Abstract
Description
Mask printing method film-type fake product manufacturing device
[0001] The present invention relates to a film-type edible product manufacturing device, and more specifically, to a mask printing type film-type edible product manufacturing device capable of continuously producing film-type edible products having various shapes.
[0002] Film-type edible products are made by mixing various food ingredients and molding them into a thin film, sized to fit in the mouth. When placed on the tongue, a film-type edible product gradually melts, allowing the ingredients inside to be absorbed into the body.
[0003] Film-type edible products come in a variety of forms, depending on their intended purpose. Examples include those for breath freshening, dental hygiene, and post-meal mouthwash. Because film-type edible products take the form of thin films, they are susceptible to moisture, and are therefore typically packaged individually in sealed packages.
[0004] As a manufacturing device for manufacturing such film-type edible products, domestic patent registration No. 10-1214140 (Method and device for manufacturing edible film products) has been disclosed.
[0005] However, the disclosed manufacturing method has the disadvantage of being slow in production and incapable of producing diverse shapes because the edible film is first manufactured into a fabric form, then cut and produced using a pick-and-place process. This means that only simple rectangular shapes can be produced. Furthermore, because the raw material is coated all at once, loading small quantities of raw material results in a significant loss of usable raw material relative to the input amount.
[0006] Manufacturing equipment employing metal mask printing is also being used. However, conventional metal mask manufacturing equipment has difficulties printing products with wide openings in printed patterns. Furthermore, since raw materials are poured onto the metal mask for printing, the exposure time of the paste-like material on the metal mask is long, making it vulnerable to contamination. Furthermore, variations in the viscosity of the raw materials make it difficult to produce products with consistent quality, and there is a high loss of raw materials.
[0007] In addition, although roll-to-roll manufacturing equipment is advantageous for mass production, it has the disadvantage of being limited in continuous coating while maintaining a constant pattern pitch due to the square frame size of the metal mask, and the printed pattern touches the roll or other equipment.
[0008] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mask printing film type edible product manufacturing device capable of producing edible products of various shapes.
[0009] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a film-type edible product manufacturing device using a mask printing method, which can minimize changes in viscosity of the raw material by discharging the paste-like raw material only immediately before printing, thereby shortening the contact time of the raw material with air.
[0010] As a technical solution for achieving the above object, the present invention provides a film-type mask printing method manufacturing device, comprising: a support structure for passing a printing material supplied from the outside; a fabric guide means mounted on the support structure for guiding the transport of the fabric; a fabric support part installed at the bottom of the fabric transport path for supporting the fabric when printing an edible material on the upper surface of the fabric; a metal mask installed so as to be able to move upwardly on the fabric support part, the metal mask being in close contact with the upper surface of the fabric when printing and having a plurality of printing holes through which the edible material passes; and a printing unit for spreading the edible material on the upper surface of the metal mask so that the edible material is printed on the fabric through the printing holes.
[0011] In addition, the fabric guide means comprises a horizontal maintenance roll that maintains the fabric horizontally between the fabric support and the metal mask, and a suction roll that is installed at a lower height than the horizontal maintenance roll and transports the printed fabric in a suctioned state.
[0012] In addition, the fabric support portion has a support frame fixed to a support structure, a suction horizontal plate installed so as to be able to be raised and lowered on the upper part of the support frame and absorbing the lower surface of the fabric in a raised state, and a suction plate cylinder that raises and lowers the suction horizontal plate.
[0013] In addition, the support structure is further provided with a mask position adjustment unit that is connected to the metal mask and adjusts the position of the metal mask.
[0014] In addition, the metal mask has a mask plate of a certain thickness in which the printing hole is formed, and a side wall that is integral with the upper surface of the outer portion of the mask plate and prevents the edible raw material from coming off.
[0015] In addition, the printing unit includes a printing head having a raw material discharge unit that supplies edible raw material to the upper part of a metal mask, a squeegee that spreads the supplied edible raw material on a mask plate, a squeegee lifting means that raises and lowers the squeegee, and a head driving unit that reciprocates the printing head to cause the squeegee to spread the edible raw material on the mask plate.
