Description

Storage and cooling systems

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a storage system and an in-cabinet cooling system.

[0002] The method for storing fruits and vegetables described in Patent Document 1 involves arranging multiple containers for storing fruits and vegetables in a refrigerated room and supplying a predetermined storage gas into each container (storage space) via a hose. By arranging the containers in the refrigerated room in this way, a partitioned storage space is created within the refrigerated room, and the air composition in the storage space is adjusted to be optimal for storing fruits and vegetables.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 60-30638

[0004] The storage method of Patent Document 1 can adjust the air composition inside (storage space) of a container placed in a storage facility such as a refrigerator, but the air temperature in the storage space only changes in conjunction with the air temperature inside the storage facility, and the temperature of the storage space cannot be appropriately controlled.

[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to appropriately control the temperature of compartmentalized storage spaces inside a storage facility.

[0006] The first aspect is a storage system provided in a storehouse (1) in which air in a first space (3) in a first casing (2) is cooled by a refrigeration device (10), the storage system comprising: a second casing (61) disposed inside the first space (3) and forming a second space (62) in which stored items are kept; an air conditioning device (50) that adjusts the composition of air to be supplied to the second space (62); a gas supply path (275) that supplies a first gas, the air composition of which has been adjusted by the air conditioning device (50), to the second space (62); and a cooling mechanism (70) provided in at least a part of the gas supply path (275) that cools the first gas.

[0007] In the first aspect, the first gas cooled by the cooling mechanism (70) can be supplied to the second space (62), thereby enabling the air temperature in the second space (62) to be controlled more appropriately than when the air temperature in the second space (62) is controlled only by the inside air cooled by the refrigeration device (10).

[0008] A second aspect is the first aspect, wherein the cooling mechanism (70) cools the first gas in the gas supply channel (275) by air in the first space (3).

[0009] In the second aspect, the cooling mechanism (70) can cool the first gas by transferring heat from the first gas passing through the gas supply path (275) to the cooled air in the first space (3). This eliminates the need to provide a special device in the cooling mechanism (70), and allows the first gas to be cooled simply and easily.

[0010] A third aspect is the first or second aspect, wherein the cooling mechanism (70) has a first pipe portion (70) constituting a part of the gas supply path (275), and the first pipe portion (70) is made of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than a material constituting the gas supply path (275) other than the first pipe portion (70).

[0011] In the third aspect, in the first pipe portion (70) of the gas supply channel (275), cooling of the first gas is promoted by the cooled air in the first space (3). In this manner, by using a part of the gas supply channel (275), the first gas can be cooled easily.

[0012] A fourth aspect is the first or second aspect, wherein the cooling mechanism (70) includes a first pipe part (70) made of metal or glass and constituting at least a part of the gas supply channel (275).

[0013] In the fourth aspect, the first gas passing through the first pipe portion (70) can be cooled quickly because the first pipe portion (70) has a relatively high thermal conductivity.

[0014] A fifth aspect is any one of the first to fourth aspects, further comprising a gas-liquid separator (80) that separates a liquid flowing together with a first gas flowing in the gas supply path (275), and the gas-liquid separator (80) is arranged downstream of the cooling mechanism (70) in the flow direction of the first gas, or downstream of the cooling mechanism (70) in the flow direction of the first gas.

[0015] In the fifth aspect, only the first gas can be supplied to the second space (62), and liquid passing through the gas supply channel (275) can be prevented from flowing into the second space (62). This prevents water from splashing on the items stored in the second space (62), thereby preventing deterioration in the quality of the items.

[0016] A sixth aspect is the air conditioning device (50) according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the air conditioning device (50) adjusts the first gas to be supplied to the second space by an adsorption / desorption system of gas molecules using zeolite or MOF (Metal-Organic Framework).

[0017] In the sixth aspect, a nitrogen-enriched gas or air with a relatively high humidity can be supplied as the first gas to the second space (62) by a gas molecule adsorption / desorption system using zeolite.

[0018] A seventh aspect is the air conditioner according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the first casing (2) is made of a material having a higher heat insulating property than the second casing (61).

[0019] In the seventh aspect, it is possible to suppress a rise in the temperature of the air in the first space (3) and to promote heat transfer between the first space (3) and the second space (62), thereby making it possible to relatively quickly cool the air temperature in the second space (62) by the air cooled in the first space (3).

