Abstract
Description
Vehicle-mounted device, display device, audio device and terminal
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on September 27, 2023, with application number 202311271205.9 and application name “A vehicle-mounted device, display device, audio device and terminal”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted equipment, and in particular to a vehicle-mounted device, a display device, an audio device, and a terminal. Background Art
[0003] As demand for enhanced comfort, safety, and convenience in mobile devices (such as vehicles, ships, and aircraft) continues to rise, more and more intelligent, digital, and networked devices are being integrated into these devices. For example, rear-seat LCD screens, rear-seat projection systems, and in-car audio systems are becoming increasingly common in large, medium, and small passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and construction trucks, comprehensively enhancing cockpit performance and the overall passenger experience.
[0004] However, these intelligent devices also pose a safety hazard to passengers. Because mobile devices such as vehicles need to navigate the external environment, they are often subject to acceleration, sudden braking, collisions, and bumps. Many of the casualties caused by car accidents are caused by cuts and scratches caused by detached, deformed, or broken devices and their components. This is especially true when on-board devices are installed in the front seats of a vehicle. If the vehicle collides or brakes suddenly, the rear passengers will impact the front seats at high speed. In this case, if the on-board device installed in the front seat is knocked off or broken, it will cause serious injuries to the rear passengers.
[0005] Therefore, how to improve the anti-collision performance of vehicle-mounted devices is a hot topic currently being studied by those skilled in the art.
[0006] Summary of the Invention
[0007] The embodiments of the present application provide a vehicle-mounted device, a display device, an audio device, and a terminal, which can significantly improve the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device and enhance the protection of the user's personal safety.
[0008] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle-mounted device comprising a housing and a panel. At least a portion of the housing surrounds a cavity. The panel is used to enclose the cavity, and the panel has a connection hole. The panel is fixedly mounted on the housing via an energy absorbing assembly. The energy absorbing assembly comprises an adhesive layer and a first connection structure. The adhesive layer is disposed between the panel and the housing and is used to bond the panel and the housing. The first connection structure is used to assemble with the connection hole to achieve a fixed connection between the panel and the housing.
[0009] Optionally, the vehicle-mounted device may be installed in the mobile terminal, such as in a seat of the mobile terminal, or on the top of a cabin of the mobile terminal.
[0010] In some mobile terminals, the panel mounted above the cavity may sag into the cavity when impacted, creating risks such as detachment, deformation, and cracking, threatening the safety of users and property. This application, however, incorporates an energy-absorbing component into the vehicle-mounted device. This component is used to secure the panel and conduct and disperse the impact force applied to the panel when impacted.
[0011] On one hand, the energy-absorbing assembly includes an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer forms a bonding interface between the panel and the housing, providing a reaction force when the panel is subjected to external forces, reducing the possibility of panel deformation or dislodging. On the other hand, the energy-absorbing assembly also includes a first connecting structure. The assembly of the first connecting structure with the panel's connecting hole ensures relative fixation between the panel and the structural component, ensuring a tight connection between the panel and the structural component, further reducing the risk of panel dislodging or cracking due to significant deformation.
[0012] When an object hits the panel or a component outside the panel, the impact force is transmitted to the shell through the adhesive layer and / or the first connecting structure when it reaches the panel, making the panel less likely to be deformed, fall off, or break, significantly improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device and enhancing the protection of user personal safety.
[0013] In a possible implementation, the first connection structure may include a pin, a buckle, and other structures capable of achieving a fixed connection. The following description will take the first connection structure being a pin as an example.
[0014] In one possible embodiment, the first connection structure may be provided on the housing. In some embodiments, the housing includes a one-piece middle shell, and the pin may be integrally connected to the middle shell, that is, the housing (i.e., the middle shell) may have a pin. In some embodiments, the housing includes multiple separate components (described below), and the pin may be integrally connected to some (e.g., one) of the components in the housing, that is, some of the components included in the housing may have a pin.
[0015] In one possible embodiment, the main body of the housing is used to enclose and form the cavity. The housing also has a first connecting structure. The first connecting structure of the housing assembles with the connecting hole of the panel to achieve a fixed connection between the housing and the panel. In other words, the aforementioned housing can be regarded as a one-piece structure. In this embodiment, the housing not only forms the cavity but also serves to fix and prevent collisions of the panel. Without the introduction of other structural components, the anti-collision requirements can be met at a reduced cost.
[0016] Optionally, an adhesive layer may be provided between the housing (or the main body of the housing) and the panel. Furthermore, in the case where the first connecting structure is a pin, the gap between the pin and the panel may be filled with an adhesive material to further enhance the stability of the assembly between the pin and the connecting hole. The adhesive material may also be considered as the adhesive layer.
