Abstract
Description
Airtight structure of buildings
[0001] The present invention relates to an airtight structure installed in a building having a lower floor, an upper floor installed above the lower floor, and a roof extending from the outer wall of the upper floor to the outside.
[0002] A conventionally known example of a building having an upper and lower floor is the house described in Patent Document 1. This house includes beams on the upper floor, an exterior wall on the upper floor supported by the beams, and an attached roof of a house overhang such as a eaves that protrudes from the exterior wall.
[0003] The exterior wall has a framework having a plurality of vertical frame members and crosspieces, an exterior material attached to the outer surface of the framework, and a waterproof sheet that waterproofs the lower part of the outer surface of the framework.
[0004] The attached roof comprises a framework, sheathing boards attached to the upper surface of the framework, roofing materials provided on the sheathing boards, and a roof waterproof sheet covering the sheathing boards between the roofing materials and the sheathing boards.
[0005] In the above-mentioned buildings, insulation may be installed on the exterior walls and roof to insulate the interior of the upper floors located inside the exterior walls and the interior of the house overhang located under the house overhang roof from the outside.
[0006] In this case, the exterior walls must have an airtight layer on the interior side of the frame to prevent condensation inside the insulation.Similarly, the house overhang must have an airtight layer on the interior side of the frame to prevent condensation inside the insulation.
[0007] However, Patent Document 1 does not describe providing an insulating material and an airtight layer on the exterior walls and overhanging parts of the house.

[0013] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] The following description will discuss preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The preferred embodiments are merely examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention.
[0014] Fig. 1 is a side cross-sectional view showing an airtight structure for a building according to a first embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a front view of a wall support member and an extension member in the airtight structure of Fig. 1 as seen from the outside.
[0015] 1 and 2, an airtight structure 1 according to the first embodiment is installed in a building having a lower floor DF and an upper floor UF installed above the lower floor DF. Specifically, the airtight structure 1 includes an exterior wall 2 of the upper floor UF, beams 3 supporting the exterior wall 2, a roof 4 extending outward from the exterior wall 2 so as to cover a lower room DR of the lower floor DF from above, a floor surface material 5 and an interior wall surface material 6 supported by the beams 3, and a ceiling surface material 7 suspended by the beams 3.
[0016] The floor material 5 and the interior wall material 6 are used to partition the upper room UR of the upper floor UF. Specifically, the floor material 5 is placed on the beams 3 and fixed to the beams 3 so as to face the upper room UR. The interior wall material 6 is erected on the floor material 5 so as to face the upper room UR.
[0017] The ceiling surface material 7 forms the ceiling of the lower room DR. Specifically, the ceiling surface material 7 is suspended from the beams 3 via suspension members (not shown) while facing the lower room DR.
[0018] The exterior wall 2 has an exterior wall surface material 2a, a plurality of wall retaining members 2b (see Figure 2) that hold the exterior wall surface material 2a and are erected on the beams 3, a plurality of wall insulation materials 2c that are provided inside the exterior wall surface material 2a, and a wall airtight member 2d that covers the upper room UR from the outside at a position inside the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b.
[0019] The exterior wall surface material 2a is attached to the plurality of wall retaining members 2b so that a space for accommodating a part of the wall insulation material 2c is formed between the exterior wall surface material 2a and the plurality of wall retaining members 2b. Specifically, the exterior wall surface material 2a is attached to the plurality of wall retaining members 2b via base materials 2e fixed to the outer surfaces of the plurality of wall retaining members 2b.
[0020] The plurality of wall retaining members 2b are erected on the beam 3 at positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 (the left-right direction in FIG. 2 ). The plurality of wall retaining members 2b are formed, for example, from pillars, studs, or half pillars. One of the plurality of wall retaining members 2b is an example of a wall retaining member, and the other is an example of a second wall retaining member.
