Description

[0001] A JEWELLERY MODULE WITH MOVEMENT RESTRICTIONS

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The invention relates to a jewellery module used for joining jewellery pieces together in jewellery having more than one piece joined by methods known as chain or waterway, in which the modules forming the jewellery are stabilised and a low axial movement is provided in the axial movements of the jewellery to the right and left.

[0004] Prior Art

[0005] Especially in jewellery worn on the neck area, it is expected that the precious stones will be clearly visible from the opposite side and stand parallel to the chest in the neck area. Diamonds and similar precious jewellery exhibiting an angular stance towards the front in the worn area constitutes an undesirable situation in precious jewellery.

[0006] The jewellery module structure produced in the present art is not suitable for this. The biggest reason for this is that the stabilisation effect of the module is not at the desired stable values. When the modules are produced, the stabilisation is not fully stabilised, which causes posture defects in the jewellery.

[0007] In the patent research made in the current technique; It is the application 2022 / 008088 belonging to Mr. Can KOQHISARLI, one of the doyen of the jewellery sector. The patent applied for both in Turkey and the USA with the PCT transition; It is a jewellery module in which each core module is formed by connecting each other in jewellery produced by processing precious metals, and its feature; a rotation bearing having a rotation axis (B) formed so as to centre the joint axis (C) of each said core module, a rotation angle (D) with a reduced distance away from the rotational movement of each core module with the presence of said rotation axis (B), and a connection console centred on the rotation axis (B) that enables one core module to be connected with the other core module by grasping said rotation bearing. Description of the Invention

[0008] The purpose of the invention is to provide a jewellery module with different technical features that brings a new opening in this field, different from the jewellery modules used in the present art.

[0009] The purpose of the invention is to include the update and system improvement works on the previous work belonging to Mr. Can KOQHISARLI with the number 2022 / 008088.

[0010] Another purpose of the invention is to provide a jewellery module which is different from the jewellery modules used in the present art in which the stabilisation is fully ensured.

[0011] The most important purpose of the invention is that the jewellery worn on the neck area, especially the modules in which the precious stones are placed, exhibit a stable posture parallel to the chest.

[0012] The most important purpose of the invention is to prevent posture disorders as a result of the stable posture of the modules parallel to the chest, and to provide a jewellery module with high visual appeal.

[0013] Another purpose of the invention is that the locking system has a more durable and functional structure compared to the existing technique.

[0030] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0031] In Figure 1 , a jewellery module (10) is illustrated in which each core module (20) is formed by connecting each core module (20) to each other in precious jewellery used as ornaments, especially in the hand and neck area. The novelty of the jewellery module (10) is that it comprises core modules (20) arranged in rows by means of an end slot (22) in which the contact end (21 ) is positioned, and an end slot (22.1 ) having restricted movement angular structure (22) in which the movement of these core modules (20) along the main axis (X) in the direction of the axes of rotation (X1 ,X2) is restricted (see figure-5).

[0032] The rotational movement of the core modules (20), which are arranged on the main axis (X) in an orderly manner, on the rotation axis (Y) is a desired movement. Because a y-axis movement is needed to stabilise the wrist and neck area. However, rotation of the core modules (20) in the axes of rotation (X1 and X2) is not very desirable. However, a minimum movement (approx. 0.5 to 1 mm) is desirable. The desired limited movement in the X1 and X2 directions makes a high contribution to the stabilisation effect of the product. For example, if the movement in the X1 and X2 directions exceeds 1 mm, it will prevent the jewellery from standing parallel in the neck area if it is worn on the neck area. This is an undesirable situation. It causes the jewellery to take a bent form from the opposite to the front. However, when the contact end (21 ) is inserted into the end slot (22) having an angular structure (22.1 ), a desired movement in the axes of rotation (X1 and X2) is obtained by the angular structure of the slot. This ensures that the stabilisation effect of the module is at the desired stable values.

[0033] On the other hand, starting from the lower long side (22.2) of the end slot (22), a half-moon shaped cylindrical rotation projection (23) is formed on the rear wall (22.3). By means of the half-moon shaped cylindrical rotation projection (23), the desired movement of the modules in the rotation axis (Y) is provided. This structural feature has an effect on the stabilisation of the product.

[0034] A locking unit (30) is formed for locking the jewellery module (10). With the linear movement of the male lock body (34) in the T direction, the lock male teeth (32) are placed in the lock slots (34.1 ) by means of the spring (35) exerting a forced force, and the teeth are interlocked with each other by means of the spring (35). A retaining wall (36) is formed having a double-sided retaining slot (36.1 ) in which the springs (35), which ensure the forced locking of the lock body (31 ), are positioned. On both sides of this retaining wall (36), there are retaining slots (36.1 ) and the arms of the spring (35) are placed in these slots and the spring (35) is positioned in a stable and resistant manner. Likewise, the retaining slot (36.1 ) on which the other arm of the spring (35) rests is formed in the lock body (31 ). Further comprising a slider unit (40) having a slider arm (42) which is actuated by means of at least one hinge movement unit (41 ) and a fixed knob (44) which is fixed in the fixing range (43) of said slider arm (42) by means of a movable knob (45).
