Abstract
Description
Method and device for providing delivery business information
[0001] Embodiments of the present specification relate to a method and device for providing delivery business information.
[0002] As internet use becomes more widespread, the e-commerce market is expanding. Particularly in response to the spread of infectious diseases, the proportion of people visiting offline stores to purchase products is decreasing. Meanwhile, the proportion of people purchasing products through e-commerce using computers or smartphones or ordering food through food delivery services is rapidly increasing.
[0003] As the purchase of items through e-commerce increases, the demand for delivery agents to deliver purchased products to consumers' addresses is also rapidly increasing. Delivery agents can be either directly employed by e-commerce service providers or third-party (3) agents contracted with e-commerce service providers. rd This may include delivery drivers hired by third parties. Meanwhile, with the increasing demand for delivery, and the need to quickly handle additional delivery volumes that arise due to various factors such as seasonal changes, trends, and special events, there is a need to effectively utilize delivery drivers hired by third parties.
[0004] Typically, delivery drivers hired by third parties receive delivery assignments from a third-party manager (also known as a vendor). It is crucial for e-commerce service providers to promptly and accurately provide real-time delivery information to the third-party manager, enabling the third-party manager to promptly recruit the delivery drivers required for the assigned delivery tasks. To achieve this, the e-commerce service provider must request the third-party manager to delegate delivery assignments to the third-party delivery drivers and, upon the third-party manager's approval, provide the delivery drivers with information about the delivery tasks. If this delivery task information system is not properly established, delivery drivers may fail to successfully complete delivery assignments due to factors such as failure to follow instructions from the manager, even if they are willing to perform the tasks. In particular, when there is an additional delivery volume and a promotion is run for it, delivery personnel are highly preferred because they can earn additional revenue through the promotion by handling the delivery work for the additional delivery volume. However, there is a problem that work delegation and allocation are often not properly carried out due to omissions or delays in information transmission between e-commerce service providers, third-party managers, and delivery personnel.
[0005] Prior art literature related to the present disclosure includes Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1267525.
[0006] The embodiment of the present specification is proposed to solve the above-described problem, and the purpose is to prevent delivery assignment failure or delay due to the manager's omission of delivery work transmission in the middle process by having an electronic device transmit a delivery agent assignment delegation request for multiple delivery tasks to a manager terminal, receive approval for delegation for some delivery tasks from the manager terminal, and transmit the approved delivery task information to the delivery agent terminal, and to improve the job satisfaction of the manager and the delivery agent by allowing the manager to easily select an appropriate delivery task and an appropriate delivery agent.
[0007] The technical problems to be achieved in the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present invention belongs from the description below.
[0008] In order to achieve the above-described task, a method for providing delivery work information of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is characterized by including the steps of: confirming information on a plurality of delivery tasks; providing a delivery agent assignment delegation request for a plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of an administrator; obtaining delegation approval information for a subset of the plurality of delivery tasks corresponding to the delivery agent assignment delegation request from the terminal of the administrator; and providing information on a subset of the plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of a first delivery agent associated with the administrator based on the delegation approval information.
[0009] According to one embodiment, the delivery agent assignment delegation request is characterized in that it is provided through a first page that includes information about at least one of a delivery schedule, a delivery camp, and a delivery route for a plurality of delivery tasks for which delivery agent assignment is required.
[0010] In one embodiment, the first page further includes a list of a plurality of delivery agents contracted with the delivery camp, and the delegation approval information is characterized in that it includes information of a first delivery agent selected by the administrator from the list.
[0011] In one embodiment, the step of providing a request for delegating delivery agent assignment includes the step of checking the work history of a plurality of delivery agents; and the step of excluding from the list delivery agents whose work history does not meet the work assignment requirements according to an input of an administrator corresponding to the first page.
[0012] In one embodiment, the step of obtaining delegation approval information includes the step of checking the task difficulty of a delivery route of a plurality of delivery tasks; and the step of excluding, from a subset, delivery tasks having a task difficulty exceeding a threshold value, based on an input from an administrator.
[0013] According to one embodiment, the delegation approval information includes fee information for a plurality of delivery tasks set by the administrator, and the fee information includes a distribution ratio between the administrator and the first delivery agent for the fees for the plurality of delivery tasks.
[0014] According to one embodiment, a method for providing delivery work information of an electronic device further comprises the steps of: obtaining work application information for a subset from a terminal of a first delivery person; and assigning at least a portion of the subset to the first delivery person based on the work application information.
[0015] In one embodiment, the step of providing information about a subset of a plurality of delivery tasks includes the step of providing a second page for the first delivery agent to apply for at least some of the subset, wherein the second page includes a list of delivery tasks corresponding to the subset and information about expected delivery tasks of the first delivery agent for a certain period of time in the future.
[0016] According to one embodiment, if the number of expected delivery tasks of the first delivery agent is less than a threshold, the display of the delivery task list is omitted on the second page.
