The axial flow fan guides the air in the passenger compartment into the sub-instrument panel from the air inlet, dissipates heat and cools the car refrigerator, and then guides the air out of the sub-instrument panel from the air outlet.
[0005] However, the driver's or passenger's seat blocks the exhaust air, causing some of it to flow back into the auxiliary instrument panel, affecting the heat dissipation effect and causing the auxiliary instrument panel and seats to become hot. Furthermore, due to the obstruction of the driver's or passenger's seat, the exhaust air cannot be fully discharged and circulates within the auxiliary instrument panel, resulting in poor cooling performance of the car refrigerator. Furthermore, after the exhaust air is discharged from the air outlet, due to its high temperature, it will float upward, causing the user to feel hot and affecting the user experience.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0035] The following describes in detail embodiments of the present application, and the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.
[0036] In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", "axial", "radial", "circumferential" and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the present application and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be understood as a limitation on the present application.
[0037] In the description of this application, “plurality” means two or more.
[0038] A vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0039] As shown in Figures 1-8 , according to an embodiment of the present application, a vehicle is provided, comprising a sub-dashboard 200, a vehicle refrigerator 300, and an air guide 400. The vehicle refrigerator 300 is mounted on the sub-dashboard 200, and the air guide 400 is mounted within the sub-dashboard 200. The air guide 400 is configured to guide the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 from the sub-dashboard 200 toward the front of the vehicle when the vehicle refrigerator 300 is in operation.
[0040] In this way, the heat dissipation gas can dissipate heat for the vehicle refrigerator 300, so that the vehicle refrigerator 300 can cool efficiently and ensure the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator 300, and the heat dissipation gas after dissipating heat for the vehicle refrigerator 300 will not be directly discharged into the passenger compartment through the auxiliary instrument panel 200.
[0041] In other words, the cooling air does not flow directly from the auxiliary instrument panel 200 toward the driver's seat or the passenger seat. This prevents the driver's seat or the passenger seat from blocking the flow of cooling air, which could cause some of the cooling air to flow back into the auxiliary instrument panel 200, thereby improving the cooling effect. Furthermore, since the cooling air does not flow toward the driver's seat or the passenger seat, it does not cause the driver's seat, the passenger seat, or both sides of the auxiliary instrument panel 200 to heat up in the width direction, thereby ensuring a comfortable ride for the user.
[0042] In addition, since the heat dissipation gas flows from the sub-instrument panel 200 toward the front of the vehicle, it will not float toward the user due to its high temperature during the entire flow process, thereby optimizing the user experience. Moreover, since the heat dissipation gas can be completely discharged toward the front of the vehicle through the interior of the sub-instrument panel 200, the flow of the heat dissipation gas is smoother, avoiding the heat dissipation gas from circulating in the sub-instrument panel 200, thereby improving the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator 300.
[0043] In this way, the vehicle refrigerator 300 of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present application has a good cooling effect, and the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 can flow from the inside of the auxiliary instrument panel 200 toward the front of the vehicle, which provides a better riding experience.
[0044] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, a cooling air duct 210 is constructed within the auxiliary instrument panel 200. When the vehicle refrigerator 300 is in operation, the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 enters the cooling air duct 210. Specifically, when the vehicle refrigerator 300 is in operation, the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 enters the cooling air duct 210. This allows the heat dissipated by the heat dissipated by the air within the cooling air duct 210 to exchange heat and cool down, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipated by the heat dissipated.
[0045] Specifically, the heat dissipation duct 210 extends along the length of the auxiliary instrument panel 200. Thus, the heat dissipation duct 210 can fully utilize the space of the auxiliary instrument panel 200, and the heat dissipation duct 210 has sufficient length, further improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation gas and improving the cooling effect of the vehicle refrigerator 300.
[0046] The vehicle further includes a main instrument panel 100, which is connected to a heat dissipation duct 210. After the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 flows through the heat dissipation duct 210, the temperature of the heat dissipated by the heat dissipation duct 210 is effectively reduced. Therefore, the heat dissipated by the heat dissipation duct 210 will not be excessively high when entering the main instrument panel 100, thereby improving the overall service life of the vehicle. Furthermore, when the heat entering the main instrument panel 100 (which has already dissipated negligible heat through the long heat dissipation duct) flows into the passenger compartment through the air conditioning vents and gaps within the vehicle (the air volume is already small and is negligible due to the multiple vents and gaps), there is no direct strong wind sensation, thereby improving the user experience.
[0047] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the vehicle refrigerator 300 is located at the rear end of the auxiliary instrument panel 200, and the vehicle refrigerator 300 includes a radiator 310. The heat dissipation duct 210 includes a transverse section 211 and a vertical section 212. The transverse section 211 extends along the length direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200 and one end is connected to the main instrument panel 100. The vertical section 212 extends along the height direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200 and is connected to the other end of the transverse section 211. The radiator 310 and the air guide device 400 are arranged in the vertical section 212 and the air guide device 400 is located below the radiator 310.