[0021] The wall insulation materials 2c include a plurality of external insulation materials 2c1 provided outside the wall retaining members 2b and a plurality of internal insulation materials 2c2 provided inside the external insulation materials 2c1. The external insulation materials 2c1 include those provided in an area above the base material 2e and those provided in an area below the base material 2e. The external insulation materials 2c1 are rigid insulation materials made of, for example, urethane foam. The internal insulation materials 2c2 are provided between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. Specifically, the exterior wall 2 further includes an extension member 2f extending between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 and across these two wall retaining members 2b. Each external insulation material 2c1 is provided in an area above the extension member 2f between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b. The internal insulation materials 2c2 are flexible insulation materials made of, for example, glass wool.
[0022] The wall airtight member 2d is provided inside the wall insulation materials 2c. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, the wall airtight member 2d has a portion arranged along the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b and a portion arranged along the inner surface of the base material 2e. The wall airtight member 2d is an airtight sheet (for example, a sheet made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like).
[0023] 1 and 2, the exterior wall 2 includes a mounting member 2g that extends along the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 so as to intersect with the plurality of wall retaining members 2b on the extension member 2f and is fixed to the outer surfaces 2b1 of the plurality of wall retaining members 2b. The mounting member 2g has an upper surface 2g1 that slopes downward as it moves away from the exterior wall 2, and the roof 4 is placed on the upper surface 2g1.
[0024] The roof 4 includes a roof surface material 4a, multiple roof support members 4b (only one of which is shown in FIG. 1 ) that support the roof surface material 4a and extend outward from the exterior wall 2, multiple roof insulation materials 4c provided below the roof surface material 4a, and a roof airtight member 4d that covers the lower room DR from above at a position below the roof surface material 4a. The roof 4 also includes a waterproof sheet 4e provided on the roof surface material 4a, multiple roof tiles 4f provided on the waterproof sheet 4e, and a water-repellent member 4g that protects the boundary between the roof tiles 4f and the exterior wall 2 from rainwater and the like. The waterproof sheet 4e has a laid portion that is laid on the roof surface material 4a and a rising portion that rises from the laid portion along the outer surface of the wall insulation material 2c (external insulation material 2c1). The water drainage member 4g has a covering portion that covers the upper end of the topmost tile material 4f, and a rising portion that rises from the covering portion so as to fit between the exterior wall surface material 2a and the wall insulation material 2c (external insulation material 2c1).
[0025] The multiple roof retaining members 4b (only one is shown in the figure) are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 and slope downward as they extend outward from the exterior wall 2. Specifically, the multiple roof retaining members 4b are attached to the exterior wall 2 while being placed on the upper surface 2g1 of a mounting member 2g provided on the exterior wall 2. Note that the outer insulating materials 2c1 of the exterior wall 2 that are placed below the base material 2e are provided between the lower surface of the base material 2e and the upper surface of the roof retaining members 4b.
[0026] The roof surface material 4a extends across the plurality of roof holding members 4b and is fixed to the plurality of roof holding members 4b in a state in which it is placed on the plurality of roof holding members 4b.
[0027] The multiple roof insulation materials 4c include multiple upper insulation materials 4c1 arranged between two adjacent roof support members 4b and multiple lower insulation materials 4c2 arranged below the upper insulation materials 4c1 (one of each is shown in Figure 1). The upper insulation materials 4c1 are arranged below the upper surface of the roof support members 4b so that a ventilation passage is formed between them and the roof surface member 4a. The lower surface of the upper insulation material 4c1 is arranged flush with the lower surface of the roof support member 4b, and the tip of the upper insulation material 4c1 is placed on the upper surface 2g1 of the mounting member 2g of the exterior wall 2. The upper insulation material 4c1 is connected to the outer surface of the wall insulation material 2c (external insulation material 2c1). The multiple lower insulation materials 4c2 sandwich a portion of the roof airtight member 4d between themselves and the multiple upper insulation materials 4c1. In other words, the upper insulation material 4c1 is arranged above the roof airtight member 4d. Furthermore, the plurality of lower insulating materials 4c2 sandwich a portion of the roof airtight member 4d between the outer surface 2g2 of the mounting member 2g. The upper insulating material 4c1 and the lower insulating material 4c2 are attached to the roof holding member 4b via an attachment member (not shown) while arranged as described above. The upper insulating material 4c1 and the lower insulating material 4c2 are made of a rigid insulating material such as urethane foam.
