An example of a WAN is the Internet, an example of a LAN is IEEE 802.11 or Ethernet (registered trademark), and an example of a PAN is Bluetooth (registered trademark) or NFC (Near Field Communication), etc.
[0037] The device interface 18 is an interface such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) that directly connects to an output device such as a display device, an input device, or an external device. The external device may also be a storage device (memory), network storage, or HDD. The external device may also be a device that has some of the functions of the components of the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment. In other words, the information processing device 10 may transmit or receive some or all of the processing results of the external device.
[0038] 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the information processing device 10 has functions as an input receiving unit 11a, a search unit 11b, an answer generating unit 11c, an output control unit 11d, and a storage unit 11e. Specifically, at least one program that realizes each function of the information processing device 10 is stored in, for example, the main storage device 13 or the auxiliary storage device 15. The processor 11 can realize each function of the information processing device 10 by reading and executing the program stored in the main storage device 13 or the auxiliary storage device 15.
[0039] The input accepting unit 11a communicates information with at least one of the terminal devices T1 to TN via the network N, for example. Specifically, the input accepting unit 11a accepts input of input information indicating the contents of a request, inquiry, or response from the terminal device TK. The input accepting unit 11a also accepts input of input information indicating a response to a consultation, inquiry, or response from the terminal device T1. The input accepting unit 11a then stores the accepted input information in the storage unit 11e as exchange information related to the request contents of the case.
[0040] In this embodiment, the search unit 11b searches for and extracts either past case information or reference document information related to the legal consultation request based on the content of the request. For example, the search unit 11b generates a search query based on the case information of the target case and current exchange information. As an example, the search unit 11b extracts legal titles and terms related to the consultation based on the case information of the target case and current exchange information, and acquires them as keywords. As an example, the search unit 11b generates a search query for searching and extracting related documents based on keyword information indicating the acquired keywords. The acquired keywords may be displayed to the user. The keywords may also be editable by the user. This keyword editing may involve the user adding or deleting keywords, or modifying acquired or added keywords. The user to whom the keywords are displayed or who can edit the keywords may be, for example, a respondent (user P1), such as a legal officer, or a client (user PK), such as a business department employee. Furthermore, for example, the search unit 11b uses the generated search query to search for past cases and reference documents related to the request content in, for example, the storage unit 11e, a server device operated by the legal consultation service or another service linked to the legal consultation service, any web page on the Internet, etc. Note that multiple search queries may be generated for each search destination.
[0041] Here, the past case information refers to, for example, information about multiple past legal cases stored in the legal consultation service, other services linked to the legal consultation service, or the storage unit 11e. The past case information includes at least review history information for each past case. This review history information may include, for example, at least one of exchange information, presentation information, history information, and conclusions from past cases, or may include summary information obtained by summarizing such information and various related materials using LLM or other methods, or processed information such as embedding. The review history information may also include information about other exchanges, such as emails and chats, for each past case, or summary information thereof. In addition to the review history information, the past case information may also include, for each past case, data on various documents, such as the contract for the case, information about users, such as the person in charge and the contract counterparty, and information indicating the type of case, such as legal consultation or contract review.
[0042] Furthermore, the exchange information in this embodiment is a plurality of pieces of input information that indicate exchanges between users, such as request contents, consultation responses, inquiry contents, and inquiry responses, received by the input receiving unit 11a.
[0043] The reference information in this embodiment refers to various types of information that can be sources of presented information. The reference information may include information on various guidelines and laws, websites and applications that provide information services and Q&A services, books, and the like.
[0044] In addition, the historical information in this embodiment is a history of user operations, such as information (usage log) indicating whether the presented information output by the output control unit 111d was used by user P1 to answer, information (storage log) indicating whether reference information was saved by user PK, and information (access log) indicating whether detailed information of the reference information was accessed by user PK.
[0045] The answer generating unit 11c of this embodiment generates presentation information based on the search results by the searching unit 11b.
[0046] Here, the presented information in this embodiment is information presented to user P1 on terminal device T1 to assist in responding to the request (legal consultation) from user PK. For example, the presented information includes at least information regarding the review history of past cases. In other words, the presented information includes at least information based on the review history information of past cases. As an example, the presented information is information regarding past cases related to the request content, extracted by searching using a search query from multiple past case information pieces, each of which includes review history information.
