[0021] DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] In order to enable those skilled in the art to which this disclosure belongs to more clearly understand this disclosure, the technical solutions in the embodiments of this disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of this disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of this disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of this disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of this disclosure.
[0023] In related art, lighting devices on clothing processing equipment (e.g., washing machines, dryers, and washer-dryers) can include multiple lamp bodies. When multiple lamp bodies emit light simultaneously or a single lamp body emits light independently, when light strikes the smooth edge of an opaque object, adjacent or nearby lamp bodies refract and diffract each other, causing adjacent or nearby lamps to affect each other, resulting in shadow spots (e.g., yellow spots) and poor visual perception. When water droplets splash onto the outside of the lampshade of the lighting device, the lens effect of the lampshade also creates yellow spots, resulting in poor visual perception.
[0024] For example, a certain lamp body is a white light LED. White light is mainly generated by high-energy blue light stimulating phosphor. White light has strong light and a high color temperature. When the lighting device of a clothing processing device includes multiple white light LED lamp bodies, and when multiple lamp bodies emit light simultaneously or a single lamp body emits light alone, adjacent or nearby lamp bodies will reflect each other, generating refracted shadow spots or light spots. Moreover, due to the glare of the lamp body, when water droplets splash onto the outer layer of the quartz glass cover of the lamp body, it will also cause light refraction to form spots. For another example, for an ultraviolet lamp body, the lamp body bracket has a metal coating such as copper and / or gold, and because the lamp base of the lamp body is higher than the LED white light lamp body, when the LED white light lamp body shines on the ultraviolet lamp body, yellow reflections will be generated, and then yellow light spots will be formed on the drum, door seal, etc. In addition, when water droplets splash onto the outside of the lampshade, due to the lens effect of the lampshade, yellow light spots will also be formed accordingly.
[0025] Based on the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a lighting device and a clothing processing device, which aims to at least to some extent solve the technical problem in the related art that when multiple lamp bodies of the lighting device are illuminated at the same time or a single lamp body is illuminated, shadows, spots or light spots will be generated, resulting in poor visual perception.
[0026] In conjunction with Figures 1 and 2 , in a first aspect of the present disclosure, a lighting device is provided. The lighting device includes a mounting base 1, a lampshade 2, a lamp body 4, and a separator 3. The lampshade 2 is mounted on an end of the mounting base 1. Two or more lamp bodies 4 are connected to the end of the mounting base 1 and disposed within the lampshade 2. The separator 3 is disposed on the end of the mounting base 1 and separates at least one pair of lamp bodies 4 to prevent direct light from shining on each other.
[0027] For the lighting device provided by the present disclosure, the partition 3 at the end of the mounting base 1 separates the lamp bodies 4 to avoid direct light from each other, thereby attenuating the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp bodies 4 to a certain extent, weakening and homogenizing the light, and effectively reducing the refraction and reflection between adjacent or close lamp bodies 4, thereby avoiding the generation of shadows, spots or light spots through the lampshade to a certain extent, thereby improving the visual perception.
[0028] In some embodiments, the divider 3 may include a cover 31, with at least one lamp body 4 disposed within the corresponding cover 31. Figure 3 illustrates a schematic diagram of the arrangement of mounting brackets for each lamp body within a cover in a lighting device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In conjunction with Figure 3, in some embodiments, each lamp body 4 may be disposed within the corresponding cover 31, i.e., the cover 31 completely covers the corresponding lamp body 4. The bottom of the cover 31 is located at the same height as the bottom of the corresponding lamp body 4, and the top of the cover 31 is higher than the top of the corresponding lamp body 4. This prevents direct light and somewhat attenuates the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp body 4, thereby weakening and evenly distributing the light. This effectively reduces refraction and reflection between adjacent or adjacent lamp bodies 4, thereby preventing shadows, spots, or light spots from being generated through the lampshade. In some embodiments, placing the cover 31 on the lamp body 4 can also, to a certain extent, prevent the formation of refraction spots on the outer quartz glass lampshade 2 due to water droplets splashing on it, thereby improving the visual experience.
[0029] In some embodiments, the partition 3 may include a cover 31. At least one lamp body 4 is not disposed in the cover 31. FIG4 shows a schematic diagram of the arrangement of a mounting base in which at least one lamp body is not disposed in the cover 31 in a lighting device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In conjunction with FIG4 , in some embodiments, preferably one lamp body 4 is disposed in the cover 31, and the remaining lamp bodies 4 are disposed in corresponding covers 31. The lamp bodies 4 not disposed in the cover 31 are also separated from the remaining lamp bodies 4, thereby attenuating the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp bodies 4 to a certain extent, weakening and homogenizing the light, and effectively reducing the refraction and reflection between adjacent or adjacent lamp bodies 4, thereby avoiding the generation of shadows, spots or light spots through the lampshade to a certain extent. In some embodiments, after the cover 31 is placed on the lamp body 4, it can also avoid, to a certain extent, the formation of refraction spots on the lampshade 2 after water droplets splash on the outer layer of the quartz glass lampshade 2, thereby improving the visual perception.