[0048] In this way, the air guide 400 draws outside air from the passenger compartment through the vertical section 212, flowing downward through the radiator 310 and removing heat. The heat-dissipating air is redirected as it passes through the air guide 400, flowing from the rear of the vehicle to the front along the transverse section 211, and then discharged into the main instrument panel 100. Furthermore, the air that enters the main instrument panel 100 (having dissipated negligible heat through the long heat dissipation duct) flows through the air conditioning vents and gaps within the vehicle into the passenger compartment (the air volume is already small, and the amount of heat dissipated through multiple vents and gaps is negligible). This eliminates the sensation of strong wind blowing directly onto the passenger compartment, thereby improving the passenger experience. The radiator 310 can be made of a material with good thermal conductivity, such as aluminum, to ensure good thermal conductivity while minimizing cost. Furthermore, the provision of the heat dissipation duct 210 allows the flow direction of the heat-dissipating air to be restricted, ensuring efficient flow and reducing the likelihood of heat-dissipating air flowing back toward the radiator 310, thereby improving heat dissipation.
[0049] Specifically, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, within the heat dissipation duct 210, the air guide 400 is located downstream of the radiator 310. This allows the air to first pass through the radiator 310 and dissipate sufficient heat thereafter before flowing through the air guide 400. This results in a higher air flow at the radiator 310 and a more reasonable layout.
[0050] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG2 , the length of the heat dissipation duct 210 is 700 mm to 1000 mm. This provides sufficient length for the heat dissipation duct 210 to effectively cool the heat dissipated by the vehicle refrigerator 300 after flowing through the heat dissipation duct 210. This effectively reduces the temperature of the heat dissipation duct 210, preventing the heat dissipation duct from becoming excessively hot before entering the main instrument panel 100, thereby extending the overall service life of the vehicle.
[0051] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the vehicle further includes an air guide mounting base 500. The air guide mounting base 500 is disposed on the vertical section 212 and is provided with a first air vent 510. The first air vent 510 is configured to connect to the transverse section 211. Specifically, the provision of the air guide mounting base 500 can fix the relative position of the air guide 400 and the auxiliary instrument panel 200. Furthermore, the provision of the first air vent 510 enables the air guide 400 to guide air within the vertical section 212 to the transverse section 211.
[0052] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the vehicle further includes a radiator mounting seat 600. The radiator 310 is mounted on the radiator mounting seat 600. The radiator mounting seat 600 and the air guide mounting seat 500 define an air guide mounting cavity 520. The air guide device 400 is mounted within the air guide mounting cavity 520. The radiator mounting seat 600 is provided with a second air vent 610 that communicates with the air guide mounting cavity 520. Specifically, the provision of the radiator mounting seat 600 can fix the relative position of the radiator 310 and the auxiliary instrument panel 200. In addition, the provision of the second air vent 610 can guide the gas emitted by the radiator 310 to the air guide device 400. The provision of the second air vent 610 can also facilitate the air guide device 400 to guide the flow of the gas after heat exchange at the radiator 310.
[0053] Among them, the radiator mounting seat 600 can be installed on the upper surface of the air guide device mounting seat 500, and the air guide device mounting seat 500 plays the role of supporting the radiator mounting seat 600. The radiator 310 is installed on the upper side of the radiator mounting seat 600, so that the relative positions of the radiator 310, the air guide device 400 and the auxiliary instrument panel 200 are fixed.
[0054] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG8 , the vehicle further includes a seal 700 , which is mounted on the air guide mounting base 500 and disposed around the first air vent 510 . The seal 700 seals the gap between the air guide mounting base 500 and the auxiliary instrument panel 200 . The seal 700 can be made of an elastic material such as sponge.
[0055] In this way, the cooling gas can be ensured to flow more reliably in the cooling air duct 210, preventing the cooling gas from diffusing to other locations in the auxiliary instrument panel 200 through the gap between the air guide device mounting base 500 and the auxiliary instrument panel 200, and avoiding the cooling gas from flowing back and affecting the cooling effect of the radiator 310.
[0056] For example, the auxiliary instrument panel 200 is provided with a through hole 260 , and the air guide device mounting base 500 is inserted into the through hole 260 .
[0057] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG2 , the vehicle further includes a carpet 800. The lower side of the heat dissipation duct 210 is open, and the carpet 800 is located below the auxiliary instrument panel 200 and blocks the heat dissipation duct 210. The auxiliary instrument panel 200 can be connected to the vehicle body, and the carpet 800 can seal the gap between the auxiliary instrument panel 200 and the vehicle body, providing a sealing and heat-insulating function, thereby reducing the probability of heat dissipation gas from the lower side of the heat dissipation duct 210 directly diffusing into the passenger compartment.
[0058] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG1 and FIG3 , an air intake 220 is provided on at least one of the two sides in the width direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200. The air intake 220 is arranged higher than the radiator 310. By providing the air intake 220, the air in the passenger compartment can be sucked into the auxiliary instrument panel 200, so that the air in the passenger compartment can continuously flow to exchange heat with the radiator 310, thereby achieving continuous cooling of the radiator 310. In addition, the air intake 220 is higher than the radiator 310, and the air guide device 400 can mainly guide the airflow at the radiator 310. Under the action of negative pressure, the air in the passenger compartment will continuously replenish the radiator 310 through the air intake 220.
