Description

Folding cart with height-adjustable cart function

[0001] The present invention relates to a foldable cart with a height-adjustable cart function that can be used as a cart function with a fixed leg height as well as a cart function with a wheel height by adjusting the height of the cart legs that can be folded and unfolded. More specifically, the present invention relates to a foldable cart with a height-adjustable cart function that can be conveniently used as a cart means with a fixed leg height as well as a cart means with a basic wheel height by simply folding or unfolding the collapsible cart legs according to the usage conditions to adjust the height of the cart frame.

[0002] When purchasing items at a large supermarket, not only do they purchase a variety of items, but they also purchase a large quantity of them. Therefore, it is common for shoppers to use a shopping cart, which usually has a basket with a handle on the upper part of the body and casters on the lower part of the body, to select the items to purchase and place them in the basket of the shopping cart for convenient shopping.

[0003] Looking at the conventional shopping carts that have been disclosed, the transport carts used to transport goods in post offices, warehouses of large factories, and especially in courier services, are basically configured as a plate-shaped load carrier (body) without a separate set-height leg section above the casters, as shown in Patent Registration No. 10-1452757 shown in FIG. 1a, and are used as a transport means by which the transported goods are loaded and the carrier holds the handle on one side (upper) of the load carrier. Such conventional transport carts are conveniently used as a transport means that can be moved more quickly and simply by loading a number of goods that can be stacked one by one on the body section located at a low height just above the casters from the floor.

[0004] However, in some cases, when the size of the load to be loaded is large or in order to transport more loads at once, an improved structure for the plate-shaped body part of the load carrier is required. As an improved development structure for this, as illustrated in Fig. 1b, the load carrier body part is configured to be expanded at regular intervals in parts, so that the body part, which is composed of a number of piece parts combined and expanded at intervals appropriate to the size of the load to be loaded, can be expanded to conveniently load relatively large loads.

[0005] Meanwhile, even when looking at both the basic and application structures of various transport carts and shopping carts as described above, there has not yet been a transport cart with a shopping cart function that can satisfy the functions of a transport cart that can load and move goods at a low height just above the casters, and the functions of a shopping cart that can move and store various goods at a height similar to a handle, with a single device means. Therefore, if a transport cart with a shopping cart function with a new operating concept that can appropriately transform and apply the effective functions of both of these as needed is introduced, its application range will be enormous.

[0006] As described above, the present invention has developed a new operating concept of a foldable transport cart with a height-adjustable cart function that can be conveniently and widely used as a transport cart means as well as a cart means by simply folding and unfolding the cart legs according to the use environment and needs as a single component. In particular, the present invention provides a foldable transport cart with a height-adjustable cart function that can be conveniently used as a basic cart means with a wheel height while being used as a cart means of a certain height by simply folding and unfolding the collapsible cart legs according to the use, and that structurally reduces the height itself during storage so that it can be stored and moved simply and conveniently, thereby providing a foldable transport cart with a height-adjustable cart function that dramatically improves the diversity of functions and convenience with an uncomplicated structure.

[0007] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a folding cart with a height-adjustable cart function, which comprises, as a basic embodiment, a plate-shaped cart frame capable of loading an article and, if necessary, of connecting a cart basket of a certain size to the upper portion thereof; a cart leg rotatably installed on the lower side of the cart frame so that the cart wheel at the lower end is in contact with the ground when the cart function is in a longitudinal unfolding motion and the cart wheel at the upper end is in contact with the ground when the cart function is in a transverse folding motion; a cart handle rotatably installed on the upper side (operator side) of the cart frame so that the cart handle can be extended in length (height) by pulling it out upward when the cart function is low in height, and can be folded and unfolded like the cart leg; a leg unfolding support member that supports and fixes the upper side of the cart leg when the cart leg is in an unfolding motion, and a leg that is tilted by direct operation of a user or an external operation to adjust the unfolded state of the cart leg. The device comprises a leg support bracket rotatably connected to the lower side of the cart frame, including a leg spread fixing lever that is fixedly hooked to the upper side of the cart leg on the opposite side of the leg spread support member so as to be maintained fixed, a handle spread support member that supports and fixes the lower side of the cart handle when the cart handle is opened, and a handle support bracket that is rotatably connected to one side of the upper side of the cart frame, including a handle spread fixing lever that is fixedly hooked to the lower side of the cart handle on the opposite side of the handle spread support member so as to be tilted according to a user's operation so that the opened state of the cart handle is maintained.

