According to the embodiment of the invention, the target disaster area features and the target disaster category features are combined in the segmentation process of the segmentation sub-model, so that the segmentation precision of the segmentation sub-model can be improved, and dual tasks of disaster category qualification and building damage positioning are cooperatively completed through single image data.
