Method for producing fluorine-containing polymer and particles

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a fluoropolymer, and particles thereof.

[0002] Fluorine-containing polymers such as tetrafluoroethylene copolymers are used in various industrial fields because of their excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, weather resistance, etc. Examples of methods for producing fluorine-containing copolymers include a method of emulsion polymerization of fluorine-containing monomers in an aqueous medium using a fluorine-containing emulsifier (see Patent Document 1).

The method for producing a fluorine-containing copolymer according to claim 1, wherein the monomer composition further contains a polymerizable monomer A containing a polymerizable group and at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxy group and an acid anhydride.

12. The particle according to claim 10, wherein the second fluoropolymer comprises a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer A containing a polymerizable group and at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxy group and an acid anhydride.

13. The particles according to claim 12, wherein the amount of the constituent units derived from the polymerizable monomer A is 1.0 μmol / g to 100 μmol / g relative to the total mass of the particles.