[0017] According to one embodiment, a first delivery task included in a delivery task list includes a plurality of objects corresponding to a plurality of delivery types that can be selected by a first delivery person, and the plurality of delivery types are characterized in that they are determined based on a pickup deadline at a delivery camp of the first delivery task and a delivery deadline at a delivery destination.
[0018] According to one embodiment, the delivery task list further includes a unit price per delivery for the first delivery task, and the unit price per delivery is displayed differently depending on the input of the first delivery agent corresponding to the plurality of objects, and the unit price per delivery displayed when the first delivery agent selects all of the plurality of delivery types is higher than the unit price per delivery displayed when the first delivery agent selects only one of the plurality of delivery types.
[0019] According to one embodiment, the step of providing a second page is characterized by including the steps of calculating a product of the total number of deliveries and the unit delivery price per delivery for each delivery task in the delivery task list; checking the maximum value of the calculated product for the delivery task list; providing a push message including the maximum value to the terminal of the first delivery person; and providing the second page in response to an input of the first delivery person corresponding to the push message.
[0020] According to one embodiment, a method for providing delivery work information of an electronic device is characterized by further comprising: a step of transmitting work application information to a terminal of an administrator; a step of obtaining assignment cancellation information for a second delivery work included in the work application information from the terminal of the administrator based on information on a plurality of delivery work and the work application information; and a step of canceling assignment of the second delivery work to a first delivery person based on the assignment cancellation information.
[0021] An electronic device providing delivery work information according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is characterized by including: a memory storing at least one command; and a processor executing at least one command to check information on a plurality of delivery tasks, provide a delivery agent assignment delegation request for the plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of a manager, obtain delegation approval information for a subset of the plurality of delivery tasks corresponding to the delivery agent assignment delegation request from the terminal of the manager, and provide information on the subset of the plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of a first delivery agent associated with the manager based on the delegation approval information.
[0022] A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, which when executed by a processor cause the processor to perform a method for providing delivery task information, the method comprising: checking information on a plurality of delivery tasks; providing a delivery agent assignment delegation request for a plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of a manager; obtaining delegation approval information for a subset of the plurality of delivery tasks corresponding to the delivery agent assignment delegation request from the terminal of the manager; and providing information on the subset of the plurality of delivery tasks to a terminal of a first delivery agent associated with the manager based on the delegation approval information.
[0023] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when recruiting delivery workers to assign delivery tasks, instead of having a third-party manager provide information about the delivery tasks to the delivery workers, the electronic device sends a request for delegation of delivery task assignment to the third-party manager, obtains delegation approval information including the scope of the delivery tasks for which delegation is approved by the third-party manager and the scope of the delivery workers to whom the delivery task information will be delivered, and based on this, directly provides the delivery task information to the delivery worker's terminal. This direct transmission of delivery task information from the electronic device to the delivery worker's terminal can prevent delivery assignment failures or delays due to the manager's omission of delivery task delivery during the intermediate process, and can contribute to improving job satisfaction of both the manager and the delivery worker by allowing the manager to easily select appropriate delivery tasks and suitable delivery workers.
[0024] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device provides a user interface that allows the administrator to collectively remove delivery tasks or delivery personnel that do not meet delivery assignment requirements from the delivery task assignment target without having to individually check information about the delivery tasks or delivery personnel, thereby promoting the administrator's convenience and ensuring that the optimal delivery personnel are assigned to each delivery task, thereby reducing the probability of misdelivery due to inappropriate delivery personnel assignment.
[0025] The effects that can be obtained from the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below.

[0042] FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of a delivery business information provision system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0043] Referring to FIG. 1, a delivery service information providing system (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an electronic device (110), an administrator terminal (120), and a delivery agent terminal (130). According to one embodiment, the delivery service information providing system may further include a camp terminal (not shown).
[0044] In one embodiment, the electronic device (110) may be included in a service server providing an e-commerce or food delivery brokerage service. The electronic device (110) may communicate with at least one of an administrator terminal (120) and a delivery agent terminal (130) and provide each terminal with information related to the e-commerce or food delivery brokerage service, information related to delivery operations, and the like.
[0045] In one embodiment, the administrator terminal (120) may include a terminal used by an administrator who issues delivery work instructions to a delivery person. In one embodiment, the administrator terminal (120) may include a terminal used by a third-party administrator who provides delivery services, and the third party may provide delivery services through a contract with an e-commerce service provider. In one embodiment, the administrator terminal (120) may receive a message including a delivery person assignment delegation request from the electronic device (110) and may enter a page where the scope of work for approving delivery person assignment delegation of the electronic device (110) can be set through a link included in the message. In one embodiment, the page may be provided in the form of a WebView on a message application. The administrator terminal (120) may be a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet PC, or a static device such as a desktop PC. Any device that can install and execute an application that receives messages from the electronic device (110) may be used as the administrator terminal (120) without limitation.