[0047] The answer generator 11c may also acquire history information regarding the use of the presented information.
[0048] As an example, the history information may be information (usage log) of the presented information that was used by user P1 to answer. For example, the answer generation unit 11c may acquire history information regarding user P1's use of the presented information based on a difference between the generated presented information and the answer content entered by user P1. Furthermore, the usage log may be information regarding answers provided by a legal officer (second user) different from user P1, who is the answerer (second user).
[0049] As an example, the history information may be log information related to the saving of the answer content by user PK or access to reference documents. For example, the answer generation unit 11c may acquire, as the history information, an access log and / or a saving log of user PK related to reference information included in the answer content entered by user P1. Furthermore, the log information may be information related to an answer made by a requester (first user) other than user PK, who is the requester of the case (first user).
[0050] The output control unit 11d communicates information with at least one of the terminal devices T1 to TN via the network N. Specifically, the output control unit 11d outputs display information including exchange information to the terminal devices T1 and TK. The output control unit 11d also outputs display information including at least presentation information to the terminal device T1.
[0051] The display information including at least the presentation information may include layout information, where the layout information in the display information is information for displaying, for example, on a browser screen of the terminal device T1, exchange information regarding the current request content input by each of the users P1 and PK and the presentation information generated by the presentation information generation process in a predetermined format.
[0052] The storage unit 11e stores various programs executed in the information processing device 10. The storage unit 11e also stores various data such as past case information, reference document information, keyword information, exchange information, and history information. Note that some or all of this information may be stored in a server device or the like external to the information processing device 10.
[0053] In the information processing device 10 of this embodiment, this history information can be used to improve or customize the presentation information generation process. For example, the information processing device 10 may use history information for each user, group, or organization (e.g., company) that has a contract with a legal consultation service to which the user belongs to perform a learning process to adjust (train) a machine learning model that generates answers by changing the LLM prompt, fine-tuning, embedding information, etc. The group may be a group to which a user P1, such as a legal department, belongs who receives legal consultation, or a group to which a user PK, such as a business department, belongs who requests legal consultation.
[0054] (Terminal Device T1) The terminal device T1 of this embodiment transmits and receives, to and from the information processing device 10, exchange information regarding exchanges between users and various information regarding the display of presented information in the legal consultation service.
[0055] Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of a terminal device T1 according to an embodiment. As shown in Fig. 4, the terminal device T1 according to this embodiment has a configuration similar to that of a general computer, and includes, for example, a processor 21, a main storage device (memory) 23, an auxiliary storage device (memory) 25, a network interface 27, a device interface 28, a display device 30, and an input device 31. The processor 21, the main storage device 23, the auxiliary storage device 25, the network interface 27, and the device interface 28 are communicatively connected to each other, for example, via a bus 29. The display device 30 and the input device 31 are each connected to the device interface 28.
[0056] The processor 21, the main memory device 23, the auxiliary memory device 25, the network interface 27, and the device interface 28 have the same hardware configuration as the processor 11, the main memory device 13, the auxiliary memory device 15, the network interface 17, and the device interface 18, respectively.
[0057] The display device 30 is, for example, a display device such as an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube), a PDP (Plasma Display Panel), an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) panel, etc. Based on an instruction from the processor 21, the display device 30 displays a display screen including, for example, presentation information described below.
[0058] The input device 31 is, for example, a device such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch panel. The input device 31 accepts various operational inputs from the user P1, for example, in the legal consultation process described below. The input device 31 outputs the results of the operational inputs accepted from the user P1 to the processor 21.
[0059] It should be noted that other external devices such as a camera, a microphone, a motion capture device, and various sensors may be connected to the terminal device T1 via the device interface 18.
[0060] 5 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the terminal device T1 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5, the terminal device T1 according to the embodiment has functions as a terminal control unit 21a and a browser unit 21b. Specifically, at least one program that realizes each function of the terminal device T1 is stored in, for example, the main storage device 23 or the auxiliary storage device 25. The processor 21 can realize each function of the terminal device T1 by reading and executing the program stored in the main storage device 23 or the auxiliary storage device 25.