[0030] It should be noted that the cover 31 can be assembled on the top of the mounting base 1 by embedding, bonding, or other methods, without limitation. In some embodiments, the cover 31 can also be a separating layer provided on the lampshade 2, such as a coating or surface treatment layer (e.g., an atomized surface), on the surface of the accommodating cavity corresponding to the lamp body 4. The accommodating cavity can be a concave cavity provided on the solid or hollow lampshade 2 at a position corresponding to the lamp body 4.
[0031] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the divider 3 may include a divider plate 32, with a divider plate 32 disposed between at least a pair of adjacent lamp bodies 4. Each divider plate 32 is disposed within the lampshade 2, thereby preventing direct light and attenuating the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp bodies 4 to a certain extent, weakening and evenly distributing the light, effectively reducing refraction and reflection between adjacent or adjacent lamp bodies 4, and to a certain extent preventing shadows, spots, or light spots from being generated through the lampshade, thereby improving visual perception. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5, the divider plate 32 may be suspended from the top of the mounting base 1, with both sides or sides of the divider plate 32 connected to the inner wall of the lampshade 2. The bottom of the divider plate 32 is no higher than the height of the lamp holder 41 of the corresponding lamp body 4, and the top of the divider plate 32 is no lower than the height of the corresponding lamp body 4. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 6, the bottom of the divider plate 32 is connected to the end of the mounting base 1. Both sides of the divider plate 32 are connected to the inner wall of the lampshade 2. The bottom of the partition plate 32 is lower than the height of the lamp holder 41 of the corresponding lamp body 4 . The top of the partition plate 32 is not lower than the height of the corresponding lamp body 4 .
[0032] It should be noted that the partition plate 32 can also be assembled on the top of the mounting seat 1 by embedding, bonding, etc., which is not limited here.
[0033] As shown in FIG7 , in some embodiments, more than three lamp bodies 4 may be provided. When more than three lamp bodies 4 are provided, the partition 3 includes a housing 31 and a partition plate 32. Some lamp bodies 4 are disposed within corresponding housings 31, while in other portions of the lamp bodies 4, partition plates 32 are disposed between adjacent lamp bodies 4. The height of each partition plate 32 is at least the same as the height of the corresponding lamp body 4. In other words, the partition 3 may be a combination of a housing 31 and a partition plate 32. The arrangement of the housing 31 and the partition plate 32 can be referred to above and will not be repeated here.
[0034] In some embodiments, the separator 3 can be an atomizer and can be made of polycarbonate. Of the multiple lamp bodies, one can be an illumination LED, preferably a white light LED, and another can be a UV LED, preferably a two-in-one lamp bead including a UV LED and a UV status LED (e.g., a blue LED). In some embodiments, the separator 3 can be bonded to the end of the mounting base 1 to facilitate assembly of the separator 3 on the mounting base 1.
[0035] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the mounting base 1 may include a housing 11 and a support body 5. The support body 5 is connected to the housing 11. A support plate 52 is provided on the top of the support body 5. The lamp body 4 and the partition 3 are both provided on the top of the support plate 52. The lampshade 2 is provided around the periphery of the support plate 52. The lamp body 4 can be assembled on the top of the support plate 52 via a lamp holder 41. This is a prior art and will not be described in detail here.
[0036] As shown in FIG1 and FIG2 , in some embodiments, a support plate 12 is provided in the middle of the outer circumference of the shell 11 , and the lampshade 2 can be connected to the support plate 12 by bonding to achieve assembly of the lampshade 2 on the mounting base 1 .
[0037] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a first groove 14 is provided on the circumferential sidewall of the housing 11. The first groove 14 is provided above the support plate 12. An adhesive is applied between the first groove 14 and the lampshade 2 to achieve connection of the lampshade 2 to the support plate 12. In some embodiments, the first groove 14 can be provided around the circumference of the housing 11, or can be provided in multiple sections at intervals around the circumference of the housing 11, without limitation.
[0038] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the bottom of the first groove 14 is provided with one or more construction holes 15 at intervals. The construction holes 15 can be provided in multiple intervals, and correspondingly, multiple clamping members can also be provided to further improve the reliability of the assembly of the lampshade 2 on the support plate 12.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, a seal 6 is provided between the circumferential side wall of the housing 11 and the lampshade 2 to prevent water droplets from entering the cover body 31 and affecting the use of the lighting device.
[0040] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a second groove 16 is provided on the circumferential sidewall of the housing 11. A sealing member 6 is disposed within the second groove 16, with at least a portion of the sealing member 6 protruding beyond the surface of the second groove 16 to abut against the inner wall of the lampshade 2. The second groove 16 is disposed above the first groove 14 and may comprise one or more grooves. Accordingly, one or more sealing members 6 may be provided, and the specific design may be determined based on the sealing requirements.
