Description

Painting device

[0001] The present invention relates to a painting device.

[0002] Architectural paints are applied to floors like parking lots and factory floors for dustproofing purposes. Paints can be categorized into thin-film and thick-film coatings. Applying paint to floors can improve dustproofing and enhance the aesthetics of the exterior.

[0003] Typically, paint is applied manually by a skilled worker. The worker rolls a paint-soaked roller across the surface of the object to be painted, allowing the paint to adhere to the surface.

[0004] However, manually applying paint to large areas, such as parking lot floors or factory floors, requires excessive time and labor to complete. Furthermore, despite the need for a uniform finish without any visual deviations, relying on manual labor carries a high risk of uneven paint quality. Furthermore, quality inconsistencies can be attributed to the skill level of the skilled worker, and the availability of skilled workers can determine whether the project can be completed.

[0005] Additionally, even if a device is provided to assist in uniform painting, there is a problem in that the paint hose for supplying the paint is interfered with by the components of the painting device, requiring constant operator management.

[0006] The present invention has been devised to solve such problems, and provides a painting device capable of applying paint with uniform quality without the intervention of a worker.

[0007] A painting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a carriage provided to be drivable; a painting module including a painting frame slidably coupled to a front side of the carriage in the left-right direction, a roller coupled to the painting frame, and a nozzle coupled to the painting frame so as to spray paint to be applied by the roller; a tank provided to store a raw material for forming the paint or the paint therein and coupled to the carriage; a paint hose connecting the tank and the nozzle; and a hose support module coupled to the carriage and supporting the paint hose.

[0008] Accordingly, paint can be applied with uniform quality without the intervention of the worker.

The upper adjustment member (255) may include a double nut. The double nut used as the upper adjustment member (255) is coupled to the lifting rod (252) and then rotated so that the upper adjustment member (255) can be elevated along the lifting rod (252). As the vertical position of the upper adjustment member (255) changes, the vertical range in which the lifting rod (252) can be used for its intended purpose can be determined.

[0090] The suspension (25) may include an upper knob (257). The upper knob (257) is coupled to the buffer base (251) and may be selectively coupled to the lift rod (252) to selectively limit the height of the lift rod (252). The upper knob (257) may penetrate the buffer base (251) in the left-right direction or the front-back direction and may be coupled to the lift rod (252).

[0091] The suspension (25) may include a lower knob (258). The lower knob (258) may be coupled to the lower end of the lifting rod (252). The lower knob (258) may be coupled to the buffer protrusion (225) and the lifting rod (252), thereby coupling a portion of the shaft (22) and the base portion (21) via the suspension (25).

[0092] The portion of the lifting rod (252) to which the upper knob (257) or the lower knob (258) is coupled may be formed in such a manner that a fastening hole (2524) for coupling the upper knob (257) or the lower knob (258) is formed in an upper flat portion (2522) in which a plane perpendicular to the upper knob (257) is formed in the rod body (2521) or a lower flat portion (2523) in which a plane perpendicular to the lower knob (258) is formed in the rod body (2521). Accordingly, the entire rod body (2521) of the lifting rod (252) is formed in a cylindrical shape and screw threads are formed on the outside thereof, but the upper flat portion (2522) and the lower flat portion (2523) may be formed by cutting the rod body (2521) into a plane perpendicular to the left-right direction or the front-back direction.

[0093] The suspension (25) may be composed of multiple pieces and support the shaft (22). The suspension (25) may be coupled to adjacent portions of the two ends of the shaft (22), or may be coupled to the center of the shaft (22) or to points dividing the shaft (22) equally.

[0094] Fig. 12 is a drawing showing a roller module according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 13 is a drawing showing a terminal roller adapter (263c) and a roller (Rc) used in the roller module of Fig. 12. Fig. 14 is a drawing showing a middle roller adapter (264c), a terminal roller adapter (263c), and a roller (Rc) used in the roller module of Fig. 12.

[0095] Since the painting device according to the third embodiment of the present invention differs from the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention only in the configuration of the roller module, the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the third embodiment.