[0061] For example, in response to an instruction from the user, the terminal control unit 21a starts up a browser unit 21b, which is an example of an application that displays various UIs (User Interfaces) of the legal consultation service on the terminal device T1 (its own device).
[0062] The terminal control unit 21a receives, for example, inputs and operations from a user, and outputs, for example, input information indicating the received user input and operation information indicating the operation to the information processing device 10.
[0063] The browser unit 21b is, for example, a general web browser, and executes processing in accordance with HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) data, scripts (for example, Java (registered trademark) Script), etc. When started, the browser unit 21b transmits an initial access URL to the information processing device 10 and accesses it.
[0064] The browser unit 21b displays, for example, data including text data and image data received from the information processing device 10 in a predetermined format on the display device 30 of the terminal device T1. More specifically, in the legal consultation process, the browser unit 21b displays timeline information including exchange information and presentation information received from the information processing device 10 in a predetermined format based on layout information on the display device 30 of the terminal device T1.
[0065] (Flow of information processing related to legal consultation service) Next, an example of information processing (legal consultation processing) related to the legal consultation service realized by the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment will be described. Here, an example will be given in which a user P1 (second user) using a terminal device T1 responds to a legal consultation request made by a user PK (first user) using a terminal device TK.
[0066] Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of a legal consultation process executed in the information processing system S according to the embodiment. Fig. 6 illustrates an example of a flow executed in the information processing device 10 after the browser unit 213 is started in response to an instruction from the user PK in at least the terminal device TK. Note that for the terminal device T1, the browser unit 213 may or may not be started at the time the flow of Fig. 6 is started.
[0067] The input accepting unit 11a of the information processing device 10 accepts input from the first user (S101). For example, when user PK (first user) starts creating a legal consultation case, the browser unit 21b of the terminal device TK displays, on the display device 30, an input screen including an input field 53 for accepting input of legal consultation (request content). Furthermore, the terminal control unit 21a of the terminal device TK accepts input of request content 611 by user PK into the input field 53 and outputs input information indicating the accepted request content to the information processing device 10. Then, the input accepting unit 11a of the information processing device 10 accepts input of input information from the terminal device TK. Note that the input by the first user, i.e., the entered exchange information, is stored, for example, in the memory unit 11e.
[0068] The information processing device 10, which has received the input information 61a from the terminal device TK, assigns a person to respond to the legal consultation requested by user PK (first user) using the terminal device TK. This assignment of a person may be performed, for example, by a legal affairs manager who manages multiple legal affairs managers and assigns cases. For example, the information processing device 10, which has received the input information 61a from the terminal device TK, may notify the terminal device T used by the legal affairs manager that the legal consultation request has been accepted, or may generate and output display information that displays an assignment screen for assigning the legal consultation to a legal affairs manager. Then, for example, the information processing device 10 acquires information specifying the person from the terminal device T used by the legal affairs manager, and identifies the specified legal affairs manager (user P1) as the person to respond to the legal consultation requested by user PK (first user). Furthermore, in the information processing device 10 that has received input information 61a from the terminal device TK, the output control unit 11d, for example, updates the display related to the cases of the terminal devices T1 and TK of each user P1 and PK (S102). Specifically, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 generates display information that displays the received input information (exchange information) as a timeline arranged in chronological order of receipt, and outputs the display information to each terminal device T1 and TK. At this time, the browser unit 21b of the terminal devices T1 and TK displays the display screens 50a and 50b (see FIG. 8) based on the display information received from the information processing device 10. Note that the received input information is displayed as a timeline, for example, but may also be displayed elsewhere in the timeline display, for example, together with case information. Furthermore, this display update may be achieved by adding a display, such as by adding newly received input information.
[0069] If the terminal device T1 is not activated, the information processing device 10 may notify the user P1 of notification information notifying the user P1 of the acceptance of the legal consultation together with or prior to the display information. For example, the terminal device T1 may present the notification information to the user P1, and the browser unit 213 may be activated in response to an instruction from the user P1 who has confirmed the notification information.