[0008] In addition, the above cart frame is configured so that the front leg folding push lever connected to the sealed lever operating link is installed at the front of the cart frame so that the leg unfolding fixing lever of the leg support bracket can be naturally tilted by the sealed lever operating link when the cart frame is pushed by external contact or operation rather than by the operator's own operation, thereby releasing the engagement state of the leg unfolding fixing lever for the corresponding cart leg at the front.

[0009] In addition, the above cart frame is configured such that the leg spread fixing lever of the leg support bracket can be naturally tilted by the closed lever operating link according to the pulling operation of the worker, and the locked state of the leg spread fixing lever for the corresponding cart leg at the front can be released by passing along the inside of the cart frame at the rear (worker side) of the cart frame and connected to the closed lever operating lever.

[0010] In addition, the above cart legs are installed as an integral structure like the cart handle so that the left and right legs can be fixed and released together according to the operation control of the corresponding leg expansion fixing lever.

[0011] In addition, unlike the cart wheel on the lower side of the cart leg, the cart wheel is configured to be connected as an integral structure in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the cart wheel on the upper side of the cart leg, or is configured to be connected as a separate structure in the same direction as the cart wheel on the lower side of the leg support bracket.

[0012] Meanwhile, the folding cart with height-adjustable cart function of the present invention comprises, as a basic embodiment of the application, a plate-shaped cart frame capable of loading goods and, if necessary, of connecting a cart basket of a certain size to the upper portion, a cart leg rotatably installed on the lower side of the cart frame so that the cart wheel at the lower end is in contact with the ground when the cart function is in a vertically unfolding motion, and the cart wheel at the bottom of the cart frame is in contact with the ground when the cart function is in a horizontally folding motion, a cart handle rotatably installed on the upper rear (operator) side of the cart frame so that the cart handle can be extended in length (height) by pulling it out upward when the cart function is in a low height, and can be folded and unfolded like the cart leg, a handle unfolding support member that supports and fixes the lower side of the cart handle when the cart handle is in an unfolding motion, and a handle unfolding support member that supports and fixes the lower side of the cart handle when the cart handle is in an unfolding motion. A handle support bracket is rotatably connected to the upper rear (operator) side of the cart frame, including a handle extension fixing lever that is fixed by being hooked to the lower side of the cart handle on the opposite side of the handle extension support so that the state is maintained in operation, a leg extension support that supports and fixes the upper side of the cart leg when the cart leg is extended, and a leg support bracket that is rotatably connected to the lower side of the cart frame, including a leg extension fixing lever that is fixed by being hooked to the upper side of the cart leg on the opposite side of the leg extension support so that the extended state of the cart leg is maintained and fixed, and a rear leg guide rail is installed on both sides of the lower side of the cart frame so that the cart leg on the rear side can be moved to the lower part of the cart frame together with the corresponding rear leg support bracket that is hinged by being folded laterally (horizontally) toward the rear (operator) side.

[0013] In addition, the rear leg guide rails on both sides of the lower portion of the cart frame are formed by cutting a bracket moving hole in the longitudinal direction so that the upper portion of the rear leg support bracket, which is integrally structured by hinge-joining the corresponding rear cart leg, is fitted and connected so that it can slide, and unlike the rear leg support bracket, the front leg support bracket is integrally connected and fixed to the front lower portion of the cart frame.

[0014] In addition, among the cart wheels used as wheel functions when the cart functions on the lower side of the cart frame, the front cart wheel is fixed as an integral structure to the upper side of the front cart leg or is fixed to the cart frame or the front leg support bracket, while the rear cart wheel is fixed to the rear side of the lower part of the cart frame separately from the rear cart leg.

[0015] In addition, the front leg spread fixing lever for locking and releasing the front cart leg is configured such that the front cart leg can be pushed and released by external contact or operation without direct operation of the operator depending on the vehicle trunk or loading location, and the locking and fixing state of the front cart leg can be naturally released by the sealed lever operating link. The front leg folding push bar connected to the sealed lever operating link is installed in the front of the cart frame, or the front leg folding wire is installed in the rear of the cart frame.