[0096] The shaft base (211c) of the base portion includes a pair of ribs (2111c) extending in the front-back direction but spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, and a backbone (2112c) extending in the left-right direction and connecting the pair of ribs (2111c). The first shaft (221c) and the second shaft (222c) can connect the front and rear ends of the pair of ribs (2111c), respectively. The backbone (2112c) can be located between the first shaft (221c) and the second shaft (222c) in the front-back direction.

[0097] The paint frame may include a rotation support (261c, 262c). The rotation support (261c, 262c) may have a shape of a perforated plate with a hole at one end. A shaft (221c, 222c) may pass through the hole formed in the rotation support (261c, 262c). The rotation support (261c, 262c) may include a plurality of first rotation supports (261c) and a plurality of second rotation supports (262c). The plurality of first rotation supports (261c) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction while being coupled to the backbone (2112c) and passing the first shaft (221c). The plurality of second rotation supports (262c) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction while being coupled to the backbone (2112c) and passing the second shaft (222c). With respect to the left-right direction, the positions at which the plurality of first rotation supports (261c) are coupled to the backbone (2112c) may be different from the positions at which the plurality of second rotation supports (262c) are coupled to the backbone (2112c). The first roller is coupled between the plurality of first rotation supports (261c), and the second roller is coupled between the plurality of second rotation supports (262c), so that the boundaries of the first rollers and the boundaries of the second rollers may not coincide with each other along the front-back direction.

[0098] The paint frame may include a plurality of roller adapters (263c, 264c). The roller adapters (263c, 264c) may include a first roller adapter and a second roller adapter. The plurality of first roller adapters may connect between the plurality of first rollers and the plurality of first rotation supports (261c) or between the first rollers. The plurality of second roller adapters may connect between the plurality of second rollers and the plurality of second rotation supports (262c) or between the second rollers. By the roller adapters (263c, 264c), a gap formed between the rotation supports (261c, 262c) and the roller (Rc) may be filled, thereby preventing the roller (Rc) from freely moving along the shaft (221c, 222c).

[0099] The first roller adapter may include a first end roller adapter (263c) connecting between a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of first rotation supports (261c), and a first intermediate roller adapter (264c) connecting between the first rollers. The first end roller adapter (263c) may have a shape such that one end can be inserted into a hole formed in the first rotation support (261c), and the other end may have a plurality of protrusions that can be inserted into and coupled to the first roller. The first intermediate roller adapter (264c) has a plurality of protrusions at both ends, so that it can be inserted into and coupled to the first rollers, respectively.

[0100] The second roller adapter may also include, like the first roller adapter, a second end roller adapter (263c) connecting between a plurality of second rollers and a plurality of second rotation supports (262c), and a second intermediate roller adapter (264c) connecting between the second rollers. The second end roller adapter (263c) may be formed like the first end roller adapter (263c), and the second intermediate roller adapter (264c) may be formed like the first intermediate roller adapter (264c).

[0101] The first soccer eastern part (223c) is positioned on the right rib (2111c), and the second soccer eastern part (224c) is positioned on the left rib (2111c). Although the positions are shown as being adjacent to the center in the front-back direction, the positions are not limited thereto.

[0102] Fig. 15 is a drawing showing a roller module according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0103] Since the painting device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention differs from the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention only in the configuration of the roller module, the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the fourth embodiment.

[0104] The paint frame of the roller module according to the fourth embodiment may include a base portion and a holder (27d). The shaft base (211c) of the base portion may have a backbone (2112d) extending in the left-right direction and a rib (2111d) connected by the backbone (2112d).

[0105] The holder (27d) may include a first holder (271d) and a second holder (272d). A plurality of first holders (271d) may be coupled to the backbone (2112d) and spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. A plurality of second holders (272d) may be coupled to the backbone (2112d) and spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The first holder (271d) may be arranged to protrude forward from the backbone (2112d), and the second holder (272d) may be arranged to protrude backward from the backbone (2112d).

[0106] A plurality of first rollers may be respectively coupled to a plurality of first holders (271d). A plurality of second rollers (232d) may respectively be coupled to a plurality of second holders (272d). The plurality of first rollers and the plurality of second rollers (232d) may be arranged in a zigzag pattern with respect to each other. The first holders (271d) and the second holders (272d) may be arranged spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction on the rails formed on the backbone (2112d). In Fig. 15, only one second roller (232d) is illustrated for convenience. The positions at which the first holders (271d) and the second holders (272d) are coupled to the rails formed on the backbone (2112d) may be appropriately changed based on the left-right direction along the rails.

