[0023] As mentioned above, live streaming has become an important form of online interaction. For example, people can initiate a live broadcast and become the host of a live broadcast room. Alternatively, people can join other live broadcast rooms to access corresponding live content.

[0024] During the live broadcast, users in the live broadcast room can perform various types of interactions such as comments, etc. However, it is usually difficult for the anchor to obtain a large amount of comments in the live broadcast room in a short period of time, and thus may miss the interaction needs of other users in the live broadcast room.

[0025] In light of this, embodiments of the present disclosure propose an information display scheme. This scheme can display a target interface associated with a live studio's historical live events, where a historical live event is a completed live event during which the studio received multiple comments. Furthermore, at least one comment from the multiple comments, filtered based on preset conditions, can be displayed in the target interface.

[0026] Based on the above approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can provide a review of comments on historical live events and can present filtered comments, thereby improving the efficiency of obtaining comments.

[0027] Various example implementations of this solution are described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0028] Sample Environment

[0029] FIG1 shows a schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented. As shown in FIG1 , the example environment 100 may include a terminal device 110 .

[0030] In this example environment 100, a terminal device 110 may run an application 120 for providing and viewing media content. Application 120 may be any suitable type of application for providing and viewing media content, including, but not limited to, online video applications and live streaming applications. User 140 may interact with application 120 via terminal device 110 and / or its attached devices. User 140 may be, for example, a user providing live streaming content (also known as a host) or a user viewing the live streaming content (also known as an audience).

[0031] In the environment 100 of FIG. 1 , if the application 120 is in an active state, the terminal device 110 may present the live broadcast interface 150 through the application 120 .

[0032] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 communicates with the server 130 to enable the provision of services for the application 120. The terminal device 110 can be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal or portable terminal, including a mobile phone, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a netbook computer, a tablet computer, a media computer, a multimedia tablet, a handheld computer, a portable game terminal, a VR / AR device, a personal communication system (PCS) device, a personal navigation device, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an audio / video player, a digital camera / camcorder, a positioning device, a television receiver, a radio broadcast receiver, an e-book device, a gaming device or any combination thereof, including accessories and peripherals of these devices or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 can also support any type of interface for the user (such as a "wearable" circuit, etc.).

[0033] Server 130 can be a standalone physical server, a server cluster or distributed system consisting of multiple physical servers, or a cloud server that provides basic cloud computing services such as cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communications, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content distribution networks, and big data and artificial intelligence platforms. Server 130 can include, for example, computing systems / servers such as mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, and the like. Server 130 can provide backend services for application 120 that supports virtual scenarios in terminal device 110.

[0034] A communication connection may be established between the server 130 and the terminal device 110. The communication connection may be established via a wired or wireless method. The communication connection may include, but is not limited to, a Bluetooth connection, a mobile network connection, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) connection, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) connection, etc., and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this respect. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the server 130 and the terminal device 110 may implement signaling interaction via the communication connection between the two.

[0035] It should be understood that the structure and function of the various elements in the environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.

[0036] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continued reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0037] Sample interface

[0038] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG2A shows an example interface 200A according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, which may be provided by a terminal device 110 associated with a user 140 of a live studio (e.g., a host user or a management user of the live studio).

[0039] Interface 200A can be used to provide a review of the historical live events of the live studio, which is also called a review interface. Historical live events are live events that have ended in the live studio, for example, live broadcast sessions that have ended.

[0040] In some examples, the terminal device 110 may display a review interface of the live broadcast after the live broadcast ends. Alternatively, the terminal device 110 may display a review interface of the completed live broadcast based on a viewing request by a specific user of the live broadcast room (e.g., a host user or an administrator user).

[0041] As shown in FIG2A , in an interface 200A, the terminal device 110 may display an entrance 205. The entrance 205 may be used to guide to an interface 200B as will be described below.

