Abstract
Description
chair
[0001] The present invention relates to a chair, and more particularly, to a chair that can be used as a dining table by children aged 5 to 10.
[0002]
[0003] Typically, a chair is a product on which a user sits, and is comprised of a seat that supports the user's buttocks and thighs, a backrest that supports the user's back, and a plurality of legs that extend downward from the seat to support the seat. In some cases, the chair may consist solely of the seat and backrest, or of the seat and the plurality of legs.
[0004] Among the above chairs, dining chairs used in general homes are released as adult-sized chairs with a fixed seat height. In addition, dining chairs for children aged 5 to 10 are released as types with a fixed seat height and types with an adjustable seat height. However, in the case of types with an adjustable seat height, most of them are products used from infants onwards, so the price range is high, and there is a problem that the period of use is short when used by children aged 5 to 10 because they do not match the growth rate of children aged 5 to 10.
[0005] Meanwhile, Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2440465 (September 6, 2022) (hereinafter referred to as “prior art”) discloses a “simple chair with easy height adjustment,” which is a technology for a chair whose seat height can be adjusted.
[0006] The above conventional technology can adjust the height of the cylindrical seat by guiding a protrusion formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical seat to a guide groove formed in multiple up-and-down directions on the main body.
[0007] However, the above-mentioned conventional technology has a structure in which the height is adjusted by rotating the cylindrical seat clockwise or counterclockwise, and thus has a disadvantage in that the height changes little by little, which is not suitable for the growth rate of children aged 5 to 10, and there is also a problem in that the height of the footrest cannot be adjusted.
[0008]
[0009] The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a chair in which the height of the seat is adjusted differently when the front end of the seat faces forward, and the height of the seat is adjusted differently when the front end of the seat faces backward, so that the height of the seat can be adjusted in two stages to suit the growth rate of children aged 5 to 10.
[0010] Another technical object of the present invention is to provide a chair in which the height of the footrest can be adjusted according to the height adjustment of the seat.
[0011] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0012]
[0013] In order to achieve the above object, a chair according to the present invention comprises a leg body, a seat plate, and a locking bolt. The leg body is provided with legs. A body connecting portion is protrudingly formed on the lower side of the seat plate. The body connecting portion is inserted and connected to the upper side of the leg body at a first position and a second position. The first position is a position where the front end of the seat plate faces forward. The second position is a position where the front end of the seat plate faces rearward. The locking bolt connects the body connecting portion to the leg body at the first position and the second position. The locking bolt positions the body connecting portion at a position higher than the first position at the second position.
[0014] The seat may have a locking nut that is coupled to the locking bolt within the body joint. The locking nut may be composed of a first coupling nut portion and a second coupling nut portion. The first coupling nut portion may be coupled to the locking bolt at the first position. The second coupling nut portion may be coupled to the locking bolt at the second position. The lower portion of the second coupling nut portion may be positioned lower than the lower portion of the first coupling nut portion.
[0015] A first insertion groove, a partition wall, and a second insertion groove may be formed on an upper surface of the leg body. The partition wall may surround the first insertion groove. The second insertion groove may surround the partition wall. The body connecting portion may be composed of an inner barrel portion, a third insertion groove, and an outer barrel portion. The inner barrel portion may be inserted into the first insertion groove. The third insertion groove may surround the inner barrel portion. The partition wall may be inserted into the third insertion groove. The outer barrel portion may surround the third insertion groove. The outer barrel portion may be inserted into the second insertion groove. The locking nut may be installed on an upper surface within the inner barrel portion. The locking bolt may vertically penetrate the lower surface of the leg body. An upper end of the locking bolt may be disposed within the first insertion groove.
[0016] The first insertion groove, the partition wall, the second insertion groove, the inner tube, the third insertion groove, and the outer tube can be formed in a square shape.
[0017] A coupling protrusion may be formed on the outer surface of the above bulkhead. A coupling groove may be formed on the inner surface of the above outer tube. The coupling protrusion may be inserted and coupled into the coupling groove.
[0018] An open hole that connects vertically can be formed in the above-mentioned connecting protrusion.
[0019] An elastic pressure portion may be formed on the inner surface of the outer tube portion. The elastic pressure portion may pressurize the outer surface of the bulkhead.
[0020] A first bolt penetration hole may be formed on the lower surface of the above-mentioned bridge body. The locking bolt may pass through the first bolt penetration hole. The first bolt penetration hole may be in communication with the first insertion groove. The first bolt penetration hole may be formed at a position eccentrically forward from the center of the first insertion groove.
[0021] A first fastening hole may be formed on the lower surface of the first fastening nut portion. The locking bolt may be fastened to the first fastening hole at the first position. A second fastening hole may be formed on the lower surface of the second fastening nut portion. The locking bolt may be fastened to the second fastening hole at the second position.