[0028] The roof airtight member 4d is provided below the upper insulating material 4c1. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, the roof airtight member 4d has a portion sandwiched between the upper insulating material 4c1 and the lower insulating material 4c2, and a portion disposed along the outer surface of the mounting member 2g (a portion sandwiched between the lower insulating material 4c2 and the outer surface 2g2 of the mounting member 2g). The roof airtight member 4d is an airtight sheet (for example, a sheet made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like).
[0029] The wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d are connected to each other through an area on the indoor side based on the roof surface material 4a and the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b. In other words, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d are connected to each other through an area below the roof surface material 4a and inside a plane including the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b. Specifically, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d are connected to each other through the spaces between the wall retaining members 2b adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. More specifically, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d are connected to each other through the area below the extension member 2f.
[0030] Furthermore, whether the wall retaining member 2b is made of wood or metal, the wall retaining member 2b can be treated as an airtight member. Therefore, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d need to be connected to the wall retaining member 2b.
[0031] The connection of the wall airtight member 2d, the roof airtight member 4d, and the wall retaining member 2b as described above can also be realized by expanding at least one of the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d and using the expanded wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d. However, in the first embodiment, the connection is realized via an airtight member other than the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d.
[0032] Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a connected state of the airtight member in Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an enlarged perspective view showing the connected airtight member in Fig. 4.
[0033] 3 to 5, the airtight structure 1 further includes intermediate airtight members 8 arranged along the outer surface 2f1, the lower surface 2f2, and the inner surface 2f3 of the extension member 2f, connecting airtight members 9 arranged across the extension member 2f and the wall retaining member 2b, and complementary airtight members 10 arranged across the mounting member 2g, the wall retaining member 2b, and the extension member 2f. The intermediate airtight members 8, connecting airtight members 9, and complementary airtight members 10 are made of an airtight material (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc.).
[0034] The intermediate airtight member 8 has a predetermined shape extending from the outer surface 2f1 of the extension member 2f through the lower surface 2f2 of the extension member 2f to the inner surface 2f3 of the extension member 2f. That is, the intermediate airtight member 8 is a molded product having an outer portion 8a arranged along the outer surface 2f1, a lower portion 8b arranged along the lower surface 2f2, and an inner portion 8c arranged along the inner surface 2f3. The intermediate airtight member 8 also has a longitudinal dimension that allows it to overlap the connecting airtight members 9 provided at both ends of the extension member 2f in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, both ends of the intermediate airtight member 8 are arranged overlapping the portions of the connecting airtight member 9 (described later) that are arranged along the extension member 2f, and the center of the intermediate airtight member 8 is arranged along the extension member 2f.
[0035] The airtight connection member 9 has a shape extending from the outer surface 2f1 of the extension member 2f and the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b via the lower surface 2f2 of the extension member 2f and the side surface 2b3 of the wall retaining member 2b to the inner surface 2f3 of the extension member 2f and the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b. That is, the airtight connection member 9 is a molded product having an outer portion 9a arranged along the outer surfaces 2f1 and 2b1, an inner portion 9c arranged along the inner surfaces 2f3 and 2b2, and an intermediate portion 9b provided between the outer portion 9a and the inner portion 9c and arranged along the lower surface 2f2 and the side surface 2b3. The airtight connection member 9 is bonded to the extension member 2f and the wall retaining member 2b at bonding regions 9a1 and 9c1 along the boundary between the outer portion 9a and the inner portion 9c and the intermediate portion 9b, and at a pair of bonding regions 9b1 corresponding to both edges of the intermediate portion 9b.
