Furthermore, to prevent damage to brand value, the main server analyzes items in lease agreements, interior drawings, on-site inspections, and membership evaluation forms to provide consulting on creating an optimal management environment, as well as simple operational solutions.

[0038] Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a main server according to an embodiment.

[0039] In this embodiment, a server is a computing system that provides services to other computers or devices on a computer network or stores and manages data. The main server (100) accepts requests from other computers or devices, called clients, and provides responses or data in response to those requests. The main server (100) configuration illustrated in FIG. 2 is merely a simplified example.

[0040] The communication unit (110) may be configured regardless of the communication mode, such as wired or wireless, and may be configured with various communication networks, such as a personal area network (PAN) and a wide area network (WAN). In addition, the communication unit (110) may operate based on the well-known World Wide Web (WWW), and may also utilize a wireless transmission technology used for short-distance communication, such as infrared (IrDA: Infrared Data Association) or Bluetooth. For example, the communication unit (110) may be responsible for transmitting and receiving data required to perform a technique according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0041] The memory (120) may refer to any type of storage medium. For example, the memory (120) may include at least one type of storage medium among a flash memory type, a hard disk type, a multimedia card micro type, a card type memory (e.g., SD or XD memory, etc.), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a SRAM (Static Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read-Only Memory), an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), a PROM (Programmable Read-Only Memory), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, and an optical disk. Such a memory (120) may also constitute a database as illustrated in FIG. 1.

[0042] The memory (120) can store at least one instruction that can be executed by the processor (130). In addition, the memory (120) can store any type of information generated or determined by the processor (130) and any type of information received by the main server (100). For example, the memory (120) stores RM data and RM protocols according to the user, as will be described later. In one embodiment, the processor (130) may be configured with at least one core and may include a processor for data analysis and / or processing, such as a central processing unit (CPU), a general purpose graphics processing unit (GPGPU), or a tensor processing unit (TPU) of a computer device.

[0044] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the configuration of a command set stored in memory according to an embodiment.

[0045] Referring to FIG. 3, the command set according to the embodiment may be configured to include a collection unit (121), a grade calculation unit (122), a grade assignment unit (123), a solution provision unit (124), and a community creation unit (125). The term 'unit' used in this specification should be interpreted to include software, hardware, or a combination thereof, depending on the context in which the term is used. For example, the software may be machine language, firmware, embedded code, and application software. As another example, the hardware may be a circuit, a processor, a computer, an integrated circuit, an integrated circuit core, a sensor, a MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System), a passive device, or a combination thereof.

[0046] The collection unit (121) collects member information and promotion review information from the member terminal (300). In an exemplary embodiment, member information refers to detailed information about a member registered with the system, including, but not limited to, the hospital's location, size, and year of opening. In an exemplary embodiment, member information may also be collected through a membership review form. Promotion review information refers to information required for member promotion review, including, but not limited to, whether each member has completed academy training, the number of treatment cases, and the number of consents from existing members.

[0047] Additionally, the collection unit (121) collects training data for an analysis model for analyzing hospital details. In one embodiment, hospital details are information necessary for generating hospital evaluation and consulting information, and may include lease agreements, interior design drawings, on-site inspections, and membership evaluation forms. In one embodiment, the analysis model analyzes each item included in the hospital details and generates evaluation results and consulting information based on the analysis results.

[0048] The grade calculation unit (122) calculates the member's grade based on the entered information. In an exemplary embodiment, the grade calculation unit (122) calculates the member's grade based on the collected member information, including whether or not each member has completed training, the number of treatment cases, and the number of consents from existing members. In an exemplary embodiment, the grade calculation unit (122) calculates the grade differently based on the number of treatment cases and completed training courses included in the member information, and recognizes the grade only when more than half of the existing members consent.

[0049] In this example, the grading department (122) grants LMD status and the opportunity to observe procedures at the hospital upon completion of the basic course. Furthermore, if the number of requests exceeds the required number, the member is required to complete the advanced course through an interview and majority consent. After completing the advanced course, membership promotion is determined through case presentations, interviews, and majority consent. Afterwards, the member is granted MMD status and the basic MMC qualifications, which allow staff to observe procedures.

[0050] Below, the functions of the grade and grade calculation unit (122) according to the embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 4.

[0051] Figure 4 is a drawing showing the types and criteria of grades according to an embodiment.

[0052] Referring to FIG. 4, the grades according to the embodiment may include LMD (License Of MINISH Dentistry), MMD (Member Of MINISH Dentistry), CMD (Chief Of MINISH Dentistry), and MMD (MINISH Member's Doctor) grades.

