Abstract
Description
Straddled vehicle travel data processing device and straddled vehicle travel data processing method
[0001] The present invention relates to a straddled vehicle travel data processing device and a straddled vehicle travel data processing method for processing travel data relating to a straddled vehicle while it is traveling.
[0002]
[0003] Conventionally, there has been a straddled vehicle driving data processing device used for training straddled vehicles or analyzing driving techniques, which processes driving data related to a straddled vehicle while it is traveling. For example, the straddled vehicle driving data processing device disclosed in Patent Document 1 acquires trajectory data related to an approach turning trajectory, which is the trajectory of the straddled vehicle, and acceleration data related to the acceleration in the forward direction of the vehicle when traveling along the approach turning trajectory, and outputs composite driving data correlating the trajectory data and the acceleration data. The approach turning trajectory is a trajectory that fits within an area consisting of an approach region between a first line that is greater than 0 m and not greater than 65 m, and a second line that is parallel to the first line and is 2 m away from the first line, and a turning region between a first arc that has a central angle of 90° to 270° and a radius of 2 m to 10 m, and a second arc that is located radially outward of the first arc and is 2 m away from the first arc.
[0005] Because the trajectory data related to the approach turning trajectory and the acceleration data related to the acceleration in the forward direction of the vehicle when traveling along the approach turning trajectory are data that strongly reflect the rider's driving technique and / or the characteristics of the vehicle, the output composite driving data also strongly reflects the rider's driving technique and / or the characteristics of the vehicle. As a result, the straddled vehicle driving data processing device of Patent Document 1 can reduce the types of data acquired and processed compared to conventional straddled vehicle driving data processing devices that acquire a wide variety of data to output data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique and / or the characteristics of the vehicle. As a result, the straddled vehicle driving data processing device of Patent Document 1 can improve the design flexibility of hardware resources such as processors and memories compared to conventional straddled vehicle driving data processing devices that acquire a wide variety of data to output data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique and / or the characteristics of the vehicle.
[0003] International Publication No. 2020 / 100332
[0004] A straddled vehicle travel data processing device that processes travel data of a straddled vehicle is required to have a high degree of freedom in designing hardware resources.
[0005] The present invention aims to provide a straddled vehicle driving data processing device and a straddled vehicle driving data processing method that can improve the design freedom of hardware resources by performing data processing different from that of the straddled vehicle driving data processing device of Patent Document 1.
[0006] (1) A straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention has the following configuration: A straddled vehicle travel data processing device processes travel data related to a traveling straddled vehicle, the device having a processor configured to execute at least a data acquisition process to acquire travel data including at least first vehicle-speed-related travel data related to vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle travels through a course having a plurality of J-shaped regions of the same shape and size three to seven consecutive times while a first vehicle speed condition, which is a constraint on vehicle speed, is imposed on the rider between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle, and a data output process to output output data including at least first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data, based at least on the acquired first vehicle-speed-related travel data, in a format comparing at least one type of vehicle-speed-related physical quantity related to vehicle speed for each of the J-shaped regions when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven consecutive times while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed.
