.

[0078] As can be seen from Figures 10 to 12, when the filter was installed and the control unit 51 was operated, the evaluation of all items was significantly improved compared to when the filter was not installed and the control unit 51 was not operated, and when the filter was not installed and the control unit 51 was operated. <Experiment 4: With filter containing Fuji lava>

[0079] An experiment was conducted on several people to dry their hair under the following conditions: 1. After washing, remove moisture from hair with a towel. 2. Use the same hair dryer under the same conditions (airflow volume: 1.6 m 3 / min, control conditions shown in Figure 2)

[0080] Figure 13 shows the experimental results when the control unit 51 was operated without a filter attached, i.e., when the temperature of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was changed between the first temperature range of 26°C and the second temperature range of 80°C, and Figure 14 shows the experimental results when a filter containing 40% by weight of Fuji lava was attached and the control unit 51 was operated in the same way.

[0081] On the other hand, FIG. 15 shows the experimental results when the control unit 51 was not operated and the temperature (80° C.) of the heated air discharged from the tip of the blower unit 40 was kept constant.

[0082] 13 to 15, when the filter is attached and the control unit 51 is operated, the evaluations of smoothness, firmness, smoothness, softness, and smoothness of curl are significantly improved compared to when the filter is not attached and the control unit 51 is not operated, and when the filter is not attached and the control unit 51 is operated. (Other Embodiments)

[0083] In the above-described embodiment, the temperature measuring unit is attached to the intake unit, but the present invention is not limited to this. The temperature measuring unit may be attached to the heating unit as long as it is located closer to the rear end than the heating unit. Even if the hair dryer is configured in this way, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

Claims

1. A hair dryer comprising: an intake section that draws in outside air; a heating section connected to the intake section and having a heater that heats the intake air; a blower section connected to the heating section and blowing the heated air; and a control section that controls the heater to at least change the temperature of the air blown from the blower section from a first temperature range via a second temperature range to the first temperature range, or from the second temperature range via the first temperature range to the second temperature range, within a temperature control time, wherein the temperature control time is 2 s to 10 s; the first temperature range is 20°C to 30°C; and the second temperature range is 75°C to 85°C.

2. The hair dryer according to claim 1, characterized in that the air intake section or the heating section has a temperature measuring section which measures the temperature of the outside air, and the control section changes the time for which the heated air in the first temperature range is blown and the time for which the heated air in the second temperature range is blown relative to the temperature control time based on the temperature of the outside air measured by the temperature measuring section.

3. The hair dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that the control unit controls the time for which the heated air in the first temperature range is blown to be shorter relative to the time for which the heated air in the second temperature range is blown as the temperature of the external air approaches the first temperature range, or controls the time for which the heated air in the first temperature range is blown to be longer relative to the time for which the heated air in the second temperature range is blown as the temperature of the external air approaches the second temperature range.

4. The hair dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that the control unit linearly increases the length of time for which the heated air in the first temperature range is blown as the temperature of the external air rises from the first temperature range side to the second temperature range side, or linearly decreases the length of time for which the heated air in the first temperature range is blown as the temperature of the external air falls from the second temperature range side to the first temperature range side.

5. The hair dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that the control unit reduces the time for which heated air in the second temperature range is blown relative to the time for which heated air in the first temperature range is blown as the temperature of the external air increases, based on the temperature of the external air.

6. The hair dryer according to claim 1, wherein the temperature control time varies randomly.

7. A filter is attached to the tip end of the blower from which the heated air is discharged, and the filter is made of a material containing 15 to 45% by weight of Fe. 2 O 3 , 10 to 33% by weight of SiO 2 and 13 to 45% by weight of Fuji lava produced in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