[0022] A second bolt through hole and a third bolt through hole may be formed on the lower surface of the inner portion. The second bolt through hole may be arranged to correspond to the first fastening hole. The locking bolt may pass through the second bolt through hole at the first position. The third bolt through hole may be arranged to correspond to the second fastening hole. The locking bolt may pass through the third bolt through hole at the second position.
[0023] The leg may be composed of a front left leg, a front right leg, a rear left leg, and a rear right leg. The front left leg may be connected to the front left side of the leg body. The rotating hook portion may be hooked to the other side of one of the front footrest frame and the rear footrest frame.
[0026] The above fixed hook portion may be formed of a plurality of fixed hook portions spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The above rotating hook portion may be arranged correspondingly between the plurality of fixed hook portions.
[0027] Specific details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings.
[0028]
[0029] In the chair according to the present invention, the locking bolt fastens the body joint of the seat to the leg body at a first position where the front end of the seat faces forward and at a second position where the front end of the seat faces rearward, and the body joint is positioned at a higher position than the first position at the second position, so that the height of the seat is adjusted differently when the front end of the seat faces forward and the height of the seat is adjusted when the front end of the seat faces rearward, thereby enabling the height of the seat to be adjusted in two stages to suit the growth rate of children aged 5 to 10.
[0030] In addition, since the chair according to the present invention has a rear footrest frame positioned higher than a front footrest frame, the chair can be used by installing a footrest on the front footrest frame or the rear footrest frame depending on the height adjustment of the seat, and thus has the effect of enabling the height of the footrest (here, the footrest) to be adjusted depending on the height adjustment of the seat.
[0031] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.

In addition, the third insertion groove (352) may be formed in a square shape. However, the inner cylinder portion (351), the third insertion groove (352), and the outer cylinder portion (353) may be formed in a shape corresponding to the first insertion groove (110), the partition wall (120), and the second insertion groove (130) constituting the leg body (100), and in addition to the square shape, may be formed in a polygonal shape so as to prevent the rotation of the seat plate (300) when the body connecting portion (350) of the seat plate (300) is installed in the leg body (100).
[0118] When the body connecting portion (350) of the seat (300) is inserted into the leg body (100) through the upper side of the leg body (100), the inner tube portion (351) can be inserted into the first insertion groove (110, see FIGS. 11, 13, and 14) of the leg body (100), the outer tube portion (353) can be inserted into the second insertion groove (130, see FIGS. 11, 13, and 14) of the leg body (100), and the bulkhead (120, see FIGS. 11, 13, and 14) of the leg body (100) can be inserted into the third insertion groove (352).
[0119] A connecting groove (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D) may be formed on the inner surface of the outer tube (353). When the body connecting portion (350) of the seat (300) is inserted into the leg body (100) through the upper side of the leg body (100), connecting projections (151, 152, 153, 154, FIGS. 13 and 14) of the leg body (100) may be inserted and connected to the connecting groove (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D).
[0120] The coupling grooves (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D) may be formed as a plurality of coupling grooves (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D). The plurality of coupling grooves (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D) may be arranged spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the outer tube portion (353). In this embodiment, since the outer tube (353) is formed in a square cylinder shape, the plurality of coupling grooves (353A, 353B, 353C, 353D) may include a front coupling groove (353A) formed on the inner surface of the front portion of the outer tube (353), a rear coupling groove (353B) formed on the inner surface of the rear portion of the outer tube (353), a left coupling groove (353C) formed on the inner surface of the left portion of the outer tube (353), and a right coupling groove (353D) formed on the inner surface of the right portion of the outer tube (353).
[0121] The front engaging groove (353A) may be formed as a pair of front engaging grooves (353A) spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The rear engaging groove (353B) may be formed as a pair of rear engaging grooves (353B) spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The pair of rear engaging grooves (353B) may be formed at positions corresponding to the pair of front engaging grooves (353A), respectively. The right engaging groove (353D) may be formed as a pair of right engaging grooves (353D) spaced apart from each other in the front-back direction. The pair of right engaging grooves (353D) may be formed at positions corresponding to the pair of left engaging grooves (353C), respectively. The spacing between the pair of front engaging grooves (353A) and the spacing between the pair of rear engaging grooves (353B) may be equal to the first length. The spacing between the pair of left engaging grooves (353C) and the spacing between the pair of right engaging grooves (353D) may be equal to the second length.
[0122] When the body connecting portion (350) of the seat (300) is inserted into the leg body (100) through the upper side of the leg body (100), the front connecting protrusion (151, see FIGS. 13 and 14) of the leg body (100) can be inserted and connected into the front connecting groove (353A), the rear connecting protrusion (152, see FIG. 13) of the leg body (100) can be inserted and connected into the rear connecting groove (353B), the left connecting protrusion (153, see FIGS. 13 and 14) of the leg body (100) can be inserted and connected into the left connecting groove (353C), and the right connecting protrusion (154, see FIG. 13) of the leg body (100) can be inserted and connected into the right connecting groove (353D).