[0007] According to this configuration, driving data including first vehicle speed-related driving data is acquired in the data acquisition process. The first vehicle speed-related driving data is data related to the vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle travels through a J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times in a course having multiple J-shaped regions of the same shape and size, with a first vehicle speed condition imposed on the rider, which is a restriction on vehicle speed, between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle. In this way, the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data is data related to the vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle travels under conditions imposed on the vehicle speed and course. By imposing conditions on the vehicle speed and course, the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, driving data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be acquired without acquiring many types of data as driving data. Furthermore, the output data output in the data output process includes at least first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data based at least on the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data. The first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data is in a format that compares at least one vehicle-speed-related physical quantity related to the vehicle speed for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively with the first vehicle speed condition imposed. In other words, the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data included in the output data is in a format that compares the vehicle-speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively with the first vehicle speed condition imposed. Here, if the rider travels through the J-shaped region more than seven times consecutively with the first vehicle speed condition imposed, it is difficult for the rider to memorize the bodily sensation for each J-shaped region. Therefore, if data relating to the vehicle speed when traveling through a J-shaped region more than seven times in succession with the first vehicle speed condition imposed is acquired, and data is output in a format that compares the vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region when traveling through the J-shaped region more than seven times in succession with the first vehicle speed condition imposed, it is difficult to ensure consistency between the rider's memorized sensation for each J-shaped region and the vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region in the output data.In contrast, in the present invention, the acquired first vehicle speed-related traveling data is data related to the vehicle speed when traveling three to seven consecutive times while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed, and the output data includes first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data in a format that compares vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region when traveling three to seven consecutive times through the J-shaped region while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. This makes it easier to ensure consistency between the rider's memorized bodily sensation for each J-shaped region and the vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region in the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data included in the output data. Furthermore, when traveling three or more consecutive times through the J-shaped region while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed, the rider is given two opportunities to correct his or her driving in the J-shaped region. Therefore, by including first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data in a format that compares vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times under the first vehicle speed condition, it is possible to confirm, using the output data, how and to what extent the vehicle speed-related physical quantity changes as the number of times the J-shaped region is traveled increases. By confirming, from the output data, how and to what extent the vehicle speed-related physical quantity changes as the number of times the J-shaped region is traveled increases, it is possible to confirm the rider's driving technique, including the rider's carefulness. Therefore, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique, without acquiring and processing many types of data. As described above, the straddled vehicle traveling data processing device can acquire traveling data including first vehicle speed-related traveling data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique, and output output data including first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique, without acquiring and processing many types of data. Therefore, compared to a straddled vehicle driving data processing device that acquires and processes many types of data to output data that strongly reflects the rider's driving technique, it is possible to use hardware resources with smaller processing power and memory capacity, which results in greater freedom in designing hardware resources such as the processor and memory of the straddled vehicle driving data processing device. Therefore, the straddled vehicle driving data processing device of the present invention can improve the design freedom of hardware resources by performing data processing different from that of the straddled vehicle driving data processing device of Patent Document 1.
[0008] (2) In addition to the configuration of (1) above, a straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration: the J-shaped region is made up of a straight line region and an arc-shaped arc region connected to an end of the straight line region, the width of the J-shaped region is 2 m, the length of the straight line region is greater than 0 m and less than or equal to 65 m, the radius of the arc on the inner periphery of the arc region is greater than or equal to 2 m and less than or equal to 10 m, and the central angle of the arc region is greater than or equal to 90° and less than or equal to 270°.
[0009] The J-shaped region having the above-described shape and size can acquire first vehicle speed-related driving data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, the output data includes first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data that more strongly reflects the driving technique, based on the first vehicle speed-related driving data that more strongly reflects the driving technique. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is small, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0010] (3) In addition to the configuration of (1) or (2) above, the straddled vehicle travel data processing device of one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration. In the data acquisition process, the driving data is acquired that includes at least the first vehicle speed-related driving data and second vehicle speed-related driving data related to the vehicle speed when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven times consecutively on the course having the plurality of J-shaped regions of the same shape and size, between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle, in a state where a second vehicle speed condition that is a vehicle speed constraint and different from the first vehicle speed condition is imposed on the rider, and in the data output process, the output data is output that is associated with at least the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data that is based at least on the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data and second vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data that is based at least on the acquired second vehicle speed-related driving data and is in a format that compares the at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity related to vehicle speed for each J-shaped region when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven times consecutively under the second vehicle speed condition.
[0011] According to this configuration, the first vehicle speed-related driving data and the second vehicle speed-related driving data acquired in the data acquisition process are data related to the vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle traveled under different vehicle speed conditions imposed on the rider. Different vehicle speed conditions result in different driving difficulty levels. The output data is data in which at least first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data and second vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data are associated, based on the first vehicle speed-related driving data and the second vehicle speed-related driving data, respectively, that have different driving difficulty levels. By including first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data and second vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data that have different driving difficulty levels in the output data, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique, including carefulness, can be output. Therefore, even if the number of types of data processed is small, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0012] (4) In addition to the configuration of (3) above, a straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration: the first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition include mutually different constraints on the acceleration of the straddled vehicle in the vehicle forward direction.