[0070] The information processing device 10 executes a presentation information generation process in response to receiving the input information 61a indicating the request content 611 from the user PK (S103). That is, when a legal consultation case is created by the user PK, the information processing device 10 executes a presentation information generation process and starts generating a response by the legal consultation service (legal consultation agent).
[0071] The information processing device 10 may execute the presentation information generation process and start generating a response by the legal consultation service (legal consultation agent) when, for example, user PK changes the case type of an existing case to legal consultation. The presentation information generation process may also be executed when a legal affairs officer (e.g., user P1) accesses case information or when information related to the case, such as case information or interaction information, is added or updated. In other words, the presentation information generation process may be executed not only when the legal consultation case is created, but also at any time after the creation of the case.
[0072] FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the presentation information generation process of FIG.
[0073] In the presentation information generation process, the search unit 11b of the information processing device 10 generates a search query based on the case information of the target case and the current exchange information (S201). Specifically, for example, the search unit 11b inputs the case information of the target case and the current exchange information, or information based on these pieces of information, into the LLM, and generates a search query using the output from the LLM in response to the input.
[0074] In addition, when a legal consultation case is created or when the case type is switched to legal consultation, the initial presentation information generation process can use the request content (input information) entered when the legal consultation case was created or switched to instead of the exchange information at that time.
[0075] It should be noted that the case information of the target case may not be used, for example, if the information of the target case has not been input or specified.
[0076] In addition, in the presentation information generation process of this embodiment, the search unit 11b of the information processing device 10 uses the generated search query to search for past case information and reference document information related to the request content (S202).
[0077] In the presentation information generation process of this embodiment, the answer generation unit 11c of the information processing device 10 generates presentation information based on the search results of the search unit 11b (S203). Specifically, for example, the answer generation unit 11c inputs past case information and reference information extracted by the search, or information based on these pieces of information, into the LLM, and generates presentation information using output from the LLM in response to the input. The generated presentation information is then stored in, for example, the storage unit 11e. Thereafter, the flow of FIG. 7 ends, and the process proceeds to S104 of FIG. 6.
[0078] The output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 of this embodiment updates the screen display for the second user (S104). Specifically, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 generates display information for displaying the generated presentation information and outputs it to the terminal device T1. At this time, the browser unit 21b of the terminal device T1 displays a display screen 50b (see FIG. 9 ) including at least the presentation information based on the display information received from the information processing device 10. Note that the presentation information is displayed, for example, as a timeline, but may also be displayed in another location on the timeline display, for example, together with project information. Alternatively, the display position of the presentation information may be fixed, for example, by being pinned on the timeline display. Furthermore, the display may be configured to allow selection of whether or not to pin. Furthermore, this screen display update may be achieved by adding a display, for example, by additionally displaying the generated presentation information.
[0079] Thereafter, the input receiving unit 11a of the information processing device 10 of this embodiment determines whether there has been input from each user P1, PK to the terminal device T1, TK (S105). For example, this input may be input information indicating an additional request from user PK regarding the request. For example, this input may be input information indicating a response from user P1 to user PK regarding the request. For example, this input may be input information indicating an inquiry from user PK to user P1 regarding the response, or an inquiry from user P1 to user PK to confirm details regarding the request. For example, this input may be input information indicating a response from one of users P1, PK to the inquiry. The input by the user, i.e., the added interaction information, is stored, for example, in the storage unit 11e.
[0080] If a user inputs information (S105: Yes), i.e., if interaction information is added, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 of this embodiment updates the display of the terminal devices T1 and TK of each user P1 and PK (S106). Specifically, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 generates display information that displays the interaction information including the newly received input information and outputs it to each terminal device T1 and TK. At this time, the browser unit 21b of the terminal devices T1 and TK displays the display screens 50a and 50b (see FIGS. 10 to 12) based on the display information received from the information processing device 10. Note that this display update may be achieved by adding a display, such as by adding the newly received input information.