[0123] An elastic pressure portion (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H) may be further formed on the inner surface of the outer tube portion (353). When the body connecting portion (350) of the seat plate (300) is inserted into the leg body (100) through the upper side of the leg body (100), the elastic pressure portions (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H) may press the outer surface of the partition wall (120) of the leg body (100). The elastic pressure portions (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H) may be formed in a form in which a portion of the inner surface of the outer tube portion (353) is cut off (for example, in a hook shape) and may generate an elastic force when in contact with the outer surface of the partition wall (120) of the leg body (100). Accordingly, when the body connecting portion (350) of the seat (300) is inserted into the leg body (100) through the upper side of the leg body (100), the body connecting portion (350) can be inserted in the correct position without being tilted to one side by eliminating the assembly tolerance by the elastic pressure portion (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H).
[0124] The elastic pressure parts (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H) may be formed of a plurality of elastic pressure parts (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H). The plurality of elastic pressure parts (353E, 353F, 353G, 353H) may include a front elastic pressure part (353E) formed on the central inner surface of the front portion of the outer cylinder (353), a rear elastic pressure part (353F) formed on the central inner surface of the rear portion of the outer cylinder (353), a left elastic pressure part (353G) formed on the central inner surface of the left portion of the outer cylinder (353), and a right elastic pressure part (353H) formed on the central inner surface of the right portion of the outer cylinder (353).
[0125] The front elastic pressure member (353E) can be positioned at a midpoint between a pair of front coupling grooves (353A), the rear elastic pressure member (353F) can be positioned at a midpoint between a pair of rear coupling grooves (353B), the left elastic pressure member (353G) can be positioned at a midpoint between a pair of left coupling grooves (353C), and the right elastic pressure member (353H) can be positioned at a midpoint between a pair of right coupling grooves (353D).
[0126] A locking nut (700) may be installed on the upper surface of the inner barrel (351). A second bolt through hole (351A) and a third bolt through hole (351B) may be formed on the lower surface of the inner barrel (351). In the present embodiment, the lower surface of the inner barrel (351) is composed of a central plate (not indicated in the drawing) in which the second bolt through hole (351A) and the third bolt through hole (351B) are formed, and a plurality of ribs (not indicated in the drawing) that are radially arranged to connect the periphery of the central plate and the lower end of the periphery of the inner barrel (351); however, the lower surface of the inner barrel (351) may be formed in a completely closed form. However, when the lower surface of the inner barrel (351) is composed of the central plate and the plurality of ribs as in the present embodiment, the weight of the seat plate (300) can be reduced.
[0127] The second bolt through hole (351A) can be arranged to correspond to the first fastening hole (715, see FIG. 9) formed in the first fastening nut portion (710, see FIG. 9) of the locking nut (700). The stem portion (620, see FIG. 10) of the locking bolt (600) can pass through the second bolt through hole (351A) at the first position, and the upper end of the stem portion (620) can be inserted into and fastened to the first fastening hole (715).

The pair of fixed hook portions (510, 520) may include a first fixed hook portion (510) and a second fixed hook portion (520), and the first fixed hook portion (510) and the second fixed hook portion (520) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.
[0133] When the footrest (500) is installed on the front footrest frame (250) as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first fixing hook portion (510) may be positioned to the left of the second fixing hook portion (520). In addition, when the footrest (500) is installed on the rear footrest frame (260) as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the footrest (500) is installed in the opposite direction compared to when it is installed on the front footrest frame (250) as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, so the first fixing hook portion (510) may be positioned to the right of the second fixing hook portion (520).
[0134] The rotating hook portion (530) can be arranged correspondingly between the plurality of fixed hook portions (510, 520). The rotating hook portion (530) can be hooked to the other side of one of the front footrest frame (250) and the rear footrest frame (260). That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the height of the seat (300) is adjusted relatively low in the first position, the footrest (500) can be installed on the front footrest frame (250), and in this case, the rotating hook portion (530) can be hooked to the front side of the front footrest frame (250). In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the height of the seat (300) is adjusted relatively high in the second position, the footrest (500) can be installed on the rear footrest frame (260), and in this case, the rotating hook part (530) can be caught on the rear side of the rear footrest frame (260).
[0135] The rotary hook part (530) can be rotatably installed on the foot plate (500). A rotary center protrusion (535) can be formed on each of the upper left and right sides of the rotary hook part (530), and the rotary center protrusion (535) can be inserted into a hole or groove formed in a lower rib of the foot plate (500) to be rotatably coupled to the foot plate (500).
