Abstract
Description
Method for preparing foamed shoe body and foamed shoe body thereof Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to shoe material processing technology, and in particular to a method for preparing a foamed shoe body and the foamed shoe body. Background Art
[0002] With the development of the shoemaking industry, relevant industries have gradually paid attention to the processing efficiency of foam shoes and the comfort and durability of shoe body design. However, there are still some deficiencies in the structural design of foam shoes.
[0003] For example, the currently common airbag sole is a shoe with an airbag sealed inside. The process is summarized as follows: first, an upper shoe cover blank and a lower sole blank are prefabricated, wherein an air chamber is formed on the lower sole blank, and then an airbag is installed in the air chamber of the lower sole blank. Then, the upper shoe cover blank is covered with the air chamber of the lower sole blank and foamed to form the airbag sole.
[0004] However, the disadvantage of existing airbag soles is that the airbag is enclosed in the internal space of the sole, making it impossible to replace the airbag at will after the sole is foamed and formed. In addition, during the foaming process, the upper shoe cover blank and the lower sole blank are heated and foamed to expand, thereby expanding the volume of the air chamber space of the lower sole blank, resulting in the airbag being unable to fill the internal space of the foamed sole accordingly, affecting the sports cushioning performance of the airbag sole.
[0005] In addition, many common sole structures currently have partial defects. For example, slippers with removable uppers are usually provided with lugs on both sides of the sole, so that the two end connecting parts of the upper can be respectively passed through the lugs of the sole for fixation. However, the lugs of the sole are exposed on the side surface. In addition to increasing the packaging volume of the sole, the two end connecting parts of the upper are easily damaged by the lugs of the sole when the upper is pulled by external forces, resulting in damage to the lugs of the sole and making the slippers unwearable.
[0006] Furthermore, some foam sports soles feature openings on their lateral surfaces to accommodate cushioning components for enhanced walking comfort. However, this process involves first obtaining two separate pieces of foam material with pre-set openings. These two pieces are then subjected to a secondary process by gluing them together to create the openings. This method increases labor costs and can even reduce structural stability and pollute the process environment by gluing the foam soles together. Alternatively, the openings can be achieved through subsequent laser processing, but this not only reduces process efficiency but also incurs additional equipment costs.

[0060] In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, preferred embodiments are given and described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, a method for preparing a foamed shoe body according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided, comprising the following steps:
[0061] In step S1, at least a first unfoamed shoe material rough blank 10 and a second unfoamed shoe material rough blank 20 are provided, wherein one of the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 is pre-formed with an initial open hole groove 30; in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG3 and FIG5 , the initial open hole groove 30 is pre-depressed on one side of the first shoe material rough blank 10, and the initial open hole groove 30 has a side opening 31 open to a side edge of the first shoe material rough blank 10, and a side surface 21 is provided on one side of the second shoe material rough blank 20, wherein the first shoe material rough blank 10 is a fin plate cover rough blank, and the second shoe material rough blank 20 is a fin foot cover rough blank.
[0062] Before the step S1, the process further includes a step P1, referring to FIG2, FIG4 and FIG6, providing a first rough blank mold 100 and a second rough blank mold 200, wherein a shaping convex plate 110 is combined in the mold cavity 101 of the first rough blank mold 100, and the mold cavity 101 of the first rough blank mold 100 is defined with a long axis direction L. As shown in FIG4, the shaping convex plate 110 protrudes from the bottom of the mold cavity 101 of the first rough blank mold 100 and connects one side wall of the mold cavity 101 along the long axis direction L. Then, the first rough blank mold 100 and the second rough blank mold 200 are formed. 00 are respectively filled with a rubber-plastic foam material, the rubber-plastic foam material fills the mold cavity 101 of the first rough mold 100 and covers the shaping convex plate 110, so as to be cured to obtain the first shoe material rough mold 10 (see Figure 3); as shown in Figure 6, a mold inner core 210 is preset in the mold cavity 201 of the second rough mold 200, and the bottom of the mold cavity 210 of the second rough mold 200 is a flat bottom surface, and the rubber-plastic foam material fills the mold cavity 201 of the second rough mold 200 and covers the mold inner core 210, so as to be cured to obtain the second shoe material rough mold 20 (see Figure 5).
[0063] Next, the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 are taken out from the first rough blank mold 100 and the second rough blank mold 200 respectively, wherein the first shoe material rough blank 10 can be directly separated from the shaping convex plate 110, so that the contour of the initial open hole groove 30 formed in the first shoe material rough blank 10 corresponds to the shaping convex plate 110.
[0064] In this first embodiment, the rubber-plastic foam material is a foam material comprising one of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), synthetic rubber (Synthetic Rubber) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and each of the rubber-plastic foam materials is injection molded under the condition that the screw temperature is controlled to be lower than 130°C; since the foaming temperature of the rubber-plastic foam material is approximately above 140°C, no foaming reaction will occur when each of the rubber-plastic foam materials is injected under the condition that the screw temperature is controlled to be lower than 130°C, and each of the rubber-plastic foam materials controls the output of the injection pressure during the injection process, so that the injected rubber-plastic foam material can be evenly distributed in the mold cavity 101 of the first rough mold 100 and the mold cavity 201 of the second rough mold 200.
[0065] In other embodiments, step P1 can be omitted, and the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 can be integrally formed by 3D printing, or the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 can be directly obtained from the outside, as long as the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 can be provided; the shaping convex plate 110 can adjust the structural form according to the product structure requirements, for example, the shaping convex plate 110 can be replaced and preset inside the second rough blank mold 200, or the shaping convex plate 110 can be independently and detachably installed in the mold cavity 101 of the first rough blank mold 100.
[0066] Step S2, placing the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 into a foaming mold 300, and filling a fixing piece 40 into the initial open hole groove 30 accordingly, so that the first shoe material rough blank 10, the second shoe material rough blank 20 and the fixing piece 40 are combined together in the mold chamber of the foaming mold 300, when the foaming mold 300 starts the foaming process, the first shoe material rough blank 10 and the second shoe material rough blank 20 are uniformly foamed and thermally fused into one in the foaming mold 300 to generate a foamed shoe body 50; please refer to Figures 2 and 7, in the actual operation of this first embodiment, the first shoe material rough blank 10 is first filled into the lower mold cavity 301 of the foaming mold 300 accordingly, and the initial open hole groove 30 of the first shoe material rough blank 10 is opened in the lower mold cavity 301, and a fixed template 41 of the fixing piece 40 is filled into the lower mold cavity 301 accordingly. It is installed in the initial open hole groove 30 of the first shoe material rough blank 10, and the fixed template 41 does not expose the initial open hole groove 30. The second shoe material rough blank 20 is fixed on a foaming inner core 310 of the foaming mold 300. As shown in Figure 8, when the lower mold cavity 301 of the foaming mold 300 and the foaming inner core 310 are molded together, the second shoe material rough blank 20 is flatly attached to the first shoe material rough blank 10 with the bonding plane 21, and the fixed template 41 is pressed by the bonding plane 21 and positioned in the initial open hole groove 30. In this way, the first shoe material rough blank 10, the second shoe material rough blank 20 and the fixing member 40 are combined together in the mold chamber of the foaming mold 300, wherein the fixing member 40 is not made of foaming material, so the configuration and material properties of the fixing member 40 will not be affected by the foaming conditions of the foaming mold 300.
[0067] In this embodiment, the ratio of the sum of the volumes of the first shoe material rough blank 10, the second shoe material rough blank 20 and the fixing member 40 to the mold chamber volume of the foaming mold 300 is between 0.96 and 1.04.
