Description

Fixed system

[0001] The present invention relates to a fixing system, and more particularly, to a fixing system including a fixing means for detachably fixing a rail assembly to a wire rack.

[0002] Typically, mounted structures such as dishwashers and ovens are equipped with drawers for accommodating objects. These drawers are connected to rail assemblies, particularly movable rails, to enable insertion and withdrawal from the mounted structure. Furthermore, the fixed rails of these rail assemblies are detachably installed on wire racks provided on the inner side walls of the mounted structure.

[0003] Meanwhile, the fixed rail of the rail assembly is installed to the wire rack by one or more fixing means. However, the fixing force of the fixing means is weakened by the continuous operation of the rail assembly, and the rail assembly often detaches from the wire rack. Therefore, fixing means with complex structures or structures utilizing strong elasticity have been developed to increase the bonding force of the fixing means to the wire rack. However, there have been problems in that a large force is required when connecting or disconnecting the fixing means to the wire rack, and manufacturing costs increase.

[0004] Accordingly, there is a growing need for a new type of fastening means that improves user convenience by allowing users to easily attach and detach rail assemblies to wire racks.

[0005] The structure of these fixing means needs to be simple and easy to assemble, and it needs to be configured so that it can be easily installed on or separated from the wire rack with less force.

[0034] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fastening system according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a fastening system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the fastening system (1000) of the present invention can be installed in a baking oven, a dishwasher, or similar items. The fastening system (1000) includes a wire rack (10), a rail assembly (20) installed on the wire rack (10), and one or more fastening means (30) for detachably connecting the rail assembly (20) to the wire rack (10).

[0037] A wire rack (10) can be installed on the inner side wall of a baking oven, dishwasher, or similar item. The wire rack (10) includes a pair of vertical rods (11) spaced apart from each other, and at least two horizontal rods (12) connecting the vertical rods (11). The at least two horizontal rods (12) can be horizontally parallel and vertically spaced apart from each other.

[0038] The horizontal rod (12) is provided with a horizontal extension (12a) extending in the longitudinal direction, and a bent end (12b) in the shape of the letter 'L' bent at both ends of the horizontal extension (12a), and the bent end (12b) at both ends can be connected to a pair of vertical rods (11), respectively.

[0039] Meanwhile, the rail assembly (20) can be detachably installed on the wire rack (10).

[0040] This rail assembly (20) includes a fixed rail (21) installed on a wire rack (10), and one or more movable rails (22) slidably connected to the fixed rail (21). Accordingly, the rail assembly (20) is configured to allow one or more movable rails (22) to slide rearward or forwardward as needed, thereby introducing or withdrawing a basket (not shown) connected to the movable rail (22).

[0041] The fixed rail (21) can be detachably installed on the wire rack (10) by one or more fixing means (30). These fixing means (30) include a first fixing clip (100) coupled to the rear side of the fixed rail (21) and a second fixing clip (22) coupled to the front side of the fixed rail (21). That is, the fixed rail (21) can be detachably installed on the wire rack (10) by the first fixing clip (100) and the second fixing clip (200).

[0042] According to one embodiment, when installing the fixed rail (21) on the wire rack (10), first, the first fixed clip (100) may be mounted on the horizontal extension (12a) of the rear horizontal rod (12) of the wire rack (10), and then the second fixed clip (200) may be mounted in the vertical direction on the bent end (12b) of the front horizontal rod (12) of the wire rack (10) (the removal order is the reverse of the installation order). That is, the first fixed clip (100) and the second fixed clip (200) may be configured with a complementary structure so that the fixed rail (21) can be installed on the wire rack (10) more easily while at the same time being easily removed.

[0043] (a) and (b) of FIG. 3 are a side view and a perspective view of a first fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, and (a) and (b) of FIG. 4 are a front view and a partially enlarged view of a first fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, and (a) to (c) of FIG. 5 are a plan view, a side view, and a front view, respectively, of a first fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the first fixing clip (100) of the present invention is installed on the rear side of the wire rack (10) and includes a first support session (110), a mounting section (120), and a first rail coupling section (130).

[0045] More specifically, the first fixed clip (100) is configured to include a first support section (110) supported on one side of a horizontal extension (12a) of a horizontal rod (12), a mounting section (120) connected to one side of the first support section (110) and mounted on the horizontal extension (12a) of the horizontal rod (12), and a first rail coupling section (130) connected to the other side of the first support section (110) and coupled with a fixed rail (21).

[0046] The first support section (110) may be in the shape of a vertical plate supported on one side of the horizontal rod (12), more specifically, the lower horizontal extension (12a). However, it is not limited thereto, and the first support section (110) may also be in the shape of a vertical plate supported on both one side of the lower horizontal extension (12a) and one side of the upper horizontal extension (12a).

