It is a schematic diagram showing a connection structure of a microphone body, a windscreen, and a clip. It is a diagram showing a windscreen. It is a side view of a clip. It is a diagram showing a microphone device according to a modified example.
[0016] An embodiment of the present invention will now be described. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a microphone device according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the microphone device S100 includes a microphone body 10, a windscreen 20, and a clip 30. To facilitate understanding of the configuration of the microphone device S100, Fig. 1 shows the microphone body 10 attached to the clip 30 without the windscreen 20 attached.
[0017] The microphone body 10 has a housing 11 and a sound collection section 12. The housing 11 has a cylindrical outer shape, and a cable 15 is connected to one end of the housing 11. The sound collection section 12 is provided at the tip of the housing 11. An annular recess 11a is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the housing 11.
[0018] Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the connection structure of the microphone body 10, windscreen 20, and clip 30. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the windscreen 20. Fig. 3(a) is a side view of the windscreen 20, and Fig. 3(b) is a cross-sectional view of the windscreen 20.
[0019] As shown in Fig. 2, the windscreen 20 is attached to the microphone body 10 so as to cover the sound collection section 12. The windscreen 20 is made up of a windscreen member 21. The windscreen member 21 is, for example, a sponge-like porous elastic body. As shown in Fig. 3, the windscreen member 21 has a housing section 22 and a through-hole 23.
[0020] In this example, the accommodation portion 22 is a cylindrical hole that extends from the outside to the inside of the windscreen member 21 along the center line CL in the longitudinal direction of the windscreen member 21. The accommodation portion 22 has an opening 22a, through which the microphone body 10 is inserted. An end portion 22b of the accommodation portion 22 opposite the opening 22a is closed.
[0021] The through hole 23 is provided in a part of the peripheral wall of the windscreen member 21. The opening of the through hole 23 may have any shape, but in this example, the through hole 23 has a circular opening. Specifically, the through hole 23 is formed at a position different from the opening 22a so as to extend in a direction intersecting the extension direction of the housing portion 22 (the A-axis direction in FIG. 3 ). The through hole 23 passes through the peripheral wall of the windscreen member 21 and is connected to the housing portion 22. As shown in FIG. 2 , the through hole 23 is provided at a position closer to the opening 22a than the region of the windscreen member 21 that covers the sound collection portion 12.
[0022] The diameter d1 of the opening of the through-hole 23 is longer than the outer dimension d2 of the tip 35b of the clip 30, which will be described later. This configuration makes it easier to insert the tip 35b into the windscreen member 21 through the through-hole 23, and to attach the tip 35b to the microphone body 10.
[0023] 4 is a side view of the clip 30. The clip 30 is used to attach the microphone body 10 to an object such as a user's clothing. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 , the clip 30 has a clip body 31, a connecting member 33, and a fixing member 35.
[0024] Specifically, the clip body 31 includes a main body member 31a and a movable member 31b. The main body member 31a is, for example, a metal plate-like member having a curved shape. The movable member 31b is attached to the main body member 31a. The movable member 31b is provided rotatable about an axis Ax.
[0025] 1, the connecting member 33 is a member that supports the fixing member 35, and is fixed to the clip body 31. Specifically, the connecting member 33 has a holding portion 33a that supports a portion of the fixing member 35. As shown in FIG. 1, the holding portion 33a is composed of a pair of members that are formed in a substantially semicircular shape, and holds the fixing member 35 by sandwiching a portion of the fixing member 35 between the pair of members.
[0026] In this example, the outer shape of the retaining portion 33a is disk-shaped. As shown in Figure 2, the diameter of the retaining portion 33a is longer than the diameter d1 of the through hole 23. With this configuration, in the assembled state as shown in Figure 2, the retaining portion 33a is positioned so as to cover the through hole 23, which has the effect of making it difficult for foreign matter to enter the through hole 23. Note that the retaining portion 33a may be in contact with the windscreen member 21 or may be spaced apart from the windscreen member 21, but in this example, the retaining portion 33a is spaced apart from the windscreen member 21.