[0016] The folding transport cart with height-adjustable cart function according to the present invention having such a composition principle can be used as a cart function with a wheel height using only the cart wheels depending on the work environment and usage conditions, and can also be conveniently used as a cart function with a fixed leg height by spreading the cart legs in the longitudinal direction of the floor. Unlike existing transport carts or shopping carts that can only use each function, the present invention enables both the cart function of a shopping cart with a fixed height and the cart function of a cart with a floor height to be applied simply, conveniently, and widely with only a single device configuration for the cart cart frame that loads items.

[0017] In particular, the folding carriage with a height-adjustable cart function of the present invention can be conveniently operated for sliding movement by first folding the rear (operator) side cart leg to the rear side where the folding movement is free rather than the front side where the folding movement is impossible when moving forward with the front cart leg first folded laterally depending on the vehicle trunk or the loading location of the goods, and then simply pushing it forward again to conveniently operate the sliding movement, thereby providing a variety of conveniences for use without limitation on the transport location.

[0018] That is, in addition to the functionality and convenience of being able to conveniently select and use the corresponding function by folding or unfolding the cart legs as needed for the cart means and the cart means, when moving the cart means to a place of a certain height such as a vehicle trunk with goods loaded in a state of location and work environment, the front cart legs are conveniently folded first to enable the forward movement of the cart frame with goods loaded, while the cart legs on the rear (worker) side can be simply folded laterally backward and pushed forward again like the front cart legs for sliding movement, so that the folding operation can be simply and conveniently operated without the difficulty of location restrictions, and even the expandability of the range of use can be applied in various ways by enabling movement and storage without restrictions on location and work environment even with goods loaded in the cart frame.

[0019] Figures 1a and 1b are examples of a transport cart having a plate-shaped load-bearing body configured at a height just above the caster, and a transport cart whose entire plate-shaped body size can be conveniently expanded at regular intervals according to the size and quantity of the goods.

[0020] FIGS. 2a and 2b and FIGS. 3a and 3b are diagrams showing the cart legs of a foldable cart with a height-adjustable cart function according to a basic embodiment of the present invention in an unfolded and folded state and a connection state diagram showing a cart basket installed on the top of a cart frame.

[0021] FIG. 4a and FIG. 4b are perspective views of a cart in an unfolded state and a step-by-step operation state diagram of a carriage in a folded state, which are controlled by a leg unfolding fixing lever according to a basic embodiment of the present invention.

[0022] FIGS. 5a and 5b and FIGS. 6a and 6b are perspective views of a cart in an unfolded state and a carriage stepwise operation state diagram in a folded state, each controlled by the front leg folding bar and the front leg folding wire applied in the present invention.

[0023] FIGS. 7A to 7D are step-by-step operation diagrams of a cart function foldable carriage with a height-adjustable cart function according to an application embodiment of the present invention, in which the cart legs of the cart function are unfolded, the rear (operator) side cart legs are folded laterally rearward and slid forward, and both the front and rear cart legs are folded laterally with respect to the cart cart frame, thereby being applied and implemented as a cart function.

[0024] FIGS. 8a and 8b and FIGS. 9a and 9b are perspective views of an unfolded state in which the front cart leg applied according to the present invention is first naturally operated and controlled by manipulation of the front leg folding wire or contact of the front leg folding push rod, and then a step-by-step operation state diagram in which the front cart leg is folded laterally to the rear and then slid forward.

[0025] The height-adjustable folding cart of the present invention can be used as a cart function in parallel with a cart function by basically adjusting the height as shown in the drawings of FIGS. 2a to 6b of the basic embodiment, and as shown in the drawings of the application embodiments of FIGS. 7a to 9b, the front cart leg (20a) that requires movement and storage depending on the vehicle trunk or loading location is first folded laterally, and when moving forward, the rear (operator) cart leg (20b) can be folded to the rear instead of the front side blocked by the movement of the cart frame (10) and can be conveniently slid and moved forward, and various application structures can be implemented.

[0026] That is, the cart with a height-adjustable cart function according to the application embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the cart legs (20a) (20b) are structurally and stably installed on the four sides of the cart frame (10) via the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) on the front and rear (operator side) sides, respectively, and it is preferable that the plurality of cart legs (20a) (20b) on the front and rear are configured such that the corresponding cart legs (20a) (20b) on both sides can be controlled to fold and unfold together as an integral structure, and the front cart legs (20a) and the rear cart legs (20b) are naturally operated separately according to the control operation of the corresponding leg unfolding fixing levers (16a) (16b).