[0081] If there is no input from the user (S105: No), or after the screen display is updated in the process of S106, the input receiving unit 11a of the information processing device 10 of this embodiment determines whether the user P1 has issued an update instruction to the terminal device T1 (S107). Specifically, the input receiving unit 11a determines whether the update button 81 (see FIGS. 9 and 11) for instructing the update of the answer from the legal consultation service, i.e., the response (presented information), has been operated.
[0082] If an update instruction is received (S107: Yes), the information processing device 10 of the present embodiment re-executes the presentation information generation process of Fig. 7 based on the case information of the target case and the exchange information up to that point (S108). The presentation information re-generated by re-executing the presentation information generation process is stored in, for example, the storage unit 11e.
[0083] After re-executing the presentation information generation process, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 of this embodiment updates the screen display for the second user (S109). Specifically, the output control unit 11d of the information processing device 10 generates display information for displaying the generated presentation information and outputs it to the terminal device T1. At this time, the browser unit 21b of the terminal device T1 displays a display screen 50b (see FIG. 11 ) including at least the presentation information based on the display information received from the information processing device 10. Note that this screen display update may be achieved by adding a display, such as by additionally displaying the regenerated presentation information.
[0084] If there is no update instruction (S107: No), or after the screen display is updated in the process of S109, the information processing device 10 of this embodiment determines whether the process related to the legal consultation case (legal consultation process) is to be terminated (S110). For example, if the user P1 or PK performs an operation on the terminal device T1 or TK to instruct the end of the legal consultation case, the information processing device 10 determines that the legal consultation process for the legal consultation case is to be terminated. If it is not determined that the legal consultation process is to be terminated (S110: No), the information processing device 10 repeats the processes of S105 to S109 until it is determined that the legal consultation process is to be terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the legal consultation process is to be terminated (S110: Yes), the flow of FIG. 6 ends.
[0085] (Screen Display Related to Legal Consultation Service) Next, an example of a screen display related to a legal consultation service realized by the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment will be described. Here, an example will be described in which received input information (exchange information) is displayed as a timeline arranged in chronological order of reception (timeline display).
[0086] 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of a display screen 50a that is displayed as a web browser screen on the display device 30 of the terminal device TK used by the user PK (first user) when the request content is input by the user PK in the legal consultation process according to the embodiment. FIG. 8 illustrates an example of a screen display on the terminal device TK when the user PK creates a legal consultation case or changes the case type of an existing case to legal consultation.
[0087] The terminal device TK of this embodiment displays a display screen 50a on the display device 30 based on display information from the information processing device 10. The display screen 50a includes a timeline display area 51 and an input field 53, as illustrated in FIG.
[0088] The timeline display area 51 in this embodiment is a display area for displaying timeline information. That is, at least one piece of input information 61 input by each user P1, PK to each terminal device T1, TK is displayed in the timeline display area 51. The input field 53 is an input area for accepting inputs by each user P1, PK, such as request content, consultation response, inquiry content, and inquiry response, at each terminal device T1, TK.
[0089] 8 includes a display of input information 61a input by user PK. This input information 61a indicates a request 611 such as, "Company X, to whom we are proposing, has asked us a question about the use of system Y at their overseas local corporations and subsidiaries. We would appreciate it if you could let us know whether system Y can be used at their overseas local corporations and subsidiaries. Thank you in advance."
[0090] On the other hand, the display screen 50a in Fig. 8 does not include any presented information. In other words, the display information related to the display of the display screen 50a in Fig. 8, which is output from the information processing device 10 to the terminal device TK, is information for displaying the display screen 50a that includes the request content input by the user PK to the terminal device TK and does not include any presented information.
[0091] 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of a display screen 50b that is displayed as a web browser screen on the display device 30 of the terminal device T1 of the user P1 when the request content is input by the user PK (first user) in the legal consultation process according to the embodiment. FIG. 9 illustrates an example of a screen display on the terminal device T1 when the user PK creates a legal consultation case or changes the case type of an existing case to legal consultation.
[0092] The terminal device T1 of this embodiment displays a display screen 50b on the display device 30 based on display information from the information processing device 10. The display screen 50b of FIG.
