Abstract
Description
[0001] Fittings, preferably furniture fittings or building fittings
[0002] The present invention relates to a fitting, preferably furniture fitting or building fitting, comprising:
[0003] - at least one base body for mounting on a fixed structure,
[0004] - at least one movable relative to the base body
[0005] Actuating element, wherein the at least one actuating element is designed to be connected to at least one component movable relative to the fixed structure,
[0006] - at least one mounting device arranged or arrangeable on the base body, by means of which the at least one base body can be mounted on the fixed structure without tools,
[0007] - at least one, preferably elastic, securing element, by means of which the at least one mounting device can be secured in a mounting position on the fixed structure.
[0008] Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement with at least one fixed structure and with at least one fitting of the type to be described.
[0009] Finally, the invention relates to a method for assembling and disassembling at least one fitting of the type to be described on a fixed structure.
[0010] In furniture construction, a trend towards modular furniture has become noticeable in recent years. This means that a fixed structure in the form of a furniture carcass or a frame construction can be built up from several individual modules without the need for tools. This also includes the measure of attaching furniture fittings (for example drawer runners, furniture hinges or furniture drives for moving furniture flaps or doors) to the fixed structure for the movable storage of a piece of furniture without the need for tools. This makes it possible even for less qualified people to attach the fittings easily, quickly and precisely in specified positions. The fitting can be secured to the fixed structure using a locking element, thus preventing relative movement or unintentional separation between the fixed structure and the fitting.
[0011] However, it is often desirable to dismantle the fitting from the fixed structure. This is the case, for example, when the furniture needs to be dismantled, transported, and then reassembled due to a new living situation. Dismantling the fitting is often difficult because the securing element has to be released from the assembled position using a tool. There is a considerable risk that improper use of the tool could cause damage to the fitting, the assembly device, or another component, for example, scratches on component surfaces or decorative surfaces, or even personal injury.
[0012] The object of the present invention is therefore to propose a fitting of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the dismantling of the fitting from the fixed structure is made easier for a person.
[0013] This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent patent claims. According to the invention, at least one release device is provided for moving the at least one securing element from the assembly position into a disassembly position, wherein the at least one release device comprises at least one actuating element for manual and tool-free actuation.
[0014] In other words, at least one actuating element separate from the securing element is provided, wherein the securing element can be moved from the assembly position into a disassembly position by manually exerting force on the actuating element and without the use of a tool, in which a separation between the fitting and the fixed structure is easily possible.
[0015] The at least one securing element can be connected in one piece to the at least one actuating element and / or can be connected to one another in a movement-coupled manner.
[0016] It is preferably provided that the at least one mounting device is formed in one piece, preferably from plastic, with the at least one securing element and with the at least one actuating element.