[0020] An eighth aspect is the air conditioner according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, wherein the second casing (61) has a transparent material that allows the inside of the second space (62) to be seen.

[0021] In the eighth aspect, the stored items in the second space (62) can be seen from outside the second casing (61) without entering the second space (62).

[0022] A ninth aspect is any one of the first to eighth aspects, wherein a plurality of the second casings (61) are arranged in the first space (3), the gas supply path (275) has a first flow path (275A) having one end connected to the air conditioning device (50), and a plurality of second flow paths (275B) having one end connected to the other end of the first flow path (275A) and the other ends connected to the second casings (61), respectively, and the cooling mechanism (70) is provided in the first flow path (275A).

[0023] In the ninth aspect, for example, when a target stored item is to be removed, the second casing (61) in which the target stored item is stored is opened, while the other second casings (61) remain closed, thereby suppressing changes in the air composition in the second spaces (62) of the other second casings (61).

[0024] A tenth aspect is an in-storage cooling system including: the storage system (60) according to any one of the first to ninth aspects; a first casing (2) forming the first space (3) in which the second casing (61) is placed; and a refrigeration device (10) cooling the air in the first space (3).

[0025] In a tenth aspect, an in-compartment cooling system can be provided, which includes a storage system (60), a first casing (2), and a refrigeration device (10).

[0026] An eleventh aspect is the tenth aspect, wherein a plurality of the storage systems (60) are provided in the first space (3).

[0027] In the eleventh aspect, for example, the air in the plurality of second spaces (62) can be individually adjusted to a desired air composition, and therefore, a plurality of types of storage items with different storage conditions can be stored in a single storage facility (1).

One end of the exhaust connecting pipe (271) is connected to the first gas pipe (244) between the pressure reducing pump (231b) and the check valve (264). The other end of the exhaust connecting pipe (271) is connected to one end of the gas discharge pipe (276).

[0073] The exhaust connecting pipe (271) is provided with a gas exhaust valve (272). The gas exhaust valve (272) is an on-off valve formed of a solenoid valve. When the gas exhaust valve (272) is opened, the nitrogen-enriched gas flowing through the first gas pipe (244) is exhausted to the outside of the unit case (201). The gas exhaust valve (272) is a flow rate adjusting mechanism that adjusts the flow rate of the nitrogen-enriched gas flowing through the exhaust connecting pipe (271). Adjusting the open and closed times of the gas exhaust valve (272) changes the flow rate of the nitrogen-enriched gas that is exhausted to the outside of the unit case (201) through the exhaust connecting pipe (271).

[0074] (3-2-12) Gas Supply Pipe The gas supply pipe (275) supplies the regulated gas to the storage unit (61). As described above, one end of the gas supply pipe (275) is connected to the first gas pipe (244) and the supply side branch pipe (248a) of the second gas pipe (245). The gas supply pipe (275) extends to the outside of the unit case (201). The other end of the gas supply pipe (275) is connected to the storage unit (61) disposed in the internal space (3). This allows the regulated gas to flow into the storage space (62). The gas supply pipe (275) is an example of a gas supply path (275).

[0075] The gas supply pipe (275) is provided with a gas supply valve (273). The gas supply valve (273) is an on-off valve formed of a solenoid valve.

[0076] (3-2-13) Gas Discharge Pipe As described above, one end of the gas discharge pipe (276) is connected to the discharge branch pipe (248b) of the second gas pipe (245) and the exhaust connection pipe (271). The gas discharge pipe (276) extends to the outside of the unit case (201). The other end of the gas discharge pipe (276) opens to the outside of the unit case (201). The gas discharge pipe (276) is a pipe for discharging the gas that has flowed in from one end of the gas discharge pipe (276) to the outside of the unit case (201).

[0077] (3-2-14) Bypass Pipe A bypass connecting pipe (255) is connected to the inlet pipe (242). The bypass connecting pipe (255) is a pipe for supplying outside air to the storage space (62) of the storage unit (61) by bypassing the first adsorption column (234) and the second adsorption column (235). One end of the bypass connecting pipe (255) is connected between the branch point of the inlet pipe (242) and the pressurizing pump (231a). The other end of the bypass connecting pipe (255) is connected to the first gas pipe (244) downstream of the check valve (264).

