Abstract
Description
Garment processing equipment
[0001] The present invention relates to a garment treatment device. More specifically, it relates to a garment treatment device in which the front panel of the garment treatment device is formed as an integral plate.
[0002] Typically, a garment treatment device performs at least one of two processes: a washing cycle to remove foreign substances from clothing and a drying cycle to remove moisture from clothing. Such a garment treatment device is equipped with a control panel that receives user commands to perform the washing or drying cycle, and the control panel is installed in a location easily identifiable and accessible to the user.
[0003] When the above clothing treatment device is equipped with a front-load type having an opening, the control panel may be placed above the opening at the front of the cabinet.
[0004] In conventional garment processing devices, the front panel of the cabinet where the opening is formed is typically made of metal to ensure rigidity. However, the control panel must include multiple buttons or a touch panel to receive various commands from the user, and also include a control board to identify or control the commands entered from the buttons or touch panel. Such a control panel cannot be formed from metal due to its complex structure and large volume. Therefore, in conventional garment processing devices, the control panel is manufactured separately from the metal front panel and is supported by being joined to the front panel.
[0005] Since it is difficult to form a structure to support the control panel on a front panel made of metal, a conventional clothing treatment device has a support panel formed separately from the front panel, coupled to the upper portion of the front panel, and having a structure capable of supporting the control panel, and the control panel is supported on the support panel.
[0006] The above support panel is made of plastic or resin that is easy to form, and in the case of conventional clothing processing devices, both the front panel made of metal and the support panel made of resin had to be exposed at the front of the cabinet.
[0007] As a result, the conventional clothing handling device had a problem in that not only did it lack a sense of unity due to the two materials being exposed at the front of the cabinet, but it also had a problem in that the boundary line in the area where the materials were different was inevitably exposed to the outside, which reduced the aesthetic appeal.
[0008] In addition, the conventional clothing treatment device had a problem in that water or air could enter the interior at the boundary between the front panel and the support panel, which reduced the durability of the control panel and the internal components of the clothing treatment device.
[0009] In addition, since the support panel, which is a separate component from the front panel, is exposed to the outside in the conventional clothing treatment device, there is always a risk that the support panel and the front panel may be separated, and there is the inconvenience of requiring a separate additional component to arrange the support panel in parallel with the front panel.
[0010] In the case where the conventional clothing treatment device is equipped with a top-load type having an opening at the top, the control panel is coupled to the upper panel having the opening.
[0011] In this case, the front panel and side panels forming the front and side surfaces of the upper panel or cabinet are all made of metal, but the support panel supporting the control panel is also made of resin, and is combined with the front of the upper panel or the upper part of the front panel, which is the same as the front load type.
[0012] As a result, the conventional clothing treatment device had a fundamental problem in that the materials of the support panel on which the control panel is installed and the metal panels forming the exterior of the cabinet were different from each other, resulting in poor aesthetics and a sense of unity, and that water or air laden with moisture could flow into the boundary between the support panel and the metal panels.
[0013] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device that can omit the arrangement of additional components such as a control panel or a support panel on the upper part of the front panel.
[0014] The present invention aims to provide a garment treatment device having a front panel made of a single material, thereby forming a sense of unity and aesthetics.
[0015] The present invention aims to provide a garment treatment device in which a control panel can be installed even if the front panel of the garment treatment device is made of metal.
[0016] The present invention aims to provide a clothes treatment device that prevents the boundary between the front panel forming the front of the cabinet and the support panel supporting the control panel from being exposed to the outside.
[0017] The present invention aims to solve the problem of providing a clothes treatment device that prevents a structure supporting a control panel from being exposed to the outside of the cabinet.
[0018] In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a garment treatment device including a front panel in which an opening is formed, and the front panel is provided in a case shape that accommodates at least a portion of a control panel.
[0019] The front panel may include a front plate having the opening, and an upper plate extending from the upper portion of the front plate to be parallel to the upper portion of the cabinet, and the upper plate may be provided to shield at least a portion of the upper surface of the control panel.
[0020] The length by which the upper plate extends from the front plate may be provided to be greater than the thickness of the control panel.
[0021] The front panel may further include a side plate extending parallel to a side of the cabinet from a side of the front plate. The side plate may be provided to shield at least a portion of a side of the control panel.
[0022] The length by which the side plate extends from the front plate may be provided to be greater than the thickness of the control panel.
[0023] The upper plate and the side plate can be joined to each other by welding.
[0024] The above control panel can be fixed to the back surface of the front plate.
[0025] The above front plate may further include a display hole provided above the opening to expose the control panel to the front.
[0026] The above control panel may include an installation panel fixed to the back surface of the front plate, and a display panel coupled to the installation panel to visually display the information externally.
[0027] The above installation panel can be fixed to the front plate using adhesive.
[0028] The above installation panel may include an attachment plate that is fixed to the back surface of the front plate with an adhesive, a mounting plate that includes a display through hole penetrating the attachment plate and to which the display panel is coupled, and a support rib that extends from the lower portion of the attachment plate and supports the display unit.
[0029] The above installation panel may further include a connecting fixing part provided on at least one of the attachment plate and the support rib and detachably provided with the display part.
[0030] The above-mentioned fixing member may include a fixing hook that protrudes from both sides of the display penetration hole in the above-mentioned attachment plate to detachably fix the display panel.
[0031] The above control panel may further include a cover panel that is coupled to the back surface of the above display panel and through which the fixing hook penetrates.
[0032] The above-mentioned fixing member may include a support hook that protrudes upward from the support rib to prevent the display part from coming off.
[0033] The present invention has the effect of ensuring aesthetic appeal and safety by omitting the need to place additional components such as a control panel or support panel on the upper part of the front panel.
[0034] The present invention has the effect of providing a sense of unity and sturdiness by having the front panel made of a single material such as metal.
[0035] The present invention has the effect of enabling the installation of a control panel even when the front panel of a clothing treatment device is made of metal.
[0036] The present invention has the effect of preventing the boundary line of the front panel forming the front of the cabinet and the support panel supporting the control panel from being exposed to the outside.

The singular expression used in this specification includes plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In addition, when describing the embodiments disclosed in this specification, if a detailed description of a related known technology is judged to obscure the gist of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, it should be noted that the attached drawings are only intended to facilitate easy understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in this specification should not be construed as being limited by the attached drawings.
[0059] Figure 1 illustrates the appearance of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0060] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with either a washing machine (1) or a dryer (2), or may include at least one of a composite device (4) in which a washing machine (1) and a dryer (2) are integrated, and an auxiliary device (5) arranged below the composite device (4).
[0061] Hereinafter, the garment treatment device of the present invention will be described based on the configuration in which it is equipped with a composite device (4) and an auxiliary device (5) arranged below the composite device (4). However, this is for illustrative purposes only, and the garment treatment device of the present invention does not exclude a configuration in which the washing machine (1), the dryer (2), and the washing machine (1) and the dryer (2) are arranged vertically.
[0062] The composite device (4) of the present invention may include a cabinet (10) forming an exterior. An opening may be provided at the front of the cabinet (10) through which clothes can be taken in and out, and the opening may be opened and closed by a door (200).
[0063] The door (200) may be rotatably coupled to the cabinet (10) and configured to selectively open and close the opening. When the door (200) is fixed or locked to the cabinet (10), the front surface may be configured such that only the transparent material is exposed. For this purpose, the front surface of the door (200) may be configured with glass or a transparent plastic material, such as acrylic.
[0064] A control panel (100) that receives commands to control the garment treatment device of the present invention or displays information to the outside may be placed on the upper part of the door (200).
[0065] The above cabinet may include a front panel (11) forming a front surface, and the control panel (100) may be installed on the front panel (11).
[0066] The control panel (100) may be equipped with an input unit to receive various commands from the user. The control panel (100) may also be equipped with a display unit on the outside to display information about the garment treatment device. At least a portion of the control panel (100) may be equipped with a touch panel to perform the functions of both the input unit and the display unit.
[0067] The control panel (100) may be configured such that its width is greater than its height, and may be configured in an oval shape or a track-like shape. Accordingly, the control panel (100) may display more information than when it is configured in a circular shape, or may easily display complete sentences, phrases, etc.
[0068] The above control panel (100) may be provided to receive a command to perform the course, display the status of performing the course, information required to perform the course, etc.
[0069] The above control panel (100) may include one or more of a plurality of buttons or a touch panel for receiving commands from a user, a microphone for receiving a user's voice, a camera or proximity sensor for receiving a user's movement or status, a screen for displaying visual information to a user, and a speaker for transmitting auditory information to a user.
[0070] When the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a front-load type in which the opening is provided at the front of the cabinet, the control panel (100) may be positioned above the door (11) at the front of the cabinet (10). This ensures accessibility and identification.
[0071] Of course, when the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a top-load type in which an opening is provided at the top of the cabinet, the control panel (100) may be placed in front of the door (200) on the upper surface of the cabinet (10).
[0072] In the case where an auxiliary device (5) is placed at the bottom of the above composite device (4), the control panel (100) may be provided as a composite panel that can control at least one of the composite device (4) and the lower auxiliary device (5) at the same time.
[0073] When the composite device (4) of the present invention performs the configuration of a dryer (2), a filter (99) that filters drum air from the outside of the drum can be placed on the upper part of the cabinet (10).