[0027] And in the application embodiment of the present invention, it is natural that the corresponding cart wheels (22a)(20b) on the lower side of the front and rear cart legs (20a)(20b) used in the cart function through the unfolding motion of the cart legs (20a)(20b) are installed and configured in the same line (direction) as the cart legs (20a)(20b), but unlike the cart wheels (22a)(22b) on the lower side of the cart legs (20a)(20b), the coupling position and coupling structure of the front cart wheel (12a) and the rear cart wheel (12b) are configured differently from the basic embodiment, which is that the rear cart leg (20b) is not an integral structure that is directly fixed and fixed to the upper side of the rear cart leg (20b) but is a separate structure so that the operating principle of sliding in the lateral (horizontal) direction after unfolding and rotating toward the rear (operator) can be comfortably exerted. It is desirable to securely fasten the rear part of the lower part of the cart frame (10) via the rear wheel support (13).

[0028] This means that the height-adjustable cart function folding carriage of the present invention can be conveniently used as a cart function of a constant leg height by unfolding the cart legs (20a) (20b) in the longitudinal direction of the floor along with the cart function of a cart with a wheel height using only the cart wheels (12a) (12b) depending on the work environment and usage conditions, and also, depending on the vehicle trunk or the location where goods are loaded, when the front cart leg (20a) is first folded laterally and moved forward, the rear (operator) cart leg is first folded to the rear side where the folding motion is free, not the front side where the folding motion is impossible, and then it is simply pushed forward again to conveniently operate the sliding movement, so that it can be implemented as an advanced application function that can provide a variety of conveniences of use without limitation on the transportation location.

[0029] In particular, as shown in the drawings from FIGS. 7a to 9b of the application embodiments of the present invention, the cart legs (20a) (20b) are hinge-connected to the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) on the front and rear (operator) sides of the bottom of the cart cart frame (10) so that the vertical direction unfolding rotation operation for the cart function and the horizontal direction folding rotation operation for the cart function can be performed, respectively. In this case, the front leg support bracket (14a) is a fixed structure that is positioned at the front of the bottom of the cart cart frame (10) because it does not require a moving operation, whereas the rear (operator) leg support bracket (14b) is hinge-connected and then slides after folding and rotating from the rear side of the bottom of the cart cart frame (10) to the front side together with the corresponding rear cart legs (20b) that are integrally structured. In order to be able to move, the rear leg guide rail (70) is installed on both sides of the lower portion of the cart frame (10) so that it can move forward, rather than being fixedly fixed to the rear portion of the cart frame (10), and of course, the rear leg guide rail (70) is formed with a bracket moving hole (72) in the form of a hole so that the upper portion of the rear leg support bracket (14b) is fitted and slidably moved.

[0030] Meanwhile, the front and rear (operator side) cart legs (20a)(20b) and cart handles (30) that enable the downward (floor direction) and upward (ceiling direction) unfolding and folding operations, respectively, with respect to the cart frame (10) as the standard are configured to be rotatable and connected via the corresponding leg support brackets (14a)(14b) and the handle support bracket (18), respectively, and when the cart legs (20a)(20b) are vertically unfolded, the leg unfolding support members (26a)(26b), which are supporting and fixing means for the upper sides of the cart legs (20a)(20b), can be applied to the corresponding leg support brackets (14a)(14b) on the front and rear sides.

[0031] In addition, it is preferable that the front and rear leg spread fixing levers (16a) (16b) that are rotated by an oblique movement along a long hole-shaped lever-operated hole (17a) (17b) to be operated to be fixed and hooked on the upper part of the cart leg (20a) (20b) on the opposite side of the leg spread support (26a) (26b) so that the stable spread state of the cart leg (20a) (20b) is maintained while being rotated by the user's direct operation or external operation separately from the leg spread support (26a) (26b) and being fixed.

[0032] Meanwhile, the height-adjustable foldable cart function according to the present invention of the composition principle can be used in parallel as a cart function and a cart function by adjusting the height, and there is no particular problem or difficulty in using it as a cart means since all the cart wheels (12a) (12b) on the front and rear of the cart legs (20a) (20b) directly reach the ground while one cart leg (20a) (20b) is folded and fixed, without being limited to the application examples or application examples.

[0033] And when it is desired to use it like a shopping cart function depending on the working conditions or environment, the front and rear (worker side) cart legs (20a) (20b) that are folded and fixed to the cart frame (10) can be rotated lightly without much difficulty, so that the cart legs (20a) (20b) that are vertically unfolded can stably touch the ground, and the cart frame (10) can be transformed and operated to a certain height, so that it can be conveniently used without difficulty as a shopping cart function.