[0017] In one possible implementation of the first aspect, the housing includes a middle shell and a structural member. The panel is fixedly mounted to the structural member via the energy absorbing assembly. A first connecting structure is disposed on a side of the structural member facing the panel, and an adhesive layer is disposed between the panel and the structural member.
[0018] In other words, in some solutions, the middle shell and the structural components are separately provided. In the above embodiment, the housing comprises a shell and structural components. The shell is used to enclose the cavity, while the structural components are used to secure the panel and prevent collisions, thus achieving decoupling of different functional components. For example, due to the stress-bearing structure, the structural components can adopt a more rigid structure, thereby improving the stability of the overall mechanism.
[0019] Optionally, the structural member is located between the middle shell and the panel. When the panel is hit and generates an impact force toward the cavity, the adhesive layer and the first connection structure on the structural member can both secure the panel. Moreover, the structural member can also provide support to the panel, further improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0020] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the structural member is fixedly connected to the middle shell. By fixedly connecting the structural member and the middle shell, the stability of the overall structure can be improved.
[0021] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the structural member is at least partially disposed on a side of the panel away from the cavity. Thus, at least a portion of the panel may be surrounded by the structural member, and in some cases, the impact point may be shifted to the structural member, further improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0022] For example, when an object hits the panel, the impact force is transmitted to the structural parts and other components through the adhesive layer and the first connecting structure after reaching the panel, which is equivalent to the structural parts providing "pulling force" for the panel, making the panel less likely to deform, fall off, break, and other accidents.
[0023] In another possible embodiment of the first aspect, the structural member includes a bottom plate and a side wall, the side wall is arranged around the bottom plate, the bottom plate is annular and covers the edge of the panel, a first connecting structure is provided on the side of the bottom plate facing the panel, and the side wall is arranged around the periphery of the middle shell.
[0024] In this embodiment, when an impacting object hits the side wall and panel of a structural member, the impact force generated by the impact can be promptly transmitted to the structural member, the housing, etc., thereby improving the anti-collision capability of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0025] In another possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the vehicle-mounted device further includes a fixed connection structure, and the fixed connection structure is used to fixedly connect the shell and the seat.
[0026] In this embodiment, the shell is mounted on the seat and fixedly connected to the seat via a fixed connection structure, so that the impact force on the vehicle-mounted device can be quickly transmitted to the seat, further improving the anti-collision capability of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0027] In another possible embodiment of the first aspect, the fixed connection structure includes a rotating shaft fixing member and a rotating shaft cantilever, wherein: the rotating shaft fixing member is fixedly connected to the middle shell, the rotating shaft fixing member has a protruding rotating shaft, the rotating shaft cantilever is provided with a rotating shaft connecting hole, the rotating shaft connecting hole is used to assemble with the rotating shaft to realize the rotation of the rotating shaft cantilever around the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft cantilever includes a second connecting structure, and the second connecting structure is used to realize the fixed connection between the rotating shaft cantilever and the seat.
[0028] In the above embodiment, the stability of the vehicle-mounted device when subjected to external forces (such as vibration, impact, etc.) can be improved by adding a rotating shaft cantilever to the rotating shaft. In addition, the rotating shaft cantilever is combined with the fixed rotating shaft structure to further improve the stability and anti-collision ability of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0029] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, one end of the shaft fixing member abuts the structural member. Thus, the force applied to the structural member can be directly transmitted to the seat via the fixing member and the shaft cantilever. The seat can then provide a secure and cushioning effect for the vehicle-mounted device, further enhancing the vehicle-mounted device's collision resistance.
[0030] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the structural member is fixedly connected to the seat. This improves the stability of the overall structure and allows forces applied to the structural member to be directly transmitted to the seat via the fixed connection. The seat then provides a secure and cushioning effect for the vehicle-mounted device, further enhancing the vehicle-mounted device's anti-collision capabilities.
[0031] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the structural member is a metal member. The metal may be an alloy, pure metal, or the like. Because metal has relatively high rigidity, it is more conducive to securing the panel and transmitting impact force, further enhancing the anti-collision capability of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0032] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the seat includes a headrest, and the vehicle-mounted device is disposed on the headrest of the seat.
[0033] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the seat includes a backrest, and the vehicle-mounted device is disposed on the backrest of the seat.
[0034] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the seat includes a headrest, a backrest, and a connecting portion connecting the backrest and the headrest, and the vehicle-mounted device is disposed on the connecting portion.
[0035] Optionally, the headrest and backrest of the seat can be provided separately or in one piece.
[0036] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the panel is disposed on a side of the seat facing rearward of the mobile terminal. Thus, through the above implementation, the risk of deformation, detachment, or even breakage of the panel of the vehicle-mounted device due to impact can be reduced, thereby ensuring the safety of rear passengers.
