An asymmetric magazine lock (2) intended for use with firearms (1), having at least one protrusion (5) intended to be connected to at least one magazine lock recess (9) formed on the magazine (8), capable of locking / releasing the magazine (8) by connecting / separating said magazine lock recess (9) and protrusion (5), capable of easily changing the position of hand use by shooters using different hands, characterized in that it comprises at least two asymmetrically formed slots within the structure of the aforementioned magazine lock (2), in which the adjustment element (3) can be placed, in order to easily change the preferred hand based on different handed shooters.