[0107] The first holder (271d) may include a first hanger (2711d), a first lifting member (2712d), and a first holding base (2713d). The first hanger (2711d) is a portion to which the first roller (231) is coupled, and may have a shape in which an elongated member is bent several times, as illustrated. The end of the first hanger (2711d) is inserted into the first roller, so that the first roller (231) can be rotatably coupled to the first hanger (2711d). The first lifting member (2712d) is a portion to which the first hanger (2711d) is coupled. The first holding base (2713d) is a portion to which the first lifting member (2712d) is coupled so as to be able to be elevated, and is coupled to the backbone (2112d). Accordingly, the first hanger (2711d) can be raised and lowered according to the raising and lowering of the first lifting member (2712d). The raising and lowering structure of the first lifting member (2712d) is implemented with a worm gear, so that the first hanger (2711d) can be raised and lowered according to the rotation of the first lifting member (2712d) in the up-and-down direction as the axial direction.

[0108] The second holder (272d) may include a second hanger corresponding to the first hanger (2711d), a second lifting member corresponding to the first lifting member (2712d), and a second holding base corresponding to the first holding base (2713d).

[0109] Fig. 16 is a drawing showing a roller module according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 17 is a cross-sectional view showing the connection state of the backbone (2112e) and the slider (28e) of Fig. 16.

[0110] Since the painting device according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention differs from the painting device according to the third embodiment of the present invention only in the configuration of the roller module related to the arrangement of the slider (28e), the description of the painting device (1) according to the first and third embodiments can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the fifth embodiment.

[0111] The shaft base (211e) includes a pair of ribs (2111e) extending in the front-back direction but spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, and a backbone (2112e) extending in the left-right direction and connecting the pair of ribs (2111e). The first shaft (221e) and the second shaft (222e) may connect the front and rear ends of the pair of ribs (2111e), respectively. The backbone (2112e) may be located between the first shaft (221e) and the second shaft (222e) in the front-back direction.

[0112] A paint frame according to a fifth embodiment includes a plurality of sliders (28e). The sliders (28e) are slidably coupled to a backbone (2112e) in a left-right direction and can be coupled to rotation supports (261e, 262e). The plurality of sliders (28e) may include a first slider (281e) and a second slider (282e). The first slider (281e) is slidably coupled to the backbone (2112e) in a left-right direction and can be coupled to a plurality of first rotation supports (261e). The second slider (282e) is slidably coupled to the backbone (2112e) in a left-right direction and can be coupled to a plurality of second rotation supports (262e).

[0113] The first slider (281e) can be coupled to the front side of the backbone (2112e), and the second slider (282e) can be coupled to the rear side of the backbone (2112e), respectively, surrounding a portion of the backbone (2112e). As illustrated in Fig. 17, in a cross-section cut along a plane orthogonal to the left and right, each slider (28e) can have a protrusion protruding toward the backbone (2112e) so that it can be inserted into a rail formed on the backbone (2112e).

[0114] A first rotation support (261e) may extend forward from the first slider (281e). A second rotation support (262e) may extend rearward from the second slider (282e). The first rotation support (261c) is slidably coupled to a first sliding rail (2812e) formed by digging along the left-right direction in the first sliding base (2811e) of the first slider (281e), so that the position relative to the left-right direction on the first slider (281e) may be changed. The second slider (282e) may also have a corresponding second sliding base and a second sliding rail.

[0115] The first slider (281e) and the second slider (282e) slide relative to the backbone (2112e) in the left-right direction, so that the positions of the first rotation support (261e) and the second rotation support (262e) on the first shaft (221e) and the second shaft (222e) can change, and accordingly, the relative positions of the first roller and the second roller can change.

[0116] Fig. 18 is a drawing showing a roller module according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 19 is a drawing showing the tilt structure of Fig. 18. Fig. 20 is a drawing showing the arrangement of rollers (231f, 232f) that can be implemented by the roller module of Fig. 18.

