Abstract
Description
[0001] MOVING PACKAGING TABLE SYSTEM
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The invention relates to a packaging table system used in the packaging process of cargo to be delivered to the final receiver in logistic warehouses.
[0004] The invention particularly relates to a packaging table system that enables packaging by reaching the shelf system ergonomically by moving it forward and backward on the rails.
[0005] State of Art
[0006] In logistics, storage is receiving the products or loads coming from certain points, preserving them for a certain period of time and preparing them to be sent to certain points.
[0007] Storage mainly includes controlling, receiving, placing, counting, collecting, checking and sending activities. The warehouse is a center where added-value is produced and makes a significant contribution to shortening shipping times and reducing customer order times. Warehouses are intermediate points that play a strategic role in performing a whole series of activities from the raw material stage of the products to the production environment, from there to consumption centers and distribution. Warehouses are of great importance for suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Storage activities generally include these steps: Planning the arrival time of trucks, trailers, containers and similar transportation vehicles to the warehouse, arrival and unloading of the vehicle, entering the product into the warehouse, placing it on the shelf and then preparing it in accordance with customer orders, leaving the warehouse, loading the product onto the vehicle, shipping and customer delivery.
[0008] In the present art, packaging tables are used to package the products on the shelves in the warehouse. These tables are fixed structure and require the user to move each product to the shelf for packaging. On the other hand, these fixed tables are heavy in structure and have poor ergonomics. The weight of existing packaging tables is 110kg and the weight goes up to 130kg with equipment located on them. During packaging, products may fall into the paper bin. In addition, bubble papers used in product packaging must be provided from a remote location in the work area. Therefore, in the known state of the art, there is a loss of labor and time due to the fact that the packaging tables are not ergonomic.
[0009] As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have required a development in the relevant technical field.
[0010] Object of the Invention
[0011] The present invention relates to a moving packaging table system that eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0012] The main object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system that allows packaging to be achieved by ergonomically reaching the shelf system by moving it forward and backward on the rails.
[0013] The object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system that eliminates the loss of labor and time during packaging by means of the movement of the packaging table on the edge of the shelf system where the products are located.
[0014] Another object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system that allows the worker that makes packaging to easily access all the equipment he / she needs during work.
[0015] Another object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system with a lightweight table by means of being made of plastic-coated hollow pipes and plywood material.
[0016] Another object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system that prevents the products from falling into the bin during packaging by positioning the paper bin under the table top and integrating it into the table so that it can be opened and closed via the lid on the table top.
[0017] Another object of the invention is to provide a packaging table system that eliminates the problem of supplying bubble papers from a remote location in the work area by ensuring that the bubble paper used in the packaging process is placed on the packaging table and used practically by cutting it to the desired size by the worker with a curved knife on the table.
[0018] In order to achieve all the objects that are stated above and can be derived from the detailed description, the invention is a packaging table system comprising a shelf system with products on it, used in the packaging process of cargoes to be delivered to the final receiver in logistics warehouses, comprising the following: a slide located on the floor next to the shelf system, a table having a frame consisting of pipes joined together and having a upper table on it, having mutually fixed wheels on one side of the lower surface of said frame and slide wheels on the other side, bedding on the slide by means of said slide wheels and that moves back and forth on the slide, allowing the products on the shelf system to be packed by the workers
[0019] The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation needs to be made by taking these figures and detailed description into consideration.

[0031] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0032] In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the packaging table system, which is subject of the invention, are described only for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that does not form any limiting effect.
[0033] Figure 1 shows a top view of the packaging table system, which is subject of the invention. Accordingly, the packaging table system, in its most basic form, comprises a shelf system (10) with products on it, a slide (20) located on the floor next to the shelf system (10), a table (30), which moves back and forth on the slide (20) and enables workers to package the products on the shelf system (10), a moving cable channel (40) located next to the slide (20) and providing energy to the electronic devices used on the table (30).
[0034] The shelf system (10) in the logistic warehouse, seen in Figure 2, is the section where the products to be packaged according to customer orders are stored. A slide (20) is placed on the floor next to the shelf system (10).
[0035] A table (30) is placed on the slide (20) for packaging the products in the shelf system (10). Said table (30) is supported on the slide (20) by means of slide wheels (36) located opposite each other on one side of its lower surface, and moves back and forth on the slide (20). Thus, the table (30) can be moved to the side of the shelf system (10) and the products to be packaged can be accessed ergonomically by the worker at the table.
[0036] The table (30) seen in Figure 3 basically has a frame (31 ) consisting of pipes (32) joined together by the pipe clamping device (33). Said piper (32) are made of plastic- coated hollow aluminum material. An upper table (34) is placed on the frame (31), which forms the working area of the table. The upper table (34) is preferably made of plywood material.
[0037] Fixed wheels (35) are fixed to one side of the lower surface of the frame (31 ) mutually via the wheel connection apparatus (37), and slide wheels (36) are fixed to the other side mutually via the wheel connection apparatus (37).
[0038] There is a lower table (38) at the bottom of the frame (31). Said lower table (38) is preferably made of plywood material and is the area where the bin (310) and the computer case (327) are placed. In order to access the bin, there is a lid (311 ) on the upper table (34) that opens and closes. At least one drawer (39) is placed under the lower table (38).
[0039] There is an intermediate holder pipe (312) on the underside of the upper table (34), between the frame (31). This intermediate holder pipe (312) allows the installation of bubble paper (313), which is in roll form and used in product packaging. In order to cut the bubble paper (313) according to the sizes of the product to be packaged, there is a cutting mechanism (314) in the form of a slide on the upper table (34) and a curved knife (315) that moves on the cutting mechanism (314) and cuts the bubble paper (313). In order to prevent the upper table (34) from being damaged while cutting the bubble paper (313), a plastic base plate (316) is placed on the upper table (34).
[0040] A back table (317) extending upwards is placed at the back side of the frame (31 ). At least one bracket (318) and box (319) are connected to the back table (317). Barcode rolls and / or different materials can be hung on the bracket (318) that made of metal. The metal box (319) is the section where the materials used in packaging are stored.
[0041] There is a hand terminal holder (320) on the back table (317), which allows positioning and charging of the hand terminal used in warehouse operations. At the same time, at least one shelf (321) and at least one slide stand (322) are placed on the back table (317). The monitor (323) and barcode printer (326) are placed on the shelf (321 ). The slide stand (322) opens and closes by moving back and forth. The keyboard (324) and mouse (325) are placed on the slide stand (322).
[0042] In the packaging table system, which is subject of the invention, the table (30) is moved back and forth on the slide (20) and the products in the shelf system (10) are taken by the worker and packaged on the table (30).
[0043] Next to the slide (20), there is a moving cable channel (40) that provides energy to the electronic devices used on the table (30).