[0059] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, the air guide device 400 is a centrifugal fan and is arranged below the air suction port 220, and the axial direction of the centrifugal fan extends along the height direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200; or the air guide device 400 is an axial flow fan and is arranged below the air suction port 220, and the axial direction of the axial flow fan extends along the height direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200, and the axial flow fan and the heat dissipation air duct 210 are separated by a guide gap.
[0060] In this way, there is sufficient space between the air guide device 400 and the air intake port 220 in the height direction of the sub-instrument panel 200, and the radiator 310 is located between the air guide device 400 and the air intake port 220 in the height direction of the sub-instrument panel 200. In this way, the air guide device 400 can effectively guide the gas near the radiator 310 to the main instrument panel 100, and the air in the passenger compartment will be continuously replenished to the vicinity of the radiator 310 to effectively dissipate heat for the radiator 310.
[0061] For example, an L-shaped duct may be additionally provided below the axial flow fan to more reliably change the flow direction of the heat dissipation gas below the axial flow fan and guide the heat dissipation gas below the axial flow fan to the transverse section 211 .
[0062] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 220 is greater than 1300 mm 2 The cross-sectional area of the air inlet 220 can be 2000mm 2 In this way, the cross-sectional area of the air intake 220 is large enough, and the gas in the passenger compartment can be replenished into the auxiliary instrument panel 200 more quickly.
[0063] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 , the vehicle refrigerator 300 further includes a semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 , a cooling block 330 and an inner container 340 .
[0064] The semiconductor cooling plate 320 has a cooling surface and a heating surface. The cooling block 330 is disposed on the cooling surface of the semiconductor cooling plate 320. The inner container 340 is connected to the cooling block 330. The cooling surface of the semiconductor cooling plate 320 transfers cold energy to the inner container 340 through the cooling block 330. The heat sink 310 is connected to the heating surface of the semiconductor cooling plate 320.
[0065] Among them, the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 will have a cooling surface and a heating surface when powered on due to the Peltier effect. The cooling surface and the heating surface can be located on opposite sides of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320. The cooling block 330 and the inner liner 340 can be made of materials with good thermal conductivity. For example, the cooling block 330 and the inner liner 340 are metal aluminum parts, which not only ensures the thermal conductivity but also avoids excessive cost.
[0066] By setting the cooling block 330, heat exchange can be achieved between the cooling surface of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 and the inner tank 340. Items that need to be cooled can be stored in the inner tank 340, and the cooling block 330 and the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 can be fixed as one. Since the volume of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 is relatively small, by fixing the cooling block 330 and the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 as one, the probability of loss of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 can be reduced, the position reliability of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 on the vehicle refrigerator 300 is higher, and the disassembly and assembly of the semiconductor refrigeration plate 320 is also more convenient.
[0067] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the length direction of the radiator 310 is arranged along the height direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200. Since the air intake 220 is located above the radiator 310 and the air guide device 400 is located below the radiator 310, the length direction of the radiator 310 is arranged along the height direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200. In other words, the flow direction of the air guided by the air guide device 400 is parallel to the length direction of the radiator 310. In this way, the heat exchange area between the air guided by the air guide device 400 and the radiator 310 is larger.
[0068] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG7 and FIG8 , there are multiple radiators 310, and the multiple radiators 310 are arranged along the width direction of the auxiliary instrument panel 200. There are multiple air guides 400, and the multiple air guides 400 correspond one-to-one to the multiple radiators 310. In particular, there are multiple semiconductor cooling fins 320 and multiple cooling blocks 330. The cooling surface of each semiconductor cooling fin 320 can cool the inner container 340 through the cooling block 330 connected thereto, and the heating surface of each semiconductor cooling fin 320 can dissipate heat through the radiator 310 connected thereto. The air guide 400 can dissipate heat for the corresponding radiator 310. In this way, the cooling effect of the inner container 340 can be improved while avoiding the excessive size of the radiator 310, the air guide 400, the cooling block 330, and the semiconductor cooling fin 320, thereby reducing transportation costs and processing costs.
[0069] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the auxiliary instrument panel 200 includes an inner frame 230 , a side panel 240 and an insulation layer 250 .
[0070] The vehicle refrigerator 300 is installed on the inner frame 230 , the heat dissipation duct 210 is formed on the inner frame 230 , the side panels 240 are respectively installed on opposite sides of the inner frame 230 in the width direction, and the insulation layer 250 is provided between the side panels 240 and the inner frame 230 .
[0071] Among them, the car refrigerator 300 can be installed on the inner frame 230 by horizontal pushing and pulling, and the side panels 240 can cover the inner frame 230 from the opposite sides of the width direction of the inner frame 230, thereby improving the appearance neatness of the auxiliary instrument panel 200, and the thermal insulation layer 250 can be thermal insulation cotton, which can play a role in thermal insulation. On the one hand, it prevents the cold air of the car refrigerator 300 from being transferred to the passenger compartment, and on the other hand, it prevents the heat of the heat dissipation gas in the heat dissipation duct 210 from being transferred to the passenger compartment, thereby improving the riding comfort.
