inertial measurement unit data of the vehicle are collected and fused and compared with a high-precision
rotary encoder signal weighted according to credibility, and a real motion state is obtained; if the real motion state is caused by environmental interference, adaptively adjusting a
motor control strategy; and when it is judged that the forklift is in the high-precision heavy-load stacking
operation mode, adjusting limitation of the
motor torque is tightened. The problems that according to an existing forklift motor control method, under the complex temperature and
humidity environment, a high-precision sensor is abnormal, so that motor control is unstable, the operation hand feeling is worsened, and the position of a
pallet fork drifts during high-precision operation are solved.