[0078] The bypass connecting pipe (255) is provided with a bypass on-off valve (256). The bypass on-off valve (256) is an on-off valve formed of a solenoid valve. The bypass on-off valve (256) is opened when the outside air discharged by the pressurizing pump (231a) is to be supplied to the storage space (62) without changing its composition.

[0079] (3-2-15) Sensors The air conditioning device (50) has an in-unit temperature sensor (55), an in-unit humidity sensor (56), and an oxygen sensor (57). The in-unit temperature sensor (55) detects the air temperature in the accommodation space (62). The in-unit humidity sensor (56) detects the humidity in the accommodation space (62). The oxygen sensor (57) detects the oxygen concentration in the accommodation space (62). The in-unit temperature sensor (55) is disposed approximately in the center of the accommodation space (62).

[0080] (3-2-16) Second Control Unit The second control unit (C2) includes a microprocessor, an electric circuit, and an electronic circuit. The microprocessor includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), memory, a communication interface, analog input / output, and a contact input / output interface. The memory stores various programs executed by the CPU and data used by the programs.

[0081] As shown in Fig. 5, the second control unit (C2) receives measurement values from the unit internal temperature sensor (55), the unit internal humidity sensor (56), and the oxygen sensor (57). The second control unit (C2) controls various devices of the air conditioner (50). Specifically, the second control unit (C2) controls the air pump (231), the first selector valve (232), the second selector valve (233), the oxygen selector valve (249), the ventilation exhaust valve (151), the purge valve (251), the bypass on-off valve (256), the gas exhaust valve (272), and the gas supply valve (273) of the air conditioner (50).

[0082] The second control section (C2) receives the measured values detected by the unit internal temperature sensor (55), the unit internal humidity sensor (56), and the oxygen sensor (57).

[0083] (4) Cooling Mechanism As shown in FIG. 1 , the air conditioning device (50) has a cooling mechanism (70). The cooling mechanism (70) cools the conditioned gas in the gas supply pipe (275) by using air in the internal space (3). The cooling mechanism (70) is provided in the gas supply pipe (275). In this embodiment, the cooling mechanism (70) is a first pipe section (70) constituting a part of the gas supply pipe (275). The first pipe section (70) is made of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than the other parts of the gas supply pipe (275) other than the first pipe section (70).

[0084] Specifically, the gas supply pipe (275) has a first pipe portion (70) made of metal and a second pipe portion (90) made of resin. The second pipe portion (90) and the first pipe portion (70) are connected in this order from the air conditioner (50) toward the storage unit (61), so that the conditioned gas flowing into the gas supply pipe (275) flows in this order through the second pipe portion (90) and the first pipe portion (70).

[0085] A part or all of the first pipe portion (70) is disposed in the internal space (3). The air in the internal space (3) exchanges heat with the conditioned gas in the first pipe portion (70) through the first pipe portion (70). That is, the first pipe portion (70) is cooled by the air in the internal space (3) cooled by the refrigeration device (10), thereby cooling the conditioned gas flowing through the first pipe portion (70). The longer the first pipe portion (70), the closer the conditioned gas flowing through the first pipe portion (70) is to the air temperature in the internal space (3). Furthermore, the thinner the thickness of the first pipe portion (70) (i.e., the distance between the inner and outer surfaces in the radial direction of the first pipe portion (70)), the more easily the air temperature in the internal space (3) propagates into the first pipe portion (70), and therefore the more quickly the conditioned gas flowing through the first pipe portion (70) is cooled.

[0086] (5) Gas-Liquid Separator As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 , the storage system (60) includes a gas-liquid separator (80). The gas-liquid separator (80) separates liquid from the conditioned gas flowing through the gas supply pipe (275). For example, due to condensation caused by cooling of the air, water mixes with the conditioned gas and flows through the gas supply pipe (275) toward the storage unit (61). The gas-liquid separator (80) separates and discharges the water from the conditioned gas before it flows into the storage unit (61).

[0087] Specifically, the gas-liquid separator (80) is disposed downstream in the flow direction of the adjusted gas in the first pipe section (70) of the gas supply pipe (275). Here, "downstream" means a position downstream of the center position of the length between the upstream end and the downstream end of the first pipe section (70). In other words, the gas-liquid separator (80) is provided at a position in the first pipe section (70) closer to the containing unit (61) than the second pipe section (90).

