Description

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING ELECTRIC HEATING WIRE OF ELECTRIC HEATING GLASSFIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of temperature detection, and more specifically, to a method and a system for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass, a computer device for implementing the method for detecting, and a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the method for detecting.BACKGROUND

[0002] Electric heating glass is a kind of glass with its own heating function. Usually, a resistance layer composed of metal electric heating wire is sandwiched between two layers of the glass. When electricity is applied, the resistance layer will generate heat to heat the glass. This kind of glass can control the heating degree and temperature by adjusting the current, and is widely used in windows for vehicles and doors or windows in cold areas, etc. It is also called anti-fog glass or temperature-controlled glass. For example, in a cold environment, the glass surface may be frosted or fogged, which may affect the visual field. Using the electric heating glass, the resistance layer in the glass can be electrified and heated to prevent frosting and fogging and maintain a good visual field.

[0003] In the process of production and transportation, the electric heating wire may be damaged, broken or occur other defects, which will make it impossible to heat when it is put into use or fail to heat after a period of use, so it is necessary to detect the electric heating wire of the electric heating glass. The existing detection methods are usually manual detection or off-line equipment detection. In the manual detection, a portable device is used by an inspector to visually observe whether the electric heating wire is disconnected after being electrified, and in the off-line equipment detection, an infrared camera is used to take a thermal imaging image after the electric heating wire is electrified, and whether the electric heating wire is disconnected is judged by observing the thermal imaging image. The existing method consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, and it takes a long time, and some errors introduced by the inspector and the off-line equipment may lead to the inability to accurately detect the defects of the electric heating wire. For example, in the case that the electric heating wire is only damaged but not broken, the existing method can not accurately detect the damaged position, and once the glass is put into use for a period of time, heating failure will occur.SUMMARY

[0004] The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method and a system for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection results in a cost-effective and reliable way.

[0005] To this end, the present disclosure provides a method for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass, comprising following steps: electrifying and heating the electric heating wire of the electric heating glass for a preset time; acquiring a thermal imaging image of the electric heating wire, the thermal imaging image comprising a plurality of detection areas; judging whether the electric heating wire is defective or not based on whether a temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas of the electric heating wire in the thermal imaging image exceeds a set threshold.

[0039] The implementation and use of the embodiments are discussed in detail below. However, it should be understood that the specific embodiments discussed merely exemplify the specific ways of implementing and using the present disclosure, and do not limit the scope of the present disclosure.

[0040] The flowcharts and block views in the drawings illustrate the architecture, functions and operations of possible implementations of methods and systems according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be understood that the functions marked in the blocks may also occur in a different order than those marked in the drawings. For example, two blocks represented in succession may actually be executed substantially in parallel, or they may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending on the functions involved. It should be understood that the steps included in the method of the present disclosure are not necessarily executed one by one in the order of various embodiments of the present disclosure, and those skilled in the art can adjust the execution order of the steps according to actual requirements. And according to different requirements, one or more of the steps can be repeatedly executed by those skilled in the art.

[0041] In this context, unless otherwise specified, the terms such as "connection" should be understood broadly. For example, it can be fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated; it can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and it can be the internal communication of two components or the interaction between two components. For those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this context can be understood according to specific situations.

[0042] As daily necessities in people's lives, electric heating glass with heating function is often used in the fields of buildings or vehicles. For example, when applied to vehicle windows, the electric heating glass can be used for front windshield, rear windshield, vehicle door glass, etc. For manufacturers or users, whether an electric heating wire of the electric heating glass is defective or not is the key to evaluate the performance of the electric heating glass. It has been realized that the existing method for detecting defects of the electric heating wire consumes manpower and material resources, takes a long time and has high detection cost. Moreover, the existing methods can usually only detect broken or disconnection of the wire. The inventors found that the electric heating wire was not broken when it had defects such as worn, scratched or serrated notch, so it was difficult to detect such defects when using the existing method. However, the electric heating glass was broken after it was put into use for a period of time, resulting in missed detection and false detection, and the detection accuracy was not high.