[0042] In some embodiments, entry 205 may also indicate information associated with multiple comments received by the live broadcast room in historical live broadcast events. In some examples, entry 205 may indicate the number of comments associated with a preset theme among the multiple comments received or at least one filtered comment. For example, entry 205 may indicate "200 comments inquiring about product information." As another example, entry 205 may also indicate the number of users who sent comments associated with a preset theme. As shown in Figure 2A, entry 205 may indicate "24 audience comments inquiring about product information." Additionally, entry 205 may also indicate, for example, the identifiers of one or more users who sent comments associated with a preset theme, such as image identifiers.

[0043] In this way, the embodiments of the present disclosure can help users quickly perceive interactive information about a specific topic in historical live events.

[0044] Furthermore, after receiving a selection for entry 205, terminal device 110 may display interface 200B (also referred to as a target interface) as shown in FIG2B . As shown in FIG2B , terminal device 110 may display at least one comment, for example, comment 210, comment 225, and comment 230, from among multiple comments in the historical live event that are filtered based on preset conditions in interface 200B.

[0045] Specifically, in order to facilitate users to more efficiently obtain specific comments in historical live events, the server 130 can, for example, filter multiple comments based on preset conditions to provide users with comments that better meet their needs.

[0046] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can not only provide users with a review of comments in historical live events, but also provide comments that better meet user expectations by filtering comments, thereby improving the user's information acquisition efficiency.

[0047] In some embodiments, the preset condition includes that the content rating of the comment is higher than a threshold. For example, the content rating may be determined by the terminal device 110 or the server 130 by processing the comment using the first model.

[0048] Taking server 130 as an example, server 130 can use a content rating model to determine the content ratings of multiple comments received during a historical live event, and can filter out comments with content ratings above a threshold from the multiple comments. Accordingly, server 130 can use interface 200B to provide a review of such comments.

[0049] It should be understood that such a first model can be implemented using any appropriate known model for determining the content rating of a review, and the present disclosure is not intended to be limited thereto.

[0050] Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the efficiency of users viewing comments in historical live events by providing users with comment screening based on the content evaluation of the comments.

[0051] In some embodiments, the preset condition may include that the relevance of the comment to the preset tag is higher than a third threshold. For example, the relevance is determined by the terminal device 110 or the server 130 by processing the comment using the second model.

[0052] In some embodiments, such a preset tag may be related to the live broadcast room or a historical live broadcast event. For example, if the live broadcast room category is product promotion, or the historical live broadcast event is about product promotion, such a preset tag may be, for example, "Product Consultation." It should be understood that such preset tags may also be different depending on the live broadcast room category or the historical live broadcast event topic.

[0053] Furthermore, the server 130 can use a relevance determination model to determine the relevance of multiple comments in the historical live broadcast event with the preset tag, and can filter out comments with relevance higher than a threshold from the multiple comments. Accordingly, the server 130 can use interface 200B to provide a review of such comments.

[0054] It should be understood that such a second model can be implemented using a known model to determine the relevance between comments and preset tags, and the present disclosure is not intended to be limited in this regard.

[0055] Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the efficiency of users viewing comments in historical live events by providing users with filtering based on the topics involved in the comments.

[0056] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may display a group of comments associated with the same user in a first mode, such that some of the content in the group of comments is hidden. As shown in FIG2B , in interface 200B, the terminal device 110 may, for example, display multiple comments 210 from "User A" in a collapsed manner. The terminal device 110 may also provide, for example, an entry 215 for expanding and displaying multiple comments.

[0057] For example, after receiving a trigger operation (also referred to as a second operation) on entry 215, terminal device 110 may display the set of comments 210 in the second mode. For example, as shown in FIG2C , terminal device 110 may expand and display all comments in the set of comments 210, such as comment 235, comment 240, and comment 245. Accordingly, the user may also, for example, click "Collapse" to continue displaying the set of comments in the first mode.

[0058] By aggregating multiple comments by user, the embodiments of the present disclosure can further assist users in perceiving audience users who are actively interacting in historical live events, and can more efficiently assist users (e.g., anchors) in obtaining information such as the interaction needs of such audience users.

