Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Transportable station for storage and charging of personal mobility vehicles

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as expressed in the title of this specification, relates to a transportable station for storing and recharging personal mobility vehicles that provides, for its intended purpose, advantages and features, which are described in detail below.

[0005] The object of the present invention lies in a station for the storage and recharging of urban personal electric mobility vehicles, particularly electric bicycles, although it is not ruled out for other personal mobility vehicles such as electric scooters or electric motorcycles, in order to offer a rental and / or parking and recharging service for said vehicles, which has the advantageous particularity of comprising a prefabricated and transportable container, easy and quick to install, which is also preferably energetically autonomous, allowing it to be placed in any place that is required, both outside and inside and on a more or less ephemeral or prolonged basis, mainly in urban roads, tourist complexes, sports complexes, or other locations where moments of high demand are generated, such as for example in port facilities, to serve cruise passengers,in fairgrounds and other similar facilities for holding conferences, concerts, sporting, cultural or social events, to provide service to attendees.

[0006] FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The field of application of the present invention falls within the technical sector concerning the industry dedicated to the manufacture and installation of stations for storage and recharging of personal mobility vehicles.

[0008] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As is known, the use of personal electric mobility vehicles, such as bicycles, scooters and electric motorcycles, which run on electric batteries, is becoming increasingly widespread.

[0009] Using this type of vehicle, whether privately owned or rented, offers many advantages in terms of cost savings and ease of travel, especially on short trips and in urban environments.

[0010] This is why new establishments offering bicycle, scooter, and electric motorcycle rental and maintenance services have proliferated. While these establishments are feasible in urban areas with existing facilities, they have the disadvantage of not being able to be located in areas without physical premises. Furthermore, if the owner wishes to test this service anywhere, a large investment is required, either by adapting the interior of a facility or by building a new space.

[0011] On the other hand, there is a great potential for potential users of these types of vehicles, especially for rental purposes in certain locations, such as port stations, where thousands of tourists arrive daily who could rent these types of vehicles to visit the city and instead must use polluting alternative means of transport. The same applies to environments where ephemeral events are held but which bring together thousands of attendees who, in turn, are also potential users of personal transport vehicles to move between the event venue and their accommodation or to visit the city, avoiding the use of vehicles such as taxis, Uber, vans, and minibuses, which are much more polluting and cause traffic jams. They can even be used to travel from one point to another within the event venue, since these types of venues can be very large or divided into different locations, and users often have to cover long distances throughout the day to do their work.

[0012] The essential objective of the present invention is, therefore, to provide a practical, easy and quick means to install and transport to any desired point, to have a station for storing and recharging personal mobility vehicles, such as bicycles, scooters or electric motorcycles, such that they can be rented or parked by the users themselves, and recharged while they are at said station through energy supply means that are preferably autonomous and derived from renewable energy. Furthermore, an additional objective of the invention is also to provide means to allow maintenance of the vehicles, by including a workshop space with suitable tools for this purpose, as well as other additional services.

[0013] On the other hand, and as a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least on the part of the applicant, there is no knowledge of the existence of any other transportable station for storage and recharging of personal mobility vehicles that has technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal to or similar to those claimed here.

[0014] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

[0015] The transportable station for storing and recharging personal mobility vehicles that the invention proposes is configured as an ideal solution to achieve the objectives previously indicated, with the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0016] Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously indicated, is a station for the storage and recharging of urban personal mobility vehicles, particularly bicycles, scooters or electric motorcycles, which is designed as a prefabricated and transportable element, allowing for easy and rapid installation and which is also energetically autonomous to provide the electrical energy necessary for said discharge, allowing it to be placed anywhere.

[0017] To this end, and more specifically, the transportable station object of the invention is configured, essentially, from a prefabricated container such that it is provided internally with a first storage area, suitable for accommodating a plurality of personal mobility vehicles, in which it includes means for fixing each of such vehicles, as well as electricity supply means intended to power the urban mobility vehicles, said container being formed by side walls, a base and an upper roof, which define a standardized parallelepiped structure of those used for the storage and transfer of goods, for example in trucks, and where at least the side walls of one of the long sides of said structure consist of opening panels, such that, once the station is installed, when opened they give access to the interior and, in the closed position, prevent said access.

[0018] In any case, preferably, the electricity supply means provided in the container to power the personal mobility vehicles comprise one or more batteries connected to an autonomous power source, preferably renewable energy, specifically through a plurality of solar panels incorporated into the roof of the container. However, optionally, the inclusion of a connection to an external power grid is also contemplated to provide said energy as an alternative means, thus allowing the vehicles to be constantly recharged under any circumstances.

[0019] Preferably, the container also comprises a partition panel designed to separate the first storage area containing the personal mobility vehicles from a second area intended for use as a maintenance workshop, for which it is provided with multiple accessories for the repair and maintenance of the personal mobility vehicles.

[0020] Preferably, the aforementioned multiple accessories may include a wide variety of mechanical tools, such as those commonly used for repairing bicycles, scooters, or motorcycles, spare parts for bicycle parts, as well as furniture items to facilitate the user's work when using said tools.

[0021] Preferably, the furniture provided in said workshop area includes at least one retractable table and chair.

[0022] Additionally, in the second maintenance workshop area of the transportable station container, one or more lockers may be provided to contain accessories for vehicle users, such as helmets, water bottles, mobile phone holders or others, which may be the property of the users or intended for rental together with the vehicles, in which case, optionally, said lockers will be equipped with a security lock, for example by means of a code, and allow their opening only after the rental has been contracted.

[0023] Furthermore, the side walls of the container are preferably covered externally with wooden planks or slats that have been previously thermally treated, thus avoiding the application of chemicals.

[0024] Additionally, the container may include a toilet area inside, separated by a second partition panel, in order to provide users and / or the station's operating staff with at least one toilet and one sink. These will preferably have self-contained plumbing, although a conventional installation is not ruled out.

[0025] Thanks to these features, it is possible to have a station that provides storage and charging services for personal vehicles, especially bicycles, scooters, and electric motorcycles, anywhere desired or required without the need for prior construction, and is easy to transport and maintain during use.

[0026] It is also the object of the invention to provide a commercial enclosure that is easy to install and has a modern design.

[0027] Therefore, although in one embodiment, the opening side panels are panels that fold down vertically, for example by means of pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders, in an alternative embodiment, the opening side panels are horizontally deployable panels, such that, at least in the open position, they provide respective flat and expandable surfaces that can include, incorporated by means of any graphic technique, tourist information, advertising or corporate elements, adding value to mobility and to the image of the area, city or event in which the station is located.

[0028] DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, a sheet of drawings is attached to this specification, as an integral part thereof, in which the following has been represented for illustrative and non-limiting purposes:
