The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the image of a panel to be tested in blocks; when an original image is received, preprocessing the original image; when the pre-processed original image is received, stitching all the partitioned imagesof the same panel ; when the original image is received, segmenting the image is segmented; when the segmented original image is received, using a classifier in machine learning to classify the image, if there is no defect, the image entering the subsequent process, and if there is any, giving the prompt; when the original image of the defective pixel is prompted after the classification is received, positioning and subclassifying the defective pixel of the image, and carrying out statistical analysis of the category and the number of the defective pixels of the image to indicate corresponding defects. The application disaster tolerance method based on the CDP and the iSCSI virtual disk technology comprises the steps that firstly, CDP data blocks are stored in an OFS storage medium and an NFS storage medium respectively; secondly, after service roll data are damaged, data in the NFS storage medium are organized into a mounting roll according to the iSCSI virtual disk technology to be mounted on a host computer to serve as a temporary service roll to be used by a host computer service system, new service data are saved in the OFS storage medium, and data recovery is conducted on the original service roll by means of data in the OFS storage medium; after data recovery of the original service roll is completed, the service system is stopped in a service idle time, the new data are recovered to the original service roll, and the service system is switched back to the original service roll. Compared with the prior art, the application disaster tolerance method based on the CDP and the iSCSI virtual disk technology has the advantages that reservation of the new data is achieved when the mounting roll serves as the temporary service roll, and data recovery of the original service roll is achieved under the condition that service interruption is not needed.