[0088] The gas-liquid separator (80) is formed in the shape of a vertically long cylinder whose lower end is closed. An inlet end (81) and an outlet end (82) are formed on the side of the gas-liquid separator (80). The inlet end (81) and the outlet end (82) are connected to the first pipe portion (70). The inlet end (81) is located upstream of the outlet end (82) in the flow direction of the adjusted gas. A drain pipe (83) is connected to the lower end of the gas-liquid separator (80). Water separated in the gas-liquid separator (80) flows into the drain pipe (83). The water flowing through the drain pipe (83) flows out into a reservoir (not shown).

[0089] (6) Operation of the Air Conditioning Device The air conditioning device (50) of this embodiment performs an oxygen concentration reduction operation and an oxygen supply operation. The oxygen concentration reduction operation is an operation for reducing the oxygen concentration of the air in the storage space (62). The oxygen supply operation is an operation for increasing the oxygen concentration of the air in the storage space (62).

[0090] The air conditioning device (50) separates outside air into a nitrogen-enriched gas (first gas) and an oxygen-enriched gas (second gas) by alternately repeating a first operation and a second operation. The air conditioning device (50) alternately repeats the first operation and the second operation for a predetermined switching time (e.g., 14 seconds). The second control unit (C2) controls the first switching valve (232) and the second switching valve (233) so that the first operation and the second operation are alternately performed.

[0091] 7 and 9, in the first operation, the first selector valve (232) is set to the first state, and the second selector valve (233) is set to the second state. Furthermore, in the first operation, the purge valve (251) and the bypass on-off valve (256) are maintained in a closed state. In the first operation, the air pump (231) is operated to perform an adsorption operation in the first adsorption column (234) and a desorption operation in the second adsorption column (235).

[0092] The pressurizing pump (231a) draws in outside air (atmospheric air) through the outside air pipe (241), pressurizes it, and supplies the pressurized outside air to the first adsorption column (234). In the first adsorption column (234), nitrogen and water (water vapor) contained in the supplied outside air are adsorbed by an adsorbent. As a result, the first adsorption column (234) generates an oxygen-enriched gas having a lower nitrogen concentration and a higher oxygen concentration than the outside air. The oxygen-enriched gas flows from the first adsorption column (234) to the first branch pipe (247a) of the second gas pipe (245).

[0093] Meanwhile, the decompression-side pump (231b) sucks gas from the second adsorption column (235). In the second adsorption column (235), the internal pressure decreases, causing nitrogen and water to desorb from the adsorbent. As a result, a nitrogen-rich gas having a higher nitrogen concentration and a lower oxygen concentration than the air outside the chamber is produced in the second adsorption column (235). The nitrogen-rich gas flows from the second adsorption column (235) into the suction pipe (243) and is sucked into the decompression-side pump (231b). The decompression-side pump (231b) pressurizes the sucked nitrogen-rich gas and discharges it into the first gas pipe (244).

[0094] (6-2) Second Operation As shown in Figures 8 and 10, in the second operation, the first selector valve (232) is set to the second state, and the second selector valve (233) is set to the first state. In addition, in the second operation, the purge valve (251) and the bypass on-off valve (256) are held in a closed state. In the second operation, the air pump (231) is operated to perform a desorption operation in the first adsorption column (234) and an adsorption operation in the second adsorption column (235).

[0095] The pressurizing pump (231a) draws in outside air (atmospheric air) through the outside air pipe (241), pressurizes it, and supplies the pressurized outside air to the second adsorption column (235). In the second adsorption column (235), nitrogen and water (water vapor) contained in the supplied outside air are adsorbed by an adsorbent. As a result, the second adsorption column (235) generates an oxygen-enriched gas having a lower nitrogen concentration and a higher oxygen concentration than the outside air. The oxygen-enriched gas flows from the second adsorption column (235) to the second branch pipe (247b) of the second gas pipe (245).