[0041] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a positioning groove 17 is provided at the end of the housing 11. The positioning groove 17 can be in the form of a stopper, and the support plate 52 is cooperatively disposed within the positioning groove 17 to constrain the support body 5 in the horizontal and longitudinal directions. In some embodiments, the top of the support plate 52 can extend beyond the surface of the positioning groove 17. In other embodiments, the top of the support plate 52 can be flush with the surface of the positioning groove 17, or the top of the support plate 52 can be lower than the surface of the positioning groove 17, without limitation.
[0042] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a mounting hole 18 is provided at the end of the housing 11. The mounting hole 18 is connected to the bottom of the positioning groove 17. The support body 5 also includes a connector 51. The connector 51 is disposed at the bottom of the support plate 52. The connector 51 is connected to the mounting hole 18. The connector 51 can be plate-shaped. The connector 51 and the support plate 52 can be integrally formed.
[0043] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the sidewalls of the mounting hole 18 are provided with one or more connecting grooves 19, and the connector 51 is provided with a connecting portion, which is correspondingly provided with the connecting grooves 19 and connected to the corresponding connecting grooves 19 to achieve assembly of the connector 51 within the housing 11. When assembling the support body 5, the connecting portion of the connector 51 can be inserted into the corresponding connecting groove 19 to achieve circumferential constraint on the support body 5, and the support plate 52 and the positioning groove 17 can cooperate to position the support body 5 within the housing 11.
[0044] In some embodiments, two connecting grooves 19 may be provided in opposite directions. In other embodiments, more connecting grooves 19 may be provided, for example, four connecting grooves 19 may be provided at intervals. Accordingly, the connecting member 51 may be cross-shaped to fit into the corresponding connecting groove 19 .
[0045] In some embodiments, the connecting portion is bonded into the corresponding connecting groove 19 to improve the assembly effect of the connecting member 51 in the housing 11 .
[0046] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a mounting plate 13 is provided at the bottom of the outer circumference of the housing 11. An anti-rotation member 7 is provided on the mounting plate 13 and is disposed on the top of the mounting plate 13. The anti-rotation member 7 may be block-shaped or integrally formed with the mounting plate 13. The anti-rotation member 7 may be mounted on a resilient mounting portion to prevent the lighting device from rotating due to vibration.
[0047] In some embodiments, there is a height difference between two adjacent lamp bodies 4 to prevent light from the taller lamp body 4 from directly irradiating the shorter lamp body 4, or to prevent light from the taller lamp body 4 from being largely reflected by the shorter lamp body 4 and out of the lampshade 2. In some embodiments, this prevents light from the taller lamp body 4 (e.g., a white light lamp) from being largely reflected (axially and circumferentially) by the sidewalls of the shorter lamp body 4 (e.g., the gold sidewalls of the base of an ultraviolet lamp). It also effectively reduces refraction and reflection between adjacent or nearby lamp bodies 4, thereby avoiding, to a certain extent, the generation of shadows, spots, or light spots through the lampshade, thereby improving visual perception.
[0048] In a second aspect, the present disclosure also provides another lighting device. As shown in FIG8 , the lighting device comprises: a mounting base 1; a lampshade 2 disposed on top of the mounting base 1; and two or more lamp bodies 4 connected to the ends of the mounting base 1 and disposed within the lampshade 2. Adjacent lamp bodies 4 have a height difference to prevent light from the taller lamp body 4 from directly striking the shorter lamp body 4, thereby causing a large amount of reflection outside the lampshade 2. Instead, a large amount of direct reflected light (primarily originating from the sidewalls) is reflected onto the mounting base 1.
[0049] In another lighting device provided by the present disclosure, the lamp body 4 can also be connected to the end of the mounting base 1 with or without a lamp holder 41 or with lamp holders 41 of different thicknesses, so that there is a height difference between the lamp holders 41 of two adjacent lamps, so that there is a height difference between the two adjacent lamp bodies 4.
[0050] In a third aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure further provides a clothes treating device, which includes a main body and the above-mentioned lighting device, and the above-mentioned lighting device is assembled on the main body.
[0051] In some embodiments, the clothing processing device may be a washing machine, a dryer, or a washer-dryer, and the lighting device may be installed in a door seal of the main body.
[0052] The lighting device provided by the present disclosure has a partition at the end of the mounting base that separates the lamp bodies, thereby preventing the lamp bodies from directly irradiating each other with light. This attenuates the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp bodies to a certain extent, weakens and evens out the light, and effectively reduces refraction and reflection between adjacent or nearby lamp bodies, thereby avoiding to a certain extent the generation of shadows, spots or light spots through the lampshade, and improving the visual perception.
[0053] Another lighting device provided by the present disclosure can avoid direct illumination of adjacent lamp bodies to a certain extent due to the height difference between two adjacent lamp bodies, and can also effectively reduce refraction and reflection between adjacent or nearby lamp bodies, so as to avoid the generation of shadows, spots or light spots through the lampshade to a certain extent, thereby improving the visual perception.
[0054] The clothes processing device with the above-mentioned lighting device can effectively reduce the refraction and reflection between adjacent or close lamp bodies, so as to avoid the shadows, spots or light spots generated through the lampshade to a certain extent, thereby improving the visual perception.