[0034] In addition, even when the cart frame (10) of a certain height is adjusted to the floor and changed back to the cart means or storage mode, the front and rear leg spread fixing levers (16a) (16b) can be directly and simply tilted in the corresponding lever operating holes (17a) (17b) without much difficulty to cause the cart legs (20a) (20b) that were spread vertically on the floor to be folded horizontally toward the cart frame (10).

[0035] In addition, when the front cart leg (20a) is folded first in order to be put into the trunk of a vehicle or in other usage environments, the operator can conveniently operate the folding operation for the front cart leg (20a) first in a simple and convenient manner through an operation mode using a pushing or pulling operation of the front leg folding pusher (50) at the front of the cart frame (10) or the front leg folding wire (60) at the rear without directly rotating the front leg unfolding fixing lever (16a) by hand.

[0036] In particular, the present invention can be used as a cart function of a fixed leg height by conveniently unfolding the cart legs (20a) (20b) in the longitudinal direction of the floor along with the cart function of a wheel height using only the cart wheels (12a) (12b) depending on the work environment and usage conditions, and, in addition, depending on the vehicle trunk or the location where goods are loaded, when the front cart leg (20a) is first folded laterally and moved forward, the rear (operator) cart leg is first folded to the rear side where the folding motion is free, not the front side where the folding motion is impossible, and then it is simply pushed forward again to conveniently slide and move, so that the convenience of use can be provided in various ways without limitation to the transportation location.

[0037] That is, in addition to the functionality and convenience of being able to conveniently select and use the corresponding function by folding or unfolding the cart legs (20a) (20b) as needed, when moving the cart means and cart means to a place of a certain height such as a vehicle trunk with goods loaded in a state of being moved, the front cart legs (20a) are conveniently folded first to enable the forward movement of the cart frame (10) loaded with goods, while the rear (operator) side cart legs (20b) can be folded laterally (horizontally) inward into the cart frame (10). Unlike the front cart legs (20a) that can be folded laterally (horizontally) inward into the cart frame (10), the front cart legs (20a) that are moved to a vehicle trunk or storage place of a certain height are naturally unable to fold inward into the cart frame (10). Therefore, the rear cart legs (20b), which have been structurally improved to be able to slide according to the present invention, are first folded laterally (horizontally).

[0038] When the rear cart leg (20b) that has been folded laterally toward the rear (worker) side of the cart frame (10) is continuously pushed forward, the rear leg support bracket (14b) of the integral structure can naturally slide along the rear leg guide rail (70) installed on both sides of the bottom of the cart frame (10), which allows the cart frame (10) to be moved and stored without any restrictions on location or working conditions even when goods are loaded.

[0039] The folding transport cart with a height-adjustable cart function of the present invention can be conveniently used as a cart means with a fixed leg height as well as a cart means with a basic wheel height by simply folding or unfolding the collapsible cart legs according to the usage conditions to adjust the height of the cart frame, and can be implemented in various ways as application embodiments in which the cart frame with the loaded goods can be conveniently moved forward by first folding the front cart legs when moving the cart frame with the loaded goods to a location with a fixed height, such as a vehicle trunk, according to the location and working environment.

[0040] And as can be easily confirmed and understood throughout the drawings of the embodiments, the components such as the cart legs (20a) (20b) on both sides of the front and rear (operator side) respectively, which are formed at the lower part of the cart frame (10) corresponding to the body part of the present invention, the corresponding cart wheels (22a) (22b) and the cart wheels (12a) (12b), and the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) on the front and rear that support and connect them, etc., the rear (operator) side and the front side can be the same or different in terms of operation and connection, so for convenience, the front side and the rear side are indicated with a and b, respectively, after the corresponding drawing symbols to facilitate further understanding, but this does not, of course, limit the scope of rights to the compositional principles of the present invention.

[0041] In particular, the cart with height-adjustable cart function according to the present invention is configured such that the cart legs (20a) (20b) are structurally stably installed on the four sides of the cart frame (10) via the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) on the front and rear (operator side) sides, respectively, and each of the plurality of cart legs (20a) (20b) on the front and rear is preferably configured such that the corresponding cart legs (20a) (20b) on both sides can be controlled to fold and unfold together as an integral structure, and the front cart legs (20a) and the rear cart legs (20b) are naturally operated separately according to the control operation of the corresponding leg unfolding fixing levers (16a) (16b).