[0046] In one embodiment, the delivery agent terminal (130) may include a terminal used by a delivery agent who receives delivery work instructions from an e-commerce service provider or manager and performs delivery work. In one embodiment, the delivery agent using the delivery agent terminal (130) may be a delivery agent hired by a third-party providing delivery services, and the delivery agent terminal (130) may be installed with an application that can obtain information related to delivery work from the e-commerce service provider or the third-party manager. The delivery agent terminal (130) may check delivery work information through the application and apply for delivery work that the delivery agent wishes to perform. The delivery agent terminal (130) may be a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet PC, or a static device such as a desktop PC, and any device that can install and execute an application that provides delivery work information may be used as the delivery agent terminal (130) without limitation.
[0047] In one embodiment, the electronic device (110) may verify information on a plurality of delivery tasks, provide a delivery agent assignment delegation request for the plurality of delivery tasks to the administrator terminal (120), obtain delegation approval information for a subset of the plurality of delivery tasks corresponding to the delivery agent assignment delegation request from the administrator terminal (120), and provide information on the subset of the plurality of delivery tasks to the delivery agent terminal (130) associated with the administrator based on the delegation approval information. In one embodiment, the electronic device (110) may obtain task application information for the subset from the delivery agent terminal (130), and assign at least a portion of the subset to a delivery agent based on the task application information. A method for the electronic device (110) to provide delivery task information will be described in more detail below with reference to FIG. 2.
[0048]
[0049] FIG. 2 is a sequence diagram illustrating information exchange and corresponding operations of each node related to a method for providing delivery business information according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The administrator terminal, electronic device, and first delivery agent terminal illustrated in FIG. 2 may each include the administrator terminal (120), electronic device (110), and delivery agent terminal (130) illustrated in FIG. 1 .
[0050] Referring to Figure 2, in step 205, the electronic device can check information regarding multiple delivery tasks. In one embodiment, the multiple delivery tasks may be delivery tasks for additional delivery volumes resulting from various factors, such as seasonal changes, trends, or special events. These may be delivery tasks subject to promotions offering higher delivery prices compared to regular delivery tasks. Information regarding the multiple delivery tasks may include information regarding the delivery camp managing the delivery tasks, delivery date and time information, delivery volume information, and delivery price information.
[0051] In step 210, the electronic device may provide the administrator terminal with a request for delegation of delivery agent assignment for multiple delivery tasks. To recruit delivery agents to assign multiple delivery tasks, the electronic device may send a message requesting delivery agent assignment to the administrator of a third-party delivery company contracted with the service provider. At this time, the electronic device may request the e-commerce service provider to delegate the delivery agent assignment task, previously performed by the administrator, to the e-commerce service provider to effectively provide information on multiple delivery tasks and expedite the recruitment of delivery agents. Upon the administrator's approval, the electronic device may transmit information on multiple delivery tasks to delivery agents designated by the administrator and prompt them to apply for delivery tasks.
[0052] In one embodiment, a request for delegation of delivery agent assignment may be provided through a first page (e.g., pages 310, 320, 330a, 330b, 340a, 340b of FIGS. 3A to 3D ) that includes information on at least one of a delivery schedule, a delivery camp, and a delivery route for a plurality of delivery tasks for which delivery agent assignment is required. In one embodiment, the electronic device may provide a delivery agent assignment delegation request message that includes a link to the first page to an administrator terminal, and the administrator may click the link in the message to enter the first page that includes information on the plurality of delivery tasks on the administrator terminal. Through the first page, the administrator may confirm information on the delivery tasks for which the electronic device has requested delivery agent assignment delegation, and determine a delivery agent group for which the electronic device will be provided with a scope of tasks for which delegation of delivery agent assignment is to be approved, and an application page for delivery tasks for which delegation has been approved.
[0053] In step 215, the electronic device may obtain delegation approval information for a subset of multiple delivery tasks corresponding to the delivery agent assignment delegation request from the administrator terminal. In one embodiment, the administrator terminal may generate delegation approval information based on data entered by the administrator on the first page and transmit it to the electronic device. The delegation approval information may include a subset of multiple delivery tasks for which the administrator has approved delegation of delivery agent assignment among the multiple delivery tasks, and the subset of the multiple delivery tasks may represent a set of delivery tasks for which the administrator has approved delegation of delivery agent assignment among the multiple delivery tasks.
[0054] In one embodiment, the first page may further include a list of multiple delivery agents contracted with the delivery camp, and the delegation approval information may include information about a first delivery agent selected by the administrator from the list. The administrator may check information such as work history, evaluation information, working hours, preferred regions, and error history of the multiple delivery agents contracted with (or affiliated with) the delivery camp managing delivery work through the list of delivery agents. Based on this, the administrator may select the first delivery agent to whom the delivery job application page will be forwarded, and the information about the first delivery agent may be included in the delegation approval information. For example, if the administrator determines through the information in the delivery agent list that a specific delivery agent is a beginner with limited work history, a delivery agent evaluated to have a high number of errors, or a delivery agent whose current workload is too high to handle additional delivery volume, the administrator may decide not to forward the delivery job application page to that delivery agent.