[0037] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the shell is provided with a protrusion, which extends in a direction from the shell to the panel, the top of the protrusion abuts the panel, and the adhesive layer is provided on a side of the protrusion away from the center of the panel.
[0038] In the above embodiment, by providing a protrusion, a supporting force can be provided for the adhesive layer away from the impact point, so that the adhesive layer 103 is not easily deformed and displaced. On the one hand, the stability of the overall structure can be improved and the anti-collision performance of the device can be improved. On the other hand, debonding due to impact can be avoided to improve the aesthetics of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0039] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the adhesive layer comprises a flexible member having adhesive properties. The adhesive properties of the flexible member enable the adhesive layer to form a bonding interface between the housing and the panel, improving stability. Furthermore, the flexible member can provide a cushioning effect when the panel is impacted, improving the device's anti-collision performance.
[0040] Optionally, the bonding layer can be achieved by filling glue, in which case the surface layer of the glue is sticky, while the middle part of the glue can serve as a buffer layer to buffer.
[0041] Optionally, the adhesive layer can be a double-adhesive foam, which includes two stacked adhesive layers and a foam layer between the two adhesive layers. The two adhesive layers can form a bonding interface between the housing and the panel, and the foam layer can act as a buffer, improving the stability and anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0042] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the panel is made of a fragile material. For example, the panel is a glass panel.
[0043] In another possible embodiment of the first aspect, the panel is a composite glass panel, comprising a laminated inorganic material layer and an organic material layer. Optionally, the composite glass panel further comprises a film covering the inorganic material layer and / or the organic material layer.
[0044] In yet another possible implementation of the first aspect, the thickness of the inorganic material layer is greater than or equal to 2 mm, and the thickness of the organic material layer is greater than or equal to 2 mm.
[0045] In another possible implementation of the first aspect, the vehicle-mounted device further includes a signal source, and the signal source is located in the cavity.
[0046] The signal source is used to generate a signal, and the signal is transmitted to the object space through the cavity and the panel. The signal includes but is not limited to light, sound waves, electromagnetic waves and other signals.
[0047] In this embodiment, the cavity of the vehicle-mounted device can form a signal conduction path to achieve its specific function. For example, when the signal is light, multiple optical elements can be placed in the cavity. The light can produce reflection, refraction, and other phenomena in the optical elements within the cavity. The cavity not only provides space for the light path design, but also achieves water and dust protection, thereby extending the service life of the vehicle-mounted device. As another example, when the signal is sound waves, the multiple reflections of the sound waves by the cavity can improve the playback effect and enhance the user experience.
[0048] In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a display device comprising an image generating unit and the vehicle-mounted device described in any one of the first aspects. At least a portion of the housing of the vehicle-mounted device encloses a cavity. The image generating unit is located within the cavity and is configured to generate a light beam that propagates through the cavity and a panel within the vehicle-mounted device to an object space outside the display device to generate a virtual image visible to the human eye.
[0049] Optionally, the display device is installed in the seat of the movable terminal.
[0050] In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the display device further includes an optical element, which is disposed in the cavity and is configured to process the light beam.
[0051] In a third aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an audio device comprising a speaker and the vehicle-mounted device described in any one of the first aspects. The audio device is mounted within a seat of a mobile terminal, the housing comprises a cavity, and the speaker is configured to generate sound waves that can propagate into a physical space outside the audio device.
[0052] Optionally, the sound waves may pass through the cavity and a panel in the vehicle-mounted device.
[0053] In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a terminal, which includes the vehicle-mounted device described in any one of the first aspect, or the terminal includes the display device described in any one of the second aspect, or the terminal includes the audio device described in the third aspect.
[0054] Optionally, the terminal may be a movable terminal such as a vehicle, a ship, an aircraft, or a logistics robot. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0071] In recent years, more and more intelligent, digital, and networked devices have been integrated into mobile terminals. While these devices improve the performance and user experience of mobile terminals, they also bring more risks to the use of mobile terminals.
[0072] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a vehicle-mounted device provided by an embodiment of the present application, wherein the vehicle-mounted device 10 can be installed in the seat of the vehicle. As shown in part (a) of Figure 1, the vehicle-mounted device 10 is set in the seat of the vehicle and faces the rear of the vehicle. For example, when the rear passengers are riding in the vehicle, they can watch movies, browse the web, watch videos on demand, or play games through the vehicle-mounted device 10 set on the front seat. However, as shown in part (b) of Figure 1, if the vehicle collides or brakes suddenly, the rear passengers will impact the front seat at high speed and are very likely to collide with the vehicle-mounted device 10. The vehicle-mounted device 10 is very likely to deform, fall off, or break due to the impact force generated by the collision, causing serious injuries to the rear passengers. In particular, the heads of the rear passengers are very likely to hit the vehicle-mounted device 10, endangering the personal safety of the passengers.