[0016] In addition, the head driving unit includes a crossrail extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction of transport of the fabric, a slider slidably mounted on the crossrail, and a supporter fixed to the slider and supporting the printing head, and the printing unit further includes an elevation support plate supported by the supporter so as to be raised and lowered, and a support plate elevation unit for adjusting the height of the elevation support plate, and the squeegee is two squeegees spaced apart from each other in parallel below the elevation support plate with a raw material discharge unit interposed therebetween, and the squeegee elevation means is a squeegee cylinder located on the upper portion of the elevation support plate and independently elevating each squeegee.
[0017] And, the raw material discharge unit is a slit die having a bank, which is a space for temporarily receiving edible raw materials supplied from the outside, and one or more discharge slits for discharging raw materials in the bank downward toward a metal plate.
[0018] In addition, a dryer is further included for drying the printed matter printed on the fabric that has passed through the support structure.
[0019] The film-type edible product manufacturing device of the present invention, which is formed as described above, can produce edible products of various shapes through a printing method using a metal mask, and by discharging edible raw materials in a paste state only immediately before printing, the contact time of the raw materials with air is short, thereby minimizing changes in viscosity of the raw materials.

[0032] Hereinafter, one embodiment according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0033] FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating, for reference, an edible product (100) manufactured by a film-type edible product manufacturing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0034] The illustrated edible product (100) is manufactured by printing an edible raw material, so to speak, using a screen printing method. That is, an edible raw material (hereinafter, edible raw material (Z)) in paste form is injected into a metal mask (25) having a plurality of printing holes (25c in FIG. 6) formed therein, and then manufactured using a screen printing method. Naturally, the shape of the edible product (100) reflects the shape of the printing holes (25c) of the metal mask. Since the edible raw material itself is general, a description thereof will be omitted.
[0035] In this way, since the fake product (100) is manufactured using a printing method using a metal mask (25), the shape of the product body (100) is very diverse, as shown in Fig. 2.
[0036] For reference, conventional edible product manufacturing equipment first unrolls edible raw materials into a wide sheet, then cuts the unrolled sheet into multiple, orthogonal straight lines. Consequently, conventional edible products typically have simple rectangular shapes. For example, shapes like circles, clover shapes, triangles, or stars cannot be produced. While it is possible to produce edible products of various shapes using a Thompson blade, this method results in significant loss of edible raw materials, making industrial productivity and efficiency extremely low.
[0037] Drawing symbol 103 denotes packaging material. The edible product (100) is sealed and contained in the packaging material (103). The user can tear the packaging material (103) to consume the product.
[0038] Figures 2a to 2f are drawings showing various modified examples of the edible product of Figure 1.
[0039] As illustrated in FIGS. 2A to 2F, the edible product (100) may have various shapes. That is, it may be manufactured in a circular, oval, triangular, star, cloud, heart, etc. shape. The reason why products (100) of such various shapes can be manufactured is because the products (100) are manufactured using a screen printing method using a metal mask (25). The metal mask (25) may have a structure as illustrated in FIG. 17, for example.
[0040] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a film-type decorative product manufacturing device using a mask printing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a front view showing the internal structure of the manufacturing device of FIG. 3. In addition, FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the printing unit and the fabric support part of the product printer of FIG. 3 separately, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are perspective views for explaining a method of adjusting the position of the metal mask shown in FIG. 5. In addition, FIG. 8 is a drawing showing the metal mask and the printing head of FIG. 5 separately, and FIG. 9 is a side view of the printing head of FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the slit die shown in FIG. 9, and FIGS. 11a and 11b are drawings for explaining the operation of the printing head of FIG. 9, and FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of a suction roll cut off, and FIG. 13 is a drawing showing a modified example of the metal mask.
[0041] As shown, the mask printing method film-type edible product manufacturing device (10) according to the present embodiment has a basic configuration of a product printer (20) and a heating and curing device (50).