[0074] The above filter (99) is provided to filter foreign substances in a circulation duct that is accommodated inside the cabinet (10) and circulates air, and the circulation duct may be arranged closer to the upper portion of the cabinet (10) than to the lower portion of the cabinet (10) so that the filter (99) can be drawn upward from the upper panel (13) of the cabinet. The structure of the circulation duct will be described later.
[0075] The above door (200) may be coupled to the cabinet (10) in a push button form. When the door (200) is pressed toward the cabinet (10), the door (200) may be configured to sequentially open and close the opening.
[0076] If the above door (200) is provided in a push button form, even in a situation where the user cannot pull the door (200), such as when the user is holding laundry in both hands, the door (200) can be sequentially fixed to the cabinet (10) or separated from the cabinet (10) when pressure is applied toward the opening or the cabinet (10).
[0077] The door (200) is rotatably connected to a hinge positioned on one side of the opening. Therefore, it is preferable that the locking member that connects or fixes the door (200) to the cabinet (10) be installed in an area facing the hinge with respect to the opening.
[0078] The door (200) may be provided with a pressing portion (250) on the outer surface that induces the user to press a portion corresponding to the lock portion. The pressing portion (250) may be displayed on the surface to be distinguished from other areas, or may be provided with a separate light or the like to be visually distinguished.
[0079] The above door (200) may further include a sensing unit (240) that is equipped to receive a user's pressure or touch and separate the door (200) from the cabinet (10).
[0080] The sensing unit (240) may be configured to detect physical contact with a user. For example, the sensing unit (240) may include any configuration that can detect physical contact with a user, such as a touch film, touch panel, physical button, or piezoelectric element installed on the door (200).
[0081] The door (200) can be opened from the cabinet (10) without being pressed toward the cabinet (10) when the user touches or presses the sensing unit (240). This can prevent damage or scratches from occurring when the door (200) is pressed by a user or an object.
[0082] The sensing unit (240) may be provided near the pressurizing unit (250). Thus, the user can intuitively recognize that the sensing unit (240) and the pressurizing unit (250) are areas that receive user input.
[0083] The sensing unit (240) may be built into the door (200), and may be provided so as to be displayed on the outer surface of the door (200). Accordingly, the sensing unit (240) may further include a separate light-emitting body. Of course, the area where the sensing unit (240) is installed on the surface of the door (200) may be indicated by marking, shading, etc.
[0084] The garment treatment device of the present invention may additionally include an auxiliary device (5) arranged at the bottom of the composite device (3). The auxiliary device (5) may be arranged at the bottom of the composite device (3), and the composite device (3) may be arranged and mounted above the auxiliary device (5).
[0085] The auxiliary device (5) may include an auxiliary cabinet (10b) placed at the bottom of the cabinet (10) of the composite device (4), and a drawer (80) extended forward from the auxiliary cabinet (10b).
[0086] An open input unit (84) may be placed in front of the drawer (80) to receive a withdrawal command from the user to withdraw the drawer (80) forward.
[0087] The above open input unit (84) may be configured in any way as long as it can receive a withdrawal command by making contact with the user's body. For example, it may be configured as a touch panel or button.
[0088] The height at which the above-mentioned composite device (4) is placed can be increased due to the above-mentioned auxiliary device (5). Accordingly, when the above-mentioned composite device (4) is equipped with a front-load type in which the door (200) is placed at the front of the cabinet (10), the position of the opening (14) is also increased, so that the user can easily access the door (200) with less or no bending of the waist.
[0089] The detailed configuration of the above composite device and the above auxiliary device is described later.
[0090] Figure 2 illustrates an internal cross-section when the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped as a composite device.
[0091] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a tub (20) accommodated inside the cabinet (10) to store water, and a drum (30) rotatably accommodated in the tub (20) to store water.
[0092] The above tub (20) may include a tub body (21) having a cylindrical shape and an inlet (22) at the front.
[0093] The above tub body (21) may be made of a plastic material, etc., and the inlet (22) may be provided in a cylindrical shape protruding from the front of the tub body (21) and having a diameter smaller than that of the tub body (21).
[0094] The above-mentioned inlet (22) may be provided to communicate with the opening (14) of the above-mentioned cabinet (10).
[0095] Meanwhile, the tub (20) may further include a gasket (23) that seals between the inlet (22) and the opening (14).
[0096] The above gasket (23) may be provided as a separate configuration from the tub body (21). It may be provided in a ring shape to seal between the inlet (22) and the opening (14).
[0097] The above gasket (23) may be made of an elastic material. Accordingly, the gasket (23) can maintain a state of sealing the opening (14) and the inlet (22) even when vibration occurs in the tub (20), and can prevent vibration from being transmitted to the opening (14) or the door (200).
[0098] The above drum (30) may include a drum body (31) that is rotatably provided on the tub body (21) to store clothes, and an inlet (35) that is positioned at the front of the drum body (31) and communicates with the inlet (22) and the opening (14).
[0099] The above drum body (31) may be provided in a cylindrical shape, and a through hole (33) communicating with the inside of the tub body (21) may be provided on the back surface or outer surface. The above drum body (31) may be provided with a metal material.
[0100] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a water supply unit (50) that supplies water to the tub (20) and a drain unit (60) that drains water to the tub (20).
[0101] The above display unit (150) can display device information (I) that indicates the current status of a product.
[0102] The above device information (I) may include composite information (I1) capable of controlling the composite device (4). For example, the composite information (I1) may include one or more of phrases, icons, and pictograms such as “washing and drying” or “composite device.”
[0103] The above device information (I) may also include auxiliary information (I2) that can control the auxiliary device (5). For example, the auxiliary information (I2) may include one or more of phrases, icons, and pictograms such as “mini wash” or “auxiliary device.”
[0104] The above water supply unit (50) may include a water supply valve (51) that is coupled to the cabinet (10) and connected to an external water source to selectively supply water, and a water supply pipe (52) that extends from the water supply valve (51) and transmits water supplied from the external water source. The water supply pipe (52) may be coupled to the tub body (21) or may have its end coupled to the gasket (23).
[0105] If the above water supply pipe (52) can supply water to the above tub (20), the above water supply pipe (52) may be connected to any part of the tub (20).
[0106] The above drainage unit (60) may include a drain pipe (61) connected to the lower portion of the tub (20) to drain water from the tub (20), a drainage pump (62) that provides power to drain water supplied from the drain pipe (61) to the outside of the cabinet (10), and a drainage pipe (63) that extends from the drainage pump (62) to the outside of the cabinet (10) to drain water.
[0107] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a water level sensor (24) for detecting the water level of the tub (20). The water level sensor (24) may be provided in any configuration as long as it can detect the water level inside the tub (20). For example, the water level sensor (24) may include a communication pipe that is connected to the tub (20) and has a blocked end, and a device portion that is positioned on the upper portion of the communication pipe and detects a pressure change inside the communication pipe.
[0108] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a support member (70) that supports the tub (20) inside the cabinet (10).
[0109] The above support member (70) may include at least one of a suspension supporting the lower portion of the tub (20) and a spring supporting the upper portion of the tub (20).
[0110] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a driving unit (40) having the same structure as a general washing machine (1).
[0111] In addition, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a heat supply unit (90) capable of circulating air inside the tub (20) or the drum (30) and heating the air.
[0112] The above heat supply unit (90) may be placed lower than the tub (20).
[0113] However, since the tub (20) is the closest configuration to the drum (30) and the lower part of the tub (20) is provided with a drainage part (60), the heat supply part (90) can be installed and placed on the tub (20).
[0114] The heat supply unit (90) may be positioned and secured on the upper portion of the tub (20). That is, the heat supply unit (90) may be positioned above the opening of the tub.
[0115] The heat supply unit (90) may include at least one of a circulation path (91) extending from the tub (20) in at least one of the front-back / left-right directions to circulate air inside the tub (20), an evaporator (92) received in the circulation path (91) to cool the air and condense moisture, a condenser (93) disposed downstream of the evaporator to heat the air, a compressor (94) disposed outside the circulation path (91) to supply refrigerant that heats the air to the condenser (93), an expansion valve that expands and cools the refrigerant discharged from the condenser (93) and delivers it to the evaporator (92), and a circulation fan (96) disposed inside the circulation path (91) to provide power to circulate the air.
[0116] The above circulation path (91) may be provided so that one end is connected to the upper rear of the tub body (21) and the other end is connected to the upper front of the tub body (21) or the gasket (24).
[0117] The above circulation fan (96) can be driven so that air is sucked into the circulation path (91) from the rear of the drum (30) and the air is discharged into the drum body (31) through the inlet (35).
[0118] Accordingly, the hot air generated in the heat supply unit (90) can be introduced into the inlet (35) and evenly supplied to the drum body (31), so that the clothes can be evenly dried. In addition, the air used to dry the clothes can be introduced into one end of the circulation path (91) without difficulty by passing through the through hole (33) by the negative pressure provided by the blower fan (96).
[0119] As a result, the heat supply unit (90) may be provided so that the drum (30) is accommodated in the tub (20) and a plurality of through holes (33) are provided on the outer surface of the drum (30), so that even if the air resistance is high, hot air can be supplied into the drum body (31).
[0120] Since the above heat supply unit (90) has the above tub (20) positioned at the bottom, the collection unit and storage tank for collecting condensate can be omitted. That is, the water condensed within the above circulation path (91) can be collected in the above tub (20) and discharged to the above drainage unit (60).