[0053] Anyone with a medical license can take the MINISH Academy Basic Course (provides basic kits such as MINISH Bur Kit, Polishing Kit, and Bonding Kit), and doctors who complete the course will be awarded an LMD Certificate. LMDs can pay the lab fee and request lab work for up to a certain number of MINISHs (e.g., 20, approximately 3 cases). The benefits described above will be provided within one year of completing the academy, and lab work will be charged at a fixed rate per piece. If necessary, the headquarters can dispatch materials, equipment, and personnel, and provide opportunities for observation of the headquarters. Only LMD holders can participate, and dental staff cannot attend.

[0054] The MMD (Member of MINISH Dentistry) rank is one level higher than the L.MD rank. If a MINISH dental technician has completed more than 20 requests, the individual must become an MMD to submit additional requests. In the example, an interview with the MINISH Committee is required, along with the approval of a majority of the CMD / DMD / MA.MD members, and attendance at an annual symposium and community meeting is required for promotion to MMD. Furthermore, after becoming an MMD, the individual is eligible to open a MMC.

[0055] The CMD (Chief of Minish Dentistry) rank is a higher level than the MMD. MMDs can be promoted to CMD through case presentations at regularly held seminars. Promotion to CMD requires an interview with the Minish Committee and the approval of a majority of DMDs, MAs, and MDs. In the example, promotion to CMD qualifies a practitioner to open an MMC premium.

[0056] The grade assignment unit (123) assigns and stores the calculated grade to the corresponding member. Furthermore, the grade assignment unit (123) sets and stores detailed information necessary for grade maintenance and membership, such as benefits for each grade, initial membership fee, and monthly maintenance fee. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the grade assignment unit (123) sets the hospital support services provided when the initial membership fee and monthly maintenance fee are paid. The hospital support services provided in the embodiment may include the cost of acquiring a mini-service license, brand management fees, mini-service design drafts, designated hospital signboards, consultation supplies, and regular visits.

[0057] The solution provider (124) provides dental operation solutions. In an embodiment, the dental operation solutions may include solutions that are provided by default upon system subscription and consulting information generated through hospital data analysis.

[0058] In the embodiment, the solution that can be provided basically includes a dental operation solution that includes educational content, qualification certification, and operational support for ultra-thin dental prosthetics treatment.

[0059] In one embodiment, the solution provider (124) analyzes hospital data items, including lease agreements, interior design drawings, on-site inspections, and membership assessment forms, and provides consulting information on creating an optimal management environment based on the analysis results. In one embodiment, the solution provider (124) can analyze hospital data items using a stored analysis model. In one embodiment, the analysis model includes an image analysis model, a video analysis model, and a text analysis model, and can generate consulting information using a generative artificial intelligence model based on the hospital data analysis results.

[0060] Additionally, in the embodiment, the solution provider (124) can evaluate a hospital seeking to join by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of the membership evaluation form illustrated in FIG. 6. In the embodiment, quantitative analysis is a method of evaluating a hospital based on the combined score, which is calculated by adding up preset scores for each item. For example, the solution provider (124) can provide preset consulting information based on the range of the combined score. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the membership evaluation form can be graded, and membership can be approved only if the score is above a certain level.

[0061] Qualitative analysis is a method that analyzes the text and images listed in an evaluation form and provides consulting information based on the analysis results. In one embodiment, the solution provider (124) can analyze the text and images included in the evaluation form using a text analysis model and an image analysis model, and generate consulting information based on the analysis results using generative artificial intelligence.

[0062] A model in this specification may refer to any form of computer program that operates based on a network function, an artificial neural network, and / or a neural network. Throughout this specification, the terms model, neural network, network function, and neural network may be used interchangeably. A neural network is a network in which one or more nodes are interconnected through one or more links to form input node and output node relationships within the neural network. The characteristics of a neural network can be determined based on the number of nodes and links within the neural network, the correlation between the nodes and links, and the weight value assigned to each link. A neural network may be composed of a set of one or more nodes. A subset of the nodes constituting the neural network may constitute a layer.

[0063] A deep neural network (DNN) may refer to a neural network that includes multiple hidden layers in addition to an input layer and an output layer. A deep neural network may include a convolutional neural network (CNN), a recurrent neural network (RNN), an autoencoder, a generative adversarial network (GAN), a restricted boltzmann machine (RBM), a deep belief network (DBN), a Q network, a U network, a Siamese network, a generative adversarial network (GAN), a transformer, and the like. The description of the above-described deep neural network is merely an example, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0064] Neural networks can learn through at least one of the following methods: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, semi-supervised learning, self-supervised learning, or reinforcement learning. Neural network learning can be the process of applying knowledge to the neural network to perform a specific action.

