Description

[0001] A PORTABLE EXERCISER THAT CAN BE MOUNTED ON ANY

[0002] STRUCTURE, ALLOWING DIFFERENT MUSCLE GROUPS TO WORK EFFECTIVELY AT THE SAME TIME

[0003] Technical Field:

[0004] The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for exercising both upper and lower limb muscle groups, which can be mounted on a machine made of profiles or plates and a fixed plane (wall, ceiling, floor, etc.).

[0005] State of the Art:

[0006] Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Hubert in the early twentieth century to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve the overall health of the body. Exercises are performed on mats or with specially designed equipment. The Pilates system includes exercises suitable for different activities to work every part of the body.

[0007] Pilates is divided into five basic groups according to the tools and pilates materials used in the current technique. The main element in this distinction is to directly affect the area or muscle group to be exercised in the body. These are mat pilates, instrument pilates, pilates reformer, pilates barrel, Cadillac pilates.

[0008] A person wants to work certain muscle groups, sometimes standing, sometimes on a stretcher, and sometimes lying down while doing pilates. However, changing the machine each time or removing the apparatus used on the machine and replacing it with a different apparatus both unnecessarily increases exercise fatigue and causes loss of time. In particular, different tools and apparatus are needed to train two different muscle groups (lower extremity muscle group and upper extremity muscle group), but often special machines designed for this are used or produced. However, this creates a very high financial burden on the person or business and increases maintenance costs.

[0009] The utility model application numbered TR202014523 describes a multifunctional sports and exercise device. The invention relates to a multifunctional sports and exercise device which enables people to keep fit by doing sports and exercise in their homes, offices, etc. The invention relates to a multifunctional sports and exercise device that allows people to keep fit by doing sports and exercise in their homes, offices, etc., and its feature is; main body, 2 pieces of polyamide knitted fabric narrow woven strip column tyre or 2 pieces of rubber tyre mounting holes mounted on both ends of the main body, main body hornbeam wood type one piece 25 mm diameter 100 cm long wooden profile with neoprene sponge in the holding places on it, one piece wooden body group and silicone hose or polyamide coated rubber providing the connection of the foot holding group, polyamide knitted fabric holder for the foot at the ends of the main body is one piece and covered with filler varnish and wood yacht varnish. The tyre connection holes on the right and left parts connected to the main body are the formation of the handles for the foot. It can be used with 2 different resistances connected on the main body and the tyres can be changed.

[0010] The patent application numbered TR202001825 describes an exercise apparatus for hand and arm muscles. The invention relates to an exercise apparatus that provides relaxation by pressing the acupuncture points on the palm of the hand and has a strengthening effect on the muscles of the hand and arm.

[0011] The inventions in the above-mentioned applications are insufficient to exercise both leg and arm muscles at the same time, and in the mean time, it is not possible to relate these inventions to a machine, a wall or another fixed plane. Naturally, no effective result will be obtained from the exercise movements to be performed, and it will cause the same movement to be performed at different angles due to the fact that the said apparatus cannot be supported to a place. Consequently, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

[0012] Description of the Invention:

[0013] The main purpose of our product, which is the subject of the invention, is to enable the person to do two different exercises at the same time. The person will be able to perform both leg and arm movements at the same time while sitting, lying or standing on the stretcher with our apparatus. In the existing methods, one end of the strap integrated into the pulleys is also connected to the stretcher. When the stretcher moves, the strap at the other end of the pulley oscillates / tenses. These movements made with the stretcher are reflected parallel to the reel. For this reason, our apparatus, which is the subject of the invention, acts as a kind of fixed support and can operate independently of the stretcher or pulley with the additional tension shafts and straps attached to it. For this reason, he will be able to perform both arm and leg movements at the same time, and to work two or more muscle groups at the same time, in all movements that the person will perform while sitting, lying or standing on the stretcher.

[0014] One of the most important advantages of our inventive apparatus is that it can be integrated into all desired fixed structures. For example; our apparatus can be integrated into any exercise machine and used together with the exercise machine, or it can be used alone by mounting it on the wall, ceiling, floor or door.

[0015] Another advantage of our inventive apparatus is that it provides easy assembly. After our apparatus is inserted into the profiles, the assembly process can be realised only after tightening the wing nut by hand. In the same way, the disassembly process can be carried out at the same speed and time is saved.

[0016] Since our apparatus, which is the subject of the invention, is made of materials that are easy to produce, it does not suffer from any wear, cracking, etc. Customer satisfaction will be kept at the highest level by ensuring that only the damaged part is delivered to the user, since the apparatus will not be produced in a monolithic way. It is easy to install thanks to the easy fixing of the parts that make up the invention, and the costs are low due to the short assembly time. Moreover, the invention has a solid construction.

[0017] Description of the Figures:

[0018] The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures, so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood and appreciated, but the purpose of this is not to limit the invention to these certain regulations. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, changes and equivalences that can be included in the area of the invention defined by the accompanying claims. The details shown should be understood that they are shown only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are presented in order to provide the most convenient and easily understandable description of both the shaping of methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. [0037] Detailed Description of the Invention:

[0038] The parts that make up the invention are basically; long guide (1), short guide (2), hook shaft (3), wing nut (4), hook strap (5), reel (6) and rope (7). The long guide (1) comprises an elongated channel (1.1) formed along its longitudinal axis. The short guide (2) comprises at least one hole (2.1).

[0039] Figure 1 shows the product of the invention, which is designed to provide exercise movements in an effective stand-alone manner. The product can be mounted either on a fixed profile, on exercise machines, on a wall (D) or on a ceiling (T). When mounted on fixed profiles or machines, the intermediate space (A) formed between the long guide (1) and the short guide (2) is utilised. Namely; long guide (1) is positioned on one side of the intermediate profile and short guide (2) is positioned on the other side. The hook shaft (3), which will pass through the channel (1.1) of the long guide (1), is connected to the hole (2.1) of the short guide (2) and the profile is fixed in the intermediate space (A). Since the short guide (2) can be moved along the channel (1.1), the position of the profile can also be adjusted. The wing nut (4) is used for fastening.

[0040] Figures 2-3 illustrate other uses of the apparatus of the invention. Here, the apparatus can be mounted on the wall (D) or ceiling (T). For this, only the long guide (1) and the hook shaft (3) need to be used. For the exercise movements, the hook strap (5) or reel (6) is then hung on the end of the hook shaft (3) and the assembly process is completed by passing the ropes (7) or tension cords through the reel (6). Figure 4 shows the exercise provider of the invention mounted on the door (1). As seen in Figure 4, the channel (1.1) can be mounted to the door cases by passing bolts through it.