[0043] According to the concept of the present disclosure, a method for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass is proposed, which can be executed by a system for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass. Referring to Fig. 1, the method includes:

[0044] S1, electrifying and heating the electric heating wire of the electric heating glass for a preset time;

[0045] S2, acquiring a thermal imaging image of the electric heating wire, the thermal imaging image comprising a plurality of detection areas;

[0046] S3, judging whether the electric heating wire is defective or not based on whether a temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas of the electric heating wire in the thermal imaging image exceeds a set threshold.

[0047] It should be understood that the temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas is for a single electric heating wire. Based on Joule's law: Q = I2RT, the heat Q generated by the current I passing through a conductor is proportional to the quadratic power of the current I, to the resistance R of the conductor, and to the electrifying time T. In this way, when the electric heating wire is electrified and heated, the current passing through a defect position of the electric heating wire will increase the resistance and increase the temperature due to the reduction of the cross-section of the damaged electric heating wire, so that whether a certain electric heating wire is defective or not can be judged by the change of the temperature difference between adjacent detection areas of this electric heating wire, and the defect position can be optionally further determined. By dividing the acquired thermal imaging image of the electric heating wire into a plurality of detection areas, judging whether the electric heating wire is defective based on the temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas, and optionally further determining the defect position, the automatic detection can be realized, the detection efficiency is high, the detection result is accurate and reliable, and missed detection and false detection will not occur. Advantageously, when the method for detecting disclosed by the present disclosure is applied to a production line, online automatic detection can be realized and detection results can be acquired in real time, which is helpful to realize automatic detection and transportation and improve production efficiency. According to different requirements, one or more of the above steps can be repeated. For example, for a plurality of electric heating wires, after heating the electric heating wire (S1) and acquiring the thermal imaging image (S2) , and judging whether the electric heating wire is defective or not based on whether the temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas of the electric heating wire in the thermal imaging image exceeds the set threshold (S3) , all steps of S1 to S3 can be repeatedly executed to verify the defect; and after the defect is confirmed, for a single or the plurality of electric heating wires with defects, S1 to S3 can be repeatedly executed, or S3 can be repeatedly executed, or S2 and S3 can be repeatedly executed, to determine the defects of the electric heating wire through the plurality of detection areas of the thermal imaging image. Similarly, for a single electric heating wire, S3 may be repeatedly executed, or S2 and S3 may be repeatedly executed, after S1 to S3 are executed to judge that the single electric heating wire is defective, to determine the defects of the electric heating wire by judging the temperature differences in the plurality of detection areas.

[0048] With reference to Fig. 3, a plurality of detection areas P included in the thermal imaging image and two adjacent electric heating wires L1 and L2 are schematically illustrated. When it is detected that the temperature difference ΔT between two adjacent detection areas P1 and P2 and between two adjacent detection areas P2 and P3 of the electric heating wire L1 are greatly changed from the temperature difference between the other two detection areas of the electric heating wire L1, it can be judged that a defect occurs at the detection area P2. This defect is different from disconnection, and it is a remarkable bright spot on the thermal imaging image due to temperature rise, which can also be called hot spot HP. There is a risk that the electric heating wire with a detected hot spot will be broken after being used for a period of time, while the conventional detection method can only detect it after being broken. Therefore, the method for detecting disclosed by the present disclosure can accurately detect almost any defects of the electric heating wire that may cause the disconnection, including but not limited to printing defect, abrasion, scratch, indentation, broken notch and the like of the electric heating wire.