[0065] Neural networks can be trained to minimize output errors. This process involves repeatedly inputting training data into the neural network, calculating the neural network output and target error for the training data, and backpropagating the neural network error from the output layer to the input layer to update the weights of each node in the neural network to reduce the error. In supervised learning, labeled data is used for each training data, while unsupervised learning uses unlabeled data. The amount of change in the connection weights of each updated node can be determined by the learning rate. The neural network's calculation of input data and backpropagation of errors can constitute a learning cycle (epoch). The learning rate can vary depending on the number of iterations in the neural network's training cycle. Additionally, to prevent overfitting, methods such as increasing the learning data, regularization, dropout that disables some nodes, and batch normalization layers can be applied.

[0066] In one embodiment, the model may borrow at least a portion of a transformer. The transformer may be composed of an encoder that encodes embedded data and a decoder that decodes the encoded data. The transformer may have a structure that receives a series of data and outputs a series of data of different types through encoding and decoding steps. In one embodiment, the series of data may be processed into a form operable by the transformer. The process of processing the series of data into a form operable by the transformer may include an embedding process. Expressions such as data tokens, embedding vectors, and embedding tokens may refer to data embedded in a form operable by the transformer.

[0067] To encode and decode a series of data, a transformer can utilize an attention algorithm to process the encoders and decoders within the transformer. An attention algorithm can refer to an algorithm that, for a given query, calculates the similarity for one or more keys, reflects this similarity in the values corresponding to each key, and then weights and sums the values to which the similarity is reflected to calculate an attention value.

[0068] Depending on how the query, key, and value are configured, various types of attention algorithms can be categorized. For example, if attention is obtained by setting the query, key, and value all to the same value, this could be a self-attention algorithm. If attention is obtained by reducing the dimensionality of the embedding vector to process a series of input data in parallel and generating individual attention heads for each segmented embedding vector, this could be a multi-head attention algorithm.

[0069] In one embodiment, the transformer may be composed of modules that perform multiple multi-head self-attention algorithms or multi-head encoder-decoder algorithms. In one embodiment, the transformer may also include additional components other than attention algorithms, such as embedding, normalization, and softmax. Methods for constructing a transformer using attention algorithms may include methods disclosed in Vaswani et al., Attention Is All You Need, 2017 NIPS, which is incorporated herein by reference.

[0070] Transformers can be applied to various data domains, such as embedded natural language, segmented image data, and audio waveforms, to transform a series of input data into a series of output data. To transform data from various data domains into a series of data that can be input to the Transformer, the Transformer can embed the data. The Transformer can process additional data that expresses the relative positional or phase relationship between the series of input data. Alternatively, vectors expressing the relative positional or phase relationship between the input data can be additionally reflected in the series of input data to embed the series of input data.

[0071] In one embodiment, the relative positional relationship between a series of input data may include, but is not limited to, word order within a natural language sentence, the relative positional relationship between each segmented image, the temporal order of segmented audio waveforms, etc. The process of adding information expressing the relative positional relationship or phase relationship between a series of input data may be referred to as positional encoding.

[0072] In one embodiment, the model may include, but is not limited to, at least one of a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), a Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) network, a Deep Neural Network (DNN), a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and a Bidirectional Recurrent Deep Neural Network (BRDNN).

[0073] In one embodiment, the model may be a model trained using transfer learning. Transfer learning, in this context, refers to a learning method that pre-trains a large amount of unlabeled training data using semi-supervised or self-learning methods to obtain a pre-trained model for a first task, and then fine-tunes the pre-trained model to suit a second task, thereby training labeled training data using supervised learning to implement a target model.

[0074] Referring back to Figure 3, in the embodiment, the solution provider (124) analyzes the lease agreement using an analysis model to generate consulting information. In the embodiment, the solution provider (124) analyzes the hospital's lease agreement to evaluate the lease terms, rental fee, and contract period, and determines whether any adjustments to the lease terms or rental fee are necessary.

[0075] Additionally, the solution provider (124) analyzes the interior design drawings. In one embodiment, the solution provider (124) analyzes the interior design drawings of the hospital to evaluate space utilization, environmental design, and patient and medical staff movement paths. This allows the solution provider to verify the efficient design of the environment and identify areas for improvement.