[0055] In one embodiment, the electronic device providing a request for delegation of delivery agent assignment may include the electronic device checking the work history of multiple delivery agents and, based on an input from an administrator corresponding to the first page, excluding delivery agents whose work history does not meet the assignment requirements from the list. The assignment requirements may be set by at least one of the e-commerce service provider and the administrator, and may be set as various conditions, such as having at least three years of work experience, having fewer than five misdeliveries, and having fewer than 100 delivery tasks currently in charge. The administrator may check the list of delivery agents on the first page and, if they determine that some of the delivery agents do not meet the requirements for assigning additional delivery tasks, remove them from the list by clicking them individually. However, for the administrator's convenience, the electronic device may, based on an input from the administrator (e.g., clicking a filter button), exclude delivery agents whose work history does not meet the preset assignment requirements from the list of delivery agents and display them to the administrator.
[0056] In one embodiment, the electronic device obtaining authorization information may include the electronic device checking the difficulty of delivery routes for multiple delivery tasks and, based on input from an administrator, excluding from a subset delivery tasks with a difficulty exceeding a threshold. For example, the administrator may check the delivery routes (i.e., information related to the path between the delivery camp and the delivery destination) for multiple delivery tasks on the first page and decide to collectively exclude from the subset delivery tasks with high difficulty due to tight delivery deadlines, inconvenient transportation, low residential density, etc.
[0057] In this way, the electronic device provides a user interface that allows the administrator to collectively remove delivery tasks or delivery personnel that do not meet delivery assignment requirements from the delivery task assignment target without having to individually check information about the delivery tasks or delivery personnel, thereby promoting the administrator's convenience and ensuring that the optimal delivery personnel are assigned to each delivery task, which can reduce the probability of misdelivery due to inappropriate delivery personnel assignment.
[0058] Additional information exchange methods through the first exemplary page will be described later with reference to FIGS. 3a to 3c.
[0059] In step 220, the electronic device may provide information about a subset of multiple delivery tasks to the first delivery agent terminal based on the delegation approval information. In one embodiment, the first delivery agent may be one or more delivery agents hired by a third party, and the third party administrator may select the subset of multiple delivery tasks to be delivered through the first page. The first delivery agent may check the information about the subset of multiple delivery tasks through the first delivery agent terminal and request one or more delivery tasks from among the subsets that the first delivery agent wishes to perform.
[0060] In one embodiment, the electronic device providing information about a subset of multiple delivery tasks may include providing a second page for the first delivery person to apply for at least some of the subset, wherein the second page may include a list of delivery tasks corresponding to the subset and information about the first delivery person's expected delivery tasks for a certain period of time in the future. The second page may be provided, for example, in a form such as page (420) of FIG. 4B . The first delivery person may check the list of delivery tasks (e.g., area (422) of FIG. 4B ) on the second page through the first delivery person terminal, select a delivery task he or she wishes to perform from the list, and apply for the delivery task through the second page. In addition, the second page may include an area (e.g., area (421) of FIG. 4B ) displaying the first delivery person's expected delivery tasks for a certain period of time in the future, through which the first delivery person may check his or her current assigned workload and consider whether he or she has the capacity to apply for additional tasks.
[0061] Additional information exchange methods through the second exemplary page will be described later with reference to FIGS. 4a to 4f.
[0062] In step 225, the electronic device may obtain job application information for a subset from the first delivery agent terminal. In one embodiment, when the first delivery agent applies for a desired delivery job through the second page provided to the first delivery agent terminal, the first delivery agent terminal may generate job application information and provide it to the electronic device.
[0063] In step 230, the electronic device may assign at least a portion of the subset to the first delivery agent based on the job application information. In one embodiment, the electronic device may identify one or more delivery tasks applied for by the first delivery agent among the subsets of multiple delivery tasks and assign one or more delivery tasks to the first delivery agent. In one embodiment, if two or more delivery agents apply for the same delivery task, the electronic device may assign the delivery task to the delivery agent who applied first among the two or more delivery agents. In this case, a delivery agent who applied late and was not assigned the delivery task may be provided with information via a second page that the delivery task has been closed due to an earlier application by another delivery agent. This will be described later with reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C .
[0064] In this way, when recruiting delivery workers to assign delivery tasks, rather than having a third-party manager provide information about the delivery task to the delivery worker, the electronic device sends a request for delegation of delivery task assignment to the third-party manager, obtains delegation approval information from the third-party manager, including the scope of the delivery task for which delegation is approved and the scope of the delivery worker to whom the delivery task information will be delivered, and based on this, directly provides the delivery task information to the delivery worker's terminal. This direct transmission of delivery task information from the electronic device to the delivery worker's terminal can prevent delivery assignment failures or delays due to the manager's omission in delivering the delivery task during the intermediate process, and can contribute to improving job satisfaction of both the manager and the delivery worker by allowing the manager to easily select appropriate delivery tasks and suitable delivery workers.