[0121] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform multiple courses for treating garments based on the above configuration. The courses may include a washing course for removing foreign substances from garments and a drying course for removing moisture from garments.

[0123] The garment treatment device of the present invention may include a driving unit (40) coupled to the tub (20) to rotate the drum (30).
[0124] The above driving unit (40) may include a stator (41) coupled to the rear of the tub body (21), a rotor (42) rotated by the stator (41), and a rotation shaft (43) connecting the rotor (42) and the drum (30).
[0125] The above tub body (21) has a rotation shaft (43) passing through its back surface, and a bearing housing that rotatably supports the rotation shaft (43) can be installed.
[0126] Figure 3 illustrates in detail the internal structure of the cabinet of the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0127] The above circulation path (91) can be arranged to extend in an L-shape from the upper part of the tub (20) to secure the volume through which air moves or the area of the evaporator and condenser.
[0128] That is, after extending forward from one side of the upper rear of the tub body (21), it can extend to the other side of the upper front of the tub body (21).
[0129] The above circulation path (91) may include an inlet portion (91a) extending from the rear to the front of the tub body (21), a moving portion (91b) extending from the inlet portion to the front other side of the tub body (21) or the gasket (24), and a discharge portion (91c) extending downward from the moving portion and communicating with the inside of the gasket (24).
[0130] The above duct can extend left and right from the top of the tub (20), and a filter (99), an evaporator (92), and a condenser (93) can be sequentially arranged inside.
[0131] The above circulation fan (96) may be provided to communicate with the above circulation path (91).
[0132] The above circulation fan (96) may be installed inside the circulation path (91) and may include a housing connecting the moving part and the discharge part.
[0133] The above circulation fan (96) is placed in front of the tub body (21) to evenly distribute the weight of the rear of the tub body (21) to which the driving unit (40) is coupled.
[0134] The above circulation fan (96) can be driven to move air from the inlet to the outlet.
[0135] The water supply pipe (51) of the above water supply unit (50) may be connected to a gasket (24). A nozzle unit (500) coupled to the end of the water supply unit (51) may be installed on the gasket (24). The nozzle unit (500) may be provided to evenly spray water supplied from the water supply pipe (51) into the interior of the drum body (31).
[0136] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a circulation unit (65) that recirculates and supplies the water of the tub (20).
[0137] The above circulation unit (65) may include a circulation pump that is in communication with the drainage pump (62) or is placed on one side of the drainage pump (62), and a circulation hose that supplies water drained from the tub body (21) back to the tub (20).
[0138] In this way, water can be saved by reusing the water in the tub (20) during the washing cycle or rinsing process, and the washing efficiency can also be increased by evenly dissolving detergent, etc. through the circulation section (65).
[0139] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a detergent box (700) for storing detergent supplied to the tub (20).
[0140] The detergent box (700) may be positioned lower than the tub (200). The detergent box (700) can prevent interference with the heat supply unit (90) positioned above, and can be exposed to the user without difficulty even when the complex device (4) is raised due to the auxiliary device (5).
[0141] The detergent box (700) may be equipped with a detergent body that holds detergent and a detergent pump that sprays the detergent held in the detergent body into the tub (20). Accordingly, water from the tub (20) can be prevented from randomly entering the detergent box (700) or detergent can be prevented from randomly being supplied.
[0142] The above detergent box (700) may be equipped to supply detergent to at least one of the drainage unit (60) or the circulation unit (65).
[0143] When supplying detergent to the above circulation unit (65), the detergent can be supplied to the tub (20) while driving the circulation pump, etc., and during the circulation process, the detergent can be more easily dissolved in water and the detergent can be evenly supplied to the clothes.
[0144] A filtration filter (800) can be placed between the above-mentioned drainage pump (62) and the circulation unit (65), thereby preventing foreign substances discharged from the tub (20) from being re-introduced into the circulation unit (65).
[0145] The above filter (800) can be exposed in front of the detergent box (700) and can be detachably installed in the front.
[0146] The above cabinet may further include a base (15) that supports the above filter (800) and the above detergent box (700).
[0147] The above base (15) can form the lower surface of the cabinet (10).
[0148] The above base (15) can be provided to support the support (70) and can support the detergent box (700) and the filter (800) without interfering with the support (70).
[0149] The detergent box (700) may be detachably mounted on the base (15) and may be configured to be pulled out and inserted forward from the base (15). Thus, the user can continuously replenish detergent in the detergent box (700) and also wash it.
[0150] The front of the above base (15) may further include a step panel (16) positioned at the bottom of the front panel (11) to guide the withdrawal and entry of at least one of the detergent box (700) and the filter (800).
[0151] The above step panel (16) may have a hole through which the detergent box (700) and the filter (800) are inserted and removed, and may block the base (15) from being exposed to the outside.
[0152] The above-mentioned step panel (16) may be provided separately from the front panel (11). Accordingly, the front panel (11) and the step panel (16) may be provided with different materials. As a result, even if the front panel (11) is provided with a metal material that is rigid or difficult to form, the step panel (16) may be provided with a material that is easy to form so as to guide or expose the withdrawal of one or more of the detergent box (700) and the filter (800).
[0153] Figure 4 illustrates a structural example of a control panel (100) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0154] The above control panel (100) can be switched to either a washing mode that receives a command to perform a washing course or displays the status of the washing course, or a drying mode that receives a command to perform a drying course or displays the status of the drying course.
[0155] Additionally, if there is an auxiliary device described below, a command to perform the auxiliary device can be input or the status of the auxiliary device can be switched to an auxiliary mode.
[0156] The above control panel (100) must implement all of the washing mode for performing the washing course, the drying mode for performing the drying course, and the auxiliary mode for performing the auxiliary device.
[0157] Accordingly, it is preferable that the control panel (100) be entirely equipped with a touch panel, omitting physical buttons and the like, so that the washing mode, drying mode, and auxiliary mode are selectively displayed. This makes it possible to omit multiple buttons and displays for performing the washing mode, drying mode, and auxiliary mode separately.
[0158] The above control panel (100) may be provided with a display portion (150) in the central square portion.
[0159] On one side of the display unit (150), a power unit (110) that receives a power command to supply power and an execution unit (120) that receives a execution command to perform a selected course may be arranged.
[0160] When the power supply unit (110) is input, the control panel (100) is activated through standby power and consumes power, but the integrated control unit may not consume power.
[0161] When the above-mentioned execution unit (120) is input, the integrated control unit can be controlled to receive power and perform a course capable of processing clothing.
[0162] The power supply unit (110) and the execution unit (120) may be provided with a touch area that allows touch input, and may be provided to light up when touch input is possible and to turn off when touch input is not possible.
[0163] The above display unit (150) may be provided to display weight information related to the weight of the detected clothing and status information related to the selected course and option.
[0164] Furthermore, the display unit (150) may be equipped with a touch panel and may also serve as a course input unit (130) that receives a course selection command for selecting one of the courses provided by the garment treatment device, and an option selection unit (140) that receives an option selection command for adding additional conditions and functions to the course.
[0165] For example, a course selection unit (130) for selecting a course may be displayed on the display unit (150). For example, a selected course (C1) may be displayed in large letters, and courses (C2, C3) that can be changed may be displayed in small letters on the left and right. Thus, the display unit (150) may perform the function of the course selection unit (130).
[0166] The above display unit (150) may further include a status display unit (153) that displays the status of the garment treatment device. The status display unit (153) may display one or more of the internal water level status, internal temperature status, lock status, sound transmission status, and course progress status in the form of icons, etc.
[0167] The above option selection unit (140) may be placed outside the course selection unit (130) or the area where the course is displayed. The above option selection unit (140) may be placed below and away from the status display unit (153).
[0168] When the above option selection unit (140) is input, options that can be selected or adjusted may be displayed on the display unit (150). During this process, the course selection unit (130) and the display of the course (C) may disappear.
[0169] Meanwhile, the display unit (150) can display a device selection unit (M) that can activate the auxiliary device (5) or control the auxiliary device (5).
[0170] When the above device selection unit (M) is input, the display unit (150) can be equipped to display a status related to the auxiliary device (5) and receive a command related to the auxiliary device (5).
[0171] The above device selection unit (M) may be displayed with one or more of the phrases, pictograms, and icons such as “mini” or “auxiliary device.”
[0172] Figure 5 illustrates the appearance of an auxiliary device that can be included in the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0173] The above auxiliary device (5) may be provided with a smaller height and volume than the above composite device (4).
[0174] The above auxiliary device may be provided as an auxiliary garment processing device and additionally installed to the composite device (4). Of course, the above auxiliary device (5) may be provided independently.
[0175] When the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with an auxiliary device (5), the cabinet (10) may include an auxiliary cabinet (10b) whose height is lower than the width in the left-right direction and the length in the front-back direction.
[0176] Since the above auxiliary cabinet (10b) is provided with a low height, it can be placed below the composite device (4).
[0177] Of course, the auxiliary device (5) may be placed on top of the composite device (4), but for convenience of explanation, the following description will be based on the auxiliary device (5) being placed on the bottom of the composite device (4) or being placed independently.
[0178] The above auxiliary cabinet (10b) may be provided with an opening at the front.
