AVIATION SAFETY OVERSIGHT SOFTWARE

[0001] This invention pertains to the implementation of regulatory processes by the Civil Aviation Organization, aimed at ensuring the safety performance of all civilian air operating companies. By utilizing this software, the safety performance indicators of the aviation industry of a country can be updated and made usable.

Aviation Safety Oversight software is used by civil aviation authorities to control the safety performance of (civilian) air operating companies. Monitoring the safety performance of the civil aviation industry based on the requirements of the International Aviation Organization (ICAO) is the responsibility of the civil aviation authority issuing the operating approval of the air operator. The Civil Aviation Authority is a governmental institution that is responsible for regulating civil aviation by the requirements contained in the standards of the annexes of the Chicago Convention, which are updated by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as well as issuing licenses, approvals, and supervision. The civil aviation authority is responsible for the proper implementation of aviation laws and regulations in the country.