[0065] In one embodiment, the method for providing delivery work information by an electronic device may further include, in addition to steps 205 to 230, a step of transmitting work application information of a first delivery person to an administrator terminal, a step of obtaining assignment cancellation information for a second delivery person included in the work application information from the administrator terminal based on information about a plurality of delivery tasks and the work application information, and a step of canceling assignment of the second delivery person to the first delivery person based on the assignment cancellation information. The administrator terminal receives the work application information of the first delivery person from the electronic device, monitors the work application status of delivery people employed by third parties in real time, and may request the electronic device to cancel assignments based on work applications of some delivery people, if necessary. Through this process, the electronic device can more easily enable the administrator to manage the workload of delivery people.
[0066]
[0067] FIGS. 3A to 3D are diagrams illustrating an information provision aspect of a first page provided to an administrator terminal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the first page may be a page provided for requesting delivery agent assignment delegation for multiple delivery tasks of an electronic device, and the administrator may determine the delivery schedule, fee, and delivery route of the delivery task for which delivery agent assignment delegation is to be approved through the first page, and select a delivery agent to whom information of the approved delivery task will be delivered. According to an embodiment, the first page may be provided to the administrator terminal as at least one of the pages (310, 320, 330a, 330b, 340a, 340b) of FIGS. 3A to 3D, and these pages may be provided as different areas of the same page, or at least partially provided as different pages.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 3A, a page (310) is illustrated for an administrator to select a schedule for a delivery task for which delegation of delivery agent assignment is to be approved among multiple delivery tasks. The administrator can check the delivery schedule (e.g., date, time (day or night)) of the delivery task shown on page (310) and information on the delivery camp (e.g., Namyangju 3, Songpa 5, Seongdong 1, etc.) managing the delivery task, and select a delivery schedule for which a request for delegation of delivery agent assignment is to be approved on an electronic device. The selected delivery schedule may be included in the delegation approval information and transmitted to the electronic device. In one embodiment, all delivery schedules on page (310) may be provided to the administrator terminal in a selected state, and the administrator may select a delivery schedule for which approval is to be denied and exclude it from the approval target.
[0069] Referring to FIG. 3B, a page (320) is illustrated for setting a commission for a delivery task for which the administrator approves delegation of delivery agent assignment among multiple delivery tasks. In one embodiment, the delegation approval information includes commission information for multiple delivery tasks set by the administrator, and the commission information may include a distribution ratio between the administrator and the first delivery agent for the commission for the multiple delivery tasks. The commission may refer to a portion of the delivery price that the administrator receives from the e-commerce service provider for the delivery agent performing the delivery task. The administrator may set the commission as a per-unit amount (e.g., 100 won per unit) or as a percentage of the total delivery price (e.g., 10%). When the administrator sets the commission, the remaining amount, excluding the commission to be paid to the administrator, may be displayed on the delivery agent's terminal as the delivery price.
[0070] In one embodiment, the administrator can preset fee calculation rules to be applied to multiple delivery tasks, and the page (320) displays fee information reflecting the preset fee calculation rules, and the administrator can more conveniently determine the fee by approving or rejecting the fee information.
[0071] In one embodiment, the administrator can prevent the shipping unit price from being displayed on the delivery person's terminal by entering the fee information at a rate of 100%.
[0072] Referring to FIG. 3C, pages (330a, 330b) are illustrated for allowing an administrator to select a delivery route for a delivery task for which delivery agent assignment is to be approved among multiple delivery tasks. A delivery route may include information related to a path between a delivery camp that manages the delivery task and a delivery destination. The administrator can check a list of delivery camps that manage delivery routes included in a delivery schedule selected on page (310) on page (330a). When the administrator selects one of the delivery camps (e.g., Namyangju 3) from the list of delivery camps on page (330a), detailed information (331) for the selected delivery camp may be displayed as shown on page (330b). The detailed information (331) may include information (e.g., the name of a representative building of the delivery destination, a deductible fee, and a delivery unit price after deducting the fee) for multiple delivery sub-routes (e.g., 109D, 106C, 201D, etc.) managed by the selected delivery camp. The fee information included in the detailed information (331) may include fee information set by the administrator on page (320) of FIG. 3b. The administrator may select a delivery camp or delivery subroute for which to approve a delivery agent assignment delegation request from an electronic device from the delivery camp list on page (330a) or the delivery subroute list on page (330b), and the selected delivery camp or delivery subroute may be included in the delegation approval information and transmitted to the electronic device.
