Claims
1. A training machine comprising: a wire; a wire winding means for manually winding up the wire; and a load applying means for applying a load to the muscles of a trainee or adjusting the load applied to the muscles of the trainee when the wire winding means winds up the wire.
2. The training machine of claim 1, wherein the load-applying means is connected to the wire, and the wire winding means winds up the wire, thereby applying a load to the muscles of the trainee or adjusting the load applied to the muscles of the trainee by pulling them downward or upward relative to the trainee.
3. A training machine comprising: a first wire; a wire winding means for manually winding up the first wire; a second wire selectively connectable to the first wire; a first load applying means connected to the second wire, which, when the second wire is connected to the first wire and the wire winding means winds up the first wire, applies or adjusts the load to the muscles of the trainee in a manner that pulls them downward relative to the trainee; a third wire selectively connectable to the first wire; and a load applying means connected to the third wire, which, when the third wire is connected to the first wire and the wire winding means winds up the first wire, applies or adjusts the load to the muscles of the trainee in a manner that pulls them upward relative to the trainee.
