Abstract

The present invention relates to an aroma inhaler comprising a hollow tubular body (1) in turn comprising at least one mouthpiece (2), open at both ends and which can be detached from the rest of the body (1) and replaced again using an attachment system (4). Said body (1) is provided therein with a hole that is open at both ends, containing at least one interchangeable cartridge (3) containing a substance with an aroma that is inhaled by the user when in use. The attachment system (4) is a tongue-and-groove press-fit and comprises a recessed segment (4a) at one end that fits inside the hole (5) of the body (1). The hole (5) inside the body (1) is suitable for containing two interchangeable cartridges (3) with the same or different substance with an aroma.

More specifically, the present invention is distinguished by the special functional and constructive characteristics of the elements that form part of the device such that all of them contribute to the achievement of an aroma inhaler replicating similar characteristics of a real cigarette or vape, specifically designed to house filters with aroma capsules to simulate the experience of smoking or vaping without its harmful effects, and with the advantage, among others, of being reusable and allowing the use of even two filters to increase or combine aromas, which, in addition, can consist of aroma filters of those already existing on the market that are sold for use in roll-your-own cigarettes, avoiding the need to acquire specific filters.

[0010] Furthermore, laws related to tobacco and vaping are becoming increasingly strict. Fortunately, there are alternatives that can help people in their efforts to quit or reduce their smoking or vaping habits, thus promoting a healthier life.

Smoking or vaping has been associated with a number of respiratory problems, including chronic cough, shortness of breath, and lung damage. [0019] The aroma inhaler proposed by the invention is configured as an ideal solution to achieve the objectives previously indicated, the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.Specifically, what the invention proposes, as noted above, is an aroma inhaler device whose essential purpose is to provide the user with a way to reduce or quit the habit of smoking and vaping, for which it is designed by replicating characteristics similar to those of a real cigarette or vape, and specifically to house aroma filters, in order to simulate the experience of smoking or vaping without its harmful effects, presenting, among others, the advantage of being a reusable device and allowing the use of even two filters simultaneously, either to increase the effect of the inhaled aroma or to combine two different aromas.