[0073] In one embodiment, all delivery camps on page (330a) or all delivery subroutes on page (330b) may be presented to the administrator terminal in a selected state, and the administrator may select delivery camps or delivery subroutes to reject approval among them and exclude them from the approval target (i.e., a subset of multiple delivery tasks). In one embodiment, the administrator may collectively exclude delivery camps or delivery subroutes with a task difficulty exceeding a threshold from the approval target through input corresponding to an object on page (330a) or page (330b) (e.g., a filtering button (not shown)).
[0074] Referring to FIG. 3D , pages (340a, 340b) are illustrated for selecting a delivery agent to transmit information about delivery tasks for which the administrator has approved delivery agent assignment. Page (340a) may display information about the delivery camps selected by the administrator on page (330a) and delivery agents contracted with each delivery camp. When the administrator selects one of the delivery camps from the list of delivery camps on page (340a), a list of delivery agents contracted with the selected delivery camp may be displayed, as shown on page (340b). In one embodiment, the list of delivery agents may include information such as the delivery agent's name, work history, evaluation information, work hours, preferred region, and error history. The administrator may select a delivery agent to transmit information about a subset of multiple delivery tasks for which the administrator has approved delivery agent assignment from the list of delivery camps on page (340a) or the list of delivery agents on page (340b), and the electronic device may transmit information about the subset of multiple delivery tasks to the terminal of the selected delivery agent.
[0075] In one embodiment, all delivery camps on page (340a) or all delivery agents on page (340b) may be provided to the administrator terminal in a selected state, and the administrator may select delivery camps or delivery agents to which delivery work information will not be transmitted and exclude them from the delivery work information transmission target. In one embodiment, the administrator may collectively exclude delivery agents whose work history does not meet preset work assignment requirements from the delivery work transmission target through input corresponding to an object (e.g., a filtering button (not shown)) on page (340a) or page (340b).
[0076] In one embodiment, the electronic device may query the administrator terminal as to whether automatic approval is desired for future delivery agent assignment delegation requests. For example, if the administrator's delegation approval process is completed through the pages of FIGS. 3A to 3D , the electronic device may query the administrator on the final page as to whether automatic approval should be set so that future delivery agent assignment delegation requests are approved in the same manner as this delegation approval. If the administrator sets automatic approval, the electronic device may store the work scope, delivery agent scope, task difficulty thresholds, and work assignment requirements related to the delivery agent's work history set by the administrator in this delegation approval, and control such that approval is granted with the same settings for future delivery agent assignment delegation requests.
[0077] By providing the first page as above, the administrator can conveniently set the scope of delivery tasks or delivery personnel to approve delivery personnel assignment delegation requests for electronic devices and promote efficient delivery personnel assignment.
[0078]
[0079] FIGS. 4A to 4F are diagrams illustrating information provision aspects of a second page provided to a delivery agent terminal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the second page may include information about a subset of delivery agent assignment tasks approved for delegation among a plurality of delivery tasks based on delegation approval information acquired by an electronic device from an administrator terminal. Through the second page, the delivery agent can check information about the workload currently assigned to him / her and a list of delivery tasks that can be additionally applied for, and then apply for a desired delivery task. Depending on the embodiment, the second page may be provided to the administrator terminal as at least one of the pages (410, 420, 430, 440, 450) of FIGS. 4A to 4E, and these pages may be provided as different areas of the same page, or at least partially as different pages.
[0080] Referring to Figure 4a, a page (410) is shown where delivery personnel can apply for additional delivery services via the delivery personnel terminal. In one embodiment, the delivery service is a delivery service subject to a promotion due to additional delivery volume in an e-commerce service, and may include a delivery service with a higher unit price than a standard delivery service. Page (410) displays the maximum amount a delivery personnel can receive at the top of the page when applying for delivery services, thereby attracting their attention.
[0081] Referring to FIG. 4b, page (420) may include information (421) regarding the delivery agent's anticipated delivery tasks for a certain period of time in the future, and a list of delivery tasks (422) that can be applied for. Through page (420), the delivery agent can check his / her current assigned workload and, taking this into consideration, select one or more additional delivery tasks from the delivery task list (422) for which he / she wishes to apply.
[0082] In one embodiment, the delivery task list (422) may include representative address information corresponding to each delivery task route. The representative address information may include the address where the largest volume of items were delivered in each delivery task route over a past period of time (e.g., over the past week).
[0083] In one embodiment, if the number of delivery tasks expected by a delivery agent is below a threshold, the delivery task list (422) may be omitted from page (420). In some cases, delivery tasks subject to a promotion have a higher unit price than regular delivery tasks not subject to a promotion. This may lead to exploitation by some delivery agents who only apply for promotional delivery tasks with higher unit prices without applying for regular delivery tasks. To prevent this, the electronic device may display the list of delivery tasks subject to a promotion on the second page only if the number of tasks currently assigned to the first delivery agent exceeds a certain threshold. Otherwise, the list of delivery tasks subject to a promotion may be excluded from the second page.