[0117] Since the painting device according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention differs from the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention only in the configuration of the roller module, the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the sixth embodiment.

[0118] A shaft base (211f) according to the sixth embodiment includes a pair of ribs (2111f) spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, and a backbone (2112f) extending in the left-right direction and connecting the pair of ribs (2111f). The backbone (2112f) can be connected to the front ends of the pair of ribs (2111f). The pair of ribs (2111f) can be rotatably connected to the backbone (2112f) in an axial direction in the vertical direction.

[0119] The paint frame according to the sixth embodiment may include a plurality of carriers (29f). The carriers (29f) may include a first carrier (291f) and a second carrier (292f). The first carrier (291f) is axially rotatably connected to a pair of ribs (2111f) at each end thereof in the vertical direction, and a plurality of first rotation supports are connected thereto. The second carrier (292f) is axially rotatably connected to a pair of ribs (2111f) at each end thereof in the vertical direction, and a plurality of second rotation supports are connected thereto.

[0120] The first shaft and the second shaft can be respectively coupled to a plurality of first rotation supports coupled to the first carrier (291f) and a plurality of second rotation supports coupled to the second carrier (292f).

[0121] A first rotation support may extend forward from the first carrier (291f). A second rotation support may extend rearward from the second carrier (292f). The first rotation support is slidably coupled to a first carrier rail (2912f) formed by digging along the left-right direction in the first carrier base (2911f) of the first carrier (291f), so that the position relative to the left-right direction on the first carrier (291f) may be changed. The second carrier (292f) may also have a corresponding second carrier base and second carrier rail.

[0122] The first carrier end portion (2913f) may be formed at the left and right ends of the first carrier base (2911f). The first carrier end portion (2913f) may be coupled to the first carrier hinge (2914f), and the first carrier hinge (2914f) may be coupled to the rib (2111f) to be capable of axially rotating in the vertical direction. Accordingly, even if the rib (2111f) axially rotates in the vertical direction with respect to the backbone (2112f), the first carrier (291f) may remain aligned in the left and right direction. The second carrier (292f) may also have a corresponding second carrier end portion and a second carrier hinge.

[0123] A shaft base (211) according to the sixth embodiment may include a rib drive unit (2114f) and a rib hinge (2113f). The rib hinge (2113f) may be arranged at the front end of the rib (2111f) to rotatably couple the rib (2111f) and the backbone (2112f) with each other. The rib drive unit (2114f) may be arranged adjacent to the rib hinge (2113f) and coupled to the backbone (2112f) and may have a pair of cylinders that contact the left and right sides of the rib (2111f), respectively. Each cylinder may rotate axially in the up-and-down direction to rotate the rib (2111f) about the rib hinge (2113f). As the rib (2111f) is rotated, the first roller (231f) and the second roller (232f) can be arranged so that their boundaries do not coincide even if they have the same size and number as shown in FIG. 20.

[0124] Nozzle (30)

[0125] FIG. 21 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a paint spraying method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 22 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a paint spraying method according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 23 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a paint spraying method according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention.

[0126] The nozzle (30) is coupled to the paint frame and is arranged to spray paint for application by the roller (23). There may be a plurality of nozzles (30), and they may be movably coupled to the spraying moving part (24). The nozzle (30) may be connected to a paint hose (40) to spray paint. Paint may be transferred from the tank part (50) to the nozzle (30) through the paint hose (40). The nozzle (30) may be arranged in a posture so as to spray paint in a downward or downwardly inclined direction toward the roller (23) or around the roller (23) so that the roller (23) can apply the paint.

[0127] The nozzle (30) according to the first embodiment provides paint to the first roller (231) by directly spraying the paint onto the first roller (231). The nozzle (30) may be arranged so as to look downward from the upper side of the first roller (231). The second roller (232) may follow the first roller (231) and further spread the paint applied by the first roller (231) onto the surface of the object to be painted. The nozzle (30g) according to the seventh embodiment has a pinhole and is arranged to provide paint to the first roller (231) by flowing the paint onto the first roller (231). The nozzle (30h) according to the eighth embodiment is arranged to flow or spray the paint around the first roller (231). The nozzle (30h) according to the eighth embodiment may be an air spray type nozzle. The nozzle (30h) according to the eighth embodiment can be positioned so as to face a downwardly inclined direction from the front to the rear of the first roller (231). The paint sprayed by the nozzle (30h) reaches the front side of the first roller (231), and the paint that has reached the front side is sequentially spread by the first roller (231) and the second roller (232) to apply the paint to the surface of the object to be painted.