[0049] Advantageously, in S2 of the method for detecting, the thermal imaging image is acquired by a long-wave infrared (LWIR) thermal imaging camera, wherein each detection area corresponds to a single pixel of an image of the long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera. That is, each detection area and the single pixel of the image are mapped to each other in the image, specifically, the position and size of each detection area correspond to the position and size of the single pixel one-to-one. In this context, the size of the single pixel of the image refers to the size of the single pixel in the thermal imaging image that can be generated by the long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera. The wavelength range of long-wave infrared is usually 7.5 μm to 14 μm. For objects radiating heat within this wavelength range, the long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera can accurately capture heat radiation and detect temperature difference, and then convert it into visible images, thus providing accurate and visible detection results. The smaller the size of the single pixel of the image is, the higher the detection accuracy is, and there may be too many defects, resulting in the detection burden. The larger the size of the single pixel of the image is, the lower the detection accuracy is, and the missed detection may occur. Depending on the required detection accuracy, the size of the single pixel of the image can be 0.5mm to 5mm, preferably 1mm to 2.5mm, for example, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, etc.

[0050] Advantageously, in S3 of the method for detecting, when the temperature difference exceeds the set threshold, it is judged that the electric heating wire is defective, wherein the set threshold is 1 ℃, preferably 1.5 ℃. That is, when the temperature difference is greater than or equal to 1 ℃, it can be judged that the electric heating wire is defective. Usually, the electric heating wire is made of tungsten wire or silver wire. For the electric heating wires made of different materials, the set threshold can be appropriately selected according to the characteristics of the different materials. For example, for silver wire, it can be selected as 2.5 ℃, 2.7 ℃, 3 ℃, etc. The smaller the set threshold of the temperature difference is, the higher the detection accuracy will be, and there may be too many defects, which will cause the detection burden. The larger the set threshold is, the lower the detection accuracy will be, and the missed detection may occur. Depending on the required detection accuracy, it is reasonable to set the threshold to the above value. When the wire is disconnected, the temperature difference between the adjacent detection areas of the electric heating wire is larger, but the judgment condition that the temperature difference exceeds the set threshold is still met. In other words, the method for detecting disclosed by the present disclosure is not only suitable for detecting tiny defects of the electric heating wire, but also suitable for detecting the broken electric heating wire.

[0051] Advantageously, in S1 of the method for detecting, the preset time for electrifying and heating is 10s to 20s, preferably 10s to 15s. If the heating time is too short, the electric heating wire on the electric heating glass may not be completely heated, resulting in inaccurate detection results. If the heating time is too long, the temperature will be conducted to the glass, making the temperature difference not obvious, and the thermal imaging image will be unclear, which will still lead to inaccurate detection results. Depending on the required detection accuracy, it is reasonable to set the preset time for heating within the above range. For example, for silver wire, it can be selected as 10s, 15s, etc.

[0052] In some embodiments, the method for detecting further comprises S4, determining a defect position of the electric heating wire based on a position where the temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas exceeds the set threshold, after judging that the electric heating wire is defective, thereby facilitating the inspector to remedy some defects of the electric heating wire. Further optionally or additionally, the method for detecting further comprises S5, generating an error alarm signal after judging that the electric heating wire is defective. Fig. 2 exemplarily illustrates an embodiment, that is, S4 is executed to determine a defect position of the electric heating wire after S3 is executed to judge that the electric heating wire is defective, and then S5 is executed to generate an error alarm signal. In this way, the error alarm signal may include a defect alarm and a defect position alarm. Depending on different requirements, the illustrated steps are not necessarily executed one by one in the order shown in Fig. 2. For example, in some embodiments, the method for detecting can be finished after S3 and S4 are executed, and in this way, for example, the defect position can be displayed through the thermal imaging image. In some embodiments, after S3 is executed, S5 may be executed and the method for detecting may be ended. In this way, the error alarm signal may include a defect alarm. In some embodiments, the error alarm signal may be displayed by the thermal imaging image and / or by an alarm.