[0073] Especially for vehicle-mounted devices with built-in cavity space, such as display devices, audio devices, etc., when the panels of these devices are hit by external force, they will dent inward. Since there are no parts that can bear the force in the cavity, it is very easy to cause the panels of the devices to deform, fall off, break, and other accidents, posing a threat to the personal safety of users.
[0074] In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a vehicle-mounted device, a display device, an audio device, and a terminal, which can significantly improve the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device and ensure user safety.
[0075] Please refer to Figures 2 and 3. Figure 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present application, and Figure 3 is a schematic three-dimensional view of a vehicle-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle-mounted device 10 includes a housing 101 and a panel 102.
[0076] At least a portion of the housing 101 surrounds and forms the cavity 30. In other words, the housing 101 may be used as a whole to form the cavity 30, or the housing 101 may include multiple portions, with portions of the housing 101 surrounding and forming the cavity 30. Alternatively, the housing 101 may form both the bottom wall and the side walls of the cavity 30, or the housing 101 may only be used to form the side walls of the cavity 30.
[0077] The panel 102 is provided with a connection hole 1021. The connection hole 1021 can be a through hole, a semi-through hole, or the like.
[0078] The housing 101 is fixedly assembled to the panel 102 via a first connecting structure. The first connecting structure may include a pin, a snap, or other structure capable of achieving a fixed connection. The following description uses a pin as an example. For example, as shown in FIG2 , the first connecting structure may be a pin 1011. One end of the pin 1011 is connected to the housing 101, and the other end is inserted into the connecting hole 1021. This allows for a fixed connection between the housing 101 and the panel 102. An adhesive layer 103 is also provided between the housing 101 and the panel 102. The adhesive layer 103 is used to bond the panel 102 to the housing 101.
[0079] In the embodiment shown in FIG2 , the adhesive layer 103 and the pins 1011 secure the panel 102 to the housing and can conduct and disperse the impact force on the panel 102 when the panel 102 is impacted. Therefore, the pins 1011 and the adhesive layer 103 can be considered as the energy absorbing component 20 .
[0080] On the one hand, the adhesive layer 103 forms an adhesive interface with the shell 101 and the panel 102 respectively, so that the shell 101 and the panel 102 are tightly connected. When the panel 102 is subjected to an external force, the adhesive layer transmits the force of the panel 102 to the shell 101. On the other hand, the assembly between the pin 1011 provided on the shell 101 and the connection hole 1021 of the panel 102 can realize a fixed connection between the panel 102 and the shell 101, further ensuring a tight connection between the panel 102 and the shell 101. In the vehicle-mounted device 10 shown in FIG2 , when an object hits the panel 102, the impact force is transmitted to the shell 101 and other components through the adhesive layer 103 and the pin 1011 after reaching the panel 102, making it less likely for the panel 102 to be deformed, fallen off, or broken, thereby significantly improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device 10 and ensuring user safety.
[0081] In one embodiment, the first connection structure can be fixedly provided on the shell 101. Taking the pin 1011 as an example, the pin 1011 can be provided on the shell 101, one end of the pin 1011 can be connected to the shell (the connection here can include the case where the pin 1011 and the shell 101 are integrally connected), and the other end is a free end for fixed assembly with the panel 102. In some schemes, the shell 101 includes an integral middle shell, and the pin can be integrally connected to the middle shell, that is, the shell 101 has the pin 1011. In some schemes, the shell 101 includes a plurality of components that are separately provided (described below), and the pin 1011 can be integrally connected to some (for example, one of) the components in the shell 101, that is, some of the components included in the shell 101 have the pin 1011.
[0082] In one embodiment, the energy absorbing assembly 20 is disposed at an edge of the panel 102 , as shown in FIG. 2 .
[0083] In one embodiment, panel 102 is used to enclose cavity 30. This closure can be fully or partially enclosed. In this embodiment, due to the presence of cavity 30 within housing 101, panel 102 will sag into the cavity within housing 101 when impacted by an external force. Energy-absorbing assembly 20 can secure panel 102, resisting the impact and thus improving the overall collision resistance of the structure.
[0084] In one embodiment, the panel 102 comprises a glass panel. Optionally, the thickness of the panel 102 is greater than or equal to 4 millimeters (mm), for example, the thickness of the panel is 4.1 mm. When the panel thickness is greater than 4 mm, the panel 102 can have a greater stress when impacted by an object to resist deformation caused by the impact, thereby enabling the vehicle-mounted device to have stronger collision resistance.