[0013] With this configuration, the difference in driving difficulty when traveling through the J-shaped region between the first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition is large. Therefore, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. Therefore, even if the number of types of data processed is small, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0014] (5) In addition to the configuration of (4) above, a straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration: if the first vehicle speed condition includes suppressing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction or increasing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction, and if the first vehicle speed condition includes suppressing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction, the second vehicle speed condition includes increasing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction, and if the first vehicle speed condition includes increasing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction, the second vehicle speed condition includes suppressing changes in acceleration of the straddled vehicle in a vehicle-forward direction.
[0015] When traveling through a J-shaped region so as to increase the change in acceleration in the vehicle's forward direction, the operation is more complex and the driving difficulty is higher than when traveling through a J-shaped region so as to suppress the change in acceleration in the vehicle's forward direction. Therefore, with the above configuration, the difference in driving difficulty when traveling through a J-shaped region under the first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition is greater, and the difference in required rider awareness is also greater. As a result, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is smaller, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0016] (6) In addition to any one of the configurations (1) to (5) above, a straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration: In the data output process, the output data includes at least the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data in a format in which the at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region is arranged in chronological order when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition, based at least on the acquired first vehicle speed-related travel data.
[0017] This configuration makes it possible to output output data including first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data that makes it easier to check the driving technique in more detail. In other words, it is possible to output output data including first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is small, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0018] (7) A straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration in addition to any one of the configurations (1) to (6) above: In the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data, when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively under the first vehicle speed condition, the at least one vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each of the J-shaped regions may include a maximum vehicle speed for each of the J-shaped regions, a minimum vehicle speed for each of the J-shaped regions, a maximum positive acceleration of the straddled vehicle in the forward direction for each of the J-shaped regions, a minimum negative acceleration of the straddled vehicle in the forward direction for each of the J-shaped regions, a maximum lateral acceleration of the straddled vehicle for each of the J-shaped regions, a maximum lateral acceleration of the straddled vehicle in the left-right direction for each of the J-shaped regions, and a minimum vehicle speed for each of the J-shaped regions. the maximum value of the rotational acceleration around an axis along the vehicle vertical direction of the straddled vehicle for each of the J-shaped regions; the maximum value of the centrifugal force acting on the straddled vehicle for each of the J-shaped regions; the maximum value of the inertial force acting on the straddled vehicle in the vehicle left-right direction for each of the J-shaped regions; the maximum value of the lateral force acting on the wheels of the straddled vehicle for each of the J-shaped regions; and the maximum value of the inclination angle of the body frame of the straddled vehicle in the vehicle left-right direction relative to the vehicle up-down direction for each of the J-shaped regions.
[0019] This configuration makes it possible to output output data including first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is small, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. This further improves the degree of freedom in designing hardware resources.
[0020] (8) A straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration in addition to any one of the configurations (1) to (7) above: the at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity is a plurality of types of vehicle speed-related physical quantities, and in the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data, the plurality of types of vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each of the J-shaped regions when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition include at least a maximum value of the inclination angle of the body frame of the straddled vehicle in the vehicle lateral direction with respect to the vehicle vertical direction for each of the J-shaped regions.
[0021] According to this configuration, the comparative related physical quantity data includes data in a format that compares multiple types of vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition. Furthermore, one of the multiple types of vehicle speed-related physical quantities is the maximum value of the tilt angle of the straddled vehicle's body frame in the vehicle lateral direction relative to the vehicle vertical direction. This allows output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique to be output. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is small, output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique can be output. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0022] (9) A straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration in addition to any one of the configurations (1) to (8) above: In the data acquisition process, the travel data is acquired including at least the first vehicle speed-related travel data and first posture-related travel data related to a posture of at least one of the straddled vehicle and the rider when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times with a first vehicle speed condition imposed on the rider between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle on the course having the plurality of J-shaped regions of the same shape and size, In the data output process, the output data is output which is at least associated with the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data based at least on the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data, and first posture-related data related to the posture of at least one of the straddled vehicle and the rider when the straddled vehicle and the rider drive through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition, based at least on the acquired first posture-related driving data.
[0023] According to this configuration, the output data includes, in addition to the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data, first posture-related data relating to the posture of at least one of the straddled vehicle and the rider when traveling through the J-shaped region. This allows for output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, even if the number of types of data processed is small, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. This further improves the design flexibility of hardware resources.