[0096] On the other hand, the decompression-side pump (231b) sucks gas from the first adsorption column (234). In the first adsorption column (234), the internal pressure decreases, causing nitrogen and water to desorb from the adsorbent. As a result, a nitrogen-rich gas having a higher nitrogen concentration and a lower oxygen concentration than the air outside the chamber is produced in the first adsorption column (234). The nitrogen-rich gas flows from the first adsorption column (234) into the suction pipe (243) and is sucked into the decompression-side pump (231b). The decompression-side pump (231b) pressurizes the sucked nitrogen-rich gas and discharges it into the first gas pipe (244).

[0097] (6-3) Oxygen Concentration Reduction Operation The oxygen concentration reduction operation is an operation in which the oxygen concentration of the air in the accommodation space (62) is reduced by supplying nitrogen-enriched gas to the accommodation space (62).

[0098] 7 and 8, in the oxygen concentration reduction operation, the gas supply valve (273) is maintained in an open state, and the gas exhaust valve (272) is maintained in a closed state. Also, in the oxygen concentration reduction operation, the oxygen selector valve (249) is set to the second state. As a result, the trunk pipe (246) is connected to the exhaust branch pipe (248b), and the second gas pipe (245) is in the exhaust state.

[0099] In the oxygen concentration reduction operation, the nitrogen-rich gas discharged from the pressure reduction pump (231b) to the first gas pipe (244) flows into the storage unit (61) through the gas supply pipe (275). On the other hand, the oxygen-rich gas flowing from the first adsorption column (234) or the second adsorption column (235) to the second gas pipe (245) passes through the trunk pipe (246) and the discharge side branch pipe (248b) in this order, and then flows out of the unit case (201) through the gas discharge pipe (276).

[0100] In the oxygen concentration reduction operation, the ventilation exhaust valve (151) is held open, and the air in the accommodation space (62) flows out of the accommodation unit (61) through the ventilation exhaust pipe (280). Therefore, the air in the accommodation space (62) is gradually replaced with nitrogen-enriched gas, and the oxygen concentration of the air in the accommodation space (62) gradually decreases.

[0101] (6-4) Oxygen Supply Operation The oxygen supply operation is an operation for increasing the oxygen concentration of the air in the accommodation space (62) by supplying an oxygen-enriched gas to the accommodation space (62).

[0102] 9 and 10 , in the oxygen supply operation, the gas supply valve (273) is held open, and the gas exhaust valve (272) is held open or is opened or closed. In addition, in the oxygen supply operation, the oxygen selector valve (249) is set to the first position. As a result, the trunk pipe (246) is in communication with the supply-side branch pipe (248a), and the second gas pipe (245) is in the inlet state.

[0103] In the oxygen supply operation, a portion of the nitrogen-rich gas discharged from the pressure-reducing pump (231b) to the first gas pipe (244) passes through the exhaust connection pipe (271) and the gas discharge pipe (276) in this order and flows out of the first casing (2), and the remainder passes through the gas supply pipe (275) and flows into the storage unit (61). On the other hand, the oxygen-rich gas flowing from the first adsorption column (234) or the second adsorption column (235) to the second gas pipe (245) passes through the trunk pipe (246) and the supply-side branch pipe (248a) in this order, and then flows into the gas supply pipe (275) and into the storage unit (61). In this way, in the oxygen supply operation, a portion of the nitrogen-rich gas and all of the oxygen-rich gas are supplied to the storage space (62).

[0104] In the oxygen supply operation, the ventilation exhaust valve (151) is held open, and the air in the accommodation space (62) flows out of the accommodation space (62) through the ventilation exhaust pipe (280). As a result, the air in the accommodation space (62) is gradually replaced with oxygen-enriched gas, and the oxygen concentration of the air in the accommodation space (62) gradually increases.

[0105] (7) Features (7-1) Feature 1 A storage system (60) of this embodiment is provided in a storage cabinet (1) in which air in an internal space (3) in a storage cabinet body (2) is cooled by a refrigeration device (10). The storage system (60) is provided with: a storage unit (61) disposed inside the internal space (3) and forming a storage space (62) in which an item to be stored is kept; an air conditioning device (50) that adjusts the composition of air to be supplied to the storage space (62); a gas supply pipe (275) that supplies a first gas, the composition of which has been adjusted by the air conditioning device (50), to the storage space (62); and a cooling mechanism (70) that is provided in a part of the gas supply pipe (275) and cools the adjusted gas (first gas).