[0053] In some embodiments, as illustrated in Fig. 2, prior to S1, the method for detecting further includes S0, calibrating with an error-proof sample. Specifically, the step of calibrating includes: electrifying and heating an electric heating wire of an error-proof sample for the preset time, acquiring a thermal imaging image of the electric heating wire, and comparing the thermal imaging image with a reference image of the error-proof sample; if the consistency meets a predetermined condition, performing the method for detecting (i.e. executing at least S1 to S3) ; if not, ending the method for detecting. Here, the predetermined condition can be set that the thermal imaging image and the reference image of the error-proof sample meet a certain degree of similarity, for example, the similarity is greater than or equal to 80%or greater than or equal to 90%or the similarity is 100%. Take the similarity greater than or equal to 80%as an example, if the similarity is greater than or equal to 80%, the judgment condition that the consistency meets the predetermined condition is met and the method for detecting is performed. If the similarity is less than 80%, the judgment condition that the consistency does not meet is met and the method for detecting is ended.

[0054] In some embodiments, the method for detecting further includes: transporting the electric heating glass to a detection position on a production line before the method for detecting; and transporting the electric heating glass out of the detection position after the method for detecting. In this way, the method for detecting disclosed by the present disclosure can be applied to the production line to realize online automatic detection of the electric heating glass, and can provide automatic transportation of the electric heating glass, thereby improving production efficiency.

[0055] Based on the above concept, the present disclosure also provides a system for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass, which can execute a method for detecting an electric heating wire of an electric heating glass. Referring to Fig. 4, the system includes a supporting module 110, a heating module 120, a thermal imaging module 130 and a judging module 140. The supporting module 110 is configured to support and position the electric heating glass, the heating module 120 is configured to heat the electric heating wire, for example, executing S1 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1, and the thermal imaging module 130 is configured to acquire a thermal imaging image of the electric heating wire, for example, executing S2 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1. Similarly, the thermal imaging image includes a plurality of detection areas. The judging module 140 is configured to judge whether the electric heating wire is defective or not based on whether a temperature difference between two adjacent detection areas of the electric heating wire in the thermal imaging image acquired by the thermal imaging module 130 exceeds a set threshold after the heating module 120 heats for a preset time, for example, executing S3 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1.

[0056] Fig. 5 exemplarily illustrates the layout of a system for detecting, and the supporting module 110 can be constructed as a supporting frame, for example, a placing position for placing the electric heating glass 100 to be detected is provided thereon, wherein a plurality of electric heating wires L arranged in parallel are shown on the electric heating glass 100. Optionally, the supporting module 110 is provided with placing positions for placing the heating module 120, the thermal imaging module 130, the judging module 140 and other optional modules. It should be understood that the heating module 120, the thermal imaging module 130, the judging module 140 and other optional modules can also be arranged on other supporting structures or on respectively independent supporting structures. In some embodiments, the supporting module 110 includes a limiting unit 111 for limiting the electric heating glass 100 in the placing position. In Fig. 5, a plurality of limiting units 111 are exemplarily shown around the electric heating glass 100. It should be understood that any structure that can be used to limit the placing position of the electric heating glass belongs to the limiting unit and is not limited here. In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the system further includes a transport module 180 connected with the supporting module 110 and configured to transport the electric heating glass 100 to be detected to the supporting module 110 before the method for detecting, and transport the detected electric heating glass 100 after the method for detecting from the supporting module 110, for example, transport the electric heating glass without defects after the method for detecting to a storage location or a transport location, or transport the electric heating glass with defects after the method for detecting to a processing position for processing the defects. When the system for detecting executes the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2, it should be understood that, before the method for detecting means before the system for detecting executes S1 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2, and after the method for detecting means after the system for detecting executes S3 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 1, or after the system for detecting executes S4 or S5 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 2. Depending on different requirements, the transport module 180 can transport the detected electric heating glass 100 out of the supporting module 110 after different detection stages. Advantageously, the transport module 180 can, for example, be configured as a transport belt shown in Fig. 5 to realize automatic transport of the electric heating glass 100. Therefore, the system for detecting disclosed by the present disclosure can be applied to a production line, providing online automatic detection and automatic transportation of the electric heating glass, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.