[0042] The product printer (20) prints edible material on the upper surface of the fabric (13) passing through its interior, and the heating dryer (50) heats and dries the printed material, i.e., the printed edible material. Since the edible material is in the form of a paste, it must be dried through the heating dryer (50).
[0043] The product printer (20) includes a support structure (21), a fabric guide means, a fabric support part (24), a metal mask (25), and a printing unit (30).
[0044] The support structure (21) is a fixed frame erected on the ground. The fabric (13) continuously supplied from the outside passes through the interior of the support structure (21).
[0045] The fabric guide means is an element that is mounted on the inside of the support structure (21) and guides the transport of the fabric (13) passing through the support structure (21). The fabric guide means includes a guide roll (21a), a horizontal maintenance roll (21c), and a suction roll (22).
[0046] The guide roll (21a) is a horizontal member arranged from top to bottom as shown in Fig. 4, and guides the fabric (13) that has entered the support structure (21) toward the horizontal maintenance roll (21c).
[0047] The horizontal maintenance roll (21c) serves to maintain the fabric (13) horizontally between the fabric support member (24) and the metal mask (25). Two horizontal maintenance rolls (21c) form a set, and are installed on opposite sides of the fabric support member (24) with the suction horizontal plate (24c) interposed therebetween, and are symmetrical. The fabric (13) supported on the horizontal maintenance roll (21c) is maintained horizontally and parallel to the upper surface of the suction horizontal plate (24c).
[0048] The suction roll (22) is installed at a lower height than the horizontal maintenance roll (21c) and transports the printed fabric (13) between the fabric support (24) and the metal mask (25) while adsorbing the bottom surface thereof. Installing at a lower height than the horizontal maintenance roll (21c) means that it is positioned at a lower point than the horizontal maintenance roll (21c) with respect to the ground. The suction roll (22) is illustrated separately in Fig. 12.
[0049] As shown, the suction roll (22) includes a suction drum (22a), a connecting ring (22e), a roll shaft (22k), and a fixed disk (22m). The suction roll (22) is connected to an external vacuum pump (41). The fabric (13) is sucked onto the outer surface of the suction roll (22) by the suction force of the vacuum pump.
[0050] The adsorption drum (22a) is a hollow cylindrical member having a certain diameter and has a space (22b) inside. A number of micro-holes (22c) are formed in the periphery of the adsorption drum (22a). The micro-holes (22c) serve as passages through which external air is sucked into the adsorption drum (22a) when the internal pressure of the space (22b) decreases.
[0051] The connecting ring (22e) is a ring-shaped member fixed to one end of the suction drum (22a) and has a suction hole (22f). The suction hole (22f) is a hole to which a vacuum pump is connected. When the vacuum pump is in operation, the air inside the space (22b) is discharged to the outside through the suction hole (22f), and a negative pressure is formed in the space (22b).
[0052] As the suction drum (22a) maintains negative pressure, the fabric (13) in contact with the outer surface of the suction drum (22a) is pressed against the suction drum (22a) by the negative pressure. In this state, when the suction roll (22) rotates, the rotational force of the suction roll (22) is transmitted to the fabric (13). Since the fabric (13) is transported in a suctioned state, not only is the tension stably maintained, but slipping or meandering is prevented.
[0053] The roll shaft (22k) is a shaft whose one end is fixed to a suction drum (22a) and a connecting ring (22e), and whose other end is supported so as to be axially rotatably on a support structure (21) via a fixed disk (22m). A bearing (22n) is mounted between each roll shaft (22k) and the fixed disk (22m). The roll shaft (22k) is axially rotatably supported by the bearing (22n).
[0054] Meanwhile, the fabric support part (24) is installed at the bottom of the conveying path of the fabric (13) and supports the fabric when printing edible raw materials on the upper surface of the fabric (13), thereby preventing the fabric (13) from sagging downward.
[0055] The fabric support part (24) is provided with a support frame (24a), an adsorption horizontal plate (24c), a vertical bar (24f), and an adsorption plate cylinder (24b).
[0056] The support frame (24a) has a square frame shape and is horizontally fixed to the inside of the support structure (21). The support frame (24a) supports a vertical bar (24f) so that it can be raised and lowered. The vertical bar (24f) is a vertically extended circular bar supported by the support frame (24a).