[0085] In some embodiments, panel 102 comprises a composite glass panel comprising at least two laminated layers. As one possible implementation, panel 102 comprises an inorganic material layer and an organic material layer laminated together. In some cases, the inorganic material layer has a thickness greater than or equal to 2 mm, and the organic material layer has a thickness greater than or equal to 2 mm.
[0086] Optionally, the panel 102 may have multiple connection holes 1021, and accordingly, the housing 101 may also have multiple pins 1011 configured to connect to the connection holes 1021. Multiple connection holes 1021 may be provided near the edges of the panel 102. In some embodiments, the connection holes 1021 may be provided around the edges of the panel 102. Referring to FIG. 3 , when the panel 102 is polygonal, the connection holes 1021 may be provided near the corners of the polygon, which facilitates securing the panel 102 to the energy absorbing assembly 20.
[0087] In one embodiment, the adhesive layer 103 includes a flexible member with stickiness. In some embodiments, the adhesive layer 103 includes a glue layer and a buffer layer, the glue layer has stickiness and can achieve connection between objects, and the buffer layer is used to achieve buffering to enhance the stability of the overall structure. Exemplarily, the adhesive layer 103 can be implemented by glue, in which case the surface layer of the glue is sticky, and the middle part of the glue can serve as a buffer layer to play a buffering role. Another exemplary embodiment, the adhesive layer 103 can be a double-backed adhesive foam, which includes two stacked layers of adhesive and a foam layer located between the adhesives on both sides, wherein the two layers of adhesive can form a bonding interface between the shell and the panel, and the foam layer can play a buffering role to enhance the stability and anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0088] Optionally, the adhesive layer 103 may include multiple separately arranged parts as shown in Figure 3. Of course, the present application is also applicable to an adhesive layer 103 of an integrated design.
[0089] Optionally, an adhesive layer 103 may be provided between the housing 101 (or the main body of the housing) and the panel. Furthermore, the gap between the pin 1011 and the panel 102 may be filled with an adhesive material to further enhance the stability of the pin and the connection hole assembly. The adhesive material may also be considered as the adhesive layer 103.
[0090] Alternatively, the pins 1011 described in various embodiments of the present application may also be replaced by other connection structures capable of fixing the panel 102 and the housing 101 .
[0091] The following describes possible designs of the housing 101 .
[0092] In one embodiment, in conjunction with Figures 2 and 3, the shell 101 is an integrated structure, and the main body of the shell 101 is used to enclose and form a cavity 30. The shell 101 also has a pin 1011. The pin 1011 of the shell 101 is assembled with the connection hole 1021 of the panel 102 to achieve a fixed connection between the shell 101 and the panel 102. In the structure shown in Figure 2, when the impact force reaches the panel 102, the force exerted on the panel 102 can be transmitted to the shell 101 by the energy absorbing component 20, and the connection between the panel 102 and the shell 101 is made more stable, thereby improving the anti-collision ability of the overall structure. In short, the shell 101 not only forms a cavity, but also is used to complete the stability and fixation of the panel 102. Without introducing other structural parts, the anti-collision requirements can be met at a reduced cost.
[0093] Referring to FIG4 , in particular, when the impact point of the object on the vehicle-mounted device is located near the energy-absorbing component on the panel, the housing 101 can also provide support for the panel, further improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device. Taking the scenario shown in FIG1 as an example, when the vehicle-mounted device is located near the roof of the vehicle, such as the headrest of the seat or the upper part of the vehicle body, the impact of the object on the vehicle-mounted device is usually located at the lower part of the vehicle-mounted device. Therefore, using the vehicle-mounted device shown in FIG4 for components in these locations can improve the anti-collision capability of the vehicle-mounted device at a relatively low cost.
[0094] Of course, the embodiment shown in FIG3 is only an example, and the possible designs of the position and function of the housing 101 will be further introduced below.
[0095] In one embodiment, referring to Figures 5 and 6 , housing 101 includes a middle shell 1012 and a structural member 1013. Panel 102 is fixedly mounted to structural member 1013 via energy-absorbing assembly 20. Pins 1011 are located on the side of structural member 1013 facing panel 102, and adhesive layer 103 is disposed between panel 102 and structural member 1013. Detailed descriptions of some components can be found above.
