Description

Information collection system, request device, information collection method, and information collection program

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for collecting information about a remote facility.

[0002] A method for mediating digital data has been proposed. Patent Document 1 discloses the following method: Each photographer accesses the service provider's server from a terminal and registers photography acceptance information. A requester accesses the service provider's server from a home terminal and registers request information. The requester operates the home terminal and selects a photographer to request photography based on the photography acceptance information registered for each photographer. Specifically, the requester selects a photographer who is in the desired location. The selected photographer takes photos and registers the footage on the service provider's server. The requester receives the footage from the service provider's server and sends a reward to the photographer.

[0003] The method of Patent Document 1 enables a client to request a photographer near a facility to photograph the facility at a distance.

[0004] However, the method of Patent Document 1 has the following problems: If the facility is located in an access-restricted area, requesting a photographer near the facility to take a photo may invite illegal entry. This puts the photographer at legal risk. If the same facility is to be photographed multiple times, the requester must make multiple requests. This makes the request time-consuming. If appropriate footage is not registered and the requester checks the footage and requests re-photography, it may take time to request re-photography, and the photographer may end up leaving the facility. This makes it time-consuming to travel to re-photograph the facility.

[0045] ***Description of Operation*** The operation procedure of the information collection system 100 corresponds to the information collection method. The operation procedure of the information collection system 100 corresponds to the processing procedure by the information collection program. The information collection program includes a request program, a management program, and a collection program.

[0046] The information collection method will be described below. First, the premise of the information collection method will be described. In each collection device 400, the attribute notification unit 411 transmits attribute information of the collection device 400 to the request device 200. In the request device 200, the attribute acquisition unit 211 receives the attribute information of each collection device 400 and stores the received attribute information. The information collection method is executed for each target facility 110.

[0047] The procedure of the information collection method will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Steps S110 to S160 are repeatedly executed.

[0048] In step S110, the flag generating unit 312 determines whether a trigger condition is satisfied. The trigger condition is a condition for triggering collection of equipment information of the target equipment 110.

[0049] The trigger condition is determined as follows: Trigger condition data is pre-stored in the storage unit 390. The trigger condition data indicates a trigger condition for each target equipment 110. The trigger condition indicates a requirement for the state of the target equipment 110. The requirement is indicated using a threshold such as the Mahalanobis distance. For example, the trigger condition is satisfied when the target equipment 110 is in an abnormal state. First, the log acquisition unit 311 acquires log data from the target equipment 110. The log data is data indicating the state of the target equipment 110. For example, the log data indicates an equipment identifier, acquisition date and time, control data, and measurement data. The control data indicates values (control values) set for one or more control parameters. The measurement data indicates various information obtained using the sensor group 111, etc. For example, the measurement data indicates sound collected by a microphone, triaxial acceleration measured by a triaxial acceleration sensor, etc. If the target equipment 110 is an elevator, the measurement data indicates, for example, a time series of the elevator car's ascent and descent. The flag generating unit 312 then determines whether the state indicated in the acquired log data satisfies the requirements indicated in the trigger condition. For example, the determination is made using a Weibull hazard function or artificial intelligence (AI). If the state indicated in the acquired log data satisfies the requirements indicated in the trigger condition, the trigger condition is satisfied.

[0050] The trigger condition may be the passage of a certain period of time. In this case, the trigger condition is determined as follows: If a certain period of time has passed since the previous time when it was determined that the trigger condition was satisfied, the flag generating unit 312 determines that the trigger condition is satisfied.

[0051] If it is determined that the trigger condition is met, the flag generating unit 312 sets a collection flag and notifies the request device 200 that the collection flag has been set. In the request device 200, the matching unit 212 receives the notification. Then, the process proceeds to step S120.

[0052] In step S120, the matching unit 212 selects a collection device 400 that satisfies the request destination condition based on multiple pieces of attribute information corresponding to the multiple collection devices 400. The request destination condition is a condition for a destination that is requested to collect facility information. The selected collection device 400 is referred to as a collection request destination.

[0053] The collection request destination is selected as follows: Request destination condition data is stored in advance in the storage unit 290. The request destination condition data indicates the request destination conditions for each target facility 110. The request destination conditions indicate requirements regarding location, qualifications, and organization. "Qualifications" includes licenses. The attribute information indicates the user identifier of the user 101, the user location, the qualifications held by the user 101, the organization to which the user 101 belongs, etc. The user location is, for example, the user's address or the location of the collection device 400. The matching unit 212 selects the collection device 400 corresponding to the attribute information that meets the requirements indicated in the request destination conditions. The selected collection device 400 is the collection request destination.