[0057] The suction horizontal plate (24c) is fixed to the upper end of the vertical bar (24f). The suction horizontal plate (24c) is a rectangular horizontal plate that can be raised and lowered from the upper end of the support frame (24a). Inside the suction horizontal plate (24c), a negative pressure space (24g) is provided, as illustrated in Fig. 5. The negative pressure space (24g) is a space connected to an external vacuum pump and is opened upward through a number of suction holes (24d).
[0058] When the internal pressure of the negative pressure space (24g) is lowered using a vacuum pump, the air above the suction horizontal plate (24c) is sucked into the inside of the suction horizontal plate (24c). When the suction horizontal plate (24c) is raised and brought into close contact with the lower surface of the fabric (13) to generate negative pressure, the fabric (13) is fixed to the upper surface of the suction horizontal plate (24c).
[0059] The suction plate cylinder (24b) is an element that moves the suction horizontal plate (24c) upward and downward. Through the suction plate cylinder (24b), the suction horizontal plate (24c) is raised or lowered within a certain stroke range.
[0060] The metal mask (25) is installed vertically above the fabric support (24), adheres closely to the upper surface of the fabric during printing, and has a number of printing holes (25c) through which edible raw materials pass, as illustrated in Fig. 6. The metal mask (25) can be positioned in the X, Y, and Z directions above the transport path of the fabric (13). In this description, the X direction is a direction parallel to the transport direction of the fabric, the Y direction is a width direction of the fabric, and the Z direction is a vertical direction.
[0061] The metal mask (25) has a mask plate (25b) having a certain thickness and a side wall (25a). The mask plate (25b) is horizontal and can be in close contact with the upper surface of the fabric (13). The thickness of the mask plate (25b) can vary. The thicker the mask plate (25b), the thicker the edible product (100) becomes. A number of printing holes (25c) are formed in the center of the mask plate (25b). The printing holes (25c) are spaced at a certain interval in the X and Y directions.
[0062] The side wall (25a) is a square frame that forms an integral part around the upper surface of the mask plate (25b), and prevents the edible raw material (Z in Fig. 11) injected into the upper surface of the mask plate (25b) from flowing out to the outside of the mask plate (25b).
[0063] Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing a modified example of a metal mask (25).
[0064] As illustrated in Fig. 13, the printing hole (25c) may have various shapes. The printing hole (25c) in Fig. 13 has the shapes of a heart, a hexagon, a triangle, a circle, and a square. By applying various shapes of the printing hole (25c) in this way, it is possible to create various shapes of decorative products (100) beyond a simple square decorative product.
[0065] The metal mask (25) can be positioned in the X, Y, and Z directions of Fig. 6 through the mask position adjustment unit. In other words, three-dimensional movement in the forward, backward, left, right, up, and down directions is possible.
[0066] The reason why the metal mask (25) is implemented so that the position can be adjusted in the X direction is to prepare for an error that may occur in the longitudinal (transport direction) transport distance of the fabric (13). The fabric (13) is moved in steps of a certain pitch distance, and this is to compensate for the error when an error in the pitch distance occurs due to slipping or other causes. For example, if the input pitch distance is 50 cm, but the actual length of the moved fabric is 49 cm, the mask position control unit moves the metal mask (25) by 1 cm in the opposite direction to the fabric transport direction.
[0067] The reason why the metal mask (25) is implemented so that its position can be adjusted in the Y direction is to prepare for misalignment of the fabric (13) in the width direction. For example, if the fabric is eccentric about 5 mm to the left in the width direction, the mask position adjustment unit moves the metal mask (25) in the eccentric direction by 5 mm.
[0068] In addition, the metal mask (25) is designed to be raised and lowered in the Z direction for printing of edible raw material (Z). The mask position adjustment unit lowers the metal mask (25) so that the bottom surface of the metal mask (25) is in close contact with the upper surface of the fabric (13), and the edible raw material (Z) is fed to perform printing. After printing is completed, the metal mask (25) is raised again so that the fabric (13) is transported.