[0084] In one embodiment, the first delivery task included in the delivery task list (422) includes a plurality of objects (423) corresponding to a plurality of delivery types that the first delivery agent can select, and the plurality of delivery types may be determined based on a pickup deadline at the delivery camp of the first delivery task and a delivery deadline at the delivery destination. As illustrated in FIG. 4B , the delivery task list (422) may include a plurality of objects (423) corresponding to a plurality of delivery types for each delivery task, and the plurality of delivery types may include delivery types based on pickup and delivery deadlines, such as, for example, standard delivery, same-day delivery, and fresh delivery. For example, standard delivery may have a relatively easy condition in which the delivery agent must pick up the item from the camp before 7:00 AM and deliver it to the customer's address by midnight of the same day, while fresh delivery may have a relatively difficult condition in which the delivery agent must pick up the item from the camp after 1:00 PM and deliver it to the customer's address by 8:00 PM of the same day. In this way, each delivery task has multiple delivery types and a corresponding number of deliveries, and when applying for the first delivery task, the delivery person can decide whether to select all deliveries of all delivery types of the first delivery task or only some of the delivery types of the first delivery task.
[0085] In one embodiment, the delivery task list (422) further includes a per-item delivery price for the first delivery task, and the per-item delivery price may be displayed differently depending on the input of the first delivery agent corresponding to multiple objects (423). More specifically, the per-item delivery price displayed when the first delivery agent selects all multiple delivery types may be higher than the per-item delivery price displayed when the first delivery agent selects only one of the multiple delivery types. For example, as described above, if the unit price is the same, a delivery agent would prefer to select a general delivery type with relatively easy conditions rather than a fresh delivery type with relatively difficult conditions. Furthermore, applications for the general delivery type may be closed early due to a large number of delivery agents. Furthermore, if different delivery agents are in charge of different delivery types for a single delivery task (for example, delivery agent Kim is in charge of delivery type A of the first delivery task, and delivery agent Lee is in charge of delivery type B of the first delivery task), management efficiency for the delivery camp decreases. Assigning all delivery types for a single delivery task to a single delivery agent may be more manageable. To address this issue, the electronic device may set the shipping unit price displayed when all shipping types of a single shipping task are requested (i.e., selecting all selected objects) to be higher than the shipping unit price displayed when only one shipping type of a single shipping task is requested.
[0086] Referring to FIG. 4C, an exemplary page (430) is illustrated that is displayed when a delivery agent selects at least one of multiple objects corresponding to multiple delivery types for each delivery task from the delivery task list (422). In the example illustrated in FIG. 4C, it can be confirmed that the delivery agent selected all types of delivery tasks, including 82 general deliveries, 12 same-day deliveries, and 6 fresh deliveries, for subroute 106C, and only one type, 110 general deliveries, for subroute 109A.
[0087] In one embodiment, the number of delivery types a delivery agent can select may be limited. The electronic device may limit each delivery agent to a total of nine delivery types across all delivery subroutes, for example, to prevent abuse where a single delivery agent applies for all promotional delivery jobs and monopolizes them.
[0088] Referring to FIG. 4d, page (440) may display the subroute and delivery type of the delivery task requested by the delivery person along with a message indicating that the application for the delivery task has been completed.
[0089] Referring to FIG. 4e, page (450) may include a confirmation page indicating that the delivery task requested by the delivery person has been assigned to the delivery person. Even if the delivery person has requested the delivery task, the delivery person may not be assigned the task if another delivery person has previously requested the same task or if the administrator arbitrarily blocks the delivery person's request. Therefore, the electronic device may display the actual assignment result of the delivery task requested to the delivery person on a separate page.
[0090] Referring to FIG. 4F, page (460) may be the basic home page of the delivery worker's terminal, and a push message (461) may be displayed on page (460) to notify that delivery work information with a promotion for additional delivery volume has been transmitted to the delivery worker. In one embodiment, providing the second page by the electronic device may include calculating the product of the total number of deliveries and the unit price per delivery for each delivery work in the delivery work list (422), checking the maximum value of the calculated product for the delivery work list (422), providing a push message (461) including the maximum value to the terminal of the first delivery worker, and providing the second page in response to an input from the first delivery worker corresponding to the push message (461). In order to increase the delivery worker's participation in the delivery work and to induce interest, the electronic device may calculate the product of the number of deliveries and the unit price per delivery for each work in the delivery work list and display the reward amount of the delivery work that can receive the maximum reward in the push message. In one embodiment, the maximum value may also be exposed on page (410) of FIG. 4a.
[0091]
[0092] FIGS. 5A to 5C are diagrams showing the information provision aspect of a second page provided to a delivery terminal according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0093] Referring to FIG. 5a, an embodiment is illustrated in which, on a page (510, 520) containing information on a plurality of delivery tasks provided to a first delivery agent, an electronic device displays closing information on the page (510, 520) when recruitment for some of the plurality of delivery tasks has closed.