[0096] In other words, the structural member 1013 is separately provided from the middle shell 1012, and the middle shell 1012 is enclosed to form a cavity 30. The structural member 1013 is used to fix and prevent collisions of the panel, thereby realizing the decoupling of different functional components. For example, since the structural member is subjected to force, it can adopt a material with greater rigidity (such as a metal material) or a more stable structure (such as an arch), thereby improving the stability of the overall mechanism, and since the middle shell 1012 is mainly used to form a cavity, it can adopt other materials, such as a more sound-insulating, or more heat-insulating, or lighter material, such as a plastic material. It is not difficult to see that when the impact force reaches the panel 102, the force exerted on the panel 102 can be transmitted to the structural member 1013 by the energy-absorbing component 20, and can further be transmitted to other devices through the structural member 1013, making the installation of the panel 102 more stable and improving the anti-collision capability of the vehicle-mounted device 10.
[0097] In the structure shown in Figures 5 and 6, structural member 1013 is located between middle shell 1012 and panel 102. When panel 102 is hit and generates an impact force toward the cavity, both adhesive layer 103 and pins 1011 on structural member 1013 can secure the panel. Furthermore, structural member 1013 can provide support to panel 102, further enhancing the collision resistance of the vehicle-mounted device. In particular, when the impact point is near the energy-absorbing component on the panel, panel 102 is less likely to deform, and structural member 1013 can firmly support panel 102, making the overall structure stable and providing excellent collision resistance.
[0098] For example, the middle shell 1012 can abut against the structural member 1013. In this way, the structural member 1013 can transmit the impact force or part of the impact force to the middle shell 1012, thereby achieving force transfer and dispersion and improving the overall structural stability.
[0099] In one embodiment, when structural member 1013 is separately disposed from middle shell 1012, structural member 1013 can be fixedly connected to middle shell 1012. This can further enhance the stability of the overall structure formed by the energy-absorbing assembly, panel, and shell, further improving collision resistance. In some possible implementations, the fixed connection can be achieved using one or more devices such as pins, screws, and clips.
[0100] Referring to FIG7 , the structural member 1013 and the middle shell 1012 can be fixedly connected by self-tapping screws 104. Referring to FIG8 , the structural member 1013 has a through hole 1017, while the middle shell 1012 has a blind hole 1016. The self-tapping screws 104 can pass through the through hole 1017 and be inserted into the blind hole 1016, thereby achieving a fixed connection between the structural member 1013 and the middle shell 1012.
[0101] In some embodiments, referring to FIG7 , a groove 1014 is further provided on one side of the middle shell 1012 close to the panel 102 , in which a flexible material 105 can be provided. Generally speaking, under natural conditions, the thickness of the flexible material 105 is greater than the depth of the groove 1014 , and one end of the flexible material 105 abuts the bottom surface of the groove 1014 , while the other end abuts the structural member 1013 . In this way, a dustproof or soundproof design of the vehicle-mounted device can be achieved, thereby improving the service life and service quality of the device. For example, if a flexible material 105 is provided, dust can be prevented from entering the cavity 30 through the gap between the middle shell 1012 and the structural member 1013 . On the other hand, the flexible material 105 can also act as a buffer, further improving the stability of the overall structure. Optionally, the flexible material can be, for example, foam (such as a sponge).
[0102] In some embodiments, referring to FIG7 , the structural member 1013 is provided with a protrusion 1015 extending from the structural member 1013 to the panel 102. The top end of the protrusion 1015 abuts the panel 102. The adhesive layer 103 is provided on the side of the protrusion 1015 away from the center of the panel 102. Considering a possible scenario, if the center portion of the panel 102 is impacted, the panel 102 will deform into the cavity 30 when impacted. Therefore, the adhesive layer 103 will be subjected to a tensile force toward the impact point. When the tensile force acts on the adhesive layer 103, the adhesive layer has a tendency to move toward the impact point. The provision of the protrusion 1015 provides a supporting force for the adhesive layer 103 away from the impact point, making it less likely to deform and move. This can further improve the stability of the overall structure and enhance the anti-collision performance of the device. It can also prevent the adhesive layer 103 from debonding, improving the overall aesthetics.
[0103] Optionally, considering that the housing 101 is an integrated design, the protrusion 1015 may also be a protrusion of the housing 101 toward the panel 102. For related descriptions, please refer to the description of the protrusion 1015 in FIG.
[0104] It should be understood that the aforementioned Figures 2 to 8 are introduced by taking the structural member 1013 as an example in which it is arranged on the side of the panel 102 close to the cavity 30. In actual implementation, the positional relationship between the structural member 1013 and the panel 102 may have other designs.