[0054] For example, a collection request destination is selected as follows: The target facility 110 is located on the 10th floor of X Mansion. Collection device A is a collection device 400 owned by user A. User A lives on the 10th floor of X Mansion, holds a first-class electrician license, and works for M Electric. A first-class electrician is a higher-level license than a second-class electrician. The attribute information of collection device A indicates "10th floor of X Mansion" as user A's location, "1st-class electrician" as user A's license, and "M Electric" as user A's organization. The request destination conditions indicate "10th floor of X Mansion" as the location requirement, "2nd-class electrician" as the license requirement, and "M Electric or S Service" as the organization requirement. In this case, the attribute information of collection device A satisfies the requirements indicated in the request destination conditions. Therefore, collection device A is selected as the collection request destination.

[0055] The request destination condition may indicate either a qualification or an organization requirement, and the attribute information may indicate either a qualification possessed by the user 101 or an organization to which the user 101 belongs.

[0056] In step S130, the request unit 213 transmits a collection request to the collection device 400 that is the collection request destination. The collection request is data that is transmitted to request the collection of facility information. For example, the collection request indicates information indicated in the request destination conditions (location, qualification, affiliation, etc.) and a collection flag.

[0057] In the collection device 400 to which the collection request is made, the request receiving unit 412 receives the collection request.

[0058] In step S140, the collection unit 413 collects facility information of the target facility 110. The facility information is data indicating various types of information obtained using the sensor group 406 and the like.

[0059] The facility information includes a facility identifier, a facility image, sensor data, etc. The facility information may include either a facility image or sensor data. The facility image is an image (video or still image) obtained by capturing the target facility 110 using a camera. The sensor data is data obtained using various sensors in the sensor group 406. For example, the sensor data indicates, in time series, sound collected by a microphone, vibration measured by a three-axis acceleration sensor, etc.

[0060] For example, equipment information on the target equipment 110 is collected as follows: The request receiving unit 412 displays a collection request on a display. The user 101 confirms the collection request and moves to the location of the target equipment 110 with the collection device 400. The user 101 then activates the camera to take a picture of the target equipment 110 and activates various sensors to perform various measurements on the target equipment 110. In this way, equipment information on the target equipment 110 is collected.

[0061] The collected facility information is referred to as “collected information.” The submitting unit 414 transmits the collected information to the request device 200.

[0062] In the request device 200, the information receiving unit 214 receives the collected information.

[0063] In step S150, the verification unit 215 determines whether the collected information satisfies the information conditions, which are conditions for facility information to be collected.

[0064] The determination is made as follows: Information condition data is stored in advance in the storage unit 290. The information condition data indicates information conditions for each target facility 110. The information conditions indicate requirements for at least one of images and sensor data. The verification unit 215 determines whether the facility information included in the collected information satisfies the requirements indicated in the information conditions.

[0065] For example, the following determination is made. The collected information and the information conditions each indicate an equipment identifier. If the equipment identifier indicated in the collected information differs from the equipment identifier indicated in the information conditions, the verification unit 215 determines that the collected information does not satisfy the information conditions. The collected information and the information conditions each indicate an image showing the target equipment 110. If the appearance of the target equipment 110 shown in the image shown in the collected information differs from the appearance of the target equipment 110 shown in the image shown in the information conditions, the verification unit 215 determines that the collected information does not satisfy the information conditions. The collected information indicates sensor data, and the information conditions indicate a data length. If the data length of the sensor data indicated in the collected information differs from the data length indicated in the information conditions, the verification unit 215 determines that the collected information does not satisfy the information conditions. Alternatively, if the data length of the sensor data indicated in the collected information is smaller than the data length indicated in the information conditions, the verification unit 215 determines that the collected information does not satisfy the information conditions. The data length may be replaced with the data size.

[0066] For example, if the target equipment 110 is an elevator, the collection request indicates a start floor (1st floor) and an end floor (10th floor). The information condition indicates a data length corresponding to the travel time of the car from the start floor to the end floor. In accordance with the collection request, the user 101 presses the hall button at the start floor to generate a car call and call the car to the start floor. Then, the user 101 presses the destination button for the end floor in the car to move the car to the end floor. If a car call occurs for an intermediate floor (5th floor) during travel from the start floor to the end floor and the car stops at the intermediate floor, the data length of the sensor data indicated in the collected information will be longer than the data length indicated in the information condition. If the user 101 presses the destination button for the intermediate floor (3rd floor) and the car only moves to the intermediate floor, the data length of the sensor data indicated in the collected information will be shorter than the data length indicated in the information condition.