[0059] FIG2D shows an example target interface 200D according to some other embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, after receiving a selection of the entry 205, the terminal device 110 may display the interface 200D as shown in FIG2D.

[0060] 2D , the terminal device 110 may display at least one tag associated with multiple comments or at least one filtered comment in the historical live event in the interface 200D, for example, tag 250. Such tags may be associated with different topics, for example.

[0061] In some embodiments, such a tag 250 may be, for example, a preset tag associated with a live broadcast room or a historical live broadcast event. Such a preset tag may be, for example, a general tag, such as "live content." For example, if a comment involves a discussion of the live content of a live broadcast room, it may be determined to match the tag "live content."

[0062] As another example, such preset tags may also be preset tags corresponding to a live broadcast room or live broadcast event. If the live broadcast room category is product promotion, or the historical live broadcast event is about product promotion, such preset tags may include one or more preset tags associated with product promotion, such as "product consultation" and "after-sales service."

[0063] In some embodiments, such tags may also be determined by processing multiple comments or at least one filtered comment in a historical live event. For example, the server 130 may determine one or more tags by clustering multiple comments or at least one comment that satisfies a preset condition among the multiple comments.

[0064] In some embodiments, such tags 250 may also be determined based on configuration information associated with the live broadcast room, for example. The terminal device 110 may obtain configuration information indicating a set of tags.

[0065] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may receive a first configuration operation from a target user associated with the live broadcast room and determine configuration information accordingly. Such a target user may include, for example, a host user or manager of the live broadcast room.

[0066] In some embodiments, the first configuration operation may, for example, instruct to select a set of tags from a set of preset tags. For example, the terminal device 110 may receive a selection by the host user of one or more tags from the set of preset tags for filtering multiple comments received in a historical live event.

[0067] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may receive a second configuration operation from a target user associated with the live broadcast room and determine configuration information accordingly.

[0068] In some embodiments, the second configuration operation instructs modifying at least one preset tag and / or creating at least one new tag to determine a set of tags. For example, using FIG. 2D as an example, interface 200D may also provide an entry for modifying an existing tag or creating a new tag. Accordingly, after the target user completes such a modification or creation operation, the tag information in interface 200D may be updated accordingly.

[0069] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may receive a third configuration operation from a target user associated with the live broadcast room and determine configuration information accordingly.

[0070] In some embodiments, the third configuration operation may be used, for example, to indicate a scene associated with the live broadcast room. Furthermore, the terminal device 110 may determine a corresponding set of tags based on the indicated scene. For example, the terminal device 110 may receive a message from the anchor user indicating that the live broadcast room scene is "e-commerce," and accordingly determine a set of tags that matches the "e-commerce" scene.

[0071] Based on this approach, the embodiments of the present disclosure can further support tags corresponding to the live broadcast room customizer to filter the comment content in historical live broadcast events, thereby improving the efficiency of obtaining comment content.

[0072] Accordingly, after determining the group of tags, the electronic device 110 may present or update an interface 200D as shown in FIG. 2D , so as to display at least one comment in the historical live event that matches at least one tag in the group of tags in the interface 200D.

[0073] In some examples, interface 200D may, for example, display comments matching any tag in the set of tags by default (e.g., corresponding to the "All" option). Alternatively, interface 200D may also display comments matching one or more selected tags (e.g., tag 250).

[0074] 2D , the terminal device 110 may further display the number of comments associated with at least one tag 250 in association with at least one tag 250. Thus, the embodiments of the present disclosure can facilitate users to perceive the main topics involved in the comments in the historical live events.

[0075] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 displays at least one tag 250 in the interface 200D only when the number of comments associated with at least one tag 250 in the multiple comments or at least one comment exceeds a threshold. For example, the server 130 may maintain multiple preset tags for the live broadcast room or historical live broadcast event. However, some preset tags may not match many comments. In this case, to further improve the user's information acquisition efficiency, the terminal device 110 may not display tags with fewer comments than the preset value.