[0057] As described above, the heating module 120 is configured to heat the electric heating wire for a preset time, advantageously, the preset time is 10s to 20s, and preferably 10s to 15s. In some embodiments, the heating module 120 includes a power supply unit for heating the electric heating wire and a buffer unit connected between the power supply unit and the electric heating wire, wherein the buffer unit is made of flexible material, such as resin or rubber materials. Alternatively, materials such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) , polyurethane (PU) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) , etc. can be selected. The use of the buffer unit can prevent the connector of the power supply unit from directly contacting with the glass to damage the glass, and at the same time, it can ensure the good contact between the power supply unit and the electric heating wire to realize electrification. In this way, when the electric heating glass cannot be in good contact with the power supply unit due to dimensional tolerance, improper placement, dead weight and other reasons, the buffer unit can play a certain supporting and contacting role and prevent the glass from being damaged, and can also adapt to the glasses with different geometric shapes. Optionally, the buffer unit can be disassembled and replaced after being used for a period of time to ensure the supporting and effective protection of the glass.

[0058] In some embodiments, the thermal imaging module 130 in the system for detecting includes a long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera. As described in the above description of the method for detecting, the long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera can accurately capture heat radiation and detect temperature difference, and then convert it into visible image, thus providing accurate and visible detection results. Depending on the required detection accuracy, the size of the single pixel of the image of the long-wave infrared thermal imaging camera can be 0.5mm to 5mm, preferably 1mm to 2.5mm, and the size of the single pixel of the image corresponds to the size of each detection area in the thermal imaging image.

[0059] In some embodiments, the judging module 140 in the system for detecting is configured to judge whether the electric heating wire is defective or not based on whether the temperature difference exceeds a set threshold, wherein the set threshold is 1℃, preferably 1.5℃.

[0060] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the system for detecting may further include an alarm module 150, and the alarm module 150 is configured to send out an error alarm signal in response to the judging module 140 judging that the electric heating wire is defective. The alarm module is, for example, an alarm, which can give real time alarm through color change and / or sound, so that it is convenient for the inspector to remove defective products with electric heating wire defects from the supporting module 110 or the production line.

[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the system for detecting further includes a display module 160, which is configured to display the thermal imaging image, and further optionally or additionally display the defect position of the electric heating wire (for example, after the system for detecting executes S4 of the above method for detecting shown in Fig. 2) , and further optionally or additionally display an error alarm signal (for example, after the system for detecting executes S5 of the above method for detecting shown in Fig. 2) . The display module 160 is, for example, a display or a display screen, and can be configured to display the thermal imaging image from the thermal imaging module 130 and / or the error alarm signal from the alarm module 150 on the display screen for intuitive viewing. Figs. 6 and 7 respectively exemplarily illustrate detection results that can be visually observed from the display screen. In Fig. 6, if a disconnection defect of an electric heating wire L in a plurality of parallel electric heating wires is detected, the position of the defect can be displayed on the display screen through an alarm mark AL. Similarly, when a hot spot HP defect of an electric heating wire L is detected, the position of the defect is displayed by an alarm mark AL, as shown in Fig. 7. In this way, it is convenient for the inspector to clearly know the location of defects for further processing.

[0062] In some embodiments, the system for detecting further includes a calibrating module 170, for example, the system for detecting executes S0 of the method for detecting shown in Fig. 2, and the calibrating module 170 includes an error-proof sample and is configured to perform calibration by the heating module 120 and the thermal imaging module 130. The error-proof sample can be constructed to comprise an electric heating glass with defective electric heating wire and an electric heating glass without defective electric heating wire. By electrifying and heating and also acquiring the thermal imaging images respectively, the images of normal electric heating wire and defective electric heating wire can be obtained. Compared with the reference images, it can be known whether the system for detecting is in good working condition, thus ensuring the detection ability of the system. Advantageously, the calibration can be implemented as periodic calibration, and the periodic calibration can set the period according to actual requirements, such as 3 days, 5 days, or longer or shorter.