[0042] In addition, the corresponding cart wheels (22a)(20b) on the lower side of the front and rear cart legs (20a)(20b) used for the cart function through the unfolding motion of the cart legs (20a)(20b) are installed in the same line (direction) as the cart legs (20a)(20b), while the corresponding cart wheels (12a)(12b) used for the cart function through the folding motion of these cart legs (20a)(20b) are basically configured to be connected as an integral structure in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the cart wheels (22a)(22b) on the upper side of the cart legs (20a)(20b), unlike the cart wheels (22a)(22b) on the lower side of the cart legs (20a)(20b), but in some cases, they are installed as a separate structure in the same direction as the cart wheels (22a)(22b) on the lower side of the front and rear corresponding leg support brackets (14a)(14b). It can be configured to be equally connected at the front and rear, and it can be developed and changed into various implementation structures, such as only the rear (operator side) bogie wheel (12b) being connected due to its characteristics.

[0043] The present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b and 3a and 3b as basic embodiments, firstly, includes a conventional plate-shaped cart frame (10) capable of basically loading goods and, if necessary, having a cart basket (40) of a certain size fastened to the upper portion, and a cart leg (20) which folds and unfolds downwards on each of the four sides of the cart frame (10) and, when the cart function unfolds, has cart wheels (22a) (22b) which are integrally formed on the front and rear sides of the ends and come into contact with the ground. Naturally, it is basic that the front and rear cart legs (20a) (20b) can be simply folded and unfolded together as an integral structure according to the operation control of the corresponding leg unfolding fixing levers (16a) (16b) at the front and rear.

[0044] The front and rear four-sided cart legs (20a) (20b) applied to the cart function according to the present invention are configured to fold horizontally (laterally) with respect to the cart frame (10) when the cart function or storage is folded, unlike when the cart function is vertically unfolded, and in particular, the cart wheel (12a) (12b) of the cart function is vertically connected to the cart wheel (22a) (22b) of the cart leg (20a) (20b) on the four sides of the bottom of the cart cart frame (10) at its own wheel height as an integral structure of the cart leg (20a) (20b) opposite to the cart wheel (22a) (22b). This has a structural feature that allows the cart wheel (22a) (22b) at the end to be used when the cart leg (20a) (20b) is unfolded in the vertical (longitudinal) direction on the ground, and at the same time, the bogie wheel (12a) (12b) configured in the vertical direction on the opposite side of the cart wheel (22a) (22b) can be used when the cart leg (20a) (20b) is folded in the horizontal (lateral) direction on the ground.

[0045] And, in order to enable a horizontal folding motion and a vertical unfolding motion for the cart frame (10), the cart frame (10) opposite the cart legs (20a) (20b) is folded and unfolded upward on one side, and the cart handle (30) on the lower side and the cart handle (38) are connected so that the length (height) can be extended upward from the cart handle (30) according to the cart function and the cart function.

[0046] That is, the cart handle (30) basically configured on one side of the upper portion of the cart frame (10) can be used as a cart function of a certain height according to the vertical unfolding motion of the cart legs (20a) (20b) of the cart frame (10), and the cart handle function of the cart can be performed only with the cart handle (30) without extending the length (height) of the cart handle (38) and, further, when the cart frame (10) is used as a cart function of a floor height according to the horizontal folding motion of the cart legs (20a) (20b), the upper cart handle (38) can be extended from the cart handle (30) by a certain length (height) so that the cart handle function can be performed without inconvenience.

[0047] Meanwhile, the front and rear (operator side) cart legs (20a) (20b) and cart handles (30) that enable the downward (floor direction) and upward (ceiling direction) unfolding and folding movements, respectively, with respect to the cart frame (10) are configured to be rotatable and connected via the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) and handle support brackets (18), respectively. It is preferable that a leg unfolding support member (26a) (26b) be installed as a catch support means that supports and fixes the upper side of the cart legs (20a) (20b) when the cart legs (20a) (20b) are vertically unfolded.

[0048] In addition, separately from the leg spread support member (26a)(26b), the front and rear leg spread fixing levers (16a)(16b) that are tilted and rotated along the long hole-shaped lever-operated long hole (17a)(17b) so that the stable spread state of the cart legs (20a)(20b) is maintained while being fixed by being hooked on the transport wheel (22a)(22b) by being directly operated by the user or by an external operation are operably connected so that they can be fixed by being hooked on the upper part of the cart legs (20a)(20b) opposite the leg spread support member (27), and in addition, it is preferable that the cart legs (20a)(20b) are hinged (axially) by a leg hinge pin (24a)(24b) so that they can be rotated via the leg support bracket (14a)(14b).

[0049] In addition, as in the lower cart legs (20a)(20b), a handle unfolding support member (36) is configured to support and fix the lower side of the cart handle (30) when the cart handle (30) is unfolded, and a handle unfolding fixing lever (32) that rotates and is fixed by the user's own operation so that the stable unfolding state of the cart handle (30) is maintained is also preferably installed on the handle support bracket (18), which is an integral structure of the upper part of the cart frame (10), so as to be operable along a lever-operating hole (33) in the form of a hole, like the leg unfolding fixing lever (16b) of the rear cart leg (20b).

[0050] That is, the cart handle (30) is hinge-connected to the handle support bracket (18) on one side of the upper part of the cart frame (10) via the handle hinge pin (34) so that it can rotate horizontally or vertically, and the cart wheels (22a) (22b) used for the cart function and the cart wheels (12a) (12b) used for the cart function are positioned differently below the floor with respect to the horizontal cart frame (10) in the middle, so that the front and rear cart legs (20a) (20b) that are integrally structured are connected to each other via the corresponding leg support brackets (14a) (14b) so that they can rotate, while the cart handle (30) that is integrally structured with the cart handle (38) so that it can be extended upward by a certain length above the ceiling on the opposite side is also preferably connected to the handle support bracket (18) so that it can rotate.

[0051] Meanwhile, the cart frame (10) is configured with basket fastening holes (42) on the front and rear of the upper side so that a separate cart basket (40) can be conveniently attached and detached as needed, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, when used as a cart function, and it goes without saying that a frame fastening groove or frame fastening end can be installed in various shapes and structures as a frame fastening means so that the cart basket (40) can also be fastened and fixed to the basket fastening hole (42) of the cart frame (10) on the lower side.

[0052] In addition, unlike the basic structure of FIGS. 4a and 4b, the folding cart with height-adjustable cart function of the present invention can be implemented as an application structure that can be pushed delayedly by directly contacting an external impact so that, when the cart legs (20a) (20b) for the cart function are unfolded as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b and FIGS. 6a and 6b, the cart legs (20a) (20b) are folded so that the operator naturally operates and maintains the hooked state of the cart legs (20a) (20b), rather than directly operating the leg unfolding fixing lever (16a) (16b), the cart legs (20a) on both sides of the front opposite the rear (operator side) of the cart frame (10) first in a trunk of a vehicle or other narrow working environment can more conveniently operate the folding operation.

[0053] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, a front leg folding lever (50) can be configured on the front side of the cart frame (10) so that when the worker pulls it with his / her hand, the forward leg unfolding fixing lever (16a) can be naturally released from the unfolding fixation state for the corresponding front cart leg (20a) and can be folded. Of course, as shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b, a front leg folding wire (60) can be configured on the rear side (toward the worker) of the cart frame (10) so that the operation can be controlled in the same way as the driving principle of the front leg folding lever (50) in the opposite direction.

[0054] In addition, both of these front leg folding push rods (50) and front leg folding wires (60) are basically connected and driven by a push rod lever operating link (52) or wire lever operating link (62) of a joint folding structure toward the front leg unfolding fixing lever (16), so that the front leg unfolding fixing lever (16a), not the rear leg unfolding joint lever (16b), can be rotated to release the fixation to the corresponding front cart leg (20a).

[0055] In addition, it is preferable that the lever operating link (52) or the wire lever operating link (62) applied to both the front leg folding lever (50) or the front leg folding wire (60) be installed and configured so that the joint part is hinge-joined with the leg spreading support member (26a) of the front leg supporting bracket (14a) without a separate hinge connection means and rotates, thereby naturally rotating the front leg spreading fixing lever (16a).

[0056] The folding carriage with height-adjustable cart function of the present invention can be conveniently used as a carriage means with a basic wheel height as well as a cart means with a certain leg height by simply folding or unfolding the collapsible cart legs according to the usage conditions to adjust the height of the carriage cart frame.