[0106] In this embodiment, the cooling mechanism (70) can supply the cooled and conditioned gas to the storage space (62). This allows the temperature of the air in the storage space (62) to be controlled to a desired temperature, compared to cooling the air in the storage space (62) only by the air in the interior space (3) cooled by the refrigeration device (10).

[0107] (7-2) Feature 2 The cooling mechanism (70) of this embodiment cools the conditioned gas (first gas) in the gas supply pipe (275) using the air in the internal space (3). The (cooling) heat of the air in the internal space (3) cooled by the cooling mechanism (70) is transferred to the first gas in the gas supply pipe (275), thereby cooling the first gas. This eliminates the need for a special device in the cooling mechanism (70), and allows the first gas to be cooled simply. In addition, the number of parts and manufacturing costs of the cooling mechanism (70) can be reduced.

[0108] (7-3) Feature 3 The cooling mechanism (70) of this embodiment includes a first pipe portion (70) constituting a part of the gas supply pipe (275). The first pipe portion (70) is made of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than the other parts of the gas supply pipe (275). This promotes cooling of the first gas in the first pipe portion (70) by the cooled air in the internal space (3). In this way, by using a part of the gas supply path (275), the first gas can be easily cooled.

[0109] (7-4) Feature 4 The cooling mechanism (70) of the present embodiment includes a metal first pipe portion (70) constituting at least a part of the gas supply pipe (275). A metal pipe has relatively high thermal conductivity between the outside and the inside of the pipe, and therefore, the cooled in-compartment air can promote cooling of the first gas in the first pipe portion (70).

[0110] (7-5) Feature 5 The cooling mechanism (70) of the present embodiment further includes a gas-liquid separator (80) that separates the first gas and liquid flowing through the gas supply pipe (275). The gas-liquid separator (80) is disposed downstream of the cooling mechanism (70) in the flow direction of the first gas.

[0111] This makes it possible to prevent water generated in the gas supply pipe (275) due to the cooling of the first gas from flowing into the storage space (62), thereby preventing the stored items in the storage space (62) from getting wet and reducing the quality of the stored items.

[0112] (7-6) Feature 6 The air conditioner (50) of this embodiment adjusts the first gas to be supplied to the storage space (62) by a gas molecule adsorption / desorption system using zeolite. The gas molecule adsorption / desorption system using zeolite can supply a nitrogen-enriched gas or air with a relatively high humidity as the first gas to the storage space (62).

[0113] (7-7) Feature 7 The storage body (2) of this embodiment is made of a material with higher thermal insulation properties than the storage unit (61). Because the storage body (2) is made of a material with relatively high thermal insulation properties, heat transfer between the air inside the storage body (2) and the air outside is suppressed. This suppresses a rise in the temperature of the air inside the storage body (2) cooled by the refrigeration device (10). Furthermore, because the storage space (62) and the internal space (3) are separated only by a resin sheet, the air temperature inside the storage space (62) can be lowered relatively quickly.

[0114] (7-8) Feature 8: The storage unit (61) of this embodiment is made of a transparent material that allows the interior of the storage space (62) to be seen, thereby making it possible to visually check the state of the stored items in the storage space (62) from outside the storage unit (61).

[0115] (8) Modifications Hereinafter, configurations different from the in-compartment cooling system or storage system of the above embodiment will be described.

[0116] (8-1) Modification 1 As shown in FIG. 11 , a storage system (60) of Modification 1 includes a plurality of storage units (61) arranged in the internal space (3). The gas supply pipe (275) of the storage system (60) includes a first flow path (275A) and a plurality of second flow paths (275B). The gas supply pipe (275) is formed so as to branch from the first flow path (275A) into the plurality of second flow paths (275B). Specifically, one end of the first flow path (275A) is connected to the air conditioning device (50). The second flow path (275B) has one end connected to the other end of the first flow path (275A) and the other end connected to each of the plurality of storage units (61).

[0117] The first flow path (275A) is provided with a first pipe portion (70). The first pipe portion (70) is provided downstream of the first flow path (275A). The downstream portion is a position downstream of the center of the upstream end and the downstream end of the first flow path (275A). The first pipe portion (70) may be provided in all of the first flow paths (275A) arranged in the internal space (3).