[0179] The above auxiliary device (5) may further include a drawer (80) that is provided in the auxiliary cabinet (10b) so as to be inserted and removed through the opening.
[0180] The above drawer (80) may include a drawer body (82) that accommodates a tub or a rotating drum that accommodates water therein, a drawer panel (81) that is arranged in front of the drawer body (81) and opens and closes the opening, and a rail (83) that allows the drawer body (82) to be drawn in and out of the auxiliary cabinet (10b).
[0181] The above drawer body (82) may be provided in a case shape with an open upper portion, and may further include an auxiliary door (29) for opening or closing the tub and drum inside.
[0182] The above auxiliary device (5) is equipped with a drawer (80) so that it can be prevented from being interfered with when used even if there is another clothing treatment device or home appliance above it.
[0183] The above auxiliary device (5) may be equipped with its own control panel in the drawer (80).
[0184] Figure 6 illustrates an example of the internal structure when the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with an auxiliary device.
[0185] The above auxiliary device (5) may include an auxiliary tub (20b) that accommodates water inside the drawer (80), and an auxiliary drum (30b) that is rotatably provided in the auxiliary tub and can accommodate clothes.
[0186] The above auxiliary tub (20b) and the above auxiliary drum (30b) may be provided with a height smaller than the diameter, and an inlet for inserting clothes may be formed at the top.
[0187] The above auxiliary device (5) may further include a water level detection unit (26b) that detects the water level of the auxiliary tub (20b). The water level detection unit (26b) may detect the water level of the auxiliary tub (20b) by being connected to the auxiliary tub (20b) from the outside of the auxiliary tub (20b) and detecting a pressure change inside the auxiliary tub (20b).
[0188] The above auxiliary device (5) may include an auxiliary door (29) that is coupled to the upper portion of the auxiliary tub (20b) to prevent water or clothing inside the auxiliary tub (20b) from randomly leaking out.
[0189] In addition, the auxiliary device (5) may include an auxiliary driving unit (40b) coupled to the auxiliary tub (20b) to rotate the auxiliary drum (30b).
[0190] The above auxiliary driving unit (40b) may be arranged at the lower portion of the auxiliary tub (20b) and may be provided to rotate the auxiliary drum (30b).
[0191] The above auxiliary driving unit (40b) may include an auxiliary stator (41b) that is coupled to the lower portion of the auxiliary tub (20d) and generates a rotating magnetic field, an auxiliary rotor (42b) that is rotated by the auxiliary stator (41b), and an auxiliary rotation shaft (43b) that is coupled to the lower portion of the auxiliary drum (30b) and that is rotated by the auxiliary rotor.
[0192] The auxiliary device (5) of the present invention may further include an auxiliary water supply unit (50b) provided to supply water to the auxiliary tub (20b).
[0193] The above auxiliary water supply unit (50b) may include an auxiliary water supply valve (51b) coupled to an auxiliary cabinet (10b), an auxiliary water supply pipe (52b) extending from the auxiliary water supply valve (51b) to a drawer to supply water, and an auxiliary box (53b) guiding water supplied from the auxiliary water supply pipe (52b) to a tub.
[0194] The above auxiliary water supply pipe (52b) may be provided with a structure that extends forward by the length that the drawer (80) is extended from the auxiliary cabinet (10b). The above auxiliary box (53b) may be provided to store detergent.
[0195] The auxiliary device (5) of the present invention may further include an auxiliary drainage unit (60b) provided to drain water into the auxiliary tub (20b).
[0196] The above auxiliary drainage unit (60b) may include an auxiliary drainage pipe (61b) for draining water from the auxiliary tub (20b), an auxiliary pump (62b) coupled to the auxiliary drainage pipe (61b) to provide power for draining water, and an auxiliary drainage pipe (63b) extending from the auxiliary pump (62b) to the outside of the auxiliary cabinet (10b).
[0197] The above auxiliary drain pipe (63b) may be provided with a structure that extends forward by the length that the drawer (80) is pulled out of the auxiliary cabinet (10b).
[0198] The above support member (70) may include an auxiliary suspension (70d) connecting the inner surface of the drawer (80) and the outer surface of the auxiliary tub (20b).
[0199] Figure 7 illustrates an example of the front panel structure of the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0200] The control panel (100) may be positioned on the front of the cabinet (10). This allows even a user who is far away from the garment treatment device to easily check the status of the garment treatment device. The control panel (100) may be positioned above the opening (14) to facilitate physical contact with the user. Consequently, the control panel (100) may be positioned at a position higher than the opening (14) and lower than the upper panel of the cabinet (10) on the front of the cabinet (10).
[0201] The front panel (11) forming the front of the cabinet (10) of the garment treatment device of the present invention may be provided to support the control panel (100) on the inside. To this end, the front panel (11) may have an area that supports the control panel (100) on the inside in a region higher than the opening (14), so that the control panel (110) may be supported in a region positioned higher than the opening (14). To this end, the front panel (11) may have an upper plate (112) positioned at a height parallel to the upper panel of the cabinet (10).
[0202] The above front panel (11) may be formed as a single plate or integral part from the upper part parallel to the upper panel to the lower part positioned lower than the opening (14).
[0203] In this way, the front panel (11) is separately attached above the opening to fix the control panel (100) and omit a separate decorative panel exposed to the outside of the cabinet.
[0204] In addition, the front panel (11) is provided as a single plate, so that the entire surface exhibits a unified material feel, and the dividing line itself between parts is omitted, so that the aesthetic feel can be maximized.
[0205] In addition, since the front panel (11) is provided as an integral part, it is possible to block air or moisture from entering the control panel (100) through the front of the cabinet.
[0206] The front panel (11) may be provided in a case shape that forms an accommodation space inside. That is, the front panel (11) may be provided not as a flat plate, but as a three-dimensional body with volume. Accordingly, even if the front panel (11) is provided as a single plate, not only is its durability enhanced and its shape is maintained even when subjected to external impact, but it can also accommodate the control panel (100) and reliably protect the control panel (100) from external impact, moisture, and air.
[0207] Specifically, the front panel (11) may include a front plate (111) having the opening (14) and exposed to the front of the cabinet (10), an upper plate (112) extending rearward from the upper portion of the front plate (111), and side plates (113) extending rearward from both sides of the front plate (111).
[0208] The upper plate (112) may extend parallel to the upper panel (13) to form a portion of the upper surface of the cabinet (10), and the side plate (113) may extend parallel to the side panel (17) to form a portion of the side surface of the cabinet (10).
[0209] The upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) may extend from the front plate (111) with the same width or length.
[0210] The front panel (11) can form a rectangular hexahedral receiving space formed by the front (111), the upper plate (112), and the side plate (113) inside.
[0211] The upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) may be provided to shield at least a portion of the upper and side surfaces of the control panel (100) when the control panel (100) is fixed to the front surface (111).
[0212] The upper plate (112) may be provided to block at least a portion of the upper surface of the control panel (100) from being exposed to the upper portion of the front panel (11), and the side plate (113) may be provided to block at least a portion of the side surface of the control panel (100) from being exposed to the side surface of the front panel (11).
[0213] For example, the upper plate (112) of the front panel (11) may extend from the front plate (111) longer than the thickness of the control panel (100), and the side plate (113) of the front panel (11) may extend from the front plate (111) longer than the thickness of the control panel (100). In this case, the control panel (100) may be completely accommodated and protected by the front panel (11).
[0214] The front plate (111) may include a display hole (1111) that exposes at least a portion of the control panel (100) to the front. The display hole (111) may be provided so that a display panel that serves as a display unit that visually displays information to the outside of the control panel (100) is exposed to the outside.
[0215] The above display hole (1111) may be provided in an area and shape in which not only the display portion but also the entire input portion of the control panel (100) is exposed to the outside. For example, it may be provided in a rectangular shape or a sports track shape in which the width is longer than the height.
[0216] The above front plate (111) may further have an input hole (117) formed to allow a separate physical button to be input.
[0217] A mounting portion (12) capable of receiving and mounting at least a portion of the door (200) may be formed on the outer surface of the opening (14). A hinge joint hole (1112) may be formed on one side of the mounting portion (12) so that a hinge portion (300) coupled to the door (200) may pass therethrough.
[0218] Figure 8 illustrates a method for manufacturing the corners of the front panel.
[0219] Referring to Fig. 8(a), in order to form a receiving space for the control panel (100) while the front panel (11) is provided as an integral plate, the upper plate (112) must be manufactured in a form that extends upwardly parallel from the upper surface of the front plate (111), and then the upper plate (112) must be bent backward, and the side plate (113) must be manufactured in a form that extends sharply laterally from both sides of the front plate (111), and then the side plate (113) must be bent backward.
[0220] In other words, after all the plates that are the material of the front panel (11) are cut into a flat shape into a front plate (111), an upper plate (112), and a side plate (113) and manufactured, the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) must be bent at 90 degrees.
[0221] Metal plates can be deformed and stretched to a certain degree during the process of being formed by external forces such as bending, and deformation can become more severe in areas where stress is concentrated.
[0222] Accordingly, a safety hole (114) may be formed at the corner portion where the upper plate (112), the side plate (113), and the front plate (111) all come into contact. To this end, an inwardly sunken groove may be provided at both ends of the corner where the upper plate (112) and the front plate (111) are separated, and an inwardly embedded groove may be provided at both ends of the corner where the side plate (113) and the front plate (111) are separated.