[0047] The mounting section (120) is connected to the first support section (110) and is mounted on the upper horizontal extension portion (12a) and the lower horizontal extension portion (12a). This mounting section (120) can be mounted on the upper horizontal extension portion (12a) and the lower horizontal extension portion (12a) by rotating after being partially inserted into the space between the upper horizontal extension portion (12a) and the lower horizontal extension portion (12a).

[0048] This mounting section (120) includes a first side (121), a second side (122), and a connecting portion (123).

[0049] More specifically, the mounting section (120) is configured to include a first side (121) that extends from the first support section (110) on the same plane and is supported on one side of the upper horizontal extension (12a), a second side (122) that is arranged in parallel with the first side (121) and with a gap therebetween and is supported on the other side of the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the other side of the lower horizontal extension (12a), and a connecting part (123) that connects the first side (121) and the second side (122) and is supported on the upper end of the lower horizontal extension (12a).

[0050] This mounting section (120) can be formed in a roughly “H” shape on a plane. At this time, the distance between the first side (121) and the second side (122) and the distance between the first side (121) and the mounting section (120) can be formed to be greater than the thickness of the horizontal extension (12a).

[0051] That is, the upper horizontal extension (12a) is fixedly arranged between the first side (121) and the second side (122) of the mounting section (120), and the lower horizontal extension (12a) is fixedly arranged between the first side (121) of the mounting section (120) and the first support section (110).

[0052] The mounting section (120) is first inserted into the space between the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the lower horizontal extension (12a) with the second side (122), and then the lower end (123a) of the connecting section (123) is supported on the upper end of the lower horizontal extension (12a), and the upper horizontal extension (12a) is rotated as a whole so that the upper horizontal extension (12a) is positioned between the first side (121) and the second side (122), thereby being mounted on the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the lower horizontal extension (12a).

[0053] According to one embodiment, the lower end (123a) of the connecting portion (123) is formed to have a concave or convex curvature so that it can be fixedly supported at the upper center of the lower horizontal extension portion (12a). That is, as the curvature is imparted to the lower end (123a) of the connecting portion (123), the connecting portion (123) can be more stably supported with respect to the lower horizontal extension portion (12a).

[0054] According to one embodiment, the mounting section (120) may be arranged to be inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the horizontal extension portion (12a) when viewed from the side. That is, the first side portion (121), the second side portion (122), and the connecting portion (123) of the mounting section (120) may have a structure that roughly forms an “H” shape on a plane, but is arranged to be inclined with respect to the horizontal extension portion (12a) when viewed from the side.

[0055] In this way, when the mounting section (120) is formed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal extension (12a), the degree of rotation of the second side (122) when mounted on the horizontal extension (12a) can be reduced. In addition, compared to the case where the mounting section (120) is arranged in a vertical direction with respect to the horizontal extension (12a), a wider support width is possible in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal extension (12a), so that a stable support structure can be formed.

[0056] The first rail coupling section (130) may be a plate shape extending horizontally from the first support section (110), and the rear side of the fixed rail (21) may be fixedly coupled to the upper portion of the first rail coupling section (130).

[0057] (a) to (c) of FIGS. 6 are a perspective view of a second fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention, a perspective view of a second fixing clip, and a side view of a second fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively; (a) to (c) of FIGS. 7 are a plan view, a side view, and a front view of a second fixing clip according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively; and (a) to (c) of FIGS. 8 are drawings showing a contact state between a second fixing clip and a horizontal rod according to a diameter of the horizontal rod according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0058] Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, the second fixing clip (200) of the present invention is installed on the front side of the wire rack (10) and includes a second support session (210), a hook section (220), and a second rail coupling section (230).

[0059] More specifically, the second fixed clip (200) is configured to include a second support section (210) supported on a horizontal extension (12a) of a front horizontal rod (12), a hook section (220) connected to one side of the second support section (210) and hooked to a bent end (12b) of the front horizontal rod (12), and a second rail coupling section (230) connected to the other side of the second support section (210) and coupled to a fixed rail (21).

[0060] The second support section (210) may be a vertical plate supported on one side of the front horizontal rod (12), more specifically, the horizontal extension (12a). This second support section (210) may include an extension support (211) supported on both the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the lower horizontal extension (12a).

[0061] The hook section (220) is connected to the second support section (210) and is mounted on the front horizontal rod (12), preferably on the bent end (12b). The hook section (220) surrounds the front bent end (12b), but is formed to be open in the downward direction, so that the hook section (220) can be hung vertically, i.e., in the up-down direction, with respect to the front bent end (12b).