[0128] Since the painting devices according to the seventh and eighth embodiments of the present invention differ only in the configuration of the nozzle in relation to the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting devices according to the seventh and eighth embodiments.

[0129] Hose support module (60)

[0130] Fig. 24 is a plan view of a hose support module (60) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 25 is a side view of a hose support module (60) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 26 is a front view of a hose support module (60) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 27 is a perspective view of left and right rails (622) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 28 is a perspective view of an elevator roller (6232) according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0131] The tank section (50) is provided to store raw materials or paint for forming paint therein, and is connected to the cart section (10). The paint hose (40) connects the tank section (50) and the nozzle (30). The hose support module (60) is connected to the cart section (10) and supports the paint hose (40).

[0132] The hose support module (60) may include a base arm (61) and a support base (62). The base arm (61) is coupled to the bogie (10) and is rotatably coupled to the support base (62). The support base (62) is axially coupled to the front end of the base arm (61) so as to be rotatably vertically, and supports the paint hose (40). The base arm (61) and the support base (62) may be coupled in a knuckle joint manner. Accordingly, a base arm hinge (612) is formed at the front end of the base arm body (611), and a support arm hinge (626) is formed at the rear end of the support base (62), so as to be rotatably coupled to each other.

[0133] The support base (62) may include an elevation rail (623) and an elevation hook (624). The elevation rail (623) extends in the vertical direction. The elevation hook (624) is slidably connected to the elevation rail (623) and supports the paint hose (40). That is, when the paint hose (40) moves in the vertical direction, the elevation hook (624) can assist the movement and support the paint hose (40).

[0134] The lifting hook part (624) may include a lifting member (6241) and a lifting hook (6242). The lifting member (6241) may be coupled to the lifting rail (623) and may extend in the left-right direction. The lifting hook (6242) is a hook-shaped part formed at both left-right ends of the lifting member (6241). A paint hose (40) may be inserted and secured into the lifting hook (6242), so that the paint hose (40) may be supported by the lifting hook (6242).

[0135] The support base (62) may include a support arm (621) and left and right rails (622). The support arm (621) is connected to the base arm (61) via a base arm hinge (612). The left and right rails (622) are portions that extend in the left and right direction from the front end of the support arm (621) when the support arm (621) and the base arm (61) are arranged in parallel, and to which the elevator rail (623) is connected so as to be slidable in the left and right direction. The upper end of the elevator rail (623) may be slidably connected to the left and right rails (622). Therefore, when viewed from the front, the left and right rails (622) and the elevator rail (623) may be arranged in a 'T' shape.

[0136] An elevator roller (6232) is coupled to the upper part of the rail body (6231) extending in the vertical direction of the elevator rail (623), and the elevator roller (6232) is inserted into the inner side of the left and right rails (622) having a slit open downward, so that the elevator rail (623) protruding downward from the left and right rails (622) through the slit can be slid relative to the left and right rails (622). The elevator structure of the elevator rod (252) for the elevator rail (623) can also be configured similarly.

[0137] The base base (62) may have a base base portion (625). The base base portion (625) is coupled to the lower end of the elevator rail (623) and may extend left and right from the elevator rail (623).

[0138] The hose support module (60) may include an intermediate hook portion (63) that is coupled to at least one of the base arm (61) or the support base (62) to support the paint hose (40). The intermediate hook portion (63) may include a portion extending downward from the base arm (61) or the support base (62) and a hook-shaped portion formed at the lower end of the extended portion, so that the paint hose (40) may be inserted and secured in the hook portion and supported.

[0139] By having a hose support module (60) as described above, the paint hose (40) can be easily supported for movement in various directions even when the nozzle (30) moves or the paint module moves relative to the carriage (10). Therefore, when the hose support module (60) is used, the paint hose (40) can be less likely to lose support and cause interference or damage in relation to other components.

