Abstract

A cleaning machine (10), including: a washing machine (84) communicating with an inlet water pipe (24A) and with a drainage pipe (24B); and a sink (14), disposed above the washing machine (84), for communicating outlet (16) of the sink (14) with the drainage pipe (24B).

[0003] The invention relates to the field of washing machines and dishwashers.

[0005] Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a prior art cleaning machine.

[0006] Today there are small apartments, caravans, yachts, that are limited in their storage capacity, it is difficult to find enough space in them to store, for example, a washing machine, etc.

[0007] A prior art washing machine includes a front door 50, for accessing a drum 58 for containing laundry; an inlet pipe 24A, extending to the wall 56 of the room, including water supply 70A1; a drainage pipe 24B, extending to a drainage opening 54A of the room; and a power cable 57, extending to wall 56, including power supply 72; a controllable water faucet 60A, for controlling entrance 70 A2 of water from inlet pipe 24A into drum 58; a controllable water faucet 60B, for controlling drainage 70B of water from drum 58 into drainage pipe 24B; a controller 62, including a controllable switch 82A, for powering controllable water faucet 60A, and including a controllable switch 82B, for powering controllable water pump 60B.

[0008] There is a long felt need to utilize the prior art water machine for additional uses. SUMMARY

[0009] A cleaning machine, including:

[0010] - a washing machine communicating with an inlet water pipe and with a drainage pipe; and a sink, disposed above the washing machine, for communicating the outlet (16) of the sink with the drainage pipe.

[0023] Fig. 2 is a front perspective view of a cleaning machine according to one embodiment of the invention.

[0024] A cleaning machine 10 according to the invention includes a washing machine 84 including a front door 50, for accessing a drum or compartment 58 for containing laundry or dishes and cutlery; a sink 14 packaging the top of washing machine 84; and a tap 20.

[0025] Thus, washing machine 84 may constitute a laundry washing machine or a dishwasher.

[0026] Fig. 3 is a top perspective view showing the connection of the cleaning machine of Fig. 2 to the environment.

[0027] Cleaning machine 10 includes an inlet pipe 24A and an outlet pipe 22, extending to the wall 56 of the room.

[0028] Cleaning machine 10 may include an additional inlet pipe 24C, for supplying hot water to the tap and to the washing machine. Pipes and branch extending from inlet pipe 24C are not shown, but are similar to pipe 36A and branch 86A and other elements extending from inlet pipe 24A.

[0034] Inlet pipe 24A directly communicates with inlet pipe 24A, for allowing inlet pipe 24A to pour water into sink 14. Thus, cleaning machine 10 includes an entrance branch 86A communicating inlet pipe 24A, tap 20, and controllable water faucet 60A.

[0035] Outlet 16 of sink 14 communicates with drainage pipe 24B through a pipe 36B disposed within the package 38 of washing machine 84, for allowing sink 14 to drain water to drainage pipe 24B. Cleaning machine 10 includes a drainage branch 86B communicating drainage pipe 24B, sink outlet 16, and water pump 60B.

[0036] Thus, package 38 functions as a cupboard for pipe 36B and for sink outlet 16 of sink 14.

[0038] Drainage branch 86B preferably includes a one way valve 90 for avoiding flow from sink 14 into water pump 60B, and for avoiding flow from water pump 60B into sink 14.

[0040] One way valve 90 may include a one way valve 88A for avoiding (92A) flow from sink 14 into water pump 60B, and a one way valve 88B for avoiding (92B) flow from water pump 60B into sink 14.

[0042] Outlet 16 of sink 14 may communicate with drainage pipe 24B through a siphon 28 including a bottom cap 26, for cleaning siphon 28. Access to siphon 28 may be provided by removing panel 12, including a niche 32 for housing siphon 28.

Claims

CLAIMSWhat is claimed is:

1. A domestic cleaning machine(lO), comprising:- a washing machine(84) comprising a package(38), said washing machine(84) communicating with an inlet water pipe(24A) extending out of said package(38), and with a drainage pipe(24B) extending out of said package(38); and- a sink(14) for packaging a top of said washing machine(84) thereby said package(38) comprises said sink(14), said sink(14) for communicating an outlet(16) thereof with said drainage pipe(24B), through a pipe(36B) disposed within said package(38).

2. The cleaning machine(lO) according to claim 1, further comprising:- a tap(20) for pouring water into said sink(14), for communicating with said inlet water pipe(24A).

3. The cleaning machine(lO) according to claim 2, further comprising:- a first water branch(86A), for communicating said inlet pipe(24A) with said tap(20) and with a controllable water faucet(60A) of said washing machine(84).

4. The cleaning machine(lO) according to claim 1, further comprising:- a second water branch(86B), for communicating said drainage pipe(24B) with said outlet(16) of said sink(14) and with a water pump(60B) of said washing machine(84).

5. The cleaning machine (10) according to claim 4, wherein said second water branch(86B) comprises a one-way valve(90), for avoiding(92A) flow from said sink(14) into said water pump(60B) and for avoiding(92B) flow from said water pump 60B into said sink(14).

6. The cleaning machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein said washing machine(84) comprises a member selected from a group consisting of:laundry washing machine, dishwasher.

7. The cleaning machine (10) according to claim 1, wherein said outlet(16) of said sink(14) is disposed at a side thereof, for utilizing empty space formed by rounding of said drum(58).

8. The cleaning machine(lO) according to claim 1, further comprising:- a siphon(28) extending from said outlet(16) of said sink(14), said siphon(28) disposed within said package(38).
