[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] SOLAR COLLECTOR COOLING SYSTEM WITH HEAT TRANSFER FLUID AND ABSORPTION

[0003] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0004] The invention relates to a solar collector cooling system with the heat transfer fluid and absorption, in which solar energy, a renewable energy source, is used, which meets the need for cooling in daily life.

[0005] The invention pertains to a solar collector cooling system that utilizes heat energy obtained from solar collectors, particularly for cooling the environment, incorporating the heat transfer fluid containing colemanite, borax, AI2O3, SiOs, CuO, TiCh, SiL, boron carbide, szaybelite, and boron solid particles, capable of phase change, non-clustering, and ranging from 10 to 200 nanometers in size, and it is associated with the heat transfer fluid-based and absorption-based solar collector cooling system.

[0006] THE KNOWN STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[0007] Nowadays, the need for cooling in our life is achieved by different methods. The most common of these are cooling systems performed using solar energy due to the advantage of low cost and ease of installation. Solar energy sourced absorption cooling system is one of them.

[0008] The solar energy sourced absorption cooling system reduces cooling costs and reduces CO2 emissions. In absorption cooling systems, there are two fluid pairs, namely, the absorbent and the refrigerant fluids. The two most common pairs of these are NH3-H2O and H20-libraf luidic pairs.

[0009] In the cycle, the high-pressure refrigerant vapor is condensed into a liquid phase in the condenser and is brought to the appropriate pressure for the evaporator through the expansion valve. It performs the cooling function by taking heat from the desired environment to be cooled in the evaporator.

[0010] In general, there are solar collectors, generators, condenser (condenser), evaporator (evaporator), absorber (absorber), melt pump, heat exchanger, expansion valve, separator in solar energy sourced absorption cooling systems.

[0011] In existing systems, the heat obtained from solar energy can be insufficient, requiring the use of a large number of solar collectors to obtain enough heat, and there are negative factors such as slow heat transfer.

[0012] As a result, the need for a new economical, convenient, the heat transfer fluid and absorption solar collector cooling system to solve the above-mentioned problems existing in the current technique and the inadequacy of existing solutions made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. THE PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The present invention is related to a solar collector cooling system with the heat transfer fluid and absorption, which was developed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field, meeting the need for cooling in daily life and using solar energy, which is a renewable energy source.

[0014] The most important purpose of the invention is to contain the heat transfer pipe containing the phasechanging heat transfer fluid. The phase-changing fluid transfers heat from the liquid phase to the vapor phase. After transmitting the heat, it condenses and returns. In the phase-change heat transfer system, evaporation is accelerated with the heat received, thanks to the solid particles between 10 and 200 nanometers such as colemanite, borax, AI2O3, SiOs, CuO, TiCh, Si L, szaybelite, boron carbide and boron. Since these nanoparticles have a catalyst effect, heat transfer is performed quickly. After the heat transfer, these solid particles do not clump and do not stick to each other during condensation. During condensation, the heat pipe cools slowly thanks to the nano-sized solid particles that hit the inner walls and descend. In this way, it has a high capacity to retain heat. Thanks to these nanoparticles, heat pipes can be prepared without vacuuming. There is no need for sintering or opening grooves or pockets on the inner surfaces of the heat pipes. Thus, it can work vertically and horizontally without shape restrictions.

[0015] Another purpose of the invention is that, as a result of our R&D studies, the phase-changing fluid has a heat conduction coefficient of 16098 W / mK. Therefore, the invention reacts very quickly, providing a rapid heat transfer.

[0016] One of the goals of the invention is that the heat transfer fluid contained in it does not have any flammable, explosive, allergenic, carcinogenic, pathogenic effects, so that it does not negatively affect the environment and human health.

[0017] Another objective of the invention is to enhance efficiency by using the phase-change heat transfer fluid in the generator and heat exchanger within the system.

[0018] The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and the detailed explanation into consideration. [0034] In this detailed description, the preferred configurations of the heat transfer fluid and absorption solar collector cooling system (1) are explained only for a better understanding of the subject and in such a way that they do not create any limiting effects.

[0035] The solar collector cooling system with heat transfer fluid and absorption, which is the subject of the invention (1), solar collector (2), generator (3), heat exchanger (11), pump (8), absorber (7), evaporator (6), expansion valve ( 5), condenser (4), heat transfer pipes (10) and heat transfer pipes with heat transfer fluid (9).

[0036] The system efficiently transfers the heat energy obtained from solar collectors (2) to the generator rapidly through heat transfer fluid transfer pipes (9), using a heat transfer fluid containing nonagglomerating solid particles ranging from 10 to 200 nanometers in size, capable of phase change, including colemanit, borax, AI2O3, SiC , CuO, TiCh, SiL, boron carbide, szaybelit, and boron.

[0037] The melt fluid contained in the generator (3) is decomposed as a refrigerant and an absorbent fluid by taking the heat energy transferred from the solar collector (2) with the help of heat transfer fluid heat transfer pipes (9) containing a phase-changing heat transfer fluid.

[0038] In the system, the refrigerant fluid enters the condenser (4) from the generator (3) and condenses there, giving off heat.

[0039] The refrigerant, which comes out of the condenser (4) at high pressure as a liquid phase, passes through the expansion valve (5) to reduce its pressure and enters the evaporator (6) as a liquid phase at low pressure. The refrigerant entering the evaporator (6) evaporates with the heat it receives from the environment and enters the absorber (7), thus the cooling process takes place with the heat received from the environment. The refrigerant returning from the generator (3) as refrigerant enters the heat exchanger (11). Thanks to the heat transfer pipes (9) with the heat transfer fluid containing heat transfer fluid that can change phase, located in the heat exchanger (11), the absorber fluid transfers its heat to the molten fluid and cools partially and enters the throttle valve.

[0040] The absorbent fluid, whose pressure is reduced in the expansion valve (5), enters the absorber (7) and mixes with the refrigerant from the evaporator (6). The heat released during this mixture is expelled in order to improve the absorption process.

[0041] The melt fluid coming out of the absorber is pressurized with the help of the pump (8) and enters the heat exchanger (11). The melt fluid coming out of the heat exchanger (11) enters the generator (3) and continues the cooling cycle.