[0027] The fixing member 35 has a support portion 35a and a tip portion 35b. The support portion 35a is a columnar member that supports the tip portion 35b and extends in a direction away from the tip portion 35b.
[0028] The tip portion 35b is the portion that is connected to the microphone body 10, and has a C-shape as shown in Fig. 4. The dimension d3 of the opening of the C-shape of the tip portion 35b is formed to be shorter than the diameter of the recess 11a. The tip portion 35b is arranged so that it elastically fits into the annular recess 11a of the microphone body 10 by pressing the fixing member 35 toward the microphone body 10. The tip portion 35b is also arranged so that it can be removed from the recess 11a by pulling the fixing member 35 in a direction away from the microphone body 10.
[0029] In the present invention, a configuration may be adopted in which the microphone body 10 does not have a recess 11a and the tip portion 35b fits into the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical housing 11, but the configuration shown in Figure 1 has the following advantages. Specifically, in a configuration in which the tip portion 35b fits into the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical housing 11, the outer shape of the tip portion 35b becomes large, which may require the shape of the inner hole of the windscreen 20 to correspond to the outer shape of the tip portion 35b. However, with the configuration in which the tip portion 35b fits into the recess 11a as shown in Figure 1, the tip portion 35b does not protrude significantly radially outward from the housing 11. Therefore, even if the inner hole of the windscreen 20 has a straight cylindrical shape, the windscreen 20 can conform to the outer shapes of the microphone body 10 and the tip portion 35b and effectively cover these components.
[0030] 2, the fixing member 35 is attached to the microphone body 10 to which the windscreen 20 is attached. Specifically, the fixing member 35 is arranged to pass through the through-hole 23 of the windscreen 20 and is connected to the microphone body 10.
[0031] 2 , in the microphone device S100 of this embodiment, the windscreen 20 is attached to the microphone body 10, and the fixing members 35 of the clips 30 are attached so as to pass through the through holes 23 of the windscreen 20. In this configuration, even if a force is applied to the windscreen 20 in a direction that causes the windscreen 20 to detach from the microphone body 10, the fixing members 35 are provided inside the through holes 23, so that the windscreen 20 is prevented from falling off.
[0032] To prevent the windscreen 20 from falling off, for example, a frame member having higher rigidity than the windscreen member 21 may be provided inside the windscreen member 21, and this frame member may be mechanically coupled to the microphone body 10. Compared to such a configuration, the microphone device S100 of this embodiment can prevent the windscreen 20 from falling off with a simpler configuration.
[0033] <Modification 1> Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a microphone device according to a modification. In the microphone device of Fig. 5, the windscreen 20 has a shape that covers the entire microphone body 10. Specifically, the housing 11 that houses the sound collection unit 12 is entirely covered by the windscreen 20. With this configuration, vibrations transmitted to the sound collection unit 12 via the housing 11 are reduced, thereby improving the recording performance of the microphone device.
[0034] As shown in Fig. 5, the microphone body 10 does not necessarily need to be provided with the recess 11a (see Fig. 2). In addition, the fixing member may also be configured such that, for example, a rod-shaped fixing member 35 having a connecting portion such as a screw portion formed at the tip thereof is connected to the microphone body 10. Even with this configuration, it is possible to prevent the windscreen 20 from falling off.
[0035] In the above embodiment, a porous windscreen member is exemplified, but the windscreen member may also be a member whose surface is covered with hair-like material. The windscreen member does not necessarily have to be a single member, but may be composed of multiple members made of different materials. The fixing member does not have to be part of the clip 30, and may be any member that can be connected to the microphone body 10 via the through-hole 23.
[0036] The present invention has been described above using embodiments, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above embodiments, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example, all or part of the device can be configured by functionally or physically distributing or integrating in any unit. Furthermore, new embodiments resulting from any combination of multiple embodiments are also included in the embodiments of the present invention. The effects of the new embodiments resulting from the combination also have the effects of the original embodiments.