[0076] In addition, in the embodiment, the solution provider (124) visits an actual hospital site and collects on-site inspection information by directly investigating the condition and operation of the facility, thereby identifying problems or areas in need of improvement in the facility and deriving solutions to the problems.

[0077] Additionally, the solution provider (124) analyzes the hospital's membership review form to obtain information about patients' hospitalization and treatment processes. Then, by evaluating patients' experiences and medical services, it develops measures to improve service quality.

[0078] In this embodiment, the solution provider (124) provides consulting information based on the hospital data analysis results described. In this embodiment, the solution provider (124) synthesizes the hospital data analysis results and, through a generative artificial intelligence model, generates an optimal plan for the hospital's management environment. This plan may include, for example, facility improvement proposals, strategies for improving patient service quality, and cost reduction measures.

[0079] The community creation unit (125) creates a community in which each member conducts conversations and shares information according to the training course and position he or she has completed.

[0080] In an embodiment, the community creation unit (125) can create separate communities with different access rights based on the training courses and positions of each member. For example, the community creation unit (125) can create separate communities for the entire community, a representative community, a field manager community, an initial setup community, and a website creation community.

[0081] In the example, the entire community is a community of directors who have completed the Academy Basic Course, and it is a community that shares hospital-related news, posts uploaded to SNS, new MMC contract information, internal and external events and events, and information on purchasing dental materials and devices from dental malls.

[0082] The Representative Community is comprised of dental clinic directors who have signed MMC contracts. It shares information related to Minishi operations, including hospital-related news, posts uploaded to NS, and new MMC contracts. It also shares information about MMC operating meetings and symposiums, and fosters ongoing communication with MMC-affiliated directors.

[0083] The Dental Director (Non-Doctor) Community is a community of dental directors who have signed an MMC contract. It shares hospital-related news, posts uploaded to SNS, materials that can be helpful for hospital operations and consultations, operation-related notices, and answers to inquiries about treatment. It also provides a conversation tool for ongoing communication with registered dental directors.

[0084] The initial setup community is comprised of dental clinic directors, general managers, and medical business teams that have signed MMC contracts. It is a community that helps with the initial setup for Minishi operation and provides the necessary data for system operation.

[0085] The website creation community is comprised of dental clinic directors and managers who have signed MMC contracts, website creation companies hired by MMC, and the medical business team. It provides materials necessary for website creation and operation, and answers inquiries about website creation materials.

[0086]

[0087] In this embodiment, each community provides categorized setup items based on their public rating. In this embodiment, the setup items may include physical items and electronic files.

[0088] In the embodiment, the disclosure level can be subdivided into a disclosure level, an internal disclosure level (external leakage prohibited), and a non-disclosure level. Specifically, information in the disclosure level includes model promotional materials, before-and-after photos of teeth with ultra-thin dental prosthetics, and logo materials. Information in the internal disclosure level usually involves issues with portrait rights, such as promotional videos and before-and-after photos of faces with ultra-thin dental prosthetics. In addition, information in the non-disclosure level usually contains operational know-how, such as a Minishi guidebook (Minish operation guide), content guide (content operation and utilization guide), and materials from other MMCs (other members).

[0089] The system and method for supporting dental operation solutions according to the embodiment require completion of the basic course. Upon completion, LMD qualification and attendance at the hospital's procedures are assessed. Completion of the advanced course is then determined. If the number of requests for the advanced course exceeds the required number, promotion can be determined through an interview and majority approval. Promotion to CMD is then determined through case presentations, interviews, and majority approval. Afterwards, applicants can benefit from the basic MMC requirements, including MMD qualification and the ability for staff to observe procedures.

[0090] In the example, if MMD qualification is granted, the initial membership fee, monthly maintenance fee - cost of acquiring Minishi sales rights, brand management fee, Minishi design draft, designated hospital signboard, consultation supplies, regular business trips, etc. are included, and you can receive Doctor Minishi products irregularly.

[0091] In addition, in the embodiment, for membership registration, a membership application form, business registration certificate, medical institution establishment report, doctor's license, lease agreement (or copy), and interior design drawings are submitted as hospital data, and consulting information based on data analysis can be provided.

[0092] Additionally, the embodiment allows for on-site inspections, including interviews with directors, managers, and other stakeholders, to be conducted and analyzed. Furthermore, the final decision on membership and promotion can be made based on the results of the committee's review based on the membership application form.

[0093] Once membership is approved, the member's device creates a contract by signing an electronic contract.
