[0027] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0028] The bag or purse with a decorative element comprises in its upper part a decorative element in the shape of a hand such that its fingers are malleable, passing from a folded position against the body (3) to an extended position protruding from the bag.

[0029] In one embodiment, the fingers (2) are made up of at least one wire (2.1) covered by a flexible material representing the aesthetics of a finger. Sometimes they may be more than one wire, for example two or three wires twisted together, similar to the wires used in the brushes used to clean flutes.

[0030] Preferably, the hand (1) will be the closing element of the mouth of the bag, such that the ends of the fingers (2) have a means of connection with the body (3). As an additional closing element, the mouth may have a zipper.

CLAIMS 1.- Bag or wallet with a decorative element consisting of at least one body (3) configured to house different articles, characterized in that it comprises in its upper part a decorative element in the form of a hand (1) in such a way that its fingers (2) are malleable, passing from a folded position against the body (3) to an extended position protruding from the bag. 2.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 1, characterized in that the fingers (2) are made up of at least one wire (2.1) covered by a flexible material representing the aesthetics of a finger. 3.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 1, characterized in that the hand (1) is the closing element of the mouth of the bag, such that the ends of the fingers (2) have a means of connection with the body (3). 4.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 3, characterized in that the joining means are brackets (4). 5.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 3, characterized in that the joining means are magnetic buttons. 6.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 1, characterized in that the fingers (2) have nails (5). 7.- Bag or wallet with decorative element, according to claim 1, characterized in that the thumb and the little finger have a ring (6).