[0093] 9, the timeline display area 51 includes presented information 62a together with input information 61a indicating the request content 611 input by the user PK. In other words, the display information for displaying the display screen 50b in FIG. 9, which is output from the information processing device 10 to the terminal device T1, is information for displaying the display screen 50b including the request content input by the user PK to the terminal device TK and the presented information from the legal consultation service.
[0094] In this way, a client such as a legal officer (here, user P1) can receive a response (presented information 62a) from a legal consultation agent in response to the request from the client (here, user PK) in a legal consultation case.
[0095] On the display screen 50b of FIG. 9, presented information 62a includes at least one of a draft response 621 to the legal consultation and reference information 623.
[0096] Draft response 621 is an example of a response that user P1 can use when responding to a request from user PK, such as, "There is no problem with using it overseas if it is for the contractor's business purposes. However, if you are handling personal information of people of foreign nationality, please check the local laws before using it."
[0097] The presented information 62a may include keywords related to the request in addition to or instead of the answer draft 621. In this case, the user P1 can further search for reference information using the presented keywords.
[0098] The reference information 623 includes at least one of past case information 625 indicating related past cases and reference document information 627 indicating related reference documents.
[0099] 9, the past case information 625 includes a past case title 71a, such as "Regarding overseas use of system Y," and its summary 73a. The past case information 625 also includes a past case title 71b, such as "Regarding use of system Y at a subsidiary," and its summary 73b. The summary 73 of the title 71 of the past case information 625 may be, for example, a summary based on the review history information of each past case.
[0100] 9, the reference information 627 includes a title 71c of the reference (external information) such as "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and a summary 73c thereof. The summary 73 of the title 71 of the reference information 627 may be, for example, a partial quotation that quotes a part of each reference.
[0101] Furthermore, the display of the reference information 623 may include a link to its detailed information. For example, the display of each title 71 may be a link instructing transition to a screen displaying the details. For example, when the titles 71a and 71b of the past case information 625 are selected, the information processing device 10 outputs display information for displaying a case details screen of the selected past case to the terminal device. For example, when the title 71c of the reference information 627 is selected, the information processing device 10 outputs display information for displaying an external page of the selected reference to the terminal device. Furthermore, the terminal device displays a screen based on the display information from the information processing device 10. Note that the display of details of external information such as the reference information 627 is not limited to transitioning to an external page, but may also be realized by transitioning to a content details screen within the legal consultation service, or by a simple method such as modal display.
[0102] As described above, according to this embodiment, the user P1 can consider the content of the response to the request 611 based on the presented information 62a. The user P1 may input the response 612 (response) to the request by directly entering the response into the input field 53 using a keyboard or the like while viewing the presented information 62a, or by copying and pasting part or all of the presented information 62a into the input field 53 and then editing it as necessary. Alternatively, the display screen 50 of FIG. 9 may include an operation button that allows part or all of the presented information 62a to be copied with a simple operation, such as one click. Alternatively, the display screen 50 of FIG. 9 may include an operation button that allows part or all of the presented information 62a to be copied and pasted with one click. In this case, the user P1 can reflect the presented information 62a in the reply field (input field 53) of the timeline with one click, edit the response in the input field 53, and then enter (reply) the response. Furthermore, the presented information 62a may be input as an answer directly by operating a button or the like without being edited, or may be stored in the storage unit 11e.
[0103] Figure 10 is a diagram schematically showing an example of a display screen 50a that is displayed as a web browser screen on the display device 30 of the terminal device TK of user PK (first user) when user P1 (second user) inputs a request response 612 to request content 611 in the legal consultation processing of the embodiment.
[0104] 10 illustrates an example of a display screen in which a user P1 inputs a request response 612 to a request content 611 using the input field 53 on the display screen 50b in FIG. 9. The display screen 50a in FIG. 10 includes a timeline display area 51 and the input field 53.
[0105] 10, the timeline display area 51 includes input information 61a indicating the request content 611 input by user PK, as well as input information 61b indicating the request response 612 input by user P1. On the other hand, the display screen 50a of Fig. 10 does not include presented information 62a. In other words, the display information related to the display of the display screen 50a of Fig. 10, which is output from the information processing device 10 to the terminal device TK, is information for displaying the display screen 50a including the request response 612 input by user P1 to the terminal device T1, but not including presented information.