[0024] (10) A straddled vehicle travel data processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the following configuration in addition to any of the configurations (1) to (9) above. In the data acquisition process, the driving data is acquired which includes at least the first vehicle speed-related driving data and first trajectory-related driving data related to the trajectory of the straddled vehicle when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region at least once, among the trajectories of the straddled vehicle when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively with a first vehicle speed condition imposed on the rider, on the course having the plurality of J-shaped regions of the same shape and size between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle; and in the data output process, the output data is output which is associated with at least the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data based at least on the acquired first vehicle speed-related driving data and the first trajectory-related data related to the trajectory of the straddled vehicle when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region at least once, among the trajectories of the straddled vehicle when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively with the first vehicle speed condition imposed, based at least on the acquired first trajectory-related driving data.
[0025] According to this configuration, the output data includes, in addition to the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data, first trajectory-related data related to the trajectory of the straddled vehicle when traveling through a J-shaped region. Therefore, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. Therefore, even if the number of types of data to be processed is small, it is possible to output output data that more strongly reflects the rider's driving technique. This further improves the degree of freedom in designing hardware resources.
[0026] (11) A straddled vehicle travel data processing method according to one embodiment of the present invention has the following configuration: A straddled vehicle travel data processing method in a straddled vehicle travel data processing device that processes travel data related to a straddled vehicle while it is traveling includes at least a data acquisition process that acquires travel data including at least first vehicle-speed-related travel data related to the vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle travels through a course having a plurality of J-shaped regions of the same shape and size three to seven consecutive times between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle, with a first vehicle speed condition that is a constraint on vehicle speed imposed on the rider, and a data output process that outputs output data including at least first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data that compares at least one type of vehicle-speed-related physical quantity related to the vehicle speed for each of the J-shaped regions when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven consecutive times with the first vehicle speed condition imposed, based at least on the acquired first vehicle-speed-related travel data.

The arc of the inner peripheral edge of the arc region may be 9 m or less. The arc of the inner peripheral edge of the arc region may be 8 m or less. [0038] In the present invention and its embodiments, traveling through a J-shaped area three to seven consecutive times while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed on the rider means that neither of the following two traveling events occurs: The first traveling event is traveling through a J-shaped area in a state where the first vehicle speed condition is not imposed or a vehicle speed condition different from the first vehicle speed condition is imposed between the nth traveling through the J-shaped area and the n+1th traveling through the J-shaped area while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed; The second traveling event is traveling through a J-shaped area that has a different shape or size from the J-shaped area while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed between the nth traveling through the J-shaped area and the n+1th traveling through the J-shaped area while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed, where n is a natural number between 3 and 6. Furthermore, if the vehicle speed during traveling through the J-shaped area is affected by starting or stopping, this traveling through the J-shaped area is not counted as one traveling through the J-shaped area while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. The term "vehicle speed when traveling through the J-shaped region is affected by starting" means that the change in vehicle speed when traveling through the J-shaped region includes acceleration after starting, which is clearly different from the change in vehicle speed in the J-shaped region when the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. The term "vehicle speed when traveling through the J-shaped region is affected by stopping" means that the change in vehicle speed when traveling through the J-shaped region includes deceleration before stopping, which is clearly different from the change in vehicle speed in the J-shaped region when the first vehicle speed condition is imposed.
[0039] In the present invention and embodiments, the first vehicle speed-related travel data may be data related to the vehicle speed when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped area three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed, without traveling through the J-shaped area eight or more times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. Conversely, the first vehicle speed-related travel data may be data related to the vehicle speed when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped area three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed on the rider, when the J-shaped area is traveled eight or more times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed on the rider. In the present invention and embodiments, the first vehicle speed-related travel data may be data generated using a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), or may be data generated using a sensor mounted on the straddled vehicle without using a GNSS.
[0040] In the present invention and the embodiments, the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data based at least on the first vehicle speed-related travel data is data generated at least based on the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data. The first vehicle speed-related travel data is data related to the vehicle speed when the vehicle travels through a J-shaped region three to seven times in succession while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. The first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data is data in a format that compares at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times in succession while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. In the present invention and the embodiments, the number of times the J-shaped region is continuously traveled through with the first vehicle speed condition imposed in the above description of the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data may be the same as or less than the number of times the J-shaped region is continuously traveled through with the first vehicle speed condition imposed in the above description of the first vehicle speed-related travel data.