[0036] The complementary airtight member 10 has a shape extending from the outer surface 2g2 of the mounting member 2g, through the lower surface 2g3 of the mounting member 2g, to the outer surfaces 2b1, 2f1 of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f. That is, the complementary airtight member 10 has a first outer portion 10a arranged along the outer surface 2g2 of the mounting member 2g, a lower portion 10b arranged along the lower surface 2g3 of the mounting member 2g, and a second outer portion 10c arranged along the outer surfaces 2b1, 2f1 of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 3, the portion of the roof airtight member 4d arranged along the outer surface 2g2 of the mounting member 2g is connected to the first outer portion 10a of the complementary airtight member 10 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the first outer portion 10a from the outside. The second outer portion 10c of the complementary airtight member 10 is connected to the outer portions 8a, 9a of the intermediate airtight member 8 and the connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the outer portions 8a, 9a from the outside. The portion of the wall airtight member 2d arranged along the inner surface 2f3 of the extension member 2f is connected to the inner portions 8c, 9c of the intermediate airtight member 8 and the connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the inner portions 8c, 9c of the intermediate airtight member 8 and the connecting airtight member 9 from the inside. In addition, the portion of the wall airtight member 2d arranged along the wall retaining member 2b is connected to the connecting airtight member 9 or the wall retaining member 2b by airtight tape or the like, overlapping from the inside with the inner portion 9c of the connecting airtight member 9 or the inner surface 2b2 of the wall retaining member 2b.
[0038] 3 and 4, the outer portion 8a of the intermediate airtight member 8 is connected to a part of the outer portion 9a of the connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the outer portion 9a from the outside. The lower portion 8b of the intermediate airtight member 8 is connected to a part of the middle portion 9b of the connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the middle portion 9b. The inner portion 8c of the intermediate airtight member 8 is connected to the inner portion 9c of the connecting airtight member 9 with airtight tape or the like, while overlapping the inner portion 9c from the inside.
[0039] As shown in Fig. 5, the airtight connection member 9 is connected to the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f via adhesive regions 9a1, 9b1, and 9c1. When the wall retaining members 2b have different thicknesses, as shown in Fig. 2, the outer portions 9a and inner portions 9c of two adjacent airtight connection members 9 can be arranged to overlap each other.
[0040] As described above, the wall airtight member 2d, the roof airtight member 4d, and the wall retaining member 2b are airtightly connected via the airtight members 8 to 10.
[0041] As described above, according to the first embodiment, the exterior wall 2 and the roof 4 are provided with wall insulation 2c and roof insulation 4c (hereinafter collectively referred to as insulation 2c and 4c), respectively, and wall airtight member 2d and roof airtight member 4d (hereinafter collectively referred to as airtight member 2d and 4d). This allows for the suppression of condensation in components including the insulation 2c and 4c. Specifically, the wall airtight member 2d is provided on the indoor side of the wall insulation 2c, and the roof airtight member 4d is provided on the indoor side of the top insulation 4c1. This prevents indoor humid air from entering the insulation 2c and 4c1 in winter, thereby suppressing the occurrence of condensation in components including the insulation 2c and 4c1 provided on the outdoor side of the airtight member 2d and 4d. Furthermore, the roof airtight member 4d is provided on the outdoor side of the top insulation 4c1. Therefore, by preventing humid air from outside from entering the upper insulation material 4c1 in the summer, it is possible to prevent condensation from occurring in components including the upper insulation material 4c1 located on the indoor side of the roof airtight member 4d due to cold air inside the room.
[0042] Furthermore, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d are connected to each other in an area inside the room based on the roof surface material 4a and the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b, that is, an area below the roof surface material 4a and inside the plane including the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b. This makes it possible to continuously suppress condensation from occurring in the components including the above-mentioned insulating materials 2c and 4c from the exterior wall 2 to the roof 4.