[0223] Accordingly, even if deformation or tension occurs in the bent portion during the process of the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) being bent to each other, the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) can be prevented from colliding or interfering with each other due to the free space of the safety hole (114), and the shape of the top portion of the front plate (111) can be prevented from being deformed differently from other portions.
[0224] Referring to Fig. 8(b), the area where the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) face each other can be joined through a process such as welding. In addition, the safety hole (114) can also be filled through a process such as welding.
[0225] The area corresponding to the above safety hole (114) can serve as the vertex of the front panel (11) by welding, and the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) can be connected to each other to form an integrated aesthetic feel.
[0226] Accordingly, the front panel (11) can be provided as an integral plate without a separate connecting member or fastening member even if an accommodation space is formed inside, and the upper plate (112) and the side plate (113) can be prevented from being separated from each other due to internal stress.
[0227] Referring to Fig. 8(c), the front panel (11) can have the welded portion surface-treated. Furthermore, the entire front panel (11) can be surface-treated, not just the welded portion. Thus, not only are welding marks removed from the front panel (11), but the entire surface can be given a certain level of gloss and pattern, maximizing aesthetic appeal.
[0228] Figure 9 illustrates the upper part of the cabinet with the control panel attached.
[0229] The above front panel (11) may be positioned to extend further upward than the tub (20) and the heat supply unit (90) to support and protect the control panel (100).
[0230] The upper panel (13) can be coupled to the rear of the front panel (11). Therefore, the upper surface of the front panel (11) can be positioned higher than the upper surface of the side panel (14).
[0231] The above front panel (11) may be provided to support the control panel (100) from the inside, but to completely accommodate the control panel (100).
[0232] The upper plate (112) can block the upper part of the control panel (100) from being exposed to the outside of the front panel (11), and the side plate (113) can block the side of the control panel (100) from being exposed to the outside of the front panel (11).
[0233] Most of the components accommodated in the cabinet (10) are placed outside the front panel (11), except for gaskets, etc. Thus, the control panel (100) can be reliably protected not only from shocks transmitted from outside the cabinet (10), but also from vibrations or shocks generated from the tub (20).
[0234] In addition, even if water and air enter the joints of the front panel (11), upper panel (13), and side panel (17), the control panel (100) can be prevented from being exposed to the water and air.
[0235]
[0236] The above control panel (100) can be fixed to the inside of the front plate (111) of the front panel (11) without the need for a separate member fixed to the upper surface or side of the front panel (11).
[0237] Figure 10 illustrates the method of combining the front panel and the control panel.
[0238] If the entire front panel (11) is made of metal, durability and aesthetics are improved, but it may be difficult to form a separate structure to support the control panel (100) inside.
[0239] Accordingly, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a separate installation panel (1100) for fixing the control panel (100) to the front panel (11).
[0240] Since the front panel (11) has an upper plate (112) and a side plate (113), the installation panel (1100) cannot be supported or coupled to the corner of the front panel (11). Therefore, the installation panel (1100) may be provided to be coupled to the back surface of the front plate (111) of the front panel (11).
[0241] The above installation panel (1100) can be provided to support the load of the control panel (100) while connecting the control panel (100) to the front plate (111) and supporting other components of the control panel (100) on the back.
[0242] Since the above installation panel (1100) is attached to the back surface of the front plate (111), it is not exposed to the outside of the cabinet (100). Therefore, the installation panel (1100) is not exposed on the front of the cabinet (10), and only the control panel (100) and the door (200) are exposed on the integrally formed front panel (11), thereby improving the aesthetic appeal.
[0243] The above control panel (100) may include a display panel (1200) that is coupled to the back surface of the installation panel (110) and is provided to display visual information to the outside.
[0244] The above display panel (1200) is equipped with a touch panel that can detect the user's physical contact, so that it can not only display information externally but also input the user's commands.
[0245] The above display panel (1200) may be entirely equipped with a touch panel, or only a portion thereof may be equipped with a touch panel.
[0246] In the case where the above display panel (1200) is entirely equipped with a touch panel, the areas may be divided, and the central area may be equipped to perform the role of the display unit (150) and display visual information, and to receive a selection command for selecting a course / option from the user while performing the role of the course selection unit (130) or option selection unit (140), and the areas on both sides may be equipped to perform the role of the power unit (110) and the execution unit (120) while receiving a power command and an execution command.
[0247] In the case where only a portion of the above display panel (1200) is provided as a touch panel, the display panel (1200) may be provided with only the central rectangular portion as a touch panel, and a touch film that detects the user's touch in only a specific area may be provided on both sides of the touch panel. In this case, the touch panel may perform the role of the display unit (150), and the touch film may perform the role of the power unit (110) or the execution unit (120).
[0248] The above display panel (1200) may be configured in any way as long as it can variably display visual information on the outside and detect the user's touch.
[0249] For example, the display panel (1200) may include a touch film, a screen portion that irradiates light to the touch film, a control panel that controls both the touch film and the screen portion, etc.
[0250] The above control panel (100) may further include a cover panel (1300) that is positioned at the rear of the display panel (1200) to prevent the display panel (1200) from being separated from the installation panel (1100).
[0251] The above-mentioned cover panel (1300) may be provided to press the display panel (1200) forward while being coupled to the installation panel (1100), and may also be coupled to the display panel (1200).
[0252] As a result, the control panel (100) can be fixed by making surface contact with at least a portion of the back surface of the front portion (111) of the front panel (11). As a result, the front panel (11) and the control panel (100) vibrate or move as one, and the control panel (100) and the front panel (11) do not move relative to each other, so the durability of the control panel (100) can be enhanced.
[0253] Figure 11 illustrates the process of installing a control panel on the front panel.
[0254] Referring to Fig. 11(a), a locking part (600) may be installed and fixed on one side of the mounting part (12) of the front panel (11), and a hinge part (300) may be installed on the other side of the mounting part (12). The display hole (1111) may be arranged at the upper center of the front panel (11).
[0255] The above front panel (11) may be made entirely of metal.
[0256] Referring to Fig. 11(b), the installation panel (1100) may be formed of a resin series that is easier to process than metal in order to form a configuration in which it is fixedly coupled to the front panel (11) and coupled to the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300).
[0257] However, since the front panel (11) is made of a metal material and the surface of the front panel (11) is provided to have a texture in the form of an integral metal plate, the front panel (11) does not have holes formed to which separate fastening members such as bolts are connected, except for the display hole (1111), the hinge hole (1112), and the opening (14). Therefore, the installation panel (1110) must be able to be fixed to the front panel (11) without a separate fastening member.
[0258] In addition, the installation panel (1100) must be in close contact with or attached to the front panel (11) to minimize the gap between the display panel (1200) and the front panel (11).
[0259] To this end, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can fix the installation panel (1100) to the front panel (11) with an adhesive (S).
[0260] The above adhesive (S) can be applied to the back surface on both sides of the display hole (1111), excluding the display hole (1111).
[0261] Alternatively, the adhesive (S) may be applied to both front surfaces of the installation panel (1100).
[0262] The above adhesive (S) can be applied in a zigzag manner in a length corresponding to the width and height of both sides of the installation panel (1100) in the height direction or width direction.
[0263] The above adhesive (S) may be made of any material as long as it can support the load of the control panel (100) and maintain the bond between the control panel (1110) and the front panel (11).
[0264] Referring to Fig. 11(c), due to the adhesive (S), the installation panel (1100) can be attached and fixed to the back surface of the front panel (11).
[0265] The above installation panel (1100) may include an attachment plate (1110) that is combined with the adhesive (S) and is arranged on both rear surfaces of the display hole (1111), a mounting plate (1120) that is arranged in the center of the attachment plate (1110) and faces the display hole (1111), and a display penetration hole (1130) that penetrates the mounting plate (1120) and communicates with the display hole (1111).
[0266] The above mounting plate (1120) can provide an area to which the display panel (1200) is coupled.
[0267] The above mounting plate (1120) may be provided to be longer than the height and width of the above attachment plate (1110), and may be provided with a grid pattern and a number of reinforcing ribs so as to sufficiently withstand the external force applied through the display panel (1200).
[0268] In addition, the mounting plate (1120) may be provided to have a thickness thicker than the attachment plate (1110) and may be positioned to protrude further rearward than the attachment plate (1110).
[0269] In this way, the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1200) can be connected to the mounting plate (1120) and stably supported.
[0270] The above display penetration hole (1130) may be provided in the mounting plate (1120) with an area and shape corresponding to the display hole (1111). Accordingly, when the display panel (1200) is coupled to the mounting panel (1120), the screen or touch film (1210) may be exposed through the display hole (1111).
[0271] The above-mentioned installation panel (1100) is provided with a thickness greater than a certain thickness, thereby ensuring a thickness to which fastening members such as bolts can be joined. In addition, since the above-mentioned installation panel (1100) is provided with a resin series, various structures that can be joined to or supported by the display panel (1200) or the cover panel (1300) can be formed.
[0272] As a result, even if the fastening member cannot be joined to the front panel (11) and the structure in which the front panel (11) itself can be joined to the control panel (100) is excluded, the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300) can be fixed to the back surface of the front panel (11) through the installation panel (1110).
[0273] To this end, the installation panel (1100) may be coupled with the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300) or may include a coupling fixing member (1150) that can fix the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300).