[0140] Anti-slip cover (70)

[0141] Fig. 29 is a side view showing a scattering prevention cover part (70) of a painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 30 is a drawing conceptually showing the arrangement of the scattering prevention cover part (70) and the nozzle (30) according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 31 is a drawing conceptually showing the operation state of the scattering prevention frame (71) of the scattering prevention cover part (70) according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 32 is a drawing conceptually showing the positions of various hooks arranged on the scattering prevention frame (71) of the scattering prevention cover part (70) according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0142] The anti-splatter cover (70) is a part that is connected to the paint frame so as to cover the nozzle (30) when viewed from the rear. By positioning the anti-splatter cover (70), it is possible to prevent the paint provided by the nozzle (30) from splashing onto areas other than the area requiring painting of the object to be painted, thereby damaging the appearance.

[0143] The anti-scattering cover part (70) may include an anti-scattering frame (71). The anti-scattering frame (71) is coupled to a paint frame. The anti-scattering frame (71) may include a covering base part (711) coupled to the paint frame, and a covering rotation part (712) coupled to the covering base part (711) so as to be rotatable in the left-right direction in an axial direction.

[0144] The shielding base (711) may have a shape extending in the vertical direction when viewed in the left-right direction. The shielding rotation part (712) may have a folded state in which the shielding base (711) and the shielding rotation part (712) are arranged to match each other when viewed in the left-right direction, and an unfolded state in which the shielding base (711) and the shielding rotation part (712) are arranged to form a predetermined angle with each other. The shielding rotation part (712) may be coupled to the lower end of the shielding base (711). When viewed in the front-back direction in the folded state, the shielding rotation part (712) and the shielding base (711) may have a portion extending in the left-right direction and a portion extending downward from each end of the portion extending in the left-right direction, respectively. The lower ends of a pair of extended portions of the shielding base (711) and the shielding rotation part (712) may be coupled to each other so as to be rotatable in the left-right direction in an axial direction.

[0145] The anti-scattering cover (70) may include an inner filter (72) and an outer cover (73) that covers the inner filter (72) when viewed from the rear when in an unfolded state. The inner filter (72) and the outer cover (73) may each have one end joined to a covering base (711) and the other end joined to a covering rotation part (712). Accordingly, when the anti-scattering frame (71) unfolds, the inner filter (72) and the outer cover (73) unfold, and when the anti-scattering frame (71) folds, the inner filter (72) and the outer cover (73) fold.

[0146] The anti-scattering cover part (70) may include a plurality of shielding hooks that are coupled to the anti-scattering frame (71). The shielding hooks may include a plurality of internal shielding hooks (715, 716, 717). The shielding hooks may include a plurality of external shielding hooks (713, 714). Internal filter hooks (722, 723) of the internal filter (72) may be detachably coupled to the internal shielding hooks (715, 716, 717), and external cover hooks (732, 733) of the external cover (73) may be detachably coupled to the external shielding hooks (713, 714). The tank position adjustment unit (53) may be coupled to two paint tanks (51) to adjust the positions of the two paint tanks (51) along the left-right direction. The two paint tanks (51) may be mounted on the tank position adjustment unit (53).

[0169] The tank position adjustment unit (53) may include a conveyor (531). Two paint tanks (51) are mounted on the conveyor (531) and can rotate axially in the forward and backward directions. The conveyor (531) is composed of two, and two paint tanks (51) can be mounted on each. A first paint tank (511) can be mounted on the first conveyor (5311), and a second paint tank (512) can be mounted on the second conveyor (5312).

[0170] Figure 40 is a drawing conceptually showing the arrangement of components of a tank section (50i) according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention.

[0171] Since the painting device according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention differs only in the configuration of the tank portion from the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the ninth embodiment.

[0172] The conveyor (531i) of the tank position control unit (53i) according to the 9th embodiment is configured as one, so that two paint tanks (511, 512) are installed on one conveyor (531i) and the two paint tanks (511, 512) can move together in the left and right directions as the conveyor (531i) rotates.