[0041] In the present invention and the embodiments, "first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data in a format comparing at least one vehicle speed-related physical quantity" means that the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data is in a format that visually compares at least one vehicle speed-related physical quantity. In other words, when output data including the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data is displayed on a display device, for example, a user can visually compare the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity. In the present invention and the embodiments, "a format that compares at least one vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition" means a format that compares at least one vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region traveled under the first vehicle speed condition. A specific example will be described below for ease of understanding. Assume that a course has two J-shaped regions, a first J-shaped region and a second J-shaped region, that have the same shape and size. In this assumption, the "comparison of vehicle speed-related physical quantities for each J-shaped region when the vehicle travels through the J-shaped region seven times consecutively under the first vehicle speed condition" does not mean a comparison of the vehicle speed-related physical quantity in the first J-shaped region with the vehicle speed-related physical quantity in the second J-shaped region, but means a comparison of the vehicle speed-related physical quantities for the seven J-shaped region travels. In the present invention and the embodiment, the "comparison of at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity in the first vehicle speed-related physical quantity comparison data" means a comparison of the vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region for each type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity when the at least one type of vehicle speed-related physical quantity is a plurality of types of vehicle speed-related physical quantities. In the present invention and the embodiment, the "vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region" may be a single value of the vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region, or may be a time change of the vehicle speed-related physical quantity for each J-shaped region. The vehicle speed-related physical quantity is not particularly limited as long as it is a physical quantity related to vehicle speed.
[0042] In the present invention and the embodiments, the first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition are not limited to restrictions on the acceleration in the vehicle's forward direction. At least one of the first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition may include, for example, the vehicle speed being higher than a predetermined value. The first vehicle speed condition or the second vehicle speed condition may include increasing the vehicle speed as much as possible while suppressing changes in the acceleration in the vehicle's forward direction. In this case, the vehicle speed may be constant in the J-shaped region, but may differ for each section of the J-shaped region. The first vehicle speed condition or the second vehicle speed condition may include increasing the maximum vehicle speed as much as possible while increasing changes in the acceleration in the vehicle's forward direction.
[0043] In the present invention and the embodiments, the first vehicle speed-related travel data and the second vehicle speed-related travel data may be integrated data in a continuous time series or may be separate data. Travel corresponding to the first vehicle speed-related travel data and travel corresponding to the second vehicle speed-related travel data may be included between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle.
[0044] In the present invention and embodiments, the output data in which at least the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data and the second vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data are associated may be data including at least the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data and the second vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data. In the output data, the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data and the second vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data may be associated so as to be displayed or printed on one or more associated display screens or sheets. The same applies to the definition of output data in which at least the first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data and data other than the second vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data are associated.
[0045] In the present invention and its embodiments, the straddled vehicle's travel corresponding to the first attitude-related travel data may be the same as or a part of the travel of the straddled vehicle corresponding to the first vehicle speed-related travel data. In other words, the measurement time of the first attitude-related travel data may be the same as or a part of the measurement time of the first vehicle speed-related travel data. In the present invention and its embodiments, the first attitude-related travel data may be, for example, data generated using a camera installed near the course, or data generated using a sensor or camera mounted on the straddled vehicle. In the present invention and its embodiments, the first attitude-related data based at least on the first attitude-related travel data is data the same as the first attitude-related travel data, or data generated at least based on the first attitude-related travel data. In the present invention and its embodiments, the first attitude-related data may include image data. In this specification, image data does not include image data consisting only of characters and numbers. Image data includes, for example, data such as figures, graphs, photographs taken with a camera, videos taken with a camera, and CG (computer graphics). In the present invention and embodiments, the first posture-related data relating to the posture of at least one of the straddled vehicle and the rider when the straddled vehicle travels through a J-shaped region three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition may include, for example, at least one of the following two examples: The first example is data in a format comparing postures at a certain timing for each J-shaped region when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition; The second example is data indicating the posture at a certain timing during any one of the J-shaped regions when the J-shaped region is traveled three to seven consecutive times under the first vehicle speed condition; In this specification, the posture of the straddled vehicle refers to the posture of the straddled vehicle relative to the road surface on which the straddled vehicle is traveling. The rider's posture refers to at least one of the rider's posture relative to the road surface on which the straddled vehicle on which the rider is riding is traveling, and the rider's posture relative to the straddled vehicle on which the rider is riding.