[0069] This mask position adjustment unit includes a mask receiving frame (26), a load bracket (34), an X driving unit (27), a Y driving unit (28), and a Z driving unit (29).
[0070] The mask receiving frame (26) is a rectangular frame that surrounds the metal mask (25) and has a frame cylinder (32) at the bottom of the four corners. The frame cylinder (32) is fixed to the support structure (21) and adjusts the vertical position of the mask receiving frame (26).
[0071] Additionally, a Y-rail (26a in Fig. 7) is horizontally mounted on the outer surface of both ends in the X direction of the mask receiving frame (26). The Y-rail (26a) guides the Y-direction movement of the sliding connector (27f).
[0072] The load bracket (34) is a rod-shaped member with a central portion in the width direction bent at a right angle and supports the metal mask (25) horizontally while being positioned on the opposite side with the metal mask (25) in between. Each load bracket (34) is fixed to the end of a connecting bracket (27c). Since the connecting bracket (27c) is indirectly fixed to the mask receiving frame (26), the load bracket (34) also remains fixed on the inside of the mask receiving frame (26).
[0073] The X-drive unit (27) is responsible for the function of adjusting the position of the metal mask (25) in the X direction. The X-drive unit (27) includes an X-motor (27a), a lead screw (27b), a sliding connector (27f), a connecting bracket (27c), and a nut block (27d).
[0074] The X motor (27a) is supported on the sliding connector (27f) and outputs rotational force while maintaining a horizontal position. That is, it rotates the lead screw (27b) in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The sliding connector (27f) is supported on the Y rail (26a) and its position can be adjusted in the Y direction.
[0075] The nut block (27d) is a component that engages with the lead screw (27b) and is fixed to the connecting bracket (27c). The connecting bracket (27c) is a member bent in the shape of an L and one end is fixed to the load bracket (34). Ultimately, the metal disk (25) moves in the X direction by the operation of the X motor (27a).
[0076] The sliding connector (27f) located on the right side of the drawing of Fig. 7 is also supported on the Y rail (26a) and has a second Y rail (27g) and an X rail (27k) on the upper side. The second Y rail (27g) is parallel to the Y rail (26a) and supports the X rail (27k) so that its position can be adjusted in the Y direction. The X rail (27k) supports the end of the connecting bracket (27c).
[0077] Ultimately, the X-drive unit (27) itself moves in the X direction of the metal mask (25) via the X motor (27a) while being supported (with the Y-direction position adjustable) on the mask receiving frame (26).
[0078] The Y drive unit (28) plays a role in moving the metal mask (25) in the Y direction. The Y drive unit (28) is equipped with a Y motor (28a), a lead screw (28c), and a nut block (28e).
[0079] The Y motor (28a) is fixed to the inside of the mask receiving frame (26) and rotates the lead screw (28c) in both directions. A nut block (28e) is engaged with the lead screw (28c). The nut block (28e) is a member that is coupled to the lead screw (28c) and is coupled to the sliding connector (27f) through a side passage (26g). The side passage (26g) is a hole through which the nut block (28e) passes.
[0080] The nut block (28e) moves in the Y direction within the side passage (26g) when the Y motor (28a) is driven. At this time, the sliding connector (27f) connected to the nut block (28e) also moves.
[0081] The Z-drive unit (29) has a Z-cylinder (29a) fixed to both ends of the two-sided load brackets (34) and a connecting arm (29b). The connecting arm (29b) is a member that connects the Z-cylinder (29a) and the metal mask (25). The connecting arm (29b) is raised and lowered by the operation of the Z-drive unit (29). Consequently, the metal mask (25) is raised and lowered by the Z-drive unit (29).
[0082] As described above, the metal mask (25) can move in the forward, backward, left, right, up, and down directions by the X, Y, and Z driving units (27, 28, and 29).