[0076] In some embodiments, the display style of at least one label 250 in interface 200D may also change based on the user's operation of viewing comments. For example, when the user swipes up on interface 200D to view more comments, terminal device 110 may only display the first row of labels. Conversely, when the user swipes down on interface 200D, terminal device 110 may restore the display to all labels 250.

[0077] 2D , upon receiving a selection of a target tag (eg, tag 1 ) among the at least one tag 250 , the terminal device 110 may present an interface 200E as shown in FIG. 2E .

[0078] In the interface 200E, the terminal device 110 may display a plurality of comments or a group of comments associated with the target tag (eg, tag 1 ) among at least one comment, for example, comment 210 , comment 255 , and comment 260 .

[0079] Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure can classify the topics involved in the comments in the historical live events, thereby helping users to more efficiently locate comments related to specific content topics.

[0080] In some embodiments, the display order of comments 210, comments 255, and comments 260 in interface 200E may be determined based on the relevance of the group of comments to the target tag (e.g., tag 1). For example, a comment 210 with a higher relevance may have a higher display priority.

[0081] In some embodiments, the terminal device 110 may also support the user to provide feedback on the comments. For example, the terminal device 110 may receive a selection of a target comment in the group of comments and accordingly generate feedback information for the target comment, the feedback information relating to the correlation between the target comment and the target tag.

[0082] Taking FIG2E as an example, terminal device 110 may select comment 255 and comment 260 and trigger a feedback control to instruct terminal device 110 to generate feedback information regarding the low relevance of comments 255 and 260 to "Tag 1." Such feedback information may be provided to server 130, for example, to further optimize the second model described above.

[0083] 2B to 2E , the terminal device 110 may also display an entry for initiating a conversation in association with at least one comment. Taking FIG. 2B as an example, the terminal device 110 may provide an entry 220 in association with the comment 210 .

[0084] After receiving the selection of the entry 220 , the terminal device 110 may display an interface 200F as shown in FIG2F , for example. In the interface 200F, the terminal device 110 may display a conversation interface 265 of the conversation with “user A” who posted the comment 210 .

[0085] Furthermore, as shown in FIG2F , the terminal device 110 may also display a message 270 sent to "User A" in a conversation interface 265. For example, when the current user (e.g., the host) perceives a specific interaction need from "User A" through a review of comments, the terminal device 110 may enable the current user to quickly initiate a conversation with "User A" to promptly respond to such interaction need.

[0086] In some embodiments, to facilitate the user's understanding of the topic involved in the current conversation, such a message 270 may also indicate a reference to at least one comment from "User A", thereby improving the efficiency of information interaction in the conversation.

[0087] The display logic of target interface 200B or target interface 200D is described above in conjunction with portal 205 shown in FIG2A . In some embodiments, terminal device 110 may further display target interface 200B or 200D associated with a historical live broadcast event of the live broadcast room based on an appropriate type of viewing request from a specific user associated with the live broadcast room (e.g., a host user or an administrator user).

[0088] As an example, the terminal device 110 may also provide an entry for accessing the target interface in other appropriate interfaces. The host user may trigger the display of the target interface by selecting the entry, for example.

[0089] Based on the interaction process described above, the embodiments of the present disclosure can provide a review of comments on historical live events and can present filtered comments, thereby improving the efficiency of obtaining comments.

[0090] Example Process

[0091] FIG3A shows a flow chart of an example information display process 300A according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Process 300A can be implemented at a terminal device 110 associated with a user of a live studio (e.g., a host, a user participating in a live event, or an audience member). Process 300A is described below with reference to FIG1 .

[0092] As shown in FIG. 3A , in block 310 , the terminal device 110 displays a target interface associated with a historical live broadcast event of the live broadcast room, wherein the live broadcast room received multiple comments during the historical live broadcast event.