[0046] In the present invention and embodiments, the straddled vehicle travel corresponding to the first trajectory-related travel data may be the same as or a part of the straddled vehicle travel corresponding to the first vehicle speed-related travel data. That is, the measurement time of the first trajectory-related travel data may be the same as or a part of the measurement time of the first vehicle speed-related travel data. In the present invention and embodiments, the first trajectory-related travel data may be data generated using, for example, GNSS. In the present invention and embodiments, the first trajectory-related data based at least on the first trajectory-related travel data is data the same as the first trajectory-related travel data or data generated at least based on the first trajectory-related travel data. In the present invention and embodiments, the first trajectory-related data may include image data. In the present invention and its embodiments, the first trajectory-related data relating to the trajectory of the straddled vehicle when the straddled vehicle travels through a J-shaped region at least once when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed may include, for example, at least one of the following two examples. The first example is data in a format comparing the trajectories of each J-shaped region when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. The second example is data indicating the trajectory when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region at least once when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed. In the second example, the trajectory when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region at least once is data indicating the trajectory when the straddled vehicle travels through the J-shaped region three to seven times consecutively while the first vehicle speed condition is imposed for all of the plurality of overall travels included in one course.
[0047] In this specification, the "forward direction of the vehicle" refers to the direction in which an upright straddled vehicle travels straight on a horizontal plane. In this specification, the "left-right direction of the vehicle" refers to the direction perpendicular to the forward direction of the vehicle, as seen from the perspective of a rider riding the straddled vehicle. In this specification, the "up-down direction of the vehicle" refers to the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane when the straddled vehicle is placed on a horizontal plane.

The straddled vehicle driving data processing method of this embodiment includes at least the data acquisition process S1 and the data output process S2. In the data acquisition process S1, driving data 30 including at least first vehicle speed-related driving data 31 is acquired. The first vehicle speed-related driving data 31 is data related to the vehicle speed when the straddled vehicle 10 travels through the J-shaped regions 21 consecutively three to seven times on a course 20 having a plurality of J-shaped regions 21 of the same shape and size, with a first vehicle speed condition, which is a vehicle speed constraint, imposed on the rider R, between the start and stop of the straddled vehicle 10. FIG. 1 shows five specific examples of the course 20, but the shape of the course 20 in the first embodiment is not limited to these. In FIG. 1 , the J-shaped region 21 is hatched. In the data output process S2, output data 40 including at least first vehicle-speed-related physical quantity comparison data 41 based at least on the acquired first vehicle-speed-related driving data 31 is output. The width of the J-shaped region 21 is 2 m. The length of the linear region 22 is greater than 0 m and less than or equal to 65 m. The radius D of the arc of the inner peripheral edge of the arc region 23 is greater than or equal to 2 m and less than or equal to 10 m. The central angle θ of the arc region 23 is greater than or equal to 90° and less than or equal to 270°. Note that although FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the J-shaped region 21 used in the second embodiment, the shape of the J-shaped region 21 in the second embodiment is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 2 .

[0067] The first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition may include different constraints on the acceleration of the straddled vehicle 10 in the vehicle-forward direction. For example, if the first vehicle speed condition includes suppressing changes in the acceleration of the straddled vehicle 10 in the vehicle-forward direction, the second vehicle speed condition may include increasing changes in the acceleration of the straddled vehicle 10 in the vehicle-forward direction. Also, for example, if the first vehicle speed condition includes increasing changes in the acceleration of the straddled vehicle 10 in the vehicle-forward direction, the second vehicle speed condition may include suppressing changes in the acceleration of the straddled vehicle 10 in the vehicle-forward direction. The first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition may also include constraints on the acceleration in the vehicle-forward direction other than these. The first vehicle speed condition and the second vehicle speed condition do not have to include a constraint on the acceleration in the vehicle-forward direction.