[0173] The tank position control unit (53) according to the first embodiment may include a weight acquisition unit (532). The weight acquisition unit (532) may acquire the weight of two paint tanks (51) mounted on the conveyor (531). The weight acquisition unit (532) may be arranged between the conveyor (531) and the paint tank (51). The weight acquisition unit (532) may be configured in plurality to acquire the weight of each paint tank (51). The first weight acquisition unit (5321) may acquire the weight of the first paint tank (511), and the second weight acquisition unit (5322) may acquire the weight of the second paint tank (512). The weight acquisition unit (532) and the conveyor (531) may be electrically connected to a processor and controlled.

[0174] The processor may be set to drive the conveyor (531) to align the center of gravity of the two paint tanks (51) with the center of gravity of the cart (10) in the left-right direction based on the weight value acquired by the weight acquisition unit (532). The processor may receive information from the conveyor (531) about the position at which each paint tank (51) is arranged in the left-right direction on the conveyor (531) to acquire the center of gravity. The processor calculates the center of gravity from the weight information of each paint tank (51) received from the weight acquisition unit (532) and the position information of each paint tank (51) received from the conveyor (531), and assuming that the center of gravity of the cart (10) is located between the two conveyors (5311, 5312), the processor can drive the conveyor (531) so that the center of gravity of the paint tank (51) matches the center of gravity of the cart (10) or the center of gravity of the paint tank (51) is located within a predetermined range from the center of gravity of the cart (10).

[0175] The painting device according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention can improve driving stability by driving the conveyor (531) so that the center of gravity of the paint tank (51) is located. If the driving stability of the painting device is reduced, it may cause the appearance of the paint to deteriorate.

[0176] Fig. 41 is a drawing conceptually showing the arrangement of the tank section (50j), balance section (54j), and bogie section (10) according to the 10th embodiment of the present invention.

[0177] The painting device according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention differs from the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment of the present invention only in the configuration of the balance part (54j) and the lift part (55j), so the description of the painting device (1) according to the first embodiment can be applied to the description of the remaining components of the painting device according to the tenth embodiment.

[0178] The tank part (50j) according to the 10th embodiment includes a balance part (54j). The balance part (54j) can be mounted on the carriage part (10) so that the tank position adjustment part (53) is mounted thereon and can tilt in the left-right direction according to the positions of the centers of gravity of the tank position adjustment part (53) and the two paint tanks (511, 512). The balance part (54j) can be positioned between the carriage part (10) and the tank position adjustment part (53). The lower surface of the balance part (54j) that comes into contact with the carriage part (10) can be formed into a downwardly convex curved surface, and the upper surface of the balance part (54j) on which the tank position adjustment part (53) is mounted can be formed into a plane shape that is orthogonal to the vertical direction. The balance part (54j) can be formed symmetrically with respect to the left and right directions, and the center of the balance part (54j) can be located at the center of gravity of the cart part (10). Therefore, if the centers of gravity of the tank position adjustment part (53) and the paint tanks (511, 512) mounted on the balance part (54j) do not coincide with the center of gravity of the cart part (10) and are not located at the center of the balance part (54j), the balance part (54j) tilts in one direction.

[0179] The tank unit (50j) may include a tilt acquisition unit that is provided to acquire the degree of inclination of the tank position adjustment unit (53). The tilt acquisition unit may be electrically connected to a processor. The processor may be set to drive the conveyor so that the tilt acquired by the tilt acquisition unit falls within a predetermined range. The processor may cause the tilt acquired by the tilt acquisition unit to fall within a predetermined range, thereby causing the centers of gravity of the paint tanks (511, 512) and the tank position adjustment unit (53) to coincide with the center of gravity of the cart unit (10) or fall within a predetermined range.

[0180] The tank portion (50j) may include a lift portion (55j). The lift portion (55j) may be coupled to the cart portion (10) so as to be in contact with the tilted balance portion (54j) so as to limit the degree to which the balance portion (54j) tilts. The lift portion (55j) may be formed of an elastic material and may oscillate to support the cart portion (10) and the balance portion (54j). When the balance portion (54j) tilts excessively, the lift portion (55j) may apply a restoring force due to elasticity to the balance portion (54j) to push the balance portion (54j) back to its original position.
