Description

[0001] A SOLID FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTION MACHINE WITH A CLEANING ASSEMBLY

[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The invention relates to a solid fertilizer distribution machine comprising at least one chamber to allow the accumulation of solid fertilizer therein, at least one shredder for at least partial shredding and scattering of the solid fertilizer in the said chamber, and at least one cleaning assembly for cleaning the chamber after fertilization.

[0004] PRIOAR ART

[0005] Solid fertilizer distribution machine is an agricultural equipment used for fertilization in agricultural fields. This machine is designed to dispense solid fertilizers (e.g. organic fertilizers, animal manures) on agricultural fields. Solid fertilizers are used to increase soil fertility, provide plant nutrition and increase harvest yield. Solid fertilizer distribution machine is an equipment which is usually connected to the tractor. The machine is designed to ensure that the fertilizer is uniformly distributed over the agricultural field. This process increases efficiency by ensuring that the fertilizer is evenly distributed and that the plants receive the nutrients they need. Solid fertilizer distribution machines are often available in a variety of sizes and capacities. Thus, they can be used in accordance with the needs of different agricultural operations.

[0006] Application No. CN216795675U, which is known in the literature, is related to fertilizer distribution machines. The object of the invention is to easily crush lumpy droppings and to clean the remaining droppings on the inner walls of the fertilizer distribution machine. The crushing mechanism located within the body of the fertilizer distribution machine comprises a rotating rod, grinding roller and grinding block. Thanks to the pulverizator and drive gears, the grinding roller connected with the rotating rod rotates. The grinding block on the grinding roller crushes the lumpy droppings, making the fertilizer smaller and easier to distribute. A cleaning mechanism is used to remove dropping residues remaining on the inner walls. The water tank, spray heads and cleaning brush clean the inner walls and minimize odor formation and environmental effects. A cleaning motor and a screw rod are used to ensure the movement of the cleaning mechanism. The stabilizing plate and movable parts keep the fertilizer distribution machine stable during the cleaning process.

[0007] The accumulation of fertilizer residues in solid fertilizer distribution machines can cause various adverse effects. Some of the potential problems with this situation are below:

[0008] Heterogeneous Fertilizer Distribution: Fertilizer residues can interfere with the distribution mechanism of the machine. This can lead to heterogeneous (uneven) distribution of fertilizers on agricultural field. Plants taking more fertilizer than desired, taking less than desired, or not getting at all in certain areas can lead to irregularities in productivity and product quality.

[0009] Yield Loss: Fertilizer residues can interfere with the proper operation of machinery, which can reduce the effectiveness of fertilization and negatively affect crop yields. The inability of plants to get the nutrients they need can lead to loss of yield and a decrease in crop quality.

[0010] - Machinery Damage: Since fertilizer residues have a pH of generally between 8- 12, that is, they are generally basic, the accumulation of fertilizer residues in distribution mechanisms and installation systems can damage the machine. This can increase maintenance costs and shorten the life of the machine.

[0011] Loss of Labor and Time: Dealing with fertilizer residues can cost farmers additional labor and time. Regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery can require farmers to spend more time and effort.

[0012] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.

[0013] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The present invention relates to a solid fertilizer distribution machine in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field. One object of the invention is to produce a solid fertilizer distribution machine with improved cleaning function and corrosion resistance.

[0015] Another object of the invention is to produce a solid fertilizer distribution machine, wherein the stability and efficiency of operation are maintained with a regular and effective cleaning feature, and accordingly the corrosion resistance of its components is improved.

[0016] In order to achieve all the objects mentioned above and to be revealed from the detailed explanation below, the present invention is a solid fertilizer distribution machine comprising at least one chamber to allow the accumulation of solid fertilizer therein, at least one shredder for at least partial shredding and scattering of the solid fertilizer in the said chamber, and at least one cleaning assembly for cleaning the chamber after fertilization. Accordingly, its novelty is that for the homogeneous cleaning of the chamber, the said cleaning assembly contains at least one bridge configured in such a way that it can be at least partially displaced on the chamber, at least one nozzle positioned towards the chamber on said bridge, at least one water pump associated therewith to supply cleaning water to said nozzle. Thus, effective cleaning of solid fertilizer distribution machines is ensured.

[0017] A feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one water tank for supplying cleaning water to the said water pump. Thus, the water used during the cleaning process is stored in the water tank, ensuring continuous and effective cleaning of the fertilizer distribution machine.

[0018] Another feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one movement slide on the chamber side walls to move the bridge over the chamber. Thus, the bridge can move easily and regularly thanks to the movement slide on the side walls, allowing the nozzles to focus on different areas of the fertilizer distribution machine during the cleaning process.