[0106] The user P1 can update the presented information 62a by, for example, operating the update button 81 on the display screen 50b in Fig. 8. When an update instruction is issued using the update button 81, the information processing device 10 re-executes the presented information generation process in Fig. 7 based on the case information of the target case and the exchange information up to that point. At this time, the information processing device 10 may present presented information 62a whose content is different from that of the previously presented presented information 62a, or may present the same presented information 62a.
[0107] In this way, the legal affairs officer (user P1) may provide feedback to the effect that the response (presented information 62a) from the legal consultation agent is inappropriate. A separate UI, such as an operation button, may be provided for providing this feedback. Furthermore, user P1 may request a new response (presented information 62a) if the response (presented information 62a) from the legal consultation agent is inappropriate. Furthermore, user P1 may search for other reference information by referring to the presented information 62a if the reference information 623 presented by the legal consultation agent is inappropriate.
[0108] Note that when the presentation information generation process of FIG. 7 is re-executed, if the information regarding the request content 611 is identical, only the same presentation information 62a may be presented. Furthermore, user P1 may want to confirm the intention behind the request content 611 with user PK. User PK may also want to provide additional information regarding the request content 611. In such cases, users P1 and PK can exchange information regarding the request content by entering inquiry content 613 and answering the inquiry 614 in the input field 53. This allows user P1 to delve deeper into the intention behind the request content 611 and expand the background information regarding the legal consultation case. FIG. 11 is a diagram schematically illustrating another example of a display screen 50b displayed as a web browser screen on the display device 30 of terminal device T1 of user P1 (second user) in the information processing according to the embodiment.
[0109] 11 illustrates an example of a display screen in which user P1 inputs an inquiry 613 regarding request 611 using input field 53 on display screen 50b in FIG. 9 , and user PK inputs a response 614 to inquiry 613 using input field 53. Display screen 50b in FIG. 11 includes a timeline display area 51 and input field 53.
[0110] 11, the timeline display area 51 further includes input information 61c indicating an inquiry content 613 entered by user P1 and input information 61d indicating an inquiry response 614 entered by user PK, in addition to the timeline display of the display screen 50b of Fig. 9. Also, on the display screen 50b of Fig. 11, the timeline display area 51 further includes presentation information 62b generated by re-executing the presentation information generation process of Fig. 7, in addition to the timeline display of the display screen 50b of Fig. 9.
[0111] The presented information 62b is generated, for example, when background information on a legal consultation case is expanded through interactions between users, and user P1 issues an update instruction using the update button 81. In other words, the legal affairs officer (user P1) can update the response (presented information 62) from the legal consultation agent when the interaction with the client (user PK) is updated.
[0112] In the example of Figure 12, the updated presentation information 62b has, for example, expanded background information to include reference information 627, which includes the title 71d of a reference (external information) such as "Guidelines for the Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and its summary 73d.
[0113] Note that updating of the presentation information 62b, i.e., re-execution of the presentation information generation process of FIG. 7, may be performed not only when user P1 issues an update instruction using the update button 81, but also whenever an exchange between users is updated, or whenever an input is made by any user (e.g., user PK).
[0114] When the updated presentation information 62b is displayed, the presentation information 62a before the update may remain displayed, may be displayed in a simplified manner, or may not be displayed at all.
[0115] FIG. 12 is a diagram schematically illustrating another example of a display screen 50a displayed as a web browser screen on the display device 30 of the terminal device TK of the user PK (first user) in the information processing according to the embodiment.
[0116] 12 illustrates an example of a display screen in which a user P1 inputs a request response 612 to a request content 611 using the input field 53 on the display screen 50b of FIG. 11. The display screen 50a of FIG. 12 includes a timeline display area 51 and the input field 53.
[0117] 12, the timeline display area 51 includes input information 61b indicating a request response 612 input by user P1, along with a plurality of pieces of input information 61a, 61c, and 61d such as a request content 611, an inquiry content 613, and an inquiry response 614. On the other hand, the display screen 50a in FIG. 12 does not include presented information 62b.