[0274] The above display panel (1200) and the above cover panel (1300) can be supported by being joined to the back surface of the above installation panel (1100).
[0275] However, since the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300) have a certain thickness and have their own load, a momentum to separate from the rear surface of the installation panel (1100) may continuously occur. In addition, if vibration generated inside the tub (20) is transmitted to the rear surface of the installation panel (1100), the momentum may further increase.
[0276] Accordingly, the above-mentioned fixing member (1150) may be provided to support the lower portion of the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300).
[0277] The specific configuration and embodiment of the above-mentioned bonding member (1150) will be described later.
[0278] Since the above mounting plate (1120) is provided to support the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300), it may be a configuration in which the greatest load is applied to the installation panel (1100).
[0279] Accordingly, the lower surface of the mounting plate (1120) may be provided with an area and shape that can be supported by the upper end of the mounting portion (12). As a result, the load applied to the mounting plate (1120) can be partially distributed to the mounting portion (12).
[0280] In addition, the installation panel (1100) may further include a support plate (1140) that extends parallel to the installation plate (1120) and comes into contact with the front panel (11) to distribute the load applied to the installation plate (1120) and to strengthen the contact force between the installation panel (1100) and the front panel (11).
[0281] The above support plate (1140) can serve to expand the area of the mounting plate (1120) and distribute the load applied to the mounting plate (1120). In addition, the support plate (1140) can extend from the part of the mounting plate (1120) where the load is most concentrated, thereby minimizing the size of the installation panel (1100).
[0282] For example, since the load of the mounting plate (1120) is concentrated downward, the support plate (1140) may be provided so as to extend further downward from the mounting plate (1120). The support plate (1140) may be provided so as to extend from the mounting plate (1120) to the upper surface of the mounting portion (12).
[0283] The above support plate (1140) may be provided so that at least a portion thereof is secured to the upper surface of the mounting portion (12). Since the mounting portion (12) is provided to be recessed rearward from the opening (14), the support plate (14) may be secured to and supported by the protruding surface of the mounting portion (12). Accordingly, the installation panel (1100) may be supported by the mounting portion (12) by the support plate (1140), thereby distributing the load to the front panel (11).
[0284] Since the above-mentioned fixing portion (12) is provided with a curve, the above-mentioned support plates (1140) can extend from both sides of the lower portion of the above-mentioned mounting plate (1120). Accordingly, one of the above-mentioned support plates (1140) can be fixed on the upper left surface of the fixing portion (12), and the other can be fixed on the upper right surface of the fixing portion (12).
[0285] The above support plate (1140) may be provided in a rib shape with a width much greater than a height, and the portion of the lower surface that comes into contact with the mounting portion (12) may be provided in a curve corresponding to the mounting portion (12).
[0286] Referring to Fig. 11(d), the display panel (1200) can be fixed by being coupled to the mounting panel (1120) through the coupling fixing member (1150). The display panel (1200) can be mounted on the back surface of the mounting panel (1120) so that the screen portion and the touch film are exposed to the display hole (1111) and the display penetration hole (1130).
[0287] Referring to Fig. 11(e), the cover panel (1300) can be coupled to the installation panel (1100) on the back surface of the display panel (1200) through the coupling fixing member (1150).
[0288] The cover panel (1300) may be provided to be much larger than the area of the display panel (1200) to shield the rear of the display panel (1200) from being exposed.
[0289] Due to the cover panel (1300), the display panel (1200) can be prevented from being exposed to heat or moisture generated from the tub (20) or heat supply unit (90).
[0290] The above installation panel (1100) may be provided to support not only the control panel (100) but also other components. That is, all components that should be placed on the front panel (11) can be installed on the front panel (11) by being coupled and fixed to the installation panel (1100).
[0291] For example, the installation panel (1100) may be combined with a control panel (1400) that can control individual components such as the heat supply unit (90), the control panel (100), and the communication module that connects the composite device (4) of the present invention to a mini device (5) or an external terminal and router.
[0292] Since the above control panel (1400) is not pressurized by a user, etc., it can be mounted on the attachment plate (1110).
[0293] If the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a speaker, the speaker must be installed on the front panel (11) to emit sound information to the outside.
[0294] The above front panel (11) is formed of an integral metal plate, so it may be difficult to separately place the component supporting the speaker.
[0295] Accordingly, the installation panel (1100) may further include a speaker mounting portion (1160) that provides an installation area for the speaker.
[0296] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) is provided separately from the mounting area (1120) to prevent interference between the speaker and the control panel (100).
[0297] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) may be installed anywhere as long as it can support the speaker and emit sound generated from the speaker to the outside.
[0298] For example, the speaker mounting portion (1160) may be placed on the attachment plate (1110) or may be placed at the bottom of the mounting area (1120).
[0299] Since the upper surface of the above mounting plate (1120) is adjacent to the upper plate (112) of the front panel (11), the speaker mounting portion (1160) can be arranged to extend from the lower portion of the above mounting plate (1120).
[0300] The specific configuration of the above speaker mounting portion (1160) will be described later.
[0301] Figure 12 illustrates an embodiment of a joint fixing part that joins a display panel to an installation panel.
[0302] The above-mentioned fixing member (1150) may further include a fixing hook (1151) that protrudes from the back surface of the installation panel (1100) and is coupled to the display panel (1200).
[0303] The above-mentioned fixed hook (1151) can be detachably connected to the display panel (1200) to fix the display panel (1200) to the installation panel (1100).
[0304] The above fixing hook (1151) may be provided to fix both sides of the display panel (1200).
[0305] The above-mentioned fixed hook (1151) may include a hook rib (1151a) that protrudes from the back surface of the attachment plate (1110) and is arranged on both sides of the display panel (1200), and a fixed fixing protrusion (1151b) that protrudes from the hook rib (1151a) toward the display panel (1200) and fixes the back surface of the display panel (1200).
[0306] In this way, the worker or user can press the hook rib (1151a) to fix or detach the display panel (1200) from the installation panel (1100).
[0307] The above-mentioned joint fixing member (1500) may further include a plurality of fastening holes (1153) to which fastening members such as bolts may be fastened. Since the mounting area (1120) is an area facing the display panel (1200), a fastening member cannot penetrate the display panel (1200), and therefore, a plurality of fastening holes (1153) may be provided in an area excluding the mounting area (1120).
[0308] The above fastening hole (1153) can be coupled to a fastening member penetrating the cover panel (1300).
[0309] The above mounting area (1120) may be provided to protrude in a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the display panel (1200) so that at least a portion of the display panel (1200) may be inserted therein. Accordingly, the display panel (1200) may be inserted into and secured in the mounting area (1120) and then fixed by being coupled to the fixing hook (1151).
[0310] The above-mentioned fixing member (1150) may further include a support rib (1154) that extends rearward from the lower portion of the installation panel (1100) or the lower portion of the support plate (1140) to support at least one of the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300).
[0311] The above support rib (1154) can support the lower part of the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300).
[0312] For example, the display panel (1200) may be supported on both sides by the fixed hook (1151), and the lower part may be supported by the support rib (1154).
[0313] Alternatively, the cover panel (1300) may be coupled to the installation panel (1100) by pressing the display panel (1200) toward the installation panel (1100), and the cover panel (1300) may be supported on the upper portion of the support rib (1154). As a result, the cover panel (1300) may be supported by the support rib (1154), so that the loads of the display panel (1200) and the cover panel (1300) may be supported together by the support rib (1154).
[0314] Figure 13 illustrates an embodiment of a joint fixing part that joins a cover panel to an installation panel.
[0315] The above cover panel (1300) includes a panel body (1310) having a larger area than the display panel (1200), and a through hole (1330) that is positioned close to the inner periphery of the panel body (1310) and faces the fastening hole (1153) and through which a fastening member passes may be positioned.
[0316] The above-mentioned fastening hole (1153) and the above-mentioned through hole (1330) may be positioned outside the area where the display panel (1200) is installed so that the fastening member may be coupled thereto. Accordingly, the cover panel (1300) may be stably coupled to the installation panel (1100) through the fastening member, while preventing the display panel (1200) from being interfered with or damaged.
[0317] The above panel body (1310) may be provided at a distance greater than the interval at which the plurality of fixing hooks (1151) are installed. The cover panel (1300) may further include a hook passage hole (1311) through which the fixing hooks (1151) can pass through the panel body (1310).
[0318] In this way, the fixed hook (1151) can pass through the cover panel (1300) and support the cover panel (1300) together with the display panel (1200).
[0319] In addition, the fixing protrusion (1151b) of the fixing hook (1151) can be detachably coupled to the outer surface of the hook passage hole (1311) to fix the display panel (1200) together.
[0320] The above passage holes (1330) can be arranged at the upper and lower portions of the fixed hook (1151), and can be arranged on the lower support plate, respectively. For example, a total of six passage holes (1330) can be arranged.
[0321] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned joint fixing member (1150) may further include a support hook (1152) that protrudes from the support rib (1154) and is supported on the lower surface of the cover panel (1300).
[0322] The above support hook (1152) can serve as a stopper to prevent the cover panel (1300) from moving backward.
[0323] The above support hook (1152) can be detachably attached to the back surface of the cover panel (1300) and can also serve to fix the cover panel (1300) to the installation panel (1100).
[0324] The above cover panel (1300) may include an extension body (1130) that extends to face the support plate (1140).