[0094] On page (510), if recruitment for all delivery types of a specific delivery job is closed due to another delivery person applying first among the delivery job list or the deadline for recruitment for the delivery job has passed, a phrase such as “First-come, first-served recruitment closed” (511) may be displayed in the area corresponding to the specific delivery job.
[0095] In page (520), if recruitment for some delivery types of a specific delivery job is closed due to another delivery person applying first among the delivery job list or the deadline for recruitment for the delivery job has passed, only the objects (521) corresponding to the delivery types for which recruitment is closed (e.g., D1 delivery type) may be displayed in an inactive manner, and objects corresponding to delivery types for which recruitment is not yet closed (e.g., D2, F3 delivery types) may be displayed in an activated manner.
[0096] Referring to FIG. 5b, if the first delivery person applies for a specific delivery task, but the application for the specific delivery task is closed because another delivery person applied first, a sub-page (531) including a message indicating that the application for the specific delivery task is closed because another delivery person applied may be provided on page (530).
[0097] Referring to FIG. 5c, if a first delivery agent applies for two or more delivery tasks, but only some of the delivery tasks are fully accepted because another delivery agent applied first or the deadline for recruiting delivery tasks has passed, the electronic device may partially confirm delivery tasks that can be assigned to the first delivery agent because the deadline for applications has not yet passed, and may cancel the application for delivery tasks that cannot be assigned to the first delivery agent because the deadline for applications has passed, and may provide a subpage (541) including a message indicating that partial confirmation has been completed on the page (540). The subpage (541) may display both delivery task information that has been fully assigned to the first delivery agent and delivery task information that has not been assigned to the first delivery agent because the deadline for first-come, first-served recruitment has passed.
[0098] In one embodiment, the electronic device may perform partial confirmation only if it determines that the first delivery agent is willing to perform the remaining delivery tasks that are assignable, even if some of the delivery tasks among two or more delivery tasks are unassignable. Determining whether the first delivery agent is willing to perform the remaining delivery tasks that are assignable may be based on the first delivery agent's promotional delivery performance history, work history, and current workload assigned to the first delivery agent. For example, if the number of deliveries currently assigned to the first delivery agent exceeds a threshold, the electronic device may not perform partial confirmation for the first delivery agent and may reject all assignments for two or more delivery tasks requested by the first delivery agent.
[0099]
[0100] FIG. 6 is a flowchart schematically showing the operation flow of each node related to a method for providing delivery business information according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0101] Referring to the flowchart (600) of FIG. 6, when additional delivery volumes arise, the service server can create and launch a promotion to recruit delivery personnel for the additional delivery volumes and provide the created promotion information to a third-party administrator via a message. The third-party administrator can access the mobile or web landing page to check the promotion request and decide whether to approve the assignment of delivery personnel for the promotion. If the administrator approves the assignment of delivery personnel for the promotion, the promotion information is transmitted to the delivery terminal, and the delivery personnel can select the promotion route they wish to perform delivery work on. The camp terminal can monitor the promotion route requested by the delivery personnel and report the delivery personnel's work progress to the service server or administrator in real time.
[0102]

[0104] Referring to the flowchart (710) of FIG. 7A, the electronic device may generate a promotion and provide a delivery agent assignment delegation request message to the administrator terminal for delivery work to which the promotion applies. When the administrator clicks the link in the message to log in, a page for the administrator's delegation approval (e.g., page (310) of FIG. 3A may be provided as a web view on the administrator terminal. If a promotion targeting the administrator exists, the electronic device may display promotion information requiring the administrator's delegation approval. If there are two or more promotions requiring the administrator's delegation approval, the page may display the promotion information with the earliest schedule. Promotion information may include the promotion's schedule, recruitment deadline, camp, number of recruits, commission criteria, etc.
[0105] Referring to flowchart (720) of FIG. 7B, if an adjustment of the commission fee for the entire promotion is required, the electronic device may request the administrator to enter the commission rate or deduction amount. If the electronic device wishes to adjust the progress or commission fee for certain routes, the electronic device may provide a route and commission adjustment page to the administrator's terminal, allowing the administrator to check the list of routes subject to the promotion, commission fee, and unit price information. If an adjustment of the number of delivery personnel is required, the electronic device may provide a personnel adjustment page to the administrator's terminal, allowing the administrator to check the list of delivery personnel eligible for the promotion and select delivery personnel to be excluded from the promotion.
[0106] Referring to flowchart (730) of FIG. 7c, the electronic device may determine that the administrator has modified all promotional items requiring modification and request that the delivery person transmit the approved promotional information. Once the promotional information is transmitted to the delivery person, a "Promotion Approval Complete" message is displayed on the delivery person's terminal. After N seconds have elapsed, the electronic device may return to flowchart (710) and repeat the same process for other promotions requiring approval.