[0105] In another embodiment, the housing 101 includes a middle shell 1012 and a structural member 1013. At least a portion of the structural member 1013 is disposed on a side of the panel 102 away from the cavity 30. Referring to FIG. 9 , the housing 101 includes the middle shell 101 and the structural member 1013. The panel 102 is fixedly mounted on the structural member 1013 via the energy absorbing assembly 20. Pins 1011 are disposed on the side of the structural member 1013 facing the panel 102, and an adhesive layer 103 is disposed between the panel 102 and the structural member 1013. Since the structural member 1013 is arranged on the side of the panel 102 away from the cavity 30, when an object hits the panel 102, the impact force is transmitted to the structural member 1013 and other components through the adhesive layer 103 and the pin 1011 after reaching the panel 102. This is equivalent to the structural member 1013 providing "pulling force" for the panel, making it less likely for the panel 102 to be deformed, fallen off, broken, etc., thereby improving the anti-collision performance of the vehicle-mounted device 10 and ensuring user safety.
[0106] In conjunction with FIG9 and the aforementioned embodiments, in one possible implementation, the middle shell 1012 surrounds and forms the cavity 30. In this case, the middle shell 1012 can abut against the panel 102, thereby providing support for the panel 102 when an external force acts on the panel 102, further securing the panel 102 to prevent it from falling off or deforming, significantly improving the anti-collision capability of the overall structure.
[0107] In another embodiment, referring to parts (a) and (b) of FIG. 10 , part (b) of FIG. 10 is an enlarged schematic diagram of the structure of part (a) of FIG. 10 , structural member 1013 includes a bottom plate 1017 and sidewalls 1018. Sidewalls 1018 of structural member 1013 are disposed around bottom plate 1017. Bottom plate 1017 is annularly arranged to cover the edge of panel 102. Pins 1011 are provided on the side of bottom plate 1017 facing panel 102. Sidewalls 1018 are disposed around the periphery of middle shell 1012. In this manner, when an object strikes the sidewalls and panel of the structural member, the impact force generated by the impact can be promptly transmitted away from the structural member and the housing, thereby enhancing the overall anti-collision capability of the structure.
[0108] Please refer to Figure 11, which is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of another vehicle-mounted device 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle-mounted device 10 includes a middle shell 1012, a structural member 1013, a rear shell 1019 and a panel 102. The middle shell 1012 and the rear shell 1019 together form a cavity 30. The panel 102 is covered on the cavity 30 and is used to close the cavity 30. The panel 102 is fixedly mounted on the structural member 1013 through an energy-absorbing component (not shown in Figure 11). The structural member 1013 also includes a side wall arranged around the outer periphery of the middle shell 1012. When an impacting object hits the side wall and panel of the structural member, the impact force generated by the impact can be promptly transmitted by the structural member, the outer shell, etc., thereby improving the anti-collision capability of the overall structure.
[0109] In another embodiment, referring to FIG10 , a groove 1014 is further provided on the side of the middle shell 1012 close to the panel 102, and a flexible material 105 can be provided in the groove 1014. Under natural circumstances, the thickness of the flexible material 105 is higher than the depth of the groove. Furthermore, the position of the groove 1014 is opposite to the position of the connection hole 1021 in the panel 102, and the opening size of the groove 1014 is larger than the size of the connection hole 1021. It is understandable that due to the design of the connection hole, external dust may enter the cavity 30 through the connection hole. By providing the groove 1014 and providing the flexible material 105 in the groove 1014, a dustproof design or a soundproof design can be achieved, thereby improving the service life and service quality of the device. On the other hand, the flexible material 105 can play a buffering role, further improving the stability of the overall structure. Optionally, the flexible material can be, for example, foam (such as sponge).
[0110] In one embodiment, the structural member 1013 is a metal member. For example, the material of the structural member 1013 can be pure metal, alloy, or a combination of pure metal and alloy, etc. Optionally, the structural member can be a one-piece material, or can include multiple parts that are separately arranged.
[0111] In some cases, the vehicle-mounted device 10 is installed in the seat of a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a vehicle, a logistics robot, an aircraft, a ship, and the like. This application uses a vehicle as an example of a mobile terminal. Devices installed in the vehicle include, but are not limited to, projection equipment or audio equipment.
[0112] The following describes possible installation methods of the vehicle-mounted device 10 and the mobile terminal. Referring to FIG12 , FIG12 is a schematic diagram of several possible seats with vehicle-mounted devices provided in an embodiment of the present application.
[0113] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG12(a), the seat includes a headrest, and the vehicle-mounted device 10 is mounted on the seat headrest. In one possible implementation, since an impacting object is more likely to strike the edge of the vehicle-mounted device 10 within the headrest, the structure shown in FIG3 and FIG4 can be used when the vehicle-mounted device 10 is mounted on the seat headrest. This achieves collision avoidance performance that meets user needs at a relatively low cost.
[0114] In one embodiment, please refer to part (b) of FIG. 12 , the seat includes a headrest, and the vehicle-mounted device 10 is disposed on the backrest of the seat.
[0115] Optionally, the headrest and backrest of the seat can be provided separately or in one piece.