[0118] The display mode of the presented information 62, 62b (hereinafter simply referred to as presented information 62) is, for example, as shown in Figures 9 and 11, a display content that can be used as is when responding to a legal consultation. In this case, there is an advantage that the work cost for legal personnel is low. On the other hand, the display mode can be changed as appropriate. Figures 13 and 14 are diagrams each schematically showing another example of the display mode of the presented information 62 according to the embodiment.
[0119] 13 , the presented information 62 may include reference information 623 that displays only the titles 71 of past case information 625 and reference document information 627, along with a draft answer 621. In other words, the reference information 623 may not include the summaries 73 of the past case information 625 and reference document information 627. Note that a display mode in which the summaries 73 are not included in only one of the past case information 625 and reference document information 627 may also be used.
[0120] For example, the presented information 62 may not include the answer draft 621. In this case, the display of the past case information 625 and the reference document information 627 in the presented information 62 may include the title 71 and the summary 73 as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 11, or may include only the title 71 as shown in Fig. 14.
[0121] Even with such a simplified display mode of the presented information 62, the user P1 can use it as a reference when creating a response to the request content 611. Alternatively, if the user P1 has experience dealing with similar legal consultations in the past, a simplified display mode can be used to narrow down the displayed content, ensuring ease of viewing while providing the user P1 with appropriate information. Alternatively, the display mode of the presented information 62 may be configured to be switchable in response to an operation by the user P1. For example, the display screen 50b may include an operation button for instructing switching of the display mode together with the presented information 62.
[0122] In the information processing system S according to the above-described embodiment, the presentation of information via various UIs including display screens and operation buttons, and the acquisition of information such as the operation contents and input contents of user operations via the various UIs may be performed by a chatbot configured to be able to operate an application (e.g., the browser unit 21b) that displays various UIs of the legal consultation service on the terminal device T. The chatbot may be built within the application, or may be built outside the application and linked to the application.
[0123] In the past, when providing legal consultations, if there were any past cases similar or related to the request, it would be desirable to refer to them in order to respond, but there was a problem with searching (extracting) past cases, in that it was not easy to determine whether similar or related consultations had been received in the past, or which past cases were similar or related.
[0124] Additionally, there were issues with searching (extracting) reference documents (external information), such as the difficulty in identifying the main points of a request, such as which requirements of which laws and regulations are at issue, what information should be used as reference, and what information is the most recent. For example, if the main points of a request cannot be identified, this not only affects the search for external information, but also affects various situations such as reevaluating past cases, organizing investigation results, and creating responses.
[0125] Furthermore, even when creating responses to requests, it was necessary to refer to responses from past cases, as it was necessary to combine the latest information, and similar responses had to be created multiple times. In addition, it was also time-consuming to convert search results into responses, as it was necessary not only to summarize the results of the investigation (search) but also to break them down so that the requester could understand them.
[0126] In this regard, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment includes at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to extract, based on the request content, past cases related to the request content from a plurality of past cases that are legal cases and have at least review history information, and to output display information including presentation information that includes at least information regarding the review history of the extracted past cases.
[0127] Therefore, for example, it is possible to realize an online legal consultation service that runs on a browser and displays presentation information that includes at least information regarding the review history of past cases related to the content of a request from a client. This reduces the effort required for legal personnel to provide legal consultations and improves convenience. Furthermore, legal personnel can easily obtain appropriate information to support responses to the content of the request. In other words, the configuration according to the embodiment can support legal consultation work in responding to legal consultations from clients.
[0128] Note that part or all of each device in the above-described embodiment may be configured as hardware, or may be configured as information processing software (programs) executed by a CPU, GPU, etc. Also, in the above-described embodiment, when multiple storage devices store data, each of the multiple storage devices may store only a part of the data, or may store the entire data.
[0129] As described above, the information processing method disclosed herein uses at least one processor to extract past cases related to the request content from a plurality of past cases that are legal cases and have at least review history information, based on the request content, and outputs display information including presentation information that includes at least information regarding the review history of the extracted past cases.
[0130] In the above information processing method, the at least one processor may output display information including the presentation information to a second terminal device used by a second user that is different from the first terminal device used by the first user who input the request content.