[0118] As described above, the storage system (60) of the first modified example has a plurality of storage units (61), and therefore, the plurality of storage units (61) can be opened and closed individually. As a result, when, for example, a specific stored item is to be removed from the storage facility (1), only the storage unit (61) containing the target stored item needs to be opened, and the other storage units (61) remain closed. In this way, even when one storage unit (61) is opened or closed, changes in the air composition within the storage spaces (62) of the other storage units (61) can be suppressed, and therefore deterioration in the freshness and quality of the stored items stored in the other storage units (61) can be suppressed.

[0119] Therefore, for example, multiple types of storage items can be stored in one storage shed (1), and it is not necessary to use one storage shed (1) for each type of storage item. Therefore, for example, if there is free space in the storage shed (1) that has stored a storage item, that space can be used to store other types of storage items, thereby making effective use of the space in the storage shed (1).

[0120] (8-2) Modification 2 As shown in Fig. 12, an in-compartment cooling system (100) of Modification 2 has a plurality of storage systems (60) arranged in the in-compartment space (3). The storage system (60) of Modification 2 has one air conditioner (50) and one storage unit (61). In other words, one storage unit (61) and one air conditioner (50) are paired in the in-compartment space (3).

[0121] As described above, the in-compartment cooling system (100) of the second modification includes a plurality of storage systems (60), and therefore, it is possible to adjust the air to a different composition for each storage space (62). This allows a plurality of types of stored items with different storage conditions to be stored in a single storage (1). Specifically, since one air conditioning device (50) is connected to one storage unit (61), by individually controlling the plurality of air conditioning devices (50), it is possible to adjust the air in each storage space (62) to a composition suitable for each stored item, even if there are a plurality of types of stored items with different optimum air compositions for storage.

[0122] (9) Other Embodiments The above-described embodiment and each of the modifications may be configured as follows.

[0123] The cooling mechanism (70) may be provided in the entire gas supply pipe (275). Specifically, the entire gas supply pipe (275) may be formed of the first pipe section (70).

[0124] The first pipe portion (70) may be made of a metal such as copper, aluminum, or iron. The first pipe portion (70) may be made of a material having a relatively high thermal conductivity, such as glass. The second pipe portion (90) may be made of a resin such as a urethane resin. The second pipe portion (90) may be made of a material having a lower thermal conductivity than the first pipe portion (70), and is not limited to a resin.

[0125] The gas-liquid separator (80) may be arranged downstream of the cooling mechanism (70) in the flow direction of the first gas. In other words, the gas-liquid separator (80) may be arranged in the gas supply pipe (275) between the downstream end of the first pipe section (70) and the containing unit (61).

[0126] The air conditioner (50) may be any system that adsorbs and desorbs gas molecules using zeolite, and may be of a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) type. The air conditioner (50) may also be of a system that adsorbs and desorbs gas molecules using a (Metal-Organic Framework) type.

[0127] The cooling mechanism (70) is not limited to a mechanism that uses air in the internal space (3) for cooling, as long as it can cool the first gas in the gas supply pipe (275). For example, the cooling mechanism (70) may have a predetermined heat medium such as a refrigerant, water, or brine. The first gas in the gas supply pipe (275) is cooled by exchanging heat with the cooled heat medium.

[0128] The containing unit (61) may be any type that allows the interior to be seen, and may be made of, for example, a transparent acrylic plate.

[0129] In the first modification, one air conditioner (50) may be directly connected to each of the plurality of storage units (61) without passing through the second flow path (275B). In this case, the first flow path (275A) of the gas supply pipe (275) is connected to the same number of air conditioners (50) as the number of storage units (61), and the conditioned gas is supplied directly from one air conditioner (50) to each storage unit (61).

[0130] In the second modification, a plurality of storage units (61) may be connected to each storage system (60).

[0131] In the embodiment and the first modification, the main unit (200) of the air conditioning device (50) may be installed inside the storage facility (1). In the second modification, the main unit (200) of the air conditioning device (50) may be installed outside the storage facility (1).

[0132] Although the embodiments and modifications have been described above, it will be understood that various modifications in form and detail are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims. The terms "first," "second," etc., described above, are used to distinguish the terms to which these terms are attached, and do not limit the number or order of the terms.