[0325] The above support hook (1152) can protrude upward from the upper surface of the support rib (1140) to support the back surface of the extension body (1130) or detachably fix the extension body (1130). Accordingly, the joint fixing part (1150) of the installation panel (1100) can stably support and fix the lower part of the display panel (1200) and the lower part of the cover panel (1300) where stress, load, and momentum are concentrated.
[0326] In addition, due to the installation panel (1100), the member that fixes or connects the control panel (100) can be prevented from being exposed to the outside of the front panel (11).
[0327] Figure 14 illustrates an embodiment in which a speaker is installed in the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0328] Referring to Fig. 14(a), the control panel (100) has a display unit (150) that visually displays information, and the display unit (150) can be implemented in the display panel (1200).
[0329] In addition, the garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a speaker (700) that displays information audibly.
[0330] The above speaker (700) may be provided to transmit information in sound form to a user who is in a position where the display unit (150) cannot be seen or who does not recognize the display unit (150).
[0331] The above speaker (700) can intuitively convey to the user input from the power supply (110), input from the execution unit (120), input from the course selection unit (130) and option selection unit (140), warning messages, notification information, etc.
[0332] Since the speaker (700) transmits sound information to a user located at the front or outside of the cabinet (10), it is advantageous to place it facing forward. Accordingly, the speaker (700) of the present invention can be placed facing forward.
[0333] In addition, it is important that the sound emitted by the speaker (700) is not blocked by the front panel (11). If the speaker (700) is mounted on the back of the front panel (11), the sound emitted may be blocked by the front panel (11). In this case, the area of the front panel (11) where the speaker (700) is installed must be cut or penetrated. However, if the front panel (11) is cut or penetrated, the aesthetic appeal may be reduced, and air or moisture may penetrate into the area, damaging not only the speaker (700) but also electronic products inside the cabinet (10).
[0334] Accordingly, the speaker (700) of the present invention can be placed in an area of the front panel (11) that can be shielded by the door (200). As a result, the exposure of the speaker (700) to air and moisture outside the cabinet (10) can be minimized, and exposure to moisture and air inside the cabinet (10) can also be prevented. Accordingly, the durability of the speaker (700) can be guaranteed.
[0335] Furthermore, the speaker (700) of the present invention may be provided so as to emit sound toward the front of the front panel (11) while being shielded by the door (200). Accordingly, the sound generated by the speaker (700) can be effectively transmitted to a user located in front of the cabinet (10).
[0336] Referring to Fig. 14(b), the door (200) can be coupled to the cabinet (10) through a locking member (600), but as long as the inner glass of the door (200) seals the opening (14), the frame of the door (200) can be spaced apart from the mounting surface (12) by a certain distance.
[0337] The speaker (700) can be installed on the mounting surface (12). Accordingly, even if the speaker (700) is installed on the front panel (11), and the portion of the front panel (11) where the speaker (700) is installed is cut to expose the speaker (700), the speaker (700) can be prevented from being exposed to moisture or air.
[0338] In addition, even if the sound emitted from the speaker (700) collides with the back surface of the door (200), it can be emitted to the outside while passing through the gap between the door (200) and the mounting portion (12).
[0339] The sound emitted from the speaker (700) can be emitted in all directions by colliding with the back surface of the door (200) and the mounting portion (12). Therefore, the area in which the sound is emitted from the speaker (700) can be wider than when the speaker (700) is directly exposed to the front panel (11).
[0340] The above speaker (700) may be placed above rather than below the above mounting portion (12).
[0341] For example, the speaker (700) may be positioned above the hinge portion (300) or the lock portion (600). In addition, the speaker (700) may be positioned above the rotational center of the drum or the rotational axis (43) of the driving portion (40). In addition, the speaker (700) may be positioned above the center of the opening (14). As a result, the speaker (700) may be prevented from coming into contact with clothing entering or exiting through the opening (14) and moisture that may leak out of the opening (14).
[0342] The above speaker (700) can be placed at the top of the mounting portion (12). This allows sound to be transmitted as far as possible while minimizing the possibility of exposure to moisture.
[0343] Meanwhile, since the speaker (700) can be installed in the mounting portion (12) and shielded by the door (200), the speaker (700) can be installed in the front panel (11) and positioned in front of the front panel (11).
[0344] That is, since the speaker (700) can be shielded by the door (200), there may be no safety issue even if it is exposed to the front of the front panel (11). As a result, the sound emitted from the speaker (700) can be emitted to the outside without any restrictions or interference from the cabinet (10).
[0345] As a result, the user can recognize sound information more effectively and can recognize sound information more clearly when the door (200) is open.
[0346] In addition, when the user opens the door (200) while power is supplied to the speaker (700), this corresponds to a situation where the user is focused on the state of the garment treatment device, such as intending to operate the garment treatment device. Furthermore, when the door (200) is opened, the sound emitted from the speaker (700) becomes louder than when the door is closed. Therefore, when the door (200) is opened, the speaker (700) is fully exposed to the user through the front panel (11), and can clearly convey essential sound information to the user.
[0347] Figure 15 illustrates an embodiment in which the speaker is installed on the front panel.
[0348] The above speaker (700) can be installed on the above installation panel (1100).
[0349] In the above installation panel (1100), the lower surface of the mounting plate (1120) can extend to the mounting portion (12).
[0350] Accordingly, the installation panel (1100) may be provided with a speaker mounting portion (1160) extending from the lower portion of the mounting plate (1120) to the mounting portion (12) on which the speaker (700) is installed.
[0351] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) can be positioned to overlap with the above mounting portion (12).
[0352] The above speaker (700) can be installed in front of the speaker mounting portion (1160). This can prevent the sound emitted from the speaker (700) from being blocked by the installation panel (1100).
[0353] As a result, the speaker (700) can be placed on the front of the installation panel (1100), and the control panel (100) can be installed on the back of the installation panel (1100). The installation panel (1100) can provide an area for installing the speaker (700) and the control panel (100) on the front panel (11), and can prevent the speaker (700) and the control panel (100) from interfering with each other.
[0354] Figure 16 illustrates the speaker installation section as viewed from the rear of the front panel.
[0355] The above-mentioned mounting portion (12) is provided by being recessed rearward from the front panel (11) to accommodate the door (200). As a result, the rear surface of the above-mentioned mounting portion (12) protrudes rearward from the front portion (111) of the front panel (11).
[0356] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) is installed in the mounting portion (12) and can extend rearward from the mounting plate (1120) to prevent the door (200) and the speaker (700) from colliding.
[0357] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) may include an extension plate (1161) extending rearward from the lower portion of the mounting plate (112), and an exposed plate (1162) extending downward from the extension plate (1161) to provide an area where the speaker (700) is installed.
[0358] The above extension plate (1161) may extend rearward from the mounting plate (1120) to a length corresponding to or longer than the height at which the mounting portion (12) protrudes rearward from the front of the front panel (11). The exposed plate (1162) may extend downward from the end or rear surface of the extension plate (1161) to an area in which the speaker (700) may be installed. As a result, the exposed plate (1162) and the speaker (700) may be prevented from colliding with or interfering with the mounting portion (12) or the door (200).
[0359] The above-mentioned mounting portion (12) may include a cut portion (121) that exposes the speaker (700) and the exposure plate (1162) on the front. The cut portion (121) may be provided to penetrate the mounting portion (12) with an area through which the extension plate (1161) and the exposure plate (1162) can pass through.
[0360] The above-mentioned cut portion (121) may be provided as a through hole penetrating the area of the mounting portion (12) of the front plate (111) facing the door (200).
[0361] The above extension plate (1161) can extend from the mounting plate (1120) to the cutout (121), and the exposure plate (1162) can be exposed to the front of the mounting portion (12) through the cutout (121). As a result, the exposure plate (1162) can be exposed to the front of the front panel (11).
[0362] The above speaker (700) may be mounted on the front of the above exposure plate (1162). The width of the above exposure plate (1162) may be wider than the left and right width of the speaker (700), and the length by which the above exposure plate (1162) extends from the above extension plate (1161) may be set longer than the height of the above speaker (700).
[0363] The above speaker (700) can be mounted on the above exposure plate (1162), and can be positioned in front of the mounting portion (12) and in front of the front panel (11).
[0364] The speaker (700) may include a cable (750) that is instructed to generate a sound signal. The cable (750) may be connected to a control panel (1400) coupled to an installation panel (1100) or the like by passing through the exposure plate (1162) from the speaker (700).
[0365] The speaker mounting portion (1160) may include a guide hole (1165) through which the cable (750) can pass through the exposed plate (1162), and may include a fixing ring (1166) that protrudes from the exposed plate (1162) and fixes the cable (750).
[0366] The above-mentioned fixing ring (1166) may be provided in any shape as long as it can fix the cable (750) and prevent the cable (750) from moving arbitrarily.
[0367] Meanwhile, the speaker mounting portion (1160) may include a main penetration hole (1163) that exposes the speaker (700) to the back surface of the exposure plate (1162). The main penetration hole (1163) may be provided to penetrate the exposure plate (1162), but may be provided to be smaller than the area of the speaker (700).
[0368] The installation location of the speaker (700) can be easily confirmed by the worker on the back of the front panel (11) through the main penetration hole (1163). In addition, the cable (750) of the speaker (700) can also be passed through the main penetration hole (1163).