[0062] This hook section (220) includes a catch (222), a first anti-separation part (221), and a second anti-separation part (223).

[0063] More specifically, the hook section (220) is configured to include a hook (222) supported on the upper end of the front-side bending end (12b), a first separation prevention part (221) connected to the second support section (210) and extending downward from one side of the hook (222) to prevent lateral separation of the front-side bending end (12b), and a second separation prevention part (223) facing the first separation prevention part (221) and extending downward from the other side of the hook (222) to prevent lateral separation of the front-side bending end (12b).

[0064] That is, the hook section (220) is structured such that the hooking portion (222), the first anti-separation portion (221), and the second anti-separation portion (223) surround the front bending portion (12b), but are open toward the lower side, thereby allowing entry of the bending portion (12b).

[0065] According to one embodiment, the catch (222) may be provided with a horizontal support (222a) supported on the upper end of the front bending end (12b), a first inclined support (222b) extending downwardly from the horizontal support (222a) to one side, and a second inclined support (222c) extending downwardly from the horizontal support (222a) to the other side.

[0066] Referring to Fig. 8, the catch (222) can be stably supported on the bend end (12b) by making contact at one to three points depending on the thickness of the bend end (12b). That is, the catch (222) can be formed in a size that can accommodate wire racks (10) of various thicknesses.

[0067] The first anti-separation part (221) is configured to extend downward from one side of the catch (222), preferably from the first inclined support part (222b). Similarly, the second anti-separation part (223) is configured to face the first anti-separation part (221) and extend downward from the other side of the catch (222), preferably from the second inclined support part (222c). The first anti-separation part (221) and the second anti-separation part (223) are configured to prevent the bent end part (12b) from being detached due to shaking during rail operation.

[0068] According to one embodiment, the hook section (220) may further include a third anti-separation portion (224) that protrudes inwardly from the first anti-separation portion (221) to prevent the lower direction of the front bending end (12b) from being separated, and a bending portion (225) that is bent inwardly from the lower end of the first anti-separation portion (221). At this time, the size of the lower opening of the hook section (220), i.e., the shortest distance (L2) between the second anti-separation portion (223) and the bending portion (225), may be formed to be less than or equal to the shortest distance (L1) between the first anti-separation portion (221) and the second anti-separation portion (223). When the fixed rail (21) is lifted up during rail operation, the second fixed clip (200) coupled to the fixed rail (21) is also lifted up. At this time, the third detachment prevention part (224) can prevent the second fixed clip (200) from being detached from or rotating at the bending end (12b). The bending part (225) is configured to minimize the amount of deformation of the third detachment prevention part (224) caused by the bending end (12b) when the second fixed clip (200) is mounted.

[0069] The second rail coupling section (230) may be a plate extending horizontally from the second support section (210), and the front side of the fixed rail (21) may be fixedly coupled to the upper portion of the second rail coupling section (230).

[0070] Figures 9 (a) and (b) are drawings showing the mounting process of a fixing system according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0071] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 9, the second side (122) of the first fixing clip (100) coupled to the rear side of the rail assembly (20) is inserted into the space between the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the lower horizontal extension (12a), and as the first fixing clip (100) rotates as a whole, it is mounted on the upper horizontal extension (12a) and the lower horizontal extension (12a). At this time, the upper horizontal extension (12a) is fixedly arranged between the first side (121) and the second side (122) of the mounting section (120), and the lower horizontal extension (12a) is fixedly arranged between the first side (121) of the mounting section (120) and the first support section (110). In addition, the connecting portion (123) of the mounting section (120) is supported on the upper end of the lower horizontal extension (12a).

[0072] After the first fixing clip (100) is mounted on the rear side of the wire rack (10), the hook section (220) of the second fixing clip (200) coupled to the front side of the rail assembly (20) moves in the vertical direction, i.e., downward direction, and is hooked and mounted on the bent end (12b) of the front horizontal rod (12), and the second support section (210) of the second fixing clip (200) is supported on one side of the horizontal extension (12a) of the horizontal rod (12).

[0073] In this way, the fixing means (30) of the present invention is configured with an assembly structure in which the first fixing clip (100) coupled to the rear side of the rail assembly (20) is mounted on the rear horizontal extension (12a), and the second fixing clip (200) coupled to the front side of the rail assembly (20) is hooked on the front bent end (12b), so that it is easy to mount and detach from the wire rack (10). In addition, the first fixing clip (100) and the second fixing clip (200) are configured with a mutually complementary fixing structure, and are configured with a structure that can be applied to wire racks (10) of various thicknesses, so that user convenience can be improved.