[0083] Meanwhile, the printing unit (30), as shown in FIGS. 11a and 11b, injects the edible raw material (Z) onto the upper portion of the metal mask (25), and spreads the injected edible raw material on the metal mask (as in silkscreen printing) so that the edible raw material fills the printing holes (25c). The edible raw material filled in the printing holes (25c) is an edible product (100) that is dried and then packaged.
[0084] The printing unit (30) has a printing head (33) and a head driving unit.
[0085] The head driving unit causes the printing head (33) to reciprocate in the direction of arrow R or S of Fig. 11, thereby causing the printing head (33) to print a fabric (13) with a edible product (100).
[0086] These head driving parts include a crossrail (31a), a slider (31c), and a supporter (31d).
[0087] The crossrail (31a) is a straight member extending in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the fabric (13). Two crossrails (31a) are spaced parallel to each other with a metal mask (25) between them.
[0088] The slider (31c) is slidably mounted on each crossrail (31a) and supports both ends of the supporter (31d). A squeezing motor (31b) is installed on the slider (31c). The slider (31c) reciprocates by the squeezing motor (31b). In addition, the supporter (31d) is a horizontal beam that crosses the upper part of the metal mask (25) and supports the print head (33) with both ends fixed to the slider.
[0089] The printing head (33), as shown in Fig. 9, includes a lifting support plate (37), a support plate lifting section, a raw material discharge section, a pair of squeegees (39), and a squeegee lifting means.
[0090] The lifting support plate (37) is a horizontal flat plate that is installed so as to be able to be lifted at the bottom of the supporter (31d). The lifting movement of the lifting support plate (37) is guided by a vertical guide rod (31e) and is performed by a support plate lifting unit. The vertical guide rod (31e) is a vertical circular rod whose upper end is fixed to the supporter (31d).
[0091] The support plate lifting unit serves to repeatedly raise and lower the lifting support plate (37), and includes a servo motor (36a), a belt (36e), a vertical screw (36g), and a nut unit (36h).
[0092] The servo motor (36a) is a rotational force generating unit installed vertically on the side of the supporter (31d) and has a drive pulley (36b) on the drive shaft. In addition, the vertical screw (36g) is a vertical rod installed to be able to rotate on the supporter (31d) and has a male screw portion (36f) on the lower side. In addition, a driven pulley (36d) is mounted on the vertical screw (36g). The driven pulley (36d) is connected to the drive pulley (36b) via a belt (36e). By driving the servo motor (36a), the vertical screw (36g) rotates on the axis.
[0093] The nut portion (36h) is fixed to the bottom surface of the lifting support plate (37) and is screw-connected with the screw portion (36f). As the vertical screw (36g) rotates, the lifting support plate (37) naturally rises and falls.
[0094] The squeegees (39) are spaced apart and parallel to each other at the lower portion of the lifting support plate (37) and have a squeegee blade (39a) at the lower portion. In addition, a squeegee lifting cylinder (38) is installed at the upper portion of each squeegee (39). The squeegee lifting cylinder (38) is a squeegee lifting means that lifts the squeegee (39) while being fixed to the lifting support plate (37).
[0095] The squeegee lifting cylinders (38) on both sides alternately lower the squeegees. For example, when lowering the left squeegee (39) in the drawing, the right squeegee (39) is raised, and when lowering the right squeegee (39), the left squeegee is raised. When the squeegee (39) is lowered, the squeegee blade (39a) makes linear contact with the mask plate (25b), as illustrated in Fig. 11.
[0096] The raw material discharge unit is installed between two squeegees (39) and discharges the paste-like raw material supplied from the outside onto the metal mask. In the present embodiment, the raw material discharge unit is a slit die (35). The slit die (35) is installed between two squeegees (39), and is mounted on the left squeegee (39) in the drawing of Fig. 9.
[0097] The lower part of the slit die (35) is relatively higher by a height H than the lower part of the squeegee blade (39a) of the left squeegee (39). When the squeegee blade (39a) touches the mask plate (25b), the slit die (35) is floating.
[0098] As mentioned above, when one squeegee (39) descends, the opposite squeegee (39) rises, so when the right squeegee (39) in the drawing of Fig. 9 descends, the slit die (35) rises higher than the height H. As described above, since the slit die (35) is always floating from the mask plate (25b), the discharge of the edible material (Z) from the slit die (35) always proceeds smoothly.