[0067] The decision may be made using artificial intelligence (AI).

[0068] If it is determined that the collected information does not satisfy the information conditions, the process proceeds to step S130. Then, the request unit 213 retransmits the collection request to the collection request destination (step S130), the information receiving unit 214 receives the collected information again (step S140), and the verification unit 215 re-determines whether the collected information satisfies the information conditions (step S150).

[0069] If it is determined that the collected information satisfies the information condition, the verification unit 215 transmits a verification result indicating that the collected information satisfies the information condition to the management device 300. In the management device 300, the flag deletion unit 313 receives the verification result and deletes the collection flag. Then, the process proceeds to step S160.

[0070] In step S160, the reward granting unit 216 grants a reward to the owner of the collection device 400 that has been requested to collect the data.

[0071] Rewards are awarded as follows: Owner data is pre-stored in the storage unit 290. The owner data indicates owner information for each collection device 400. The owner information is information related to the owner of the collection device 400. First, the reward awarding unit 216 determines a reward based on the amount of collected information. For example, the reward awarding unit 216 calculates the amount or number of points that will be the reward by multiplying each amount of information, such as the number of images indicated in the collection information or the data length of the sensor data indicated in the collection information, by a coefficient according to the type of information. Then, the reward awarding unit 216 awards a reward to the owner of the collection device 400 that has been requested to collect, based on the owner information of the collection device 400 that has been requested to collect.

[0072] ***Features of First Embodiment*** The request device 200 matches the conditions for the information collection request destination with the attribute information of the user 101. The management device 300 generates a collection flag based on the log data of the target equipment 110, and the request device 200 issues a collection request based on the collection flag. The request device 200 verifies the consistency between the equipment information collected by the collection device 400 and the information conditions of the target equipment 110, and determines whether re-collection is necessary. This reduces the effort required by the requester and the user 101.

[0073] ***Effects of First Embodiment*** According to the first embodiment, the photographer (user 101) can receive a photography request (collection request) with peace of mind. Furthermore, since the process from photography request to receipt of the photography results is automated, the burden on both the requester and the photographer can be reduced.

[0074] In the first embodiment, the photographer's personal data (attribute information) is matched with the information collection request conditions. This makes it possible to eliminate the risk of trespassing. In the first embodiment, a collection flag is automatically issued. This eliminates the need to issue a photography request every time a collection opportunity arises, reducing the burden on the requester. In the first embodiment, it is automatically verified whether the collected information was necessary. This makes it possible to immediately return a re-collection request to the photographer. Therefore, the photographer can photograph the facility with peace of mind, and the burden on the requester and photographer when using the system is reduced.

[0075] ***Example of First Embodiment*** As shown in FIG. 7 , the collection device 400 may be a device mounted on a mobile object 102. The mobile object 102 is a mobile object that moves automatically. For example, the mobile object 102 is a robot or a drone. For example, a security robot or a delivery robot is used as the mobile object 102. Use of the mobile object 102 enables labor savings on the part of the photographer. FIG. 8 shows the functional configuration of the collection device 400 mounted on the mobile object 102. The collection device 400 further includes a control unit 419. The collection program further causes a computer to function as the control unit 419. When collecting facility information, the control unit 419 controls the drive device (steering device, motor, etc.) of the mobile object 102 to move the mobile object 102 to the location of the target facility 110. The location of the target facility 110 is indicated in the collection request. The procedure of the information collection method is the same as the procedure described in FIG. 6 . However, the attribute information indicates the functions of the collection device 400 instead of the qualifications possessed by the user 101 and the organization to which the user 101 belongs. For example, the attribute information indicates the camera performance, the type of sensor, the range of movement of the mobile object 102, etc. Furthermore, the request destination conditions indicate requirements regarding functions instead of requirements regarding qualifications and organizations.

[0076] *** Supplementary Note to First Embodiment *** The hardware configuration of request device 200 will be described with reference to Fig. 9. Request device 200 includes processing circuitry 209. Processing circuitry 209 is a processing circuit that realizes attribute acquisition unit 211, matching unit 212, request unit 213, information reception unit 214, verification unit 215, and reward granting unit 216.

[0077] The processing circuit is hardware. The processing circuit may be dedicated hardware or a processor that executes a program stored in a memory. When the processing circuit is dedicated hardware, the processing circuit may be, for example, a single circuit, a multiple circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a combination thereof. ASIC is an abbreviation for Application Specific Integrated Circuit. FPGA is an abbreviation for Field Programmable Gate Array.