[0043] Therefore, condensation can be effectively suppressed in components including insulation materials 2c, 4c provided on the exterior wall 2 of the upper floor UF and the roof 4 of the lower floor DF extending from the exterior wall 2 of the upper floor UF to the outside.
[0044] As a configuration for connecting the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d to each other through the indoor area based on the roof surface material 4a and the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b, a connection through the indoor area of the beam (connection along the path DL shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure 1) is assumed. However, in this case, since multiple components (e.g., the floor surface material 5 in Figure 1 and the beam not shown) are connected to the beam 3, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d must be positioned to avoid interference with these components, and the configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d and 4d becomes complicated.
[0045] In contrast, according to the first embodiment, the wall airtight member 2d and the roof airtight member 4d can be connected to each other by utilizing the space above the beam 3, i.e., the space between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b, thereby simplifying the configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d, 4d.
[0046] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, since the extension member 2f is provided across the two adjacent wall retaining members 2b, an area for installing a wall insulation member (inner insulation member 2c2) on the extension member 2f can be formed in the space between the two wall retaining members 2b. Furthermore, since the wall airtight member 2d is provided inside the wall insulation member 2c and is connected to the roof airtight member 4d through under the extension member 2f, both airtight members 2d, 4d can be connected through under the wall insulation member 2c (extension member 2f) while suppressing condensation on the wall insulation member 2c in the winter as described above.
[0047] In addition, in the first embodiment, the roof insulation (upper insulation 4c1) is provided on the roof airtight member 4d and is connected to the wall insulation (inner insulation 2c2), so that the insulation materials 2c2, 4c1 can be continuous in the outdoor areas of the airtight members 2d, 4d. This ensures continuous insulation performance from the roof 4 to the exterior wall 2, and also suppresses condensation in the components including the insulation materials 2c2, 4c1 in winter.
[0048] One possible configuration for connecting the two airtight members 2d, 4d is to use sheet-like airtight members that can be relatively freely deformed as the two airtight members 2d, 4d and connect them to each other below the extension member 2f. However, in this case, due to the degree of freedom of deformation of the airtight members 2d, 4d, it is difficult to arrange the two airtight members 2d, 4d along the inner surface, bottom surface, and outer surface of the extension member 2f. If the airtight members 2d, 4d are arranged away from the extension member 2f, they may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding structure of the extension member 2f, resulting in a decrease in airtightness.
[0049] In contrast, in the first embodiment, both airtight members 2d and 4d are connected to each other via an intermediate airtight member 8 that has a shape that extends from the outer surface 2f1 of the extension member 2f through the lower surface 2f2 to the inner surface 2f3. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the influence of the surrounding structure of the extension member 2f, and to maintain airtight performance.
[0050] Regardless of whether the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f are made of wood or metal, the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f can be treated as airtight. Therefore, when connecting the airtight members 2d and 4d between two adjacent wall retaining members 2b by passing them under the extension member 2f, it is necessary to connect the airtight members 2d and 4d to the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f. However, because the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f extend in directions that intersect with each other, if sheet-like airtight members, which have a relatively high degree of deformation, are used as the airtight members 2d and 4d, it is difficult to align the airtight members 2d and 4d across the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f. If the airtight members 2d and 4d are positioned away from at least one of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f, they may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding configuration of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f, resulting in a decrease in airtightness.
[0051] In contrast to this, in the first embodiment, both airtight members 2d, 4d are connected to the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f via a connecting airtight member 9 that has a shape that extends from the outer surfaces 2b1, 2f1 of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f through the underside 2f2 of the extension member 2f and the side surface 2b3 of the wall retaining member 2b to the inner surfaces 2b2, 2f3 of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the influence of the surrounding configuration of the wall retaining member 2b and the extension member 2f, and to maintain airtight performance.
[0052] In the first embodiment, the roof airtight member 4d is held by the roof holding member 4b, but the arrangement of the roof airtight member 4d is not limited to this. The roof airtight member 4d only needs to cover the lower room DR from above at a position below the upper surface 4b1 of the roof holding member 4b.
[0053] For example, as in the airtight structure 1A of the second embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the roof airtight member 4Ad may be arranged below the roof holding member 4b so as to cover the lower room DR from above. In this case, the upper insulation material 4Ac1 and the lower insulation material 4Ac2 may be arranged below the roof holding member 4b so as to sandwich the roof airtight member 4Ad.
[0054] In the second embodiment as well, the roof airtight member 4Ad and the wall airtight member 2d are connected to each other through the area on the indoor side, with the roof surface material 4a and the outer surface 2b1 of the wall retaining member 2b as reference points.
[0055] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the following aspects may also be adopted, for example.
[0056] In the above embodiment, a sloped roof has been described as an example, but the configuration of the above embodiment can also be applied to a flat roof.
[0057] In the above embodiment, the wall airtight member 2d is provided inside the wall insulation material 2c, but the position of the wall airtight member 2d is not limited to this. For example, the wall airtight member 2d may be provided outside the wall insulation material 2c.
[0058] In the above embodiment, the roof airtight members 4d, 4Ad are provided between the upper insulation 4c1 and the lower insulation 4c2, but the positions of the roof airtight members 4d, 4Ad are not limited to this. For example, the roof airtight members 4d, 4Ad may be provided above or below the roof insulation 4c.
[0059] The above-described specific embodiments mainly include inventions having the following configurations.
[0060] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an airtight structure for a building having a lower floor and an upper floor located above the lower floor, the airtight structure comprising: exterior walls of the upper floor, beams supporting the exterior walls, and a roof extending outward from the exterior walls to cover a room on the lower floor from above; the exterior walls have an exterior wall surface material, wall retaining members that hold the exterior wall surface material and are erected on the beams, wall insulation material provided inside the exterior wall surface material, and a wall airtight member that covers the room on the upper floor from the outside at a position inside the outer surface of the wall retaining member; the roof has a roof surface material, roof retaining members that hold the roof surface material and extend outward from the exterior wall, roof insulation material provided below the roof surface material, and a roof airtight member that covers the room on the lower floor from above at a position below the roof surface material; and the wall airtight structure for a building is provided with: an airtight structure for a building
[0061] According to the present invention, since the exterior walls and roof are provided with insulation and airtight members, respectively, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation in the members including the insulation. Specifically, when the airtight member is provided on the indoor side of the insulation, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation in the members including the insulation provided on the outdoor side of the airtight member by preventing the high humidity air from entering the insulation in winter, which can be caused by the cold air outside the room. On the other hand, when the airtight member is provided on the outdoor side of the insulation, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation in the members including the insulation provided on the indoor side of the airtight member by preventing the high humidity air from entering the insulation in summer, which can be caused by the cold air inside the room.
[0062] Furthermore, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through an area inside the room based on the outer surfaces of the roof retaining surface material and the wall retaining member, that is, an area below the roof surface material and inside the plane including the outer surface of the wall retaining member. This makes it possible to continuously suppress condensation in the members including the above-mentioned insulation material from the exterior wall to the roof.
[0063] Therefore, according to the present invention, condensation can be effectively suppressed in components including insulation provided on the exterior walls of the upper floor and on the roof of the lower floor extending from the exterior walls of the upper floor to the outside.
[0064] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the exterior wall has a second wall retaining member that holds the exterior wall surface material and is erected on the beam at a position away from the wall retaining member in the longitudinal direction of the beam, and that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through the space between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member.
[0065] As a configuration for connecting the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member to each other through the area on the indoor side based on the outer surfaces of the roof surface material and the wall retaining member, a connection through the area on the indoor side of the beam is assumed. However, in this case, since multiple members are connected to the beam, the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member must be positioned to avoid interference with these members, and the configuration for connecting the two airtight members becomes complicated.