[0019] Another feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that it comprises at least one hose reel to allow for a change of distance between the nozzle and the water pump. Thus, during the movement of the nozzles on the bridge, the hose reel allows the hose to be wound or unwound flexibly, allowing the nozzles to reach different positions. Another feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that the movement mechanism for moving the bridge comprises at least one drive element and at least one movement transmission element. Thus, the drive element moves the bridge through the movement transmission element, allowing the cleaning process to take place in a more controlled and efficient manner.

[0020] Another feature of a possible embodiment of the invention is that said movement transmission element is a belt-pulley configuration. Thus, the belt-pulley configuration provides precise control of the nozzles on the bridge, which contributes to making the cleaning process more precise and effective.

[0026] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0027] In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained only for a better understanding of the subject with examples which will not create any limiting effect.

[0028] Fig. 1 shows a representative perspective view of the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1) according to the invention. Accordingly, the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1) according to the invention is an agricultural equipment used in agricultural fields. The solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) is designed to homogeneously distribute the solid fertilizers (organic-based) on agricultural fields. The solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ), which is usually attached to a tractor, aims to ensure that the fertilizer is evenly distributed over the agricultural field, ensuring that the plants get the nutrients they need and increase productivity. These machines provide farmers time and labor savings and make fertilization processes more effective.

[0029] Fig. 2 shows a representative perspective view of the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) according to the invention. Accordingly, the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) according to the invention essentially comprises at least one chamber (10). The said chamber (10) comprises a base (1 1 ) on which the solid fertilizer is placed and at least one side wall (12) in the close vicinity of the said base (1 1 ). For the distribution of solid fertilizer in the chamber (10), it may contain at least one shredder (not shown in the figures). Said shredder is moved within the predetermined order and ensures the distribution of solid fertilizer by breaking it down to the field. In addition, the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) may have conveying elements at the base (1 1 ) of the chamber (10) to transport the fertilizer to the shredder. In this way, it is ensured that the fertilizer is advanced towards the shredder in the chamber (10).

[0030] Fig. 3 shows a representative side view of the cleaning assembly (20) in the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) according to the invention. The solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) comprises at least one cleaning assembly (20) to allow the chamber (10) to be cleaned. The cleaning assembly (20) of the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) ensures that the chamber (10) is free of fertilizer residues and cleaned efficiently. The cleaning assembly (20) mainly comprises at least one water tank (21 ), at least one water pump (22), at least one nozzle (23) and at least one movement mechanism (30).

[0031] The water tank (21 ) of the cleaning assembly (20) is a chamber in which the cleaning water is stored. This water tank (21 ) stores the water used during the cleaning process. The water tank (21 ) is preferably located on the side of the chamber (10) facing the tractor. The water pump (22) is associated with the water tank (21 ) and is used to pump the cleaning water. Said nozzle (23) is associated with the water pump (22) and sprays the pressurized cleaning water into the chamber (10). The movement mechanism (30) of the cleaning assembly (20) enables the nozzle (23) to be displaced between predetermined positions in the chamber (10), thus improving the cleaning function. Fig. 4 shows another representative side view of the cleaning assembly (20) in the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) according to the invention. Accordingly, the movement mechanism (30) comprises at least one bridge (31 ). Said bridge (31 ) is located on the opposite side walls (12) of the chamber (10). In this way, the movement of the bridge (31 ) over the side walls (12) is facilitated. Multiple nozzles (23) are positioned on the bridge for spraying the cleaning water. Said nozzles (23) can preferably be positioned to focus on different areas within the chamber (10). In this way, it is possible to focus the nozzles (23) according to the solid fertilizer accumulation areas in the chamber (10).

[0032] In the movement mechanism (30), there is at least one movement transmission element

[0033] (32) and at least one drive element (33) for moving the bridge (31 ). Said drive element

[0034] (33) may essentially be an electric motor. The drive element (33) moves the bridge (31 ) by means of said movement transmission element (32). The movement transmission element (32) may be a belt-pulley configuration in the preferred embodiment of the invention.

[0035] Depending on the movement of the bridge (31 ) over the side walls (12), the distance between the nozzle (23) and the water pump (22) varies. In this case, there can be at least one hose reel (24) on the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) to change the hose distance therebetween. Said hose is wound / unwound onto / from the hose reel (24) as needed. Thus, movement capability is provided for the nozzles (23) on the bridge (31 ).

[0036] The solid fertilizer distribution mechanism (1 ) is cleaned by means of the cleaning assembly (20) after the solid fertilizer distribution. During this process, the bridge (31 ) is displaced on the side walls (12) by activating the movement mechanism (30). During this process, the nozzles (23) spray the pressurized water into the chamber (10) by means of the water tank (21 ) and the water pump (22) and perform the cleaning process. The structure of the solid fertilizer distribution machine (1 ) described above focuses on the benefits of the cleaning assembly (20). The various benefits of this embodiment are listed as follows:
