[0005] In the past and currently, ergonomic sitting methods to mitigate the effects of prolonged computer work have been addressed in three main ways - by using existing furniture with the addition of partial accessories to improve the ergonomics of a particular work habit and position - using an ergonomically shaped office chair, keyboard pad, ergonomic keyboard, ergonomic PC mouse, / positioning device / or monitor pad, etc. However, these solutions have one thing in common: the monitor stays in one place, and ergonomic accessories solve only a part of the problems resulting from prolonged computer work. At the same time, these solutions cannot eliminate the incorrect sitting ergonomics in its entirety, because they only focus on individual parts of the body (back, neck, shoulders, wrists). Thus, they do not solve the problem of all the most stressed parts of the body at the same time. [0008] An ergonomic desktop characterised in that it is formed by a base fitted with sidewalls at the bottom having at least two bends of the bottom edge, the sidewall having the shape of an irregular polygon, where the longest side is fixed to the base and from it the first bend of the bottom edge continues at an acute angle followed by further bends at an obtuse angle, passing into an arc or truncated arc connected to the longest edge, wherein a spacer plate containing a locking tab is placed between the sidewalls in a cut-out in the sidewalls, the gap between the spacer plate and the base being used for inserting the computer monitor stand together with the entire monitor. The entire ergonomic desktop can be moved towards the user, thus tilting and adjusting its angle to the inclination of the office chair by means of at least two bends of the bottom edge of the sidewalls. Claims
PATENT CLAIMS1. Ergonomic desktop, characterised in that it is formed by a base (1) fitted at the bottom with sidewalls (2) with at least two bends (3) of the bottom edge (4), wherein a spacer plate (7) comprising a locking tab (8) is placed between the sidewalls (2) in the cut-out(6) of the sidewalls (2), wherein the base (1) comprises a cut-out (5) on the bottom side (9) and a cut-out (11) on the top side (10), the top surface (12) of the base (1) being fitted with holes (13) and recessed magnets (14) having positive polarisation.
2. The ergonomic desktop according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a removable sliding pad (15) with at least one curved edge (16) and a folding triangular stand (17).
3. Ergonomic desktop according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the removable sliding pad (15) is made of magnetic or non-magnetic material fitted with magnets (18) having negative polarisation.

Ergonomic desktop according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the folding triangular stand (17) can be folded in one third of its height along its longer edge by 90-180°, wherein the plane of division (19) of the bottom part of the triangular prism (17) is not parallel to the base of the prism (20) but forms an angle of 5° to 45° with it.
5. Ergonomic desktop according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the bottom surface of the base (1) is fitted with graduated cut-outs (22) and the sidewalls (2) are fitted with an anti-slip tape (23) on the bottom edge (4).
6. Ergonomic desktop according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the base (1) is covered with anti-slip material (28).

Method of using the ergonomic desktop, characterised in that a monitor stand (25) of the monitor (26) is inserted into the gap (24) between the base (1) on the spacer plate(7), the keyboard (29) is placed on the removable sliding pad (15), and the mouse fitted with a magnet (18) having negative polarisation is placed on the magnet (14) having positive polarisation on the base (1) on the right or left side depending on the user'shabits, wherein the angle of the desktop relative to the user's position is adjusted by sliding its bottom side (9) towards the user with simultaneous tilting of the user / chair (27).
8. Method of using the ergonomic desktop according to claim 7, characterised in that the locking of the angle of inclination of the ergonomic desktop is provided by at least two bends (3) of the bottom edge (4) of the sidewalls (2).