[0369] The speaker mounting portion (1160) may include a lower rib (1167) that protrudes from the lower end of the exposed plate (1162) and supports the lower portion of the cable (750). The cable (750) may be prevented from interfering with the gasket (23) or the water supply pipe (52) through the lower rib (1167).
[0370] Figure 17 illustrates the speaker installation section as seen from the front of the front panel.
[0371] The speaker (700) may include a main body (710) that is mounted in front of an exposed plate (1162), a sound generating unit (720) that is accommodated in the main body (710) and receives current to generate sound, and a main body coupling unit (730) that couples the main body (710) to the exposed plate (1162).
[0372] The main body (710) may be provided in a case shape that forms the exterior of the speaker (700) and accommodates the sound generating unit (720), and may be mounted on the front of the exposed plate (1162). The main body (710) may be positioned forward of the mounting unit (12) so that the entire area may be positioned forward of the front panel (11).
[0373] The above sound generating unit (720) is provided so that it can receive a signal from the control panel (1400) and vibrate to generate sound, and is accommodated in the main body (710), but the sound-emitting portion can be exposed to the front of the mounting portion (12) through a through hole provided in the main body (710).
[0374] The above-mentioned main body coupling part (730) may be provided with any structure as long as it can couple the main body (710) to the exposed plate (1162). For example, the main body coupling part (730) may be provided as a through hole penetrating the main body (710), and may be provided with a coupling hole that extends in at least one direction among both sides of the main body (710) and can be coupled to a fastening member, etc.
[0375] The speaker (700) may include a buffer member (740) that is coupled to the main body (730) and dampens the vibration of the cabinet (10) from being transmitted to the main body (710) and the sound generating unit (720).
[0376] The above-mentioned buffer member (740) can block vibration transmitted to the tub (20) or the cabinet (10) from being transmitted to the main body (710). In addition, the above-mentioned buffer member (740) can also prevent sound waves generated from the sound generating unit (720) from being transmitted to the tub (20) and the cabinet (10). Accordingly, even if the speaker (700) is fixed to the front panel (11), the sound generated from the sound generating unit (720) can be prevented from resonating with other components, and other vibrations or shocks can be prevented from affecting the sound generated from the sound generating unit (720).
[0377] The speaker mounting portion (1160) may further include a reinforcing plate (1163) that connects the opening plate (1162) and the extension plate (1161) to enhance the durability of the speaker mounting portion (1160). The reinforcing plate (1163) is arranged on both sides of the main body (710), thereby preventing clothing or foreign substances from approaching the side of the main body (710).
[0378] The above reinforcing plate (1163) is provided to connect the front surface of the exposed plate (1162) and the lower surface of the extension plate (1161) and can be arranged vertically. Thus, the reinforcing plate (1163) can fix the shape and position of the exposed plate (1162) and the extension plate (1161).
[0379] The above speaker mounting portion (1160) may include a stopper (1166) that protrudes from the lower surface of the extension plate (1161) to prevent the speaker (700) from coming off.
[0380] The above stopper (1166) may be provided so as to be positioned in front of the exposed body (710) at the bottom of the extension plate (1161). Even if the speaker (700) is separated from the exposed plate (1162), the front of the exposed body (710) is supported by the stopper (1166), thereby preventing the entire speaker (700) from being separated from the speaker mounting portion (1160).
[0381] The above guide hole (1165) can be placed between the reinforcing plate (1163) of the exposed plate (1162) and the main body (710).
[0382] The above cable (750) can be connected at one end to the sound connection part (720), passed through the main body (710), inserted into the guide hole (1165), and connected to the control panel (1400).
[0383] The speaker mounting portion (1160) may include a coupling portion that protrudes from the exposed plate (1163) and fixes the speaker (700). The coupling portion may have any shape as long as it can couple the main body coupling portion (730) to the exposed plate (1163). For example, the coupling portion may include a coupling protrusion (1167) that protrudes forward from the exposed plate (1163) and is inserted into a coupling hole (731) of the main body coupling portion (730).
[0384] When the main body coupling part (730) is provided with a plurality of coupling holes (731), the above coupling protrusion (1167) can protrude from the exposed plate (1163) at intervals at which the coupling holes (731) can be coupled.
[0385] The above buffer member (740) can also be fixed by being coupled to the above coupling protrusion (1167).
[0386] Fig. 18 illustrates a structural embodiment in which the speaker is coupled to a speaker mounting portion.
[0387] The thickness of the main body (710) may be made smaller than the thickness of the main body (730).
[0388] The above main body coupling part (730) can be positioned spaced apart from both the back and front surfaces of the main body (710), and can have a coupling hole (731) with a width of L1 inside.
[0389] The above-mentioned buffer member (740) may be placed on at least one of the back and front surfaces of the main body joint portion (730). The above-mentioned buffer member (740) may be made of an elastic material such as rubber or sponge.
[0390] The above-mentioned buffer member (740) is arranged between the back surface of the main body joint part (730) and the exposed plate (1162), and can buffer vibrations or shocks transmitted to the main body (710) through the exposed plate (1162). In addition, the above-mentioned buffer member (740) can also prevent vibrations generated from the sound generating part (720) from being transmitted toward the cabinet through the exposed plate (1162).
[0391] In addition, the buffer member (740) is arranged on the front of the main body joint part (730) and the joint protrusion (1167) to prevent the main body (710) from randomly vibrating or changing position in the exposed plate (1163).
[0392] The thickness of the above buffer member (740) may be provided to be greater than the gap between the back surface of the main body joining portion (730) and the exposed plate (1163), or the gap between the back surface of the main body joining portion (730) and the back surface of the main body (710).
[0393] In addition, the thickness of the buffer member (740) may be provided to be greater than the gap between the front surface of the main body coupling portion (730) and the separation prevention portion (1167a) of the coupling protrusion (1167) described later, or the gap between the front surface of the main body coupling portion (730) and the front surface of the main body (710).
[0394] As a result, the buffer member (740) can fix the position where the speaker (700) is installed in the speaker mounting portion (1160) while buffering the vibration transmitted to the speaker (700).
[0395] The above-mentioned coupling protrusion (1167) can protrude to a length that can be exposed to the front of the mounting portion (12) by penetrating the coupling hole (731) in the exposure plate (1163).
[0396] The above-mentioned coupling protrusion (1167) may be provided as an integral part with the above-mentioned exposed plate (1163), but may also be fixed by being coupled to the above-mentioned exposed plate (1163).
[0397] The width or diameter (L) of the above-mentioned coupling protrusion (1162) may be provided to be equal to or smaller than the diameter (L1) of the above-mentioned coupling hole (731).
[0398] When the above-mentioned coupling protrusion (1162) is inserted into the coupling hole (731), the main body coupling part (730) can be fixed by a method such as a forced fit with the coupling hole (731).
[0399] The above-mentioned coupling protrusion (1162) may further include a detachment prevention portion (1167a) that is positioned further forward than the main body coupling portion (730) and has a diameter larger than the diameter (L1) of the coupling hole (731).
[0400] The above-mentioned separation prevention part (1167a) not only prevents the coupling hole (731) from being separated once it passes through the coupling hole (731), but also can perform the function of pressing the buffer member (740) to the main body coupling part (730).
[0401] Figure 19 illustrates a cross-section of a speaker coupled to a speaker mounting portion.
[0402] The above buffer member (740) can be fitted into the coupling protrusion (1167) and secured to the exposed plate (1162).
[0403] Thereafter, the coupling hole (731) of the main body coupling portion (730) can be fitted into the coupling protrusion (1167) to pressurize the buffer member (740). The thickness of the buffer member (740) can be reduced while being pressurized.
[0404] However, due to the restoring force of the buffer member (740), the main body (710) can be placed at least partially apart from the exposed plate (1163). As a result, interference or vibration transmission between the speaker (700) and the speaker mounting portion (1160) can be blocked.
[0405] An additional buffer member (740) may be fitted into the coupling protrusion (1167) and placed on the front surface of the main body coupling portion (730). At this time, the buffer member (740) may be temporarily pressed to reduce its thickness, and the front surface of the buffer member (740) may be placed lower than the detachment prevention portion (1167a). When the external force applied to the buffer member (740) disappears, the buffer member (740) may contact the detachment prevention portion (1167a) but may remain pressed against the detachment prevention portion (1167).
[0406] At this time, when an elastic force is generated in the front buffer member (741) disposed on the upper portion of the main body coupling portion (730) to restore the original thickness, the elastic force can press the main body coupling portion (730) against the exposed plate (1162) by a reaction amount that presses the detachment prevention portion (1167a). As a result, the speaker (700) can be more firmly fixed to the speaker mounting portion (1160).
[0407] In addition, the elastic force may act as a force that presses the rear buffer member (742) disposed below the main body coupling portion (730). The rear buffer member (742) is pressed by the transmitted elastic force, but may also have its own restoring force. Accordingly, the rear buffer member (742) may generate a restoring force in which one side pushes the main body coupling portion (730) and the other side pushes the exposed plate (1162). As a result, the vertical force with which the main body (710) contacts the exposed plate (1162) may be reduced, or at least a portion of the main body (710) may be separated from the exposed plate (1162). As a result, the speaker (700) and the speaker mounting portion (1160) may be separated from each other in terms of vibration.
[0408] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