[0066] In contrast, with the above configuration, the space above the beam, i.e., the space between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member, can be utilized to connect the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member to each other, thereby simplifying the configuration for connecting the two airtight members.
[0067] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the exterior wall has an extension member extending across the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member, the wall insulation material is provided in the area above the extension member between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member, outside the wall airtight member, and the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other through below the extension member.
[0068] According to the above-mentioned configuration, since the extension member extends across both wall retaining members, an area for installing the wall insulation member on the extension member can be formed in the space between both wall retaining members. Furthermore, since the wall airtight member is provided inside the wall insulation and is connected to the roof airtight member through under the extension member, both airtight members can be connected through under the wall insulation (extension member) while suppressing condensation on the wall insulation member in the above-mentioned winter.
[0069] In the airtight structure of the building, it is preferable that the roof insulation material is provided on the roof airtight member and connected to the outer surface of the wall insulation material.
[0070] According to the above-mentioned configuration, since the roof insulation is provided on the roof airtight member and connected to the wall insulation, both insulation materials can be continuous in the outdoor areas of both airtight members, thereby ensuring continuous insulation performance from the roof to the exterior wall and suppressing condensation in the members including both insulation materials in winter.
[0071] The airtight structure of the building has a shape that extends from the outer surface of the extension member via the underside of the extension member to the inner surface of the extension member, and further includes intermediate airtight members arranged along the outer surface, the underside, and the inner surface of the extension member, and it is preferable that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to each other via the intermediate airtight member.
[0072] One possible configuration for connecting the two airtight members is to use sheet-like airtight members that can be relatively freely deformed as the two airtight members and connect them together below the extension member. However, in this case, due to the degree of freedom of deformation of the airtight members, it is difficult to arrange the two airtight members along the inner surface, lower surface, and outer surface of the extension member. If the airtight members are arranged away from the extension member, they may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding structure of the extension member, and the airtight performance may be reduced.
[0073] In contrast, in the above-described configuration, the two airtight members are connected to each other via an intermediate airtight member that has a shape that extends from the outer surface of the extension member to the inner surface via the undersurface, thereby reducing the influence of the surrounding structure of the extension member and thus maintaining airtight performance.
[0074] The airtight structure of the building has a shape that extends from the outer surfaces of the extension member and the wall retaining member via the underside of the extension member and the side surface of the wall retaining member to the inner surfaces of the extension member and the wall retaining member, and it is preferable that the airtight structure further includes a connecting airtight member arranged across the extension member and the wall retaining member, and that the wall airtight member and the roof airtight member are connected to the wall retaining member via the connecting airtight member.
[0075] Regardless of whether the wall retaining member and the extension member are made of wood or metal, the wall retaining member and the extension member can be treated as airtight. Therefore, when connecting the two airtight members between the wall retaining member and the second wall retaining member by passing them under the extension member, both airtight members must be connected to the wall retaining member and the extension member. However, because the wall retaining member and the extension member extend in directions intersecting each other, if sheet-like airtight members, which have a relatively high degree of deformation freedom, are used as both airtight members, it is difficult to arrange the airtight member along the wall retaining member and the extension member. If the airtight member is arranged away from at least one of the wall retaining member and the extension member, the airtight member may be damaged by the influence of the surrounding configuration of the wall retaining member and the extension member, resulting in a decrease in airtightness.
[0076] In contrast, in the above-described configuration, both airtight members are connected to the wall retaining member and the extension member via a connecting airtight member that has a shape that extends from the outer surfaces of the extension member and the wall retaining member to the inner surfaces of the extension member and the wall retaining member via the underside of the extension member and the side surfaces of the wall retaining member, thereby reducing the influence of the surrounding structure on the wall retaining member and the extension member and maintaining airtight performance.