[0099] The slit die (35) has the structure shown in Fig. 10.
[0100] As shown, the slit die (35) comprises a first die half (35e), a second die half (35a), and a closing plate (35k). The first die half (35e) and the second die half (35a) are tightly coupled to each other and allow the edible raw material to pass therethrough.
[0101] The first die halve (35e) is provided with an injection passage (35f). The injection passage (35f) passes the edible raw material (Z) supplied through the raw material supply tube (35m in Fig. 9) and guides it to the bank (35b).
[0102] The second die harp (35a) is formed with a bank (35b) and a number of discharge slits (35c). The bank (35b) is a space where the edible raw material supplied through the injection passage (35f) is collected. In addition, the discharge slits (35c) are a path through which the edible raw material inside the bank (35b) flows downward along the direction of arrow d.
[0103] The spacing between the discharge slits (35c) corresponds to the spacing of the printing holes (25c) in the metal mask (25). The edible material discharged downward through the discharge slits (35c) is applied in the form of a band of a certain width on the mask plate (25b). The closing plate (35k) serves to fix the first and second die halves (35e, 35a). Depending on the embodiment, only one discharge slit may be applied.
[0104] The squeegee lifting means is a squeegee cylinder (38) located on the upper part of the lifting support plate (37) and independently lifting and lowering each squeegee. The squeegees (39) on both sides are lifted and lowered by the squeegee cylinder (38). The squeegee cylinder (38) alternately lowers the squeegees (39). As mentioned, when one squeegee (39) is lowered, the opposite squeegee is raised.
[0105] Figure 11a is a drawing showing the print head (33) moving in the direction of arrow R.
[0106] Referring to Fig. 11a, it can be seen that the edible raw material (Z) is discharged from the slit die (35), and the squeegee (39) following the slit die (35) is lowered and spreads the edible raw material (Z) on the upper surface of the mask plate (25b). The edible raw material (Z) is pushed by the squeegee blade (39a) and enters the printing hole (25c) to be printed on the fabric (13). The squeegee (39) leading the slit die (35) remains in an elevated state.
[0107] Also, as illustrated in Fig. 11b, the printing head (33) that has moved completely in the direction of arrow R moves in the opposite direction, that is, in the direction of arrow S, and pushes out the edible material (Z). At this time, the squeegee (39) on the right side of the drawing of the slit die (35) descends, and the squeegee (39) on the left side rises. While the printing head (33) moves in the direction of arrow S, the right squeegee blade (39a) pushes out the edible material (Z) and fills the printing hole (25c).
[0108] When printing through the above process is completed, the suction level plate (24c) is lowered, the metal mask (25) is raised, the fabric is transported, and the above printing process is repeated.
[0109] Meanwhile, the heating dryer (50) dries the printed material printed on the fabric that has passed through the product printer (20). As previously mentioned, the printed material is an edible material printed on the fabric and has a paste state. The printed material must be dried to become an edible product (100).
[0110] The heating dryer (50) includes a cabinet (51), a heater (53), and a temperature sensor (54). The cabinet (51) is a case that passes the fabric (13) and accommodates the heater (53) and the temperature sensor (54).
[0111] The temperature sensor (54) detects the temperature of the fabric (13) and transmits the temperature information to a controller (not shown). The controller adjusts the heating temperature of the heater (53) to an optimal range. The heating method of the heater (53) can be implemented in various ways, such as IR, NIR, MIR, Xeon lamp, Laser lamp, UV lamp, and Led lamp.
[0112] In addition, a pressing roller (55) is further installed inside the cabinet (51). The pressing roller (55) is a roller installed on the downstream side of the suction roll (22), and contacts the upper surface of the fabric that has passed through the suction roll and supports the fabric downward.
[0113] Above, the present invention has been described in detail through specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and various modifications are possible by a person of ordinary skill within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
[0114] It can be used industrially because it can continuously produce film-type decorative products with various shapes.