[0116] In one embodiment, please refer to part (c) of FIG. 12 , the seat includes a headrest, a backrest, and a connecting portion connecting the backrest and the headrest, and the vehicle-mounted device 10 is disposed at the connecting portion.
[0117] In some cases, the vehicle-mounted device 10 may be fixedly assembled with the seat. Several possible implementations of the fixed assembly are described below.
[0118] In one embodiment, the vehicle-mounted device 10 includes a housing 101, which is fixedly connected to the seat. Two possible connection methods are exemplarily described below:
[0119] In Example 1, the vehicle-mounted device includes a structural member 1013, which is fixedly connected to the seat. This not only improves the stability of the overall structure, but also allows the forces applied to the structural member to be directly transmitted to the seat through the fixed connection. The seat then provides both stability and cushioning for the vehicle-mounted device, further enhancing the vehicle-mounted device's collision resistance.
[0120] For example, the structural member 1013 can be fixedly assembled with the seat by means of buckles, screws, pins, etc. In some embodiments, when the vehicle-mounted device 10 is disposed in a headrest of the seat, the structural member 1013 is fixedly connected to the outer shell of the headrest.
[0121] Example 2: The vehicle-mounted device 10 further includes a fixed connection structure 106, which is used to fixedly connect the housing 101 and the seat. Please refer to Figure 13, which is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of a vehicle-mounted device provided in an embodiment of the present application. The fixed connection structure 106 includes a rotating shaft fixing member 1061 and a rotating shaft cantilever 1062, wherein: the rotating shaft fixing member 1061 is fixedly connected to the middle housing 1012, the rotating shaft fixing member 1061 has a protruding rotating shaft 1063, and the rotating shaft cantilever 1062 has a rotating shaft connection hole (not shown in the figure), which is used to assemble with the rotating shaft 1063 to enable the rotating shaft cantilever 1062 to rotate around the rotating shaft 1063. Furthermore, the rotating shaft cantilever 1062 includes a second connection structure, which is used to achieve a fixed connection between the rotating shaft cantilever 1062 and the seat. For example, the pivot arm 1062 may have a through hole through which a screw, pin, or the like may be inserted to assemble with the seat, thereby achieving a fixed connection between the pivot arm 1062 and the seat. Alternatively, the pivot arm may be provided with a snap-fit component, and the seat may be provided with a connecting component that couples with the snap-fit component. The snap-fit component and the connecting component may be assembled to achieve a fixed connection between the pivot arm 1062 and the seat.
[0122] In the above embodiment, the impact force can be quickly transferred to the seat by adding a rotating shaft cantilever to the rotating shaft, thereby improving the stability of the vehicle-mounted device when subjected to external forces (such as vibration, impact, etc.). In addition, the rotating shaft cantilever is combined with the fixed rotating shaft structure to further improve the stability and anti-collision ability of the vehicle-mounted device.
[0123] It should be understood that the above two examples can also be combined, for example, fixedly connected to the seat through the structural member 1013 and fixedly connected to the seat through the fixed connection structure 106 provided on the middle shell 1012.
[0124] Optionally, one end of the shaft fixing member 1061 may be connected to the structural member 1013, so that the impact force can be transmitted to the shaft fixing member 1061 through the structural member 1013 and further transmitted to the seat through the shaft cantilever 1062. The connection here may include fixed connection, abutment connection, and other connection methods.
[0125] In some cases, the vehicle-mounted device 10 may also include a signal source, which is located in the cavity. The signal source is used to generate a signal, and the signal is transmitted to the object space through the cavity and the panel. Among them, the signal includes but is not limited to signals such as light, sound waves, and electromagnetic waves. It is not difficult to see that the cavity of the vehicle-mounted device can form the function of a signal conduction path to complete its specific function. For example, when the signal is light, a variety of optical elements can be set in the cavity, and the light can produce reflection, refraction and other phenomena in the optical elements in the cavity, and the cavity can not only provide space for the path design of the light, but also achieve the effect of water release and dust prevention, thereby improving the service life of the vehicle-mounted device. For another example, when the signal is a sound wave, the multiple reflections of the sound wave by the cavity can improve the playback effect and enhance the user experience.
[0126] By way of example, some possible applications of the vehicle-mounted device are introduced below using a display device and an audio device as examples.

[0128] The image generation unit 201 is located in the cavity and is used to generate a light beam. Referring to Figure 14, the light beam propagates through the cavity and the panel in the vehicle-mounted device to the object space outside the display device. Furthermore, this transmission can be used to generate a virtual image visible to the human eye.
[0129] Optionally, the display device is installed in the mobile terminal, for example, in a seat of the mobile terminal.
